Great location!
- 5/5
Location, location, location! This property is centrally located to (almost) everything! Walkable to everything in central Leavenworth and across the street from the free shuttle service. The room is perfect for a family or friend group. The balcony overlooks all the action and is a great spot to people watch, drink morning coffee, and view the lights. Bonus, you get two parking spots so no need to pay for parking.
- 5/5
The location was excellent. Walked right outside and into the center of everything. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room. The shower was very large. The room was very quiet and you didn't hear any noise from the outside. Nothing, this was exactly as described and we not disappointed in the facility or the location.
- 5/5
Clean room. Cool aspect to be above a store and be able to look out over the area. Loved the balcony. Good bed, bathroom, glassware and so forth. Would stay here again for sure.
- 4.5/5
Bad parking.
- 5/5
Room was clean, amenities were pleasant, self-check in was smooth and easy.
- 5/5
Loved that you check in online. You receive a code to the main door and to your room. There are only three rooms at the property. Ours overlooked Front Street. Super nice room. Great location.
- 5/5
Wonderful location.
- 4/5
Location and quality of the apartment. Parking was easy to find. Close to Wenatchee for the jet boat tour. Water pressure was low in the shower.
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Awesome room location and view/balcony. Parking is a little rough, but considering the location, understandable. Would love to have this room at Christmas.
- 5/5
Location to people watch is unbeatable
- 5/5
We went for an anniversary trip and this place was great right in the middle of all the action but still very quiet. This was our first time in Leavenworth, and we loved it we will defiantly be going back and will book this room again.
- 5/5
Everything about this was great! Clean, really nice inside, easy directions and check in, great staff! Thank you so much!
- 5/5
2nd time staying here and both stays were excellent!
- 5/5
This was an amazing place. Our suite had two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a full kitchen. Beautiful place. The view was amazing from the balcony and is right on the main street. Will definitely be going back.
- 5/5
Great location one chair or luggage stand would be a nice addition. This room faces the back alley.
- 4/5
Love the location love the room The park was under construction and no Christmas light were on:(
- 5/5
This place was AMAZING.! I will definitely be booking a stay here again
- 5/5
There is no front desk. Could not check in early.
- 5/5
Perfect location!
- 5/5
Very clean, comfortable and great location.
- 4/5
Unusual hotel, there isn’t really a front desk and it’s more like an V R B O. All in all it was a great location and good price for the area. The only small issue was some trash that was swept into the corner and forgotten. Not a big deal but just a small detail overlooked.
- 5/5
Wonderful 2b 2ba condo central to all the action in downtown leavenworth. Will be staying here again.
- 5/5
This place was just as described, clean, beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly want as well as amazing guest services. Having two large rooms with their own baths in the center of everything was such a treat and the balcony on the top floor was the perfect icing on the cake of our stay!!! 1000 stars too all of you ?? Absolutely nothing!!
- 4/5
Great location very nice place to stsy
- 5/5
Great location, very comfortable and clean
- 4.5/5
Clean property, great location, comfortable. The parking video was confusing for people who are new or inexperienced in Leavenworth. I think a better way to communicate parking would be to provide a pin or an address for the parking lot or say “it is behind restaurant X”….the video was too hard to follow. A pin and a landmark would be sufficient. It was a stressful entry but everything else was great.
- 5/5
An amazing place for the family or 2 couples. The place was clean, well-pointed and so convenient to what is happening on Front Street in Leavenworth. Self check in was a breeze, parking is available for 2 cars. Full kitchen was a huge bonus. Air conditioning worked extremely well when the temp reached the high 30's Celsius outside. Beds were comfortable. Pull out couch was nice for our youngest. The little balcony outside with a pair of bar chairs were great for people watching. I really don't have anything negative to say. We will return.
- 5/5
Parking is far from hotel a bit, if handicapped.
- 5/5
Great place in a great location! Easy process from check-in to check-out. Definitely recommend Alpen Dorf Pension.
- 3/5
Very odd. There is no front desk. They allegedly sent me door code and room code to my email. After numerous calls finally reached somone at 830pm to let us in. I booked via hotels.com so on 3rd of 4 nights they locked us out because they said they didn’t have my credit card. Because I paid Hotels.com. Don’t expect room service ever. So you have to use same towels over again. Very odd and weird. Only 3 rooms. Walk up stairs. No elevator
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay. Balcony overlooking the square is great for people watching.
- 5/5
Was a very enjoyable stay for the wife and I .
- 5/5
I was meeting someone there so it would have been nice to have another parking spot. I did not know who to contact to ask about that. All and all, a great experience.
- 5/5
Very clean place. In the heart of downtown. Everything walking distance. Loved everything about it.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and we will be back!
