Kitchenette is convenient. There is a Walmart within easy driving distance, so we stocked up on items for breakfast. We walked up to the strip but it is really too far to walk. My husband ended up going back for the car to pick us up. Next time, I would take the bus. There is a Starbucks and Chick-fil-a really close. We enjoyed both. It was a hot day and my kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. It's not huge, but it was enough for them. The directions that Google gives for the street address lead you to a parking garage around the corner (next to Tahiti Village) but if you search it by the hotel name, it will come up correctly. The front desk is only open 8am-7pm. It wasn't a problem in the evening, but we were ready to check out before 8am and weren't quite sure what to do with our keys. We were able to call and leave a message that we'd left room keys in the room, so it worked out, but it might be nice if there was a drop-box for keys or something like that for people to be able to check out before 8am without wondering what to do.

Sketch area. Couple of homeless and drug users wandering around the perimeter.

Love this hotel and their service-minded staff. The Front Desk Receptionist even gave me a bandaid when I was checking in because I got a cut on my hand when schlepping my luggage into the Lobby. Very caring and helpful.
- 2.5/5
I didn't like the fact that there were bugs by the sink area. The floors, bathroom, and dishes were dirty. For those who plan to stay, be sure to bring your own dish soap that not watered down, a dish sponge, and cleaning supplies.

Excellent service by staff. Tracy, Manager, always offers a warm welcome and ensures my room has needed amenities like a coffee maker.

It was close to the strip and right across the mall outlet. The rooms were very spacious and nice layout. Big bathroom also was nice. One was there were a few small cockroaches seen in the restroom but it’s Vegas you’re gonna come across them and just access to the building, door was always open so anyone could come in if they wanted too.

Big room. Good size. Nearly a fully equiped kitchen. Service station out the front to Get the essentials. Didn’t charge extra for parking or anything like that. Located south of the strip a little which is good and bad at times I suppose but bus station right out front to take you into town. The smell in the hallway was a bit strong at times. Nothing can be done about this though and it’s not the property’s fault. Mostly smelling of marijuana Clearly coming from other residents use in the car parks just outside the doors or potentially in their rooms and the smell coming out. Think you had to request housekeeping or something? Didn’t get fresh towels during the 5 day stay but just made-do with what we had Like I said in the positives, it’s located a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the city itself. Easy enough to get in and out of the city but annoyingly a little far away to be able to do a few trips back to the room across the day for example. We knew this when we booked though and I’d be open to staying there again.

The room was clean , bed was comfortable. Looked fairly new Didn’t realize it was an extended stay. Lots of people hanging around outside, sitting on the curbs smoking. Not exactly a fun crowd

Parking was an open lot and seemed safe for the area. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very basic, but clean. Towels and sheets were clean. The bed was not the greatest.. the mattress sank under the weight of two people and the pillows could have been better. The window shades were missing one panel. We only stayed one night.
- 4.5/5
Friendly staff, clean, good infrastructure in walking distance. Office closed from 7pm to 8am, but you can call them to check in. Gym has seen better days.
- 4.5/5
Accommodations were decent. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds and bedding. Large handicap accessible bathroom. The front desk had only one attendant, dealing with multiple people and check-ins all at once. They were a bit overwhelmed. The code for the property Wifi wasn't given to me at check-in. A slight inconvenience and disappointment. I desperately needed it for my laptop and remote work assignments. It cost me some time and money. Unfortunately, I had to find a store location to buy a mobile hotspot to use for my laptop. Late at night, and at the last minute, in an area im unfamiliar with. ?

Cockroach infested. Crawling on the walls and everything. Cockroaches and I received a pest control treatment letter like I was at home or smtn
- 1.5/5
After multiple phone calls, I got the full refund from the property, and the manager was responsive. It was a smell of weed smoke in the halls despite the "no smoking" signs. However, the worst part was the roaches. We had to kill a couple right upon checking into the room. Then we left to explore the city, and upon return, found many more crawling on the food on the shelves and on the suitcase. We decided to leave to avoid bringing them to our home in the suitcase. We also had to throw out all the food that wasn't stored in hermetically sealed containers.

