There’s a stop for the bus downtown. Avoid the parking fiasco! Super convenient!

Hotel was very nice and affordable. We had a big groups and booked 5 rooms. Rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nice. Something for everyone. Pool and hot tubs were well maintained and a great way to end the day.

The hotel was clean, with easy parking, good breakfast and amenities like to go free breakfast and a bag of ice to go. The location was great, walking distance to Leavenworth shops and across the parking lot from Safeway. Even though it was just off the highway it was quiet and we didn’t hear any noise.

Staff were really helpful and provided some local knowledge for things to do as a family. Room and pool we're both well maintained. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel was very clean and the hot tub was wonderful for our after hike aches! There were some very loud frogs outside our window, but put on a noise machine which took care of it. Overall, conveniently located and easy parking.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast had something for everyone to eat, excellent. Food preparer kept food counter clean. Only drawback was, no ice machine on 1st floor, had to take elevator to 3nd floor. Location to downtown Leavenworth was 1 minute.

Hotel is located at the end of town right next to Safeway. It’s actually in a really nice area, not crowded and has a beautiful mountain view. There is a shuttle right across the street that takes you into town. Just plan ahead because the last shuttle back to the hotel is at 7 PM. I guess they have a limo and taxi service that is available, but we hopped on one of those electric bicycle petty cabs, which was really cool. Check in was easy staff was really nice. They have a cool mini snack area with drinks and stuff. They have an indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Price of the room was steep, but I guess it is Leavenworth and it was a holiday weekend. Overall worth it. Definitely will stay again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Helpful staff.The breakfast was nice.It's clean and it looks well maintained.My husband liked the swimming pool and the hot tub.It is just a little further from the downtown. Fortunately there is a free bus to downtown just behind the hotel. We would come back.

The Hampton Inn in Leavenworth WA. was very nice. The hotel was very clean both inside and out. From the time you walk in through check out all of the staff was so pleasant and always ready to help. The breakfast was hot and tasted great. It would have been nice if they would have had bacon, but maybe they rotate the meats and we were there on a sausage day. (nothing wrong with the sausage, just my wife prefers bacon) We did not get a chance to use the pool and hot tub but looked very nice. Can't wait to stay there again.

Good location, easy walk into Leavenworth, plenty of parking. Free bottled water included. The rooms at the rear a close to US-2 so were a bit noisy at times.

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Beautiful area and we got to see an elusive bobcat on the beach.

The dining was not very good. The staff was excellent, but the food choices were terrible.

Our room was very nice but we were kept awake for several hours due to very noisy and annoying guests in another room. We did not get much sleep.

Awesome!! It’s nice the deposit is only $25 rather than a hundred or two hundred. Nice room. Love the greeting on the tv with my name on it. Pool/hot tub was nice. Not too far from town either. I liked that it had a shuttle although we didn’t use it.

Great stay! The entire property is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. They even have complementary pre-packed sack lunches to grab-and-go on your way out if headed for a hike. Zero complaints. Would happily stay again if in the area.

I did like the bagged breakfast. I really liked the muffins and selection of fruit and a piece of candy with a water. This made my day. It was nice to have this while working outside in the heat of the day. Time limit on the pool and exercise room. I liked to exercise when I can't sleep at night it helps me to fall asleep quicker.

The free breakfast was perfect. The waffles were a hit with my kids and my husband. Entire property was clean, rooms comfy and we loved the location.

A lovely hotel on the edge of Leavenworth. It was cozy, quiet and comfortable. I would love to stay there again.

The outdoor hotel was dirty, the indoor pool was so chlorine suffocating that your eyes burned, and the beds where the worst I have ever experienced! My back and hips hurt so bad after just three nights. Never again will I stay here! The breakfast was also mid!

Front desk staff were unhelpful. We tried to notify them of a spill near the elevator but it was left for hours. We asked for a late checkout but they didn’t inform us that there would be a charge. We received a $22 dollar fee on our card days later. I called to explain that we were not told. They said there was nothing they could do. We’ll be staying elsewhere next time.

The friendly and accommodating staff at this hotel provided a stunning view and a spotless room. Breakfast was included from 6 am to 10 am, a great perk. We’d definitely stay here again if visiting Leavenworth. Plus, the hotel’s proximity to the village eliminates the need for driving.

Didn't use anything but my room, the elevators and breakfast area. It was all very clean and a good reminder as to why I shouldn't use other hotel chains that end up being a mixed bag of quality and cleanliness. Hampton Inn's have always been consistent for me. The front desk staff was great at all times. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up.

I had asked the desk staff on Saturday what would be two things not to miss while my husband and I were up there from Salem Oregon and they said the reindeer farm and the adventure park and they were both correct. We had a lovely day at both. The only thing I would suggest to make the stay better is possible a few more gluten-free items in the breakfast selections in the mornings.

At first difficult check-in, because of the Expedia third-party reservation. But the lobby front desk staff was very accommodating, took care of us and got us in a room right away and took care of the issue behind the scenes. Rooms were clean and comfortable the pool area was also clean and the kids had so much fun.

