    For the price - you get a small apartment not too far from Vegas Strip. The amenities were nice too, especially the pool area. NIce large hot tub, nice clean pool with plenty of seats. Also, it was nice to be close to some essentials shopping like a Super Target. Without a car, it can be a hassle. I was there for a festival (EDC) and Ubers were already surge pricing so getting back and forth to the Strip was quite expensive.

    The Berkley was just right for our family. The room wasn’t pristine - it’s not brand new - but it was very nice and the kitchen and bathroom were excellent. Loved the spaciousness and we thought the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool!

    The location and property were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Occupancy seemed light with plenty of parking. Since I was towing a trailer security made me park far away which was inconvenient. Thankfully I didn’t have much to bring into the property.

    Check in was awful absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I was told we don't take anything to the rooms we don't do this we don't do that. The amenities we're not explained at all. I was here for a family tragedy and the front desk at 10:30pm showed no empathy I was writing and forgot the date because I was so upset she starred at me like I was dumb I said im sry what's the date I can't think right now. When I asked her what type of room we were in she said they are all the same! I remember staying in a different room then a suite I explained she said nope if you get a two bedroom then you get two I bedroom suites that's it. I know this is not true because I have stayed here before but I didn't argue. Then when I got to the room it was definitely different from my previous stay. This one was bigger! I was happy about it being bigger so I let it go. The TV remote didn't work I called downstairs they told me maintenance was gone.and it probably needed batteries. I asked so do I have to get them myself? He said yeah there's a gas station down the street. I said can't we take batteries from another remote he said yes come get them. When I checked out the front desk explained that they have two types of rooms. I told her how rude the night crew was she said im sorry I hear a lot about them. The way they represent The Berkley is unexceptable. They need training thank you.

    And the actual rooms were really super nice a lot nicer than I thought they would be. The batter was huge as if I had a you know multimillion dollar house and the whole bathroom was like that actually with the shower separate and big huge nice. Yeah, more like a place she paid three or $400 for to have a bathroom like that

    While the property is advertised as wonderful, we found it to be quite outdated. The rooms could use some updates, and the carpeting appeared old and somewhat worn. On a positive note, the hotel entrance and common areas were very clean and made a great first impression. One concern we had was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was visible mold along the edges of the shower glass door, which may be noticeable to guests who pay close attention to cleanliness and maintenance details. The rate was affordable, and we specifically needed a two bedroom accommodation, so it worked for our short stay. However, the saying “you get what you pay for” felt applicable in this situation. Another thing to keep in mind is that checkout is at 10:00 a.m. We had to pay an additional $56 dollars to extend on both bedrooms. We had expected an 11:00 a.m. checkout, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, while the price met our needs for a quick stay, we would not choose to stay here again. That said, I do want to recognize the staff they were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. I didn’t like the rooms

    Had. 2 night stay with husband and daughter. Enjoyed the pool and room was very clean, bed comfortable, parking lot was safe, loved the washer/dryer in room. Kitchen was fully stocked. Would absolutely stay again. Elevators were very hard to use at busy times so found ourselves having to go down 8 flight of stairs so that’s my only caution since there is only 1 elevator.

    The property is well maintained and the room was excellent except for the fact that the bedroom was a little small in relationship with the size of the suite. In order to get into your room you had to access a hallway door shared with another suite and then inside you had to access your room through another door. This was a little inconvenient. Please note that you cannot drop off people and luggage at the front door. You have to park in the parking lot and roll a luggage cart all the way out there to get your luggage back and forth.

    They offered a different room, it was dirty as well. So cleanliness 0/10. Front desk people are 7/10. They lost us in the system, confirmed we are there. But then still had random employees entering our room for maintenance work only to find the unit occupied. This is invading privacy due to negligence. Lastly, get rid of the time share and in person spam speech before you go to your room finally. What an annoyance. In fact remembering this is making remove a 3rd star from my rating

    All in all the property was really nice, rooms were clean, and hotel is close to food options. There’s a fun activity room for kids near the pool area. The pool/jacuzzi were enjoyable and pool bathrooms were super clean. There was no bell hop or food service and the wait to get in an elevator for checkout was 1-2 hours

