I was going to stay another 2 nights but wasn't worth it Need too much maintenance the alivator specially too much waiting time one of them just working also the parking alivator when I came in was working after that not working Also I got hungry in the night there is no menu so I can order food to my room The room door need also maintenance I have to fight the door when closing or opening Parking not free we have to pay for parking Its is very bad experience I'm sorry

The whole hotel is dirty, the floor of the bathroom floor was sticky and dirty, the room smelled funny. Two of the three lifts were out of service so it was impossible yo get or went down from the room.
- 3/5
They currently do not have a operating phone system to contact the hotel with. Very annoying. 4 of 5 elevators were broken. They still have all their Hooters advertising and signage up but it no longer exist. I will say their staff was friendly and helpful. It needs some serious updating.
- 5/5
Front desk staff very nice, helpful and pleasant!
- 1/5
Dirty room that had been smoked in even though it was a non smoking room. Holes in the walls that looked like it had been kicked in. Smoke burns on the table, stained shower and countertops. I will never go back.
- 1/5
Elevators were broken, sink and shower water smelled like sewer, gettim a parking ticket when I had paid for 2 days ..will not come back
- 1/5
In addition to what you pay here there’s a $50 resort fee. I’m not sure what they are charging for, the property is dilapidated. Only place to eat was the steak and shake. The worst part was the elevators don’t work. We were on the 9th floor.
- 1/5
Do not stay here! Worst experience ever seriously the elevators were not working! All hallways dirty! The rooms smelled so bad ! The shower even worse smelled like straight mold! So mad to have waisted my money in this room/ hotel! Ohh and worst of all you have to pay for parking!!!!! Like whattt!!! 20$ each day you stay!
- 1/5
So run down only one elevator was working. Ice machines didn’t work. No fridge in the room.
- 2/5
Place is rundown and I found a cockroach in my room. The only reason I stayed here was because I was doing a cross country road trip and they are dog friendly.
- 2/5
The elevator was not working.
- 1/5
Let me start by saying the Hotel needs a serious upgrade, it was two elevators in the Bay View Tower and only one was working, with 10 floors the wait for the elevators were very very long, and no A/C in the elevator area or inside the elevator. It was horrible, one of the sinks in our room had green stains and the iron did not work, the room was clean, but the future and the decor very very old, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you are on a serious budget, the pictures on the site looks nothing like the rooms, very disappointing.

We booked three rooms for a family wedding and expected a pleasant stay. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. At 3:00 AM, hotel security knocked on my sister’s mother-in-law’s door while she was sleeping because a credit card charge had been declined. We were shocked that this was handled in the middle of the night, especially since we believed all charges were authorized and addressed at check-in. The customer service throughout the property was terrible. At the bar, I waited patiently to order a drink. The bartender was rude and asked, “Are you going to order or what?” When I requested a drink and then a tequila shot, he dismissively told me he couldn’t do either and spoke to me in a loud and disrespectful manner. I ended up walking away without ordering anything. The casino staff was no better. OYO advertises a free $5 casino voucher, but they require guests to sign up for a player’s card first. Instead of politely explaining the process, staff members were rude and impatient. I even witnessed a cashier speaking harshly to another family who appeared confused about the sign-up requirements. After receiving our player’s card, my brother, his girlfriend, and I tried to use the voucher. Rather than helping us understand how it worked, a casino attendant approached us aggressively, questioned who owned the card, and scolded us for trying to use it incorrectly. A simple explanatio

I like that the property was in Las Vegas. I was sad that it wasn’t a Hooters anymore.. It was very rundown though. The hotel was quite rundown. The room was suspect there were insects inside of it. We were worried about bringing any type of food into the room.. Las Vegas

I will never get a room here at OYO. Everything could have better..
- 0.5/5
It is a good location. Quick walk to MGM & the metro link I got trapped in the elevator!!! Then all 3 elevators broke, I had to carry all my luggage down 6 flights of stairs. The property is very VERY rundown. The ac barely kept the room cool. The shower was disgusting & the drain was full of hair!! They didn’t have many toiletries, the ones available the bottles were empty. The pool was small.
- 5/5
Everything was good but they need to do better about their phone system. We were on the 12th floor and then had to move to the 9th floor because the air wasn't working, however we had to come down to the Vermont desk because of the phone system being down. Not to mention there were elevators that were down as well. The staff was kind tho, and the location is in a great spot. Wish the pool area was open a little longer than 6pm. At least an adult swim from 6 to 10...its VEGAS!!
- 1/5
poop in the Hall construction workers started at 4AM Overall, for the price, it’s what you get, but I will not go or recommend this place to anyone very old and kept dirty
- 4/5
The staff was very helpful and attentive, all though the elevator was broken down on our left stay, and we use the pool we could smell sewage which wanna make us get out.
- 5/5
Loved it. Until next time.
- 2/5
Granted, it was $50 a night but only one elevator was working per tower, so the elevator wait was 10-20 minutes and no fridge coffee or even cups in the rooms. The AC wasn't working, overall it felt like a dive hotel somewhere along the road in Arkansas or something.
- 1/5
First and second day 4 of 8 elevators where out of order. 3rd day all the elevators where out of order. Ac was out in alot of units. Water smelled like rotten eggs. Rooms are runned down no microwave no fridge a tv that bearly works. The staff has a attitude of they dont care at all and theres nothing they can do. Never stay here ever. Plus a 250 dollar resort fee
- 1/5
The room was disgusting, the shower was so bad we didn't even want to use it. The room smelled. We tried calling the front desk NUMEROUS times and no one ever answered. We then accidentally left a pair of prescription sunglasses in the room and we could NOT get ahold of anyone at the hotel to see if the could just hold on to them for us. We called 7 phone numbers and all we got was 3rd party, no help! I would NEVER recommend this place.
- 1/5
I get what i paid for and that’s a dump didn’t even have hooters open…. Just close it down and start off just like the others everything was rusty paid for a cabana and they said they don’t do that everyone was rude
- 3/5
Most importantly, the room was clean, but overall, this property needs some sprucing up! The carpeting in the casino is dark, dingy and worn out. Trying to leave on check out day, the elevators were not working as well as the phone! Since I couldn’t find out what was going on, I had to carry my luggage down 14 flights so I would make my flight and wound up in the back of the building in the parking lot!
- 2/5
Only one of the several elevators works. The television in the room has "no signal".
- 4/5
Extremely nice and friendly staff
- 3/5
This hotel hopefully gets remodeling done to it since the A’s stadium will be right next to it. The elevator was broke …still… so only 1 worked. Our room AC didn’t work, but luckily we were just moved over a few doors down. It is in a convenient location.

Elevators kept breaking, bathroom in room wasn’t clean, the air conditioner leaking water all over the floor in room. Waiting 20 minutes or more for the one elevator to go up and down. Elevator in parking garage didn’t work the whole stay. Floor is lifting and owner put clear tape on the flooring to keep down( not safe for kiddos)
- 3.5/5
Good location and affordable rates,...
- 2.5/5
Close to strip, but we weren’t staying for the strip Nice to be dog friendly No places for a pup to go potty Elevators were scary and only one working
- 3.5/5
Clean and neat, security is good, the pool is excellent, food cord is great, parking lot is good, good are friendly phone line never works, shower tub is clogged up, air conditioner always making kind of weird loud noises when you turning back on, never have any kind of access to talk to the front desk for room services need to be cleaned, and no refrigerator
- 2/5
We stayed at the hotel for a couple of hours while waiting for our flight. The room was okay, and the mattress was comfortable. However, the carpet was very dirty, and the bathroom clearly needs much more maintenance and renovation, It looked very old, and there were a lot of hairs on the floor. Overall, the room lacked proper cleanliness and upkeep.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful. And addressed any concerns. Will be my new Vegas hotel and casino. Great prices as well
- 1/5
No money back early
- 4/5
I was supposed to have some free play that I didnt receive. But I guess thats on me for not knowing it was part of my stay, since they dont automatically just give it to you. Other than that its fine for the price.
- 1.5/5
Love it was a Good price Pools where freezing cold parking was a lot plus the last at the pool yelled at my kids but let other people kids jump in water
- 0.5/5
No breakfast. I paid on line with Booking.com. Then when I got to the hotel, I was charged an additional $50.00. That never happened at any other hotel I stayed at using Booking.com. That's bait and switch. Drop this hotel from your service!