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
Perfect, central location. Very spacious and clean, with great amenities.
- 5/5
This place is beautiful, right in the center of it all!
- 5/5
I almost don’t want to post this and let the secret out about how wonderful a spot this place is. It’s about a 2 minute walk from everything… I didn’t take any pictures because it was exactly as pictured. The bed was so comfy and we used the jetted tub too.
- 5/5
Loved the scenery from the balcony!
- 4/5
The stay was great. It was a bit disappointing with having a 4pm check in and the room wasn’t ready until 4:30pm with a strict checkout time. Also they have a smart TV but it doesn’t connect to the internet so bring a device if you want to stream anything. The shower had zero water pressure so that was a bummer but it was a jetted tub so a long bubble bath was nice. Lots of homemade bath bombs in town too. We went for our anniversary weekend and it was cozy, clean and comfy. The fireplace made the whole weekend vibe! It was quiet too, we didn’t hear any neighbors!
- 4.5/5
Very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, plenty of towels, and absolutely best location and view! Highly recommend and will be staying at this location again. only recommendation it might be time to replace the two living room chairs
- 0.5/5
Location Not cleaned. No chair and no table. Too small.
- 5/5
Very easy to find, they have a parking video to help you know where your designated parking spot is which is very helpful. Prime location in downtown.
- 5/5
Wonderful place to stay, right in the heart of everything
- 4/5
This was a great property if you’re looking to spend a lot of time right in the heart of Leavenworth. We enjoyed the freedom of keyless checkin and the transparency of parking. Parking is always terrible downtown and we appreciated the reserved parking spot. We didn’t know which room we booked until after booking, our room faced the alley and had a view of the hospital and dumpsters. Which was fine but would have been nice to know ahead of time. The small kitchenette had everything we needed and the jetted tub was a great amenity. Would definitely stay again but would probably book directly through the property for a front facing street view room instead.
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean and great location.
- 5/5
Wonderful location with an awesome balcony for enjoying scenic views. Beds were comfortable and overall space was great. The parking video was much appreciated. We would stay here again!
- 5/5
It was a wonderful room with an incredible location! We will be back for sure!!
- 5/5
It was nerve racking to wait on room code info when traveling. But when I called they were very helpful. And allowed us early entry into the building. Which was really cool
- 5/5
Fabulous spot!
- 4/5
Our stay was absolutely wonderful with the exception of checkout. The elevator wasn’t working and we were on the 3rd floor. We had to make several trips to get our items downstairs so it was extremely inconvenient.
- 5/5
The location was awesome! The place was gorgeous and clean. No closets
- 4/5
The property is beautifully renovated and decorated. Location couldn’t be better! Showers don’t work very well. Emailed and texted the property three times before our visit to ask questions and never got a response.
- 2/5
I was unaware that this was a total self-service rental. No Housekeeping, no on-site attendant. Entry was from a rear alley that was under construction and surround by garbage bins with only a small sign to indicate the entry door. The room was large, clean, but rather cheaply furnished. Communication was via text and responses were slow.
- 5/5
Great place at a great location. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
location not a 1 bedroom as advertised, it’s a studio.
- 4/5
Great location. We were able to walk everywhere in down town. The room was comfortable, and having the kitchenette was nice. We hab a problem with our toilet overflowing. We called the after hours help line and no one answered. It was fixes early in the morning when they got the messages we left, but we had a flooded bathroom for the night. There were noisy children in the room next door, running up and down the hall early in the morning.
- 5/5
We really loved the size and the beauty of the room - the porch was really enjoyable as well- and the location was awesome- fave was the fireplace :)
- 5/5
My wife and I booked the Phyllis June room for a weekend getaway in Leavenworth. The room was excellent- very clean, cute faux fireplace, convenient little kitchen area and a jetted bathroom tub. The location of Alpen Dorf was perfect since we could easily walk to downtown restaurants where we enjoyed crab linguini at Visconti's and salmon at The Watershed. Short drive into Cashmere for antique shopping and Wenatchee was close by for other dining options- Sage Hill Bakery was excellent!! As was Lemolos. Had a wonderful stay, would do again.
- 5/5
It was great!
- 5/5
The most romantic stay in Leavenworth!
- 5/5
sizeable, tastefully decorated room. Very comfortable and quaint. Con: Parking, but understandable given the location.
- 5/5
Of almost everything. Be sure to watch parking video ahead of time, very helpful and important. This is a no host hotel. .
- 3/5
Hard to get ahold of property owners. We sent a message but never got a response to a request once we had paid.
- 5/5
I loved this boutique hotel! We spent a lot of time in our room because it was so relaxing and cozy. I will definitely be staying here again in the future if it’s available!