    The pool was great . Never crowded . it felt very safe which was nice when taking kids . The kitchen was nice . Full fridge . Bathroom was also roomy . Shower had great water pressure . And we did laundry in our room ! Also was nice to walk to silverton for Starbucks . Had a great burger at Johnny rockets . I also got 10 dollar free play and won 100 dollars :) win ! Win

    I had a terrible experience with booking at this property. I by mistake booked a year in advance meaning I simply put in the wrong year and I noticed it right after I booked and called the hotel and they wouldn’t refund me my money so I paid for two separate five day bookings and they would not give me my money back because of a simple mistake that I caught a year in advance. It is absolutely unacceptable that they simply wouldn’t change the date from May 2026 to May 2025 when I had originally planned to book.

    We loved this hotel!! We were in town for a convention so we wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing for the evenings, the Berkeley was perfect! The suite room was huge, with everything we needed to stay comfortably. Across the street was the silverton casino with plenty of dining options. We will definitely stay here again!

    Location wasnt too far from the strip. It was far enough from all the traffic. Room was ok. The deposit was 150? Never had it ever in any hotel have paid that. It was very unexpected when I checked in. I checked out and yet to recieved it back.

    Beautiful hotel, two bedroom suite for my daughter’s birthday, so convenient to know we are right next to one another. Staff were great and loving having access to extra towels and blankets already in room if needed. I did not like the fact that our shower was either extremely hot or extremely cold. Our bathtub water ran with a slow dip the entire time due to nob broken. The wait on elevators were horrible, having to wait for long periods of time just to end up taking the stairs even with all of our belongings.

    The grounds could stand to be a little cleaner. Unfortunately walking up to the entrance I was greeted by litter scattered all over. Fortunately though, this was not a reflection of the inside. The hotel was clean inside and the room was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful and overall I'd say my stay here was very enjoyable.

    We had three of us in this room and we were planning on one of us sleeping on the couch, pullout bed. When we pulled it out, though the mattress was so uncomfortable that it wasn’t usable by any of us. We went to the front desk to ask if they could do anything. They said they would bring us a mattress pad but what they brought was closer to one of those mattress protectors that prevents little kids from peeing on it. It added zero comfort. We ended up all sleeping on the king bed anyways. If it was just the two of us, it would’ve been perfect but because we had that third person it wasn’t great. Everything else about our day was fine. No issues. It was nice to stay away from the strip and have the option of a working kitchen.

    My only complaints about this property are that check-in time is late and check-out time is very early... also there didn't seem to be enough functioning elevators for the number of guests because they were continuously stopping at every floor and you often needed to wait for several elevators before there was room to board. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and large with everything you need, clean and staff was pleasant.

    The overall stay was decent and the location was convenient, but there were a few cleanliness issues that took away from the experience. The dining room chairs had visible stains on them, and there was hair left in the shower when we arrived. Staff was okay and the room itself was comfortable, but I expected better attention to detail when it came to cleanliness.

    Overall great place, staff great, room clean, hotel clean - free coffee in the lobby. Gave the lower rating on amenities due to small pool area and either 3 elevators are not enough for this condo community or they are extremely slow! The wait was at least 10 mins. Saturday morning we waited almost 30 mins and it still had not stopped at our floor - since we were on the 5th floor we just started taking the stairs.

    The room was a single bedroom apartment - it was in great shape and ready for me to move in. The location is just a few steps to the casino and very easy in and out to other Vegas activities. Staff were friendly and outgoing - it was clean, folks were enjoying the pool.. I was working so it was nice to have a quiet room to shutdown each day with areas to catch up on work.

    This is my favorite place to stay off strip in Las Vegas! The service is consistently good, rooms are well maintained and it is priced reasonably!!! The location is convenient to the strip! I come to Las Vegas multiple times a year and have stayed at numerous properties so I feel well versed in what Las Vegas has to offer!     The rooms were nice and clean but we got shocked Every time we opened our main door. The front desk lady didn’t care she thought it was normal but it’s not and it hurts! When you get your parking pass they try to sell you a time share. Pool and jacuzzi nice size. Crafts were nice but no instructions. Rooms only cooled to 68 but the air cycles so it got warm in the bedroom. Elevators were Very busy and on check out day one of the three was down. The average elevator wait was 15 minutes!