- 1/5
room was semi clean. definitely saw quite a few roaches. definitely not worth the price
- 5/5
Everything was great (the staff, the room, access etc)! The only issue was with communication between Expedia/Hotels.com and myself. So frustrating trying to get info (stupid chatbots that do not work), adjust booking or heaven forbid, if you need a receipt. Arrghghgh!
- 5/5
The Location, the Staff and the Room was overall Great ???? I know that Booking. com charged Me way too much for my Stay. I personally could have booked my Reservations directly with Siegel Suites Select, a lot cheaper than Booking.com (The Costs, same amount of days, with Siegel Suites Select would have been Half the Price). In general, I personally think that Booking.com charges way too much for most of their Reservations. Sorry to say that I Now always check with Other Travel engines for better and cheaper Deals instead.
- 3/5
Didn’t clean the room
- 2/5
I reported the issue to the front desk, but the response did not feel adequate considering the seriousness of the situation. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any hotel, and unfortunately this property did not meet that expectation. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves their cleaning and pest control procedures. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here.
- 3/5
Need to improved front desk

What good does it do to have a soaking tub when there's no hot water! Door in my room connected to the lobby, SO NOISY!

Staff was great, room clean, just a couple of cockroaches, the only thing in walking distance was an outlets mall and it’s big. Other than that nothing to do in the area.

There were cockroaches in the restroom and room. Also floor was filthy, rooms not clean, smelt stale. Sheets smelt like they hadn’t been washed in a while. Overall, poor experience. Staff not available when needed help in front desk.

The property is okay for the price.

I arrived after ours, 7pm. A different service than I'm used to.
- 5/5
Very close to the airport car rental hub. Excellent location to pick up and drop off the car.

