Was definitely not the best experience. 2 queen bed rooms looked nothing like photos, so that was very deceiving. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke and the smoke alarm was missing/removed. The floors were stained and in some areas sticky. The first room we were given was not ready, showed up to the beds undone and trash on the floor. We weren’t sure if someone was still there. Immediately left. The only nice feature was the updated bathroom. No iron in room. However, front desk was quick to bring it to the room when I needed it. Not enough to get me to come back if i’m ever in the area again.

Nothing I booked that hotel because it was close to the event I was attending, but for the same price I could have booked the Luxor; the quality was poor,it was very dirty, you could hear everything from the rooms, and the doors didn't close properly. It is a very neglected hotel; the smell from the kitchen wafts into the rooms—we were woken up by a fire alarm, and afterwards, the whole room smelled like burnt food.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I am contacting the health department asap. The pictures on the website do not accurately represent the disgusting reality of this low class -10 stars “hotel”. 1. The lobby is not clean. Gross rugs and unclean vibe. Coffee station makes me feel dirty. It’s disgusting! Kitchen area- the furniture is all dingy and mismatched. The dark dining area unwelcoming. Breakfast sucked and was totally dried out. No real coffee! No coffeee cups! Tissues and no napkins- gross! Walking to my room, I see yellow crime tape around the small pool. Wtaf?! It made me steer clear of the pool! Now for the room. I got a single with King bed. The headboard was smashed like someone had a meth party in there. There was a long black hair in the shower, a brown stain on the wall by the toilet. No drinking cups or coffee provided. The carpets had stains and were dingy. The chair and couch were fabric and also stained and gross. I didn’t sit while I was in there as I thought I’d get bed bugs. Speaking of bugs, I found a dead cockroach upside down dead in the bathroom on the 2nd day. The hallway rugs were stained and gross- just tile it or do vinyl flooring wtaf?! The hallway walls looked disgusting and had scrapes, dings and looks like patched 1000k times. The staff were not accommodating and half alive. Zombies. I asked the cleaning staff for a do not disturb sign twice and never got it. Nor did they service my room during my stay when asked. Also, someone went in my room!!! Horrible.

Great location and large suites Sadly the beds were not comfortable
- 3/5
I was so bummed and disappointed. The trash bins were overflowing everywhere. Parking lot full of trash. The shower leaked all over the floor. Room felt scummy. Pool closed and trash all over the courtyard. Leaves all over the hallway carpets. Planes overhead all day and night. Good floor plan and nice size of room, though.

Rooms far from the road very nice and quiet and comfortable
- 3/5
It was very quiet, the room was very comfortable, and it was very good value for the price we paid. It was a little more run down than we were led to believe and there was a very big deposit to put down up front for just one night’s stay.
- 4/5
Overall a decent room for the price. I will say it could use some updates and renovations but that might already be in the process. We only stayed one night as we had decided to extend our trip after our original booking at a different location.

The breakfast could have been different every day. We were charged an extra $100 dollars when we checked in, also an extra 200 dollars which will be refunded but it will take a couple of weeks. I think the overall bill was to high. I forgot to pay for our breakfast before I started fixing my plate and the guy said the food is not free, with an attitude, I didn’t like that because it was just a mistake. I’m no thief. May your business thrive. Be Blessed

There was a lot of mold in the shower, and when I told the staff, she got the manager/owner, and they didn't care. They said they would give us a free night another day. But we were already checking out, and based on that experience, we don't want to stay there again. There are also no amenities and the outside of the hotel looks dirty and a cheap motel - nothing like the pictures.
- 4/5
Big and quiet room, good shower. Newly renovated. Easy access. One of the pools was closed, and the room doesn't have a microwave.

Nothing / Rien / Nada / Walou Worst hotel experience I’ve had in Las Vegas. First of all, even an AI robot would provide a warmer welcome than the man at the reception desk. No “hello,” no “welcome,” no “thank you” — just a very cold and unfriendly attitude. The hotel also looks nothing like the pictures advertised online. It feels more like an old desert motel than a resort. The entrance area, swimming pool, and even the refrigerator in the room were dirty. There are almost no proper amenities or equipment available. On top of that, nearly all laundry machines were out of service, and the only one still working was extremely dirty and unusable. Very disappointing experience overall.
- 3/5
Rooms were very well kept, clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and things were quiet and felt safe. The overall property is dated. The courtyard was in disrepair, but that was partially due to the hotel being a host hotel for a major outdoor festival and we arrived on the heels of it. It’s worth finding another destination for breakfast. For the price point this was a good hotel.

