Not far from.the strip. Staff was helpful and cost was decent. Light didn't work. My card kept not working. 2 day in a row had to get switched. Hole in the bathroom door.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I liked that it was walking distance from the stadium but the room smelled like smoke, it was old and outdated, I didn’t want to touch anything. There was holes on the walls. I left as soon as I woke up because I had a headache from the smoke smell. I do not recommend.

It was in walking distance to allegiant, though the room was so small the restroom door would not open all the way. We had to keep going back for our keycard to be fix. Other than that it was cramped but parking was free and the stadium was walking distance so im okay with it!

I love that it is close the venue that we were attending. Walking distance. We can walk to nearest gas station /fast food area. Love that the staff were nice and always helped us out and also answered our questions and concerns. Enjoyed the pool as well. Overall I enjoyed it. I wish they had like refridgerator to keep some of my food and beverage cool. The room was a bit dirty. When you use the sink, the water wouldn't drain. It was clogged. I do not know if the people before me did something or something. For me it wasn't that bad.

Was really close to the stadium allegiant I love it!! Everything was dirty inside with roaches, and the furniture made me feel like little animals in my body, it was a really bad experience and bad smelling like cigarettes, and living there were scary people.

The check in staff was amazing! They apologized ahead of time due to the building being outdated. It was pretty outdated. The location was amazing distance from the stadium.

Air con was so dusty and blowing cig smoke from outside in, I turned it off, toilet flushing was so long and loud, there was a cockroach on the ceiling and bathroom, everything smelled really strong of cleaner or bleach. Bed and pillows were surprisingly fine. Some embedded old scum and repair residues on the sink and tub and walls. Very old and looked like maintenance/construction was very amateur and slap dash. Both ice machines were broken. If it wasn’t so close to the stadium, I wouldn’t bother. Tolerable for one night but would not stay again.

Terrible motel that was awful even by Motel 6 standards. Filthy rooms: floors were dirty, lots of black mold, 2 types of bugs crawling around. Air conditioner didn’t cool. Reserved a king bed but got a queen. Wouldn’t set foot in the pool. Trash on walkways. Don’t expect any amenities, just 1 tiny soap & 1 set of towels for 2 people. No shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, etc. Would have immediately left but too late to go elsewhere. In the morning they gave us another room. Bathroom door was off kilter so it wouldn’t shut. Floor was dirty with paint chips all around. All floors were chipped & bubbled up making it a tripping hazard. No closet so they had an armoire instead, but not enough room for it; you couldn’t even open door all the way & it was a tight squeeze to navigate the room. One end of the bed platform was broken off, so when I walked around it, it sliced a large wound on my leg and bled profusely. Office had no first aid kit. Husband had to walk a long way to a gas station to get bandaging. If you don’t have a car, motel location isn’t near anything except Allegiant Stadium, which is a 10-15 minute walk. Otherwise, you have to use taxis for everything. The A/C was freezing & couldn’t be adjusted other than turning it off. No blanket so we were miserable. Upon checkout, Manager said he’d give us a half price discount. A week later, Hotels.com said it was only for $135 (my bill was $500) so not half off! Their dangerous room hurt me & ruined my trip. Worst experience!

Only good thing was how close it is to allegiant stadium. Checked in and immediately left to concert. Being that I didn’t check my room before hand I didn’t notice the bath tub rusting, the cockroaches, the hole in the sheets, or the smell of smoke in my non smoking room. Oh and the full size beds in my queen room. I was physically in the room maybe an hour and they refused to even give me a partial refund. Drove home to California at 4 am

The room and shower was very dirty the chair and ?️ bed made me itch and had cockroaches and small bad a cigarette ? and and the people living there looks scary, I can't sleep and feel insecure.

The guy helping in the lobby was very nice AC wasn't cooling enough, only 2 very uncomfortable pillows, no shampoo or conditioner, only 1 soap for washing hands and showering, phone wasn't working, very poor lighting and in one side of the room the light next to the bad wasn't working at all.

There could be a lot of improvement with just a little bit of effort the floor towels were lifting up and it was hard for me to walk on the linens and none of the words the bed spreads had black line on them that made them look questionable maybe a couple new washing machines or maybe buy new linens for the beds on the other hand the price is right and the location is good so I would stay there again, but they could make a lot of improvements in that hotel

The first thing that I saw when i entered the room, floor was dirty, bathtub had a bug in it and taking a shower water was filling up to are feet (ankle), not draining ( slowly going down). Over all bed was alright. I wish they would put more towels and hand towels in the room. Lots of parking space.

The room had no frig or coffee maker. The two ice machines in the office did not work. The room came with a single towel. The AC unit had missing grills. We paid a premium because of the BTS concert nearby - over $300/night but this room, blocks from the Strip could (should) have been in any poor neighborhood in the country. We won't be back to Motel 6. JIm Hall

First of all the rooms downstairs have a billion cockroaches in them. The first two rooms that the rather younger woman work in the office gave us room 106 and 104 had no bathtub and 104 had a billion cockroaches in that room so then she moved me upstairs which by the way I am disabled there was a few cockroaches in there not too many as downstairs rooms. They have two brand new ice machines and they don't work just like the ones that they recently took out of there so that was a huge inconvenience having to waste time and money traveling and wasting money to buy bags of ice every damn day the second inconvenience was they have two washing machines and two dryers and both of the dryers don't work so I had to hang dry my clothes in my room which was pathetic and ridiculous I didn't know that the dryers didn't work otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time and money washing their. And then the soda machine was out a lot too so that's another inconvenience for the guest. Do not stay here.... Is all I can say suggest/recommend.

