Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean. I used the laundry area and did not have coins and the staff helped me with change. The breakfast was filling. I would say that the only downside was I also chose this because it was written that In n Out to be walkable from their location but it was across the highway so we could not really walk to it. Other than that, would recommend as a budget friendly hotel.

There seemed to be blood on the couch and pillow and a large hole in one of the sheets. When we went down to the front desk, I didn’t see anyone there. Reported in the morning and they just made note of it. That was it.

This was not just budget friendly but a nice place to stay especially if you don't want to stay on the strip in casino hotels. The staff was really nice and took great care of the property. Only minor issue was the water from sink smelled a little sewer like. It did not impact our stay there for three days. I would come back.

I did get an email after I responded to a hotel review and they denied having bedbugs and found no evidence of my claim. This situation is the last thing you want to be dealing with when on vacation. I had to put it on hold until we were back home. This experience has definitely changed how I will look at a hotel room. I would never recommend this hotel.

It is a clean property but they have a limited breakfast menu. Everyday you get scrambled or eggs or omelet, potatoes and sausages.

The pull out bed was terrible. It was very old and uncomfortable. I wouldn't call this a family spot based on the guests we shared with. Breakfast was good. Location was good.

Lovely comfy bed with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the room and great breakfast each morning. Friendly staff and hotel within walking distance of the strip. A few issues with the room, safe deposit box wouldn’t lock and couldn’t turn off the air conditioning. These were dealt with promptly.

I loved that you needed a room key to operate the elevator and to use the restroom downstairs, I know that's the reason everything is so clean. I loved that it's kind of away from everything but a short distance to the hustle and bustle. The staff was so nice!! I will definitely stay here again.

Nice size pool, with clean surrounding patio. Comfy loungers and quite a few of them. Both sunny and shady areas available. Gym - N/A. Didn’t use. Spa - N/A. Breakfast - 10/10. Very nice. Good selection. Tasty waffles, cereals, hot food etc More than enough to set you up for the day. Staff - 10/10. Very helpful and accommodating. Young guy at breakfast and Yen on the front desk were particularly helpful and friendly. Hotel - 10/10. First things first… this is just a little out from the strip with no real easy way to walk there. That said, ride-shares were anything from $10-$20 and then you can also get the Deuce bus up and down the strip. We returned the hire car when we arrived and didn’t miss it one bit. The hotel is fantastic. Clean, modern and more importantly very reasonably priced considering what you’ll pay to be nearer. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we’re ever back.

The front desk staff was very friendly when I was checking in. She went above and beyond to help me get a room on the first floor. The staff at the breakfast buffet worked really hard to keep all the food refilled. The accessibility from the parking lot to the side door was great, making it easy to bring my bags to my room. - The water pressure in the bathroom was horrible; the toilet clogged twice during my stay. - On the check-out day, the housekeeper opened the door and tried to come in to clean my room at 8:30 a.m. when I was still sleeping. I talked to the front desk and they said their system showed my room had already checked out. That's why that happened. They apologized to me. However, another housekeeper tried to come in at 10:00 a.m. to clean my room. This obviously showed that the front desk workers didn't communicate with the housekeepers about the issue that had already been reported.

This was an exceptional stay for people that want to be near the strip or Allegiant Stadium without the hubbub. The staff were amazing, went above and beyond for us, and even celebrated with us when we got to see our favourite band in concert. There were no hidden fees either which I appreciate. Also, taxis took less than 10 minutes to pick us up so, even being off the strip, the location doesn't feel like an inconvenience (and we spent no more than $26 including tip getting anywhere and everywhere in town). This will be my go to stay in Vegas. Highly recommended.

No issues, clean room, we declined house keeping due to we didn't need it and we had everything we needed for a long weekend. Breakfast was standard but not terrible. Didn't end up using the pool, but it looked nice. Parking is $21 a day, which was a surprise but oh well, that's Vegas.

The front desk girl that was there Saturday and Sunday afternoon was very helpful and nice! The lobby/ cafe guy was friendly and very kind.

Good location. The breakfast was great, many food options. I love that they had plenty of waffles makers. The dining room was big you can even sit outside by the pool. The pool looks amazing I didn’t get to use it but guest were in early in the morning.

We went to a concert at the Allegiant & found this hotel showing only 15 mins walk away from the venue.