    We were in the town for a concert and spent 2 nights in a one bedroom suite. While we enjoyed the pool and well stocked kitchen, the toilet seat was filthy (without going into graphic details). There was no hot water in the shower (even though we had hot water in the sink). We waited for the lifts for 30 mins during checkout and then decided to climb down 14 flights of stairs with our luggage. I've avoid this property in the future.

    I thought I was booking for May of 2025 and booked 2026. It was a simple mistake that I notified them of a year out and they would not change the dates. It is beyond unacceptable. I ended up having to pay 2 5 night stays. Again, I notified them immediately so it was not like a last minute cancellation. It was a year out.

    I have mixed reviews of the staff. Some were friendly and some were dismissive. Some staff were knowledgeable and others were not. You need an ID to use the bell cart, which is excessive. There are a lot of bees at the pool. Hallway carpet shock.

    It was of the strip and away from the craziness, but there was a dispensary and smoke shop in walking distance. The target was the liquor store and the grocery store. The staff was amazing, the room on the 14th floor had an amazing view of the city. I was over joyed with the property. Definitely a 10/10 will definitely stay in the hotel again. I didn’t like that the pool was in front of the hotel but all property was utilized beautifully.

Team needs more training to keep guests safe—please do not announce the room on check-in; it puts the guest at risk and makes them feel unsafe.     The property is set in a great location. Right next to Bass Pro Shop and there's plenty around to meet all your needs - food, shopping, casino, etc. The rooms were spacious and it was nice to have a full kitchen to be able to cook. The trashes out front of the property were overflowing. The elevators always seemed to be backed up with people trying to get to their rooms. There was a very large event going on in the west parking lot on Saturday and the hotel parking lot was utilized for all, which meant guests had to park very far away. We had to park over a 1/4 mile away just to find a parking space. The parking lot should have been reserved for guests at the hotel first and foremost even when there is an event.

    The rooms are what make this place great. The rooms are like a home away from home especially if your plan is to stay several days. We will definitely stay again.     Pros: it was clean. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Close enough to the strip but far enough you know? Room was big clean it was good price was good. Oh and the bathroom was BIG shower was BIG. Cons: me and my wife had to debate which one of us would open the door. You get shocked every time. You can even see the spark. And since you have to open 2 doors to get into your room twice the shock every time you get into the room. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. The light in the bedroom didn’t work. And on the last day the lamp on the night stand wouldn’t turn on. I’m sure it’s all because of whatever electrical shock situation that’s going on. It want only us our neighbors also got shocked going into their room. And also they try to force you to go to a brunch and take a “refundable” $20 that I haven’t gotten back I guess it’s because I didn’t go to the brunch. But other than getting shocked every single we entered the room it was a good experience. Hopefully they fix the static electricity issue and stop pressuring you into some prime rib brunch so I can stay again.

    I loved the EV parking as it was FREE! It's not fast charging but does the job overnight to go from ~10 to 100% in ~9-10hrs. Otherwise, there are a lots of free parking available in the lot.

    I have stayed here 3-4 times. Stuff is starting to get run down in the condos. This condo in this trip needed some updates. I will still stay here.     We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. A huge shout out to Sheena who was a huge help in securing my wedding band I accidentally left behind. Also, to the housekeeper who found it and brought it to the safe. It’s heartwarming to know there are honest people at this hotel and staff that truly cares about the guest, even after checkout.     The rooms were great and the service was great! Check out took almost an hour due to only 3 elevators. And there is no service elevator either, so the staff trying to get around with big carts needed to use the elevator as well. So either check out super early while everyone is sleeping, or plan on a long wait if you need an elevator.

    Let me start off by saying the room we got for the value was phenomenal, which in the end is really the most important part of the stay. It was clean and spacious with full kitchen. After that however the service is about like a motel 6. There is no unloading area so you have to haul your luggage from the parking lot. I asked for a luggage cart and they had me leave my license as collateral. No biggie but still odd. The front desk was quite unfriendly and in order to get my parking pass I had to listen to a sales pitch to attend the sales presentation for their vacation club. We arrived 90 min before check in time. I Asked if our room was ready and was immediately told, No. I asked if they could check if our room was ready and they then looked it up on the computer and of course was told, No, again. My kids went down to the pool at 8 pm. Soon after security quite harshly kicked them out and told them the pool was closed. I called down to the front desk and after about 50 rings and 2 tries, someone finally picked up. I asked when the pool closed and they said 10 pm. I then asked why my kids were kicked out and they said they didnt know but probably because of lightning. When I pointed out that there was not a cloud in the sky they said they would check. After 5 min they came back and said it was due to wind. Front desk was unaware and there were no signs up saying it was closed. Basically if you stay here it is for the value but do not expect Vegas Strip type of service.

