Went for a girls trip and we wanted something a little off the busy side of the strip. It was perfect. The on-site bar and restaurant are good and walking distance to quick bites like In & Out. There is also a Starbucks on-site. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Location was good and peaceful. Breakfast was healthy and decent My 7-night stay was a total disappointment and absolutely a joke. 4 out of 7 days they didn’t come to give house keeping service even though i’ve had informed the staff several times personally and made sure to tell the housekeeping again before i leave the property each day. The service call refused to send someone to tidy up the room said “housekeeping service stops at 4pm” which was an absolute lie. The manager told me to give compensation as “deductible of 3 nights fee” for the inconvenience which i gladly accepted then turned out to be 35$/night only which was literally nothing! It was very frustrating. One of the worst stay i ever had.

The location and that it didn't have a casino. They accused us of a smoking/vaping in the room and charged us $500 and didn't morning to help resolve the issue.

elevators did not work well. We waited quite a while for one to come and another time we got in, punched in our floor going down which should not have required our key and it didn't move for a couple of minutes.

1. Really good location - close to the strip 2. Without casino and hence no second hand smoking and super busy crowd 3. Free drinks and dessert offered by the hotel 1. Bathroom has some corners covered in dust 2. Loud AC unit in room 3. The duvet is too heavy for summer but without it one might feel cold

On the positive side, the rooms were clean and the location was very good. Although we arrived 4 hours after the official check-in time, our room was still not ready and we were asked to wait. In addition, the deposit was charged twice, and even after a week, the refund has still not been processed.

We had perfect view of it -Hotel was more business like so it was more quieter then on strip. -The bed was comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure The only downside is that it is a walk to get to strip, so if you get a late night craving then you gotta decide if its worth the walk lol

We really enjoyed this hotel! No casino (that we saw, anyway) so it was quiet, clean, great staff! Self-parking garage and we didn't have to walk for 15 minutes through a casino to check in. We ordered food and drinks at the lobby bar, and all were delicious! Room had a nice Sphere view and clean windows! Definitely would stay here again for both Vegas in general and when we have tickets to the Sphere.

Staff were great. Loved the location. Starbucks in lobby was convenient. Great gym and pool. Blinds did work. Mattress needed to be replaced. Bathroom needed a deeper clean.

Unfortunately, the breakfast I paid a considerable amount for was extremely disappointing and completely lacking in quality and taste. I intended to discuss this matter with the manager during checkout, but no manager was available at reception and I was unable to wait any longer due to my departure. Given the poor standard of the breakfast service, I believe a reimbursement of the breakfast charge is fully justified. I can also provide photographs if necessary. A great hotel with clean environment, great staffs and good room! If you’re traveling alone or with kids this is a great hotel because it doesn’t have any gambling machines. It’s very nice and it’s not as crowded like other hotels!

Westin restaurant was sub par...offerings too limited and quality of selections so so. Pool is disgusting...there was so much oil and grime on the sides that I did not even know the tile was bright blue....plus no way to enter pool other than ladders (need to put steps in). Westin has also moved to plastic flowers, shrubs, etc . Tacky Tacky Tacky...does not even begin to measure up to standard Westin practices. No feather pillows on beds, shower/tub drain blocked. Wonderful hotel! They upgraded us and had free parking with my Marriott Bonvoy. Provided 2 free drinks at bar and dessert as well. Definitely 10/10.

My husband loved the breakfast and the bar. We appreciated the Starbucks too. The pool was nice. I have celiac disease and when I booked I was told the restaurant would have gluten free options. Upon asking when ordering, I was told everything was cooked on one grill. That’s cross contamination for someone with celiac disease. I wouldn’t have paid extra for breakfast if I had known that.