Everything was perfect. We booked it for the convienece of the short distance of the aliggent stadium and it was perfect

When we arrived there was an issue with my reservation booking. I panicked. But the front desk clerk (I can’t remember her name) was amazing. She was very calm and friendly and was able to resolve the issue quickly. The room was very clean. We had encounters with several staff and they were all so friendly and kind. The breakfast was so good. The dining area was very clean and the guests of the hotel were also friendly. We felt very welcome at this hotel and we will very likely stay here for future visits to Vegas.

Las Vegas is crazy, it is the most confusing city in the entire United States.This hotel was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast menu extensive but quality of individual items, i.e., eggs, sausage, juices, were flavorless. Waffles, blueberry scones and yogurt were great though! Staff were wonderful everywhere and the pool was to-die-for. And ADA accessible!

The room was a perfect size for two adults and a small dog. The room was extremely neat and clean. The staff was very friendly. The price was a little high. But it is Las Vegas.

The breakfast was fresh and good and had a variety of options. The poolside was kept nice, had a hot tub, and since it was a little chilly, there was an outdoor fireplace with seats. The rooms were clean and nice and the amenities were nice. Glad to have a Keurig in the room for coffee or tea.

We had a pleasant stay overall; the cleanliness was excellent and our room was quite comfortable and quiet. However, it was disappointing that the outdoor pool was under maintenance for the entire duration of our visit.

The building is quite dated. The windows which were probably installed in the 70s or 80s (or whenever the building was constructed) are thin and flimsy and nowhere near soundproof. The place is very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is exactly what you would expect at Hampton Inn. I wish they would do away with all the plastic utensils and just switch over to silverware which is actually way more cost effective than constantly buying plastic that just gets tossed out into landfills. The pool area is very nice and clean.

The room we were initially given was not clean and there were stains on the sheets. The staff was very kind and got us settled into a different room immediately which was positive. Breakfast was enjoyable and well-stocked/manned!

My family was very dissapointed to learn the pool was not available during our entire 3-day stay. We travelled from far and I booked specifically because of the pool. I was also dissapointed that the hotel did/does not offer free parking to it's guests-this is a first for me. In all our stays in Vegas, we've never paid for parking; the vast majority of hotels do not charge. Be ready to pay a waping $21 per day for parking.

overall a good stay and would stay there again if attending the Allegiant stadium for a concert as its in walking distance in a safe area. the hotel was fine, only a few minor complaints. i asked that we have room service but we were there for 3 days and no room service. The bar/snack area was not open on Sunday and no restaurants or bar in walking distance. The breakfast was not good.

My wife complained about something bitten her at side of bed. It was a king size bed. Today I examined her and found Two of her arms had a visible bites which appears to be a bed bug bites. I took pictures of them for any future ref purposes.

Nice pool and the staff was very friendly!! Perfect location off the strip but close enough, it’s an easy uber ride to the main stuff. The beds and pillows are SO uncomfortable. The bed was so hard and not in a stiff supportive way, the pillows had no fluff to them. They just felt old and had no support.

It was perfect walking distance to get on the strip and to the Allegiant Stadium For me the pillows were too soft but that’s more of a me preference

Hampton Inn Tropicana is always our “place to stay” while visiting Las Vegas. It is within walking distance to the arenas and several hotel/casinos. Easy to get uber/lyft rides. Breakfast is ALWAYS top-notch. Staff is friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to help you.

This place is fancy! Our room was big, clean and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was awesome. Our boys got to swim after we went out to a show. Breakfast in the morning after was amazing. Warm items to choose from along with lots of tasty toppings for waffles. The rooms are sound proof, so we had zero problems sleeping. Was so quiet! I'd definitely stay here again!

Stayed in town for a soccer tournament. Was a great place to stay. Easy assess to freeway, breakfast was perfect and parking was a reasonable cost.

The room was amazingly comfortable and the shower was what I've come to expect from the USA hotels - not quite the pressure I'm used to in Australia! The breakfast was good, the staff were the stand-out, they were always there, helpful and happy. They provide a reasonably priced laundry room. All areas were exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Even with a big event on in town and the hotel being full, it didn't feel like you were rushed or crowded. Great stay just off the strip! Not knowing I could have used the parking app instead of paying for parking at the hotel (in saying that, sometimes the extra couple of dollars is worth it to not have to worry or use the app!)

However, the shower pipe and faucet are broken... Teenagers were laughing and talking so loud on my floor, also one morning the fire alarm rang.... I will still recommend this hotel if you are looking for a budget friendly stay.