    What a great place to stay! Even if you don’t use the kitchen, the room is clean, quiet and close to a nice casino and restaurants. The kitchen was convenient for us to make a quick breakfast in the morning before continuing our travels. And, the price was right!

    Everything was great! I traveled with two young kids, definitely family friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the “free gift upon arrival” turning into them trying to make you go through a 2-4 hour information session and paying a $20 deposit in order to receive the free gift. I didn’t do it but the amount of time they’ll spend trying to get you while you’ve got heavy luggage and kids going crazy in the lobby is absurd, like let me get to my room first lol and yes, they go through all this at the check in…

    The room was clean, the staff were very kind and friendly, the area around the hotel seemed safe, the buildings are clean inside and out. The only thing I would change is the berkley doesn’t offer room turnover until after 8 days, and being on vacation I don’t want to take time to do the laundry and make the bed. Other than that the hotel is amazing.

    Location was great for our needs. Property was quiet, clean and a literal hop, skip and a jump from the Silverton Casino. Location was close to everyday shopping centers, Target, Cracker barrel for dining, and a HUGE Bass Pro Outlet store. Staff was great, rooms wereclean (2 room suite) . Definitely family friendly. Great place to stay if you don't want the hustle and bustle of the Strip. Will definitely stay here again!

    Initially, I was assigned a room that was already occupied! After waiting in line again to address this issue, I was given another room, only to find it at a scorching 83°F with a broken air conditioning unit. So I went back down and waited in line again to report the AC problem we were told maintenance would be right up. I waited an hour for them, but they never showed up, so once again, I headed back down, and waited in line. Somehow this time, I was reassigned to the first room, which, to my dismay, was still occupied. Finally, after all the hassles of dragging our luggage up and down and waiting in line a fifth time, I was given a fourth room, which thankfully was unoccupied and was a reasonable temperature. In the end, it took us over 2 hours to check in. Absolutely unacceptable. Overall, my stay was marred by poor organization and lack of attention to detail. I expected much better service for the price I paid. I cannot recommend The Berkley Hotel based on this experience.

    The room needed a sweep and the latch to the pocket door was quite loose. Also, our door keys were somehow deactivated during our stay. As one of the three elevators was not running, there was a line that I was told would be gone "in an hour or two. I had already used the stairs to head to the front desk since I couldn't get on at our floor due to the volume of check ins. I took the stairs back up to our floor/room to let us all back into our room. To top it off, the website for which I was sent a link did not have checkout available as described, so while my family took an elevator down after a 20 minute wait, I took the stairs one last time to drop off the keys. Our first two trips had none of the above issues. I'm not sure if I'd book a stay here next time we head over.

    Everything went well. Clean. Room was good, with the exception of the noisy sheets (really) and the cord to the TV not reaching the plug. We weren’t in it enough to care about that, though. Downfall was that they will push you to a timeshare presentation when you get your parking pass. They called and tried to sell us when we arrived. We’re already part owners another way through RCI, and since they’re not “affiliated,” they still offered again. Those trying to sell were honestly only nice until we turned them down.

    Elevators were super slow, one was broken down.No extra TP, not enough towels in the room. Customer service acted like it was a huge inconvenience when we needed something. We booked a 2 bedroom suite for 7 of us, we were put into 2 different 1 bedroom units and also customer service acted like we were in the wrong when we booked it that way. We had to turn in ID to take the luggage carts. I got 2 with one ID when we checked in, checking out the guy wouldn’t let us have 2 unless we had 2 ID’s. No compensation was offered for not having our room. We would love to stay here again, it’s an amazing location, very quiet, smelled amazing, had great security.

