Wrote up on my bike for the weekend, couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Comfortable room, great air-conditioning, friendly staff

The room was great! Planning to stay here again!

Didn't make the trip, but great service and support.

Great location, easy parking, and wonderful view.

I’d recommend they stock liquid creamer for coffee .. major upgrade for relatively low cost, I’d think. Powder creamer just seems like a cheap motor inn, which this hotel is not. It’s a lovely, great value, PNW hotel.

Felt like a recreated hotel in Bavaria. Great location, with parking just across street. All rooms on 2nd floor, and small shared deck in back. An elevator would be a great add.

Excellent hotel, and always. Just note that there is no elevator and you do need to go up one flight of steps with your luggage to get to the rooms. Not appropriate for those with mobility issues.

The location was nice. Enjoyed the view of the river and that it was very close to the center of town. We got accused of "wetting the bed" and were told we would have to pay $150 for cleaning this up. This was absolutely a lie. It was preceded by a phone call to find out when we would be leaving town and after about an hour from the time we told the manager we were leaving, we got a text making this accusation and demanding additional payment. We were very insulted at having this fabrication asserted about us, and then charged for something we didn't do. Fortunately, we had stopped to go antiquing about 20 minutes outside of town so were able to come back to town and confront the manager , Meagan Meredith, making the accusation. The charges were dropped. If this is how this hotel does business - to swindel people out of money based on false charges - this hotel is clearly one we would never recommend to anybody. I should also mention that as soon as we got the text charging us with this false claim we immediately requested that the bed not be cleaned so we could come back and view it. They said it was already cleaned. So then we requested that the sheets remain unwashed so we could at least see those. We were told they were already cleaned. When we arrived, we asked to see the room but was told that other people had already moved in. Therefore, there was absolutely no proof that this had occurred. which makes sense because it hadn't occurred. FYI, one of the people occupying this room is an award winning customer service rep at a Fortune 500 hotel/casino. She shared the bed with a (completely platonic) good friend (female) and they are both exceptionally clean people and neither have issues with bed wetting. Nor did we have a dog or a child with us.

Very nice front desk. Room, parking, and location were fantastic. A great choice to spend a vacation in the German town of Leavenworth

This was a wonderful stay. Perfect location, beautiful room. Incredible views. Can’t recommend enough.

Room was a good size, bathroom was up to date with good water pressure! Although, there were some air fresheners that we found unpleasant in the rooms, maybe finding an alternative could enhance future stays. Good AC and heat is a plus. The amenities leave a little to be desired. The sun deck was nice to have has a place to relax and was quiet and clean. The “ice machine” was just a freezer with bagged ice but it got the job done. When we stayed, the communal water cooler ran out of water so we went thirsty overnight. All in all, we would come back for the ease of stay and basic amenities.

I love the location, room and bed were fine. It was clean. Looked recently renovated. My room had a strong cleaner smell and I would have asked for another room. The person at desk left at 530 or so I could not. Guests have to use key at front door. I would have liked to know this before hand as a solo traveler. I feel in the event of a fire or issue with building itself it puts people at risk. Jacuzzi was nice but with no bars on the wall it was difficult to get out of it.

Convenient location. Room was spacious. Excellent water pressure. Being able to refill our water bottles was a plus. Would be nice if room has a mirror aside from the one in the bathroom.

Parking is very convenient. Staff so nice, everyone was very helpful and kind. Had a wonderful time. Sun deck is nice for a relaxing evening watching the river.

Lovely location, with convenient parking. The staff were very helpful BUT, and it was a big but for us- there is no elevator, and the stairs were steep and difficult for my husband. If you can handle stairs, this is a good choice. Also, there is no breakfast offered so be prepared to walk into town to get breakfast. There are lots of options but if you have mobility issues, this is difficult.

If you are checking in after the desk closes at 5 or 6 be sure you call ahead to get info on how to get in. That part was not easy.

this hotel is a true gem. Parking is right across the street from the hotel, and free. The view of front street is awesome, and the back deck overlooks the river. Great water pressure in the shower and super clean! Just the best stay ever.