Spacious rooms, close to the newer hotels, nice pool, well priced. First floor s with balcony is very nice. Can do with some touch up painting in the passages but overall good value for money
- 3/5
The atmosphere was quiet and you are able to sleep well and not be disturbed However the property is in desperate needs of upgrades and maintenance. The rooms are dated except for the bathroom, which was ok. 10 stars for the water pressure in the shower though! The pool was open and was clean. The smaller second pool was taped off for whatever reasons With upgrades in the pool area to give a brighter would really help. I understand that there are resort fees everywhere you go for the most part. But there is absolutely no reason for resort fees here while it looks like it does. Touch up, paint with the wrong color all over the place is not going to cut it. Overall I would come back and recommend after the upgrades...honest review

Clean room, excellent staff, fun property open layout, balcony or open to pool, AC works**, clean sheets (felt safe sleeping in haha), towels, big shower.. walk to convenient store, cool dive bars, casino. Better than most hotels I've stayed at on the strip, short ride if you want to go to strip. Super close to airport, <10mins. For this price range, can't beat it! Def will stay again. Does not look like much from outside, don't let it fool you. Great for going with groups of friends in multiple rooms. We had a blast.

Tired hotel. But location was perfect for one overnight after a late flight into LAS
- 1.5/5
The staff was very nice and the location is amazing, just a 20 minutes walk to the strip I do not understand how anyone can be satisfied staying at this hotel even for the price. The whole hotel is absolutely disgusting and does not match the pictures AT ALL. There was garbage and old broken funrniture littered all around the hotel, particularly around the closed pool. There were old towels and bed sheets on the dirty floors in every hallway. Every surface was dirty, the walls, the floors the doors. The room was outdated and the sheets did not look clean. The only thing that was clean was the bathroom. The whole place is falling apart beyond repair. Avoid that hotel, it's really not worth it.

Location No phone, ac didn’t work well called property to get a fan or change rooms, no answer and nobody at front desk. Bathroom didn’t lock, no room signs, told/option for cleaning. Limited parking in front due to everyone prefer the front, limited light and graffiti in back. Latch on door has one of the two pieces to lock. Thought I’d get a balcony or patio for convenience to smoke my cigarette, signs when you get there (no smoking anything on the property) was surprise. I’m guessing it for a marijuana problem, we can smell it. Looks like it was once a nice property a little run down now. Pictures are a bit deceptive.

I'm glad that they let me check in early, I sure was tired. I also saw them let a woman with a small child check in early before me. They also waived my fee if i left a good review, which is part of why I'm doing this but also I'm grateful for having been allowed in around 2ish if i remember correctly instead of waiting until 4 since they did have a room ready. They also have a convenient store in the front with drinks if you dont want to walk to 711

Prices for the hotel are reasonable considering its location First thing when entering the room, you can smell the odor in the room. The bed is not bad, but the pillow looks like they've been through World War 2 twice. The room size is great, but there is no coffee machine in the room, just a mini fridge. I probably would've gotten electrocuted if I had used the hair dryer in the bathroom. The towel rack was just for decoration, not for use. And no Wi-Fi whatsoever.

Nice big room, separate sleeping and living quarters. Small gym. Quiet. Pool was inexplicably closed. Disappointed as it was part of the reason for booking. It's a one night kind of place if you can't get into a place on the strip. Not a happy place to stay. Maybe it's had it's day, can't recommend staying for more than one night. Taxi ride costs very similar to most of the strip.

The younger tall thin Asian guy at the front desk when I checked in was very nice and professional. The other staff seemed nice also. One lady working the front desk when I checked out was rude and had a terrible attitude and shouldn't be working as the first point of contact with the customers. The location is pretty good. Only a few blocks from the strip and easy walk to some restaurants. Area is a bit rough, some questionable people and what appeared to be homeless people hanging out close to the property.

Rooms are upgradef The Staff are rude, the breakfast is not free Voice is not a problem however they don’t let you take it to your room. If you don’t wanna eat in their area, you have to sit there and eat at buffet style. Rooms come with balconies, but you cannot go outside and smoke on them. You still have to leave the premises. management staff is rude and when you complain about the rooms in anyway shape or form, all they do is apologize but don’t want to fix it. They called this a resort, but nothing about it is a resort.

- 2/5
Really didn’t like anything about the property. The pool wasn’t even open nor was it clean and it’s hot out there plus the spring break. It’s only one way in and out all the gates where they have other exorcist to exit the hotel hotel. The handles are off the doors my hotel rooms did they have a microwave? The bathroom floor was dirty as spots and so was the carpet I’m stepping on stuff that’s hurting me. Could’ve did better with the cleaning. I didn’t like how it was just one way in and out through the front lobby all the X all the other gates were shit and handles off of them. I didn’t like how the rooms are half clean and I didn’t like how housekeeping no one spoke English.
- 3/5
There was an additional $33/room charge that does not show up when the reservation was made through Expedia. I would not return to this property.
- 4/5
Even though they did offer coffee in the lobby 24/7...I would rather have a coffeemaker in my room so that I can wake up in the morning, lounge around the room in my PJs, and drink coffee. Housekeeping also forgot to replenish the toiletries when they cleaned the room, so I had to go to the front desk to get more and the showerhead was too stiff/tight to be able to adjust it so that I wasn't standing right up against the wall to rinse off my body. The staff was nice and helpful with questions and directions and the location was extremely convenient.

Amazing hotel for budget travelers. Room was spacious and clean. The area was nice and quiet but still close to the strip. Parking was free. Breakfast buffet for $9.99 was pretty decent. From what I read the spa only does massages but the pricing isn’t bad. Pool is closed until beginning of April unfortunately. Great stay and would definitely recommend!

