Reviews
Guests generally have a positive experience at the hotel, appreciating its cleanliness, quietness, and VIP treatment. However, there are recurring issues with the pool, toilet door, and orange towels. Some guests also express dissatisfaction with the hotel's policy on early check-in and the lack of live plants.
- Clean and quiet hotel
- Great staff and VIP treatment
- Small family pool with inappropriate behavior
- Uncomfortable toilet door and smelly orange towels
- 2/5
First, the guest room temperature would not cool below 76°F. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the room remained uncomfortable throughout my stay. It appeared there may have been an issue with the HVAC system, such as insufficient chilled water supply or a malfunctioning control valve preventing proper cooling. Second, after returning to the hotel late in the evening, we were unexpectedly required to evacuate our room. While I understand that emergency situations can occur, the incident was disruptive and impacted our overall experience. Overall, the property is attractive and has many positive qualities, but these issues negatively affected the comfort and convenience of our stay.
- 4/5
The staff was super friendly and attentive, the texting for help works way better than calling. Down side no microwaves in the rooms. Also no shuffle to air port.
- 5/5
I can’t say enough about this hotel! It’s just beautiful! We enjoyed our stay so much! The monorail rolls right thru it and is SO convenient! The pool is fabulous! The abundance of restaurants is amazing! The staff is very helpful and friendly! The cleaning staff cleaned our room daily, which is rare these days! I highly recommend the Sahara Hotel & Casino!

Staff eager to say they could not help
- 5/5
Great spot
- 3/5
Front desk & pool staff rude.
- 4/5
Aside from this everything else was excellent.
- 3/5
Small room for me and my family great view but too small for a stroller and car seat plus 2 adults and a teen.
- 5/5
I love this hotel. I stay in the Marra tower with the updated room, it has a mirror the size of the wall and good seating options. The staff is friendly and most guest are too. This hotel offers free parking, direct access to the monorail, and is in walking distance to stores.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Great Hotel for the money!!!!
- 5/5
Love the pool!
- 2/5
The room smelled bad like a cigarette, and the staff deodorized with a super smelly fragrance. Gross. The AC was ice cold, but the entire room felt so humid and muggy like a cold sauna. The event staff for the concert we went to were absolutely horrible. Absolutely will not be back it was miserable.
- 5/5
Todo muy exselente
- 5/5
Clean room kind staff
- 3/5
The room was refurbished and nice looking. My issue was the bed and sheets. The top of the bed looked like it had possibly a blood stain. There were crumbs under the sheets at the foot of the bed leading me to believe the sheets were not changed from the previous lodgers.

Went into room when our privacy sign was on. And took our privacy sign... but it was clean and pretty well maintained.

- 4/5
Very solid hotel. I’m planning to stay again
- 5/5
It was a beautiful room, perfect for our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
The only thing that makes me unhappy is the pool if you go with kids.Is more for adults even though they are kids are welcome.
- 5/5
Everybody was very helpful and he was clean no complaints whatsoever
- 4/5
It was good overall
- 3/5
The property was pretty clean however the pool closed earlier than expected or it wasn’t open at all. We were given a limited number of towels and were forced to hide some to keep room service from collecting them. Breakfast isn’t included in the stay which was disappointing.
- 4/5
Rooms are updated nicely, but they are small. You can hear noise from the room next door and in the hallway. We didn’t have the best view. They do have some nice restaurants in the facility and they have a nice pool. Parking is free as well. Not the best location but you are on the strip. And the hotel is good for the money!!!
- 5/5
The monorail is super useful and people take it for granted. The pool ambient is nice and fun. The staff was help gave me earlier check in and an upgrade. I love Sahara. Very nice and peaceful place the stay.
- 3/5
Room was clean, however the stay was not pleasant due to loud club music blasting until around 3am so we were not able to sleep at all. Also, the sliding mirrors as a door to shower and bathroom were awkward and not private enough which also made the stay uncomfortable. On the casino floor, no one ever came by for us to order drinks.
- 5/5
THE BEST. ROOM WAS SO COMFORTABLE NEW AND GREAT VIEW OF THE CITY! The restaurant MAROON was five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the most detectable, unique and WONDERFUL experience!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Me encantó
- 2/5
The room was clean and nice like always but the room I was in was super hot at night and no matter how low I put the thermostat down it would still the same temp.
- 5/5
The Sahara is a nice Clean Hotel a little far from the other Hotels in the strip but with the monorail you get there in no time. It is also quieter than most Hotels so if you are looking for a clean quiet Hotel to go back to after a long day and night out in Vegas this is your hotel.

First time staying there. It was very clean and breakfast was delicious
- 5/5
Room was clean and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great time and parking is super easy.
- 5/5
No coffee Maker or microwave in room. The sports bar server was rude and never checked on us. However the noodle bar server was fantastic!
- 5/5
Super clean and has a convenience store, several great places to eat, and a monorail station. Would definitely stay at the Sahara again!
- 5/5
One of my favorite hotels ❤️ but the only thing the close the pool to early 6 pm 😎

Only 4 stars because after room cleaning i was missing my portable charger. I had just gone on a trip 2 weeks prior so i still had it in my purse bc i remember seeing it and saying i dont need it for this trip so i placed it in the side table. When we gor back from eating they cleaned the room and it wasn’t where i left it. I was like must be here somewhere so that night i looked and when i packed it was nowhere. It was definitely stolen. I reported it by text once i knew it wasn’t in the room 4sure and they wanted to send someone to make an official report close to 2am but i told them no bc i was about to go to sleep and i was leaving in the morning. I could buy another portable charger but just wanted to let them know that a worker did steal something.
- 1/5
No King size bed available, Queen Beds were terrible
- 3/5
Very close to where we wanted to be, easy parking, nice room. Interiors are pretty dated, and the cost seems high for what you get. Having to go downstairs to get a $10 cup of coffee after paying $50+ per day for the resort fee seems crazy.
- 0.5/5
The Sahara was remodelled and it looked beautiful inside and the facilities were nice. They charge an additional hotel "deposit" and upon check out they do not refund your deposit. They said it will be automatically processed in the following few days to weeks. It's been several weeks now and I have not received the deposit back. Do not book sahara through booking.com!!! There are additional fees when you check in and it's so sneaky!

Very nice hotel, some rooms are renovated recently and look really good. It's one where you can experience the Vegas atmosphere with casino and everything without the huge crowd that is in the central hotels on the strip. If you want to enjoy the strip, the monorail starts from Sahara, so it's easy to reach. I stayed there 3 times already and enjoyed it every single time. As a european, I can appreciate a good breakfast and the fact that I cannot get one even if i pay for it at Sahara, is a bit disappointing. I can understand though that the hotel policies in Las Vegas are similar, so no big deal
- 4.5/5
AMENITIES WERE GREAT - POOL CLOSED EARLY BUT OTHER THAN THAT WAS GREAT POOL CLOSING HOURS

- 4/5
I loved the property. It was gorgeous. Just surprised they charged us a giant resort fee. But I guess it was worth it for what we got
- 5/5
Everything was amazing during our day. The hotel has it all so though we did go the strip, we had Everything we needed right at our fingertips. The pool is on the smaller side but the hotel wasn't too busy so there was enough space to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
- 5/5
Woman at the front desk when I called from my room was not helpful at all.
- 5/5
Clean room nice staff bed was uncomfortable
- 5/5
Great staff! Always a favorite for us :). Outstanding food!
- 3/5
Old Hotel, some amenities not fully updated (Gym) and LONG waiting time for checking in.
- 5/5
Great room with a great view. Facility was clean and well maintained. Will stay again on future trips
- 5/5
Wow! What a beautiful hotel. It was convenient to the strip, very quiet for sleeping, great view from the room, friendly and helpful hotel staff, and west ride share pickup. I didn’t get to try any of the restaurants, but we’ll be back for sure.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room with a great view. Stayed on the 21st floor of the Alexandria Tower. Bed was nice and firm. Staff was helpful. Very economical stay. Easy Uber rides to the rest of the Strip. Noodle restaurant (Chinese) food was wonderful. Overall a fun time and a great stay. I highly recommend this place; a great value.
- 5/5
Property was clean, rooms were clean. Staff was helpful.
- 4.5/5
Self-parking was seemless and free. The location is just at the edge of the main strip but can use either the monorail ($$$) or the bus (very cheap!) to travel further down to alternative restaurant/entertainment options if interested. Due to availability our Blanca rooms were upgraded to more spacious rooms in the Marra tower. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with spacious bathrooms and showers. We were also able to organise rooms across from each other at check-in which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated as this facilitated cleaning and packing for our international departure the next day. We wish we had had more time to stay one more night to enjoy the hotel more. Check-in process was very slow, probably took around ~20 minutes to be seen due to the line.