What do I expect right? The property was absolutely filthy. The first room they gave me had broken AC. When I returned to my room at the end of the night, there was a cockroach on the wall. I immediately had them switch my room and give me a discount. I will never stay here again. Felt very unsafe.

Nobody answers the phone at the front desk. I had to walk to the office to get in touch with them. The room smelled like there had been a bachelor party from the night before. The doors, both main and bathroom, were so hard to open. Not a good experience.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Filthy, run down, shower curtain was dry rotted, bugs, holes everywhere, air conditioner falling apart, I can’t say one good thing. My online rate was $189 and while standing in the lobby a passerby was quoted $159. The place looks like it needs to be condemned.

I stayed here for two times just for concerts, as they located walking distance from Allegiant Stadium. I would say this place would be okay if you need 1-2 night just to crash there. But if you are looking a decent and clean place, this is not the one. The building is very old with cracks, the bathroom isn’t clean, and smoking odor. The air conditioner isn’t good - you can’t turn off cuz it’s hot and turn on cuz it’s so cold. We couldn’t adjust the fan mode to be normal. We also saw cockroach in the bathroom. So if you are a very clean person, avoid this place.

5 minute walk to Allegiant stadium was unmatched for Wrestlemania. Front desk ladies were accommodating and friendly day or night. Light years better than the disgusting Howard Johnson across the street from MGM grand I stayed at last year. Will definitely choose them again in the future.

I went to a concert in the allegiant stadium, so the location was great, walking distance. The rooms itself could use a little upgrade. Some plugs didn't work, there were stains in the walls, a patch of paint in the ceiling. The AC was not cooling the room. The assistant manager, Aveena was the best part of my stay. She was understanding and nice and she even saved a parking spot for my car!

Requested a non smoking room. First room that they assigned had a strong smoke odor. They offered another room, the bed sheets were dirty, the restroom was not clean, and the room still had an odor. Staff was very welcoming and understanding but I did request a refund.

And there were cockroaches! There were holes in the walls of the bathroom and they were coming out of them. I would avoid this place. Worst motel 6 I've ever stayed at.

Room was disgusting. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Floors were caked with dog hair and dust... cockroaches running around. The gal.working up front was very sweet.

First. It’s cockroach infested. Renting two rooms, there were roaches in each. The cleanliness was the worst I had ever seen. There was feces on the wall. Snot/mucus/unidentifiable in the shower. The rooms smelled like weed and cigarettes (both were non smoking). We didn’t even unpack. We rented a room somewhere else and shared the room instead of having two rooms. I would not - I repeat: WOULD NOT(!) - encourage anyone to rent a room here.

Despite the reservation being for two people, we were only provided with one towel. The furniture is very outdated and the overall condition of the room clearly needs renovation. The only positives were the convenient location near T-Mobile Arena and the stadium, and the staff was friendly during our interactions. We checked in, they said there were no king beds available so they “upgraded” us to a double bed. If we booked a king bed shouldn’t that be on hold for the person that reserved it? The hotel was conveniently located to allegiant Stadium for a concert I went to The room I book was a king size bed non-smoking. We checked in, went to the room room smell like cigarettes as soon as you walked in. half of the lights didn’t work in our room. There was still trash behind the furniture and there were weird stains all over the ceiling in the floor. We asked the lobby to give us a new room which they did. However, the room still smelled like cigarettes and the air conditioner does not work well there are no microwaves or mini fridges in these hotel rooms and their icemaker did not work. There were prostitutes and hookers hanging out in the rooms and drug dealers. One guy seemed like he was following me turned out. He had two rooms to sell her prostitute. I’m not sure.

There are roaches in every room. We went to the front desk and had to get a new room. The night lady was nice and helpful the morning staff was lazy and was a bother to look up from their phones to talk to anyone. Couldn't sleep till 4 AM because of the worry the new room had bugs.

The only upside to this hotel was it location, which was about a five minute walk to the stadium and a 15 minute walk to the main strip.

Booked for WrestleMania to stay on the cheap. Second closest hotel for walking but was dirty. I stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never came to clean the room.

The room next to mine had a piece of plywood over the busted out window. Overall the building was run down and dirty and the staff did the bare minimum. The “blanket” on the bed was practically see through it was so cheap.

Absolutely nothing! Let's see from start to finish....roaches in the first room, got moved to another room and the water was shut off in the middle of my husband's shower, I called it was turned back on. Then there was only 1 towel for two people with no housekeeping that we saw. The beds were rock hard and the second room had roaches as well. The room keys didn't work and we had to have them reprogrammed twice. The pool was more green then anything definitely not something you'd want to swim in. The ice machine was constantly empty and even if there was ice in it I wouldn't get any because it was nasty. You could see the scum in the one tray and the other had trash in it.