I was appalled by the two receptionists' attitudes at the front desk. The African American gentleman patronized me, saying that I could contact the third part (booking.com) and retrieve my $153. I told the other gentleman (Latin or Asian) if I couldn't get the money back, I would just have to eat it. He had a snug and arrogant look on his face and told me, "It's out of our hands here... you can call the manager on Monday, she doesn't work on the weekend." I asked to see the rooms, and they didn't look like the pictures online. False advertisement at its best. That is why they slipped a "no refund" clause in the transaction. SAD!
- 4/5
The property was okay. They need to pay more attention when clean it. The staff isnt available at night, but they're kind.
- 5/5
Rebecca was awesome in checking us in. Thanks to all the staff for accommodating our late checkin. The location was conveniently right near the freeway.
- 4/5
Good affordable place to stay near rental car...
- 3/5
The hotel was very plain and ordinary for an extended stay. The problem I had was we had a handicap accessible room, and the toilet seat was actually broken. You had to be careful when you sat down on it could fall over. The drains backed up a little not a lot, but the worst failure of communication was with the front desk. The front desk did ask me when I was leaving a $100 deposit if paying cash or card. I dodnt know there was going to even be a deposit especially when i paid in full. The hotel did ask me whether I was also told and they assured me that the refund would be immediately given back to me. Now I find out after checkout that it'll take 3 to 5 business days to get refunded. Because I don't have the money now.Readily available, I will have to figure out a way to pay for gas to get back home some twenty five hundred miles. So as far as the hotel goes, it's very basic. You can stay right next door for a comparable price and get more for your money.
- 4/5
Tracy at seigal was great. Great attitude and great customer service! Looking forward to staying there again next year for edc
- 3/5
Front desk service was good and friendly. Only downfall was we saw multiple cockroaches in the room.
- 2/5
Whatever cable company they use runs commercials every 5 minutes. Even on movie channels, So relaxing watching TV was a waste of time.
- 3/5
Also, they claim 24/7 staff availability (including the sign on the door and our check-in paperwork!) Still, we called weeks in advance to let them know that we would arrive after 3am. They told us it was no problem and gave us a number to call. We arrived at 4:40am, immediately called the number and left a message and got ne response. We also went into the lobby (the door is always open) and called for a staff person and got no response. At 5am someone who we later learned was the on-site security person who was supposed to check us in when we arrived came by the van and told us that there is nobody there between 5am and 8am (at that time, she told us that she didn't work there.) We had no choice, after a 14 hour drive, but to sit in our van for over three hours for staff to arrive and check us in. The staff were all very kind and responsive, unfortunately the manager was rude and unhelpful. The free donuts are a nice touch.
- 2/5
I wanted a room with a coach and never got one. the pictures on the Las Vegas website and the Expedia website for the executive room both show a coach in the pictures. There was none!!! they told me if i wanted to book again and mention before i booked that i wanted that kind of room i would have to ask ahead.
- 4/5
The only thing that I will rate "bad" is the beds, otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.
- 5/5
Enjoyed everything bout r stay handicap room was perfect for my paralyzed family member security guard lady do nice friendly frequent rounds 🤗will deff be staying here for now on when we visit Vegas
- 5/5
Lots of people smoking around parking area. The room is nice and spacious.
- 4/5
I like that it has the kitchenette, we can cook some simple meals. Don’t like that it only staffed before 7pm
- 5/5
It’s a good place to stay if you would like more of an apartment feel. Nice having a full kitchen etc…
- 5/5
Perfect lodging place. It's right across the outlet mall, close to gas stations, eateries, freeway, the strip. Very convenient. 100% non smoking facility 👌 quiet. They have a fitness room
- 4/5
Despite my after hours check in, someone was there to help me. And I like that the front desk’s followed up on my setting in. I picked the hotel for its convenient location to shopping, bus, food places and room amenities.
- 3/5
The room was ok but it look like an apartment building instead of a hotel . We had a late check in do there is no front desk . The gentleman that checked us in at night was very accommodating and did his best . I did not like the overall feel to this place .
- 2/5
It was mostly clean. Check in was awkward. It was fine for what it was. (We booked due to proximity to airport rental car return) Probably won’t book again.
- 1/5
I wasn’t even able to check in for my night stay. I stayed outside calling the lobby and no one answered. Super unsafe place to stay. Seems like people actually live there, it’s not just a hotel. Super dirty! Don’t recommend at all. Book a night somewhere else!
- 5/5
Has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
It was a wonderful day.I will do it all over again
- 4/5
It was great for our short trip but someone was smoking near the back parking lot and the smell was coming into the room....wish the occupants would smoke away from the rooms
- 4/5
Stressful for late check in had to call a number but only got voicemail fortunately we weren’t too late and the kind gentleman got us to our room
- 4/5
This property was a great value for the money! At the low price point, I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed, the spotless cleanliness of the room and lobby, and the excellent shower heat and pressure. With a full kitchen, ample room space, friendly and helpful staff, great location, and free doughnuts, I certainly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Conveniently close to the car rental return location. Nice big room as property is an extended stay property as well.
- 5/5
Me gustó la limpieza y orden. Me gusta mucho que el personal es muy servicial. Gracias bendiciones
- 5/5
Note - staff is not overnight.
- 3/5
everything as a-ok. pleasant staff. quiet at night, affordable
- 1/5
Couldn’t even stay. There were cockroaches in my room I was disgusted lost sleep driving back home instead of staying . Don’t even know why I paid for this
- 2/5
Cutoff for check in at 7pm without having to make special arrangement for a later check in was a total pain. A 4-hr check-in window is unacceptable. Then bugs running around and cigarette stains. Was anxious to get out of there asap in the morning.
- 1/5
Not even 24 hours in the room I saw a roach crawling on the wall and a baby roach crawling on the bathroom floor I’ve been waiting to be from a manager to approve my refund
- 4/5