The restaurant call chickies & Pete’s great food recommend the burger and definitely the fries “ à la cart style, pricey”, wasn’t far from what we were doing, professional & friendly staff. After a water leak was upgraded to much better room. First room set up was a little weird it especially only providing a wine fridge, there was a water leak from a toilet and due to the smell & we had to switch rooms at 230am “the leak was fixed but they left all the wet towels on the floor after cleaning up the water and left the wet stained towels on the floor touching my luggage”, no refrigerator, no microwave, no shuttle transport for pickup, resort fee are high and for the price that you don’t get back on top of a deposit the simple things should have been provided , the upgraded room ac wasn’t working “was fixed”, not a lot of restaurant too choose from to eat at inside of the hotel and most closed at 6pm, pool closed early. UNO Mas’ street tacos had 1 waitress working all the tables and carry out we were skipped over several times even after speaking to the manager who had the time to salsa but not take our order and order came out wrong after waiting to order for over 30 minutes. My partner was waiting for me in the lobby while I was getting the room issues addressed he got a book from the bookshelf when a staff member advised him to put it back while he was reading the book because it was just decor so why not have fake books instead.

- 5/5

Free parking I stayed in the Blanco tower. The room was dated and the carpet was worn out.

Once we got to the rooms assigned. showers were clogged unable to take a shower called front desk for it to be fixed and no one came I was there for 4 days and it never got fixed I wouldn’t recommend
- 5/5
Very nice room. The bed wasn’t my favorite but the room was clean and big. The spa was amazing and I loved the spa gym.
- 5/5
Rooms and hotel were clean. Loved being able to use the monorail to go up and down the strip. So many dining options and amenities. Also they have FREE PARKING.
- 5/5
Great hotel, nice amenities. Would book again.

The experience was amazing
- 5/5
I loved how beautiful the location is. It’s also close to everything you need. I wish the pool stayed open later . The best place to eat there is Maroon hands down!

Great location at the top of the strip. Away from the major traffic and an easy Uber to the central strip or downtown.

Loved the atmosphere overall.

My stay was b lovely ❤️

We stayed from June 1-7. When we check in I’m informed they were charging my card $300 for resort fees when I was initially told NO RESORT FEES…Joke #1. The pool closed at 6PM every day. Then the pool was booked for private parties or you had to pay to get in because of a special event or a DJ…Joke#2. The casino is joke #3. They don’t provide any transportation to and from the airport. For the money you spend at the resort for your room, food and gambling…They provide nothing…Joke#4. Their flagship restaurant is specific to people who like everything spicy and the price is outrageous, 2 small steaks, bread and 1 Mac n cheese side with 2 margaritas with a bill of $348 before tip. Then they give you $25 on you Xfinity card to use on non progressive slots only…Joke #4! All this and they are not even close to the main areas of the strip of Fremont St. The monorail is the only good thing and the discount from the hotel only took $2 off the regular price for multi day passes. We will not be staying there ever again.
- 4/5
Sahara was absolutely great in providing extra food and slot play credit. My only issue is providing extended pool time during the evening and night hours when it is cooler!!! Customers expect the full resort experience when on vacation
- 5/5
Morin food great
- 3/5
Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a muggy atmosphere and a foul odor. I contacted the front desk and was informed that my room could be moved the following day and that a housekeeper would be sent to freshen the room. However, it took several hours for anyone to respond. To make matters worse, the refrigerator in the room was not working, and there was visible mold in the shower. These issues significantly impacted the comfort and cleanliness of my stay. Overall, I am very disappointed with the condition of the room and the lack of prompt service. Based on this experience, I do not plan to stay at this hotel again.

Es mi primera vez viajando al casino Sahara y fue buena la experiencia, el lugar está lindo y muy protegida y el servicio muy amable, volveré con mi familia
- 5/5
Maybe because a lot of the decor was white that you notice the wear and tear on the surfaces. Also there was hair in the shower (not in the drain part either). Other than that I was pleased with my stay and the Sahara has a fairly easy to navigate layout
- 4/5
Lots of facilities but we found the pool did close super early. Not sure if that’s just a thing in vegas or the time of year, we travelled at the end of May. Would recommend and stay here again. Perfect first visit. Travelled with my husband and our two children aged 15 and 21.
- 4/5
The room was HUGE! I had so much room to store my belongings. Literally a dream come true for an overpacked. I loved the bathroom set up and shower water pressure. Cons: I found myself having to clean up a little. For example, there was sticky liquid on the dresser and I wiped it with my own Lysol and wipe… I shouldn’t have to do that. There was also weird stains on the ironing board and wall. Looks iffy… Other than that, I’ll book again but I’ll ask for them to clean and pay attention to even the smallest detail. I finally found my Vegas spot 🙂↔️

- 3/5
The review is ok, but if you are staying in the Bianca Rooms, the whole sliding door for the bathroom, is not convenient. It works like a sliding closet door, without rails at the bottom and now way to truly "close the door". You have to be careful when opening the door because if someone is brushing their teeth, you'll hit them with the door. There is a lack of counter space on the counter and the room we stayed in, only had one outlet to plug in chargers. There's an attached desk area, but no outlets or lamp, but it does have the holes on it as if there's supposed to be something there.. The room was extremely small. It felt very cramped, nothing like the pictures that you see when booking the room.
- 5/5
Stayed in the Marra Tower! Loved it!
- 3/5
Like many Vegas hotels, they try to suck. Money from you at every instance. Convenience is not their priority. You the pool closes at 6 and is not for swimming but for selling cocktails. You can oy enter and exit thru the casino and walk all the way thru with your luggage hearing all the bells..sounds din noise from the machines. the restaurant is way overpriced for very average commercial food... No chef here...

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was on the firmer side, but I still found it comfortable and slept well throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the shower—it was very spacious and made the bathroom feel much more upscale than I expected. My biggest complaint was the check-in process. SAHARA does not currently offer online check-in, and I ended up waiting about 45 minutes in line just to get my room key. After traveling, that was frustrating and felt like something that could be improved with a digital check-in option. That said, once I got to the room, the stay was very enjoyable. The Alexandria Tower exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely consider staying at SAHARA again. If they add online check-in or find a way to reduce wait times at the front desk, the experience would be even better.
- 5/5
Loved that it was close to the monorail, right outside the door of the hotel. Great comfy clean beds and great bathroom. We would have liked a coffee maker in the room, but alas Starbucks was in the lobby!
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and priced right.
- 3/5
The rooms are too small
- 3/5
We were offered to check in early and were charged for checking in earlier and for supposedly getting an upgrade. Horrible supposed upgrade, room had an air conditioner that didn't cool the cool lower than 74 degrees and we were told by maintenance that it was the best we would get. We were moved to a different room and told "we are upgrading you for free", in which I said "we paid for an upgrade and got nothing". The 2nd room we were moved to had a TV that didn't work and it took more than a day to get it changed out. It might have been more tolerable if the staff were trying to help us in stead of passing us off to anyone else.

