Just returned from a lovely five-night stay at Westgate Flamingo. Everything was perfect—our room was clean, and the pool area was a fantastic spot to unwind. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making us feel welcomed. My wife particularly enjoyed the kitchen facilities, which allowed her to prepare breakfast for our family, creating a peaceful morning routine. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. We felt very safe in this gated resort, and we will definitely stay here again!

Gated and had some activities like pool. Dogs are allowed so we got bug bites in bed most likely from fleas. The rug and or floors were dirty leaving feet black.

This was a cool place to stay. I like the gated community feel with security upon entry. There's Smiths for groceries less than a quarter mile away and plenty of places for shopping. Staff is good. The only thing I'd say about is that TVs you can only watch local channels ( no Netflix access or any other app).Full kitchen, washer, and dryer in unit.

The location, feeling comfortable in a safe environment. Would have loved for them to have a place to Wash/Dry your clothes.

Property is very, very nice! But it would've been nice to have free coffee in the lobby like they used to when we first started coming here. People complain about them not having a restaurant on site, but you're in Vegas, there are restaurants EVERYWHERE! Lol!

Absolutely amazing staff from check in. Till check out. The hot tub in room was great after the BTS concert. Fire place was nice ambiance. The kitchen fully stocked. Washer and dryer was great. Rain shower head was nice after long days out. You couldn't use shuttles that are scheduled, we had car so we didn't use but great for those who may need. The bed and pillows are softer, but I brought my own and this is my own preference for firmer. Nothing was bad about either. It was a great stay.

Overall, our stay was amazing, we would definitely book again. We didn't like the issues with ordering food from Order In. We waited from 9:40pm to 12am for our food and during that time they made the same mistake twice and still didn't get our food. They ended up having to cancel our order and get a refund and a voucher of $25. We really just wanted our food, and we felt that just ruined our night. I feel like that bad service connected to the amazing hotel just isn't a good thing and would bring down the overall value of the stay. It does help to know they are from a third party, and we separated the experience but the reason we even ordered was because we thought it was connected and trusted that, that service would be great too.

There’s also a snack and souvenir area with a smoothie bar, which was a nice touch. Our deluxe room was clean, beautifully decorated, and featured a large hot tub big enough for four people. Overall, this resort was relaxing, well-maintained, and fun for both couples and families. Highly recommended!

It’s just like having a 2 full bedroom apartment, 2 full bath, with a kitchen, dining room and living room, and the best part it’s the big jacuzzi inside the main bedroom Small pool and bunch of other amenities, like a mini market, mini golf, half basketball court etc Yes it does not have big resort vibes it feels more like a gated complex but I will recommend specifically if you have kids

Nice kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave. Closet space and 3 t.v.s. It was close to the strip and Alligient Stadium. We loved our stay.

The suite accommodations exceeded my expectations. Definitely a resort feel with the guard at the gate, the beautiful landscaping, on site parking, washer and dryer in the suite, friendly and helpful staff, mini mart, and shuttle to the strip and Downtown Vegas. Unfortunately we could only stay for two nights. We would have loved the chance to stay a few days longer.

Really exceptional--on so many levels. Front desk maintained contact with us by text, responded promptly to inquiries. Worked hard to get us into room early. Suite was exceptional for the price, very clean, spacious--full kitchen and spa pool in master bedroom. Comfortable mattress. Grounds and pool were beautiful, well-maintained. Super quiet at night. Smooth check-in and checkout. Really above and beyond--one of the best places I've ever stayed and I travel a lot! Not a thing.

If you would like to stay in a quiet, safe and nice hotel, this is the right place for you. The apartments are very spacious and have everything you need for a perfect stay. There is a bus station in front of the hotel where you can take a direct line to the Strip. It costs around 2 euros per trip, and it is only a 15-minute ride. Wifi signal was weak. There is no breakfast.

The deluxe vila was perfect for our short stay. The rooms were big enough to fit seven of our family and friends. Amenities were perfect aside from the tv not being able to connect and work properly we still manage to have fun without it! The location was safe, I love how entering the bay resort there’s a gated entrance for security to check you in. Staff was so friendly and so helpful. They did not fail to help us out during our stay! Tv not working properly and not have access to Netflix

The staff were amazingly friendly. They learnt my name within the first few minutes and would use it any time they say me. I also appreciated the shuttle bus in and out of the strip. Finally, the room apartment size was fantastic! It was a little far out for quick food and restaurants but it wasn’t that big of an issue!

We enjoyed the stay at the resort. The security at the resort is impressive you don't have to worry about stragglers walking through the villas. The villas are set up like an apartment. The hot tub in the bedroom was great to wind down.

