Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and friendly staff. However, some guests have issues with the noise from the nearby Flamingo pool and the lack of on-site dining options.
- Comfortable rooms with kitchenettes

- Limited on-site dining options

Nice, clean, family friendly hotel
- 4/5
The description of the hotel is somewhat misleading. It appears to be a timeshare facility. If you’re looking for a casino, shops and restaurants, we didn’t see them. Those are right next door at the Flamingo. Our included “breakfast” consisted of going to the small hotel store and getting a free cup of coffee, pastry and small bottle of juice from the refrigerator. Staff was very polite and friendly. Facility well maintained and clean.
- 5/5
Staff is really friendly, and the location is perfect.
- 4/5
Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
We booked through Expedia. Hotel was wonderful. However, the “Welcome Package” we were told to pick up after checking in was really just a way to get us to listen to the pitch to attend a time share presentation. Very annoying- won’t be back.
- 3/5
First off, beware: This is a timeshare property, so if you don't want the hard sell, avoid coming in the left doors to the VIP desk. That's where they get ya. We checked in here, and the person was pleasant, but they were trying their best to set up a presentation time with us. We buckled because we wanted free Circque du Soleil tickets, but it eventually didn't happen. You're guaranteed to lose 20-30 minutes checking in at VIP. We got to our room, everything was pleasant. beware of random toilet bowl cleaner spewing all over the seat and on the floor! Oh, and FYI, there's a Poolside Rave every day from 10am til dusk, with incredibly loud music thumping all day. So if you're an afternoon napper like me, it ain't gonna happen. The property was fine, but the overly loud music all day was a no-go. We won't be staying here again.

Wonderful hotel that is nestled right in the middle of everything on the strip. It’s tucked right behind the Flamingo hotel but took us a few tries to find (maps was sending us in circles and there’s only 1 small driveway that goes to the hotel). The front staff were super friendly. Was thrilled to hear they offer complimentary parking at the parking garage across the street. The property doesn't smell like smoke, which we were so thankful for! The room was a 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, large bathroom (that was smartly split up, making it easy to share with everyone in our party) and even included a washer and dryer. You’ll hear lots of noise from the pool rave that goes on daily from 12-6 but it’s super quiet for the rest of the night. Online said there was a continental breakfast but we must have came down too late to partake (not sure if they still offer it). Regardless, if you want a non-smoking family friendly hotel in the middle of the strip, I would highly recommend this place.

Property is right behind the original Flamingo and has walking access to the strip and close by restaurants. Very clean property with great amenities. It is by the Flamingo go pool and they do play music daily from 9-6 which is very loud but was not so crazy we could not deal with it.
- 4.5/5
Having a full kitchen with washer and dryer was exactly what we needed. The whole unit was in excellent shape. Gigsy was a brilliant help with our luggage on check in and check out even made sure we had used lyft instead of uber as they could come direct to the hotel front door. Perfect location you could either cut through the Flamingo or go via the Link promenade. We found it very quiet at night. Flamingo pool is loud but if you are out and about during the day it will have no impact on your stay. We did sit by the pool one morning but abandoned by lunch not because the music got louder but because it wasn't to my taste. If they played tunes you like it's just loud music and no bother at all.

Everything is great
- 4/5
1st the BAD- the rooms is basically unusable between noon-6pm on weekends due to the, literally furniture shaking, DJ music coming from the pool party that all the rooms overlook. I was on the 5th floor and the music was so loud during this time I could not turn up the TV load enough to hear it. The good... everything else. The room was super clean and spacious, the location was great. I would stay again with the understanding that I would only use the room to shower and change between noon-6pm - no sleeping in past noon because you stayed out until the wee hours of the morning partying.

Would definitely recommend.

The room was spacious, beautiful, clean and well kept. The insulation is top notch because we could not hear any other guests. The parking is just a 3 minute walk from the hotel and very easy to navigate. The staff during check-in was not very friendly but overall the staff was helpful and welcoming. The shop inside the hotel lobby has all the basis amenities including a barista for your daily fresh coffee. The location is perfect: so close to all the important landmarks in Las Vegas. The Strip is just around the corner. I prefer this hotel above other options (like the Flamingo next door) because it is not a big resort and does not have a casino. It feels more sophisticated and serene. The focus is less on "wild parties". I read the reviews about the (in)famous pool parties at the Flamingo (daily from 9am until at least 5pm) just days before our arrival. It was too late to cancel. Our plan was to have some leisure time at the pool but we adjusted our itinerary. We left the hotel each morning around 6am and returned around 7pm. That is why we never experienced any noise or nuisance from those pool parties. I would do my own research if you plan to stay here. Depending on your preferences, you better look for a different hotel.

Very convenient to any and all and just off the strip. Convenient parking. No on premises substantial food choices but The Flamingo is right next door with many options. Rooms face The Flamingo pools so very loud music from 10 am - 6 pm. Great place to stay.

Clean, large rooms, kitchen & washer & dryer Parking & loud music from property next door
- 5/5
I love that this property is a few steps from the strip yet hidden. Also right next to a monorail station. The rooms are suites with a door on the bedroom and pull out bed in the livingroom/ kitchen. The large tub to soak sore legs after walking so much was a big plus. You're also just around the corner from the Linq promenade for some food, drink or snack options.
- 5/5
Very helpful staff. Liked it very much.
- 4/5
Good value for money for a suite. Good heat & pressure in the shower, comfortable bed and pillows. Music from the Go Pool next door at The Flamingo is extremely loud for 9 hours each day ( had read reviews prior to our trip, it was even louder than i was expecting. Doesn't make for a relaxing environmentin the pool and garden area). A few minor issues within the room, one of the draws in the bathroom didn't stay closed, couch not comfortable to sit on.
- 5/5
We booked a King suite and it was plenty spacious with 2 bathroom sinks which is great for 2 people. While the property has its own pool, you also have access to the Flamingo pool next door. Guest services was great. They were very responsive to my text messages and they checked-in throughout my stay. Also love that there’s no casino and parking is included.
- 5/5
Very quiet, clean and it was so nice to get the room cleaned every other day. Nice to have 2 bathroom vanities for 2 people. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
Avoid the “free gift” table unless you want to buy a timeshare
- 5/5
The place was a great option. My only complaint was the light pollution from the room. The bathroom power outlet has a built in nightlight that was too bright. The fridge has a glass door an awful blue light that illuminated it. I had to cover it with two towels.
- 5/5
If I HAD to pick something I would change, it would be better soundproofing because the music from the flamingo pool was quite loud during the day, and I wish the hotel offered slippers :) I absolutely recommend this spot and look forward to returning!