But I could not an ice machine any where. The freezer in my room had no trays. And staff checks out at 7 PM. However the 24 hr convenience store was adjacent and multiple food choices accross the street.
- 4/5
We liked the location of this hotel, because it was close enough to the strip and shopping. But not crowded like the strip.
- 1/5
Wasnt able to stay there wouldnt give us our room because expedia overbooked
- 4/5
Good location
- 4/5
Very nice reception personnel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
The room and place was nice and the strip near by
- 5/5
We stay here every time we come to town. It’s affordable, clean, everyone is pleasant, and it’s nearby where I like to gamble!
- 1/5
First of all it states that no smoking of cigarettes or marijuana and it smelled like both in the hallways. Secondly, there are people doing drugs at the entrances of the building so you have to walk through them to get in the property. That’s just getting in and out of the building. The rooms were dirty like they just did a half a** job cleaning. The tv wouldn’t stay on for more than 2 minutes without the screen going blank. Only one bath towel for a double queen bed room. I asked for more and they never brought them. They close the front desk very early because of the drug problem they have around the building and sure they are worried for their safety but not their guests. This place is a **** hole, excuse my language. Never again will I stay there or do I recommend to anyone. The toilet would rock when you sat on it like it was going to break or fall over. There was no place to put your toiletries so you had to leave them outside the bathroom area or soap and shampoo on the floor of the shower. Sink in the bathroom sink was hanging by a string with all the silicone on it to keep it in place. Never again for my stays. I read the description from the hotel and they talk a great game but they play like sh@t. Reviews had mixed feelings about this place but I should have read the date. It was from a few years back and it’s gotten worse. So people, I would not recommend the stay there. Spend a little more but a place you’ll feel safe at and a clean environment and room
- 1/5
The floor is dirty, all my white socks turned black! I didn't walk barefoot, it’s disgusting! The faucets are awful, water keeps running and won't shut off. Cockroaches!! We killed several of them! The pool wasn't working! I will never come here again! It's a good thing there's a Deny's diner and an outlet nearby (if anyone needs it). It's an 8-minute drive to the city center.
- 3/5
It wasnt great but it wasnt terrible, it was a place to lay our heads down at night. Went my my family of 6 for a cornhole tournament but EDC was also at the same time so it was hard to get an affordable place so we settled on this one. Beds were comfy and had enough room for a blow up bed. Bathroom was different, not sure if it was handicap assessable but there was no "barrier" to keep water from going everywhere even though there was a drain on the floor and the toulet wasnt anchored into the floor so it wobbled. We arrived after 1 a.m. so had to call an emergency number to get us checked since no one is at the front all hours of the day. People seem to live there as well and the halls always smelled of weed even thought its a smoke free building. And the lights from the near by parking garage we so bright my kids always thought it was daytime. Its an ok place if youre in a pinch but wouldnt stay here again unless i had too
- 4/5
Good price and good area for Las Vegas
- 4/5
The unit I was in was worn, but very clean. Nice kitchen, good air conditioning, and was relatively quiet. There are a lot of homeless in the area, but I wasn't bothered by any of them. It's not the stip, it's more of the business/light industry part of Vegas and the area looks like that. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
Great location and overall well planned rooms
- 5/5
Xx
- 5/5
Nice spacious rooms. The included kitchen is very handy if travelling with family/kids. The car rental center is just 10-min walk & location in general is very good.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient, exactly what we were looking for. The staff were helpful and professional. A great value.
- 4/5
If you need a place to stay that isn’t loud, isn’t flashy, has plenty of space, and a fridge, this is it. Late arrival was tricky, but security took care of us. Also close to car rental center, which was a nice plus.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Really well organized, clean & comfortable. I would stay again
- 5/5
Will definitely be booking here again if i return to vegas
- 4/5
Nice clean place. Across the street from a large strip mall with lots of food choices. Unit (2 bed) we were in had the bare basics for cooking and only had place setting and towels for 2. Mostly quiet but walls are thin. Cost was very reasonable considering the NFR was in town. Would stay again
- 5/5
Wonderful place! Beds were comfy, refrigerator big enough to store lots of food, stove top allowed us to cook breakfasts and dinner. Saved us lots of $$ on those meals.
- 2/5
The property is in a good location close to shopping areas, eateries and gas stations However our room had a roach infestation and the hall smelled of marijuana. Although the hotel stated smoking cigarettes and marijuana are prohibited the rules are not enforced.
- 2/5
It’s no clean, the beds are uncomfortable. The shower drain didn't work. terrible experience we had at this hotel. smell of marijuana in all the hallways
- 5/5
Very nice people, I absolutely loved my staying there and definitely coming back to the same place again. Also you guys have the best daily fresh donuts. Thank you thank you.
- 5/5
Nice property. Thank you for your daily doughnuts. Id did the job for us we had a special accessible room.
- 4/5
I didn’t like the fact that the person at the front desk spoke about the and pool hours, only to find out later on upon wanting to go to the pool , that is was closed. Big disappointment
- 1/5
It’s a ghetto area
- 1/5
They did not have my reservation I am without a hotel right now
- 5/5
Front desk was really nice and everything regarding check-in and parking was a breeze. It’s located across a shopping center and is down the street from the Las Vegas strip. I would love to stay again!
- 5/5
Safe, convenient, close to strip and public transit
- 5/5
Great location for the money. great staff and very clean
- 5/5
A very nice room, very basic, but clean and comfy. We loved the fact that it was so close to the rental return center. Made our departure simple. The security guard, Tom, was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
HIGHLY RECOMEMDED
- 1/5
The front desk closes at 9 p.m. and there's supposed to be someone that you can contact after hours and no one answered and i had to wait for 2 hours in the dirty lobby to check in.
- 4/5
The staff was nice & friendly.
- 5/5
The area was excellent with McDonald’s and chipotle right across the street. This hotel has everything you need for low budget. Ten minutes to the strip and only 7 minutes to the airport, 3 minutes to all major airport car rental return.
- 2/5
Cheap and bad bathroom, homeless around at night