Rooms definitely need updating. Floors were not properly swept. Toilet almost overflowed went to the front desk to see about a plunger. They said someone would come take care of it no one ever did. Shower head was shooting water out the top side.

Quiet and clean! Drive in confusing! And with the stadium event that Friday and Saturday, difficult to access! Also a lot of spots sold to event goers…

It would have been fine but there were roaches and the floor just seemed dirty. The bathtubs were dirty and had mold. The staff onsite were nice. The bad rating is on the room and not on the staff at the office. We requested a refund for the second night and they made the process easy.

No soap provided, only one towel per room, smelled of smoke. Lots of parking available when we traveled, quiet for the most part. There were a lot of druggies in the area and you can tell a few people live here permanently, and they are a bit too comfortable for hotel-life. Dog poop EVERYWHERE! No doggie poop bags available and nobody picked up after their dog(s). This is a difficult location to walk to the strip from. Ice maker was broken when we went. The AC in the room worked, and it provided us with an okay-ish bed to sleep in. My dog was happy she was able to accompany us for free. Not as terrible as other reviews made it seem. If you’re driving, this place is worth it. Free parking!!!!

I will start off with the staff. They were lovely. The poolwas not accessible, there was trash in there. There were homeless camping in the parking lot right outside our door. It made me feel very unsafe. Now the rooms, Disgusting, smelling of cigarettes in a non-smoking room. There was build up dirt on the air conditioner that was blowing on the bed. There were uninvited guests, cacaroaches all over the room when we woke up.

I booked 3 rooms for a quick work trip. After checking in, we went to work, and when we returned to the rooms at night, there were cockroaches in all of them—around the bathroom and even one on the bed. Of course, we decided to leave immediately. Fortunately, the person at the front desk had no problem agreed to refund our money without saying much, as if this were already something normal there. This hotel lacks even the most basic sanitary standards. Aside from the cockroaches, the condition of the rooms was quite deplorable, and the smell inside was horrible.

My father got multiple bug bites on his head and some of them were so bad that we still see them two weeks after this trip. This would be a hard pass in our book in the future.

The light switch by the door does nothing so if you check in at night be ready to use your flashlight to find the lamp switches next to the bed. The air conditioning barely functioned. The bed was flimsy with springs poking you in the back and only 2 very thin pillows. And the first thing we saw when turning on the light in the bathroom was a roach skittering across the tub. Don't stay here.

Check in was fine. Upon room entry, the rooms were found to be dirty and had cockroaches. One of our rooms was short towels so we had to ask for more. There were some undesirable people hanging around in the parking lot, so when we weren't in our rooms we kept our belongings locked in the car. As noted, both rooms had either live and/or dead cockroaches. I had one crawl across my arm while trying to sleep. The bathroom doors were filthy, as was the floors and the corners of the rooms. The bathtubs had cigarette burn stains, chips missing out of the tubs. The bathroom vents are filthy. One room when the toilet was flushed, it leaked out of the base all over the floor. The other bathroom shower head leaked all over the wall when the water was on. Housekeeping went into one room, didn't finish making the bed and took the towel, which wasn't replaced. Didn't discover that until it was too late and had to use a hand towel to dry off with. The rooms were cheap, but we got what we paid for. Will not ever use Motel 6 again.

The rooms had roaches. I had 2 different rooms they both had roaches. Then I was to get a refund for 2 days they only gave me 1 day with the second day they only credited me 13$

This property is nasty and infested with roaches in every unit!!! They DO NOT clean these rooms, have pictures to prove it. I will never reserve a room here. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! My food was ruined by roaches, couldn’t sleep for 2 days!!!

I really don’t even know where to start!!! We were there in Vegas for a show. We Checked. In. The (first )room was a no smoking room . It reeked like an ashtray. Like yellow. Walls kind of old people smell. I could not stand in it for a minute. Lots of trash on the stoop and cans in the window the smell penetrated the bed sheets walls. We had to load our things in our van go back to office request another room. I’m asthmatic. Second attempt , the room smelled like a pot farm! ! Omg!! To top it off, we left our things in the room. It was also our 27 year anniversary , we brought our left over dinner (60)$ steak back only for the hotel roaches to attack it! Yea, ROACHES. I went to take a shower and went to eat it roaches were in the box with in minutes . I again loaded out again. It was midnight!! Unbelievable bought spray for our room . In the middle of night I felt a roach crawling on me I got 4 hours of sleep. I’m so grossed out. It’s a dump!

Close to the strip and was not the best price for one night. Spent about $80 for the room. Could have spent about $20-$30 more for a better night's stay. DIRTY AF. But was only there close to the strip for one night, so not bad if you're in a pinch, but consider your options

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Avina, at the front desk.

Worst place to stay in Vegas. It’s near nothing. It’s dirty,sketchy and literal homeless people set up shop directly at my door. The entire motel was dirty and hasn’t been touched up in decades. The bathroom was a horror show. I’ll never stay here again in my life.