Rooms were nice ,clean roomy. What i didnt enjoy was the pool & spa being closed the entire time we were there. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time before booking because those are part of main reasons I booked 2 rroms there for 2 nights. I enjoyed our stay ither than that. Food & store within the same vicinity, walking distance very convenient
- 4/5
The room was basic but clean. The pool was closed for the season even though it was 95-100 degrees out. Location was decent, about a mile to the strip (but half the price of staying on the strip). Overall I got what I paid for.
- 1/5
The breakfast that is offered for $9.99 consists of about 5 items and that's about it. We thought it was going to be a great deal, but we greatly disappointed. Would have been better off at a McDonalds.
- 5/5
I really loved staying here as it had such great value for those that just need a quiet and clean place to rest your head away from all the craziness of Las Vegas. Sarah the front desk was especially wonderful in her ability to manage multiple guests while handling it with a smile. She is a real treasure out in front and should help train the other staff to get to the same level of customer service. My room was 2003 and had a balcony looking over the yet to be opened pool. My room was recently updated as tho some final touches were missing probably due to haste. My bed was huge and comfy. It was a great place to be if you have guests as they didn’t need a card key to get to your room but I never felt unsafe. I think this is a tie fem for value shoppers looking for safe, clean and quiet place to rest your head for a few days.

The room was large and would’ve been nice but these guys have room for improvement on cleanliness throughout the property. It feels like an old hotel that has been updated. The landscaping and parking lot is really bad. The area does not feel very safe. I worried about my car all night. The price was low so some of this was expected but I still wouldn’t stay again unfortunately. I guess you get what you pay for in Vegas. Front desk staff was very nice though.
- 3/5
Just booked for one night. Clean and spacious. Needs renovation but for the price is good! Only bad is that the tv don’t work and although there is a phone is didn’t say what the front desk number is and the room is a building very far from it plus is too dark outside!
- 5/5
The only negative is the lack of in room coffee and tea making facilities but reception has that 24/7. This place is not glitz and glamour - it is the duametric opposite and ergo, my ONLY consideration for business visits to Vegas. The Virgin Hotel is right over the road with great restaurants and bars and everythibg else, and the Serene is well positioned for an easy Uber to anywhere Staff are delightful and go out of their waybto be welcoming and helpful.

My wife checked in close to 5:00 a.m. after a delayed flight for a three night stay meant to be relaxing. The room was freezing and the heat did not work, there was a bug on the bed, and the walls were so thin she could hear everything next door. She tried to make it work by sleeping on the couch for about 2 to 3 hours, then left before 8:00 a.m. to salvage the day. I called to report this before 9:30 a.m. The front desk rep refused to give her name, saying she did not have to, said she had a line of people waiting, insisted it had to be reported in person, then put me on hold and ultimately hung up. I called back, gave management a chance to rectify because I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews or opening disputes. The response was policy and no meaningful resolution. This could have been handled with basic hospitality. We will not return.

The worst experience I’ve ever had!! And I mean ever. The people next door to me had a gun and a full out brawl almost took place people being handcuffed at 1am. I feared for my life. Sheets were nasty. Red/orange stains on the sheets. Doors weren’t fully working. The tv didn’t work. The reception was nice as so me calling about the noise complaint that ended up being someone getting arrested.