Overall, we absolutely loved the service, the property itself, and the general atmosphere. The staff was great, and the hotel has a lot going for it. T Three major issues completely ruined our experience by the end of the trip—especially since we were in town for EDC and desperately needed to rest and unwind after grueling nights out. First, the static electricity here is a nightmare. You get painfully shocked by literally anything metal—elevator buttons, the room door handle, everything. Getting zapped 10 times a day became a real form of torture that makes you anxious every time you touch a door. Please check your grounding or carpets. Second, playing loud DJ sets starting right at 9 AM is just way too much. After an exhausting all-night festival, all we wanted was to get some proper sleep. Instead, the music downstairs was blasting so hard that the chandelier in our room was literally shaking and creaking. There was absolutely no way to sleep through that. You really need to be more mindful of volume levels in the morning for guests who are on a festival schedule. Third, the TVs in the rooms are outdated and not connected to the Wi-Fi. I couldn't cast anything from my phone to the screen—neither the Apple TV app nor YouTube would work. It’s impossible to stream your own content, which is very frustrating for a modern hotel.

While close to the strip, it is in the back of the flamingo which is already a bad area. You walk down a gross alleyway, just strange. Right by the monorail, like under the tracks. Not a great area.

Music from the Flamingo pool was way too loud starting at 9 am. Most people are still asleep. Also, the bathtub wasn't clean.

Everything was excellent but from 12-6 it is very very loud in the rooms and at the pool with the dj adult pool right outside
- 4/5
You cannot stay in the room between 9 to 6 every day because music is so loud it’s like it’s playing in your room and everything is shaking
- 4/5
We only used our room as a stepping off point for exploring Vegas. The room itself was fine but one elevator was out of commission when we arrived and the next day two out of three were closed. Luckily this did not hold us up. If you're three kind of folks who might want to take a nap in the afternoon, DO NOT choose this property. The music from the Go Pool is loud from 11am to 6pm.

Great property. Staff was professional, friendly and accommodating.Yes, there was some noise from the Go Pool next door at Flamingo, but we were gone during the day. Pool closed early evening and it was quiet once again.

Hotel is convenient to the Sphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Worst part was the music from the Flamingo pool that thumped all day long! So annoying! The times we were in our room to try to nap or get ready for dinner were terrible having to listen to that music. Also did not like that the market at the hotel closes at 1:30 pm. Seems like it should be open all day and late night if needed.
- 5/5
Clean room. Very nice and staff was friendly and attentive when needed of assistance if needed.
- 5/5
Dont book on 4th floor, flamingo pool party shakes the room at 9 am until 6pm. Request higher floor.

Nice room friendly staff
- 3/5
Pool was closed due to a poor health inspection. Elevators and bathrooms also closed/broken so it felt run down and neglected. Bedroom had doors that didn’t close right. I’ve never had to deal with a more nightmarish parking structure, and it takes like 10 minutes to get there and back, though the cost is included. Staff were mid and the sofa bed was too. Views from king suite were also weak. Wouldn’t recommend.
- 5/5
Everything. The ease of the location which was right by the Linq promenade. The hotel itself was stunning! And the staff were amazing. The mattresses were like rocks. It was hard to sleep without pain in my back. The beds were awful. Also the parking garage being across the street in the flamingo hotel and casino. You can park from rows 3 and up which makes it so hard to find a spot with two hotels vying for the parking garage.

Beautiful property, love the room but the party pool next door starts very early-we heard loud club music from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Outdoor pool still under maintenance so no outdoor lounging. If you call them they will say they have a pool. If still under maintenance you share with the flamingo casino. No view. Doesn't have casino in hotel if that is what you are looking for.

It was fine. I really like the fact that the hotel had no slot machines or gaming and was quiet. A eating facility on the premises.

Property was clean and quiet but still mid-Strip. The suites are huge and easily accommodated my family of 5. Staff was very friendly. Loved that there was a Peloton Bike in the gym.
- 4/5
Very nice staff. Close to everything. Loved having a kitchen and space to spread out. Negatives were that the actual pool of the property was closed which was not communicated. You get access to the Flamingo Pools but it was so unbelievably loud with bad DJ music that it was unbearable and we really wanted enjoyable pool time as part of the stay so that was a bummer. A little hard to find back in the cut but that can be a bonus too as felt secluded which was actually nice in Vegas but if you want casino action or to get food, coffee, shop, the Flamingo is directly next door

Pool was closed, only had access to the Flamingo go party pool which blasted club beats from noon to 6 every day that shook the windows of my 8th floor suite. The same when there were private pool events at night. Not sure what the resort fees was getting us as the hotel pool was closed for repair. Maybe it was for free wifi and some water each day - pretty much a rip off. However, the hotel was very clean and the staff were nice.

We really like the resort and will come back. It was our second time there. I love the apartments and the size of the rooms. It's clean and well located only minutes from the strip. Offers a great place to start your vacation from. Direct UBER and Taxi pickup and monorail access. Could not be better. The first time we had a better room and much higher in the building. The room we got this time was nice but lower and very close to the pool and because of this very very loud during the day. Better ask for a room as high as possible.

This a just a great location and property. We got a room with a full kitchen which saved us a fortune on breakfast and lunches on the strip. The rooms are definitely renovated and looked really nice. The staff could not have been nicer!! They provided two waters a day and gave great information on activities and restaurants. Here are the problems the flamingo pool had this party every day from 9-6 where they played very loud music. In our 8th floor tower room we could hear it clear as day. You could not do anything in the room during this time which involved resting unless you put in noise canceling headphones. Luckily we were gone most days and only had to deal with this for a couple of hours. Also, pool was closed so we had a very tiny crowded family pool then cabanas and loungers were very expensive.
- 5/5
Very good but for the shower which needs work. Door handle broken, valve did not shut off the water, etc….
- 5/5
Excellent front desk customer service. Clean bedroom suite. Definitely daily noise from the pool area noted by other travelers.
- 5/5
However as soon as you step out the back doors the music from the Flamingo Go Pool is all you can hear. So expect this from 9am-6pm. Didnt really bother us as we were out most of the day and it was quiet enough in the evening for our children to sleep! The hotel pool was under repair but we were able to use the flamingo family pool. To be honest this was not the best. Overly crowded and noisy and not the cleanest of pools but we only used it for a quick dip each day The hotel itself felt very safe & clean. The room was fantastic. Kitchen area and huge bathroom including a giant tub! The only niggle I have is that we booked for 2 adults and 2 children but we had to make up the pull out sofa bed ourselves. The location was brilliant! Right in the middle of the strip and next to the Linq and the high roller! Michael the concierge was fantastic. He talked us into a 2hour Hilton presentation but to be honest was worth it for the $100 pre paid credit card and $100 rewards vouchers which we used for dinner one evening. The breakfast isn’t much so don’t expect a lot A Starbucks coffee plus juice and then a pastry or muffin per person. So not huge but definitely a nice treat to enjoy in our room before heading out. Overall would highly recommend the Hilton! We loved our stay and would stay again if we came back to Vegas.
- 4/5
It’s also old but well-maintained. You have to walk to the flamingo side to get taxi and uber. Not a biggie for me but would be nice to be picked up at just outside. Access to the monorail is also right outside. There is also the oldest italian restaurant a short walk from the hotel. It’s called Battista. If above is not an issue to you and really easy to avoid, it was a perfect place to get a break after the busy of peace and serenity It is also a 10 minute pleasant walk to the strip or to the Linq Promenade which is our favorite morning activity. Walk through the flamingo habitat then have our breakfast at Hash A Gogo inside the Linq or a coffee and danish at Starbucks. Other restos in the promenade also serve breakfast but did not get the chance to try them.