I love the staff there. They are so nice, friendly and responsible. I highly recommend it to everyone who should try to stay there. I am going to stay there again.
- 1/5
Shouldn’t be on expedia
- 5/5
My boy and I just needed a place to crash for the night, that was close to the airport. To be honest, the staff, hotel and room were real nice. The beds were comfy, room spacious, staff friendly and helpful. But there's nothing the hotel can do about the riff raff that meander outside. I had a ton of stuff stored in my car but thankfully no one busted in. I was worried but nothing happened. And unfortunately, I think I had a meth head staying above me. I could hear faint noises all night (furniture being moved I think and shuffling about). In the end, I'd stay there again. Price was right and I don't expect I'll have a meth head above me again.
- 5/5
Very friendly check-in experience. Room was clean and comfortable.

Clean environment. Super kind staff. Close to the strip. Smooth registration. Nothing negative to say. All positive. Highly recommend this place. Again, the staff is very nice.
- 3/5
You get what you pay. The hotel itself is very outdated but it is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is not the best but it’s Vegas… The low point of it is the staff. They are not well trained and they don’t care about customer’s. We had a late check in and would leave on the next day. We were there only for a shower and a bit of sleep. Check out time is 11am but at 8am the housekeeper was knocking on the door to see if we left or not. Come on !!!! This is basic check out system. If I have until 11am why am I obligated to leaver earlier?? Horrible experience!
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and checking in was fast easy
- 2/5
Everything was dirty. There was toilet paper left in the ground and food crumbs all over the floor and counters. The bed was hard and stiff. The *blinds* had openings so that anyone could look into half the room and see us. Its non smoking, but the hotel reaked of weed and smoke.
- 2/5
The nicest part of the stay was the kitchenette. However this is more of an extended stay location with hotel rules based on that demographic
- 5/5
Loved everything about it! I would definitely be booking there again. 😊
- 5/5
Offered exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. I needed a small kitchen to accommodate my daughter’s dietary needs while traveling. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Great location for our events.
- 5/5
room was decent sized, clean, close to gas,7-11 and many food/restaurant options in walking distance and shopping
- 3/5
That being said, I'd keep expectations low. I had lights in my room in need of repair, tv didnt work, base trim peeling off the walls, and there wasnt a lot of insulation for noise- especially on the bottom floor. You could hear traffic outside, anyone walking in the hall, and neighbors moving around upstairs. Otherwise everything was pretty clean and the price compared to the other places around wasnt to be beat for the neighborhood.
- 5/5
Overall, a good experience. I would stay again.
- 3/5
Great place to stay except if you are on the bottom floor you can hear everything the upper floor is doing, floor creaking, things being dropped, talk etc. woke me up several times during each night I was there.
- 3/5
Room was OK, Bed & Floor had little black Bugs; Few Homeless around Site, had to make sure Car was Locked & Parked close to Door;
- 3/5
Good location. Just across the street from south premium outlets. Lots of restaurants nearby

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Floors hadn’t been cleaned in a while, mattresses were terrible, room set up was awkward to watch tv.

The property is a bit more rundown than the pictures but the staff has been very courteous and helpful.

some previous travelers mentioned the kitchen/room was not clean. i was worried very much but it turned out to be very clean. i just wish the kitchen will be more equipped ( not a problem for me cuz i had everything from camping before the stay)

We had to wait to knocked on the door during our check in. The room has a musty and moldy smell. The bed was uncomfortable and the pool pump was so noisy that kept us up at night. Will not stay there again and probably won’t recommend to friends and family

Very nice staff and the rooms are so mice and clean and only 10 mins away from the strip

Staff pleasant, professional, welcoming

No staff available between 8pm and 8 am; no clear sign of the hotel which makes it difficult to find it and to get to it; the hotel sits on the same lot of a gas station and it's noisy most of the time.

It was a great hotel had no complaints

Very handy position close to every.

Clean and basic with a good kitchen but not stocked with utensils

The property and all the room are very clean and well kept. easy access to a lot things without having to go into the strip. At night the property could use a little more lighting and security presents, not a please to hang out. Come and go no problem.

The only downside , the walls are thinner so you can hear other people. Cleaniness was good of the room

Room 150 was great. Clean. All I ask for. Hard for cheaper hotels to fulfill this simple request. Not this one. They offer a clean room for less.