- 4/5
I enjoyed staying there it’s a nice place the only thing is the pool was closed All the time I was there probably for the cold and our fridge was broken
- 5/5
Everything was perfect.
- 4/5
Great location for an amazing price. Enjoyed the big size of the room.
- 2/5
The room had dirty walls, a hole in the wall, the safety lock on the door was broken (which staff was notified and they didn’t fix), the shower handle was broken too and I was told that they “wouldn’t be fixing it in the near future.” The food was also over cooked and bland. We were told it was a smoking free hotel but the staff smelt of weed. Plus the security saw we were struggling to open the door with our belongings and continued to look at his phone and not offer to help get the door into the hotel
- 1/5
Room was dirty, curtains don’t block out lights outside room, walls paper thin, mouse poop on couch, sheets dirty and stained. $30/ night resort fee and the coffee is terrible and the pool is closed and the WiFi is slow…
- 5/5
Very friendly. And the personnel was very helpful.
- 4/5
The room was great size for vegas and clean
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 3/5
Nice for last min. 30 mins walking from the strip. 8 mins by car.
- 3/5
It was a horrible smell in the hall, tv Was not working.
- 5/5
Staff was so helpful and nice, room clean and good
- 5/5
Best place to stay
- 5/5
Yes, room was clean. Staff was very nice
- 3/5
Staff is friendly but the "Suite" seriously disappointed this stay. The sofa couch was broken (did not fold out all the way) and the TV wouldn't connect. The only button I could hey to respond was the input key. I would like to ask for a credit or something but since I booked through a this party, i doubt that is even possible :(
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 1/5
We arrived late after a long day of travel. Shower and tv did not work and we were too tired to request another room. Also upon arrival we were told an additional RESORT FEE of approx $35 was due in addition to what we paid thru Expedia. Very unhappy with the accommodations and would not recommend or return!
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 5/5
Perfect stay great clean rooms....
- 5/5
Had a pleasant stay, rooms were clean, excellent staff, excellent location, quiet rooms, free parking, breakfast was provided with a fee of $10.00 per person, nice strip mall next door and across the street provided choices of food, drinks, pharmacy, other choices to choose from, the Virgin Casino and Resort located across the street, will return for reservations next time. 5 Stars!!!
- 1/5
Room had bugs, cleanliness was subpar, no free breakfast, service was subpar, back entrance was extremely dirty and dangerous. All of these things are coupled with the ridiculous price.
- 4/5
We were comfortable
- 5/5
Rooms were perfect juat enough foor for my family of 6, staff was great an very understanding, an willing to help anyway they could even when extending our stay
- 5/5
Everyone was very friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
And a super breakfasts
- 5/5
Room was wonderful and cleaned daily. Staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
Room was spotless. Staff was always helpful and full of smiles. Good value for Vegas. I picked this place so I could walk to the Rodeo in town. I was not disapointed.
- 3/5
The room was just ok. The area wasn't the best. Didn't feel safe.
- 4/5
Room was big and very clean. The only problem was the air conditioner which was very noisy when I turned on heat.
- 2/5
Very dirty. Stained and very dirty couches. Bloody boogers on the wall in the bathroom. Mold in shower. Grout dirty. Carpets dirty. Shower head cracked and spraying the ceiling. Walls were very dirty. Bathroom floor spongy floors not level and flat almost like flooring is coming apart. Bed was ok not horrible.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Bed comfy. Mostly quiet other than airplanes landin/taking off. Front desk hostess were nice and helpful. Room was large...separate bathroom, living room with coach tv , bedroom with king bed. Shower head was leaky, and a few stains on towels and comforter that could be updated/replaced. But we enjoyed the space and being within 10 min walk to the Thomas and Mack. Also good Teriyaki Madness restaurant next door if you like Teriyaki bowls! The pool is seasonal and closed as of Oct first and the spa could not fit us in during our short stay so we didnt get to try it. Breakast looked good but cost $10 so we hit nearby Blueberry Hill (highly recommend). Overall really nice stay away from crowded casino madness!
- 3/5
Courteous staff, helpful. Ants in the room, when housekeeping came in and took used towels, they did not replace them. A door had a broken handle on it. I found it odd the tv was not in a place you could watch it from the bed. I’d say the hotel could add a little more to the area that separates the hotel and the outside by the 1400 building, someone could easily get over the wall right there. Needs some work.
- 4/5
I didn’t have breakfast
- 4/5
You get what you pay for. The room was clean. A huge inconvenience that the door in the back wouldnt unlock for 1.5 days. The stairs are a bit dangerous in ynit 5 because the rusted metal pops out. The door lock was hard go teist closed. Had to play aorund with it for a bit to close the door. Overall felt safe. No issues arose. Thank you
- 4/5
Rooms large, looks as if recently refurbished but minimal, not bad for an obviously older hotel
- 3/5
Didn’t have the breakfast. Be prepared for all the additional charges if booking on Expedia. Pillows were terrible. If you’re a light sleeper probably not the hotel for you. You hear every plane that takes off. Easy to get to from the airport and ubers were simple. Probably won’t stay here again but was good for what we needed for our short stay.
- 4/5
Clean, cute room. I enjoyed my stay, the room was a little cold and there’s not a way to adjust the heat. Other than that everything was good.
- 5/5