- 1/5
Terrible
- 1/5
The room was dirty. Hair all over the shower walls and on the bathroom counter. There were dark skid marks on the bed as if someone had their shoes on and walked across it. There was hair on the pillows and stains on the table. There was only a single set of towels. No bell desk to help with luggage and only one person at the check in desk.
- 3/5
Lobby smells like smoke from the casino (have to walk through it to get to the rooms). You get what you pay for I guess.

so amazing so much fun and close to everything
- 5/5
Pool was fun! Staff was so helpful! Clean place. Restaurant was nice! Some "free" casino money, but I lost that AND mine...
- 4/5
The staff were very friendly. Rooms weren’t as clean as I hoped they were, although it was very easy to call and get housekeeping to clean and replenish items. Casino was a 10/10 what can I say. Also the pool was great very cold but perfect with drinks on the side!
- 5/5
It's a comfortable place, but it would be much better to have staff who also speak Spanish, since many people who go there are looking for good communication to have better expectations of the place.
- 1/5
Only issue was not cleaned room, bugs in room. My experience was horrible
- 5/5
The rooms were pretty clean and staff was really friendly
- 5/5
Surprised good very help Lauren accommodate I would like to go back again. Thank you for everything.
- 1/5
No ice machines. The bar will give you one small bucket of ice. If you call the front desk, they will not answer. You literally have to walk down to registration to ask whatever question you may have. Suggestion if you stay there be sure you pay your parking in advance as soon as you get there. If not, you have to pay each day and you end up paying more. The rooms do not have refrigerators. Yet you will get offered an upgrade for an additional fee if you do want one. Overall, I would rate it a 4.5.
- 2/5
The location was ok. The room was pretty old and dirty. I also wasn't given my deposit back promptly.
- 1/5
I had to shower wearing sandals, I didn't wanted to step on the tub and the window wasn't working, we could lock it.
- 3/5
Quiet not busy....Problems with In room TV, hot water issues, no maid service, surrounded by construction.
- 1/5
Most disappointing in the pool hours. We weren’t even able to use it. 6pm is early considering 4 is check in. Room was outdated and dirty. No open bars and only one “restaurant” which was just a fast food place.
- 3/5
The staff was good; the rooms were clean, a little outdated, and there was no fridge, $25 per day. The ice machine did not work, so I had to go to the bar for ice. The beds were comfortable and the linens clean. Major issues with the elevators for a couple of days. The pool looked nice, didn't use, lifeguards on duty. The air conditioner worked great.
- 3/5
We only stayed one night to sleep. We didn't use any of the hotel's services. We couldn't sleep; the mattresses are spring mattresses and uncomfortable, and the pillows are small and have no firmness.
- 3/5
The thing about staying at this property was that either the elevators didn't work or that they turn off at a certain time of the night which makes it harder to get to the room, but other than that I had a good experience with staff if I had questions or anything
- 1/5
- 4/5
Stayed here just one night but they don’t have any breakfast restaurants or coffee etc. So not that convenient if you just want to stay in the hotel. They have Steak ‘n Shake which was good. Had that for dinner. The weather was 110 degrees outside and walking into the casino to check in felt like the AC wasn’t on that well.
- 5/5
We had an excellent stay over the weekend we will definitely rebook soon.
- 5/5
Everything was good, as far as the hotel goes. I came to relax & sleep. My purpose of the visit was to rest and that was accomplished. The pool itself isn’t bad at all. It’s nice actually. We love it. Very affordable price, I would say. We’re going in the near future, I hope. Lots of good concerts all around the boulevard.

GOOD: The location is great if you want to be on the Strip. The room rate was reasonable. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The Gift Shop staff was friendly. Casino, Security and bar staff were helpful.
- 2/5
Most importantly, the main phone to the hotel wasn’t working for days so there was no way to contact the hotel not even from the room phone. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working which made things very difficult coming and going in a hotel this size. I don’t plan on staying here ever again.
- 2/5
The ice machine was broken. We had no cups in our room and the phones didnt work to call down to request some. I even googled and called from my own phone and couldnt get through to anyone. When I went to the front desk to ask for cups, the staff acted put out and rude, and then asked "is this for coffee or what?!" Wow folks. We just wanted some cups. The bed felt like it was ancient. When you can feel the actual springs under your body that means it's time to get new mattresses. Never had a mattress like this at any Hotel I've ever stayed in. The pillows were comfy, but small. The A/C also didnt blow cold air, so it was around 80+ in our room all night long. Overall, pretty terrible experience.

I liked the location very close to the strip The room was decent but the bathroom door was falling off so you couldn't close it for privacy. The telephone in the room didn't work so you couldn't call the front desk or room service if you needed something. I didn't receive my free $5 slot play that was promised to me after I booked it.
- 3/5
Se ve un poco sucio y el olor a marihuana llegaba a l baño del cuarto, las camas muy incomodas.
- 5/5
I loved it!!!! Would definitely come back.
- 2/5
Mainly the location. It was close to the event I attended during my stay there. The bed were clean and the comfort was pretty good, 7.5/10. The cleanliness in particular the bathroom was not done that well, there were a few hairs in the tub, the sink counter surface was not wipe throughly, and for whatever reason the shower curtain was missing. A few times it was a little annoying having only one working elevator.

Pretty good hotel to stay at when you’re on vacation. I faced no issues except one. The electrical socket in the bathroom where the provided hair dryer was not working so I resorted to doing my hair in the room itself and it was rather risky since the heat from doing hair can set off a fire alarm accidentally. But that was a small non issue really. Front reception staff were attentive and really nice and patient! I would definitely stay here again, it’s so accessible to the strip too.

Gracias

Nothing Everything
- 4/5
The staff are very accommodating esp Alan F and Anthony. Checking in was so easy and the check out as well. The hotel's location is near the airport, the Strip, and the monorail. I felt safe because there's a roving security guard who checked and assured that the locks in my room esp the connecting room were securely locked so it's a plus for solo travelers on a budget. The price is so worth it even if you stay longer. I'll still book in this hotel if ever I get back to Vegas.
- 5/5
It’s good. It’s near the Strip.
- 2/5
The staff in check-in check out and in between was absolutely amazing the hotel room was poor at best as in not very clean very dated AC didn't work well when you get off the elevators the floors were corn and held together with clear packing tape the bartenders at the bar were okay but the front desk people were absolutely amazing and very helpful and the ice machine on floor 7 didn't work told them about it and for the 6 days I was there never got fixed
- 2/5
The hotel is very old and run down. The bed was clean but the bathroom was not maintained. The sink drain leaked all over the floor which they did go fix. The bathroom counter had black mascara all over it which just needed some elbow grease to get off. The shower had two sided tape on the wall to hold up the shampoo etc containers but they were sitting on the back of the tub. They gave one bar of soap for 4 nights and took it away after one day but never replaced it. The swimming pool is like taking a polar plunge but they have lots of seating and towels available.
- 5/5
The room was only needed for sleeping and obviously getting ready that part was very comfy! Everything was super easy to check in very helpful but towards the end of our stage, we discovered that our blow dryer didn’t work and when we unplugged it, we found a tiny roach!!!

