Guests generally have a positive experience at this hotel, appreciating the cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast is often highlighted as a pro, although some guests have issues with the variety and quality of the food. The location is also a plus, with easy access to the highway and nearby restaurants.

The location, the cleanliness, the fact that it was pet-friendly! Would have liked a comfortable chair in the room. The closet was extremely small. I expected a little more for the breakfast.

The breakfast was subpar at best! Limited selection. Staff slow in replacing breakfast items. Could have had a better selection of food items. Coffee was too strong for my taste.

Great place to stay! Right next to an in and out!

Breakfast was good. It was not just cereal and stale bread. There were many options. I had a slice of bread with chocolate in it almost like pound cake. Very moist and tasty. Greek yogurt with strawberry compote available at brighten it up. I am sure you will be able to find something you will enjoy

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, wonderful room, easy parking
- 5/5
Large room, great breakfast!
- 5/5
Gorgeous hotel. Definitely recommend if you are in the area for a visit
- 1/5
They put me in the wrong room with the wrong shower so i was unable to take a bath so I think I should get a refund. Thanks
- 3/5
They never emptied the trash or picked up the dirty towels. Our bed was never made unless we made it ourselves. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly just no housekeeping service if you’re only gonna be there for the night, not an issue I would recommend it highly
- 3/5
The road outside was extremely load. Could hear revving engines and squealing tires all night long. The location was not good, but staff were friendly. Wish there were more breakfast options.
- 5/5
The staff at this location is what made it so wonderful especially the Tuesday morning staff. I almost missed breakfast coming down about 10 minutes to 9 and she made sure I didn’t feel rushed. The woman at the front desk was so pleasant to chat with and the tip on the strawberry cream cheese made my day. You have great staff, do whatever you need to retain them. I will be back next time as we come to this area 3x a year.

Checkin/out was simple. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Parking was excellent. The exterior and lobby were very clean and modern. The staff was friendly. The room was okay - it was odd that some parts of the room and hall corridors felt updated and some felt outdated. Breakfast was okay, but even though we were sitting down at 8am and there were only about 4 families there, most of the options were not stocked (maybe they just had a rush before we got there?). A gentleman did appear to be stocking as we were eating, but we had to eat and run and could not wait for more options. There was no hot water in the morning for a shower - it was lukewarm at best for a few minutes. There was some kind of karate tournament happening so families with small children were all around us - the people upstairs and next door were somewhat loud until about midnight and again early the next morning, but the hotel cannot help that. For it being the most expensive hotel right off the interstate, we did not feel that the nightly rate was worth it. Otherwise, the stay was overall fine - we were only there for one night.

Room smell like a sinking
- 3/5
The lady at check in did not want to get me assistance about getting my bags in. I told her I was handicap & she was not concerned! I asked for someone from maintenance & he happened to come around the corner & voluntarily helped me.
- 5/5
Very safe. Easy to find and checking in was fast and easy.b
- 4/5
Excellent room, parking easy, they missed cleaning our room the following day but other than that the stay was great
- 4/5
the room was clean, road noise was loud, we bought a fan to lessen the noise. the first night there was construction going on that was loud. had we been there at a different time, the stay would have been acceptable ,we obviously chose a noisy time to stay
- 5/5
Star was very nice