- 1/5
Where do we put trash and tampons? There was pubic hair all over the shower. Left for the evening at 7 p.m. came back and there was a flyer stuck in the doorjam.commom sense is they had to open the door to have the flyer in the door jam. So they came in the room while I was gone past seven p.m. I ordered the breakfast and ask for scrambled eggs, I got eggs with eggy yolk still on plate, I had to ask to go back and cook "scrambled eggs". And a security guard that stares and watches if you sneeze wrong. The complimentary coffee in lobby is disgusting. There's only one door, one way in and one way out. I am highly upset with my stay.
- 5/5
The staff were amazing. Every encounter was pleasant and well-organized. Checking in was efficient, and they all made sure I felt welcome and not just another guest with a booking. It is clear they are proud of what they do. The amenities were all well-maintained and highly functional. Everything was functioning as it was meant to -- from the gym to the shared areas and down to the basic needs in the room. It is apparent that the property is being meticulously run. It was the consistency that impressed me the most: Cleanliness at a higher standard than normal hotels Employees with a passion for helping customers Amenities that are maintained and not merely listed on paper It was a cozy and well-organized room that made focusing and relaxing easy. This is one stay that checked all the boxes and then some. It is hard to find quality so consistent across the board, and I was more than satisfied with this stay. I would definitely come back here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone!
- 3/5
The hotel is a bit
- 5/5
My favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. The rooms are immaculate, the entire staff is helpful, gracious, and accommodating, from the morning staff to third shift. I felt safe and secure my entire stay.
- 3/5
We stayed at the Serene at the end of October/early November. We went down for a family emergency, not really knowing how long we'd be there. We reserved two rooms online for four nights. At check-in, we explained our situation and were told we could expect a refund if our stay was shortened. As it turned out, we only stayed three nights. So now, for the last month, I've been trying to get a refund of almost $200 for the rooms and resort fee of that last day. Hotels.com washed their hands of it, and the hotel general manager/owner won't respond to any of my communications. To be honest, the stay was fine; staff were pleasant and the rooms were plain and adequate for our stay. The bathrooms seemed have had a recent upgrade. Again, the stay was okay. I'm just trying to deal with getting a refund due me.
- 5/5
Room was large and clean and quiet. Excellent water pressure in the shower.
- 5/5
Very new hotel, great value, just a 20-minute walk from Las Vegas Blvd.
- 5/5
Was a great find for the F1 weekend, walkable and less traffic. Inexpensive and the room was updated and clean. No issues at all, would recommend for an off strip stay. Staff was also great and attentive.
- 4/5
Yes, i would recommend. Simple, no casino maze to try to get to your room. Toilet paper & tissues are too hard, like writing paper. Bring your own toilet paper case its too scratchy!! Need towel hooks by the shower. & larger trash can.
- 4/5
Nice room for the price. Very close to airport less than 5 minutes by Uber. Leaving my car in parking lot paid in advance WAY. Hopefully my car will be in one piece when I return.
- 4/5
Everything and everyone was very nice. We came in early hoping we could pay the $35 fee for early check in but the front desk lady was a bit rude about it. Early check in fee is $50 and not until 12pm. When we checked in at 4pm, we were greeted by a different lady and she helped us check in to our room efficiently. She was super friendly, we appreciate the service and her assistance.
- 4/5
Clean room upon arrival and helpful staff.
- 2/5
The first room I reserved was terrible. The carpet was severely stained, the door was not aligned so it took work to lock the door to my room. The inside door lock did not work it was barely attached to the wood and door and hanging off ready to fall at any moment. The stairways had people standing smoking cigarets. The pool and Jacuzzi was drained and had no water. It looked nothing like the pictures online. Lots of unhoused people near the property and on the backside of the parking lot. I was upgraded to another room. That room was much better but I will not stay at this location again I could not relax. It was too much negative activity going on.
- 5/5
everything is good
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Room was clean and nice. Great value in a good location.
- 5/5
Sarah at the front desk, Amazing! Thanks for your help and welcoming personality!
- 2/5
Property seems run down (dirty dusty everywhere outside and dying plants)… side gates don’t allow exit (must funnel thru lobby)… room wasn’t the cleanest and area around the hotel has kinda gone to crap (since the last time I was there 10+ years ago).
- 5/5
Vhfh
- 5/5
This was my first time staying at this hotel. I travel to Vegas a lot and like to find quiet places away from the crowds and casinos. This is the perfect spot! I felt like I had my own little apartment. Sarah at the front desk was amazing and helped get me into my room so I could rest after a long morning of flight delays. The rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Everything was great, from the room, staff, and location. Bravo, Serene Vegas Boutique Hotel!
- 5/5
The room was super clean,
- 1/5
So dirty inside the room. Flies around. Doors stained and dripping yellow liquid. I get it that it’s not expensive, but this is not worth half of the money paid. The ambience is really poor presented, pool empty , no water .. I wanted to walk out but I checked in night time already and hard to find another one last minute when I have a small child! Please. Where do I find for refund??
- 5/5
Staff is great! Great value for cost
- 1/5
The worst stay ever!!!!!! No running A/C in our room
- 3/5
This is directly over the flight path of Las Vegas airport. You hear flights coming all day, and into the late night. The staff was nice, the location is right across the stree from what used to be the Hard Rock (now the Virgin Hotel) Lots of homeless wondering around, but still felt fairly safe. We went to a night show at the sphere and walked 1.2 miles to the venue. WIFI was not great, and the thing i really didnt like is the TV was in the main living area, and could not be seen from bed. The best part was the price was reasonable for a weekend in Vegas