Closer to the stadium. Easy to get in and out. Restaurants right there nearby. There was construction nearby.
- 3/5
The room was fine, but the towers only had one elevator in operation for each tower. The television in the room has several channels listed on the guide that will not show due to no signal, and all the channels were out except the guide for several hours late one night. Sunday night they scheduled a private party in the pool area that started at 6PM. It continued until just after 11PM with loud music that was louder that the television in the room, and according to staff was the reason for several complaints. The building still has a lighted sign on the front for the Hooters restaurant, but the restaurant was closed sometime in the past. I had chosen this hotel because I thought they could use the business, due to the construction of the baseball stadium next door, but regret my choice after the other issues showed up.
- 1/5
My room had two queen beds and one of the mattresses had dry blood. It was a big stain. The bath tub was dirty. Only one or two elevators working throughout my stay. One of the nights they had very loud music playing from 3pm-11:15pm. I had to call the front desk to complain. I wasn’t able to sleep or watch tv. Most of the tv channels had no signal. My boyfriend missed a few work meetings because the internet kept lacking. No fridge or microwave in the room. We had to place the water on top of the ac to keep it cool. We went to grab ice in the ice machine and it was really dirty. I ended up developing an eye infection not sure if it was from the towel or bed. They charge you $20 every time you come in and out of the parking lot even if it’s the same day. I’m disappointed with this experience.
- 4/5
Everything was great and it worked out very well
- 5/5
It was nice for the first time in Vegas. Can’t lie would try another hotel. This one does need an upgrade
- 3/5
Kind of run down and elevators were broken
- 2/5
- 2.5/5

Not really anything. Definitely will not stay again The elevators in the building were terrible. Only 1/3 working. The front desk manager had a bad attitude and wasn't helpful in answering any questions about my booking. I was told by multiple staff the hot tubs were open until 8pm just to find out the building doesn't even have hot tubs and the unheated pool closes at 6pm. It took me asking 3 different staff and calling the management to find out there are no hot tubs at all. The management just seemed like they didn't enjoy their job and didn't want to try to give a good experience. Lastly I opted to pay extra for a "premium strip view", which was a scam. I was just looking at a construction site and could barely see any other strip hotel only if I put my face to the glass and looked hard right.

Vanessa from the front desk was absolutely amazing and deserving of the highest compliments!! Please reward her appropriately as she is an exceptional employee and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. OYO’s proximity to the strip was amazing.

We got what we paid for. A room that feels like it is moving when you take a step. A bathtub with lumps in the floor. A cheap room with an AC that doesn't work at night in 90 degree plus heat. 2 elevators broken at the same time for their Ocean View rooms when there is only 3 elevators and 19 floors. Used the stairs when tired of waiting for the 1 elevator and saw broken or loose hand rails. And the stairs stopped on the second floor with no signs on where to go. Asked someone if they knew when the elevators would be fixed and they said they pray to know when too. At checkout informed the desk clerk about the AC, they said we got you. For a place that has the new baseball stadium being built right next door, this place needs some massive work or look like the hell hole next door. Needless to say, I will never stay here again.

Best value in town!
- 5/5
Great price, the location is prime and the room was clean and great bed. Its an older hotel, but other than that i would stay here again. Dog friendly and they have $5 black jack. GREATER STARTER for people learning to play jack black. The dealers are super helpful.
- 3/5
I liked the price, but the swimming pool is awful, very disappointed that there was no hot tub and the pools were boring, surrounded by tall buildings you get sun for a couple hours in the afternoon. They only stay open until 6:00 pm and there is no assist chair for people in wheelchairs.
- 1/5
DO NOT GO HERE. To save $50, you will spend $300. The elevators do not work, the doors do not lock. The floor in the room had debris all over. The sink do not drain, the shower did not drain. Some random CUSTOMER there was trying to exploit people & charge $20 to go out to the pool area just to sit. Parking was $50. Shake Shack food was terrible & soggy. I felt very unsafe without locking doors. There is construction next door. The neighboring room had their alarm go off from 6a-9a nonstop for 3 hours each morning. Sleeping was miserable & impossible. I have 100+ followers on social media & I will tell everybody for the rest of my life to NEVER go here. Just go to the Motel 6 next door, probably a much better experience.
- 5/5
I liked the price,was cleaned

The bathroom door was coming off the hindges. No fridge microwave or coffee pot. Elevators were broken causing very long waits to use them. Son had a big roach in his room and switched rooms. Another son had a room that was not clean very well and he also switched rooms. Also having to pay for parking for an outrageous amount of is ridiculous. That should come with your hotel stay that you are already paying for. And the pool closing at 6 pm is way too early

Only one elevator was “operational” and I’m using that term loosely. The property hasn’t been maintained. There was also a pool party that consisted of three people and a whole band that went till about midnight on Sunday.

We were worried about the reviews, but we were just staying for the weekend so we decided to bite. Place was alright, not as clean as we’d hope but still clean enough to get us by. Key card worked throughout the entire stay. Did not use the pool. Very very close to the airport

That Montel horrible hotel i have ever stay on,parking situación horrible, room omg my cats litter , one off the staff just burst into my room with out any sort of warning accusing me off opening the balcony, hall ways were always filed with smoked and to top it all off I found a dirty underwear underneath my bed was discussing, parking was a nightmare always some hidden charges, elevator were horrible only one was working and it would take for ever to get to you, the guard at the pool were súper rude
- 2/5
Casino was drab rooms run down
- 4/5
Helpful and kind staff throughout hotel. Could use some room amenities. Cleanliness at a 2/10, there’s no reason for an eyelash strip to be on the restroom floor waiting for the next habitants. Also horrible water pressure. Rooms overall outdated but it’s expected for the price.

If you like dirty and rundown then this is the place for you! Like waiting for 30 minutes for the one working elevator out of 3 to finally stop on your floor and then letting it pass because it's already stuffed so full even a small child can't fit? How about sharing that crowded elevator with a freaking house keeping cart while you plaster yourself to the side? There are only 19 floors and trust me when I tell you that you will worry that this last elevator is going to stop at any moment as it rattles, shakes and squeaks all the way down. Ve prepared for mystery stains, rust, no bathroom fan, hair on the floor, random crap like glitter flakes and rhinestones stuck to the carpet, 1 ply toilet paper and a glass surface ontop of the vanity that is suspended by crumbs and other mysterious things and feels like it wants to shatter if you look at it funny. If all of these things, and many more like them, sound like a good time to you then this is place is just right for you. I have to say it wasn't all bad. There was one clean, pristine place in the room, a random round mirror too high up on the wann for anybody to use or touch. It litteraly served no purpose at all but hey, it was in perfect shape and very clean!
- 3/5
Only had 1 elevator working
- 4/5
Wasn't as bad as everyone was saying, slot machines robbed me tho

Checked the bathroom, I left as soon as I got my room to hit the tables, got back around 10p, the bathroom had black tar coming out of the bathtub, toilet. Called front desk transferred to house keeping they refused to pick up, Called twice, went to front off showed pictures and he proceeded to tell me to wait in the room, so I told him its 11p, by the time housekeeping does anything and cleans up the room, and wait till it dries, it'll be past 1a and I needed to sleep since I was going to a convention the next day, can they just switch rooms, man just rolled his eyes and huffed, like I was asking him to build the room, proceeded to change rooms, then on Sunday as I was leaving to the airport the manager emailed me saying he herd it was there was a problem, so yeah I told him it took you till sunday to respond?
- 2/5
Room- looked like a quick once over for the cleaning. Hard mattress and small pillows. Room smelled. Staff at front desk- very dry and not very professional. Steak & Shake dirty and staff rude. Bar- bartender unprofessional and not very customer service focused. Took over 30 minutes for a hotdog and a small pizza when the casino had very few people present in the casino or bar. Bar tender upset when asked to check on the food. Will not stay there again.