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient.
- 4/5
I was attending an event in Lebanon so the hotel location was good for my visit, but it is positioned between a busy road and interstate so there is some noise from the street. The hotel lobby and room was clean; room service comes every other day.
- 1/5
Additionally, the pet fee was double what I have paid at other Marriott properties. They told us it would have been cheaper if we had booked on the Marriott app. That is total B.S. You pay pet fees upon check-in. We let it go because we are not one to argue. Additionally, we booked on Expedia because it was my family traveling - and my adult aged kids don’t have the Marriott account to check in. So - the hotel staff just felt the need to point out that they are not Marriott members and thus didn’t deserve to have their prepaid room held for them and that they needed to pay double pet fees? Sorry that the hotel staff was just having a bad day? Not sure why we warranted such an aggressive reception. Avoid.
- 5/5
I couldnt have been more pleased with everything and everyone. Thanks to everyone for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend.
- 5/5
Checkin was great and the room was great!
- 5/5
The bathroom always had a smell, like sewer. It was offputting. I wish I brought a plug-in. The room was warm and musty, no fresh air. I thought it was the climate but as soon as I walked into the hallway I felt like I could breathe again. I turned on the window A/C but it was very noisy and didn't do much.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, and the environment was clean and safe.
- 3/5
The first morning we got to breakfast at 7am and the choices were so lacking. Items were being brought out 2-4 pieces at a time. The sending morning breakfast was better but still not great. Lastly the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night the first night. I know this is not the hotels fault but extremely inconvenient to be awaken like that. Nothing was wrong and the staff never instructed us to do anything about it. We stayed in the room waiting to see what was happening. We had a large group staying here and the next morning we all talked about this.
- 5/5
Room was clean. We were just stopping for overnight on our trip. Second time in 8 months.
- 5/5
This is a very nice and clean hotel also very nice customer service.
- 5/5
Nice place. Clean rooms, good breakfast.
- 4/5
Beautiful newer property with friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately it was not very quiet… A lot of highway traffic noise.
- 5/5
I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel had great amenities and was very clean and quiet The coffee was delicious and was ready before 6:00 a.m. The staff was very friendly and helpful and my bed was very comfy!

We planned a trip to visit Nashville but didn't want to stay right in the city so this area was far enough away to feel safe and quiet but close enough to drive into Nashville each day we were there. The hotel is right off the interstate so super convenient. About a mile away, there are several places to eat and shop. I highly recommend trying their local restaurant, Demo's. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only disappointment was the breakfast bar was missing my favorite "hotel oatmeal" but they had other hot food options each morning that were delicious.
- 2/5
We specifically asked for a room that was not near the elevator or an exterior door. When we got to our room it was next to the exterior door. We had to go back to the desk and request another room.
- 5/5
Bailey did a great job welcoming us at 12:00 midnight and being very friendly and accommodating
- 5/5
Good amenities, food and drink. Nice sized room.
- 4/5
Comfortable room, great shower, convenient to Interstate. Early check-in was a plus after a long day on the road.
- 2/5
I stayed here in July, and the place was spotless and had a lively atmosphere, which is why I decided to return. Unfortunately, I was completely wrong to expect the same quality. My room had a strong chemical smell, as if they had tried to fumigate it instead of properly cleaning it. I would have left immediately, but I needed to work and required a desk. The hotel is no longer clean, and it felt more like an assisted living community, as the staff only did the bare minimum. The breakfast table had a locked milk fridge, and the milk was actually spoiled, even though it wasn’t expired. Something is definitely off, and I really hope Fairfield can restore this beautiful hotel to the welcoming place it once was.