- 5/5
Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable room directly across the city center during October fest.
- 5/5
Everything!
- 5/5
A couple other things we thoroughly enjoyed were the kitchen and fireplace. The only thing that i would change, would be the bed frames. The corners stick out a bit too far and we both banged up our legs walking around the bed. Very, very comfortable mattress though. Got a great nights sleep every night. We enjoy our morning coffee and would recommend a small folding tray or table for the balcony so you can set your coffee on while enjoying the view and the music from the gazebo across the street.
- 5/5
Super clean, renovated, did I mention super clean, and right in the heart of front street. There is no housekeeping so keep that in mind. The only down fall, you can hear everything going on in the room next to you. Outside of that one issue, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
- 5/5
Incredible space for couples looking for a relaxing getaway in the heart of Leavenworth. The remodel is beautiful, you can tell care was put into it. Parking isn’t right next to building but there a load and unload zone which made it easy. We loved looking out over the town at night. Would definitely come back again!
- 5/5
Such a cute little unknown place. Only 3 rooms in the property so it’s very cozy and they are located right in the heart of the downtown area on the 3rd floor above shops and restaurants. We stayed in the Bonnie Linnea room which has a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street way and just across from the Maypole. The balcony isn’t advertised and a bit hard to tell in the pictures on the listing but it’s really lovely. The room’s decor is very new, beautiful, and comfortable. Room is large with kitchenette and living room space and fireplace. Bed was very very comfy.
- 5/5
Best place to stay in Leavenworth! The view from the balcony is spectacular!
- 5/5
Located right in the center of the block amid all that you would want to see. Beautifully appointed room with all of the amenities that you would need. You are just steps away from shops, restaurants, brew houses, and more. Hear a alpine tuba band playing right across the street from where you are staying. Our 3rd floor room was accessible by elevator. We had a balcony overlooking the street with it's beautiful floral displays. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
- 5/5
Located in the heart of Leavenworth. Recently remodeled. Beautiful!!! Designated parking spot a short walk away.
- 5/5
The balcony over looking town was amazing.
- 5/5
The room is cery clean and updated! Best view being on front street across from the park!
- 5/5
Location!
- 5/5
Can’t ask for more
- 4/5
In the middle of this tourist town, so we got a fair amount of street noise at times. But very convenient if you want to stroll around Leavenworth. Parking and room access were simple once you get the system. A pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Had a great stay! Love the location and the room was wonderful too.
- 5/5
The location of this property could not be beat. It was very clean and the checkin process was very easy. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
- 5/5
Stayed in the Annie Alma Balcony Suite. The balcony overlooks Front Street Park. Very nice location. Easy parking. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
What a lovely place! Its convenient to shopping, entertainment, parking. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore this Bavarian area.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Right in the heart of downtown. Easy to get to, easy to find. Parking was in a nice, out of the way area. Room had everything we needed. The single downside was I wish the water in the shower was hotter.
- 5/5
Great place! Perfect Location!
- 5/5
The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious! This trip it was just my husband and i but we could have easily brought our two boys and would have been comfortable. There is a sofa that turns into a bed. The bathroom was huge. We didnt get a chance the test the jetted tub but that was a nice feature. Beautiful fireplace! Loved the mini kitchenette area.
- 5/5
The room was very comfortable and a good location facing Front st.
- 5/5
The room was wonderful!! The location was perfectly convenient, the size of the Annie room was very spacious, and the full kitchen with all amenities was excellent! My only recommendation would be the possibility of a full length mirror? Otherwise we will definitely be staying here our next trip!
- 5/5
LOVED THE ROOM< LOCATION, & LEAVENWORTH!
- 5/5
Excellent location. Right in the heart of Leavenworth with a view of everything ❤️
- 5/5
Right down town
- 5/5
This is a cute little gem in the heart of Leavenworth. do not be discouraged by the outward appearance of the entrance off the back alley. Once you get inside, the room is clean, and well appointed. there is a very comfortable bed, and sofa, a fully stocked kitchenette with a small fridge... The bathroom was great! I've stayed in hotel rooms that weren't half as nice for twice as much. We normally travel with our RV, but if we return to Leavenworth without it again, this will be where we stay. excellent value for the money.
- 5/5
The property was amazing and so was the service. Due to lighting festival parking was tough to get to but we were able to get in and park after some time. The parking was lovely.
- 5/5
Our room was amazing, very clean and we had a very relaxing 2 night stay. My husband was very impressed by the size of the room and the view of the Christmas lights were beautiful outside our balcony. We will definetely stay here again !!!!!
- 5/5
While the room was very nice, the location was the best thing about this property.