No towels in the room. Dirty room all together. One of our rooms smelled of weed. 3 elevators on this property only one working. Horrible Stay.
- 1/5
My room window was dirty, there was stains on the floor. When I checked in there was a $40 extra unexpected fee. I would not recommend!!!
- 5/5
Location was very convenient to visit the Vegas Strip.

not clean at all, found black mold in our room. for a no smoking room the whole hotel smelt like smoke. it was do able for our 2 night trip but for longer than 2 nights i don’t recommend.
- 3/5
I had a leak in my bathroom, I told the front desk guy and he couldn’t care less
- 1/5
Property doesn’t look like the pictures and the non smoking room still had a smoking smell. It was on all of my clothes.
- 4/5
The room was decent but they previously had EDC goers there and looks like they weren’t able to get all the glitter out or cleared off the shower.
- 2/5
One elevator was not working and other had drink spilled. Very dirty. I called house keeping for two disposable cups and it took more than 45 minutes. Ac was not working good.
- 3/5
Overall was this hotel closer to where we needed to go? Yes. Was it worth it? Debatable.
- 2/5
Terrible hotel rooms, broken and exposed Air Conditioners, leaked pipes, looks like century old rooms covered with paint. Overall pretty bad. Lucky that we stayed only few hours and checked out but I will never stay here even they offer free stay.
- 2/5
The inside of the hotel doesn't match the outside. It's like you go back 4 decades. And not in a cool retro way. The hallway to our room was littered with trash. It was all still there in the morning. To say the room was well worn is an understatement. They state there is room proofing, but we could hear a simple conversation with out nextdoor neighbors through the sealed connecting door. The water temperature wasn't stable. It would go from freezing to burning hot. The counters are so slanted that our toiletries kept falling over and rolling off. The tub was worn. Paint over where paint had been chipped off. The bare wood rod for the hangers. The floors were slanted and uneven. The walls actually looked slanted. Tiny pillows. Someone was smoking black and tans and the smell was terrible. How about making smoking rooms all on the same floors? A perfume smell started permeating the room during the night. The public restrooms smelled like a dispensary. One of the two elevators was being repaired. If I had paid full price and had to stay there more than one night; I would have checked out and had Expedia to find another hotel. The place doesn't match the pictures. Never again. I know this post makes me sound petty and out of touch. I have stayed in some really interesting places in my life. And I knew that going in. This place is just sad.

All good!

Random areas the elevator doors are dirty and have various stains. This property is very overpriced for the poor state that property is in.
- 3/5
Actually I was surprised, considering all the negative reviews. It’s OK. Good location. Actually enjoyed that it wasn’t busy. Good value if you want to go to Vegas on a budget. The staff was friendly. This is definitely a “no frills” experience.

The workers were all very nice and caring, they were just given a decrepit building to take care of and run. Our AC didn’t work and there were leaky faucets and clogged drains. The elevators were incredibly slow and wait times would often reach 10 minutes. We picked this location because its proximity to the strip and easy walking distance. While the construction on the new baseball stadium added time to our walk, we thankfully just cut through the MGM Grand most of the time and spent quite a bit of time there.
- 3/5
Positive side, the hotel is cheaper than the other hotels & very convenient. It’s literally 1min drive to the airport, restaurants around you, & alot to do. Negative side, The rooms are not cleaned all the way, dust on the furnitures, so good thing i brought my clorax wipes to wipe things down and in the bathroom. Hallways, small pieces of rubbish is accumulated everyday & everywhere. Seems like no one cares to vacuum or make it decent enough to walk down. The smell in the hallways and in the room is overwhelming. I don’t know how to explain it. By all means, experience it for yourself. I was on floor 3 btw. Other than that, that was my stay. I’m just giving my input so next time they could take this into consideration. But the people is amazing & the atmosphere was great. I would come back again.
- 1/5
Very dirty, had a horrible odor in the entire building
- 1/5
Worst hotel I'ver stayed at. Room was supposedly non smoking but smells like cigarette. Bathroom sink and bathtub had bad drainage, you'll he swimming in water before it drains down the dirty holes. I have to wash my feet after getting out of the bathtub to make sure that its completely clean and did not have any dirt on them. Even the toilet flush is so slow. I called the housekeeping twice at around 9pm but seems like they have all gone home, calls just go to a full mailbox that you cant even leave a voicemail. The AC was sooo noisy and there was some funny noises which sounded like something pounding that I cant even sleep Thursday morning. There was just 1 out of 3 elevators working on Thursday that some of us had to use the stairs to save time for the super long wait. Pillows and bed are comfy though.
- 3/5
there is a $50 a day extra charge when you check in for a bottle of water and use of the exercise equipment that I never used. No ice machine, just fill a bottle at the pop machine at the food place. If you are going to the stadium I would check prices at the closer casinos.
- 4/5
Todo estaba regular no es espectacular, pero es un buen lugar para quedarse porque no está tan lejos del centro de las Vegas.
- 1/5
I don't know, staying here is awful—the rooms are dirty, the maintenance is terrible, and the amenities are filthy.
- 4/5
The hotel is within walking distance of the strip, restaurants and Allegiant Stadium. There is construction next door but I was not disturbed by any noise from the baseball stadium project. I would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Good location and gets the job done, not too far off the strip, staff was helpful and nice, but it is a little dirty, for example, it took awhile to get a clean towel.

Absolutely nothing The elevators were an absolute nightmare. They were either broken or incredibly slow. At one point we were stuck in the hotel and struggling to find a way out because the 1 working elevator stopped working. Our bathtub wouldn’t drain for hours. There was no smoke detector in our room. The ac would blow cold air for a bit and then it wasn’t cold anymore and it was humid in our room. The ice machine on our floor was broken. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.

The hotel staff was rude, the elevators didn’t work, they charged $44 a day for amenties but the room didn’t even have a mini fridge. No hotel staff came to replace the towels or take out the trash over 4 days. There was mold in the tub. The bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet on it. Just a regular sheet. My neighbor was definitely smoking in the next room over. This place was the absolute worst place to stay.

There isn’t much to say that I like about the property. The check in was long they only had 2 people there. The line was very long. “Hooters” which was there main restaurant advertised logo was closed, the elevators took over 30 minutes to get on to go down. Finding the stairs was difficult and the A/C was super loud and the pool music as well, there wasn’t any sleep that could be done. Guest dogs barked constantly and parking outside was skeptical with the homeless and such. Bath tub was dirty and over heard a lady mention after she checked in and got to her room there was a nak*d man in her room!