    We purchased food upon arrival and the refrigerator was not functioning properly and it took 2 days before they sent another refrigerator to the room. Also, one elevator was broken the entire 5 day stay and the other two elevators were constantly full of people. We stayed on the top floor, but every time an elevator arrived it was full. We missed an event because, we had to wait 36 minutes for an elevator and at that time, we still could not get on, so because we didn’t want to drag our items down 18 flights of stairs, we decided to cancel our event. I have stayed at the Berkeley numerous times and this is the first time I did not enjoy myself.

    The hotel, amenities and location were great. There were only two elevators for 18 floors of rooms! Typically only three elevators. 20 minutes or more to wait for an elevator. Had to take the stairs twice and they take you outside the building! Spoke with desk staff and he could care less. Told me that because I booked with Expedia, there was nothing they could do. Unacceptable.

    Great stay! I like staying here because it’s close to the Strip but lets you save on resort fees. Not only is the space and location great, but every staff member is very kind. It’s also in a convenient area with plenty of food and stores nearby. Whenever I come to Vegas for more than 24 hours, I choose to stay here—it’s always a great experience.

    One of the elevators was broken and there was a huge line waiting to go to our floors. when there's a huge line and staff are trying to go up/down to the floors, without service elevator it will cost major delay when cleaning rooms. I just felt bad for the staff that they are trying to work but can't. Little early check out compare to other hotels and also late check in. I am used to checking in by 3pm but this one is at 4pm and checking out usually 11 or 12pm but this one is at 10am. Had a little incident from previous stay, was hoping this time around would make up for it. Felt like it got worst. might not come back or recommended.

    He had already confirmed my name in the system, and I also showed him my reservation confirmation and the email from Expedia showing that the room had already been paid for. However, he continued looking at the computer without explaining anything to me, and his facial expressions and attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This was my first experience of this kind at a hotel. I arrived in a good mood, but his attitude made the check-in experience very unpleasant, and I did not receive any apology.

    Clean, well kept resort. Fantastic layout for an extended stay. The staff all seemed to be very accommodating and friendly as well. The only drawback was the 3 elevator system with no internal stairs option. It would be great if there was a card reader option to access the stairwells from the outside, to eliminate the reliance on the elevators.

    The staff, one young lady in particular, Sabrina was very, kind, friendly and very helpful. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable speaking to her. The room was clean and the amenities were more than expected which made us feel so much at home. A home away from home and to be honest I didn't want to leave.     Our first room smelled strongly of cigarettes, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get into the new room and maintenance had to change the lock and rekey the door. Overall, the rooms are in need of updates. The furniture was dirty, and the wall and ceiling near the air vent in the bedroom were filthy. The bathroom fan was also not working. Buyer beware!

    Staff was very friendly, room very clean, problem with the dishwasher, problem with shower - needed to be fixed twice - two temperatures very hot and scolding. Also, there was a problem with Expedia not sending The Berkley my booking, and The Berkley thought I was trying to pull something; I got it worked out. I didn't realize this was a do-it-yourself type of hotel - I had a lot of baggage, and no one helped me – female 64 YO. Loved the layout of the suite on the 18th floor. Nice and quiet, slept like a baby.

    We would stay again, but we did encounter some issues. The floor and shower could have been cleaner. At least one elevator was broken during our entire stay, and one time it took 30 mins for us to ride it with all of our luggage. The dishwasher was not working properly. The check out attendant did not give us a receipt at checkout when we asked, as it stated we should get it at the property on our reservation. Pros - It was a quiet property and the pool area looked nice. Location is good, with great food options.

    Everything was great with the exception of the elevators. Be sure to plan for a long wait for the elevators on weekends and in mornings. There were only 2 of 3 working and they also use the working ones as a service elevator as well. Not sure if that’s normal but everyone we ran in to had an issue with elevator wait times. Truly and hidden gem away from the madness you get when you stay on the strip.they had a pool but at 30 degrees I pass!. Great place to stay with family

    This was my first time staying at The Berkley. I was initially excited because the property didn’t look run down in the photos and offered a lot of space. The room itself was comfortable, but I disliked the toilet tissue and soap. There was hair throughout the bathroom that did not belong to us, some mold in the shower, and hair in the tub, though I didn’t mind the tub since I didn’t plan on using it. At every hotel I stay at, I request fresh sheets and pillowcases. Despite asking multiple times, I never received a pillowcase and was told each time they didn’t have any. The toilet tissue was extremely poor quality, similar to gift wrap tissue paper. The biggest issue was the housekeeping crew. They do not clean rooms during your stay, which normally wouldn’t bother me since I don’t use housekeeping, but given the condition of the bathroom, it was clear cleaning wasn’t done well. Every morning, housekeeping knocked on our door asking if we were checking out. On the actual day of checkout, housekeeping knocked at 9:45 a.m. even though checkout is at 10 a.m. and told us we were late. There was a holiday rush and the elevators were backed up, which made the situation extremely frustrating. I was disappointed with my stay overall.