The room was in excellent condition, joylene at the front desk was so welcoming and engaging and she is not even the one that checked us in! (She helped us later on) and the lady checking us out was also so friendly. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was working hard to keep it full and clean. Plus the extra toothpaste was very appreciated. The hot tub was also really fun.

Swimming pool chlorine levels were off the charts. My kids and I were coughing our lungs out. They need to invest in some serious ventilation and high maintenance people.

Beautiful location in leavenworth, close to safeway. The room are so clean and spacious. The only thing i didn’t like is the breakfast, the egg is slimy. Overall we had a great stay.

The room had mold around the AC/heat unit. The water was out for 5+ hours. Had to sit in our swimsuits for hours waiting.

The young lady at the check in desk was fabulous. She was nice and helpful. I loved how happy she was. The big rock in the back parking lot was soooo Cool. My girls had so much fun exploring it. The outside hot tub needs repaired. It was cold outside and so was the hot tub. The breakfast was great. Plenty of room for all of us to sit and eat. Lots of yummy food.

Overall the stay was great! The boys loved the pool, the room was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The location is super close to downtown which was perfect because it wasn't in the middle of all of the noise but close enough to get to dinner reservations in 5 minutes. The only issue we had was with the bed. If you like a soft bed, this should be fine for you. If you like firm, you might be uncomfortable. Same for the pillows - we had a hard time sleeping and our neck and backs hurt in the morning. It could just be preference - hard to tell. Otherwise we loved it there!

We booked the hotel last minute but check-in with Hugo was quick and he was friendly. Rooms were nice and spacious and the hotel had amenities needed for the 2 of us, but good for families too!

Rooms were clean, the front staff were great and very helpful! We did use the hot tubs, one inside and the one outside. The pool was good! Breakfast was good--the area was clean, the staff stayed on top of the food and making sure the tables etc were cleaned and food kept full

Staff was all so wonderful, room was clean, outdoor hot tub was beautiful in the snow, breakfast was beyond what we expected and finally the shuttle to downtown Leavenworth provided so much value for us. As someone who has stayed on the main strip before, I would rather book here 100%. Will come back! 10/10.

I called to ask if power went out/ road closures/ safety issues if we would be compensated or let us change dates. I explained i had young child and its not safe to be in hotel without electricity… Front desk said no. Said too late in my contract. I said so if we are there and power goes out u wont refund because we will be forced to leave. The guy said we have candles and flashlights :( i told him too cold and he said thats how it os. I asked to speak to manager and manager completely disagreed. Said of course not. I was relieved but so disappointed that staff dint have the most basic accurate info to tell guests.

Hotels.com has not negotiated on our behalf to get this refund. Come to find out, the day of our arrival, all power was out in Leavenworth, Wa!

Staff were wonderful

We thought this hotel was great overall due to proximity to the grocery store, bus stop, and spa. However, the pillows were awful. We considered going somewhere in town to buy new ones. We stay at Hampton Hotels often and these pillows are the worst hotel pillows we've ever had. Beyond that, our stay was perfect.

The toilet didn’t work the whole time, my husband had to fix it for each flush, the front desk staff said they were the only ones on shift and could not help. We never got our room cleaned, extra towels or trash taken out at any point, and we stayed for 5 days. The rooms were so dark and outdated, and paid $425 a night. We would never stay here again!!

First of all, the woman at the front desk is AMAZING. If i remember correctly her name is Jolene? Sorry if i am mistaken but such a beautiful person! Free water at check in and as needed throughout. Coffee and tea too! We had a standard double queen but WOW. The room was spectacular. Best sleep and shower i have had in a hotel. Very comfortable for my family. Honestly with how busy the town was it was so great to come back here by the end of the day to relax. Will stay here every time no doubt.

The pool and jacuzzis smelled very strongly of chlorine. Overall, we were very comfortable. The bed felt too stiff at first but turned out we had a very restful sleep so it must not have been. We would highly recommend!

The room was very nice and all of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was fine, and what you would normally expect. The only problem for me was that I found the bed to be a bit hard. My wife did not agree and she slept fine. We would highly recommend.

Overall, the hotel is still in newer condition. Hallways carried noise. We heard people talking continually. The bed was just ok and noisy. The pillows are like rolled-up balls of paper. They were terrible. It was clean. Our room has a really nice layout.

The property was about the same as other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. TVs were a little hard to get used to.

We booked 2 rooms since we came with extra family members this trip. We were separated only because we brought our dog. I did appreciate being on the first floor with the dog so there wasn't a long trek to the grass. We met downstairs for breakfast, it was good so that everyone could eat what they wanted. The pool was closed for repairs for a few hours which was no big deal (except for the 5 year old, devastated! ). It is nice that the trolley stop is right outside the hotel as well so we could jump on (free) and head into town without paying parking fees. When we go back we will be staying here again.