Great location and very friendly staff. The hotel is just off the Strip, across from MGM Grand, which made it convenient to avoid heavy Strip traffic while still being close to everything. It was also very easy to get to and from the I-15. The property has a large parking lot, and although parking is paid, it was convenient to be able to pay through a mobile app with either a daily or hourly rate depending on the length of stay. I also really appreciated how friendly and welcoming the staff was — that was the standout part of my stay. Security was always present on the property, which added peace of mind. The hotel also had a few useful amenities, including a pool, a basic coffee shop, and a steak diner inside. The room was spacious, and while the bathroom was just okay, the hotel overall met my needs. Even though it’s an older property and a bit worn, it was comfortable enough and got the job done. Parking was a bit disappointing, as I had seen older reviews mentioning that it was free, but that is no longer the case. You now have to pay through a mobile app, which is convenient, but still a little frustrating if you were expecting complimentary parking. The hotel is definitely older, and that shows in the overall condition of the property. One of the elevators was out of service for my entire three-day stay, which caused delays and congestion when people were waiting in the lobby. The room itself was clean, but there were visible signs of wear and tear, such as faint peeling in the bathroom corners and stains on the table that appeared permanent. Overall, the property feels dated and a bit worn down. That said, I think it’s important to have realistic expectations. This is not a luxury hotel, and as long as you understand that going in, it serves its purpose. Despite some negative reviews online, I did not experience any issues with bedbugs or poor cleanliness — just the normal aging and wear you would expect from an older property.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They’re the biggest scam in Vegas. All they do is add extra charges to the room when you didn’t even do anything. They added a fake smoking fee to my room and said I smoked which I don’t not smoke at all. When I asked to talk to a manager the receptionist just left and they called security and escorted us out. Do not stay at this scum of a hotel.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I waited almost an hour in line to check in. They had 2 people working when I came in for my 4 pm check in, the desk was set up for more but they didn’t have anyone working. When I tried calling down from my room at one point no one answered, I tried called an outside number as well and no one ever answered. I had to go down stairs. When we got to our room it had the making of what would seem to be a nice room but everything was very worn down. The bathtub specifically wouldn’t be used by me. It was shabby looking at best. The interior hallway was dirty lots of pieces of debris, one of the 3 elevators was out of order. 3 restaurants on site only one was open, they had a convenience store but it also wasn’t open. The worst part of my experience was we were on the pool side and the music was insanely loud. If you were wanting a mid day break this wouldn’t be the place to stay, it was all party music with someone randomly on the microphone yelling intermittently. This was around 5pm. We left and came back at 11 to find this was still the same noise. Insanely loud music playing. I went to the front desk to see when it would end and was told it would end at 12am, it didn’t end till closer to 12:20am. Very frustrating, I was traveling with my child and was only told they can’t move me (they were sold out). I should have been told prior to checking in that this was going to be happening, I would have asked to be moved right then.
- 3/5
I saved some money which was nice. Only restaurant is the shake shack
- 2/5
Called a week prior for an early check in and they didn’t have my room ready and instead of compensating me or working something out they offered me to pay more to upgrade and then the room they got us the door was broken and was never fixed
- 1/5
The elevators half work. The room was stained. You can see that the building was fixed with plywood and dollar store paint. One floor smelled of sewage. The was an employee I came across you’re and on the phone telling the person they wouldn’t stay here even if it was a command of god. It felt like staying in the wrong side of town was a hotel. Pass on this location no matter the price.

The elevators don't work properly. We couldn't use the pool because they had an event for 21 and older. Had cobwebs in the window/sliding door area.
- 1/5
I didn’t even want my bare feet to touch the carpet let alone the shower. Can you say shower shoes!? The place is held together by spit and screws. The shower has rust and what looked the mold that was trying to be cleaned but so bad it’s impossible. The water doesn’t even come out easily and hopefully your toilet actually flushes. There was a party with the loudest DJ just outside my room. I heard it like I was down there and I’m was on the 16th floor. The private party went to midnight and I was given no notice when I checked in to my “PREMIUM ROOM” An elevator in the parking garage and in the hotel are broken so it takes a lot of time to get anywhere especially in the morning and at night. The carpets throughout are disgusting and the o my option is to rip them out as no cleaning can help it. The restaurants are also both gross and I didn’t want to get any food let alone sit in the filthy booths. There wasn’t even a chance to move hotels because of an event but I would have! I do not even recommend this hell hole to my worst enemy!
- 1/5
Elevator not working
- 1/5
The room was decent just didn’t like how I had to still pay for parking even though I had a room. On the second day staying at the hotel all the power went out so it was a mess having to go through a maze of stairways to get out of the hotel.
- 1/5
I've never had a worse experience with a hotel in my life. Memorial Day weekend with a massive concert in town and you only have one elevator working? Ridiculous. Multiple restaurants in the hotel not open which was not advertised beforehand. Room was super dirty and no fridge or microwave. Entire hotel smelled like Marijuana. Highly recommend not using this hotel, even for a short trip.
- 2/5
The ice machine was gross, covered in rust and did not work. I would not take any ice from it. The only amenities were a bottle of conditioner and 2 body wash. We had to request the shampoo. There was only one elevator working. It did have a very nice pool area. The house cleaners were very nice and helpful when we called. There is not much house cleaners could do with old and worn out rooms. Mattress cover was old and shredded. This hotel has a LOT of potential. Just needs some updating and TLC
- 4/5

- 1/5
I arrived to a filthy shower, itchy bedding. The air felt itchy and I requested another room, it was the same. Filthy shower and gross sheets.
- 1/5
Not well maintained. Run-down, dirty, door was broken and would not lock. Staff walked right into my room while in there. Did not feel safe. Ice machine had mold all over it. Checked out immediately and asked for a full refund.
- 1/5
This hotel is horrible. I will never stay here and never recommend to any of my family. The room was full of hair and stains on the carpet. The restrooms did not look like they were cleaned. The tile was falling off the walls and the bathtub was rusty.

The beds were the worst I've ever slept on, the A/C sounded like it was falling apart, the sink drain was noisy, and the tub drained slowly while I was showering. It also wasn't clear when I booked that I'd be paying 22 bucks for parking! We were there for one night for an airport drop off—I had booked for my son's return flight, but I'll be looking for another place to stay. The staff was friendly, and the floor was quiet.
- 3/5
We had a great view from our room. The pool was nice and not too crowded. The A/C worked great. Beds were okay. Pillows were a little rough so we didn't sleep that well but overall it was good for the price. There's a steak 'n shake open 24 hours. They also have a convenient store in the lobby. We won $100 on the Wizard of Oz game, which you'll see everywhere in Vegas. It was the only machine we won anything on.
- 1/5
We checked in and went straight to our room. I wasn't expecting much since all I needed was a bed to sleep on. The room we were provided was not even made. Sheets thrown around the room. Bed was bare. Is smelled like feces, someone just left this room 2 minutes prior to us arriving. We left immediately
- 1/5
More maintenance and cleaning, please
- 1/5
The pool closes early! The elevators are a nightmare, the carpet and everything is outdated. Plus was the pool area and pool bar
- 2/5
I was told OYO stood for “ on your own “ & that was my exact experience. I absolutely did not enjoy myself here. The pool was freezing cold , we were without power and water for a period of time. We were promised a “comp” then later taken back. I’d never stay here again. They only had steak and shake to offer , hooters is not open. Loud construction right outside the window that was our 6am alarm clock.
- 1/5
Parking was not too convenient, lot too small and if you have a truck, the parking garage height wasn't too accommodating. Room felt lacking due to not having a fridge or a microwave. Our room AC was also broken. Overall, was not too happy.

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever been in! Terrible customer service charged a hidden fee over $100 before I even checked in! There was no toilet paper in the room. Front desk housekeeping and customer service couldn't be bothered to answer the phone had to go down to the front desk numerous times just to get one roll of toilet paper no bathtub plug and there's basically no point in trying to do room service because nobody answers the phones
- 1/5
Dirty! Booked a non smoking room but was put in a smoking room as that was the only one available. Arrived at 1am and their computers were down and I didn’t get a room till 3am. Front desk staff was nice and gave us a food voucher as we waited which was the only thing good. Garbage bags everywhere and totally unkept! Will never stay there again!

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que no salía agua fría en la ducha al parecer estaba dañado los grifos
- 1/5
The room smelled. It was filthy. Tub was filthy, that place needs to be torn down. The place was filthy. The 5th floor in front of elevators the cheapest linoleum all cracked. They charged me 59$ in resort fees and a $100 deposit. The whole room wasn’t worth $100. The lamps were all off kilter and not working. The bathroom was disgusting. We stayed on the ocean view side. There was no ocean and the view was of their parking lot garbage area. The elevators were so slow they took 10 mins to reach the 5th floor. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. I would not have let anyone I live stay there. Our flight was booked. And we had to find a hotel on short notice. It was over 200$ with all the fees. I could have stayed at the bellagio. . Really sketchy people there. I do not recommend ever going there let alone staying. It was filthy. Needs to be demolished.
- 1/5
My stay at the OYO Las Vegas was terrible from start to finish. The neglect hits you the second you walk through the front door—the casino flooring actually has sections held together with duct tape, and one of the only two elevators was indefinitely out of service. The room itself was flat-out disgusting. When I walked in, there was already hair and used toilet paper left in the toilet. There was a literal glob of some unknown substance stuck to the glass sliding door, the carpets were visibly dirty, and every single surface was covered in a thick layer of dust. It was so bad that although I booked and paid for a two-night stay, I checked out the very next morning at 7:00 AM and went to a completely different hotel. The only saving grace was that the third-party booking site I used recognized how unacceptable the situation was; they were able to void the penalty and refund the cost of the second night in credit toward a future reservation. Avoid this place at all costs.