- 5/5
The area isn't dog friendly.
- 2/5
Hotel was OK. Not the exceptional 9.2 star rating that it was given but acceptable for cleanliness standpoint. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because they offered free breakfast and since my wife and I were leaving early in the morning that meant that we wouldn’t have to make an extra stop along the way to get something to eat. However, they weren’t offering the breakfast that they originally said would be available on their website. Instead, it was a continental breakfast that consisted of bagels, some cereal and some muffins. When I asked the hotel check-in staff if they were going to offer a discount, she said she would have to check with her boss in the morning and she had just started there . Since I booked the hotel using my points, I knew a refund was impossible and quite frankly didn’t think I would get one anyway, but when people book a hotel that offers free breakfast, that’s what you expect and if I hadn’t asked what time it service in the morning she would’ve never even mentioned that it was only gonna be the continental cold breakfast .
- 3/5
They never cleaned my room.
- 4/5
Great comfortable place, would go again.
- 4/5
Dislike - bed was just okay, internet was poor
- 5/5
The entire staff at this hotel are very friendly and service oriented. From the From the Desk Mgr (Gwendolyn) to the service staff (Food & Rooms). Tremeka was also helpful on cleaning and replacing towels ! Thank you.
- 5/5
We are traveling across the country, moving to Nevada, and we stopped at Fairfield for the night with our pups. The room was perfect. Check in was easy peasy. Absolute perfect choice. We all slept great after a day of driving. Hopefully there’s a Fairfield at our next stop!!
- 5/5
It was a great room for a sewing convention. Clean, free breakfast, 24 hour coffee station (excellent coffee!) & enough food in the little store to grab a snack or dinner. Will rebook for next year.
- 5/5
Great new hotel
- 4/5
Good place
- 5/5
Clean and well maintained. Staff was exceptional, check in/out was quick and easy.
- 4/5
Free breakfast was very limited, we chose to eat offsite in downtown Nashville instead. Overall fairly clean, nice hotel! Also, per friendly was a major plus! We chose this hotel because it was within 15 minutes of the Tennessee State Fair!
- 1/5
Loud!! Omg this place is very close to a busy hwy and if you don’t ask for a low number room you’ll be woken up every hour
- 4/5
Room was comfortable and clean. The only drawback is the walls are paper thin and we could hear the conversation next door and the music on the other side. It also sounded like a basketball game was going on in the room above us. Breakfast could be better.
- 5/5
Wonderful accomodations
- 1/5
First day no pool, second day and on breakfast was not good. Hard boil egg, waffles, spinach egg tasted super processed. Water for tea lukewarm! We paid $1700 and usually you get what you paid for. However, for this place is overpriced!!! I’ve stay in other hotels and had much better food. Also I accidentally left a motion light and called and they said they will let me know. No one called me back to tell me yay or nay. I won’t be staying here again!
- 3/5
We had to ask them to supply food for the breakfast, the food needed to be filled out when empty and took them time to do it.
- 1/5
I travel all the time and this is the first time after Covid that someone tells me that because Covid they do not clean the room every day. This hotel and its administration did not able to handle a bug group of people, since the first time there was no enough breakfast even early in the morning… really??? 7:00am and we had to ask for coffee… really. We stayed for 4 days and every single day the service was not on time. I always prefer to pay a little more for the hotel because to feel comfortable and have a good breakfast. We book many rooms and none of us including other guests were very upset for the poor service. I believe whoever is the manager there has lack of organization. I really didn’t enjoy much I just have to stay because the important event that we attended which I was waiting for and I would not let nobody mess my plans. Not recommended at all.
- 5/5
Welcoming staff and reception. Nice hotel and the room provided all the comfort we looked for and needed.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay, beds were super comfy and nice size rooms.