The best word to describe is LOUD. When we checked in we heard the Flamingo 21+ pool party and I asked Jennifer to please not put us next to the pool. She told me not to worry because it would be over at 6. So I trusted her. What she didn’t tell us is that it’s an everyday occurrence from 9 am-6pm. So everyday all you can hear in your room is the bass like you’re in a club. If that’s your vibe great- if not choose another hotel. They also have their pool under construction so you can use the Flamingo pool. But the free loungers fill up quickly and the $200 pay ones also have a $250 drink/food minimum. Positives- Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Never saw housekeeping in 3 days and their Starbucks isn’t really a Starbucks even though it’s all branded that way. We won’t go back.
- 4/5
We had a great time! I love that we had access tot rh Flamingo to liven things up. Front desk was great. The gym set up is small and awkward. It was a quiet refuge from the strip. Breakfast options were slow limited. We could hear the next room leave and it was a noisy night with them in and out. Our outlet short circuited and the power went out. It was an interesting stay.

The Flamigo pool right outside the hotel blasts loud music / base noise from 9-6 every day. You can hear it very clearly from the rooms. Our room also had a shared door with the room next to us right outside our door, which got slammed in the middle of the night a few times.
- 5/5
Excellent stay here. It is quiet and relaxing but right next door you have access to the Flamingo and the monorail. Being “on the strip” no longer means anything- being next to the monorail does. Was in town for a show at the conference center and it was a great location. Asked for items from housekeeping twice and each time they were delivered within 5 minutes.
- 2/5
Breakfast is terrible choice, one of the reason I booked this property is to have good breakfast. If I had known about the option earlier, i wouldn't have booked. Please add proper details when you say breakfast included. It is a total disappointment.
- 3/5
Pool was not available for sime unkown reason but you had access to the flamingo pool which is right behind the hotel. The negative was this is a day club. Blarring loud music all day until 6pm. You can hear it easily in the room and its crazy loud outside. No relaxing until they close at 6pm. The rooms were nice and had lots of room. No smart TVs so no streaming but they had cable and free DVD rentals down stairs.

The location of this property was absolutely fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room had plenty of space and was nicely furnished and supplied. When we arrived, we noticed the room had some minor grime/trash from a previous stay left in a corner of the room. However, the room was clearly serviced every day thereafter and kept in great shape for the duration of our stay.

Very nice facilities and very friendly staff. Great location to walk to the Venetian, Sphere, Bellagio, Cesar's Palace. The Flamingo Casino Hotel adjacent to the Hilton Grand Vacation Club Flamingo has a Go Go Pool with a DJ during the summer, open from 9 am to 6 pm every day. The music from that venue is so loud and booming that it's not possible to rest in the room during that time, unless one has noise-canceling headphones. Even on the 8th floor!

Flamingo pool was fine but the music is too loud, especially the bass. So loud you can’t nap or relax in your room. So loud you can hardly hear each other at the pool. Thank goodness it goes off at 6 pm but comes on at 8:30. Hotel is great except for noise.