    The Berkley was amazing especially for the price. It was quiet and clean and for a family of 5, having the two bedroom suites were so nice. We had so much room and loved having a kitchen & washer/dryer. They provided everything we needed and parking is free!

    My stayed at The Berkley Las Vegas was wonderful and will stay here again. We rented two bedrooms suits. The two sweets where basically one bedroom apartment. Both sweets had a full kitchen, 1 bathroom with a tub and shower, one bedroom, living room with one nice sice pull out couch, 1 stackable washer and dryer. My only advice qould be to make sure you bring your own toilet paper, personal hygiene prodrucs and extra blankets and pillows and other things like that.This place is not like a hotel that they come and clean the rooms and restuck the rooms. I things is a good trad off for all the amenities the rooms have. Highly recommend for big parties or families.

    Everything is good except for elevators. The whole time I was there 2 of the 3 elevators was not operating. The 1 that works has limited capacity. After checked in, we have to wait about half an hour to get in the elevator. After that, we used mostly stairs but it was inconveniently locate outside and need the guard to open the door to stairs way to get in.

    Checked in at 8 pm and had to wait for a room. Hair in the shower, broken furniture, left over stuff from the people who stayed before us. Most of the gym equipment is broken. This used to be a favourite for us but not any more. Elevators are an issue in the morning. someone tried to enter our unit at 8 am. Called the front desk, no security staff to investigate, guy at the desk was terrible, issue was eventually resolved, housekeeping advised that the person entering with a backpack on works in housekeeping but they don’t speak English. So sad to see this newer asset so poorly run. Lots of other choices in Vegas.

    The staff is wonderful, everyone is so friendly and really helpful. Loved the front desk staff and security guards! They're doing a great job. Cons: They will leave a 'free gift' voucher on your door, only to try to sucker you into a timeshare gift at 'member services' (the 'free gift' can only be obtained at a timeshare tour). Further, it seems nobody there is allowed to actually tell you it's a timeshare promo even if you ask them flat out. So shady! It seems the entire place is most likely just a massive funnel for their timeshare offering. They have a separate counter and two or more team members just dedicated to funneling you into these offerings. - Thin walls, could hear neighbors and babies crying - The shower did not get warm, lukewarm at best - Water has a green-ish tint (apparently harmless, but not great for skin) - At checkout time it took 40 (!) minutes to get down from the 8th floor to the 1st floor, using the elevators. They're poorly programmed and not equipped to handle crowds.

    Dried Urine on the toilet seat hairpins on the floor The passenger drop off pick up is one lane had to wait for a pizza delivery to leave to drop off passenger and luggage The 2nd room we were put in looked clean but a cockroach behind the toilet The door to the AC unit would not close and there was no seal must have been where the cockroach got in ….. because the AC closet had trash in it !! A little kids ball was under the bed … How does housekeeping miss this We were running late for a show so we overlooked it just like housekeeping we didn’t have time to a third room

    The elevators were horrible, never did all three work so long waits to get in at times only one elevator was working 30-45min waits to get on. Front desk was nasty about helping not over load, we ask to get security out front to stop overloading. Room was a bit dirty when we arrival, we just cleaned it our selfs.

    Overall a good stay, rooms are big and kitchen is fully stocked with amenities and free parking is a big plus in this town, but here are the shortcomings: there are only 3 elevators and one of them want working the entire week and it was a literal nightmare to get up or down. Housekeeping staff was using the same elevators as the guests and it compounded the problem. Speaking of housekeeping, they only clean rooms every 8 days, which means if you're staying for a week you'll never get your room cleaned unless you pay $75 extra... That's on top of the ridiculous resorts fees. Check in time is 4pm which is an hour later than in most hotels and is very inconvenient if you arrive to Vegas in the morning and checkout time is 10am, which is at least an hour earlier than in most hotels. It still is a good hotel to stay at, just understand that it's a bit different.