The air quality was at 78 degrees. You can only speak to a manger at 7pm. I was visiting the the weekend of Mothers Day for a volleyball tournament and was charged a fee for smoking in the room after getting off the elevator from with 10 other guest! I have been to this same tournament the last 3 yrs never have I ever had a problem. The room was 807! Don’t trust Ramsey either!
- 5/5
Not crowded- Staff (especially bar staff) were amazing!! And so welcoming. I will be recommending this place on the Las Vegas Face book page. The burger place inside the casino was great and the cheapest place I had eaten my whole trip. Food was fabulous- Thank you! The interconnecting door in my room. Would have preferred a stand alone room.

Location great. Room good sized but bathroom needed serious work. Bath spigot pumped water on the floor and tub needed replacement. To book through Expedia thought was a good location. To arrive thinking I was pre-paid and be hit with a $50 per day resort fee ($200) was ridiculous as the only resort activities was a barely used pool and gambling floor. Staff was nice and courteous. I will not book with Expedia again due to not being able to read any notification of the resort fee addition in pages filled out on line.

This is the worst OYO hotel I have ever experienced across multiple states. It’s dirty, poor service from desk staff who behave like you’re an inconvenience checking in and undisclosed fees charged to the room with no communication or regard for resolution. Absolutely abhorrent and would never recommend.

At approximately 5:30 PM, the issues observed in Room 0803 were reported to hotel staff, and a room change was requested due to the issues observed. At that time, no accommodation was requested, as it was understood that issues can occasionally happen. The only request made was to be moved to another room so the family could continue the Mother’s Day weekend without further issues. We were then reassigned to Room 538. Upon entering Room 538, the room appeared to have signs of possible prior damage or forced entry. The main entry door appeared severely damaged and partially coming off the hinges. The hinge area showed exposed wood and damaged framing, giving the appearance that the room may have previously been broken into or improperly secured. Wood debris was also scattered on the floor near the doorway, creating an unsafe and concerning environment upon entry. Additional issues throughout the room were also observed. There appeared to be a missing picture or wall fixture, leaving visible mounting hardware and marks on the wall. In addition, the AC unit area leading outside had a visible opening/ho

The parking here is expensive! The pool was fun but smelled of sewer gas! The older lady life guard was very rude! Shut the pool down early n ruined our plans of a swim day for Mother’s Day. The bed in our room had a big bar sticking out which I hit walking n bruised my leg. The thin didn’t want to drain n filled up to my mid shin when showering.

Room was simple and clean. Bathroom drains were not maintained and very backed up. Worked for a short stay, similar in quality to a motel.

Poor ran down sorry excuse for a motel, more so ran like a straight up brothel. Staff was extremely unhelpful and very rude. Made me leave my ID in order to use the luggage 🧳 carrier, and they refused my service for an extension with no just or probable cause. I demand a full refund for my suffering and additional amount I had to spend on 1. Finding another hotel, after the fact i had already booked an additional night thru. 2. The additional time ⏲️ and having to spend additional money 💰 on transporting my luggage to another place 😑

I am honestly surprised this property is 3 stars. Apart from the condition of the property, I checked in and they insisted I had not paid for my stay. They charged me for the entire stay. After I was able to pull up my receipts I saw I had made a deposit and was overcharged about $80. I went back to the front desk and they said now I had to email 2 emails with all the information for them to issue my refund. Therefore, now I had to do more work for their mistake and wait now who knows how long for my refund. They emailed back saying the booking ID was invalid so now who knows when this will be resolved again for their mistake. I will never stay here again.

Everything was outdated and old. Very empty as customers go. The pool had odd hours and was shut down one day for a 21 and over party you had to pay to get in and hang out with the 9 people that paid. The elevators broke down at least 2 days of our stay. The bartenders were all in bad moods. Overall a bad property and experience.
- 1/5
The hotel is old and they don’t seem to maintain their equipment, I got stuck in the elevator and they had no sense of direction to help the guest.

- 4/5
Dated but good enough hotel just off the strip, one block walk to the strip and all the excitement. Quick taxi to and from airport ( $25.00 fare). Good deal for price considering ideal location. Nice pool area with bar. Rooms have limited amenities- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, but no lotion. hair dryer. We upgraded for the mini fridge and microwave. Bed comfortable. Room quiet on 19th floor. No housekeeping unless we called for it. We stayed 3 nights and had to call for fresh towels. Overall I would stay again due to value for my dollar.
- 1/5
We did not stay because the room was so terrible . Did not look like any of the pics on the website. So we went to Excalibur and stayed there . Waste of money!! Do not stay here
- 1/5
For the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and basic upkeep. A hotel room should feel fresh and sanitary, but this one did not. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay.
- 1.5/5
The bathroom smelled like sewer. The elevator took 20 minutes to stop on the 2nd floor. Then the elevator took another 10 minutes to get us down to the lobby.
- 1.5/5
Location close to the strip and walking distance to Dennys for breakfast, staff was nice, lobby not Smokey or smelly Room was dingy, sketchy, carpet stained (blood/paint?), bathroom really worn and in need of update, tv didn’t work, window view terrible of roof, AC loud/obnoxious, difficult to sleep, no additional safety lock on door, elevator to the second floor not working, No signs posted. Had to ask house keeping where the stairs were located-not clearly marked. Had to haul our heavy luggage down the stairs. Only stayed for a few hours overnight due to late flight getting in early AM. Was a bed to sleep in but would have made a different choice had I known.

It was very disappointed to see this hotel since the entrance the glass doors were terribly dirty one of the entrance doors no handle it looks that it was broke and never fixed ...the elevators one work only , no accessible stairs to take us down to the lobby or to our room , the room incredible terrible the 4 pillows were all different sizes , the AC extremely poorly , the curtains were from one corner down like rip , the bathroom super old the bath tub was peeling the color , no body wash and no conditioner at all, the sink super , super old scratch rusted and leaking water and no lotion no hand soap , we tried to get ice from the ice machine in the floor and it was out of order ...We have stayed in many hotels and this was the worse experience ever ....
- 3/5
The property is dated there are currently no restaurants available for dinner. They have a third-party company in charge of the parking garage and that system needs to be upgraded or updated. It took me 20 minutes to get out of the parking garage.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
1st off the hotel was very dated. The casino carpet was dirty looking and due to smoking allowed smelled of heavy smoke. The Hooters sign is very large and lit and to find out its not available to customers (then why do you still have an active sign up?? disappointed) I liked the water bottles provided and even though I didn't use the pool it was the most attractive amenity to the hotel. Please make sure to bring your slippers to walk on the room carpet.
- 5/5
Our stay was great staff very helpful.Everything was great rooms were clean , the only thing didn't really accommodate me was not too many places to eat has a big hooter's restaurant Sign outside , but the restaurant is literally closed.