A good walk near the strip, but honestly we took ubers that equally made up what we could have been paying to parts of the strip. We got the monorail pass because it saves on walking, so I’d stay at a hotel near the monorail. Also if you know you’re going to frequent the strip and play tables. It probably makes sense to stay on the strip. The shower rod and curtain were broken in the bathroom. No automatic soap, shampoo, and conditioner. You had to get towels yourself and sometimes the towels weren’t available. Staff was really nice though and I mean the price is what you get. It’s a motel so you can’t expect too much. However other motel 6s, I swear not as many things are broken and shower things were provided.

Location was pretty good, the price was very affordable if you’re trying to save for other things. The staff was amazing and nice. The only really bothering part was our room smelled like heavy coated cigarette smoke. Every time we when back to the hotel, We would have to leave the door open for like 10-15 minutes to air out the smoke. The smell will be tolerable after airing it out but it’s sucks that we had to do it every time we came back to the hotel.

I had to walk to the office to get what we should have had. The facility provided no shampoo or conditioner, just one very thin bar of soap for the shower facility. We saw only two small roaches in our room. We will never book a room in this motel again.

I have never stayed in a more disgusting motel. It was dirty, old, smelled of cigarettes and weed. Doors and windows didnt seal. Light came in from outdoor lights. Bathroom is so tiny, you have to back in to the toilet.

Check in was fast and easy, staff was very nice. That is the only good thing about this place. Reviews online said people canceled their stays after walking into the rooms and were never refunded. Had I been able to afford to go elsewhere I would have! The doors on the outside at least in my section were all damaged. Various dents, most of them weren't even sealed all the way. The ac unit barely worked. Good luck smelling anything besides pot. Extremely loud, you can hear everything even multiple rooms away. The beds were rock hard. You only get one towel, not washcloths or anything. Paint was peeling ( supposed to be a new place) weird white stuff on the desk, the chair had a bunch of holes in it. One lamp had no light bulb in it. Only 3 other lights for the room. Holes in the walls. The lights outside stay bright all night and you do see that in your room. The bathroom was horrible. Toilet seat was broken, the tub and walls had scuff marks everywhere. Sink only had one speed, super hard and fast. The shower had multiple hairs in it and the tub faucet leaked the whole time. On our last day we saw the Terminex van and people looking at the rooms across from ours.

I wish I had something good to say, but the bed was like sleeping on cardboard, the AC had no controls, the smell in the room was horrible like mildew and ash trays and worst of all there was alot of black mold easily visible above the shower and under and around the sink area. Not acceptable at all. I will not return to this location and I will share the photos with friends so they do go either. How do you not see black mold all over.

If I could give negative one hundred trillion stars I would. This building needs to be shut down asap. Everything is all bad. Pictures on the Internet are nothing like the actual room. False advertising. Stay away unless you enjoy being greeted by roaches. And good luck if you reserve a non-smoking room because upon entry if you can get into the room it will wreak of stale cigarettes with a mixture of other funk. If you enjoy filth, drug addicts loitering and wandering around like zombies, especially the ones that try to come into your room and management does nothing about it, prostitutes, loud noises 24/7, police activity, key card that demagnetizes for no reason, ceilings that are about to cave in, only one set of towels for more than one guest, rooms not cleaned at all even though there are "housekeepers" around all day. I can go on and on but you get the concept. Good luck if you decide to go anyway.

Rm 110 was awful, most lights didn’t work. No controls for ac or heat. Shower bar broken. 1 towel, hand towel and face cloth. For 2 people. Air vents very dirty and dusty. House keeping mgr should be checking rms based on coming occupancy. Rang 3 times for towels and finally was moved to a different room and had to get my own towels. No microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer……

Room was gross. Disgusting. Looks as if it had not been clean since the last person stayed there. There was bugs in the room a torn shower curtain. There was severe water damage above the shower in the bathroom cigarette burns all over the bathtub was supposed to be a non-smoking room it stunk inside the room and there was a blood stain on the sheets. I reported this to the staff. I canceled my reservation after being there for one day and they never even bothered to ask about moving me to another room. I just left. Do not go there.

This motel 6 was the worst of the worst. The room was dirty. There was fecal matter on the floor that was not cleaned. Even though it was a non smoking you could smell it in the room. The bed sheets were dirty. Stains were found on the sheets. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Poor property management.

Bathroom was mold in toilet and tub room was cramped with a king size bed that put the old loud air conditioner right in our ears all night long. NO WORKING TV the whole stay 2 days! Police harassed us and 6 other guest during the stay! overall property was in aa shambles period.

Well, I will never use you again. The problem is the hotel. They don't have a TV. When I checked out, they should have told me we don't have a TV, but they don't say, and the manager lady is very rude, and I left the next day. Thank you anyway.

Well, there are a few cockroaches in here. I’m surprised there’s no refrigerator or microwave but for the most part so far so good I’ve been living in my truck for the last few days so I need to take a hot bath so that felt good. Might have to stay here for a few weeks or so so I’m hopefully I get some really good deals. This time of year that are really helped me out.

No Tv or Internet. Bathroom filthy … greasy and room smelled of marijuana. Az/Heater could not adjust it because Panel settings… missing. Will NEVER stay there again even though convenience to airport. Wanted to send a picture to you, but your app will not allow that. You should not have them in your system.