    Wow it was a really good stay. The room was fully equipped. The double wide deep tub was relaxing and and the steamy shower was great. I was tired the first night but I looked into the gym and pool. The gym was fully equipped with 2 large TVS, However the pool was closed with a sign taped on the door saying on the count of an emergency. The following day I was elated that the pool was open. So I went in to check that the jacuzzi was functional. It was working or at least part of the jets were so I was happy my workout would be complete. So I finished my hour in the gym and headed to the pool, there was a young lady in the jacuzzi but te bubbles weren’t on I just thought she didn’t like bubbles. So I finished my workout in the pool. Meanwhile the young lady left. When I got out of the pool I realized there wasn’t a towel caddy anywhere to be found. So I ran to the jacuzzi to turn on the jets and found out why the young lady didn’t have the bubbles on she pushed the emergency stop instead of turning the timer on. I had a relaxing time in the hot tub. Dried with a couple of paper towels in the bathroom, changed to dry clothes and made it back happily to my room. Again I had no complaints about my stay it was wonderful.

    Couch bed mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. Bathtub had dirt scum in bottom of tub. Requested cleaning service and never showed up even with follow-up messages. Elevators were broke and only 1 operating max of 4 persons each ride caused wait times of 20 mins or more. Wouldn’t stay here again.

    The rooms were clean, it’s very quiet which we enjoyed. It was also nice to have so many restaurant options around you. The staff were friendly and quick when they brought something to our room. The only reason I didn’t give them a five star was because the elevators kept breaking down, 2 out of 3. Some days we had to walk down 11 flights of stairs, that was not good. After being gone the entire day coming back to our room and having to wait inline to get on the elevator and only to find out our key didn’t work was also a disappointment. I call the front desk and instead of them offering to bring a key, we had to go back down stairs. Over the week stayed I would stay again.

    The suites and staff were exceptional, per usual. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the elevators. There are only 3 elevators and 2 were completely down for 2 1/2 days. The lines were through the outside doors. It took 30 to 45 minutes to get on the elevator and they were only allowing 4 to 5 people on at a time. It was awful. People were becoming unruly, arguing and skipping the line. Security attempted to keep things under control. The staff eventually allowed people to use the stairs, but not everyone can climb to the higher floors. There were 2 disabled family members in my party who did not leave the room for two days out of fear of not being able to get on the 1 working elevator, and their trip was slighted. We had to completely change our itinerary. As much as I recommended the Berkley to everyone. On this trip I was very disappointed, especially for a family gathering and booking the family suites. Waisted money for sure.

    Generally pretty clean, nicely unkept units, great deal, off the strip location, friendly/helpful staff, and truly a great place to stay for families traveling hoping to stay away from the busy chaos of nightlife. Our family had a particularly great time at The Berkeley except for the inconvenience (2 of 3) elevators not working for a few days. The warm pool and hot tub was a nice for the kids. It could use a little cleaning from the occasional leaves and nature but too bad. Didn’t get much use of the fitness room but smaller and did not see too many people utilizing it either. It had a few machines and maybe dumbbells, nothing spectacular. Parking was nice, convenient, and free. Conveniently within walking distance/next to a casino and Bass Pro Shop. It was a nice, quiet surprise to come back to in the evenings after a long day! Also right off of the main highway so easy to get to and get off of from itinerary.

    The elevators were not working properly! One night only one of their 3 elevators was working! The stairs access was locked and located outside and security would need escort you to give you access. By the end of our stay there were paper signs saying on 4 quests could ride in the elevator at a time!!! Next the front desk assigned us to a dirty room!! The cleaning crew are not staff of the hotel and some reason the hotel have assigned me a dirty room on 2 separate visits

    Ever since I brought my mom here she fell in love with the place,very convenient for her and she feels at home. Everything is accessible from casino to supermarkets & shopping. This is our go to place now everytime we go to Vegas. I love how quiet, not crowded and far from the strip.

    The elevators were not operational until our last day and this was a real problem for those of us near 80! The shower water never got hot which was no fun! We had no hair dryer in the room. Some of the staff could have been friendlier. All in all , it was not a good stay for us!