Terrible beds and no bathroom supplies. I’ll never stay here again
- 2/5
The elevator wasn’t working, broke down. We spoke to the guest person. She said that it was because everybody was checking out, but in reality, the elevator broke which I understand. It’s the weekend so they cannot exit immediately. The AC units where they stand the wood place is coming out of place. Dust bunnies everywhere in my room. We couldn’t use the pool Saturday but got charges resort fees
- 3/5
The room was dated and could certainly use maintenance. The beds were clean. The overall facility was very dated and had a large number of maintenance issues including several out of service elevators, front doors without handles, and multiple other things around the hotel that were inoperable. The people were nice overall fairly helpful. They do not perform housekeeping unless you request which ultimately led to some issues getting new linen/towels. Overall a cheap place to stay close to the strip but certainly getting a low dollar stay.
- 3/5
Great staff rooms had some outlet issues and weren't super clean
- 3/5
It’s a decent stay a little dated but staff was nice and affordable. It’s on beginning of strip off to the side but walkable to bigger casinos. Room was good and comfortable.
- 1/5
No ac, elevators broke and there’s no other way up past the 10th floor. Bathtub did not drain. Beds were dirty also
- 5/5
Idk why the low ratings. My room was clean and quiet. It’s in the cheaper end of hotels and I just needed it for the night. Ac worked great. Utilized the iron. Electors were eh. Hallways eh. But the room it’s safe (all the matters for me) was great. Walking distance to other hotels and casinos.
- 1/5
Do not stay here. The website and pictures are a lie. Looks can be deceiving. It’s like the pictures were taken years and years ago. They look nothing like the pictures show. The rooms stink, are dirty, and the beds were dirty. It says soundproof, but that’s a lie. You can hear everything. The elevator went out. They will rig the machines in the casino. You win, then they come over and press some buttons, and it makes you lose the hand you just won. It was the first time there and the last time. I will never be going back there again. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
- 1/5
Not enough cold water on the shower most of it super hot. The smell was really strong in the room.

Housekeeping understaff and they don’t clean the room every day plus on our floor, the ice machine is broken
- 5/5
The room was clean. The hotel is great for the price
- 3/5
The person who helped us check in was extremely helpful. We had trouble getting the parking paid for with the app and he comped the parking! Very nice! Our room lights didn’t all work, the bathroom had a lot of hair in it but the hotel in general was clean. There was a huge stain on the bed and the patio door in one of our rooms was broken.
- 2/5
While the room was clean it needed renovation, the hotel is quite run down, had no place to keep our luggage as we waited three hours to get into our room (subsequently charging us $30 to get into our room early even when it was ready), and had only one restaurant even though the marquis shows another one as an option. Also, we paid for poolside thinking it was laid out like it was years ago. However, all we had was a “pool view” from 14 floors up.

We paid for an upgrade and were assigned a room on the 16th floor with a view of the 2 pools. There were 2 working elevators that seemed new with very little wait. The room showed its age with a noisy but efficient air conditioner, the room door wouldn't close without muscle power, and An old tub/shower. The room was clean but needed vacuuming. The beds were comfortable with 4 pillows of different firmness. If you want housekeeping you have to call the front desk. There are 2 very clean pools with different water levels, presumably for adults & kids. A lifeguard is assigned to each pool. Reclining chairs and towels were plentiful. There is a cantina next to the pool where you can buy drinks and food. It's a pleasant, relaxing area. The casino wasn't crowded and they had many of the newest slot machines. One of the best assets of this hotel is the staff. Every staff person we met from Arthur & Tony at the front desk, housekeepers, maintenace , and Security were friendly & accommodating. Best of all was the price & location. 3 days stay equalled one day at other hotels. The MGM and monorail station is across the street. We were expecting the worst, but we had a good experience.
- 1/5
Horrible, theres bed bugs and rooms smell like cigarettes its disgusting
- 2/5
Staff were nice, but cleanliness was not great. We wanted a fridge, but they weren't available. We asked for 2 pillows, but they never came. Trying to call the front desk took 5-10 min for them to pick up.
- 1/5
My room was really bad. We had stains on the carpet. The shower didn’t drain fast so we were in a puddle of water when we took a shower. When we had a problem with our bathroom light not easily turning on and off. I have submitted a ticket to request a refund as a result of this.

Hola!

The front desk lady wouldn't let me check my bags at the counter unless I paid her $5 cash under the table. The whole place is unkept and dirty. I will never stay there again.

A week prior we reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights arrived at 330pm was told to come back sometime after 4pm they didn't have any rooms available. Housekeeping did not come to the rooms during our stay twice we had to ask at registration for towels. The ice machines on each floor were out of service. Had to go to the liquor store down the street for ice. There's no fridge or microwave in the rooms. Only one working elevator. Had to wait 25 minutes for the elevator to check out.
- 3/5
Tried multiple times to call the front desk and no one ever answered. You also have to pay for parking now, which we did not have to do last year. Room / hallways were dirty. Will not stay here again.

Great
- 3/5
It was an overnight stay to be near the airport because of an early flight. If you are looking for something cheap and don't care about the room and the facility, then it's okay. I expected a little more from see the photos on the website. The room is old and the bathroom is really old. The room was very cheap, but they charged $50 for the resort fee, which is not anywhere close to being a resort (the same as the 4-star resorts would charge). So that part is totally not worth it.
- 1/5
Room was dirty like someone was still there staff was rude and didn’t care the property is run down will never go back.
- 1/5

- 1/5
Do not stay here. The customer service is TERRIBLE! They are rude and unnecessarily aggressive which escalated multiple situations I witnessed. I've never experienced anything like it! The room was dirty and there and an open and wet hand soap on the counter in the bathroom. The a/c was blowing hot air for 20 minutes until we gave up on it working. After the rudest encounter with a customer service rep who said his name waa Jasman, i was giving another room. But not before the manager came over and was so verbally aggressive that I had to call my husband to come to the counter. I am not exaggerating when I say this was the WORST hotel experience I've ever had in Las Vegas. And i can't go without mentioning the number of meth heads in and around the building. DO NOT STAY HERE! You will regret staying here. I wouldn't even stay here if they paid me.
- 1/5
We checked in early, spent not even a full half our in our room and couldn’t breathe due to the old, rusty and dusty AC unit. We immediately surrendered our room keys at check out. The gentleman Allan, assured me that they were able to refund the resort fees collected at Check-in. I am now still disputing my refund as it has still not been received. I’m never one to complain, but I couldn’t breathe from the amount of dust I was inhaling. I have a video I can provide.
- 1/5
I do not recommend staying at OYO. First, the listing says, "parking available". Yes, very limited parking and it's $23 for 24 hours. My fault, I thought parking available meant it was free. Then I reserved a room with a king bed. We got a room with 2 doubles. No the end of the world. Walked into the bathroom and there was a soap wrapper on the floor. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the room. The A/C was at 66 degrees and blowing hard and loud, but the room never cooled off. In the morning, took a shower, they had the bottles attached to the wall for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. All 3 were empty. One disappointment after another. Spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else.
- 1/5
I read reviews on this hotel. I thought it was okay. So I booked it. But once I step foot into this place…horrible. I feared for my safety in this place. Like the other hotels on the strip, they have security. OYO does not. OYO does not value safety very much. These elevators do not have key entry before putting your floor number, which tells me that anyone can come up here. Especially you by yourself on a trip, you would feel unsafe too. Once I got into this room, it felt like I was in a motel 6. The air conditioning didn’t work, the bed look like it had bed bugs, and the bathtub look like I was going to get some time of fungus. Overall, this place it horrible. Spend the extra money to get yourself a room at MGM Grand. It’s worth your safety at least. I’m glad I had friends out here that let me sleep in there room, because I refused to stay in the place.
- 5/5
It was nice will definitely dtay there again
- 2/5
I have stayed at OYO (Hooters previously) for many years during our convention. This year, it was terrible. The room was nice but once you leave the room it is rundown, everything is closed, the front desk charged $5 per bag cash to put our bag in the back room the $50 resort fee per day. I will not be back.
- 1/5
It was an absolute nightmare from the second we got there. They did not mention when I booked that it would cost $90 to park my car there for the duration of my stay. The rooms were dirty, we went into 6 different ones, all were dirty with hairs in the bathrooms, bedsheets, all surfaces. There was still crumbs in the bed from the previous guest. The female manager did her best to reconcile the issues but I had to ask for housekeeping to clean the bathroom and change the bedsheets 5 times. The entire experience was absolutely awful and I will NEVER book this hotel again. They also said they would be refunding some of my money and I have still yet to see it.
- 5/5
It was good, there was no turn over for 3 days we had to go and ask for towel.