They reserved a room for us in the morning Because we wouldn't get there till late at night and needed a bottom floor. We lost the key to our scooter, and they found it for us so that we could get on the plane and fly away. And went beyond the call of duty to help us make everything wonderful

When I checked in it’s was good. But when I got to the room and went to use the bathroom there was roaches crawling on the walls never again will I book that motel.

The bathroom had several issues: the light turned on and off randomly while we were in the bathroom, and the bathtub was in poor, unclean condition. We also had no soaps or basic tolietries Our air conditioning didn’t work at all, and there were very few outlets available for charging devices. The exterior of the motel looked run down as well. The only real advantage was that the stadium was about a 10-minute walk away. However, the walk did not always feel comfortable or safe due to the number of people congregating in the area at night. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Room was not ready at 230. Came back after 4 still not ready. Room stunk and made my throat sore after 15 minutes. Had to find another hotel. Property is full of beggars. Not worth cheaper price.

The only thing good about this property is the closeness to the Allegiant Stadium. It should have cost $20/night. It was dirty, the floors were not even glued down, bugs in the shower, not cleaned over night, barely any towels available. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrid is an understatement.

When the remodel is complete I hope this all changes. Staff was really kind, happy and very helpful.We got a good price so we did not make many waves. I would suggest microwaves and a coffee pot in the rooms.

My room was next to some prostitutes with their kids and they were noisy

We were first given a room with no a/c or heat. We notified them and were promptly moved to a room where the a/c and heater worked. But the toilet didnt. Once we notified them of this we were told they could not locate the plunger and couldnt do anything about it until maintence arrived the following day. The next day we were downgraded from a 2 bed to a single but at least everything worked. We were offered nothing for our trouble and charged full price for each day.

Once we opened our room door, we were greeted by cockroaches, the smell of cigarettes and the bed look liked it was slept on several days. We ran out of there and got a refund. Rather drive 20 minutes out of town, than stay there. Very disappointed. ☹️

There was a blood stain on the sheets, the tv remote didn’t have an input button to change to hdmi and the key card kept resetting so we had to get new key cards a few times but we didn’t spend much time in the motel so it was fine.

The first room had flooding. The 2nd room was much better but still had faults: no light bulbs in most of the lights, one towel, no trash can. A guy tied up his pit bulls outside our stair well and that was a bit of an inconvenience on top of not having any doggie bags near the dog walking area. Also it was riddled with dog poop, unsanitary and annoying having to clean my dog’s paws every time we walked them.

Surprisingly nice for the price. The room was clean, check in was a breeze, and the location can’t be beat. On a weekend when a big convention was in town, pricing me out of most hotels, this place was just fine. The only real downside was the room absolutely stank of cigarettes. It was a non-smoking room, but clearly had not been in the past.

Great stop for the basic no frills experience. Unlike many, the staff here always strives to accommodate me whenever needed. Five stars just for that. Easy freeway access and proximity to off strip locations.

The bed sheets and the blankets had stains the restroom door had a big hole in it and the roof of the shower also had a whole and the paint peeling. The shower head very bad and had a plastic bag wrapped around the connector that filled up with water. When I turned on the light to the restroom there was a roach infestation as they scattered into the walls from the corner of the floors this was the most disgusting Motel 6 we have ever stayed at. When we went to the front desk to complain about the roaches the responses we Know we are aware of the infestation and we're trying to deal with it. They also said the remark Everyone on this side of the freeway has a roach problem which was very unprofessional and not true. I asked them if you knew why wouldn't you warn your guest when checking in. This hotel should not be on any booking platforms and honestly should be closed due to health conditions. We were not even offered a refund.

The room was in okay condition; it had an odd smell. Deep cleaning, it appeared to be stained with possibly hair dye or something else that stained it. The bed was comfortable and it was perfect for what I needed otherwise. The housekeeping staff seemed very nice and personable.

Room was extremely dirty, garbage left behind from prior guest, not swept, bathtub had hairs all over and in drain, and one of the beside lamps did not work due to the cord being damaged and socket was ripped out of the wall.

The room wasn’t very clean. It had black dots in the sink that came off when I scratched them, so someone just didn’t put in the effort. The walls had smudges and what looked like food remnants near the trash can, and some type of sticker on the floor. Just very grimey room overall. Sheets seemed fine. Ok for just a one night stay

Overall good experience and Room was pretty clean. Only reason I left out a star is because the front desk was understaffed with only one employee and it took 20 minutes to sign in and get my room which only had 1 towel in the room.

I originally purchased this room for my senior father who was going on a trip by himself. However, I, his son, decided to accompany him at the last minute and thankfully I did. I checked us in after the football game and received room key 116. Upon entering the room, there was no light on as I discovered it did not work. Like a horror movie, the room light would flicker and cut off repeatedly. Nevertheless, I continued on to the bathroom and verified if that light worked and it worked properly. Yet, to my ultimate disgust and dismay, several roaches were observed as they scattered from the rays of the bathroom lights. I returned to the main office and told the management staff who was very apologetic. As this was Las Vegas, I did consider a simple room change because of hotel availability aspects. However, management informed me there was no additional availability and offered a full refund immediately. As a prior Motel 6 customer in other states, this location is the poorest representation for the brand I've ever witnessed.