- 5/5
Easy access to the strip and friendly staff. Good amenities.
- 4/5
The pool was closed and we didn't know that when we booked it. But in reality, it would have mattered. The Rave Party from the Flamingo next door would have kept us from using it. It is loud and would not be enjoyable! On Friday and Saturdays the music is so loud you can hear it in the rooms. It was more tolerable but you could still hear it. It goes from about 830am to 530pm.
- 4/5
Great room, great staff, but too early check out, 10:00 am checkout, get the room at 3:00pm, so in reality they rent the room for 19 hours
- 5/5
Hotel pool under construction, but permitted to use larger flamingo pools. Down side is those pools close at 6 pm. Free parking was great but the ticket they gave us to exit the parking garage stopped working on our last day and we had to pay the $40 for our last day of parking. Suite rm was amazingly laid out and full of all the amenities you’d want.
- 4/5
Family friendly which is hard in Vegas. Little things like water bottles and dvd rentals made it extra nice. The room was spacious and had all the necessities of home that we needed. Turned out my vehicle didn’t fit in the Flamingo parking garage as we had hoped it would. When I called down to ask about oversized parking options I was NOT told about the reserved spaces in the front that I could pay for. Come to find out about them halfway through the stay. I am sure I overpaid in parking fees compared to if I had known from check in. Now I know what to ask for if I stay again.
- 5/5
AC was great, north tower smelt, just the hallways though, I think it was the carpet. The property needs a remodel upgrade, pool was being repaired. Flamingo pool available grossly load DJ, drinks were $27 sm $47 med, 50% or more of chaise loungers were for rent, so we really didn’t get to relax. 2 other pool were available for a fee, they were both empty. Staff was wonderful & helpful, rooms were clean, security was fabulous!
- 5/5
Location was great. Room size wonderful. Would definitely stay again.
- 3.5/5
Pool unavailable and Music at Flamingo pools were a little bit excessive.
- 5/5
Super nice hotel on the strip.
- 4/5
Good location. Very close to the sphere. The phone was under construction, so use the flamingos pool. That was nice but very expensive. You cannot bring anything in on your own food or beverage. You have to get there early to get a lounge chair, otherwise you pay $100 for a chair.
- 4/5
Location right off the strip, FREE parking included, full kitchen, laundry, all great amenities that are really hard to find in Vegas. For a family, 2 bedrooms or 2 beds would be better as the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
- 2/5
There was dried blood all over the sheets upon check in. Had to ask for a working hair dryer 3 times and ended up with another old non working one. Scarce on towels. Pool on property was closed and market inside property was not convenient. It took 30 minutes to just get a coffee. All rooms face Flamingo pool which plays club music from 9-5 every day. Luckily the property is within walking distance to a lot of shopping, reataraunts and casinos.
- 5/5
Highly recommended we will be back!
- 5/5
Clean suites
- 1/5
The pillows smelled bad and were too old and unclean. I'm surprised that this hotel's rating is so high.
- 4/5
The hotel is located close to the strip so it was an easy walk to the strip or the Sphere.
- 4/5
great location. clean quiet and family friendly as there's no casino but right on the strip. fun kid friendly activities nearby
- 5/5
It’s perfect location for those not looking to deal with the issues with a casino based hotel. Easily accessible to many option and the rooms are huge with all the essentials
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Close to shopping and restaurants.
- 5/5
I received a text the moment my room was ready, which made check-in a breeze. What I love most about this property is that it’s a non-smoking, non-casino building. It’s a peaceful sanctuary, yet you're literally steps away from the action at Harrah’s, the Horseshoe, and the Flamingo. For fellow EV drivers, the Tesla Charging Station right near the entrance was perfect for my Cybertruck. Plenty of great "dining near me" options as well. I’ll definitely be back.
- 5/5
The room was clean. They were nice.
- 5/5
The communication from the staff was excellent. They were always happy to assist but also proactive in checking if we were needing anything. The water was also greatly appreciated
- 5/5
Excellent in every way. The staff was so nice and the location was perfect
- 5/5
Staff was super helpful, room was spotless, quiet for a short family stay with 4 young kids. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The suites were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The full kitchen and comfortable living area made it feel more like a luxury condo than a hotel room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the property itself was clean and beautifully maintained. If you’re looking for a centrally located property with the comforts of home and a calm atmosphere, this is definitely the place to stay. We’ll absolutely be back!
- 5/5
We will definitely stay here again! The staff were awesome, and we were able to rest comfortably in our room. Traveling with two kids, we really appreciated that the hotel does not have a casino — it made the environment feel more family-friendly and peaceful. The location was perfect, close to the Bellagio, the High Roller, and the Sphere, making it easy to explore without being right in the middle of the chaos. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for our family!
- 5/5
Beautiful room, close proximity to linq and the strip.. nice quiet hotel for sleep, very comfortable bed, pillows
- 4/5
Good location Staff was friendly, but was not versed on things as simple as where to access a hop on/hop off bus. The facility is clean but dated.
- 4/5
Excellent location
- 5/5
Clean spacious quiet room with a kitchen and bathtub, very friendly staff, very convenient location, walking distance to all major hotels and casinos while not staying in them, monorail right behind the building, car rental 3 minutes away
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
The staff was really nice, they got us checked in early, the rooms were clean, very quiet, very safe, great location and able to walk to the strip easily.
- 4/5
The room was spacious and had a wonderful kitchen - which was the main reason I booked this hotel. So many hotels now only offer the small beverage style refrigerators stocked with their items and don't allow or charge you to remove those items. This hotel had a full refrigerator, plenty of kitchenwares and a dishwasher. Gotta love that for when you want to bring in your own groceries. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the parking situation. If you plan on parking a car at the hotel, be prepared for a small hike to the Flamingo parking structure next door to park and retrieve your car. If that's not a deal breaker, then this is a great hotel just off the Strip. Easy walking distance to the Linq promenade with plenty of restaurants to choose from and Caesars resort across the street. Definitely recommend this hotel!!
- 4.5/5
Awesome location. Right behind the Flamingo The inhouse store wasn’t open in the evening
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful and courteous
- 5/5
Very nice, large room.
- 5/5
Great room great staff great location
- 5/5
Room was nice. Great location!
- 5/5
Love love love this hotel. Have stayed in this one ;twice now) and the other Grand (next to Curcus). Prefer the flamingo location as close to monorail, LINC Promenade etc.
- 5/5
The room was more like an apartment than a hotel!! It was great! Check in and out was easy, the amenities were nice and the location was perfect for our needs. This was our second stay at this location.
- 4/5
Clean spacious room. Feels a bit dated but fine. We chose it because of walkable distance to the Sphere.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Awesome room. Very clean.
- 5/5
Second time staying there. Nice quiet location just off the strip.
- 5/5
This hotel is an oasis in the middle of the strip. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Exactly what we needed when we got stranded by the weather.
- 5/5
Suite was the perfect room for this vacation.
- 5/5
You never know with online reviews. I would highly recommend staying here and will again. Puts you right where you want to be without all the hustle and bustle of having to walk 30 minutes to get to your room or having to navigate a casino. It’s a bit tricky to find it at first but, once you figure it out, you’re good to go. There is no restaurant or bar, but, you are within blocks of everything and anything you want. And the parking was free. I didn’t find out till I was leaving that they do have a gym and a sauna. I wish I would’ve asked earlier.

- 5/5
Great property with everything i needed!
- 5/5
Thus was a wonderful stay. The room was nicer than some condos I’ve seen and clean! We came to get married in Vegas. We saw some shows and ate some great food. We really not big time gamblers, it we were in walking distance to so much! This hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or casino, but it had full amenities rooms with nice views. It was quiet and comfortable. Slept like babies. The staff was cordial and professional. So helpful too! Highly highly recommend.
- 4.5/5
Just the right spot at the right price. Five minute walk to the strip - one block from the Strip but you walk through the Flamingo Hotel through the back pool entrance and once you exit the Flamingo Hotel, you see Ceasar's Palace and the Ballagio across the street so it does feel like perhaps the best place to be on the strip. Also, five minute walk to High Roller entrance and just next to a Monorail stop. Comfy beds Good shower and nice big bathtub. Dark bedroom room with lamps but lounge/kitchen area is lighter. Full length mirror provided in bedroom (always so appreciated for those of us who don't like jumping on the bed to see what we look like in our dress!). Excellent lighting around bathroom mirror to apply makeup. Kitchen fully equipped - large fridge/dishwasher/microwave/oven... Plus good space for bench top seating (comfy bar stools are more like chairs than bar stools). Proper doors between kitchen/lounge area and bedroom/bathroom area. Friendly helpful staff. Water bottles provided daily. Room made up daily. Very quiet at night- no outside or other room noise. $27 Uber fare to airport to hotel/$18 Uber fare return to Airport - Pick up and drop off are at the Flamingo Hotel roundabout so this can be confusing. Nothing.
- 5/5
Great location, & nice hotel
- 1.5/5
Excessively loud music from the pool party of the neighboring Flamingo hotel - every day almost the whole day. No breakfast opportunities in the hotel.
- 5/5
Loud music from 10am - 6pm everyday from flamingo DJ. Louder as the day went on and was extremely unpleasant.
- 5/5
Everything they were so amazing. Great customer service
- 5/5
free upgrade was a pleasant surprise not keen on being pushed to attend a timeshare sale. We weren't interested.
- 5/5
Wish they had breakfast.
- 4/5
It's best to pick up groceries or have them delivered. The convience store/Starbucks onsite has limited meal options. Very small selection.

