The charge.cost for breakfast was unexpected but the yogurt parfait we chose was very good! We could have walked to a nearby fast food restaurant but after a long day of travel and a long day ahead we were exhausted and opted to spend more for the convenience. Overall the hotel was perfect for us-close to the airport, clean and comfortable beds, free parking and a lovely pool. The best part was a wonderful receptionist Billy who greeted us with a smile and kind words. Knowledge regarding the cost of food, snacks at the hotel. We would have made the effort to stop at a grocery store etc…but that is our fault. The hotel did have available snacks for purchase but at a high price.

Room was clean. We had 3 kids and they provided a rollaway bed for the 3rd kid. Breakfast was not included but we left at 4am for the airport so a little too early for breakfast. However the staff did have fresh coffee in the carafe for us. They told us it would take up to 30 minutes to get to the airport but we were there in 10. Short night but it was good.

The grounds are well maintained with beautiful plants and trees, promoting a relaxing atmosphere. When checking in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms, halls and entire property was outstanding. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the hamburgers were delicious. We definitely would stay here again the next time we visit Las Vegas.

This time I benefited from a renovation. This was very well done down to have light switches that worked the same way (and the room was well lighted). Rarely do I find a room that works well for a reader. This one did.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, modern, and spacious. My family enjoyed the outdoor pool and our large room. We ordered a roll-away bed for my son, and it was a very comfortable mattress. We made use of the free airport shuttle, which was timely and very convenient.

Had a very early flight so we weren't here long. But pillows were terrible and furnace was so loud it was hard to sleep. Hotel looked very nice. Looked like it had a nice pool and amenities just didnt have a chance to use them

The facility is very nice and is in a very convenient area. It was only a 5-7 minute drive to the rental car return facility. The mall is only a 5 minute walk away and there are several choices for eating within walking distance. If you don't want to stay on the strip I highly recommend this hotel.

The one dislike was, I requested a late check out and was told it wasn't possible due to the hotel being sold out. I wasn't sure what that had anything to do with the hotel being booked, but I had to sit from 12noon until my flight left at 6pm.

The room is pretty spacious given the price. Staffing are very friendly especially the evening crew. We felt like family being there and the fact that pets are welcome at the resort is even a plus. We were able to bring my 2 fur babies without a problem.

We recently stayed here and had a very good experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Strip. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained, Check-in was smooth and the lobby and common areas felt welcoming and safe. The breakfast came included was super convenient. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for families if you want comfort, value, and easy access to the Strip.

Shuttle service takes a while, need to schedule for rides to the airport. My bathroom was a little funky. There was a musty smell coming from the shower, and the floor was dirty. My microwave had food debris and crumbs from a previous guest. The A/C unit was cracked, so the vibration created a rattling sound. Last downside was no free wifi. Tried to charge me even though I'm a Gold member. Other than that, the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable

The staff was extremely helpful when I needed assistance, and the family friendliness was stellar. The pool area was great, especially because of the waiting area for smaller children. Even with the remodeling work going on, everything was clean and accessible.

I was aware the hotel was under construction, the website stated that, however the lobby set up for checkin,etc. was very disorganized and sloppy.

There was some construction that caused some problems in the lobby area, but it will be over by now probably. Otherwise it was an excellent stay. The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

We stayed one night due to a flight cancellation. For awareness, the area is not super well lit at night (granted we checked in at 11:30pm) so our taxi had a little difficulty finding the parking lot entrance, and the hotel was undergoing renovations. We were told we had a brand new room, but the fridge was dirty (looked moldy) and one of the beds was either not placed properly on the bedframe or the bed frame was broken, because when we sat down the bed tilted severely to one side. Otherwise it was clean and it was fine for what we needed for one night though.

First The price is too high, I waited for the my room like 2 hours I checked others hotels and this is too expensive

I had reserved a single, king-bed room. Initially I was slated for the 4th floor, which is exceptionally quiet and nice to stay in. Someone else’s AC broke, and my room was given to them as their replacement, leaving me with a conjoined room next to someone who was very loud, and the bathroom smelled of marijuana. Not to mention the AC in that floor that I was now placed in also didn’t work, which seems awfully ironic. It additionally was a two bed queen room, which was plainly not what I wanted. We ended up checking out around midnight because it was so unpleasant. We stayed at South Point which was much more accommodating, even if the price tag was a little hard to swallow.

We went a the way back and advised the clerk of the situation Checking in was fine, appeared clean and front desk was a very nice lady who wished us a great stay. I wasn’t happy with the hotel and I’m a Hilton honor member

There was no top sheet on my bed. I called several times over 2 of the 4 days and the front desk management kept putting me off. Finally, I came downstairs to get my own and I made my own bed. I called to report smoking and nothing was done about it (this is a non-smoking hotel and I have smoke allergies). so I developed a sinus infection and got bronchitis because the person next door to me was smoking cigarettes and weed all night and the front desk did nothing about it, even after I called. A microwave blew up on our floor the last night we were there and the fire alarm went off because smoke was filling the hallway. We all evacuated the floor and the front desk attendant said, "Oh, it's fine, the smoke won't bother you. You can go back up." I was furious because the management absolutely did not show that they cared about us at all. We waited in the lobby for a few hours until they eventually brought a fan into the hallway to clear the smoke. This was supposed to be a special birthday trip for my mom's 70th birthday, and this reservation cost me a lot of money. I'm a Hilton Honors member and I am completely disappointed with my 4-night stay experience.

