This is our 3rd stayed in this hotel. Room is clean. And breakfast is good

It was our first time at this hotel. Great beds and amenities.

There was mold in the tub.

The airport shuttle only runs on the hour. Since we arrived at the airport at 9:30pm after a long flight we did not want to wait around until 10:10. We took a taxi. There is nothing in walking distance so we chose to go to bed. Hotel under renovations. Carpet and elevator not good. Glad we left early the next morning. Breakfast was the only positive.

It was nice to go back to Homewood after so many years. the staff was so nice and helpful, and my favorite part was the breakfast, it was as good and fresh as I remembered it. the room was nice and clean although the halls felt like the hotel was older than I remembered it. I'm glad they are renovating it and keeping it up for the future. I will continue choosing this place to stay if I ever go back to Vegas

The property looked like it was going through reservations. The staff was super nice.

The bathroom (Tub) had mold in the ceiling and around the corner soap dish as well as around the shower border. We had to buy Clorox spray to spray it down. But even with that I still couldn't use it, because it was grounded in the caulking. See top box⬆️

I wish they would have let me when I booked that the property was under construction but overall it was a good stay.

Clean nice rooms would stay again

Complimentary breakfast was great with lots of options and staff available to make sure there was sufficient amounts of food to choose from. The room was clean, the appliances could use upgrading as the fridge was noisy and the microwave was needing replacing.

This is without a doubt the best & cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at.

Unfortunately, the hotel was under renovation. We were not aware of this when we booked. When we arrived, the room had plastic sheeting over the exterior of the two windows. We went back to the front desk and requested another room but they said there were no rooms available. It seemed there were actually rooms available. I had booked through Expedia and they told me there was nothing they could do. I normally book direct with hotels to avoid that problem... Very disappointing. And I am a Hilton Honors member and have not had an experience like this at other Hilton properties!

Room is spacious and clean. Front desk clerk was courteous and helpful. Breakfast is good. There is complimentary cold water and coffee in the breakfast room which one can get even in the afternoon. It is conveniently near the car rental return.

Breakfast was excellent! There was an evening social with light dinner and refreshments encouraging conversation that was very nice! Pool and hot tub were great! Shuttle to airport very convenient to catch an early flight! Staff were so helpful and accommodating.

Not much Bugs on bathroom floor, mold in the shower, floors filthy, we have bad allergies and this made things worse. Spoke to desk about it, obviously they don't care. I told them I wanted a refund. Got there at 12:30 left by 7:00. I really feel that this hotel would not pass any inspection.

The hotel is under renovation. The front door was blocked. We had to drive around to find its lobby. The lobby looked good, however, once we walked to the room area. It was terrible. The carpet looks very old and "dirty". One of the baseboards on the wall was missing. The wall and the doors to the rooms in the corridor were worn and didn't look clean. When we walked into the room. The carpet was the same old and dirty look one. The bed comforter was not a comforter. It was a quilted mattress pad with a skirt! We thought they made a mistake and wanted to change to a different room. The phone was dead! We had to walk back to the front desk and were told their phones had been out for some time. We were given another room on the third floor, and we found exactly the same mattress pad with skirt as the bed comforter plus a worse smell in the room. We ended up to go back to the original room and slept there for a night. I have to say their down pillows were comfortable. We regret this reservation. It does not meet our expectations at all as a brand under Hilton.

Really nice sized suite with a kitchen and large living room/dining area. Well worth the price point and conveniently located next to the airport rental car return. No frills, but a clean and sizeable space and just what I needed. Would stay here again. Oh, and they offer a free airport shuttle service which was super helpful.

The provided breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options to choose from. We were pleased to enjoy a Wednesday night social reception of soup and salad which was unexpected and also wonderful. The staff was polite and helpful. Our room was clean and HUGE!! And the bed and pillows were perfect. Enjoyed our stay.