Love the place.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing & hotel was clean & comfortable with a nice breakfast every morning
- 5/5
I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Clean rooms, hot breakfast and great front desk staff.
- 5/5
Design of the room is the best - decent size. Furniture, shelves, hooks for clothing and towels are very convenient. Climate control in the room is perfect - matching the temp and without noisy and drafty devices.
- 5/5
Staff was very kind, friendly and helpful…amazing! Many tasty breakfast choices.
- 5/5
Loved it. Beautiful and clean.
- 5/5
Perfect convenient stay for our long drive to doctor visit.
- 5/5
I booked another Fairfield for tomorrow night.
- 3/5
Bed was hard as a rock
- 5/5
Nice facility
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and well kept. My only complaint is that the mattress was a little too hard for my taste. The room was very spacious.
- 4/5
This property has a clean curb appeal
- 5/5
comfortable beds, free full breakfast, good location, quiet, roll in handicap shower, clean, cheerful staff
- 5/5
The breakfast was very good! Room was very nice with comfortable beds
- 5/5
Very clean and outstanding breakfast included. We stopped with 4 kids while driving to Florida. Easy check-in. Friendly front desk. Large rooms… big enough to an accommodate a family of 6. And again, really good breakfast!
- 5/5
my favorite stay in tennesse!
- 4/5
I loved the layout of the dining area and the location of the place. Everything about the stay was peaceful - the only downfall would have been the stain spots on the sheets and pillowcases.
- 5/5
The staff at the hotel were super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast wasn't bad and the options for hot cocoa or apple cider with the flavor station were a big hit for my kiddo!
- 5/5
Absolute favorite hotel when traveling! The first one we stayed was in Manhattan, NY in 2014, and we're hooked by overall stay from friendly staff to cleanliness! My only suggestion from most recent stay in Lebanon, TN is too request room on top floor to avoid noisy, heavy-footed neighbors above you. My savings grace was bringing earplugs along which drowned out noise. Fantastic trip at fabulous hotel overall!
- 3/5
The room and property were very nice and clean! The staff was very nice, but there was no one at the desk to check us in for quite some time. The worst thing about the property was the breakfast. We got to the breakfast at 8:30, a full hour before they closed, and they had no milk for cereal, there was no oatmeal and hardly any food to eat. As nice as the facility is, we were very disappointed in the food/breakfast!
- 5/5
Amazingly clean and well maintained hotel
- 1/5
Room was clean. We had NO hot water. The water temp would rise about a”Luke warm” temperature. None of us could take showers. This was extremely frustrating. When I told the front desk about it at checkout time they replied, well since you booked through a third party we can not do anything about it otherwise, we would refund your money. I did reply with- ma’am it’s your hotel and you you get the money for the night so yes you can do something about it. I have Never had any issues before with any Marriott hotels until now. Not sure I will stay one again if this is how they treat their customers. Not having adequate accommodations is false advertising and makes for a miserable stay!
- 1/5
The room is so smelly and they overbooked so they gave us the wrong room even thought I booked it ahead of time, the room is very dirty, specially the carpet smell so bad
- 5/5
Overall our overnight stay was pleasant. Proximity to restaurants was a plus. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of room. Shower temp and water pressure were great. Shower stall itself could benefit from some new caulking.
- 5/5
The hotel and room were welcoming and clean. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. We were able to walk to dinner, which we appreciated appreciated after driving for 10 hrs. My only tiny complaint is that the shower drain was very slow...a small thing in the overall stay.
- 4/5
Great value for the money. Would recommend 😊
- 4/5
Staff was great and super helpful. The rooms are showing their wear though.
- 4/5
There was a Large High School Rowing Team stayed same night, very Loud/Rowdy, You Must maintain! Considering your other guests, need to Review the subject Matter seriously!!! Not Acceptable.
- 5/5
The room was clean and not too cold. I like that the shampoo and shower gel was in big dispensers on the bathroom wall
- 5/5
Front staff was very quick and friendly
- 5/5
It’s all good.
- 4/5
Decent hotel right off the interstate. The area has several dining options nearby. Room cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast options are somewhat limited but typical for this type of hotel.
- 5/5
What I like about the hotel at the Marriott it was a free breakfast every morning everything you want cereal two eggs, coffee to tea you name it plus the rooms was just the right size ,too big or too small and I had nice view of the freeway from the window That’s it
- 5/5
Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Friendliness of staff, and cleanliness of the facility inside and outside. Breakfast was great too.
- 5/5
We loved everything about the Fairfield in Lebanon. Clean, great staff, very nice modern room with office work space.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and the property is clean and well kept.
- 5/5
Friendly staff.
- 3/5
Hotel is next/close to the highway so unfortunately it was LOUD. Plus side- only hotel I’ve stayed at where they have bacon at breakfast, not just sausage… eggs were watery and, sorry, powdered eggs are NOT “free-range” as advertised… a bit pricey for what the room was but, such is life
- 4/5
Makenna was very nice and accommodating. The area is up and coming but limited places to eat.
- 5/5
We left an item behind, had hit the road and the staff notified us immediately and very kindly agreed to mail it home. Excellent staff! Rachel took good care of us.
- 5/5
walk to Outback for dinner after driving all day
- 2/5
Rachel was great. Room not cleaned for 4 days even when requested. 3 fire alarms. Someone needs to learn to make oatmeal-oats floating in water isn’t it. Eggs were wonderful.
- 2/5
Three fire alarms; no housekeeping even when requested. Rachel was great. Please teach someone how to make oatmeal. Oats floating in water isn’t it. Won’t stay here next year. It’s back to Hampton.
- 3/5
Everything with the stay was amazing until we got down to breakfast. There were hardly any options. What they did have was bland and nasty. I have to say this was the worst breakfast experience I’ve had at any Marriot hotel.
- 5/5
The place was great, the managment was awful.
- 3/5
I regret not reading the Google reviews before booking this. They are a more accurate depiction of this place than the Hotels.com ones.
- 1/5
Had a king room reserved. Room we were give had 1 queen. I called the front desk after check in. I was told they were all booked up and I could speak with someone in the morning to get a reduced charge. Person I spoke with the next morning said there was nothing they could do.