- 4/5
Spacious room. Quiet but very close to Las Vegas strip.
- 3/5
The room was nice & clean. The staff was nice enough. On the down side the WiFi connection was almost non existent. I had to leave the room and go outside to use the internet. The TVs did not let me use any apps for streaming.
- 5/5
Yes all the above
- 5/5
Very spacious rooms. The 2 bedroom was perfect for the grandparents to have their own space and iur family of 4 with little kids to take the larger space. Love that they give you bottled waters throughout your stay. Convenient walk to the strip and the LV monorail station stop. Quiet during winter season but the receptionist confirmed it's very noisy in the summer when the pool parties happen during the day.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff! Specious rooms. Convenient location.
- 5/5
We like the location, simplicity (not a casino), and comfort. N/A
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Absolutely shocked by the amount of space, comfort, and style of the suite we were in! We will 100% stay here again. The location is perfect and the grounds are gorgeous. We were asked if we wanted to attend a timeshare meeting, but weren't pressured. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Cost of the suite was totally reasonable for the space and location. QUIET BLISSFUL SLEEPING
- 5/5
We were very close to the hustle and bustle of the strip. But, enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel. Loved our stay.
- 5/5
This is a great property near Vegas strip to stay with family. We (us, kids and grandparents) had a wonderful stay here. The Strip is walkable, full kitchen in the room is amazing, no casino in the facility, smoke free and staff did wonderful job. A highly recommended place to say with family near Vegas strip.
- 1/5
We got a room smells of wet feet right above a tequila bar that was playing music all night. Horrible experience. Would not recommend
- 4.5/5
Being close to the strip, and security of the property
- 5/5
Hi
- 5/5
Good experience all around. Only issue was Uber drivers, InstaCart went to wrong hotel. They said the address took them to the Flamingo hotel and NOT the Hilton Vacations front entrance. Something needs to be done about that imho
- 5/5
We didn’t eat breakfast over there
- 4/5
Nice clean big suite. Room is quiet despite the center location. No cafe on property only a small store with limited choice. A lot of choice of food within walkable distance.
- 5/5
Flamingo hotel, casino and strip Nice spacious rooms and kitchen Very conveniently located
- 5/5
Excellent location and very good with family stay, amenities were awesome
- 4.5/5
Love how big and clean the rooms are. Very spacious and the tub was so great for relaxing. Definitely a bang for my buck, would stay here again!
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly and helpful. Parking was close and easy to get to. I felt safe, lots of great dining options close within walking distance. Starbucks in walking distance. Cold mini fridge, very large bathtub in studio suite, large bathrooms. Free water bottles daily.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the staff was helpful and nice.
- 4/5
We didn't do breakfast at hotel. The shower backed up in our room and our son"s room had the same issue. I reported it to the front desk when we checked out. This was the second time we have stayed at the hotel. It's a good value for the hotel and location
- 5/5
Everything was great! Room was beautiful very spacious. Location was great especially because the monorail is right outside and up the stairs. Loved that the pool and hot tub are open year round. Wonderful place to stay!
- 5/5
Quiet, comfortable, friendly, great location
- 4/5
So much space and all the amenities!
- 2/5
There was no breakfast place to eat. The room was very clean. The bed was very hard. I told the front desk they just gave us 3 more blankets. And my husband had to sleep on the cough.
- 5/5
Great front desk staff. Perfect proximity to the Venetian without the chaos.
- 5/5
The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. Even though I paid for it while booking, they described it as a “continental breakfast,” but it really wasn’t. You only get three items: one coffee, one pastry, and one juice — no other options. They should remove the word “continental” because it’s misleading. I also want to mention the front desk staff — very friendly and kind people, especially the lady (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) “Amela.” She was such a kind person, and I truly wish her all the best.
- 4/5
lack of air extractor on the bathroom
- 3/5
There isn’t a restaurant or bar
- 5/5
Clean room nice amenities
- 5/5
Property is right on the strip, we liked the fact that it has a kitchen and large bathroom with big bath tub. Also free parking is a bliss.
- 4/5
It was fine
- 5/5
Everything was perfect!
- 5/5
Very quiet and friendly service
- 5/5
Excellent room, very clean and well maintained. Staff was kind and friendly and knowledgeable!
- 5/5
This place is great!! Love it and will stay here again and again and again..
- 5/5
Staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean and more than enough room, the kitchenette was nice to have and the coffee provided was tasty. The only comment was the bed was a little hard. I will definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
The room was very nice and clean, with no complaints. I take that back, I hated the pillows, but in all fairness, I hate all hotel pillows. This is a great place to stay, but if you choose to stay here, be sure to request a room above the 4th floor, or else you'll be looking at the roof outside your window.
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean. House keeping did a great job. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful when I had questions. I liked the daily water bottles as well. Not just a bottle of water on arrival.
- 5/5
The Location is PERFECT! Right across the street from Caesar’s and the Belaggio and in between the Cromwell/Paris and LinQ/Venician. The elevated train entrance is at the Flamingo. Very convenient. The bedding was very comfortable. The suite was perfect size and we enjoyed having a refrigerator, microwave and toaster. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We did not have breakfast included. At the Flamingo hotel is a Flamingo wild life area.
- 5/5
Large clean room. Very quiet. Comfy bed. Felt safe as a solo female traveler.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Everything was great the hotel was very spacious and we loved it
- 5/5
Clean rooms and excellent customer service.
- 5/5
Room was beautiful, the entire property was very clean, staff was helpful, the bottled water was a lifesaver. The location is great, a nice relaxed hotel walking distance from the excitement. Definitely will stay here on my next trip to Las Vegas
- 5/5
Staff were awesome. Room was great.
- 5/5
Beautiful and very clean!! So quiet and the staff is wonderful. Loved our studio suite.
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay. Quiet, great staff and easy access to the strip.
- 5/5
Everything was absolutely fantastic. Staff went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and courteous. Gigs, our bellman at checkout, went above and beyond. Rooms were very clean. I loved the periodic text check-ins with housekeeping. Gave us an easy way to keep in touch without needing to call the front desk. One note for first time stays, this does not have a direct entrance to Las Vegas Blvd and is BESIDE the Flamingo Hotel. Easy access to Flamingo, Bellagio, Cromwell, Venetian, Aria and Caesar's Palace. It does not have it's own casino, which is super nice for relaxing and downtime from the hustle. I would recommend this to my friends.
- 3/5
Hard to relax with neighbor “The Flamingo” casino having rager, loud, booming music playing at their pool all day long.
- 5/5
Great Visit
- 2/5
The staff at breakfast made it better
- 5/5
Perfect location .. friendly staff and great room with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again 5⭐️
- 4/5
Room was spacious and clean….staf was very friendly and helpful…..very pleasant stay
- 5/5
Didn't like no valet for parking.
- 5/5
Clean room great location close to the strip.
- 5/5
Perhaps hilton could put extra glazing in the rooms , as there is a big recess in the windows
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff easy to reach through text for anything we needed during our stay. We were on the 9th floor which had a great view of the pool. Music was loud during the day but was turned off by 5 or 6pm. We wish the kids pool was open, but we went late in the season so we werent too surprised. The location was great for all strip activities and parking was easy for day trips. We wouldnt hesitate to stay again.
- 5/5
The apartment was a one bedroom studio. The kitchen was fully equiped, seperate bedroom, the bathroom has a large tub, with a seperate shower. There was a washer and dryer machine. The apartment was clean and tidy, and housekeeping came every day. The hotel facilities was very good, there was awell equipe ped Gym,an out door pool and an onsite market shop which sold groceries very convenient when you have a kitchen. The staff was friendly and pleasant. There could be a negative for some though especially if you are going to be working whilst in the hotel, and if you like an afternoon nap because there is loud music from 10am to 6pm from the neighbouring Flamingo's go pool. This wasn't a deal breaker for me as I don't mind the music it adds to the party vibe, and I was out for most of the time. I would recommend The Hilton Grand Vacations Club Flamingo Las Vegas, I will definitely will be going back in the new year
- 5/5
I like that it was very close to the strip. We walked everywhere! We came for a concert at the sphere. Quick 15-20 minute walk. No waiting on a ride. It's very close to the strip, but still far enough away that it's quiet, except during the afternoon at the pool, but the hours they play music are fine as well. We loved staying here and would definitely consider it again with any return trips.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Went for a conference nearby, and wanted a suite for space to host a few friends / fellow attendees in our down time. While others stayed at the Flamingo hotel, our place was much better and preferred by everyone. We still had access to the main Flamingo hotel amenities, but we chose the Grand Vacation Club every day. No casino to walk through, our pool area had comfy lounges without fees, and quiet seating areas with grills. The staff was available and responsive every time we walked through the lobby and offered their assistance throughout our stay. The HGVC was the absolute best part of our trip.