Location is perfectly centered and surrounded by all major strip attractions and South of the Strip is just a short trek away. Dining options are numerous and they are conveniently within walking distance. Front Desk Receptionist are very caring and respectful to us guest. We are treated with their best intent in mind. Requesting a full refund. The room is nothing like the photos. The bathroom has multiple broken, poorly built, and patched areas, all in filthy condition. There is also an extremely strong cigarette smell throughout. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam.

the dresser/closet inside was NOT useful, as it was VERY poorly working, and had been repeatedly repaired, cheaply and with no success making it useable., hard to understand anything the desk person said, not sure the english was effectively understood., especially when i was given 6 keys, for 2 rooms. no elevator only old, cement rough steps, so sadly the up and downs made even more knee aches and pains, and not the slightest help! Needs to FULLY be refunded!

The tub had a slow drain. The water went down really slow. Other than that everything else was great.

No refrigerator for the room. Nothing special. Ac blew cold, hot water and good water pressure. There was a guy smoking bad drugs up stairs in broad daylight when we were checking out.

The worst place I have ever stayed. After trying 2 different rooms the front staff refused to change again to a 3rd room. We checked out immediately. They are attempting to steal money for the night we checked out. No one should have to stay in filthy and uninhabitable conditions. Even a guest next to us did the same thing.

Tv was broken like someone punched it, there was a giant hole in the ceiling from water damage, the door didn’t close all the way and we had to push it to lock the deadbolt or it swung open. Staff was extremely rude and refused to answer our calls or questions

Room had no cleaning service through out the week we stayed. Only 2 pillows were provided with no comforter. The shower head was broken and spilling to the ceiling. I told the front desk and he disregarded it. Hotel was very dirty when we came in. Do not recommend it.

The check process was seamless. The gentleman checking us in was very professional and friendly. I did try to call ahead to let the front office know we'd be arriving later in the evening but no one answered the phone. I called three times, each about an hour apart, so that was a little frustrating. The room was a good size for my husband and I. The room could use some improvements. The shower curtain was torn up, there were gross brown stains all over the tub, the room WREAKED of marijuana when we arrived. After sleeping on the bed, my hair smelled like cigarettes even though we were in a NON SMOKING ROOM. I appreciated that during check in we were allowed to choose up or down stairs. We only had one towel when we arrived and when I went down to get another one, the woman at the desk said I would need to come back at 7am to get another towel. I thought that was pretty ridiculous there were no towels on hand. When I went back in the morning, the woman at the front was very friendly and gave me more than I needed but I really appreciated the courteous and professional manner. We would probably stay here again just based on the location but the hotel definitely needs some renovations.

The room smelt like cigarettes there was only one bath towel and there were roaches everywhere. I talked to the management in charge and all they took off was $40. I will never stay there again.

What we did like, walking distance to the stadium. Disliked the dirtiness and roaches in our room 😔. Our room needs a whole make over and a bomb. We bought our own cleaning supplies, wipes, Lysol, air freshener, swiffer mop, and two roach spray bottles!

The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it reeked of smoke. The AC unit had an inch of dust on it and smelled foul. Hand sink was dirty and had no hot water. Wardrobe for my clothes was dirty and had trash on top of it. No fridge or microwave. The mattress was thin like they have in prison and no blanket on bed, just 2 sheets. The neighborhood was kind of sketchy. Some of the staff were rude and argumentative. Over all I could have stayed at one of the casinos for about the same cost and wouldn't have had to sleep in a smoking parlor. Don't waste your money on this place.

Great location from the Vegas Strip! Many people were walking their dogs around the property. The staff is super friendly and helpful!! They did a great job assisting me and answering my questions. The only negative things I noticed were, there was no refrigerator or microwave in my room, which is hard to believe in this day and age.The property does get quite sketchy after 11pm!! The amount of traffic that comes through there is not so friendly. (E.i. the aggressive prostitutes that harass you for no reason) And I could have done without the bugs but I understand you get what you pay for.

Absolutely filthy! Housekeeping was African American (what do you expect from them). Even requested Front Desk to clean the room, when me & my elderly parents left early morning out for one full day & night to Grand Canyon. When we came back next day evening. It was untouched! Housekeeping never cleaned my room. Besides that when we came back next day underneath the sink water was leaking! It was not leaking when we checked in! I don’t know how came inside my room after we left, we had only fresh towels left. Very unsafe! My HONEST REVIEW is “whoever in future travels to VEGAS with family. DO NOT BOOK HERE. This type of hotel is ok for budget purposes and LOCAL ONE NIGHT STAND CROWD. ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR ARE FAMILIES!!!!

The lady that let us check in early was really nice and helpful. We originally thought it was decent enough since we were only staying the one night and it was in walkable distance to Allegiant. The beds seemed clean enough, but the shower was a no-go, but still figured it was do-able since we literally only needed it to sleep. Unfortunately, we woke up in the morning and we weren't alone. There were other "guests" crawling around on the other bed, wall, desk and door... VERY thankful to not have seen them until we woke up bc we wouldn't have been able to sleep there. I think our "mistake" was turning off the air bc we got too cold. I think that location would be a great investment for a total remodel due to its prime location to Allegiant, but unless that happens, we can never go there again.