There were a lot of options nearby for meals. The beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet. It’s a little bit of a drive from the strip but that was a plus for us.

All the additional parking it taken up by disorganized construction material. Right at 7am, they allow the construction company to make all kinds of rucus. Saws cutting. Hammers pounding. Sounds like them dropping stuff on purpose to be as loud as possible. Then at 8am house keeping is pounding on my door to clean. And opens the door. Check out isn't for several more hours. Horrible experience.

My wife said this was the best hotel we stayed during on our past 10-day trip. I did get confused at the breakfast buffet, seeing a sign that we'd be charged a fee, but, on providing my room number to the attendant, she said it came with the room, as I recalled, and it wasn't charged.

The place was clean and good location. I booked for 2 queen beds and a pull out couch but just got a room with 2 beds so we had one person sleep on the floor.

Staff was nice. A guest was sitting in the lobby singing, my kids said it was a Vegas experience. Room was clean and comfortable.

The water in my room was turned off during the night. I was not able to take a shower or flush the toilet. When I went down to the front desk to report the problem, I was offered a free breakfast or some Hilton points, no refund. If I didn’t like the options I can contact the GM. It was 6:00am, so the GM was not available when I had checked out. This hotel is in bad shape.

We stayed here for one night. There is shopping not far from the hotel. Lots of food options. We stayed with our dogs. Dog friendly with small potty area. It says it has an off leash dog area, this is incorrect. How ever some downstairs rooms have patios where you can throw a ball for your dog. Or for small children to run around. This hotel is under going renovations right now.

This property did not feel or look clean. There was exposed nails at the first floor elevators. Those could be a potential hazard. The housekeeping staff blocked hallways with their carts. The rooms felt more like they were “picked” up vs stripped down and clean. The front office desk look unpleasant. The hotel in general looked outdated.

Undergoing major renovations starting mid Aoril 2025

We were given a different room than requested, and then had to ask 3 times for a roll away cot (traveling with kids). Then our air conditioner sounded like a Mac truck and didn’t work. We ended up opening the window and hoping for some relief. No other rooms available. The smoke alarm was going off every 5-10 min downstairs when we were getting food. We have stayed here before with the kid and it was much better! My 13 yr old son said he might not sit in the chair donwstairs it was so dirty. The bus shuttle to the airport was thankfully perfect!

Our car was parked out front at 1:00 in the afternoon, we went to have lunch andthe car got broken into (they broke the window and all our belonging were gone.

They really need to repair the hotel; it's very old and has clearly been neglected. If I had known, I would have paid more to stay at a better hotel. I thought it was a Hilton, so I expected it to be decent, but it felt more like a no-name hotel. It’s not worth the price.

Talking to the Burger King next door, they said vehicles are stolen and vandalized all the time from this property and they are usually recovered around the corner or at the truck stop down the street, which is where we ended up recovering our vehicle. With how unhelpful the staff is and how frequently it is being reported that vehicles are taken from the property, it feels like someone on staff may be involved in the thefts. Luggage, stereo, sunglasses all stolen from vehicle. Stay at your own risk.

Friendly people at the front desk and the bar for happy hour

Very close to the airport and quiet if you do not wish to be in the Strip crowds.

We enjoyed the entire staff from the desk to house keeping, to the dining staff. Everyone made our stay very comfortable.

Had dinner at the Bar and Grill in the lobby and it was fantastic!

The grill located in the hotel was very good. Breakfast and dinner.

We booked for the pool in the photos but when we got there they said it’s only for private events. Very misleading.

Mgr was very accommodating when asking for a change in our stay. Breakfast and dinner menus and food was excellent.

This was a nice place and only about 8 -10 min. from the main part of the strip. We liked it but it was a bit pricey for being such a simple hotel. It was clean but the bed covers were very wrinkled and there is no where to eat around there but the burger king. They did have nice shampoo and body wash with plenty of towels.

The provision of shuttle to the Airport is added value

Although this hotel wasn't walkable to the Strip, it was clean, quiet, safe and comfy, with restaurants within minutes for breakfast. There is a restaurant within the hotel however breakfast is not complimentary. I would recommend Black Bear Diner.

Hotel was an awesome location for the places we needed to go! Love that they have somewhere to eat within hotel as well and the parking was safe and convenient.

Unfortunately hotels.com overbooked our room and we ended up with a regular room and not our junior suite we paid for. Staff and hotel were very friendly. Did not receive any kind of refund which was upsetting. I might start booking with the hotels directly.

Staff was professional and fair to us. Location was perfect near to everywhere you need to go. Only bump in this hotel was the other pool was close and they didn't advertised it on the website. But overall, it was a pleasurable stay.

nothing specifically made this property unique. truthfully not the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed in and very overpriced.

Hotel staff was great. There is a small area for pets outside which is somewhat shaded from the Vegas heat. Our room was surprisingly quiet.

A bit frustrating because for some reason my name was different in the Hotel’s files and they gave me a hard time because pf that even when i showed them that in my app confirmation was written properly rather from that all was very good!!