The hotel’s location was perfect, providing convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property, from the elegant décor to the excellent housekeeping service. The facilities were exceptional, and every staff member went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I look forward to returning in the future and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

This place is fantastic! The value is very high. The room was very clean and felt upscale. The bedding was comfortable and the temperature was comfortable. The shower was excellent - I love an overhead shower head that is positioned like it is raining. The parking was free and in pretty close proximity to the hotel. The Sahara has a nice vibe to it so that also contributed to the energy of the place. I would absolutely stay here again.
- 2/5
On the second day of my stay, the hotel experienced a water outage due to maintenance issues. While I understand maintenance problems can happen, being without water at a hotel was a major inconvenience and affected my plans for the day. The beds were not very comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep, and the air conditioning never seemed to cool the room adequately. Given the Las Vegas heat, this was especially frustrating. I will say that the staff members I interacted with were friendly and tried to help when issues were reported. However, between the room odor, lack of the advertised view, water outage, uncomfortable beds, and weak air conditioning, I left disappointed. Looking back, I wish I had researched more before booking and would likely choose a different hotel on my next trip to Las Vegas.
- 5/5
Free valet parking is definitely something most places in Vegas don't have and a feature we l8ved about the Sahara. Easy access to public transportation is a plus as well.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean staff was very helpful
- 5/5
The cleaning lady that kept our room clean was absolutely awesome, job well done
- 4/5
The room was clean and nice.

What we did find is a level of inflexibility. We must have had to show our ID 20-30 times for various things which we are not used to. Check in area is almost always busy. Wen had an issue with our booking (our fault) but they just referred us back to Expedia and Expedia couldn't help - other than cancel the existing booking and re-book. We felt in a bit of a loop.
- 5/5
Great place to stay !!!
- 2/5
The room smelt of stale smoke! The casino area was filled with cigarette smoke! The check in staff on the front desk were really grumpy and unhelpful and the pool did not open until 10am which was very inconvenient. All in all we did not have a great experience atall and will not be returning!
- 5/5
Muy lindo el lugar olía muy bien

Was a great experience and being at the end of the strip we were able to escape some of the huge crowds

This place keeps going downhill. Also, it claims not to charge resort fees, but I was charged a $300. resort fee for 4 days.
- 5/5
Pool was clean and nice, a little small. Fitness room was super small, hot and half the equipment didnt work.

I really love my stay Im happy I stayed in the hotel Sarah the whole stay was great the rooms are great the bathroom is great. Two things I dislike was that I can hear every sound the walls are too thin, I guess. Lastly the pillow was too flat, bring your own pillow. Other than that I love this hotel .

Great Hotel Experience Stay .
- 5/5
Mariela at the front desk was amazing! She helped us out with amazing room set ups. The rooms we big and spacious with peek a boo showers! Only draw back was that the non-smoking still smelled like smoke through the vents!
- 1/5
Upon check in, we were assigned a room with occupied guests. After communicating with the front desk, they switched us to another room. We thought this is the end. BUT, the real nightmare just started. In the middle of the night, two hotel security guards came knocking the door although we put privacy tag. They demanded us opening the door. They even considered break in the room without specifying purpose and identify themselves with proper ids. We had to call police and ask the police talking to them and proved we are legal guests. We appreciate the help from the police! The hotel did provide food credit to resolve the issue. But the experience is horrible. Think about being waken up in the middle of night with two armed guys discussing they are gonna break into your room at the door while you paid for the hotel already!!! For people who are coming here, please be prepared to demonstrate your legal status in the hotel anytime during your vacation!

Rather long check in process
- 4/5
Room was clean and well lit
- 5/5
The room was very clean, the area was great, easy to access monorail and deuce bus line. Happy that there was a walgreens and mcdonalds next door!
- 5/5
The Sahara is underrated. This is a very nice hotel with places to eat, including a cafe that’s open until 4am, a bar, and comfortable seating areas. The casino doesn’t have the overpowering smell of cigarettes that some other hotels have. I liked the decor throughout the hotel; it was warm and inviting. The room had a fair amount of space and the bed was comfortable. I would have liked the room to have a microwave to heat up leftovers. It also would’ve been nice to have late check out as my flight home wasn’t until later in the night. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

It was a very positive experience for me, especially because the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I will stay there again.

If you like to check in 10 min earlier, you must pay a fee and the line for checking was horrible
- 4/5
Proximity to monorail
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff were helpful. Our TV wouldn’t turn on a few times and they came in to fix it very quickly. There was a moment when they shut the water off because of something to do with the pipes and it would have been nice to know what was happening beforehand or at all, but I also understand part of that is out of their control.

Check in process needs a lot of work, people were waiting on line for over an hour just to be told once at the front of the line, that their rooms wouldn’t be ready until 4pm and that they could pay $50 for an early check in fee, even though it was 3:45pm
- 5/5
Room was nice, clean and cool. Beds were comfy. There was also a lot of storage/counter space

