    concierge was unable to get us into the Mansion, we asked for a table by the lake at Lago (they didn't get that either). They texted us but there was a long delay in response. not sure if they use bots and then escalate to human? the room was NOT explained to us. how to turn up/down the heater/a/c. the stairway was always crazy hot. we couldn't figure out how to drain the tub (it's at the front of the tub, outside the tub) Freebies were not explained: VIP lounge with breakfast (fruit, croissant, coffee) the tech was OLD: control for TV in bathroom crazy (across the room with old menus after menu). control for TV/movie menus old and painful the TV in the main room had been left on because no one knows how to turn it off and the letters permanently BURNED into it. I thought someone had written them in sharpie! in the middle of the screen and the bottom left. I sent a text to concierge and they said tech would do something. nothing was done because it would require a replacement of the TV. they had FREE sodas in the VIP lounge but they charged for the SAME sodas in the room. They should just have the sodas for free. there was no point to the skyloft entryway other than to get fiji water vs. the house water in the VIP lounge. Housekeeping was great. though garbera daisies could've been put in water to live longer vs. just on bed. also why did 1 bedroom get bath fizzy and not the other? yay for slippers and robe.

    The 2 bedroom loft was ridiculously huge. The service was impeccable. On arrival we had 4 different people assisting us with check in… driver, bellhop, concierge, butler. They do a great job of making you feel like royalty. VIP lounge, separate entrance to avoid the crowds. The loft itself was beautiful, although could use a bit of an update with an upgrade to a smart system to control light/tv/music. We had some difficulties figuring this out. We were told a renovation is in the works. Of course that will likely mean increased rates. This is a perfect place for families, or couples. Would highly recommend staying here.

    Embarrassing condition. Old rooms with 20 year old furnishings. TV and all other room controls inoperable and the butler service has radically diminished from prior years. Please find any number of much better options in Las Vegas. Someone put a bullet in this suffering shadow of former glory years

    The staff at the vip lounge and skylofts are incredibly rude. It shouldn’t matter how I look if I can afford to stay there. They refused service to us, ignored us, and didn’t extend to us many of the options that automatically come with staying in the lofts. The valet asked us for 300 cash to park. The room is beautiful( if a little dated) such a shame they can’t get their service on-par with the surroundings. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

    We got there early, they said the room would be ready at 12:30 but then they had “technical difficulties” and couldn’t give us the room until 2pm …. Just kept saying 10 more minutes continually for 90 mins

    Checked in, went to take a shower first thing of course no hot water. Sent in a technician took him 4 hours and still was no hot water finally by midnight asked to change into another room finally they granted me it. Got into my room and by the time I got ready missed my event. Just cause I booked with a third party I felt like they went out of there way to not care. Everytime I said something they said we can’t do anything because you booked with a 3rd party. Paid for amenities and services I never received

    The Skyloft is a very nice experience, some of the decor is slightly dated although the space is great, as is the service. The remote for the TV's and curtains and lighting and A/C are not so straightforward, took some time to figure it out. The shower in the master bedroom is quite nice with 5 different water jets spraying and also is a steam room.

    You need to -revel- in this room for a while. Start with the private lobby and valet. Get escorted through the VIP room and take a private elevator upstairs to your 30th floor view for private check-in. White-gloved butlers will mix you their mango-peach 'welcome drink', spiked to your preference, and it's good enough to bear mentioning. Leave your shoes and laundry to get shined and cleaned while you stand under 8 showerheads in the sauna. Soak in the luxurious jetted infinity tub, too. Text (yes, TEXT) a made-to-order room service request to the concierge desk. Want to go see Cirque du Solei's Ka? (Hint: yes, you do) Or Michael Jackson? Tell the concierge staff. You'll get box seats with a cocktail waitress tending your every need. They'll arrange a private towncar to and from wherever you need. Most of all, you need to enjoy this room. It's the perfect place for a romantic weekend for two, or for a few friends who really want to live it up in Vegas. Don't show up and nickel and dime yourself. Treat yourself to the generously stocked minibar. Order room service. Get a romantic bubble bath drawn and make full use of the incredibly professional and polite staff to make your Vegas trip truly exceptional.

    Nice size 2 bedroom skyloft for our family of 5! Butler service was fantastic & friendly. Massage at hotel spa was great! Meal at Mansion was nice & in-room dining food was fresh and tasty. The threshold in shower was missing so bathroom floor was wet after each shower. Staff could not do anything but offer to move us to another suite

    The Butler thing isn't that amazing, and the concierge is not the BEST of Las Vegas. We didn't get picked up by a Phantom Rolls Royce either. But the hotel is VERY good, would go again for sure!

    I ordered room service daily 1st day I received receipt 2nd and third time nothing things were added to bill which I did not know about, until the final day where I had number of Querys having small lunch for 3 people you are looking at 150/300dollars excluding tip in the loft, very pricey food was good some days food was not great, We went to club downstairs was told we had no priority to the club hakasan totally ignored us, had to walk back to loft to get butler to get us in and concerage to get us in 40min later which was annoying even tho we were staying here,

    We booked the 2 bedroom Skyloft and were taken to a separate entrance at the MGM Grand with complimentary Fiji waters. Concierge brought us up to the room where all of our bags were ready to be brought in and our butler was ready to show us all the amenities of the room. I do wish we had the pool table instead of the foosball table, but when that's the biggest gripe, that's pretty good. The showers have OPTIONS! Rainfall, nozzles that are horizontal, or the showerhead you can move around. The tub is apparently an infinity tub. There's a TV room with surround sound in addition to more TVs than you could realistically use. I intend to stay there again someday as the room itself is an experience.

    First of all, you are escorted into the VIP area of the lobby, no need to wait in that 150+ person check-in line. Then you are offered a beverage of your choice and escorted up the private elevators to your room. There you sit with with your concierge to check in with your ID and credit card while sitting at your long dining table and served fresh juice by your butler. Are you kidding me? They treat you like a king and that is just the checking in process! Better than Wynn, Encore, Bellagio, Venetian, including the Palazzo Suites, and even better than most of the 5 star hotels I've stayed at in my life.

    I've state at several 5 star hotels with equally impressive rooms and facilities. The staff at the Skylofts is what put this stay at the top of my list. The attentiveness to every need and want is great, but it's done with an air of caring and lack of snootiness that impressed me. Most five star hotels are willing to care for you but you always feel like if you're not the "high roller" or a celebrity that you're not up to the staff's standards. This is not the case with the Skylofts, they clearly were there to serve ALL of their guests equally.

    I had booked this room because I wanted a balcony but when I got to the hotel they said they only had two rooms with balconies that were very high in demand and I couldn't get them so I was disappointed in the front desk guy was not very accommodating. But other than that it was great other than the drain stopper was broken in the infinity tub so I couldn't do the jacuzzi thing. I'm still undecided as to whether it was worth the price as it was the most expensive room I've booked.

    Was overcharged for items, Room wasn't really clean for $2200 you think it would be amazingly clean, didn't get the beer I requested, didn't get the pool table I requested..... Wouldn't look in lost and found for an item I lost ( MY CAR KEYS!).... Guess we will stay at another Non MGM property Next time! Tables were tight too. $10,000 donation......