One comment that I want to post was an employee that worked the morning buffet. He was an attendant replenishing food, coffee and utinsel for eating. I was there about 8:30. He was very friendly and worked hard to keep all supplies at adequate levels. He can be identifies by wearing a watch on both wrist. Please acknowledge his good work.

Beds were very comfortable, showers had good water pressure and, other than the helicopter noise that plagues all of downtown Vegas, it was reasonably quiet. The strip (New York, New York in particular) was less than a 10 minute walk away. I’d stay again!

The Hotel was so clean that it smelled clean upon walking in. Staff was friendly, and the bar staff were exceptionally friendly and personal. Location, there were fast food places for a quick bite to eat and a convenience store/gas station for certain essentials. Close to the strip but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Wouldn't recommend walking around the area at night, though. Questionable people roam around at night. Felt extremely safe though as they do take safety seriously.

Rooms were clean on arrival but that’s were it stopped. They only make up the rooms every other day and do not stock coffee pods and accessories even on that day. Only one elevator worked in the entire facility. Lack of an airport shuttle even though one was advertised makes it even less attractive to return.

We did have a bad interaction with a front desk attendant when we checked in She told me my card was Denied and I had to provide a new one I said there had to be a problem on her end and gave her a different card which was denied also She gave me a dirty look and I had to suggest we try a different terminal at the desk and it went right through She did not apologize to me at all I was very upset

Unfortunately, if you stay there and attend an even at their event center, they do not honor late check out, which was inconvenient

Great hotel. This one was a bit inconvenient as we wanted to walk to the strip, it seemed too dark to walk, the parking although well lit, too cramped.

Very nice hotel just off The Strip! It’s behind Excaliber and near New York, New York. Good breakfast. Lots of parking. Would definitely stay here again. There currently is a lot of road construction around that area, which was a bit confusing.

It was my first time staying there and I was given no direction towards my room or was let known that a room key was needed to enter an exit every area including the elevators. I thought it was ridiculous that you had to pay $21 per night to park at the hotel because I was already a paid guest with a room reservation.

Sitting by the pool was beautiful abd relaxing. Best of all was the breakfast in the moring. Everything was so good and many options. I also loved the coffee. Not far from strip.

No charging for parking seems like you charge for everything but have to ask for cleaning room. I think if you skip cleaning your room shouldn't charge for parking. Since didn't get the complete service that used to coming with renting rooom.

Excellent stay, for the price. No shuttle service so we had to uber to/from hotel from airport. We figured out bus to get to the strip (1 mile walk from hotel). King size bed with sofa sleeper was nice. Bed was too firm for my liking. The breakfast staff were so efficient and friendly. Best food service on my trip!

The room was clean and the view decent. The bathroom was also clean and had great amenities (shampoo/conditioner/body wash). Breakfast was great, a wide variety was offered. If I had to say anything that was wrong, it was the elevator was slow. Overall, I'd stay again, especially since it was so close to the concert venue.

It was a very quiet, comfortable stay. It was reasonably priced and close to the strip. We were on the 6th floor at one of the ends. Room and bathroom were nice. The breakfast was fine. We didn’t go to the pool but there were several people enjoying it. Parking was our only frustration. Everything up by the hotel was taken by the time we returned at night. We had to park up in the back so it was a little bit of a walk. There were a lot of big trucks and vehicles towing trailers that were taking up a lot of spots bc they were parking across the stalls. We would stay again.

Was in town for a tournament. Left early in the morning. Ask to have room cleaned. Returned room was not cleaned. Went out again and stoped at front desk to request the room to be cleaned. Returned late at night and still was not cleaned.

The stay was good. However, the bathroom was very awkward. The shower let out a lot of water onto the bathroom floor- very poor design. The shower curtain did not touch the floor. The door was off its track - it did not lock. This is a not a good door!! Unfortunately, I requested that the door be fixed, but it never happened.

Trip was totally amazing! The staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was goo and well stocked. It was in walking distance of where we were going and convenient to walk to other eating places. We will be back for sure!

When we got there, the power was out so there was a lot of confusion. Them not wanting us to go to our rooms because it was dark. Finally, I told them I needed to go to my room and they gave me a lantern and walked me to my room, which was very nice. Understanding that a lot was going on at the time we were there with the blackout.

This was very convenient place to stay to walk to the stadium for the game. The property was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. They had good coffee an a nice breakfast buffet. The beds were very comfortable as well. It will be a while, but we would definitely stay again if we were going to come to Vegas for a football game.