- 5/5
Great property. We had lots of room in our suite. The staff was great and parking was very convenient!
- 3/5
Friendly staff room was ok but toilet blocked each day of our two day stay. Room was awful in the afternoon as it was so noisy bring next to the pool at the Flamingo with realty loud music. Also it was a faff to get to the strip.
- 4/5
This hotel is off the strip located behind The Flamingo. The room was clean and spacious but according to the staff at check-in, "there are no quiet rooms because of the pool music at The Flamingo". We found this to be true. The thumping starts fairly early, if you've had a late night. You cannot access an Uber pick-up from the Hilton, you must go around to the Flamingo for pick-up. Hilton was walkable to The Sphere, which was convenient, no ride-share needed for us. A huge "thank you" to Gina at the concierge desk for all the helpful suggestions and information. She was knowledgeable and always had a smile. In fact, all the staff were pleasant. The hotel itself does not have dining options (just a small store for snacks and drinks) but there are many dining options within walking distance.
- 5/5
Very noise at the pool. If you plan to nap during the day don’t get a room anywhere near the pool. Clean pretty great stay
- 5/5
Everything was great and I enjoyed my stay!
- 1/5
Do not stay at this place unless you actually enjoy listening to Ibiza nightclub music at an ear-shatteringly loud volume for 10 hours a day. This place would be great if it wasn't for the fact that it backs on to the Flamingo pool area where there is a 10 hour pool party going on EVERY SINGLE DAY. Location is great, amenities are good, pool area is nice but you just cannot enjoy any of that because of the incessant skull-crushingly loud music from the neighbours. This place gets one star because they don't tell you anything about this before you arrive, by which time it is too late to cancel and go somewhere else. We even bought ear plugs but still could not enjoy anything because the bass just blasted through your body. Might be better out of season but avoid this place at all costs during the summer months. All that and they still have the cheek to charge a resort fee for an unusable resort. Never again.
- 5/5
Fontaine was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Hosea and Jesus was friendly as well... I had a good experience and will return soon.
- 5/5
Room was awesome. Staff was beyond helpful. I enjoyed the quiet of the hotel. I was able go next door to the Flamingo anytime if I wanted to have a good time. Perfect balance. I would stay at the Hilton Grand and recommended it to anyone.
- 4/5
Staff was super friendly and I love their rooms/accommodations. The elevators were down most of the time but that’s my only complaint!
- 2/5
Location was good; easy walk from the back through The Flamingo Hotel to the strip. The hotel backs up against the Flamingo pool, which BLASTS disco music (with "motivating" DJ) from morning thru 6PM. You feel the bass to the point of moving the curtains. Good luck resting. Hilton can do nothing because the pool area belongs to the Flamingo Hotel, that promotes the disco pool. Also only one of three elevators was working to cover 17 floors! Dont think i would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice and calm place to stay. The room was huge! Could literally stay long term in that room. Great location!
- 5/5
Great size suite and convenient location. Clean and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
The hotel was nice for those looking to relax at a quiet place close to, but off the strip. Having a kitchen was great. The suite was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable.
- 5/5
Overall great experience. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. All good
- 4/5
Hot tubs were out of order. The pool area at the adjacent property was noisy during the day.
- 3/5
Cons: There was no huge thing, but lots of little things that were issues. When we arrived it was kind of annoying that you're not allowed to use a luggage cart, only the bell service can do that, I've never gone to a hotel and was not allowed to use a luggage cart for myself. The location is odd, there was no exit to the strip itself which is fine, but the exit there was forced you to walk in a driving lane basically in an alley. In our room, the floor outside of the shower was wet, it seemed a water leak was leaving water under the wood slats, any time we'd walk in the water would squish through and get your feet wet The pool is quite loud which is not an issue, it's a fun spot, but the music does start up at about 830am so don't plan on sleeping in.
- 5/5
It was our first time staying in Las Vegas and we were amazed by how nice and clean this hotel was. The location was convenient to walk the strip and our room had all the amenities that we needed.
- 5/5
The rooms
- 4/5
The only problem was that the spa was not working and the pool could have been cleaned a lot better.
- 1/5
They started banging drums & turning up the Techno music by around 8am (of course they never informed us of this). The bed was horrendous leaving both of us with back spasms throughout our stay, when notifying the front desk they said there’s nothing they could do about it. We requested additional blankets to help soften the bed & they refused stating it was “policy”. The washing machine sprang a leak leaving a large puddle in the middle of the room. I could go on but why.
- 5/5
Staff was exemplary, kind, helpful and very polite. Location was great for us. Pool was a bit loud, but we didn’t use it. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Great location right next to the strip, great prices & the rooms are very nice.
- 4/5
Good location, close to the Flamingo alley of shops and Caesar's Palace. Room was really nice. Property seemed a bit older.
- 3/5
This property is close to but out of the way of the strip which at a glance might seem like it's quiet and a good place to R&R after a long day/night in vegas; but this turned out to be more of a hindrance than a boon. Rideshare often goes to the main casino behind the hotel and request passenger pick up there. The hotel faces a back alley so you either enter through a side entrance at the main casino, or walk through backalleys to the main entrance. Furthermore, because it's behind a major casino pool, the pool party music wakes you up at 9am and continues to blare until 5pm. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Apparently, they had missed a few steps during check-in and charged us a resort fee for water and internet. Had we known we were paying for the water, we would have taken them. The room itself was very clean and comfortable minjs the noise. The drains are connected so the toilet would sometimes burble with a other room flushing. Bath and shower amenities were sufficient for a comfortable experience. I've had far worse and had far better experiences. I'd put this experience just south of the middle of the road but in terms of my hotel experiences in Vegas, this is actually one of the better ones.
- 5/5
Would be nice if there was free unlimited drinking water and free morning coffee
- 5/5
A little loud because the pool
- 5/5
Amazing stay! Perfect location right behind the Flamingo, super walkable to everything on the Strip. Service was excellent and customer care was top-notch. Pool parties at the Flamingo bring energy (music starts early, so light sleepers take note). No car needed, but free parking is a big plus. Convenient, central, and overall an awesome experience!
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 5/5
Needs major updates on the property
- 5/5
The room was beyond expectations, kitchen included, a luxury place for a great rate. Walkable area 100% Great If you plan to stay and cook your breakfast, it has full kitchen and a jacuzzi.
- 5/5
The pool was really small but you can use the Flamingo Hotel pools as well The market snack area was understaffed- would recommend eating elsewhere.
- 3/5
I mean it is Vegas, but there are zero extras for guests. No food - DO NOT PAY for the breakfast, it’s a drink (one) from a cooler and a relatively meh pastry - that is all. We were bombarded with invitations to tour a newer property (in exchange for show tickets, etc.) and they would not stop the sales pitch! We ended up sneaking our a back door to avoid them. It begins the moment you walk in, even before check in. I would not recommend this hotel. Also, for now the entire pool area (excepting one out back) is closed - no water slide, no bar, all of it is closed - not great for kids.
- 3/5
The staff is excellent and the room itself is great. The main issue was the extremely loud music playing at the Flamingo pool. The bass vibrated through the room. Even with my headphones on playing music I could hear the bass and feel the vibration.
- 4/5
This would have been excellent if not for the ridiculously loud music and base from the Flamingo pool. It was impossible to relax.
- 4/5
Staff was amazing. Very nice property
- 2/5
My shoes were stollen. I tried getting the front desk to help but all they could say is they didn’t have anything turned in
- 5/5
Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff
- 5/5
Staff was absolutely amazing
- 3/5
Only one of the three elevators was working and the staff had to use it too, making the wait very long at times.
- 5/5
This was our 3rd stay and we continue to love this hotel. It is well kept and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. We loved that the kitchens in the rooms are well stocked and the in room laundry machines are a major plus for our family. My only wish is that the store on the property would close later than 1:30pm. I think its too early & after lounging in the pool a cold treat would be nice if the store closed maybe at 6pm. Overall, love the property and how friendly all the staff is.
- 4/5
Really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Flamingo Suites - especially good value for the location and quality of the suite. Guest services were very responsive to any small request we had, and the staff overall we very attentive and friendly. The one minor item that keeps this from being a 5-star overall rating was some of the loud music from the Flamingo pool area (understanding that this is summer in Vegas), but a great stay overall!!
- 5/5
The property is fabulous and the service is super!
- 4/5
Though no fault of the Hilton, the new Flamingo pool is a constant noise from around 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Sleeping in after a concert or napping before a late night adventure isn’t going to happen unless you bring noise cancelling hear plugs. Having a room fan would have been helpfu.