Everything was excellent. The grounds were beautiful, our location by the pool and the Marketplace was very convenient. I wish we'd known about the free shuttle to and from the Strip and Fremont Street before paying extra for rideshare.

The property is well kept and very nice. The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. I found this off the Vegas strip stay very competitive in price to the big casino hotels. The suites have everything you need for an extended stay. Highly recommended resort that became our go to place to stay. We really enjoyed being at Westgate Flamingo Bay !!!

The accommodation was immaculately maintained, with all facilities in excellent condition. The personnel were exceedingly courteous and willing to assist. We have frequented numerous establishments in Las Vegas, and the cleanliness of Tahiti Village stands out. Furthermore, it is always our first choice.

The staff were wonderful. Room was clean and ready for our visit. We did have a room by the pet area so the property there was not as nice and clean as what we are use to. Room was wonderful.

1. Tv wasn't working snd it took 2 days to sort it 2. Phone wasn't working, they fixed it 3. The dryer is not drying the clothes well, it takes 2 rounds to dry. The quality of the washer is so bad it spoilt our shirt quality. 4. The supplies take a lot of time to come 5. I knew there is no daily cleaning but usually it should be alternate or at least every 3rd day when in long stay.

Beautiful property, nice pool, staff was lovely, room was clean and comfortable. Problem at the gate letting us in because they were not finding our reservation. Very noisy in the morning. Leaf blower and music started next to bedroom window at 8:00am. Tv remote was really confusing to use and couldn’t figure out how to get live tv on even though we are fairly tech literate. I was very annoyed to get a notice after check out saying I owed 70.00 for resort fees. I booked through booking.com, prepaid and nothing was mentioned about this at booking or check in.

It was a great place and so quiet. The room that was assigned to us the bedroom door was broken can’t close the door.

We asked for 3 items from 3 different occasions and first time they brought the wrong items, second time spot on (both were quickly delivered) but the 3rd time the staff never showed up.

The Westgate Flamingo was a tranquil resort wasjust close enough to the strip to make it easy to get to. The rooms were huge, multi-room condos that were unexpectedly reasonably priced. The pool and hot tub were uncrowded, well-tended to and the perfect temperature. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort to others.

Our room got broke in, in a gated resort with security. The door was broken by a kick because the foot print was on the door. A Playstation, controllers, games, beats headphones, backpack, 2 luggages with clothes got stolen. Security came, but took a long time to make a report. Police got called and arrived 2 hours later. I called risk management because they were going to be in charge of telling me about the servilliance camaras and they told me they don't have access to the camaras. Also, that because this was a criminal act their policy would not refund what was stolen. This is not a secure place to stay in. They called themselves a safe place for the family and is not.

The resort looks good, beautifu since it was Christmas time. Beautiful grounds too. The check in was slow.. they had just 2 people bouncing through the check in while the resort was sold out. Forget about getting anything delivered to your room because noone picks up the phone. The rooms are beautiful… thus the 2 stars… the dishwasher smelt like something died there…Don’t get me started with the beds… horrible! Its like you are sleeping on springs. And just bring your own blanket as they have a thin throw for a blanket . The walls are as thin as paper…i swear you will hear your neighbors swallowing. Bring a white noise machine or download that app.

It was my second time staying here. It’s always comfortable, clean, it fills my needs during my stay. The parking but most of all for me I feel safe when traveling solo. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The pool area is nice and relaxing. I had one issue and it was handle quickly. I would recommend.

I really like how the staff made me feel comfortable, especially being how upset I was, when I first arrived. I thought I had made reservations for the Westgate Hotel that was closer to the Strip, but while I was there to check in, I was told that I was supposed to be at your hotel, and the further away from the strip I got, the more upset I became, because my birthday was a couple of days earlier, and my drivers license had expired, so I wasn't able to rent a car, or gamble, with a few days left. Your staff seeing how upset I was, gave me an upgrade, and sincerely showed empathy towards me, and when I got to my room, I had planned to cry, however when I saw the room, my tears of sadness, turned to tears of joy, and for that, I am forever grateful. And I have been sharing your hotel pictures with everyone I've spoken to, that has asked me about my vacation. So thank you, and a big shot out to Maria who gave me the upgrade and Adrienne who kept me posted on everything happening around the hotel, or apartments.... Totally five stars all the way across the board.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

This property was such a surprise. Pool, (very mini) mini golf, ping pong, coffee shop, laundry where all a bonus to the clean comfort of thr rooms.

We liked the layout of the resort, the kitchen and the Jacuzzi. We felt scared and uncomfortable the 2nd night because we saw a scorpion on the floor of the bathroom. Service was called and came to the room to fumigate. We had to sleep with lots of chemicals around us.