My main complaint is that the pool was unavailable. One of the reasons why we selected this hotel is the pool. The hotel is really close to the airport

I specifically booked this hotel for the airport shuttle. I arrived close to midnight and was traveling alone. When I called for the shuttle to pick me up, I was told that it was overbooked and there was no room for me for over an hour. I ended up having to pay $25 for alternative transportation to the hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice selection of breakfast items.

The shuttle was the prime reason for using the hotel. I asked for a wake-upo call but staff declined to provide one so had a fitful noights sleep. No breakfast available for my departure time. Overall not really very good.

The suite had all the amenities! Anything a kitchen would have.

My room was disgusting, there were stains on the wall when you walk dripping down. The desk chair was broken. The telephone didn't work. The staff at the register desk all were so rude whenever I asked them a question they had an attitude. I will never go back there and I am Hilton property owner and asked for a water bottle and again they gave me attitude. The noise level from the cleaning was so loud. It was just a horrible experience and don't recommend it.

The carpet in the hallways needs to be stretched. It has huge bubbles. My 4-year old tripped twice. Our room wasn’t cleaned well. Cabinets not cleaned, drawers not cleaned out, bedding with stains, poor maintenance/cleaning in the shower area. Hallways smell like smoke, dirty carpets, poor wall paint/wallpaper repair. The pool area gets about 3 hours of direct sun. The pool deck is in poor repair, th gates are rusted out, the pool tiles haven’t been cleaned in ages.

Older hotel but safe and clean and very close to the airport rental car drop off which is why we chose it.

The room had a strong chemical odor that just about knocked us out when we entered the room. It was so strong, it made your nose sting. Unfortunately due to airport issues, we didn’t get in until very late at night and we were just too tired to changed rooms. Thank Gosmit was only one night. I don’t know if something happened in the room or if they all smell like that, but we won’t be staying at Homewood Suites again.

Super sweet and helpful staff. I was exhausted at the end of flying all day and both ladies at the desk were just kind and helpful and attentive. Room was spacious and clean the next morning. A new staff member walked me outside and showed me how to get to my rental car building. Your employees made my stay great.

My room was clean, excellent housekeeping keeps the room tidy everyday. Checking in was not pleasant with front desk Estella, no smile, not friendly, very boring, no welcome, looks like she needs lot of training in hospitality n customer service, all my 9 days stay i use to see her but no greetings nor smile, but rest of the staff was too good, very helpful. When i was booking my stay i always ask for smoke free n pet free room coz of my allergies, she puts me in smoking room where i cud not breath, then my husband went and told her, inspite of sending emails to this stay about my request, she was not happy to change my room but with her dirty looks n miserable face she was forced to change my room. Pleasectaje note next time when guest requests non smoke for a reason n 9 days u guys shud realize to make your guest happy. Estella thought she is doing me a favour, she forgot we r the guest who pays her salary. This type of staff makes guest miserable. Hope some action is taken. Rest everything was good. No complaints. Hope other guest shud not face a person like her, they might not be able to express. Thanks for everything.

Great location from the airport.

We couldn't get in touch with the desk clerk to get the shuttle ordered to pick us up at the airport, so took a Lyft to the hotel. We did take the shuttle from the hotel to the airport and it was satisfactory. The shuttle leaves the hotel at the top of the hour.

Check-in was very nice and helpful. The complementary bottles of water were refreshing. The property was well taken care of. The room was large and spacious. My favorite part was the ceiling fan. Simply I enjoyed my stay and will be back for sure.

Overall very nice facility. Helpful front desk staff, also the manager texted me everyday to see how my stay was going and did I have any questions and actually responded right away to questions I had.

Decent free breakfast and great customer service. I had to call them twice to unclogged the toilet within two days as it wasn’t flushing properly. I do like the available free parking, no resort fee, and it’s next to the highway.

BEAUTIFUL suite, living room bedroom kitchen. Immaculately clean. Everything you want for a short stay. They also have a SPECTACULAR breakfast, best I’ve ever had at a hotel. They also offer a complementary airport shuttle that starts VERY early and operates hourly. Reservations are required and the early morning shuttles fill up fast. All in all this was an excellent pick for an “airport hotel”.

