I paid for a king suite with a jacuzzi, next thing you know when I arrive the jacuzzi isn't working. The room was a bit dirty as you can see signs it was a rushed cleaning job, the shower only had cold water so I had to take bird baths out the sink since it was the only thing with hot water in my room. The heater/ac stinks when blowing out air, and randomly the water got shut off for 1 hour and 30 minutes completely when I had a date scheduled and needed to shower. I'm never coming here again.

The bathtub was dirty, no cups or tissue, the bed was supper hard, the spread was heavy to point of being painful. No lights in the bathroom.

Internet was slow but doable. Parking is a bit tight. So hopefully they will redo the angles of the parking spaces.

The service is terrible, and the Expedia app is awful because I made a reservation, they sent me a confirmation, and when I arrived at the place, they said they had no confirmation and left me without a place to spend the night, even though I booked well in advance. It's crazy.

Room, bed was disgusting, smelled awful. We refused to stay there. We left and went next door to a Motel 6 and it was like day and night difference. The guy showed us 5 rooms and no dice. Cops were in the parking lot when we pulled in. Old and raggedy.

There is no where on the site that this hotel requires cash deposit only , it even says that “credit cards are accepted”. The front desk person was harassing me to give cash deposit. I felt unsafe and unwelcome , I stayed for the night and it was disgusting and dirty in my room I had to check out early and loose out on the money I spent for the second night . I would kindly like a refund if for the night if possible, it felt like a hostile environment and didn’t felt safe . This hotel should be removed from Expedia to prevent others from experiencing what I did .

Needs professional cleaning company

Front desk clerk was very helpful. The room was decent but, the chair in the room had a couple of stains on it. The towels were dingy. There was only one face rag when I checked in and it looked like it had been used to wipe up oil. The dry towels were not too much better. Had them replaced and the replacements were not as dingy, but one towel had two lip stick stains. UNBELIEVABLE!!

Felt like a prison

Dirty dirty dirty. Rooms smelled the floor sticky i fell sorry for people who book hear.

Bed was very hard. Toilet didn't flush, had to manually fill the reservoir after every use. Every trash can on the property was overflowing!

At first it was okay, but I didn't like how noisy the neighbors are in the night, especially in the morning. Definitely will not come back to stay in a ghetto environment, even when it comes to people who smoke.

Wont stay there again

The initial check in was smooth and quick. But then the room is dirty. The towels are stained and brown. The ac is so loud we can't even have it on because we can't sleep. The fridge did not work but the manager did replace it. There's gnats flying around. I will never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here. The only nice thing is I haven't seen any roaches thank God.

I requested non smoking but clearly someone was smoking in there. The sheets & blankets smelled nasty. Better maintenance and cleaning is needed. The area around the hotel was the only nice thing.

I REALLY LOVED MY STAY AND THE ROOM HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. THE DESK MANAGER NAMED GARY WAS ALWAYS ATTENTIVE AND POSITIVE AND HELPFUL WITH ANYTHING I NEEDED OR QUESTIONS. I LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING AGAIN AT SUCH A GOOD PLACE WITH THE BEST OF RATES!

First on the website, it clearly states that a $100 damage deposit MAY be required. Key word; MAYBE. When you get there you will be forced to pay a $100 Damage deposit IN CASH. Don’t have the cash on you? The desk will gladly point you to a ATM machine next to the front desk to get it - THEY WON’T ACCEPT a credit card. The room advertisement says that there’s a washer/dryer in the unit. Guess what? No washer/dryer in the unit. Oh, and you rented the room with the jacuzzi costing $140 rather than the $83 unit? No problem EXCEPT that you can’t fill it since the tub stopper doesn’t work. It also has hair in the tub drain. So you report it to the hotel manager - who says he needs to report it to the boss. You also report it to EXPEDIA. Both EXPEDIA and the manager claim it will be fixed the next day. Guess what? The manager claims he called a plumber who of course didn’t show up. He then try’s to fix the stopper issue with 2 new stoppers which don’t work. Want hot water for showering? Simple. Turn on the water for 10 minutes and you’ll get your lukewarm water if you’re LUCKY. And pray there’s no fire. Why? Because the room doesn’t have a smoke alarm as required by law. IN SHORT, failure on EVERY level

The refrigerator without the mountain, so it must’ve been specifically made for that type of operation the bathrooms and everything look like they had been recently refurbished. The place was in really great shape and it was no better person to take care of anybody than the guy at the front desk key and Aaron for me all day long back-and-forth. To Cord for my phone because I brought me I took the card cause I’m gonna stay there again. The next time I go.