- 5/5
Staff was amazing!!
- 4/5
Staff very friendly, quick chech-in, security on premises, never had anything stolen from car, fourth time we stay here... food could be better and more variety
- 4/5
good price
- 5/5
It was very adequate and convenaient for our stay...the rooms are very spacieuse and comfortable.....
- 2/5
I recommend that nobody stays at this hotel for safety and hygiene purposes. A thorough inspection of the property is needed immediately.
- 3/5
Staff was nice. Room was ok but when we first used the bathroom, the toilet seat had not been cleaned. The curtains also had some stuff stuck to it, like chewing gum.
- 1/5
The photos say something different, it's horrible, and they charge you an additional $33 per day for cleaning a poorly cleaned room, closing the pool, etc.
- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
Generally, a small hotel off the strip. Good location to UNLV, seems just ok when compared to other hotels. No major complaints but not major accolades.
- 1/5
Have to say this place is rundown. There is no bar like it shows pool not able to be swim in dirty and nasty rooms leaking water from the floor toilet didn’t work halfway through the day. There’s no phone number to even call the front office. Horrible choice of places please choose somewhere else the pictures they show online make it seem like there’s a restaurant that’s not open no bar only some ghetto breakfast
- 4/5
Clean room overall. Carpet was scratchy, and it gave me the feeling like I didn’t want to walk on it barefoot, that part didn’t feel clean. Nice updated bathroom with shampoo, body wash and lotion (thank you!). Water pressure so strong you better hold onto your skin, but I like that. Very comfy bed. I wish they provided a place to charge electronics (there was an old plastic alarm clock with a usb port but no cable). All in all I would recommend and return.
- 4/5
The hotel is quiet, parking could be a problem, but overall, the hotel is in a convenient location. Thanks.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The staff were nice, friendly and helful but the property was very dated and needed work. We had problems getting the door open everytime we entered. The show head had so many leaks that there was very little water coming through the actual head. The room was very clean but not a grea texperience. If you are looking for a cheap hotel not too far from the airport, this will do but its not a great neighborhhod and location.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Stains on sheets we reported.
- 5/5
The staff is so kind and they worked hard to take exceptional care of all their guests as it was a very busy weekend with an event in town. They helped me check in early and my room was so clean and stocked so well. Very comfortable and quiet for being next to the business of Las Vegas! Very happy with my stay.
- 3/5
Overall, the rooms were very clean and neat! Walls were a bit thin and you could hear as people were coming and going pretty loudly. We loved Sarah at the front desk though! She helped us get checked in early after a 2am wake up call for the airport that morning. The pool was open and had plenty of seating, just didn’t seem too lively the couple times we went in. For the price, this was a great stay!
- 3/5
They had a working ice machine, so thankfully, we brought a cooler for our drinks. There is parking around the building, but it did not feel safe in the back. Not too sure how long ago the renovations were, but there were boxes of floor boards and crown molding sitting in the parking lot and it looked like it’s been sitting there for a few years it’s a place to sleep and would consider again, but would be willing to spend a little bit more for more comfort and working appliances Nothing wrong with the staff. They’re super friendly and clean up our room. A+ there.
- 4/5
RESORT FEE AFTER WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM DISHONES AND DECEIVING.
- 2/5
Overall, our stay was fine. However, my main concern is that during our 4-day stay, there was no room service or housekeeping provided at all. Despite this, we were charged a $33 per day service fee. We checked out early at 7:30 AM on the fourth day, yet we were still charged the full daily fee on this day. Considering the lack of service, I feel the fee is excessive. Also, the walls are quite thin. You can easily hear noise from the neighboring rooms
- 3/5
The room and property were clean enough and everything was fine, but the way the property and rooms are portrayed online does not match the experience in person.
- 3/5
Advertised amenities that aren’t available.
- 3/5
Rooms very spacious and clean. The landscaping needs work and if you are a light sleeper you may not like the hotel is on take off path of air planes
- 5/5
We had a good time
- 5/5
We had a good time .
- 4/5
We were a little disappointed in the food. Breakfast options didn't match what was advertised and there were no lunch or dinner available. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Not recommended and staff needs to take a customer service class
- 2/5
The ac did not work in the my room. The AC unit was visibly broke and it looks like it has been for a long time. The sheets were dirty. There was a dog running around and barking at everyone. No security with meth heads walking all around the property. They wanted $10 for breakfast for each person with literally nothing there worth $10 to eat. I got better food at McDs and was cheaper for my family. And I despise McDs.
- 4/5
The property wasn't to far from the strip..
- 4/5
It was decent for the most part. Could use a little remodeling. I noticed a lot of quick fixes around the property as well as in the suite. Yet I loved the presidential suite, its luxury ambience made the stay more welcoming and pleasing. Didn’t get the chance to enjoy the spa, pool area, restaurant etc due to my busy schedule and short stay.
- 4/5
Asked for late check out at 12p and were accomodating about the extension and no fee. Place has free coffee and tea 24/7. 2 pools a regular size pool & a kiddy pool, gym, ice machine. Spa onsite site, did not use. Room was a decent size and 2 queen comfortable beds. Came with small fridge. Rooms and hotel revenovated but can see there was a quick renovation. However, reasonable rate and stay. Very accommodating should we had asked for anything. Dining was available breakfast and dinner, we did not eat on site, but did order a smoothie.