I like the location of the place, the room was nice, I didn’t have to wait for check in time but I had to pay an early check in fee. I like how convenient it is to get to the strip by the air train next to the hotel. They also have a lot of amenities inside the hotel food, snacks etc. Overall had a good stay thank you.
- 5/5
Everything was great! I will
- 5/5
When we first checked in our room one of the beds was not made as soon as I shared my concerns to front desk they immediately gave me a different clean room. Super attentive will be staying again!
- 5/5
First time in Las Vegas and the staff made us very welcome. Thank you
- 5/5
The place is beautiful , outdoor pool is great and the location for walk is great as well ... Rooms is really clean but the front desk is terrible so slow services we were waiting for like 30 mins to do check in even we are only 3 guests in line and 5 people on front desk. everything it was really unsatisfied how slow front desk work team is the hotel has to improve that or replace them... also if 62$ resort fee per day extra and some elevator are no working properly... In my personal experience my hot water from the shower stopped working maintenance came and fix it. My opinion all the money the hotel are making a day that's not supposed happens everything needs to be fix immediately.
- 2/5
The staff who served us were condescending (early morning of May 24th). Even if we arrived after, we did not be treated in an impolite manner. There were several emails received after reservations were made. There could easily be one that included, if we do not check in by midnight our reservation will be forfeited. De staff later that day (approximately 10 am, May 24th) excellent - day truly made us stay better.
- 5/5
Exelent
- 2/5
No coffee and no water. Staff was cold
- 5/5
Loved this hotel, first time in Vegas and I had a great stay here at the Sahara. Only minor critique is that the bathroom in the room could be a little more updated, other than that I loved everything about this property.
- 1/5
Roach was crawling on the wall. I will calll the property as well
- 4/5
Great stay. Only suggestion would be to have a kid friendly Pool or sone other amenity.
- 5/5
Amazing!
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
The Sahara is an excellent location for getting anywhere along the strip easily. The Monorail starts right behind the hotel and is very easy to use. We went to an event at the Allegiant Stadium and the monorail saved us so much money since we didn't have to pay for parking or a taxi. We simply took the Monorail to the MGM Grand and walked the rest of the way. I like how you don't have to walk through a casino to get to the lobby. It's a clean, comfortable hotel with very nice bathrooms. I would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Room was very good for the price
- 3/5
Room wasn’t clean when we checked in, weird smell in the room, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Staff was great though, they offered solutions (limited due to it being concert week) but they were great.
- 4/5
Me gustaría que en la próxima visita tengan canales en español ya que el cable solo tiene canales en inglés
- 3/5
Watch out for the upgrades that aren’t upgrades you will pay more!
- 5/5
Clean, stylish room and very maintained property. Staff was kind and friendly!
- 1/5
@ first glance the room was beautiful it was until I came into the bathroom & saw a knot of hair on the floor & eyelashes by the toilet & fingerprints on towel holders so we could see the room wasn’t cleaned throughly. We also were expecting rollaway beds that weren’t in the room upon arrival which they had enough time to bring them up while we were out on the strip & it was already past 11 then we asked for extra sheet & blankets but they never arrived waited til 3 in the morning for them!!! I also called early morning for late checkout & that wasn’t possible so then I had to pay for extra night to extend my stay as I needed rest & they wanted me to move rooms !!!! That Was insane & it didn’t stop there had us go up to the room without a new key so we were up & down in the elevator & back down we to get in line for the second time to get a Key!!!! …….
- 5/5
Enriching was good. But the a/c was bad
- 5/5
Better than I had expected. Excellent stay ! Highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Very clean room.
- 4/5
property was close to places we wanted to visit.
- 5/5
Monorail is right across the hotel so it’s easy to go out and go to the strip, rooms are clean but not much amenities inside, no coffee machine or microwave. A couple restaurants, 2 cafes, 1 brunch restaurant and one convenience store. Pool looks amazing.
- 5/5
clean very clean
- 5/5
Love this hotel
- 5/5
Will stay again. Won the grand jackpot, this stay was memorable.
- 5/5
Nice clean and friendly staff
- 4/5
Was OK.
- 5/5
I loved the atmosphere. All the staff i interacted with were super kind and helpful. can definitely see myself staying here again. I just hope the elevators for self parking work next time. :)
- 3/5
Cons: We booked a room with two queen beds but received one king bed instead. The room mirror was damaged, and cleanliness could be improved. The bedsheets had stains, and there were cookie crumbs on the carpet. The most disappointing part was the check-in experience. We arrived at 10AM and were told that no rooms were available. We agreed to pay an early check-in fee after being informed that we would be contacted by email or text as soon as a room became available. However, we never received any notification. When we returned to the hotel around 8PM and asked again at the front desk, a room was assigned to us immediately. This made us question whether the early check-in fee was justified, since we did not receive access to a room any earlier than the standard check-in time. When we asked staff for clarification regarding the fee, we did not receive a clear explanation or refund. Overall, the location was the main highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the room assignment issues, cleanliness concerns, lack of communication regarding the room availability update, and the unresolved early check-in fee made the experience frustrating and did not meet our expectations.
- 5/5
Because you don’t know how tired we were at the time
- 3/5
Clean room
- 4/5
When we got into the room, everything was clean except the closet. Found someone dirty sock and some trash. Overall room was perfect
- 5/5
Muy buen servicio y muy amables y ayudando cuando se necesitaba por el idioma
- 5/5
Hotel was very nice and clean, the staff were also very helpful
- 5/5
Loved the clean layout, plus free parking!!!
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and helpful, nice pool and on the quieter end of the Strip which worked for us walking and getting Deuce busses.
- 5/5
I had a great stay at the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas. The hotel was very clean, the casino was nice, and both check-in and checkout were quick and easy. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but one thing I really loved was the big TVs by the pool where you could watch sports — that was amazing. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay there again.
- 2/5
Room was beautiful, got ready for a shower, went to the bathroom and the lights did not work, I used my flashlight and found 1/2 the room was flooded with what appeared to be toilet water. Got dressed, went down the check in and got another room. Went to take a shower the next morning and there was no hot water. Took a cold shower and left.
- 1/5
The Hotel was Very Clean and the Employees give Good Customer Service
- 1/5
I also booked a room with resort view, i got back of the building view. In general, staff are rude
- 5/5
Wonderful experience amazing staff great casino
- 5/5
Emitting
- 5/5
GREAT EXPERIENCE! Would go back to stay!
- 5/5
Hotel was extremely clean and everything was perfect. It is not located directly on the strip so a lot more quiet but still lots of things in walking distance.
- 5/5
Mini resort with big 5 stars ambitions
- 5/5
Need to offer breakfast or at least have a place in the hotel that has traditional breakfast items.
- 5/5
The resort and staff was wonderful
- 4/5
Nothing to write home about but decent enough to stay. EDC jacked up the demand but otherwise an okay stay
- 5/5
The location is conveniently located next to a CVS which is extremely handy for stocking up on stuff you need. The store inside also has some really good luxury finds and it’s nice to have a place to shop inside when I get a shopping itch lol Starbucks is also conveniently located in the lobby along with a few other restaurants. I find it easy to navigate without getting lost in there.
- 4/5
Doug
- 5/5
From check in... to check out this hotel was amazing. Eric at the front desk is really just so professional and he cares about the guest experience. This was our first time in Vegas and he was so informative and just a nice guy. The room was clean and conveniently located by the monorail. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
Don’t like the fact that I booked a room and was out in the older building originally. I had to request to be out in the newly remolded building which I think is unfair when you book it doesn’t indicate which area your room will be placed.
- 5/5
It was a great place! Recommend to others and has plenty of option for food
- 5/5
Great restaurants, we enjoyed the free parking, all the staff were very nice.
- 5/5
This location was perfect for the kids, close to circus circus
- 5/5
I love how kind and helpful the staff was, I appreciate them offering extra amenities to make our stay more enjoyable and pleasant!
- 3/5
Won’t stay there again
- 5/5
The food choices were great. The morning breakfast at Zeffer was consistently fresh and delicious. The hotel grounds were spotless and the staff was friendly and extremely attentive.
- 3/5
The hotel was okay not amazing but not bad rooms were comfortable staff though were not helpful and underwhelming in their hospitality and the pool area was average good if you need a place to stay that’s inexpensive but does the job
- 3/5
Decent.
- 5/5
Clean and staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Really clean
- 4/5
The room in the Marra Tower was clean but the elevators were very slow one evening - so I’ll probably request a lower floor in the future. The hotel is at the end of the Strip and away from all the action, which is fine for me as this was a business trip. The staff were very friendly and I ate breakfast twice at Zaffer’s Cafe - quick service with fair prices. My one complaint was not having a coffee maker in the room. That said, the Sahara is a good value for a work trip and I’ll probably stay here again next year!
- 2/5
After waiting in a really long line to check in, we get told that they don’t have the room we booked 2 months ago with 2 beds and that they can only offer 1 king bed. For 4 people. For 5 nights. Also charged $312 “Resort Fee” that we had no idea about when we booked. When asked what it was for they said “for wifi, cleaning services and pool.” Room was dirty, wall falling apart and reeked of weed really bad. Majority of staff was rude and unhelpful. We had to beg for basic things like towels, took us 3 calls for each request to actually get it. Room was not clean at all for 2 days in a row even though we were gone all day, NO privacy sign on door. When contacted guest services they pretty much said there was nothing they can do. After the stay I contacted the Sahara guest services to describe our stay and ask for a refund on the resort fee. Guy on the phone said he’d be happy to refund $180 and that I will get a receipt of my updated price on stay. Then he hung up abruptly before I could ask/say anything else. Still no receipt for refund or refund at all.
- 4/5
My only issue was one staff memeber (all others were great). The lady who checked me out was miserable. By mistake she forgot to hand me back my Canadian Driving Liscence & left a message for me to pick it up...only I was half way back home. I asked for them to send it to me....3 on-line forms - transfer upon transfer and now I have to pay for the return !!!! I accept responsiblity for not asking for it back, but the Hotel manager needs to be more vigilant to train staff to give it back !!!! when it is behind the desk and out of sight i think they should pay for shipping !!!
- 5/5
Great room. Free parking. Excellent location.
- 5/5
Hotel was nice and I would come again
- 4/5
It was nice, free parking and valet, but needs more slot machines in my opinion.
- 3/5
The check in experience wasn't good , I didn't get the room that I expected, I didn't get any amenities.
- 3/5
Service wasn't the best. Was put in a connecting room and then had to stand in long line again to change rooms. Every front desk interaction was extremely slow like their system was bad or something. Rock hard pillows that caused me not to sleep. Asked for softer alternatives and was told there weren't any. My friend checked into her room and had a soft pillow that she thankfully gave to me. Only housekeeping service was on the day before I left which made no sense at all.
- 4/5
Room was nice. Was shocked that no microwave or coffee maker were in the room. Otherwise staff was excellent!
- 4/5
Elevators in garage Need some cross over bridge Need to change where only suites have amenities for tea in the room Bathrooms need some updates and through cleaning. Overall good hotel
- 5/5
Clean room