I had a terrible experience at this Motel 6 in Las Vegas. The room absolutely reeked of cigarettes the moment I walked in so strong it gave me a headache. The smell never went away my entire stay, and I wasn’t allowed to switch rooms. The bathroom door had a hole covered with tape, there were cigarette burns on the blanket, and wires were ripped out of the walls. The bed didn’t feel clean, and the blankets were thin and uncomfortable. Overall, it felt neglected and unclean. I wouldn’t stay here again. I tried to stay there as little as possible.

Only gave us one towel for a 2 queen size bed room, bird feathers and bird poop outside the door, funky smelling rooms, even though we requested non smoking, not very clean inside the rooms, some lady screaming and crying in the parking lot and they wouldn’t remove her.

The ceiling in the bathroom was collapsing, held on by just some latex paint. The bathroom flooring, laminate, was coming up off the floor. The room had not been cleaned, there were no towels, no amenities at all. No small fridge, no coffeemaker, nothing. Staff seemed upset that I would mention these problems at checkout. It wasn't even cheap. See the picture of the pool? The water is more green than that blue pictured. The motel rented out parking spaces for an event down the street. Good luck finding a spot. Incredibly, this is not the worst place I have ever stayed, but it is close.

My entire stay at this property has been extremely pleasant. Every member of the staff does their best to go above and beyond nin customer service. The management team Jeremiah is amazing and the customer service team at the front desk. Since I have checked in I have felt welcomed and well taken care of as a guest here.

This is the nightmare motel everyone fears! Drugs, prostitution, homeless, everything goes on here. The AC doesn't work right. The plumbing is terrible. Dirty. And the staff treats you like a dog (especially Avina, she is the worst). The cops should keep a permanent presence in the parking lot.

I had to change rooms four times due to the presence of roaches. They did make it right by refunding me my money.

I wanted a non smoking room. The room next me was also non smoking. The couple smoked so much in front of my door that my room was over powered with the smell of smoke. I checked out 3 hours later. The staff didn’t even inquire why I was leaving so close to checking in

Perfect stay if you’re going to Allegiant stadium. Rooms were clean but could’ve been a bit cleaner. Mainly the floors. Bed is comfortable enough for decent sleep. Staff helpful and polite.

Motel 6 was acceptable, especially for the price our first room smelled like smoke, but the staff were kind and immediately moved us to a different room. It was nice and quiet and overall a good value.

My interaction with staff on the phone was professional and helpful. Shortly after check in, he reported everything looked "normal" in the room, per our usual motel 6 experiences. When he returned in the evening, he found "the bathtub covered in roaches, scurrying to go down the drain to get away from the light." This was very upsetting and disappointing to hear about. I feel we have lost a reliable, clean enough, no-frills option for frequent our road trips around the state and across the country. He took it well and had a sense of humor about the whole thing, saying "guessing that's why they say they'll leave the light on for you." funny not funny.

There were a lot of roaches and ac was not functioning properly.

It can vary from one Motel 6 to the next, but this one in particular does NOT charge a deposit and after the room is paid for, they do NOT require a credit card to check-in. -No resort fee or any other hidden/surprise fees. - 24-hour self-service laundry room for guests. It has 2 washers (one small + one medium sized) and 2 large dryers. All machines take QUARTERS ONLY (no bills, no cards). The front desk keeps plenty of quarters on-hand and is happy to change out guests’ cash for quarters upon request. Cons: -Out of at least 3 Motel Sixes that I know to exist within a 2 mile radius of the Las Vegas Strip, this one is the worst in terms of location for walkability and convenience. It sits west of the Strip on the opposite side of the I-15 freeway, which is a very industrial area. There are no restaurants or bars within walking distance, and there is only one gas station nearby that has a convenience store attached. The only other businesses within walking distance of this Motel 6 are a few other chain hotels, and a whole bunch of auto repair shops. -Rooms are uncomfortable unless traveling alone. The rooms are small and the layout doesn’t make any sense for the size of the room. There is a desk & chair crammed between the foot of the bed and the wall, so that if someone sits at the desk, it completely blocks the only pathway from the room door to the rest of the room including the bathroom.

The room was nothing like the pictures advertised,bathtub was disgusting,I was approached by people living there they looked like the walking dead the whole area looked sketchy I feel very unsafe, not only for myself, but also for my dog and for my car and I did not continue my check-in. I left there within thirty minutes…..and I would appreciate a refund !!!!

I booked again because the one on the strip did not feel safe, so I came back from the previous night. This room had a new, lit vanity mirror and a much better AC unit than my previous room the night before. I’m so happy I cancelled with the strip and came back. This location is wildly convenient and they don’t allow any “they traffic” to stick around long. LOVE the staff!!

Both of office staff employees that I encountered were very professional and polite. The room did smell like urine, upon initially opening the door. I got what I paid for but the conditions of the rooms could be updated, even the slightest. The AC was on all night but only kept the heat at bay but the lighted vanity mirror was nice. Staff was super lovely.

