About what you'd expect for this type of accomodation. Room was clean enough but the beds were annoyingly soft. The WiFi didn't work - I told the front desk at least three times and they said they'd take care of it, but didn't. The included breakfast was two types of cereal and milk, or bagels. The juice machine was broken and looked like it had been for quite a while. If cheap is your priority this is where you should stay.

The room was so much cleaner than other hotels in the area. The staff was nice and very professional! It was very quiet in the area too.

This hotel isn't winning any awards for... well much of anything. Very no frills to put it nicely. It's the kind of place someone on the run might spend the night. Everything in the room was somewhat dingy and there might be some issue with bugs. All that being said however... the staff were very nice. I accidentally left my jacket in the room and only realized hours after I had checked out. Thankfully, I was able to call and the drive back to retrieve it. The lady was so nice wouldn't accept a tip so I'm leaving this review instead.

There was water damage in the bathroom, the celing looked like it was about to fall in ,mold everywhere, roaches are real bad, and it had to be kids above me that ran and jumped all morning

I was didappointed that tgere was no dryer in my room but girl up at office saud tgey dont have dryers or coffee machines in the room,but frudge n microwave worked n was clean I recommend this is a good hotel n brightly lit n no troubles on my trip Hope your stay is good too😀,ps.Use a sound machine,neighbor next door kept tvsuper loud,but i used my sound machine😀

Front desk was very nice

Lady at check in apologized and gave us another room. That room was clean, sorta. Both rooms smelled "musty". A/C couldn't cool room until it had been on full blast for hours.

Had to get a hotel on a family trip due to bad weather occurring along the way and this hotel had a room available at a good price. It was close to a Walmart, a restaurant, and gas stations, very convenient. Room was simple and clean with a fridge and microwave,

I'm not picky, but I don't think this place is worth the price. Phone didn't work, the TV didn't work, pool was closed, and the wifi didn't reach the building I was in. The room was also a little janky with stains on the floor and chipped furniture. If it was $35 I think it would be bearable, but for $80 you can do a lot better.

I got bit by several bed bugs. Yes, I am 100% sure.

Absolutely terrible customer service was terrible. Front desk was terrible hospitality awful room smelled stains on walls. Cigarette burns on toilets and sinks and bathtubs limited to one towel had to ask for toilet paper double charged me for my room and I have yet to get my refund it hasn’t been an awful experience Zero out of 10 do not recommend.

Easy access

Roaches! The beds are in plastic.

I found a cockroach in my bag the next morning. The mattresses still had the plastic they were shipped in on the beds, under the sheets (I have a video of the cockroach. But it won’t let me attach it)

Absolutely terrible! The room is out dated and smells like mold! The so called breakfast is watered down coffee , there was 3 small muffins and 2 old looking bagels and 1 banana. That was the total breakfast and it was 30 minutes after breakfast opened so it wasn’t eaten already that was the total breakfast bar. I totally advise against this place!

Fantastic service. The desk person was very attentive and informed us of food and attractions in the area. The rooms were what we expected for the price and we were surprised by the clean pool as well.

The fixtures in the shower nearly came off in my hand, there were holes in the sheets, and the television program list was incorrect.

The room smelled like sewage ended up going and getting candles. There were a lot of knats

The place is not in good condition and there were multiple cockroaches in the room

The floor had weak spots near the entry door. The toilet was not bolted to the floor well and almost fell over a couple of times. These item were brought to the attention of management at check out.

a top sheet and the very old, thin duvet. Everything was full of cigarettes burns and holes. When I asked for a blanket, the young girl at the front desk said they didnt provide them. Asked an older gentleman the next morning and I finally got one. The room smelled so bad I had to keep the door open to air it out. The smoke detector was not on the wall and was beeping so i had to walk it to the front office, they kept it. My key kept not working so I had to have different ones made. I ended up checking out early without a refund.

The beds were not comfortable at all plus they left the mattress wrapped in plastic that made a crunching noise as you moved around. The floor had soft spots that felt you could step through anytime. The so called breakfast was a joke. It consisted of cereal and a couple of muffins. The juice was not cold and tasted sour.