We arrived early but were able to check in. Very thankful for that. We had a street side room which concerned me that the traffic would keep us awake but that wasn't the case at all. It was very quiet. I booked this room specifically for the airport shuttle (19 hour layover) and the breakfast. Unfortunately, we needed to leave at 6 AM which is when breakfast is served by it smelled amazing. We didn't know where to find the shuttle when we arrived in Vegas so I tried calling the hotel to find out. There are 5 Hilton Homewoods so I mistakenly called the wrong one. We ended up taking a taxi. Using the shuttle to depart the hotel was fast and very convenient. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Staff was nice but room was dirty and it is a little more run down than expected. The walls in my were dirty with hand prints and the floor was not very clean

The front desk clerk that works in the morning claims the temporary hold from Expedia was just a hold and not me prebooking my room. I have never had this problem at any other hotel. I was charged 539 dollars more than what I paid for with Expedia like I never booked a room.

Like the off strip location, but still close enough to all the action. Convenient with full kitchen. Unfortunately the bathroom shower in serious need if repair since caulking coming off and molded.

It was a pleasant stay. I was impressed with their breakfast offering foods you never see at any type of equivalent places. The facilities was perfectly pleasant, the only thing I wanted to bring up is the shower door. It appeared that one of the doors essentially would not slide or could not slide. When attempted to slide the door, it basically would come off the track or would not budge. Other than that had no problems

Airport shuttle only comes once per hour which seems not enough for this hotel being close to the airport. Arrived at airport curb 10 pm and had to wait another hour, ending up getting an Uber. Ugh.

I loved everything about this place. They helped me get a room next to my friend and were always available and willing to help. So friendly, the price was great and the breakfast delicious. The towels were not scratchy or rough but very soft. I highly recommend this place and I already have to some friends coming to Vegas soon.

After staying at one of the mammoth hotels on the "strip"in Las Vegas,it's rewarding and "comforting"to be at a more relaxing location. I felt more "at home" the moment we walked in the door!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Lovely room, quiet and well equipped. Breakfast was great! Tacos, oatmeal, waffles. Friendly, helpful staff. Loved the pool - it stays shaded in the mornings so it's great for an early swim when it's hot outside. We walked to the rental car centre from the hotel - an easy 5-10 min walk on safe sidewalks.

The only complaint I had was the refusal of the hotel to keep luggage overnight in their locker. We were traveling to Grand Canyon for one night and were going to check in again to the same hotel. When I called before booking the hotel, the receptionist told me there was no problem in storing our bags overnight as we were checking in again. However, we learned at the facility that it was against their policy to store bags overnight. If that was the case, why did they provide us with false information? Other than this, I recommend Homewood suites by Hilton, Las Vegas airport for a safe, quiet, kid-friendly stay in the city, particularly if you want to keep your kids away from the adult culture of the place like we did.

Everything are good except for the room carpet. It was terribly dirty and looks like it was never been clean at all. My son’s socks turned dark and very dusty. I recommend housekeeping to vacuum the carpet very well if possible.

The kitchenette area was clean and easy to keep clean with laminate type flooring. The queen beds were comfortable. The foldout couch was terrible. The couch cushions were stained. The carpeting throughout the rest of the rooms were heavily stained. The bathroom was in need of refurbishing - recaulking, rewallpapering, repainting. The complimentary breakfast and evening soup & salad bar were a nice feature. I felt like I needed to go home and shower after I left the hotel. I was so disappointed because I had high expectations for Hilton.

The rooms are very comfortable and spaces. If you are wanting a more quick time in your room here would be great. Food was good.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive! I was greeted the moment I walked through the door, and checking in only took a few minutes! I spent a few more minutes talking to the friendly ladies at the counter, however. My room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was delicious! I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Vegas!