Westgate is awful for not refunding my reservation, I even stayed an other resort. It’s awful that they didn’t not refund considering the circumstances.

Positives + Close to the strip, but far enough away from the hustle & bustle + Driving distance to Freemont street and downtown LV + Villas include washer and dryer and is family friendly + Spacious, apartment feel but still feels like a resort with the amenities + Communication through text was cool + gated and secured entry and exit made sure that no one who shouldn't be on the property is allowed in Negatives - Roaches seen around the outside - small roaches inside our villa (we went to target to buy pest spray to use during the duration of our visit) - Linen service not provided (we requested it twice and they never came) - Only gave us one roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 for the entire stay (That is 4 days, 3 nights) - The pool area plays loud music NON-STOP from 8AM to 11PM. Our villa directly face the pool, which was frustrating because we couldn't sleep in or put the kids to sleep at their regular bedtime due to the noise. I think the purpose behind it was to give it a resort/Las Vegas feel ... but for a family looking for a mellow weekend in between tournament games, this was not exactly what we wanted - They charged me a "Late Check-In Fee" of $104 that they didn't inform me about ... that makes no sense since we checked in late night rather than 3pm check in. Why would there be a late check-in fee if we have already paid for the night? - The sofa bed was very hard

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was impeccable. If you book dont worry about using the resort shuttle, just take the 202 bus into town. A 24 hr pass is $5 and can be used for all of the city busses including the deuce on the strip. The 202 is very nice, clean, and cool. And it runs every 15 mins rather than every hour like the resort shuttle.

It was amazing !!

I was very disappointed with the pool maintenance. The water was cloudy and did not look clean at all. During our travels, we stayed at two other places, and this was the only one where the pool fell short. In a city like Vegas, where the weather is perfect for a pool day, guests should be able to expect a clean and well-maintained area ready for use.

we stayed at the hotel on our way to the Grand Canyon. we didn't want to go to the strip with the kids. everything was great. remote quiet location, large room with living room and kitchen. pool. we loved it! Highly recomend for familys and people ho dont want to stay in the main street.

I didn't even realize all of the things that you could do till I got there. I was just expecting a swimming pool and a hot tub but they also had ping pong, mini golf, basketball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and a fitness room. It made for a fun trip!

I love the location and cleanliness of the property. Well maintained and customer service was the best ive received. Only let down was the hot tub in room was not functioning and after informing staff and having it inspected it still did not function properly and thus was not able to use at all during my stay so it was quite disappointing. Otherwise the unit itself was spacious and clean

The staff is truly unbelievable. We travel a pretty good amount. They were just on point with everything. Surrounding area wasn’t somewhere I needed to hang out necessarily, but the property made up for it.

This place is like a mini condo! It has a great kitchen, washer/dryer, and fireplace. I enjoyed the free, easy parking and the convenience of everything around. The pipes above are a bit noisy, but other than that, everything was enjoyable.

The villa was great. It gave us room to stretch out. It was quiet. The furniture was kind of bulky, which took up a lot of room. We would stay here again.

This is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. its away from the strip so its quiet but they are close enough that you can still drive to the strip. they also have shuttles if you dont want to drive. theyre pretty close to a good dispensary if youre so inclined. staff is nice and professional and the grounds are always well kept.

This resort charges a $150 non-refundable pet fee upon check-in. This was NOT listed anywhere on Expedia (but I was sure to let Expedia know that they need to add that info to their website so hopefully they do); the front desk attendant said “it’s stated in our website”, which is fair but people don’t always look on the hotel website when booking through a third party site. The value went down significantly after paying that $150. The unit is nice but it is so crowded with furniture. And there was a big garden tub in our bedroom that was just obnoxious; we ended up fashioning a way to put our luggage in there (no space for a luggage stand if they had offered one). The grounds are immaculate but that required being woken up at 8:30am by leaf blowers. Not really necessary given that it is January.

The staff and hotel was very nice. Our concierge Cherri was very nice and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan our telling our family and friends about your hotel and staying again

very nice resort!

The first night I checked in there was ants in the room that came out about 2 AM in the morning. I was bitten in multiple places in the bed. They were in the bathroom, the laundry room, the kitchen and it was a very unpleasant experience. They did move me to another room However I felt it was an inconvenience for them. In the next room, they move me to the dining room table was dirty sticky. The furniture had drinks spilled on the side of it. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty, and the hot water was not adequate enough to fill the spa tub in the bedroom. I have previously stayed at this resort and it was wonderful. I was thoroughly happy in my previous visit and this time I was very disappointed. The manager did return the resort fee however I felt it could have been much more, especially since I missed family opportunities because I needed to be moved to another room The management did not come forward and make the suggestion of the resort fee being removed or discounting for a day since the ants in their facility was negligence on their part.