The girl in the front desk was rude, not friendly at all. Room smells old room and musty. Key card sometimes was not working, Breakfast was terrible.

Price point made it the only reason for a fair rating. Residue smoke smell, cracked shower tiles and a permanent mattress dip from folks sitting on it. Very little breakfast food options w/cereal & muffins.

The check in staff was not welcoming. Straight and direct. The room TV has a dead bug trapped in it. The facility should be fumigated. The mattress cover contained a lot of different hair strands. The room is unclean. Will not stay again.

The beds were horrible. There was a hole on one side of the bed and my daughter spent most of the night encaved in the bed.

The hotel is old and could use an upgrade on their comforters due to the many holes in them. The tub was a jet style tub, but not recommended. The tub was chipping away and should be replaced since it’s not something I would stand in to shower. Check in went well; friendly. Overall if it’s a one night stay then worth the money.

Kinda run down

It was gross. Dirty. AC/Heat barely worked. People smoking filled my non-smoking room up all night long. Shower barely worked. They desk clerk had no clue I could book it with Expedia and had to bring a manager in. Ended up having to pay in cash. Wish I had not and just went elsewhere! Worse night of sleep so far on the road!

When we pulled up, there was partying going on, loud music, and a rough-looking crowd. The room smelled of mold so we left.

However, it is next door to O'Charley's & very close to the interstate highway.

the check in was confusing. And the staff member was very suspicious acting. He asked me multiple times if I was by myself and told me several times the room was non smoking And don’t smoke. I Didn’t appreciate being talked to like I was a child. I don’t even smoke. Also, a lot of bugs inside the room. Not very clean. Very loud screaming shower head. The bed covers had burn marks from someone who had previously smoked in the bed. Overall not a great place to stay. But cheaper? So I guess you get what you pay for.

They charged me for the room after paying for it here with you. The continental breakfast was weak. The hotel staff was friendly enough. The room was pleasant though

This motel is disgusting, from the front desk staff to the parking to the room. Smell was horrible in the room (like someone had been doing drugs), room had not been cleaned properly. Bed was old. Pillows were lumpy, would not recommend. A total rip off at $83 for a 7 hour stay!

Major event nearby, so motel was full. Passed on cleaning first day, said they'd be back next day. They weren't. Had to go to office third evening and ask for towels, we took care of trash buildup. Bed and pillows were lumpy.

First of all check in was to be at 11:00am, I was told to come back at 1:00 pm. A pool was advertised and yes there was a pool, with no water in it at all!!! No soap, shampoo or cream rinse. Never again!

During breakfast hours the staff member on duty was brushing his teeth in the room where food was kept, the outside trash cans were overflowing, several times I left the room to come back and my card was inactive, which was an inconvenience as I had my arms full. The microwave was dirty.

Hotel very full but everything was quiet!!! Everyone vert nice...but beadspreads had LOTS of holes in them...need to up date some things...outside on sidewalks not very clean....also needs higher toilets for handicapped people...very low toilets hard to get up off of the very low ones when you have hip and knee problems.

Old property, not up to date, pretty run down.

Where to begin with this..This is one of those places that you get what you paid for especially for a holiday weekend. There was a spider in the tub. No plug for it so i couldnt take a bath. Muddy boot prints on the side of the tub. Bugs in the sink. Some type of i dont know what smeared on the wall by the sink. Towel has permanent stain on it that looks like a bug got sown into the layers. Shower head way to low and im 5'6. Cold water for my shower. TV skips over channels. Some have no sound, some aee in spanish some of time, some read whats going on. Has people who live there that watch your every move and make you feel really uncomfortable like they may rob you. Listened to someone's lottle dog bark for hours on end saturday. Kids running uo and down rhe walk away on the second floor. The live there people with their loud music. Bed made a lot of noise when you got off and on it. Telephone in room missing all the buttons except the numbers. One outlet by the bed by the wall. Had to carefully put my chargers in it just so. It was sketchy and i dont ever want to stay here again.

All i am going to say is,"You get what you pay for"