Highly recommend getting a room with a jacuzzi and a king size bed for any couples looking to have a romantic get away and spend some qualitytime together. You will never regret picking this lovley hotel. The only potential negative I can force myself to conjure up is for people with mobility issues. All rooms are located on the second level so there is no elevator or wheelchair accessibility.

Parking was free, in the lot across the street from the hotel. The room and hotel were clean. There's coffee in the room. Bathroom was very nice. Staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel right on the Main Street. We had our two Bernese Mountain Dogs there for the Parade and the staff made everything very easy. We will stay there again.

Yes

This was our second stay here and was even nicer than our first! Both with dogs, and love the walkable convenience. Have yet to find time to enjoy the deck long yet but at least got to enjoy the view from it a moment on our short trip.

We loved it, they are dog friendly, with a 30 dollar per animal per day fee. There is no elevator but it is only 1 floor up. It was not a busy weekend when we were there.It met noisy when it's a little busy.But you can't beat the location

Beyond the noise, the room itself had several issues. The shower leaked, and it appeared the shower head had been patched with plumbers putty. The jacuzzi tub was dirty, which was especially concerning given that it’s a feature we specifically booked. The room also had a musty smell and felt quite dated. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and the condition of the room combined with the lack of immediate resolution made for an uncomfortable stay.

The view on both sides of this hotel is spectacular! Snow dusted mountains on one side and downtown on the other side. Either way, you win!

Very friendly staff with clear instructions if you check in after 5 or 6 depending on the season. Nice view of front street and easily access all the walkable businesses. Would stay at this location again.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were nice and the location was excellent. We will be back.

Rooms are clean and cozy.The location is great less than a block to Front street. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Lobby closes at 6pm, although we arrived shortly before 6pm we appreciated staff reaching out to explain how to access our room if our arrival time was going to be after 6pm. Rooms are a little small however worked for our overnight stay. Overall our stay was great and we would stay here again.

One of the best!!!!!!! Front desk even came outside to flag down the parking lot entrance in the rain, then asked if she could help me with my bags. They were so wonderful I wanted to cry. Room and price were perfect, also on main street.

Room was in the second floor, there is no elevator so those with mobility challenges have to go up about 40+ stairs!

Desk clerk helped this 70+ carry bag upstairs. Older property, no elevator.

Very spacious room, easy check in, designated parking. We were given extra time after check out to save the parking spot while we walked around to explore nearby shops. Will stay here again in the future.

The area is beautiful right outside the door or window, the location is ideal, right at the shops, restaurants, entertainment, river. Parking reserved in a lot right across from hotel. The person who checked us in was sweet and check in was a breeze. The room was the deluxe w the jacuzzi tub, and electric fireplace. It was huge, the tub was in a separate room by itself w a door, a little strange, not cozy but could be fun entertainment I guess. The room had a strange smell, like cleaner and dog and was overwhelming for me and I needed to open windows (no screens) and bugs came in but it helped, the building is old as should be expected and the floors are very creaky and are not level but not a big deal, the bed wasn’t very comfortable although I thought it felt soft, I just couldn’t get comfortable and the room was too warm (outside was less than 40f) and you can’t turn the AC below 70 or it said it would break so I turned on the fan and it helped a bit. There was water and a chest with ice in hall). It was a cute place, perfect location, and that was worth the price.

The hotel was lovely and the room and view could not have been better. One problem, all the rooms are on the second floor, which made for great views of the mountains, but there was not an elevator which made it problematic for an older person with a large suitcase. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. I would definitely stay there,again, but with smaller suitcases.

The room was nice and spacious. My only concerns were that I don’t recall being made aware at time of booking that all rooms were on 2nd floor with no elevator, also that the tile in our bathroom floor was very slippery. The desk agent acknowledged this and said it varies by room.

The staff is friendly, considerate and welcoming. The hotel itself is unique, the room we had (#2) was very nice but had 2 corridors within it and no bathroom counter space(but the bath itself was exquisite)! Be advised, you cannot pull up to the office and unload. Parking is in their private lot across a pedestrian street and no elevator, so be prepared to get your daily exercise. Overall it’s still an enjoyable stay .

The room was a mix of old and new but very well maintained. The staff was wonderful and I felt at home.

There is a microwave and refrigerator but only 1 chair. Our room was small-it was OK for 2 nights but expensive. Only 2 small drawers and a small rack to hang clothes. I would not recommend this for an extended stay.

