We’ve stayed several times on our way south and had a good experience. This time was disappointing. The shower was full of black mold. The tub had a ring and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was hair in the tub as well. We also had to deal with neighbors slamming their door all evening. The front desk was helpful in dealing with the noise issue. However, we probably won’t come back again.

Staff was extremely helpful. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean. Decor was a little dated. The chair in the room was really beat up and needed to be replaced. There was a weird odor that smelled almost like ozone and smoke when we arrived. We opened a window to air it out, but wasn't ideal. There isn't many options for food nearby.

The areas around the facility are less than inviting. I will not return, Best Western puts their name on the facility and allows the owner to operate the facility in a disgusting manner. Do not stay here!!!

Even though I had checked in on-line and provided all the information, I was still asked for all of it at check-in. The staff person was very difficult to understand.

Quiet. Free parking. Nice selection for breakfast. Conveniently located next to the interstate however far enough away to not hear all the interstate noise. Great value for the money.

The beds were wonderful, the floors were DIrty, obviously minimal cleaning. The grounds were awful, weeds, not mowed, smelled in hall and room, the tv was hard to change channels because of some weird antenna they had hooked up, did have large selection on tv thou. I will not stay there again, was quite disappointed.

Kind of remote area. Room was very spacious with comfortable beds. Nice big refrigerator. Bathroom around the tub was a little dirty. All in all, I would stay there again. Loved the murals on the walls in the rooms!

Stop at this hotel while traveling through, it’s very clean and check in was easy. Bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly. It’s also easy on and off back to the interstate.

We booked two rooms for my daughter’s graduation. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The front my desk was always manned by friendly and helpful employees. Breakfast was what you would expect with fresh fruit and good coffee (and other options). Overall much better than I expected.

Didnt really like anything. The beds weren't comfortable. The bath water had a yellow tint to it. The bathtub spout was broken. Wish i got a picture of what outside my window looked like. Staff told me they didn't have a daily housekeeping had to go to the front desk if I wanted fresh sheets. I paid for 2 night's since it was through a 3rd party couldn't get a refund when i checked out a day early. Wouldn't recommend to anyone drive the extra 30 minutes to Bloomington

Hotel was fine, our room was on the first floor by the entrance and was pretty loud. A/C filter needed changed, there was a wet dog smell in the room because of it.

Never even checked in after booking online, decided I wasn’t comfortable staying, after numerous attempts to contact not only have they not refunded my week booking but they somehow have managed to charge me an entire additional week with yet not refund!!

The staff was great. Something should be done to ensure pet owners clean up after their pets in the outside areas. I couldn’t let my dogs run because it was so bad.

There was a used wash cloth over the shower head which would seem to indicate the shower had not been thoroughly cleaned. It was hard to understand desk clerk with his accent and no receipt was furnished at check-out.

No coffee was an issue this time. Caffeinated coffee not working at breakfast. Staff 1st didn't understand, then could not fix problem. Also, coffee maker in room not working -- power light on, but "brew" just caused some gurgling.

The room was comfortable, but it was run down. It did not feel like a safe location to me. The extra lock on the door (it takes the place of a chain) was broken.

Very excellent stay. The motel was very clean, maintained, and updated. Lisa was very friendly and helpful when checking in. We will stay here again when back in the area.

Ours was a later evening stop while traveling. Hotel was not busy. An average hotel that met our expectations. We had a good nights sleep and hit the road before the breakfast due to an incoming storm.

Bad breakfast with moldy egg biscuits. Limited selections. Bathroom was original to this motel, OLD with no update. The tub was cracked, filthy, moldy, unsafe. I wish I could share the photos. Why refurbish the room and not the bath????? Went without on this day. Good price, good location, good staff, recently updated.

My stay was convenient, facility was clean, at first I thought the washer and dryer available was a nice touch, but then a patron put bulky items in it and the noise was bothersome. Other patrons were loud as well, yet that is no fault of the establishment. Would stay again, but perhaps see if there is a room further away from the washer and dryer.

Did not get the best service from the staff. They weren't horrible, but I did feel uncomfortable when the desk person came out and watched us unload our car, and they talked about how much money they were making off people trying to stay out of the bad weather. There were suprise fees. We asked for a late check-out, and any other place has always granted it when we have asked, but this one said no, even though we were one of the only guests that night. The room was not very clean. There was a used washcloth in the shower left from the previous guests, and the floor was sticky. Shower shoes are necessary. We will not be staying here again.

We had an employee stay at this hotel for one night on 10/29/24. The employee was asked to make a $50 deposit for the room in case of incidentals or damage which is fine however, when our employee asked to get his $50 returned the front desk man had to inspect the room. After inspection of the room the front desk told him he would not be getting his refund back due to the fact that he had slept in both beds. What??? This is so absurd and ridiculous. I have never in my life seen a hotel not give a deposit back because someone had slept in both beds. If you paid for a hotel room, you should be able to lay in both beds if you want to. Also, is this hotel not changing sheets on both beds if one is not used? That is disgusting as you really do not know what is done in a room. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. The front desk staff is rude and ridiculous. Stay far away from this hotel at all costs.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Our dog was welcome

Our room was clean. Checkin was fast and efficient. The only complaint we had was noise above us. There was constant running sounds most of the evening. We loved the concept of full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The body wash was broken off the shower wall but it still worked. I just don't want to be blamed for the breakage. The lotion bottle was either empty or broken.

its fine for a place to sleep for one night, max I would stay here is 2 nights. the room was clean. The bathroom was kind of awful, with the cheap plastic tub. It was about half price of the other hotel next to it which is the main reason why I chose it. Still felt overpriced for the location and the type of hotel, but the lady at check in said it was parents' weekend at ISU, so I think prices were up everywhere.

The room bedding was clean, as well as surfaces like counters and tables. However, the floors looked as though they were cleaned but not throughly as the corners had dead bugs and dust. There was rust in the tub - we opted not to bath or shower. It was fine for the stop over we were doing for the night, but I would not have been happy with a lengthy stay due to the age of the plumbing.

It full filled our need for the night - clean rooms with microwave and fridge, comfy beds, and a breakfast that included Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches! Right off the highway too, so easy to get back on the road.

Very dirty. We shifted the bed so we could move it against the wall and the amount of dirt, food, dead bugs, etc was so disgusting. We had to lay blankets on the ground to walk. Do not stay here if having breakfast is important to you. Nothing edible.

The pet fee was $15, which is a little cheaper than other hotels. Offered a nice breakfast: breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, yogurt cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juice, coffee. We stay here often as a stopping point between Minneapolis and Indianapolis (where we have family). It's a nice little town to checkout as well.

The property was adequate for a nights stay while traveling. We arrived after midnight and left the next morning.

Main entrance door was stuck every time. The room door was stuck every time. No TV guide. Shower was missing safety bar.

We had a great stay. The hotel prices in Bloomington proper were too high. Le Roy is a little bit east. The breakfast was extra good for being "continental". Breakfast sandwiches were a nice bonus. Pancake maker, pastries, and all the normal selections. The receptionist was most helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The tile in the bathroom was all broken and shifted when you walked on it. The rest of th RV room was very clean and kept up but the broken tiles are a danger I feel. Room 115. The bathroom itself ok with cleanliness.

Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. I was not permitted to change rooms to avoid the smoke and was told to "just open a window". It was 40 degrees and they then wouldn't give us extra blankets. Then they billed me $100, claiming that I was the smoker.