I enjoy staying at Westgate properties

We booked here last minute after a terrible Airbnb experience and it was exactly what we needed. The service is impeccable-texts were responded to immediately, questions answered super kindly, and they were so accommodating for letting us in early and checking out late. We were there for a soccer tournament and this place is perfection. So comfortable and clean! The location is amazing too. Easy to get everywhere we needed to go and with a complimentary shuttle to go with it. I will never stay anywhere else when we go to Vegas again. Thank you Adrienne for making our 2 night stay perfect.

Bus runs on Spring Mountain to Chinatown and to the strip if you prefer public transportation and not messed around with parking around the Casino. The room is roomy but don't assume you will have a DVD player or safe deposit box. At least, my room does not. Otherwise, it is a nice place with a full kitchen and to relax with a family. I would stay there again with my family.

The property was a nice alternative to the usual Vegas fare. The room I was in was run down though. There was chipped paint, paint ripped off of (improperly primed doors), the fireplace did not work, the TV on the living area was stuck on one channel and would give and error when trying to do anything else, and the bath tub had missing fixtures. The front desk staff were pretty unpleasant and seemed bothered when they needed to do anything relating to guest service.

A great home away from home. My family and I really enjoyed the comfort and convenience of West gate. If you have a car, pretty much every dining, vegas strip and etc is 15mins away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Probably the best I've ever encountered. The only super minor issue i really had was the broken outlet in the bathroom, but that didn’t really bother me. Highly recommend and looking forward to booking here again!!

Wonderful stay at the resort. Very comfortable for our family of 5. It is about a 10-12 minute drive to the strip but well worth it. Would stay here again.

The property was clean, safe, and efficient. The only issue is the front security upon entry. If you booked through a third-party administrator, they will make you wait on the side of the road and continuously call the front desk until the front desk calls the security guard and clears you to come through the gate. This does not make sense. The security should be calling the front desk. You are the guest.

There's not much amenities included in the property, and the thermostat in our room didn't work properly, but its a nice clean place and very secure

Our stay was wonderful. I was concerned that we were going to be too far from the strip and the other things we wanted to do but it was very convenient. We wanted an early check in and they were able to have a unit available for about an hour early. I would have liked it even earlier but they did make an effort to accommodate us. Unit was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay in a comfy room with attentive staff that regularly checked in on any and all needs during my stay would definitely stay with again.

Villa amenities were good but the sofa bed in 1515 was terrible ! This needs to be changed otherwise do not advertise it. Villa was not soundproof - loud noises from unit above and you can hear everyone passing by.

The property was really pretty and units are super nice. The only problem was, every morning we were there, the groundskeepers were outside with a leaf blower going to town at 8 AM. Abruptly woke us each day. When mentioning it to staff the first day the response was , our staff works really hard to keep the property clean. This is nice but what about paying guests ability to have a good nights sleep. No real response given to that point and it continued each morning. Very disappointing. Would likely stay here again but would ask for an upstairs unit where no leaf blowers are necessary (if that exists).

Staff were professional and helpful. Clean property and great area to walk around and located in a gated community. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Flamingi Bay Resort, the staff were so very friendly and attentive. My apartment was very spacious and well equipped, I liked the peace and quiet away from the strip but could always hop on a shuttle bus (provided free) to the strip if I wanted to. The resort had a lovely pool which was clean and maintained daily, I would definitely stay again if ever I visited Vegas again.

Noisy if room is on street side. Otherwise wonderful resort. Room was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Resort offers shuttles to downtown Vegas and The Strip.

Just a weekend getaway but this place was very reasonably priced and for families, had everything you could possibly need. The a/c was excellent!! Loved that it's off the strip and away from all that smoke in the casino hotels.

The stay was amazing! The complex is gated and secure. The staff was amazing!!! Peaceful, nice size rooms. I wish they had a balcony, but I still rate this place 10/10. Theres a couple of casinos up the street and shopping plaza. I highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed the stay, nice property, nice staff, beautiful suites. Our only issue was that after Hotels.com sent us a email stating all that was needed when we checked in was the second night's rate, we actually had that rate PLUS another resort fee, $150 non-refundable fee for our 2 small dogs and had to give them a $200 refundable security deposit. Instead of about $130 we had to come up with over $500. We had indicated we had pets when we registered on Hotels.com and the pet fee was disclosed on the property information totally separate from the information on pets. The resort claims these are all hotels.com issues. No matter who dropped the ball, we felt tricked. As much as we really enjoyed the property, we will not return due to the pet fee. Our two very small dogs who do not shed and do not have accidents inside leave less of a mess than other people's children.