First, I noticed the lack of cleanliness. The kitchen counters were sticky & the bathroom floors dirty (I even found a contact on the bathroom floor, which indicates it wasn't cleaned). The sofa sleeper for the teen kids was a double, even though the description for the suite said the sleeper was a queen. The sleeper mattress was the worst quality I have seen. The foot of the mattress was 3 in. lower than the rest of the bed. I asked for a rollaway mattress & told no. I wanted to at least get the kids more space, even if the mattress quality was low. The kids slept horribly the first night. Next, the music at the Flamingo pool (a seemingly related property b/c we had Flamingo pool access) was blasting & reverberating the windows. I had to work when we first got to the property, & the music was so loud it was reverberating the widows on our 6th flr. room The music blasts from 845 am to 6pm. 2 of 3 elevators were out of order during our stay, making for a long wait and crowded elevators. I received 3 texts from the property asking about my stay, so I reported the issues & was told I could move to a sister property, at a bad location. Very little was done to address the issues of the facility quality & inaccurate description.

Staff was great.

Amazing rooms, staff, we had a blast.
- 3/5
This hotel was very hard to find. Parking was not convenient. Very far away. The staff was extremely rude. The rooms were very rundown and the overall quality was not what I expected from Hilton.

- Proximity to the (very fun) Go Pool - Easy walk to the major casinos - Decent-sized room with basic kitchenette - Nice tub However, there was a big problem. Housekeeping did not service our room after the first night, and we assumed that meant housekeeping was not available during our stay. No big deal! As a result, we were not subsequently as diligent as we usually are about securing items and, of course, leaving a tip. There were two casino cashout checks (not from the Flamingo) overtly placed among our belongings, very easy to see (again, not our usual style), and after housekeeping unexpectedly came after the second night while we were at the pool, both checks vanished. I don't say this lightly and would not even consider mentioning it if we weren't 100% sure that they were there when we left and gone when we returned. We agonized over telling the front desk but feared retaliation since we had another night in the hotel and had no way of proving it. We aren't here to get anyone in trouble, and we told ourselves that whoever took them did so out of desperation, with which we can empathize. However, it made us feel pretty icky about staying there, and we would not do so again.

Great property. Clean well maintained. Staff was awesome and unit was very well furnished. Would recommend staying here.

The loud, blasting music from Flamingo was awful—it went on every day from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. I also booked a studio that was advertised as having a kitchenette, but it didn’t include a stove or dishwasher—just a microwave, a few plates, and some silverware. The coffee machine barely worked at all. One of the elevators was out of order several times, and I even got stuck in it once.
- 3/5
Worse, the receptionist told me it wouldn’t start til 10am. Clearly that wasn’t true. We weren’t told check out time, there was no info in the room, we weren’t told where to find anything (pool, food, uber pick up), which was annoying. I loved the room but absolutely wouldn’t stay again due to the ridiculous noisy Flamingo neighbor. Way too expensive to have neighbors like that where so many rooms like ours overlooked the pools.