3/10 for the hotel/ room. While the hotel is smoke free the casino is not, which I had to find out the hard way. I have asthma and when looking online, there are so many good reviews, but when I tried to go to a few of the restaurants in the hotel they are right in the casino. So could only go to the 2 not in the casino section, after a horrible experience the first night of my stay with a restaurant in the casino. Had to wear a mask just to go down stairs. Ended up sick and feeling crappy the rest of my stay because of all the smoke. As for my room, got in there and it was very dingy and dirty. Hair woven into the blanket, stains and dust on many things, just very gross. I told the very amazing bellman when he brought my bags up and he said I should see if I could switch rooms and he took my bags back down and to call if i switch rooms or stay so he can bring them. They were sold out so I couldn't switch. An amazing housekeeper came and recleaned the room with allergy safe products after taking pictures of everything. Apparently they are closing the Alexandria tower in a couple weeks for renovations and thats why things seem like they've gone downhill lately as I was not the only complaint about my room in this tower. I thankfully had my own blankets because of my allergies, so I just had her strip the bed and I used my own and my own towels.
- 5/5
10/10 experience. All staff were super attentive, rooms were clean. Pool and bar were great.
- 4/5
The stay was nice and the staff were friendly! It is conveniently placed by a Walgreens and cheaper eats. Wished I jumped on the opportunity with the front desk to upgrade the room though, we were in the Alexandria.
- 5/5
Really great hotel. Nice and easyy. No issues at all
- 5/5
From check in to check out, everything was incredible. Everyone was helpful, professional, friendly etc. It was first time staying at the Sahara and would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
We had a great time! The Italian restaurant in the hotel was amazing!! Breakfast place was good too & the drinks at the pool were also really good!
- 5/5
Pool was amazing rooms were clean would stay again
- 5/5
The room itself was great as well. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. Another thing I loved was that I couldn’t hear my neighbors at all, which is definitely a huge plus for me. Also, the free parking was the best! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire time. I texted them because the hair dryer in my room wasn’t working, and they sent a replacement up ASAP, which I really appreciated. Between the convenient location, easy parking, clean rooms, and amazing staff, I’d definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Good stay and good food options
- 5/5
Everything was great The only thing I didn’t like drinks were taking too long.
- 5/5
Efficient layout.
- 5/5
Helpful respectfully
- 5/5
The pool was good, even though the roof top pool was not open, it was still good and only one elevator worked in the Blanca tower
- 5/5
Excellent overall
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Front desk reception did not impress me. Too gabby.
- 5/5
Outdoor pool
- 5/5
Friendly staff and very convenient to use the monorail.
- 5/5
Beautiful place to be
- 4/5
Room was very nice, great stay overall and the late check out fee was very low, which was very convenient. Staff was really attentive. Great price-value ratio.
- 3/5
The elevator to the self-parking failed on the day we were leaving. We had to carry our bags climbing to the 5th floor! Prior to the climbing, we reported the nonworking elevator to the front desk, but no one came to fix the elevator. The day we arrived, there was no sign saying where to catch the elevator to the lobby. How much will it cost Sahara to post a sign on each parking level?? Our resort fee of $62 each day (total $124) was for us to climb the stairs with heavy bags to our parked car to the 4th floor. Brilliant operations, Sahara, A lot of people had to do what we did in order to get to their parked cars!!
- 4/5
This was our first stay at The Sahara and we were overall impressed. Breakfast at Zeffer's and dinner at Noodle Den was amazing. The pancakes were ridiculously delicious! The property was very well maintained and smelled nice. Not sure if they pump air freshner throughout, but it smelled luxurious. We arrived early and paid for the early check in which was $25. It was worth it since we only got 3 hours of sleep the night before our flight and was able to take a quick nap before hitting the strip. Sadly, we never received our $15 hotel credit like it stated in our reservation. The pool closing at 6 pm was kind of a bummer. It would have been nice to be able to come back to the hotel after walking in the heat all day and relax and cool down. The monorail station is attached to the hotel which made it convenient to get to the strip. The room and bed were comfortable. Air conditioner worked beautifully. Overall, would definitely recommend.
- 2/5
Upon arrival hotel told us that you came in late so there are no rooms available for us . We had to argue and wait for 1 hour in midnight before they gave us the room. They tried to sell us upgrade room which we said no ..we told the reception that w ehave already paid the room so why should we wait. Hotel says they are upgraded but it's very poor quality . Everything is fixed for instagram optics but in reality it's a poor quality Hotel
- 5/5
The room was very clean
- 5/5
The room was so clean and neat and the bed was one of the best !!
- 1/5
Paid for the room in full on Expedia, but when I arrived, I had to pay additional because they said I only paid a for the first night fee on Expedia when my receipt shows the room was paid for and only need to cover resort fees. Because I was there already, I ended up paying more.
- 1/5
Mala experiencia muy mal hotel
- 1/5
Light in restroom to dim toilet wouldn’t flush right and handle was falling off. Hotel has been remodeled but amenities are still old Parking is free which is excellent.
- 5/5
Loved everything about my stay !
- 5/5
Habitación limpia y el personal muy amable
- 5/5
Great place
- 1/5
I reserved my room 3 months ahead just to show up and them to say I don’t get my 2 beds I reserved so have me a pop up bed I usually choose this hotel every year but not the next for sure
- 2/5
Had stayed before in a different tower and it was great. This time somehow ended up in Blanca tower. Rooms were small, felt like a converted storage room. Only one elevator worked. At times waiting over 20 minutes to use elevator because they were always full and slow. Staff was great once they answered the phone.
- 5/5
Buen hotel
- 5/5
Room was clean and it was nice to be able to sleep in peaceful surroundings. Check out was so easy just texted Farewell and that was it.
- 4/5
The housekeepers were so friendly- just brought almost everything, missed a few items ... I believe the person said they were a "runner" not a housekeeper
- 5/5
Everything was great the only thing I would change is having a towel guest can take from the pool to their room. Other than that everything was great
- 5/5
I stayed in the Alexandria room, which is beautiful, but they need to add more USB ports,
- 3/5
Beautiful Casino.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
good
- 5/5
Clean and well kept
- 2/5
Mattress was very comfortable!
- 5/5
The front desk staff were great. Loved the pool shows.
- 4/5
Stay was great my only issue was the smell on the 2nd floor. Seems like it was close to the sewer lines so maybe that’s why.
- 1/5
The room i booked was unavailable rude service! All scam
- 3/5
Pool was overcrowded and very noisy. If you want a quiet retreat this is nit for you. Also large tv screens all over the pool area. Nothing like the old Sahara. No ambience or theme to the hotel. Could be any major hotel chain. Very expensive coffee shop. No coffee or safe in standard rooms.
- 3/5
TV didn't work called multiple times didn't get fixed. Only was given voucher for a drink. Was given wrong room initially.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and always helpful room was very well maintained
- 3/5
Clean and nice hotel, friendly staff, very disappointed with the early check in that was charged
- 5/5
It’s a smaller property but clean, well kept and comfortable.
- 3/5
The hotel and room were exceptional. However, I encountered some challenges with the front staff’s level of customer service and support. 😬
- 5/5
Clean room excellent staff, very friendly and attentive, beautiful pool specially the latin music on Fridays, not luxury but excellent cozy place to stay ,I recommend it!!
- 3/5
Room was ok , semi clean room.
- 5/5
Really good
- 3/5
Bed comfort was ok, room was clean. Pool was only open from 10am to 6pm, should at least be open till 9pm, IMO.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean
- 5/5
Amazing Stay!!!
- 4/5
The room was very clean and spacious, enough for my group of 4 (including me). We had a very pleasant stay here and the property has many amenities including a nice pool and several different options for food. The only downside was that there was no microwave, so we couldn’t heat up any of our food or cook anything we had brought. While the staff was never hard to get in touch with, I did notice that the housekeeping service seemed like it wasn’t automatic, so we had to request more towels often and notify them to clean our room. Other than that, we had a great stay!
- 1/5
Upon check-in, we discovered a cockroach in our room. I have video evidence. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told there was “nothing they could do” because we booked through Expedia. We had to escalate multiple times before receiving a room change and a one-night comp. Expedia was equally difficult their virtual agent ran us in circles before a live agent offered only 20% OneKeyCash for a health and safety violation on Memorial Day weekend. This is not a minor inconvenience this is a pest infestation issue that the Southern Nevada Health District has previously documented at this property. Travelers with families should be aware. The room change and comp only happened because we pushed hard. It should never require that level of effort to address a cockroach in your hotel room.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 1/5
P.S. The Alexandria Tower, Junior Suite is absolutely the creepiest room I have every been in, there is a creepy mirror above the bed, the creepiest tapestry, the bathroom has no privacy doors and bathroom mirrors are also very high, good luck getting ready.
- 5/5
Air quality within the hotel was excellent. Very clear. Balla Italian restaurant was outstanding. Great food, excellent service and very knowledgeable waiter. Room was nice
- 5/5
No complaints great place to stay.
- 1/5
While the property has its strengths, the front desk customer service entirely ruined my stay. I arrived late to find a couple of initial issues: the room was extremely small, and the in-room telephone did not work, forcing me to use the mobile app just to request basic amenities like shampoo. The most frustrating part of the experience was checking in with Mariela. She was incredibly unprofessional and treated my standard inquiries with a severe attitude, making it feel as though guests were an inconvenience to her. When I asked why a previous request hadn't been fulfilled, her response was dismissive and defensive. Every interaction sets the tone for a guest's stay, and unfortunately, Mariela completely ruined the experience. It is worth noting that the housekeeping and room service teams were fantastic—the staff members were polite, efficient, and very sweet. However, front desk service makes or breaks a hospitality experience. I actually had a second trip booked here for my upcoming vacation to Las Vegas later this year, but due to Mariela’s behavior, I am incredibly relieved there is a flexible cancellation policy. I will be canceling my future reservation and booking elsewhere.
- 5/5
Great stay, we came in for an expo at the convention center. There was a Shuttle with the hotel, the staff was always helpful and nice. The hotel looks new, even that is a bit far from the strip you are like 10-15 min in the bus.
- 5/5
Another amazing stay! After staying here, I always try to book SAHARA whenever I’m in Vegas!
- 5/5
I LOVE staying here! The hotel staff is always super sweet, the rooms are clean, and the amenities are great! 🤗
- 4/5
The room was good, however the shower needs better cleaning and the shower curtain was not in good conditions.
- 5/5
Overall the stay was great. Great amenities only a little bit outside of the strip which has its benefits if wanted.
- 5/5
Great location for our trip to EDC LV 2026.
- 5/5
100% satisfied
- 5/5
The Room was very clean and the staff was always helpful. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but there was a McDonald's, Starbucks, and Subway right outside the building. The Valet was always fast and quick to bring your vehicle no matter what time of day. I highly recommend staying at the Sahara
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, quiet room.
- 5/5
They made the impression on me positive for the entire hotel.
- 5/5
Will book again
- 5/5
We needed a room quickly to replace a reservation at a different hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived: free lit parking in a garage, helpful staff, and while it did take a while in line to check in at 11 pm, we were given an upgrade to the reservation we'd made only a half hour prior on a third party site. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with an amazing shower. While we didn't explore breakfast options, we were told of an a la carte restaurant in the casino as well as other breakfast options. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The Sahara hotel was very clean. We were impressed when we noticed housekeeping staff cleaning the elevators at almost midnight. The staff we interacted with were very helpful. Also, a big shout out to the Maroon by Kwame Onwuachi-Caribbean Steakhouse located inside Sahara. The food is incredible. We ate at other fine dining restaurants during our stay which were also great, but you cannot beat the flavours at Maroon. We would definitely recommend staying at the Sahara.
- 5/5
Clean and great place to stay! Our water was coming out boiling hot reported it to the front desk and they had someone fixing in less than an hour!
- 5/5
It was my first time staying at the Sahara it was super nice and clean the stuff was really welcoming I would book this place again in the future
- 5/5
There was no microwave or breakfast included
- 3/5
Surprised at the accommodations. Was in the Blanca tower - small bathroom, separate bar sink, funky shower stall - not what I expected. So less than par for a Vegas upscale hotel/casino.
- 1/5
Also room wouldn’t cool lower than 71 degrees Will not be back to this location
- 5/5
Grate location, clean, friendly staff, it was my second time staying will stay again!
- 5/5
Stayed in the Marra Queens, room was clean and had everything we needed including a mini fridge for snacks and beverages. Front desk staff were very friendly upon check in and check out. Pool was great and staff were very friendly! Monorail accessibility made getting to the strip very convenient. Enjoyed the restaurants (Chickies and Maroon!) Great place to stay for price point, would return.
- 5/5
room was nice! housekeeping was good.
- 4/5
No
- 5/5
Went for my birthday to go see a show with my two girlfriends and it was perfect. The room was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. It was a pleasant experience no complaints
- 4/5
The only negative experience we had was at the pool when we rented a cabana. We ordered a bottle that was listed at $350, but when the bill came they tried charging us $500. Thankfully we caught it before paying. The explanation we were given was that it was “March Madness pricing,” which didn’t really make sense since we stayed in May. Aside from that issue, the rest of our stay was enjoyable and we would still consider staying here again.
- 5/5
All around a great value for the price! The only annoyance was the time it took for check-in. This place is conveniently located with plenty of amenities and the price is right.
- 4/5
Very Affordable During EDC Weekend! I’ve Stayed Here Before, Very Clean Property, Staff Very Helpful, Pool Was So So! They Need To Fix The Other Pools They Have That’s Not Open. But I Did Have One Issue And Thats My Alexandria Room Didn’t Have Any Of The Designs Advertised.. Made The Room Look Plain.
- 2/5
Pool area is way too small. No food court
- 5/5
What an amazing stay in Vegas at the Sahara. Easy access to everything using the Monorail. This will be my go-to for lodging in Vegas.
- 4/5
Staff was great check in was quick.
- 5/5
Loved the room. Beautiful decorations and great view. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The ac worked great
- 4/5
The Sahara Hotel is a great place to stay. But unfortunately when I checked in, I didn’t feel so welcomed and there wasn’t a clear communication between the concierge and I. Other than that, I would recommend staying here.
- 4/5
The neglected to provide maid service for one of my days
- 5/5
Convenience and free parking sold it for me!
- 1/5
They did not give us the room we paid for they said they ran out. They closed the parking lot entrance for a parade so we had to pay for parking at another hotel.
- 5/5
Great hotel and tables!
- 4/5
Did not have breakfast or visited the pool during my visit.