- 5/5
Very nice place that's been updated recently. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Orsum swimming pool
- 5/5
Sarah welcomed us so nice!!!
- 5/5
This is a very nice Hotel for events at the Thomas Mack. Easy walking distance. Many restaurants , CVS convenience store within walking distance also. When Checking in Sarah was very helpful and courteous. Wish I would’ve brought my swimsuit the pool looked good. Also we were always able to flag a cab, didn’t have to cross the street.
- 4/5
Staff was amazing just area was not the safest.
- 3/5
Na
- 5/5
From check in to check awesome comfortable quite staycation
- 1/5
Both pool areas were closed with green water in the middle of summer.
- 2/5
Not happy with the hidden fees
- 5/5
Muy tranquila la estadia
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
Couldn't use pool
- 1/5
Scum bags….they charge $200 for a one night stay and didn’t credit it back for over 24 hours.
- 1/5
This place was absolutely disgusting I don’t recommend anyone to stay here unless you are held captive. Pubic hair on the pillow, long hair all over the bed, FOUR bugs on the side of the bed. Couldn’t tell you the last time this place even thought about getting cleaned
- 5/5
We will stay again..
- 4/5
Quick Uber ride from the airport. Just needed a quiet place to rest during a 6 hour layover.
- 4/5
The room was HUGE, quiet & clean. My reason for not giving higher ratings is that I arrived early, thinking I would wait in the lobby until a room was available but the lobby had minimal, if any, air conditioning and there was no food or bar open.
- 5/5
Had a wonderful experience the.
- 2/5
Especially the landscape area. Is really in bad conditions. Parking lot is really limited and unsafe. No elevators. Even a second floor needs one. Lobby area is really hot and uncomfortable.
- 4/5
Ok place good location for walking
- 4/5
The property was nice. Room was a little dated, but huge. The bathroom had been renovated and was lovely. There was residual smoke smell from when it was a smoking hotel (and I'm pretty sure a guest was smoking in their room on top of it). The location was fantastic to get to the strip and other activities. Would have loved to use the pool (one of the reasons we booked) however it was down for unscheduled maintenance. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were fantastic. AC worked like a charm. Overall good stay.
- 5/5
Only problemThe AC did not blow out as good as it's supposed to
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Quiet and convenient
- 2/5
Dead bolt was not in working order.
- 4/5
For the price and location it was really good but the things that keep me from thinking it was great was A. The pool, it was rather dirty and a bit discolored, they have cabanas around for lounging which was nice but there was a fair amount of debris floating around in the water, not unusable but not great either. B. Loose things, some outlets were loose, some cabinets seemed broken or loose aswell, nothing too bad but noticeable C. No elevator girl, none. Its only two floors but when ur drunk in heels its a mission lol A was my biggest concern and B/C are just things i think are worth it to know. Overall i would stay again as long as i dont plan on spending much time in the room, which in vegas i never do, so it was good for me!
- 4/5
It was all good, except that they we’re trying to charge for Resort fees when pool wasn’t available. It wasn’t cleaned.
- 5/5
Very clean and looks so nice on the inside pool area. Pool was closed so that was kinda lame
- 2/5
Pool closed due dirty water , since we need swim heat wave over 100 F , bad taste breakfast .
- 3/5
What was advertised is that we can use the pool facility and in the pictures the pools were looking great. The staff explained that no one maintains the pool and it cant be used until further notice. It just sucked because my son was looking forward for the pool. Good thing they gave us a complementary free breakfast for the inconvenience.
- 2/5
Hotel is ran down. Common areas not longer as the pictures. Parking in the property is disorganized. No easy access to the villa only thru lobby. Hotel description definitely not what expected.
- 4/5
Decent room with plenty of space, but the pool and other area was unkempt. The parking lot behind the building was full of trash and transient people, but overall not a bad room to sleep in.
- 3/5
The property is dated and the staff are meh. My overall stay was fine, it's just a different experience due to it being a less expensive hotel, which I appreciate however it feels like a cheaper hotel and certainly not a boutique hotel as the name suggests. You have to go to that lobby for tea/coffee. There is none available in the room. Dining is limited to certain days of the week and certain times.
- 4/5
Very nice need fix door...
- 5/5
Is ok, good breakfast and excelente spa
- 5/5
Very clean! Staff was very attentive and understanding. Very accommodating and good for our quick trip- no fuss.
- 5/5
Karen at the front desk made my stay extremely enjoyable and she's a true hospitality professional. Just bcos of her and the staff; I overlooked at some of the facility deficiencies such as; a single elevator that was broken and the bathroom exhaust was coverless, exposing lots of gathered dust mites and the ceiling light fixture was hanging loose. If the facility is better maintained then this place is worth visiting as the staff such as Karen and others do make your stay very comfortable.
- 5/5
This property was great for my 5 day stay with my niece and granddaughters, the staff was very nice and helpful I will definitely return
- 4/5
This is a secret gem. It'll be great once the remodeling is complete.
- 4/5
Staff was great and property is beautiful!
- 1/5
Photos are not as advertised. We had to book somewhere else last minute because we could not stay there
- 3/5
Very rough, sketchy neighborhood. The outside of the property is not particularly well maintained once in the room however, it’s clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
When i checked in i noticed a lot of scetchy people & homeless just hanging around. Security bars surrounded the building. We chose not to stay
- 1/5
Horrible experience I would never come back again
- 2/5
Haven't received full receipt with both names in it