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was very accommodating. The room was comfortable though it could use a slight decor upgrade. Loved that the lobby was spacious and quiet…more like a business hotel than a “Vegas” hotel. My only complaint was the lack of bell desk and valet staffing. They have only one person doing both of those jobs! We waited a long time to valet our car and then waited again while the same guy (who was not very hospitable) located a cart to take our luggage up. However, when we checked out, the same staffing issue but the gentleman who helped us was amazing! Paul completely made up for our experience on arrival. He’s the kind of employee that every employer wishes they had! He is a huge asset! Warm. Friendly. Goes the extra mile with a charming personality.

We stayed here for the BSB sphere show and it was perfect. Hotel itself was very clean, rooms were clean, Essentials store was very convenient, Starbucks convenient, the Good Plate was great for breakfast. I love Westin beds, so comfy. All Westins have that fragrance pumped through their ducts. It’s not my favorite but it didn’t surprise me and didn’t affect my choice to book. Easy walk to Sphere, Linq promenade, Venetian and even Bellagio/Paris area. We wanted something within walking distance but also without a casino/smoking. Perfect spot!

The staff was very friendly. We were greated warmly every time we went to the desk. The only thing disappointing was the bar. My husband wanted a drink with brandy and we were told the bar did not have brandy! Very surprising for a bar in Las Vegas.

Great location away from the casino hotels. The perfect quiet and calm place to return after experiencing the night lights and noise. With the right rooms you have a great view of the Sphere. It's about a 20 min walk to the Sphere entrance. Two blocks from main casinos like Caesars.

In town for a show at the sphere and this hotel was super convenient and within walking distance. Friendly staff, they even found a curling iron that I had lost. My only complaint was that you have to pay to park. However it seems that is becoming the norm at most hotels these days.

A lot of homeless people were around the hotel outside area. It was off the strip in a rundown area. I don’t blame the hotel, because that seems to be everywhere around the strip.

Very difficult to make any changes once a reservation is made and then when you do make changes, they do not apply them. This is cause for unexpected charges and way to many hours working with staff to correct.

I had a problem with noise from the other room next to mine. I went down to the front desk and they easily shifted me to a more private quiet room for the remainder of my stay. It was just perfect customer assistance.

Hotel is in a good location a couple of blocks from the strip. And, ask for a Sphere view. That was very entertaining! Housekeeping seems to be overwhelmed as we requested housekeeping service every day of our 4-night stay but only appeared once, even though there were 4 carts in the immediate vicinity every day. We requested, and received, fresh towels upon returning to the room at 10pm one evening and found that housekeeping had not been to the room. When I called downstairs, they told me that I must have had my "do not disturb" sign on the door, which it was not. When checking out, the clerk asked how the stay was and I explained the housekeeping issue, she told me I should have called the front desk, which I had. She seemed very cavalier about the situation. I will think twice before staying here again.

Quiet place and great view. (Spear View !)

Weston is a count-on standard for quality and value in any of their locations I have been to. From check in, to our stay, meals, bar, our room, parking, and check out, all was predictable and good. For this particular one-night accommodation before leaving Las Vegas, we needed a place that was quiet and free from entertainment, to just chill before our flight back home.

The hotel itself was amazing, the layout of the lobby with the convienence store, the starbucks (life saver) and the restaurant/bar. Check in was easy peasy and the layout of the hotel was clean as the rooms were spacious and clean as well. The only sour eye was when you left the hotel and started walking towards the high roller or the strip. I would not have my wife walk out there alone, with the homeless laying right outside of the hotel grounds. And at night the lighting could be a lot better when coming or going to the high roller.

It’s more like a 3+ star than a 4 star Phone chargers dud not work and we calked to get them fixed and nobody ever came. Bathtub had rust and stains in it. The place needs a remodel Bed was great as usual at Westin It’s close to sphere so we will be back.

I booked this property for its proximity to The Sphere. We attended an Eagles concert and it was an easy walk. We could also see The Sphere from our room and enjoyed watching the changing visuals. The property does not have a casino and is quiet compared to other properties on the strip but is close to the strip if that’s what you want.

This hotel never allowed me to check in. Told me there was a waiting list even though I had a reservation. Then proceeded to charge me for the room anyway. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very shady business practices.