Bathroom had holes on the walls and was dirty. A/C was not working. One of the beds was missing a comforter. My 3 yr old found a vitamin on the bed when he pulled the covers.

I have seizures there was cockroaches in the bathroom. I stayed in for about two weeks from the 15th to the 31st. The toilet was clogged for my last week there for a whole week and told them they didn’t come and help me unclog it so I had to use the bathroom in the shower.. very difficult and there are cockroaches. They don’t really get compensated. I reported everything all my problems my reports to the manager and put me as like like on the list of like do not rent to this person which is like feel like in the future, which is like I mean in a way it’s like OK thank you because it was horrible but at the same time it’s like I didn’t do anything wrong though. I made reports that were necessary that were for my Stay. It was an unpleasant day, and I had about three seizures due to stress because of it. I recently lost my mom so I just wanted a good comfortable stay! The only good thing about the hotel Stay was Avina the one of the ladies at the front desk. She was over and beyond already gave her five star review. I think she deserves to be management. I think she deserves a raise. She was the only one that helped me and made sure that I got service!!!

We were so tried from our flight, when we reached the hotel the aircon was not working it’s too hot. But we still stayed one night, I don’t like to go out for safety reason. We are new in the place don’t have any idea yet. We stayed so to find for another hotel for the following day for our short stay in Las Vegas. The decision is more safe to work on during the day and you can find good options for transportation. I would suggest for Motel 6 stadium, Las Vegas to improve your Ac facilities specially during summer.

I could not stay there, it was disgustingly dirty and felt unsafe. Used one cash and checked in at The Strat instead.

The room was basic and small but all that was needed for a good night's rest. Unfortunately, the old stale tobacco smoke smell still lingers in these older buildings, when smoking in one's room was permitted.

The rooms were quiet, which after long days, was exactly what we needed. The only downside is that there were a few cockroaches in each room.

The hotel desk girl on Saturday was fun and friendly. Made the whole process fun and easy for checkin. She rocked... Would stay again easy access to 49er Levi Stadium South (Allegiant Stadium) lol. Walking distance to strip and local fast food restaurants.

I didnt like that it didn't have a mini fridge. The floor in the bathroom wasnt cleaned right. The air wasn't really blowing out cold air.

Staff was great - but since it was 109 degrees it seemed the air conditioner was not enough to cool the room - only the area immediately next to the heater was cooled, and so I had to sit and sleep and eat and read next to the air conditioner

The AC wasn't throwing cool air, so I changed rooms. The second room had the same issue. They are not spending money to fix these ACs and are charging people $100 + per night. This is ridiculous. I left the room in 5 hours. I will never come back or recommend it to anyone.

This is a very good budget motel. All staff treat you good. It’s older and needs some fixing/upgrades but they really try to accommodate you as well.

Really the motel is good. It’s close to eating and entertaining. A/C was not working during a heat wave but my last room I got it over compensated. Very cold. I just think with better maintenance on the units they would work better. Maids are great, friendly. Can’t complain and the lobby staff is excellent. They aim to please. The neighborhood is rough, but we feel safe at this motel. We stay there often.

While the front desk staff was initially courteous, the manager’s response to my concerns was unprofessional and dismissive. An employee began processing a full refund and had me sign a document, but the manager intervened, offering only a 50% discount instead. She refused to provide the signed document, withheld her name, and threatened to call security when I requested contact information for corporate or a higher authority. I strongly advise against staying at this location until significant improvements are made. I have requested a full refund and urge management to address the cleanliness issues and staff conduct.

I went in a concert, love that was very close just 12 minutes walking to the stadium and the uber to the airport was very good

There were pigeons all over the property, in the walk ways, on the balcony's, on the bannisters. Rooms were not very clean.

Water damage to the bathroom to a point the base boards were disintegrated which led to me losing an earring in the cracks. Bathroom was not clean, floors were visibly dirty, cigarette burns and stains on the chairs, and the room was rough looking. Bring shower shoes, on top of the dirty bathroom were bacteria stains in the bathtub. There's no fridge or microwave as described. Staff was excellent though. Served the purpose for a place to sleep, but if I could change my reservation or get a refund I would.

Excellent excellent excellent for the price! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Right next to Allegiant stadium, maybe the closest hotel. We thought it was too good to be true and afraid we were about to have a very bad room. Here are the exact negative things just so you know why you are getting such an excellent price: Floors were a little dirty, towels and sheets smelled washed but were stained, room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and some other cosmetic issues like a burnt toilet seat. But the things that mattered to us we got: plenty of towels and toiletries, excellent ac, an excellent mattress (my mom usually can’t fall asleep in hotels because the mattresses have no support), quiet, tv, good shower/faucet pressure, free and ample parking, ice. We didn’t use it but the pool and laundry center were nice! Seriously positives outweigh the negatives. Absolutely a great place to stay when visiting allegiant stadium.

A cockroach on the bedroom wall and another in the bathtub. The tub was not entirely clean. The air conditioning was so weak that an hour after arrival, I was sweating in the room. But the check-in was cheerful and fast. There’s nothing in the surrounding area but the arena and more motels.