While the physical condition of the bed was pretty hard and the sleep was so-so, the folks running the place were 10/10 accommodating when it came to some emergency plan changes. They did everything they could to make a stressful situation smoother

The hotel was unkempt and dirty, the towels in the room always had bad smells and stains.

Aside from the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke (asked for non-smoking room), the uncomfortable bed, and generally dirty room, the person next door was yelling all night and started breaking things in the room and outside of the room. This went on until about 630am, when I could finally get uninterrupted sleep. I was there with my 7 yo daughter ans felt very unsafe. She said it was trashy and I agree with her.

That’s the dirtiest place i ve ever seen. Yellow pillows, stained towels with hair in it. Soon as i checked in i ve checked out. They had trouble refunding the transaction. They refunded money on a different card but i still didnt receive it. Stuff tried his best to find me a better room but i was already disappointed with the cleanliness

Unfriendly, no breakfast not even coffee

The room was horrible. I thought Travelers Inn was a reputable place to stay. The first sign was when I turned on the TV and PORN was showing. Thank God we did have kids with us. The room also had a 3-drawer dresser that the doors was falling apart. The bathtub i wouldn't bath my dog in. It had graffiti on the door of the bathroom as well as the dresser. This place is a hour to hour hotel that are found in Prostitute areas. After seeing the room i went and told them we were leaving they would not give me a refund saying it was nonrefundable. There was no way I was going to stay there for 2days, so we still left losing are $272. Please remove this place of your list so no one else would get the shock of their life. I have never experienced anything like this all my 63 years of living.

The manager that checked us in was very helpful n kind . He did everything to make our stay a perfect one . We booked it cause it was close to Sofi Stadium 4 miles away The motel area had Lots of eating places , groceries stores all around and it’s walkable too

We were only given two bath towels and one hand towel all were dirty and stained. Tenants were smoking Marijuana. Shady people coming around at night.

Room smelled like cigarette smoking Kenzie to previous customer smoking in a ,”No Smoking” room. Amd shower towels were stained with black spots and shower was dangerously slippery causing difficulty to shower with no hand rails .

I didn't like that they said it was wifi available and there was no wifi at all. Any work I needed done on my laptop, I had to wait until I got to work. Also, I paid online for my time staying there. After 3 weeks, you have to check out for a day then you can check back in. Im currently looking for a place to call home. Until then, I am staying in hotels. The owner has a paper in the office saying 21 day policy. Never seen it until my 21 days . So I quickly had to find somewhere else to stay. That should also be put online so that people who live in hotels will know that.And lastly, you have a $100 deposit that you have to put down. I knew nothing of that either, so atbleast I only had to pay a $40 deposit. Good luck everyone!!!!

Don't expect much here and bring your own soap, etc. as they provide bare minimum ie. soap dispenser that is empty. Also, the ice machine was broken and looked like it has been for a while. This was a major inconvenience since the fridge's freezer wasn't sufficient so even buying ice wasn't an option. Also, I didn't see where it said when making the reservation that I'll need cash for the deposit. Not cool!

Shower didn’t work, jet tub didn’t work, shelves held together by duct tape, hangers are free ones from department store. The mattress should have been replaced a long time ago, it was nothing but hard spots and dips - very uncomfortable. And that was all in their best suite. Everything is so obviously done to the bare minimum and with no care. The only positive was the room seemed to be reasonably clean. They also demanded a $60 cash only refundable deposit, which I did get back, but weird, why cash only?

The motel is clean and housekeeping maintain the room clean and replace all towels and cup.My only bad opinion is that their wifi is so bad that i cant do much of my work due to very slow and often poor connection of the wifi

I normally enjoy staying at this establishment but this last time there was issues with everything from checkin to almost checkout. Room 219 is NOT one of their better rooms. Not only did the TV screen have color distortion severly, I got bug bites on my neck and arms both nights. Then a group of drunks checked in next door at 3am loud and falling against the walls. As I said get if you get there early for a nice room your good. Always bring your own bedding and towels.

There was a roach in the bathroom.

They did accept only $20 cash for deposit instead of their stated $40, but plenty of places don't charge one at all even when posting "$100 cash deposit required". This small family is doing their best, but they need to improve housekeeping and get their televisions to work.

I had trouble with my key opening up the door and it was extremely hot 99 degrees I had to travel upstairs twice with all my luggage. Overall I had a decent stay no complaints other than the key not working the first time and suspect people hanging around the hotel drug sells possibly.

There was no one in the front office when we were checking in we were standing there for 30min before anyone can to help. There was a fee that wasn't told to Us the people wret rude about it it wasnt a very good stay

Pest problem on my last visit

Overall, the place was clean. Unfortunately, we had terrible neighbors. They were loud, banging the walls, and shouting. Did not enjoy a good night’s rest.