I booked for the amenities and proximity to airport and Allegiant Stadium. I enjoyed the pool and hot tubs; there was a variety of breaking options, and location was convenient with free parking as well as an airport shuttle. Perfect for guests who don’t need to stay on the strip as it offers good proximity.

I loved the value for the quality.

It was spacious and had everything I needed: comfy bed, blackout curtains, full kitchenette with all dishes, salt, and pepper (no oil though), and a great fridge. The AC worked well but was a bit loud. Nice gym with lots of equipment, plus a pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill area. Breakfast was simple, and I appreciated that coffee and tea were available all day. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler. The free airport shuttle was a big plus, but keep in mind it runs once an hour — so it’s best to book it in advance before check-out. When arriving, you can only call for it after picking up your luggage, which means you might have to wait if you land early. Would definitely stay again :)

Great breakfast! However the lady driving the airport shuttle took a wrong turn and ended up picking up new passengers before letting us off at Departures so all their bags were piled on top of ours when we got there and a 6 minute ride took 20 minutes.

It was convenient for one night stay.

It was easy to access the shuttle to the airport. The area felt safe and staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue was moldy shower grout.

Property is dated and somewhat dingy. Check in staff was SO helpful. They were exceptional when we had an issue with our room. 10/10 for the staff! The hotel just has an older smell and older feel. I had just expected a little newer and cleaner looking facilities. The lobby looks clean and wonderful. The hallways, elevators, and rooms are dated and feels less clean than the lobby area. It is overall average.

The service was great, friendly and very helpful with planning my day to day adventures. Their airport shuttle service was fast and one of the main reasons I would come back and stay!

The bed was comfortable and the room appeared clean.

Perfect from start to finish! We asked for an early check in upon arrival and were able to get one. We received water bottles upon arriving and whenever we asked- so wonderful. The room was way better and bigger than expected- super clean! Sleep was peaceful and comfortable. Checkout was seamless! Will definitely stay again.

2 rooms that is very spacious, with kitchen, located rite in the middle of everything, customer services is excellent, food is delectable, the Jacuzzi/small spa in the pool area is first rate! However, one of the televisions in the living room wasn't working, and some of the furniture wasn't very clean, but overall everything else was fantastic. in addition the bed was very soft which made me slept like a baby.

On the first night, I requested an extra blanket around 10:20 PM but never received it. On the second night, we found a roach in the bedroom. It was too late to switch rooms and we had to leave early the next morning, so we stayed put. I requested a blanket again the second night and still never received one. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and the property itself is clean and quiet. However, the condition of the room and the unfulfilled service requests were disappointing.

Convenient location, helpful staff, great pool in the shade, comfy beds and pillows. Loved everything about our stay.

Every staff person we met was friendly and helpful. Louie was a standout, arranging for our early check-in and shuttle service. Breakfasts was extensive and delicious. Located just a few stop lights away from the strip (with none of the noise), walking distance from rental car place, Whole Foods etc. We will stay here again, 100%.

The hotel was disgusting. The room was so dirty black spots everywhere at one point my friend and I we were worried that there is bedbugs because we got so itchy we couldn’t sleep. We throw away our pajamas because we were afraid that they got bedbugs. The air conditioning was so noisy. We couldn’t sleep at one point. We turned it off. It was hot in the room. It was the worst experience I had. I didn’t take any pictures because I was so discussed from this place.

This property was at a great location for the purpose of our visit to Las Vegas. The room was really clean, spacious and up to date. The staff was very friendly and profesional.

Location was Perfect. Practically right at the airport, and maybe 5 minutes from the airport car rental. Lots of choices for dining near by also was a big convenience. Shuttle to airport was right on time for pick-up. Staff was courteous, and room was spotless and comfortable. In my opinion was excellent value for the price. If i was to return to Vegas, this hotel would be my first consideration.

Breakfast was on point! Not far from the strip, so cheap uber ride. Close to the airport as well. Clean rooms and always nice staff. Internet was very spotty though that’s really the only downside.