The overall stay was okay. When I booked, I knew there was a shuttle system with the hotel that made exploring the area easier. Upon arrival, I asked about the shuttle system and was told there wasn’t any such thing and that the hotel urges guests to use uber. I also asked security, who could see what is called the monorail, and he too said the same. We walked and explored. Near the Caesar, we learned of the monorail. Very upsetting as we could’ve seen so much more if the staff understood what shuttling means.

Quick overnight but very nice stay.

Great hotel
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
All in all, I would stay here again and recommend to others.
- 5/5
The property was very clean and well kept inside and out. The floors and lighting sparkled! I will say I didn’t like that there was not a working vent in the bathroom in our room,(there wasn’t a switch to operate one) and the one inside the shower area was covered in dirt and lint. We ran into a cold water issue just before needing to shower for an event and the front desk explained there was a water main issue and it was fixed; to give it 5-10 more minutes and she was correct. Another time I called the front desk and asked where the ice machine was located and she was very abrupt and felt quite rude in attempting to tell me where it was. The pool was awesome. We ate at The Noodle Den, also awesome. Check-in with Kevin was amazing as he was able to combine our two reservations into one. All in all, I would stay here and recommend to others!
- 5/5
Amazing!
- 5/5
Excellent customer service
- 4/5
Great place
- 5/5
The Sahara hotel was amazing, great staff, clean room, and a huge outdoor pool as well.
- 5/5
This hotel is overall a really good place to stay. Even with staff being a little stale, it’s clean and has everything you’d need for a relaxing stay. Pool seating is very limited so get there early. But the restaurant in the lobby are pretty decent. I’ll definitely be staying here again.
- 4/5
Good overall. Amenities are an issue. No microwave. Towels take a long time.
- 5/5
Perfect!
- 5/5
Very smooth check in, they have a valet and a free self parking garage. They also had housekeeping, and our room wa ms so nice and clean definitely worth the price we paid for. We stayed at SAHARA for a whole week and it only costed me $1,600+. There’s also a bar, ton of restaurants, and a little mini mart downstairs. I recommend staying at the marra tower it’s very modern. Check out was very smooth as well, no need to go in line just drop off the keys and text them and they’ll take care of it for you. 10/10 would recommend staying at SAHARA esp if you’re going to EDC, it might be a little too far from the main strip but at least its a closer drive going to the event.
- 5/5
Excellent service and really nice staff at SAHARA Las Vegas. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was great. Definitely a place I would stay at again!