The room was fine. Nothing fancy. Bath towels were stiff and fairly small. There were only a couple kleenex tissues and no replacement box. It was a tub and not a shower which makes it difficult when you're a senior. Zero view. Price was insane ($420) for what we received.

The hotel was above average. Had some cleanliness issues, but overall a positive experience. Convenience to downtown, nearby shopping and restaurants, and onsite amenities were all a plus.

Starbucks and Safeway next door

We LOVED this hotel, Had 2 nights here for a particularly hard trail we finally completed. Day 1 we got up really early (left at almost 5a) and hotel had to-go breakfast ready at lobby counter. (Nice little bag w a bagel , fruit , jelly , butter , some other snack) Was very impressed with how they took that extra step to take care of the guests. Slept great and morning 2 had the standard breakfast for guests. Excellent excellent stay. Loved it and definitely somewhere I’d purposely stay at again.

Newer property with nice pool and outdoor hot tub. Well appointed rooms, good AC in summer. Convenient to the bus line stop, walkable and free bus to downtown main area. Dont waste time and money trying to find parking downtown.

Friendly, clean, quiet and a nice surprise was to learn that they have your breakfast bagged and ready to go by 4:00 am, in case you planned an early hike start.

We stayed overnight before departing at 530am for the Enchantments thru hike. It was very comfortable and convenient. They even left out a brown paper bag breakfast since we were leaving so early.

We arrived in the middle of a holiday weekend, and while our room was a bit later than anticipated, the staff was extremely friendly. The room was nice and clean, with decent amenities. Great for a family.

The breakfast is great. The pillows and mattress were terrible. Put head on pillow and it goes flat to mattress. They aren’t good enough to donate. I would rather sleep on a blowup camping mattress. Our backs were in pain after two nights on their saggy mattress. Unfortunately had a third night reserved to suffer in Leavenworth. WA.

Beautiful little mountain town

Nice hotel in Leavenworth. Modern and clean. The free breakfast had the standard waffles, eggs, breakfast meat, oatmeal, cold cereal, danish, yogurt, coffee and juice. It was really nice. Enjoyed our stay will stay again.

Very convenient location. One of the bedsheets smelled like body odor. The front desk was wonderful. Very thoughtful and would make breakfast bags if you needed something to take with you on a hike and would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and airconditioned. The air conditioner is relatively quiet and the black out shades a nice touch. Beware the cleaning staff begins cleaning in full force at 9:30. Because of this we felt a little rushed to leave. Check out is at 11:00.

While this Hampton Inn is a bit outside the central tourist area, its location offers the convenience of a brand-new Safeway grocery store and fuel station right next door. There's also another new hotel being developed nearby. The primary downside of this hotel is the breakfast. The options are quite limited, though this seems to be a consistent theme across many Hampton Inns.

Only complaint is there is a lot of construction going on in the area and is loud and hard to navigate the parking lot. But everything else is fantastic

I booked a room for the 4th of July weekend with my husband and our two small dogs. We love that the hotel allows pets but unfortunately our dog found an ant trap and started to chew on it.

Our stay was wonderful. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was perfect for our overnight stay. Plenty of space and really comfy beds. Breakfast in the morning was good and I love the added touch of having coffee/tea available no matter what time of day or night it was. If I were to change anything it would be to have an outdoor pool that isn’t covered. However, there’s a river down the road! I would 10 out of 10 recommend staying here and I look forward to my next visit.

Asked to stay a little longer for check out due to being woken up by a barking dog from 6 am to 830 didn’t get much sleep and they gave us 30 mins the bathroom door would get stuck after shutting and struggle opening it after using the bathroom couldn’t figure out the power situation in the room or the tv or how to get to pool they did not do a ver good job at welcoming us letting us know stuff annoying

This was one of my most pleasant stays away from home. Everything was nice and clean, room was nicely furnished with plenty of room, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was excellent.

I could hear frogs singing me to sleep. Woke up refreshed.

We liked how complimentary all of the amentities were, including the pool, gym, and the wonderful breakfast options. Has a warm, country feel without the “busyness” of a big-city hotel, which we appreciated very much. Absolutely satisfied, will book again.

My 3rd time staying here. Absolutely love it.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn as a last minute trip for my husband’s birthday in Leavenworth. The hotel was great but the reason I have rated our stay a little low is because the beds were super uncomfortable and my husband and I woke up with painful backs. Also, when we had settled in the night, my son and nephew were laying in the bed next to us and got startled because a black bug was crawling in their bed. At this point, I hadn’t done checks for bed bugs. I called the front desk and they switched us to another room immediately. I was unsure of the type of bug but I only saw one in the room. Other than the bug, the complimentary breakfast was great, the pool and hot tub was a plus, and I like that safeway was behind the hotel. We also had an option to charge our car overnight (there is one charger) for no extra charges. Honestly, I probably would stay somewhere else only because I couldn’t really rest well and was paranoid about any bugs and the bed was very uncomfortable.