Complementary water in the room was convenient since we arrived after gift shop was closed. Also, there’s a water refill station in the lobby for after hours as well.

Multiple issues with the front desk getting a room that was occupied, then being forced to come back down multiple times to the front desk to fix getting the wrong room multiple times with no genuine support or. Consideration from the front desk or bell team

I chose Weston because I think of it as a quality hotel that I was expecting to be at least four star quality. We paid over $400 a night. The hotel was dilapidated and looked like it was 20 years overdue for update and renovation. It was incredibly basic And there was nothing special about it at all. Additionally, the floor we stayed on smelled like raw sewage the entire time we were there. Our food order got screwed up and at the menu said it was different than what we were given. It was extremely disappointing. We would’ve been better off at a Hampton Inn. Do not stay here if you are expecting it to be anything special it was generic, outdated and smelly. They have no business charging such high rates until they do a major renovation.

Location and service were top notch. Some parts of the hotel (specifically the bathroom and conference centers) felt a bit outdated. Overall though, it’s a great option if you want to stay in Vegas without being shoved right into the middle of noisy slot machines and incessant strip club promoters. Despite the fact that it’s a bit dated, I would definitely consider staying here again for my next business trip.

I thought the hotel was overall pretty good, just seemed a little dated especially in the business center and bathrooms. Other than that though, the staff was excellent and offered fast service.

The hotel is very dated. The bathroom fixtures need replacing. The location is great. Close to the Sphere and airport. The rooms just need to be redone.

Arrived and asked for room on back of property . They said full. Front of property has major road construction all night - heavy equipment beeping . Also police sirens . One block away liquor store you get wanded to enter . Rough crowd . Pool was very basic and small. Rooms outdated .

Terrible experience at the Westin. They overbooked the rooms so when we arrived at 6 pm (check in is at 4 pm) there were no rooms with 2 beds available. They put us in a temporary room with one bed so we could shower before dinner. Then when the other half of our group of 4 arrived at 8 pm, they put them in another 2 bed room, while our stuff was in the single bed room. The front desk assured us we could keep both rooms for the inconvenience since we would be out late and couldn’t move rooms until 1 am. When we got back at 1 am we were locked out of the 1 bed room, while the 2 people in the 2 bed room were asleep. The front desk told us we could not keep 2 rooms and that we would have to wake up the people sleeping to move rooms at 1 am. The front desk was not helpful at all so we called the hotel and spoke to someone else who let us keep both rooms while only being charged for one. Overall, very annoying experience for our 1 night in Vegas since they kept going back and forth on what room we were allowed to be in. They didn’t even offer a partial/full refund, only 10000 Marriot points. Will not be coming back to the Westin again.

The hotel is lovely a calm oasis in noisy loud Las Vegas. The walk from the hotel to the Strip is a little rough. Still I’m pleased with my hotel choice.

The location is convenient. Not directly on the strip, but close enough to walk to Casinos, etc. The hotel lobby was updated, however, the room furnishings were at least 30 years old. The plumbing in the restroom was poor, cold came out hot, the hot came out scalding. The cleaning was subpar, you could tell they didn’t have enough staff to clean the rooms, quick changes, and bare minimum of cleaning the sink, counter. Facing the Sphere, the curtains were torn, and the light from the Sphere shined in the room.

The hotel was decent but the system was slow because of high capacity. Check in took a bit but not awful. What was awful though is that when I got to my room, they gave me the wrong room. I booked a room with 2 beds and they gave me a room with only 1. When i went downstairs to get swapped into the correct room, there were no staff at the counter. I waited 5 minutes but no one ever came. I decided to stick with the inconvenience because I was on a time crunch. Slow, no staff to help, wrong room, bleh.

This was by far, one of my favorite stays. From the scent of the hotel to the comfort of the room. I wish I didn’t have commitments the day I stayed as I would have loved to take advantage of the R&R!

From checking in to checking out we had a pleasant experience.. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The only hiccup was the rook they gave us was not clean but they quickly gave us a new one. This was the first time staying off the strip and will definitely come back again.