Second time staying here and it is honestly the best. I havent tried the pool yet but next time. Because yes there will be a next time. I will always be a returning guest.
- 2/5
Mattress was sinking in the middle.
- 1/5
I strongly recommend having the rooms and beds thoroughly inspected and cleaned for possible dust mites, bedbugs, or other issues. I wish I could say I loved my stay, but my experience physically says otherwise. Aside from this issue, everything else was okay, but this was very concerning and uncomfortable for me. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can hopefully be addressed for future guests.
- 4/5
Really enjoyed the outdoor pool; just be aware there aren't many chairs to sit in, and it's first come, first served. Also, they do not allow late check-out. They say they do, but generally that is just a lie. The hotel is never truly packed. I was so disappointed when I called down at 8:00 AM (Check-out was at 11:00) and they said they could extend it to 12:00 or 1:00 PM, especially for a platinum member on Expedia.
- 4/5
I feel like the staff needs to be more friendly they all look stress and mad behind the concierge.
- 5/5
We had a Blanca Suite, it was clean and well maintained BUT, whoever designed the room had no idea of privacy from bathroom, the toilet was behind a sliding door that had no privacy or ventilation from anyone in the room. The door just hung there, kinda weird. The sink was in middle of wall,12" square, and anyone sliding the bathroom door open would hit the person at sink. Th shower which was on opposite side of toilet. no handle to slide door open when shower was wet.
- 5/5
We decided to stay a little way off the strip so we had some breathing room and I am so glad we did! Sahara was the perfect getaway for us, the amazing restaurants, Alma at Chickie & Pete's, Blakely made our pool day rock, and the entire staff really! Definitely on our list to stay again.
- 5/5
Sahara is always a great stay. The room are always nice and the prices are reasonable. First time using the pool and had a great time.
- 1/5
So the parking garage is only 6’8” high and arrived with a tall vehicle. No problem, they can valet park. Went to valet, and OH NO. Just gave a bike on the back. We can’t go that. Of course, after I paid for my room. Parked 1/2 Mile away and walked. Was early so took my small luggage to the pool to kill some time. OH NO, no luggage is allowed at the pool. Paid $25 to check in early. The pool was nice. But……. Zero things to do inside the hotel. Bars were empty. Room was dated. Pictures of Elvis and Frank from days gone by. Suggest the leadership team take a hard look at their competition and reassess their value proposition
- 3/5
The carpet in my room looks awful
- 5/5
Clean room, quiet, quick check in
- 5/5
The hotel is really nice. For me I liked that it wasn’t so thick in the strip but very convenient using the speed rail to get to the middle of the strip. The beds were kinda hard but the food in the restaurant was very very good.
- 5/5
Excellent !!
- 4/5
Property was clean and staff were friendly. Only complaint, the pool sun loungers were not very comfortable. Had a nice stay all around though.
- 4/5
I would have given this review 5 stars except that first night. One employee was not helpful. When I got the right employee and the right room everything was 5 Star.
- 5/5
Needs new mattress and pillows. AC won’t go below 74. Facility is very clean. Close to monorail. Staff has excellent customer service. No issues at all. Tekila at front desk was great. Food was good at Cafe.
- 4/5
Overall we had a good stay. The staff was all accommodating, it was clean throughout all of the common areas and pretty easy access to things. The pool area was clean and has reasonable pricing for cabanas. Nice TV's to catch a game. I will stay here again.
- 5/5
Extremely clean , really Beautiful renovation , nice restaurants , very quiet hotel rooms because the doors are really thickly insulated but my floor was so quiet anyways - I will say the beds are firm, and pillows maybe aren’t the best a little thick and firm for me but I like a very thin down pillow , very nice helpful staff and extremely clean property , everywhere, public spaces and rooms - feels very fresh.
- 5/5
I always stay here when I come to Vegas . This time I stayed at marra side every beautiful.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Minimal towels. Very humid. Staff was great . Other towers and hotel itself was very nice.
- 5/5
Clean room and great staff.
- 5/5
Great hotel away from the hustle and bustle of The Strip while still having access to the Deuce and the monorail. Wouldn’t recommend if it’s your 1st time in Vegas. But for regulars like me it was worth the extra steps. Try the honey butter pancakes at the Zeffer inside the hotel. Delicious!!! Also The Pool was nice. Loved the daybed for resting comfortably in the shade.
- 4/5
Good breakfast. But not as many options.
- 4/5
It was great. Having the monorail Gabe great access to the strip. The hotel and casino are nice, very clean. The pool area was nice, drinks quite expensive though. Paid about 12 dollars for a can of modello.
- 5/5
Room was clean and nice, staff helpful and friendly, outdoor pool very nice.
- 5/5
Super spacious room overlooking the tv wall at the pool. Exactly what I needed.
- 5/5
Happy Customer!!!
- 5/5
Rooms was basic .
- 5/5
Friendly staff, nicely updated, clean. The hotel is a monorail stop, so that is convenient to use.
- 5/5
Everything was top-notch
- 4/5
Theres no free breakfast. Rooms were clean and staff was accommodating and helpful.
- 5/5
All around great experience
- 4/5
My original room had to be changed due to a bad odor in the room.
- 5/5
Rooms were big and spacious, the bathroom was big and confortable. Mostly i love the lighting and the big mirrors it has
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay will definitely be back!
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Great pool, clean rooms with comfortable beds, great food options.
- 4/5
The Sahara was very nice. Our rooms were small though it gave us exactly what we needed. Would have LOVED a small coffee pot or keurig in the room. The only problem we had was one elevator going to our rooms from main floor would go to every floor but ours. We had to wait for another elevator. This was in the lobby and the elevator going to the Blanca tower. We reported to staff at least twice but never worked correctly while we were there. Monorail right by us helped tremendously to get around. Staff very kind and mostly helpful.
- 5/5
It was nice. Nice view. Right in the middle of everything. I had a great time.
- 5/5
Great place to stay clean room
- 4/5
The hotel is very nice and our room was remodeled and updated. There is lots of room for improvement. Our room has a broken bathroom barn style door that would not close properly. Our live th channels would stop every 10 minutes for about 30 seconds and display a No Internet connection warning. Also we detected a sewer gas smell near our window and the entry door about 4 times during our 5 night stay. They offered us another room put we chose not to pack everything up again. We also asked for a wine opener that houskeeeping never delivered.
- 5/5
Poolside was great
- 5/5
Everything was great besides the tight machines
- 3/5
Meh
- 3/5
I then had to go back downstairs and wait in a long customer service line just to have my key reactivated. This was extremely inconvenient, especially considering that only one elevator was working at the time. Since I paid for the late checkout, I expected my room key access to remain active until the approved checkout time.
- 1/5
First room we booked for Mother’s Day the shower completely didn’t work.. we called front desk and were told they would fix it in the next couple hours . They never even came. We called the next morning saying we need a shower asap. They said they will fix it. We went to the pool for 2 hours we’re also nasty tiny pool that was dirty. Came back and no shower they gave us a $50 credit for food and drinks. Switched us to a new room . Ok great then noticed the tv doesn’t work…. Once we left we were then hit with a $200 tab currently fighting ….. ABSOLUTELY A NIGHTMARE… and rude staff no apologies given at the front desk… no room upgrade a tiny $50 credit couldn’t take a shower for 1.5 days and then no tv room… tiny dirty pool. Looks nice lobby and free parking I guess was cool. Everything else was trash.
- 3/5
Rooms really need an update
- 5/5
Very clean
- 1/5
The gym was the biggest letdown: very old equipment, ripped bench, unclean floors, and overall poorly maintained. Definitely not what you expect from a major hotel on the Strip. To make things worse, I was surprised with a $124 resort fee. This feels like price gouging, especially since it wasn’t clearly disclosed. I’ll be raising a complaint with Expedia because customers should be fully informed before booking. Overall, not a great experience and I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice!
- 4/5
Staff and Rooms were excellent, but there was no place to watch Sports that wasn’t a restaurant and the market gift shop pricing was beyond ridiculous.
- 5/5
I love the place beautiful very clean and the food at the restaurants first class the attention of the employees is exelente an what I the like to much security I will come back thank you for everything
- 4/5
A microwave and a coffee maker would be a good addition.
- 5/5
This was a very nice hotel. I enjoyed everything about it.
- 3/5
Best deal on the north end, close to everything including the world largest gift shop Bonanza.
- 5/5
I can truly say everything was Great! When I come back to Vegas I will be staying here again. I loved it
- 4/5
The pool closed early, it would’ve been nice if the bar by the pool was open or the jacuzzi at least til the sun sets. And the worst, no coffee in the room. The only option, go downstairs for Starbucks, yuck. Other than that, overall good experience.
- 5/5
I love the Sahara. I had a great stay, no isauea. This is my second time staying her and i will be back!!
- 5/5
Lo único que no me gustó fue que cierran muy temprano la piscina beberían de considerar el horario de cerrar un poco más tarde por lo demás todo excelente
- 2/5
First day we had no water as we were told a pipe broke at the end of the day it was working. The next day the hot water was not working. Elevators in the parking garage one was working the other was not.