If you’re traveling with a large party or staying for any length of time, this hotel is the way to go. I recently took my daughter and her friends for her 21st birthday. We rented a 2 bedroom suite, it was like having a penthouse apartment with an AUD unit. Inside of the rooms were immaculate and clean all of the electronics and machine machinery is brand new, including in room laundry. They also provide all the utensils pots and pans everything you would need to stay or cook, including dish soap, sponges, paper towels, and it was actually nice that there was no actual gambling in our section of the hotel but The fact that we could easily walk just a few steps to the flamingo was a perfect balance. Also, you get to use the amenities of the flamingo with your stay so access to their pool gym XYNZ. Since we had a lot of people with us in a lot of luggage when we first arrived, I was a little hesitant because there’s no valet, but they do have bell service and they came to your room immediately. I was given our parking pass during check-in and was able to get a spot directly out front of the hotel lobby, literally maybe 50 feet. I was concerned about parking because we drove a jeep grand Wagoneer L and the vehicle is ridiculously huge, but parking was a breeze. I know Hilton grand vacations has several other venues on the strip and I plan on staying at those ones as well.

Breakfast is nice and early 5-9

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are great! I look forward to staying here when I visit again

Great place to stay. Perfect for my family and I. Check in was quick and easy. Fontaine was really nice and patient with me A++. The only thing that sucked in a way was the exit/entrance side door to our building was out of service. So we had to walk all the way to the lobby and make our way back to our side of the building. Other than that, the stay was still perfect for us and really convenient. Literally right next door to Flamingo. My family and didn't mind the flamingo party pool music. I hear that is an issue with most people who stay. So, if you don't like noise, the stay isn't for you.
- 1/5
Don’t stay here. The pool area in the reset next door has giant pool speakers aimed at every room, from 8:30 am to 7pm. There’s nothing you can do. We had to switch hotels, but first we had to wait in the loud lounge lobby for the manager - a solid hour. Additionally the property is old and needs updating badly. The lobby is depressing, the store is wonder bread centric, and the staff is over it. You’ve been warned. ;)
- 5/5
This property is conveniently located on the strip, and a nice little "get away" from the big casino hotels.
- 4/5
Room was very good. Breakfast was poor. And although general service was excellent, the front desk folks are not at all warm, polite or friendly. They won't even acknowledge you or say good morning. Very poor customer service skills. Won't stay there again if I can help it. And I urge others to go elsewhere.
- 5/5
We really liked how centrally located the hotel is to strip. We would book it again.
- 5/5
I absolutely loved this suite I booked for my trip in Las Vegas. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The staff also kept in contact with me through text my whole stay. I really loved that and I had never had that before with a hotel. Super clean and nice accommodations.
- 4/5
pool party next door is insanely loud and runs from around 10am - 6pm. also finding the hotel is not the most straight forward. they need more signs.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 3/5
I really like the property, however before at 9am every day there is incredibly loud music blasting from the Go Pool at the flamingo. You literally cannot sleep in or have and peace and quiet until the pool party is over. It’s really a shame because I love the property and the amazing staff, but it’s impossible to relax.
- 3/5
The music from the pool at the Flamingo was so loud and played from 9am-6pm. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again because of this.

Staff was friendly and informative. Hotels location is in a very convenient location..

Location

Music from 9-6/7 so bring ear plugs if you sleep light. Doable if you listen to your own music. Full kitchen , tub and laundry. Helpful staff, just say no if you don’t want to sit through a sales presentation. Free parking. Would return.

The room was wonderful. Lots of space. Clean. Kitchen well eqipped.Very comfortable bed. Facility well situated on the Vegas strip. The only disappointing aspect was the loud unrelenting pounding music from the outdoor pool from 9am-6pm daily. It is unfortunate as we would not stay here again because of the noise. Otherwise 10/10.

The area was super convenient and centrally located

The great location, in the heart of the Vegas strip. 5 minutes walking to strip, Friendly staff and excellent customer service. clean large rooms. only a little bit noise in daytime, due to facing Flamingo pool.
- 5/5
This was a great clean property in the heart of the vegas strip. Will definitely return to this location.

Construction outside at 5am!
- 3/5
The music at the pool was so loud the windows in our room were vibrating. Fortunately it stops around 6pm but it’s unbearable between 9am-6pm
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel, superfriendly staff; great service!
- 5/5
This is arguably one of the best hotels to stay at on the strip if you’re wanting a kitchen. The suites are beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. I love that it’s so close to the strip but a smaller hotel and much easier to get from your room to the pool, to your car, etc. It was only a 10-minute walk to my conference at Cesar’s Palace. That being said, it is much better to visit this hotel during the winter months. This was our first experience staying there during the summer (pool season) and with the Flamingo Go Pool right outside your window, it is extremely loud from about 12pm to 6pm every single day. Even in your room you hear the thumping of the music outside. It was pretty annoying and there was no respite from the noise for those 6 hours every day, but if that doesn’t bother you, it’s a great stay. We probably would stay somewhere else during pool season, but will absolutely come back during winter months.

Nice hotel within walking distance of Las Vegas strip
- 4/5
Went to the Flamingo by mistake instead of the Hilton Flamingo but the desk directed me to the correct location, tucked in behind the Flamingo. Computer was down so manual check in took a while. Staff were friendly and helpful - taxi arrived in 1 minute when called. Central location, could walk to the Sphere and Fountain. At a monorail stop but we didn't ride on it. Large room with kitchen, washer and dryer. Bath and shower.

2 things I didnt like 1. Was the timeshare selling.. although gentleman was very nice!! 2. Inside hotel there no restaurant but plenty close by and no casino as well but plenty close by…
- 5/5
It offered free self parking, but it was completely full. Had to use valet parking. When I went to check in, the night staff was very rude. Threw the map of where the parking was at me along with brichures of the area.

Perfect

Loved that it was casino free and quiet and smoke free. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Loved having a microwave, mini fridge and toaster. Loved the soaking bathtub. Everything was modern, clean, and I'm working order. Air conditioner worked great. We did not try out the pool. We were 3 minutes from an outdoor shopping plaza, and another 3 minutes through that and you're on the strip. Bus picked up right in front. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, amenities, location. We will definitely stay here again.

Don't stay here if you're looking for quiet during the day or need to work. I was very disappointed.
- 5/5
Loved the location / quiet but right next to everything. Plus no casino or smoke smell.
- 5/5
2nd stay here. Fantastic location. Center of everything.
- 5/5
I’ve enjoyed my stay at Hilton Grand Flamingo. Very closed to the strip but quiet. Room was nice and clean.
- 5/5
Great complex. Very quiet, no gambling here. Lovely units, very spacious, updated. Higher end finishings with large bathrooms. Full kitchen, large TV’s, Washer and Dryer. Third time staying at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club at the Flamingo. Would only stay there in the future. Really nice pool complex with a very large hot tub. Towels supplied at the pool. Good size gym for those inclined. Nice selection of loungers and table/chairs. Free access to the Flamingo’s Go Pool complex. Super location to the strip. Easy walk to the Linq Promenade and all the other Hotels on the mid Strip. This Hilton Vacation Club is fabulous. Check it out!
- 5/5
Only down side is that there are no restaurants on site. The Linq promenade is right next door and offers lots of get restaurant choices. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms and entire property were very clean.