Brought back such wonderful memories! I stayed here as a kid, and it was so special to come back again. Parking was conveniently located right across the street, which made unloading everyone’s luggage super easy. Just a heads-up—there’s no elevator—but the spacious two-bedroom more than made up for it. The bathroom was clean and updated, and the entire place was quiet and well kept. The staff were warm, attentive, and really added to the experience. One of the highlights was relaxing on the balcony, where we could enjoy the live music from the restaurant next door. Dancing with my love while the band played was the perfect ending to our stay.

Driving through for lunch and decided to stay in town- location is fantastic as it’s right on Main Street. Front desk girl was very sweet and it was clean and comfortable, rooms are on the smaller side and some upgrades to the building could be used but it was clean and the water pressure is wonderful! Perfect for a spontaneous night in Leavenworth!

Easy check in, great views from the deck, amazing people watching from the window seat. A dog bed and bones were provided for our dogs which made them feel special. Walking distance to everything.

Prefect spot to enjoy the town and not far from the riverfront park.

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was so spacious and the view of downtown Leavenworth was great. It is important to know there is no elevator so bringing luggage up a flight of stairs. We loved the deck that overlooks the river. The front desk folks were super helpful.

The room was small but comfortable. It was located in the middle of everything, on a pedestrian only street. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator.

The hotel is adjacent to the Bavarian-themed pedestrian district making for a nice morning or evening stroll. My room was very clean and neat and the view from the second-story sun deck was fantastic. Khrystyna, the hostess, was an absolute highlight - an exceptionally pleasant person who made every extra effort to ensure a great stay. I highly recommend the hotel and the staff

Perfect weekend getaway. We enjoyed being able to walk around town and retreat to our so convient room in the heart of town. Check in was easy and quick, staff was friendly and we where even lucky enough to check in early.

Booked the most expensive and supposed to be nicest option for vacation. However the jacuzzi that is there for us to use, which ie the reason it costs extra was unable to be used; the water while only a quarter of the way up the tub had dirt and otber things floating around the water

The stay was nice. It echoes in the building and you can hear people coming and going late in the night. That was the only disappointment. The staff is very nice and the rooms are comfortable.

Air conditioning was a bit of a challenge at nights with a heavy duvet and air conditioners that didn’t work below 70. We were roasting

Fantastic hotel close to central Leavenworth. Room and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. WIFI signal was strong. Stair access only. Parking across the street. Would definitely stay there again!

It’s a historic building, well equipped with all you need and very comfortable. The location is perfect to visit Leavenworth and do some shopping. We highly recommend it!

We have traveled to Leavenworth many times, and I can see why this place has always been booked out. This is the best place to stay in Leavenworth for value and access.

Right in the center of town.

We love staying in Leavenworth. This time we thought we would splurge and stay in town. We booked through Expedia and paid for a view of the city. Upon checking in later that night we found ourselves with a room with a small window facing the mountains. Although, pretty not what we paid for. The location of the hotel was convenient and nice. The room was a bit dirty, coffee cups still dirty and a half working refrigerator. The room was very small and bed was not comfy. The comfy Queen bed was more like a full. Would not pay to stay here again unfortunately!

Great location for spending a weekend in Leavenworth. The service was great and they even provided free and convenient parking, which isn't alwasy easy to find in that location. It's an older building and a bit quirky as a result, but I'd certainly stay here again.

This location is very convenient to downtown, so very walkable! That part was great. Unfortunately our bed was super firm so after 3 nights, we were both pretty sore. I fully acknowledge some people love a firm matress though.

I had a fantastic stay with my husband for our anniversary. The jacuzzi suite was spacious and comfortable. The bed was memory foam!! I have never had a hotel bed not be hard and uncomfortable, it was so comfortable!!! Lady at check in was so nice too. Highly recommend!

This hotel is amazing. It is right in Downtown Leavenworth so the location can't be beat. The rooms have very cute and thoughtful touches. I can't wait to go back.

Perfect location in the heart of town. Staff was great!! Just wish they had booked us into a room overlooking Front Street instead of the back of the hotel. Assumed when I book a room with view that they would. Especially considering I told them it was our anniversary. Maybe next time.