Great stay
- 5/5
Only stayed for the night but it was great! The staff was incredibly friendly. The website was also helpful and had a map to the restaurants and it made finding anything i needed super easy.
- 3/5
I had a lovely short stay. But the elevator was very small and creaky which was a little alarming.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Clean and lots of amenities.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 5/5
We appreciated the room being cleaned daily! The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.
- 4/5
Bathroom door is stuck and don't close p r operly. There was a security deposit of $150 per room . Location was good. The rooftop swimming pool is closed. The ground swimming pool is small and crowded.
- 4/5
I wish they had more quality soap/lotion etc..
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Great room in the Mara Tower I had an amazing view of the Vegas Tower. The room was very comfortable, quiet, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, no complaints. I stayed three nights on a business trip. The hotel bars are great. They stay open until 4am and 24 hours and have amazing cocktails and very lively. The new Maroon restaurant Caribbean steakhouse is fantastic
- 4/5
Está hermoso y la limpieza excelente
- 5/5
Loved our room and the options there for food and the pool!
- 5/5
Didn’t make it to breakfast
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Lounge chairs a bit uncomfortable, housekeeping mostly good-very good. Overall the hotel/casino was beautiful and clean. We did enjoy our stay there. Monorail just outside the door!
- 5/5
Property was as described
- 5/5
Great stay for Mother's Day weekend...
- 5/5
The Saraha was very clean, comfortable and friendly. Sadly did not get to enjoy the pool. It looked like a lot of fun. Great stay!
- 5/5
Great hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. Thank you Sahara.
- 4/5
I was a little disappointed that there was no microwaves in the room so I had to throw a lot of leftovers food away.
- 5/5
Great overall
- 5/5
The place is amazing from the time we walked in until we left. All the staff is great and the restaurants were so good!
- 2/5
Room was very small.
- 1/5
The best hotel in Vegas
- 4/5
Only one pool. Key weren’t working for door or elevator
- 4/5
Would have been nice to have a second night stand and for the sliding mirror doors to slide all the way both sides.the elevator to the monorail was very sketchy, and the elevator to the Blanca tower were small and in rough shape. Overall, nice property, clean, and felt safe.
- 5/5
Was able to check in early. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Had a mini fridge but no microwave. The pool is small and a bit of a walk in your swim suit from the entrance to the elevator tower. They do have bands playing from until 1am on the weekends in the summer, so try to get a room in the Blanca tower if you want less vibration/noise. The East parking lot is the best parking for the hotel entrance, however, it is small and fills up fast.
- 5/5
We stayed on the second floor and there was a really bad smell. It smelled like a public restroom. I was very disasppointed.
- 1/5
Needs a lot ofcwork
- 5/5
Very clean room and friendly stuff it had so much to do pool bars spa etc
- 5/5
Great location, clean and pretty quite.
- 2/5
Rooms the sink not working the water shower to hot
- 5/5
Room was wonderful, property was well maintained.
- 4/5
The Sahara was great, a bit far from the heart of the strip but the monorail was so close that it wasn’t a problem. My only complaint was that the restroom doors did not completely close. The room would have been perfect with better restroom doors.
- 5/5
Clean facility
- 2/5
Not enough chairs at the pool , also closes at 6:00 pm and the staff was clueless of any the activities or shows , the hotel is nice and modern but too far from the strip
- 4/5
This was excellent for the price! Our room in particular was very oddly set up and the carpet was very old and needed a good cleaning. Other than that, everything else was very clean, the property is nice and fun to stay at.
- 3/5
1. The Hotel is nice, but not great or excellent by any means. It is nice. They could do better with cleaning the curtains in the room and in the lobby. The hallways could be vacuumed more often. I stayed there for 3 days and walked down the same dirty hallway that had trash on the floor that was passed up by 4 housekeeping crews that were present. 2. The restaurants need work. The food is just ok, with the exception of the honey-butter pancakes at the Zeffer's. The Noodle Den needs to work on their noodles! They are overworked, pasty and the dishes were sloppy. 3. The signature bar, Casbar, could not get an Old Fashioned right. I don't know of any recipe that calls for their generous helping of cheap candied cherry syrup in the drink. It tasted like maraschino cherry syrup and bourbon. This happened at two separate bars. 4. The lack of free pool seating was a scam. There was ample room for additional free lounge chairs, but they were pushing the $300 daybed rentals, which were all open. Not to mention their pools were one of the smallest I've seen in a Vegas resort. 5. Finally the room. It was not decorated like in the pictures. In fact there was a huge lack in decor. The walls were entirely bare. Just white paint, a tiny window and dirty curtains. The bathroom was nice, but that only gets you so far. Not staying here again.
- 5/5
I have loved sahara for many many years. We did have an issue with our air conditioner, but it was taken care of really fast. Customer service is superb.
- 5/5
Would stay again!
- 5/5
Absolutely loved our stay.
- 2/5
If you booked thru a third party they also put you up in the old tower (Blanco) which has not been renovated, so expect old carpet, obviously smells old (the whole tower does). Lesson: book directly if you want you reservation guaranteed.
- 5/5
Fab hotel for the price. Clean, great on site restaurants and bars. Nice and quiet but with good transport options to get to both the main area of the strip and downtown
- 2/5
When we first arrived, there was a dead, squished bug visibly stuck on the wall, which made us question how thoroughly the room was cleaned before our arrival. Later, while we were eating in the room, a live bug actually crawled out from the TV area. That was honestly pretty shocking and uncomfortable; it completely ruined our appetite. Aside from that, the stay was fine, but the cleanliness issue really impacted our experience. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards because that made a big difference for us.
- 5/5
Clean room. Quiet. Staff went above and beyond.
- 5/5
Amazing place
- 1/5
Hanging curtains form walls and selling rooms at way higher prices, nothing properly works in the room. I have stayed at Alexandria and would say it was in very bad shape. Blinds, drawers, hot water etc., nothing works properly. this particular room was sold as premium.
- 2/5
It did not meet my expectations on the type of room I have chosen
- 5/5
Beautiful room at an amazing price. Was upgraded to VIP. Overall, I’ll need back
- 2/5
I really like this casinos location and amenities. Unfortunately I was again disappointed in the check in and had sent a photo of the mold in the shower to management and got no response.
- 5/5
One night stay. Very happy with price point and condition of property

- 5/5
The hotel and staff was excellent. Love the train for transportation was near by. Also easy walking to stores. Room were excellent and modern.
- 5/5
Yes room was nice.
- 1/5
My room had to be changed 3 times. 1st room look nothing like the photo online. 2nd room smell like an ash tray. 3rd room smell was better but, the room was so old and dingy. No good food options. The hotel was to far from everything.
- 5/5
Always a pleasure here
- 5/5
It was perfect. I love that there was a place that you could get food till 4:00 in the morning
- 5/5
Rooms was very nice and clean. Front desk was very helpful. Would stay here again.