We were not told the hotel had no hot water at the time of check-in, and we were charged for early check-in. Our air was not working in our room either. When we called about no hot water and no air, they said they would send someone up to check. After an hour and three unanswered calls later, we went to the front desk, and they said the entire hotel was without hot water and they were not sure when they would have it back on. we aske about a refund and they offered us a $25 credit. We went back to our room and called another hotel booked a room and checked out early.

First morning there we asked for housekeeping to come and clean our room. We were out all day on the strip and came back around 10:30pm. Room wasn’t cleaned, no towels. My husband was sick from vertigo and had to go down to get towels.

Old, dirty

The room was comfortable but we had to upgrade for a fridge and microwave. Only one restaurant was open. It was before pool season so I can’t speak on the pool. Location was pretty good and it was pretty cheap for Vegas.

Very low quality, pool was closed, resort fee. Did not look anything like the photos.

All of the above. We stayed 1 night during a long road trip. The guy at the counter was mumbling how he “f***** hated his job” as he checked me in. We upgraded to a premium room so we could get a fridge and they didn’t have one available. The room they put my family of 5 in a room had 1 king bed. When we told them we needed a new room, they told us we had 30 minutes to move or we would be charged for both rooms. Once we moved, they told us they would bring us a mini fridge so that we could store my son‘s medication. We called six times and spoke with the same woman who promised us she would bring one up to us. It never came and the very expensive medication spoiled overnight. In the morning, they told us they would refund us the resort fee of $50 that they charge on top of the hotels.com cost (that we weren’t made aware of) but they never did. It was dirty, smelled like smoke and not modernized in anyway.

THEN when they provide a room for me to switch in, I enter and it’s OCCUPIED WITH ANOTHER GUEST AS WELL AS THEIR STAFF STEALING MY PIECES OF CLOTHING!!!!

Scary place ??

Clean, room. A short stay to catch a plane.

Good casino below. Pool tables are fun also

However, the sheets were clean, the bed comfy and there was plenty of hot water. In the morning we were very pleasantly surprised with the Steak and Shake - the staff were so lovely and friendly and the food and milkshakes were great. The hotel is well-located for a quick walk to the centre of Las Vegas and so met our needs well.

Clean room and the front desk assistant was very helpful and helped us a lot I forgot her name. Also the rooms were very nice.

Room the shower was terrible

The room the staff. No manager or supervisor to complain to. I had a horrible experience.
- 4/5
First room assigned hadn't been cleaned, but they replaced it with an upgrade, which was nice. Things were clean but old and not well maintained (rust stains, etc.), but still functional and satisfactory. The alarm clock had no way to change the time - YouTube videos didn't help me do it. It just wouldn't work. Shower water pressure was OK and the shower head was very good. I loved the wall outlets by the closet for easily plugging in the iron, which, believe it or not, is one of the biggest challenges (finding an accessible plug for the iron) in even the fanciest of hotels. The bed was good, which is important, so that's nice. The heater in the bedroom was a bit loud, though.

Great staff nice room ugly on the outside inside it’s nice

Bathroom was 70’s old and rusty. There was actual pubic hair on the floor and in the shower. Not clean and water pressure was horrible. You had to turn the hot all the way on and the cold a smidge to get any hot water. This was listed as a hotel that holds your luggage. THEY DO NOT HOLD OR STORE LUGGAGE for freer a fee. We had to pay for early check in because of that. The girl at registration did accommodate us for a 4 pm check out for free.

I arrived an hour or so early and immediately went to registration.. I asked if I could at least notify the hotel that I was here and I did not want to check in. The hotel clerk informed me that I could check in early but it would be an add'l charge. And I found out it was $20 to purchase all day pass to go in and out. A brief discussion was made about parking validation but no definite answer was given. I informed the clerk I will hang out for an hour and return to check in. When I returned the line was literally from the desk to the door which was what 5o ft away. At approx 4:00 the line was from the desk til out the door. It was crazy. I was stunned I had to pay $20 just to get out of the parking lot. That experience was so bad to me that i went to my absolute favorite hotel in Las Vegas. I avoided them because I thought they were a bit high on top of renovations. They put me up for the time and I actually got a $200 discount because I had a players card. This was my very first visit at OYO and I regret to say I will not look forward to that experience again. So far, they haven't charged my credit card which I am truly grateful for. I did win a bit while I was there and that was a plus. What started off absolutely horribly just worked so well in the end. If everyone learns to be happy in whatsoever state they are in and move forward, things just work out. I won the largest amount of money I have ever won at that hotel this time around thanks to OYO. i forgive you OYO

No hassle check in. Book with hotels.com wasn't expecting the 100 deposit but got it back on card before I walked out the door.

The parking situation is awful. The ice machines don’t work. The shower had a weird blue substance on the drain and numerous strands of other people’s hair. The body soap was empty when I arrived and even after asking to get it replaced it took two calls and 24 hours. One of two elevators didn’t work.

Was never any staff around eveything was outdated shower didnt work light fixtures broken not a good experience at all sadly

Las Vegas has lost its luster for me.
- 2/5
The room were dated, no mini fridge, etc. It also did not have any cups in the room to allow me to rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth. Most egregious was their TV system, they offer Fox News but NO CNN. I like balanced news. People have brought to my attention that this error lays with the cable service not the hotel however I have never stayed at a hotel which did offer both news services, is that a political statement??

Poor quality

Staff was worse. Nickle and diming to hold bags at check in, and then at check out, refusing to store my suitcase for the day. I should have just slept on the sidewalk and saved myself $500
- 3/5
Not bad for the price. I would have given four stars if the hot water didn't run out so fast. No shuttle service to airport.

Excelente gracias por el servicio 👍

I did send an email as requested; however, I never received a response. I found it unprofessional that my concerns were overlooked and that no follow-up was provided. I have stayed at this motel several times in the past without any issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Due to the lack of response and resolution, this will most likely be my last stay at this establishment. If there is someone who can contact me regarding this matter, it would be greatly appreciated. I will forward the original email to provide a timestamp showing when it was sent. Thank you for your time. Linford

After our stay, I contacted Expedia, and they confirmed they had not charged anything and that the extra charge came from the hotel. I emailed both the hotel manager and customer service to resolve the issue, but I never received any response. Because of the overcharge, lack of transparency, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel. Be cautious, as you may experience the same billing problem and have difficulty getting assistance afterward.

Older Hotel still decent for the price.

The staff at this hotel are great, this review isn't a reflextion on them. The hotel is old and tired. The steak and shake has good burgers, but the rest of the menu is lacking options and the breakfast is cafeteria food. The beds and pillows are terrible, ac is at least 50 years old. Basic slot machines and tables, no shops or spa options. In a nutshell, everything you want in Vegas is not at this hotel, you will go elsewhere for everything, so you might as well stay at a hotel that has better beds and food options.

The bathroom door was falling off the hinges. The closet door was off tbe glides. The sink constantly leaked. The front desk did not know how the parking worked, making it difficult for us to ask questions.

Room was awesome quiet clean

Motel is run down in need of upgrades. The mattress in our room was ruined, literally creased in the middle, slept in a v-shape. Then of course the hidden fees. On the upside, the staff was very friendly. I won’t stay here again.

Couldn’t get in direct contact with the service desk.

Great staff
- 2/5
They want to charge $20 dollars for an early check in even an hour before the check in time. At one point, I called all the numbers from the room phone for help, and not a single number picked up. Hotels.com reservations does not work well with the property, and they double charged me room fee
- 2/5
The room is not well maintained. Bathtub is rusted and paint is peeling off.
- 2/5
The best choice I think is mortal six if you just want to get rid of the hangover and sleep somewhere off, it’s not a good place for your whole trip unless you’re into kind of places like that

Staff were grest