- 3/5
Room wasnt as the pictures. Some areas of the room were dirty. Seems worn out
- 1/5
Doors were very ill fitting and walls did not block any noise. I stayed here the night before taking an 8 hour engineering test, and because we could hear our neighbors talking all night and could smell the weed smoke coming under the adjoining door I took the test on 3 hours of terrible sleep. If you need any sort of reassurance you’ll get a decent nights sleep stay elsewhere.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean place.
- 3/5
Room was very nice, but the grounds are either about to go through renovation or need to. Pool was unused due to green water and debris.
- 5/5
Always a great stay
- 3/5
No cup no coffee maker
- 2/5
No coffee in the room or in the $14 breakfast is very strange and annoying.
- 3/5
Definitely just ok .. good location though
- 4/5
would stay again
- 4/5
Cheap for being so close to the strip! Quick walk to casino, food, etc.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean, quite, pleasant. Plan to return soon.
- 1/5
We had to pay $400 upfront ($200 deposit and the hotel fee for each day) which I was unaware of. The staff was alright. we couldn’t smoke anywhere in or around the hotel so that was a downside. The pictures are definitely deceiving. We were underwhelmed with the hotel, the room was fine but not like the pictures showed. we only slept there because the pool was…there. It was dirty, full of sticks, leafs and debris, it looked like no one had cleaned it in a while. Overall, OK but I will not be coming back.
- 5/5
Fun times
- 3/5
It was okay. For the price I would expect it to be nicer
- 5/5
Its been remodeled 20 times and it shows, no dresser. But clean
- 5/5
I had a wonderful time! The bed was so comfortable (especially after a night of drinking & dancing!). Staff was sweet and helpful! I'd recommend to anyone who is looking for a good bed and a beautiful pool!
- 5/5
Quiet and clean very comfy bed.
- 3/5
They charge a resort fee at property
- 4/5
Only stayed one night as it was the start of a traveling trip on motorcycle. Was clean and we found it quiet. Pool area looked nice but didn't use. Would stay there again
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Service and staff were awesome.... Room and neighborhood left a lot to be desired
- 5/5
Older looking property from outside but nice clean rooms with nice choice of tv channels on the tv. Refrigerator in room and safe, comfortable matress and large balcony. Nice clean pool with cabanas to relax in. Free parking and wi fi. Close to the strip but was very quiet in the resort.
- 3/5
Near the end of our stay, I was on the second floor when a group of new guests arrived and caused a lot of noise. Thankfully, security responded and helped manage the situation. Outside, the garbage area was overflowing, and the wind scattered trash near the parked cars, which was unfortunate to see. In my opinion, the name of the hotel doesn’t quite reflect the quality of the experience.
- 1/5
It feels more like a motel than a hotel. There were stains (looked like blood stains) and hair on the bed, mold in the shower, leaking refrigerator, etc. Front customer service was 0/10 didn’t even bother asking how our stay was during checkout. This place gotta go or change to a motel so it fits the description. I feel like I was catfished.
- 3/5
Open air property, not far from the Vegas Strip and across from the Virgin Hotel. Mixed feelings but overall a pretty good stay. No bugs or that sort of thing. Housekeeping could've done a better job when turning over rooms. I found a load of stuff that was left behind. Loved the bathroom. Allowed early check in and late check out (A plus!) Wish it bedroom has a TV, but that will detemine the type of room your getting. Pool was nice, however they should clean the cabanas a tad better.
- 3/5
Everything was fine except I got hit with a "resort fee" of $33 that was never mentioned when I booked the room. I got this hotel because of the price and it ended up being less affordable.
- 4/5
It's very close to The Strip with a variety of restaurants nearby. If we are looking for an inexpensive hotel in a great location, we would definitely consider staying here again. Good value for the money...other than the ridiculous Resort Fee that everyone is charging close to The Strip now.
- 4/5
It was good overall
- 3/5
Bed and room were comfortable aside from the desk being dirty and the sheets on the pull out sofa had blood on them so we had to call room service in the middle of the night to get us clean linens in which they required my husband to sign for the new linen and he was informed if the linen went missing, we would be charged for them. We wouldn’t have had to ask for fresh linen if the linen on the pull out sofa was clean and ready for use. Lots of pigeons and crows were located throughout the property and it looks like they were attracted to all of the free-standing trash in an open area on the side of the property which also caused the parking area to stink.
- 1/5
All the trash cans all over the facility where overflowing homeless were digging through everything our door was broken. We had to push it open. Restroom was disgusting. I will never stay at this place again parking felt unsafe. Our room was disgusting. It smelled like alcohol and sweat I don’t even think they washed our sheets. The furniture was broken. The pictures of the facility must have been AI generated because it looks nothing like their pictures.
- 1/5
Horrible and dirty
- 3/5
Property inside could use lawn services. No point in having a cleaning service fee if there are no housekeepers. I did not like how my patio door was broken and could not do nothing about it. Someone could’ve jumped and broken inside while I wasn’t there. However, inside rooms were clean as promised. The rooms are spacious and felt like more like an apartment than a hotel. I enjoyed the free parking. Overall I give it a 7.3/10

The room was very spacious and lovely. The mattress was in need of replacement and management was very sorry I was unhappy and they did offer to change my room. We had a couple of maintenance issues and they were promptly fixed. Very nice staff. No microwave in the room and it would be great if they had menus for the restaurants next door.