10 out of 10!! We went for a raiders game, location was key. 10 minute walk to Allegiant stadium. Staff was super nice. I want to shout out Itzly the breakfast server. Excellent customer service, I mean excellent 10/10. And the person that checked us out I believe his name was Gary it not exactly sure; however, 10/10 great awesome customer service. We will definitely be back.

Hampton has never failed to disappoint us. Excellent accommodation for our stay in Las Vegas easy walking distant to strip.

Staff, bar, pool, room and breakfast was excellent! My family and I stayed there for 2 days and had 0 problems. Really nice for a pretty good price in Vegas. The place is beautiful and clean. Definitely will stay here next year when we visit.

The rooms were very clean just like my home. The staff always had a pleasant word to say and always wished us a good morning. And the free breakfast was excellent. Everyone there waited on you with a smile and a kind word. You didn't have to get up unless you wanted to. And as for the pool area, the hot tub was an excellent tempeture and such a clean, clean area. If and when we return, we are staying at the Hampton Tropicana.

The location was convenient to the allegiant stadium which we needed. The room was spacious, the staff were nice and helpful, however the room smelled moldy. The sheets, didn’t smell fresh either and it was a bit loud. Overall, I’d still give it a 4/5 stars.

My family and I stayed here for the Raider game . It worked out perfectly for us. It was a short 10 minute walk to the stadium. The hotel was nicer than many other hotels I have stayed on at the strip.

When we got there we put waters in the frig and checked it 3 hours later and there were still not cold. Front desk sent over their handyman EVOO said it was because we didn't wait long enough. I had to insist on getting a replacement mini frig, which worked perfectly. Also, the bathroom sink was very extremely slow to drain.

The air conditioning was not working. We spoke to the staff there was nothing to do they said didn’t offer any accommodations because of the inconvenience

There is a $21 a day for parking. When I asked the girl at the front desk to show me where it states that she refused to show me. When I asked for corporate's number she refused to give it to me. The room had hair and pubic hair in the bed. The walls are super thin. I could easily hear the whole conversation of the room next to me. Instead of fixing the issue, they have duct tape on the floor of the elevator. The Wi-Fi is horrible. It disconnects every few minutes.

Clean and new! Free breakfast was nice! It was like a little buffet, make your own waffles freshly made. Located next to a gas /liquor station ,Jack n box and McDonalds located on the side. Easy short walk. A big plus the Allegiant stadium is about 1-2 blocks away! Saves the hassle driving and parking at the stadium. One thing I didn’t like hotel charges parking fee just Like all the casinos! $twenty something a night adds up! Honestly, Vegas hotels are over rated and over priced! Parking should be free!! Overall, If your going to the raiders game this hotel is convenient and nice.

The hose capping service is not very good, the bathtub fills with water when you use the shower and the water does not flow down the drain, the same thing happens with the sink, when you wash your hands the water remains stagnant, the toilet bowls or covers slam when you close it and the doors to the entrances to the bedrooms slam so hard when you close them that you cannot sleep.

The weekend stay was enjoyable. Very close to the major casinos. Not so much a walkable distance due to the heat and freeway in the middle. But overall the bed and room was clean and comfortable. Just wish the pool had less kids and people in it or a larger pool.

The receptionists were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was good.

This place is great if you want a hotel that doesn't have a casino and doesn't smell like cigarettes. The only reason why I can't give it a perfect score is due to a slight inconvenience of needing to u-turn to get to the property.

Everything is great. The only issue I had was the tinyest refrigerator ever. It will hold about 4 drinks. It's Las Vegas, It's hot, we need more fridge space.

Vegas has lost its value! Charges for parking , fees for amenities. Food is expensive. Rooms or no frills. Buffets and shows are super expensive. Probably choose a different vacation destination next time.

I was there for Cowboy Carter with my sister and I wanted to choose a hotel that was kind of out of the fray not right on the strip but close enough to it where we could still grab a nice bite to eat. I really enjoyed my stay. We both really enjoyed the breakfast options in the morning. It was nice and hot and fresh. The room was nice and clean well stocked, and the staff was very kind and helpful The day of the concert. We actually ordered some lunch to the room and it was very easy to coordinate the DoorDash order to be delivered to the lobby for a short stay it was a great experience. I should’ve brought my swimsuit too because that pool area looks so nice.

The hotel staff, cleanliness, and breakfast were the highlights. The property seemed older but well kept. Maybe a reminder of quiet hours could be implemented and sent to guests via text. There were noisy teens on my floor who were constantly in and out of their room slamming doors.
