The room was horrible nothing worked beds uncomfortable. No soap nothing to shower with. It was one night so I just did the best I could. Woukd not stay again

Checked in Friday night; the bathtub looked dirty, didn't want to use. There was a strip of carpeting sticking up in in 2 places, easy to trip over. On Saturday I went out, came back in, my soiked towels weren't replaced, the bed wasn't made up. Called front desk re same; was told policy is linen service and refreshed/made up bed is only on asked for basis...I was never told that. Hallways were dirty and cluttered with dirty towels/linen. I will never stay there again or use hotels.com again.

Two of the three elevators were not working, and there was a long wait for the one working elevator.
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet. Only thing was that out of three elevators only one worked. Rest was great.
- 4/5
Great hotel and staff. Only issue was that only one out of three elevators worked during my stay. Waiting for the elevator was long, and often over crowded, so had to wait and hope it would return with room for us.
- 4/5
After check-in, we took our two small bags to our room. There are 3 passenger elevators and one service elevator. Only one elevator was in working order. It took us, and others, 10 minutes to get the one working elevator to get up to our room. We had a similar experience getting back down the elevator after putting our bags in our room. We returned to the hotel about 10:00 pm. There were 4 people waiting for the one (out of 4) working elevators. They said they had been waiting 5 minutes. Another 3-4 minutes later, the elevator opened and one man got off, along with two wardrobe carts. On the way up, we, and other passengers, commented that we hoped there was no fire or other emergency because of only one of 4 elevators in working order! This morning, as we were leaving, we, and another couple, waited 6-7 minutes for the one working elevator to get to Floor 14. It stopped several times, going down, to pick up more passengers. The hotel is convenient to where we have family members residing. But, we are concerned about elevator maintenance, or the lack thereof.
- 3/5
Location Elevators did not work and that was not disclosed. We had to use stairs to get to the fourteenth floor and back.
- 5/5
The room was clean. The beds were small between a twin and full size only. The elevators were not working and for 14 floors there was only one working elevator and a service elevator.
- 3/5
Friendly staff and lovely lobby. 11th floor smells. Air freshener isn’t working. Rooms smelled too. Bathroom had such bad odor that we barely closed the door when in there, holding our breath. Hot tub permanently closed. Just seems like they quit maintaining the place as things have aged, and it shows. Oh, and 2 out of 3 elevators were broken so we would wait forever and a day, for the one working, and it was packed every time, and super hot. Would not stay here again.

Few people at the front desk - checking in and out. Not a huge problem. Great property, will use again.

I had a great 👍 time here it quite and nicer than nice
- 5/5
Very clean room and tidy. Hotel in general had a clean and serene experience. Really loved the staff at front desk. Polite and kind!
- 4/5
Nice hotel! Staff were nice and everything was clean and maintained. My only complaint is that the WiFi never worked in our room during the entire stay, even after we asked the front desk for help.
- 4/5
The ease of checking in and the Friendly staff. The Beds are a little lumpy and the pillows aren’t firm enough.

The young lady that checked me in. Was friendly and accommodating. I ended up with an awesome top floor room with a water view It’s old and not in a vintage way! It could definitely use an upgrade! Great location, decent bones. Just old

Very clean and well maintained hotel, the lobby was very open and inviting staff was very helpful and room was clean and no smells bed was very comfortable plus a great view

Location Person at check in desk was cold and uninviting. Property was dirty, room was okay but incredibly dated. Bathroom had flaked paint near toilet and broken tile. The driveway leading to the hotel had a massive amount of potholes. Just a tired run down facility.

The property was well kept and well run but the furnishings were worn and old.

No one at front desk, and a dog was barking in a room all night.

Housekeeping of the room was excellent. The person serving in the bar was also friendly and kind. Too much time to get hot water from the shower. A "good night" or "you are welcome" from the personnel who delivered the missing stuffs (towels and body wash) to the room would be welcome. Furniture is not in good shape. Update or new one would be good. Stains in the drapes. Guests should be warn on the noise coming from the movement of cars in the highway.

Nice clean hotel. No issues.
- 4/5
The staff was very nice and accommodating. The bellhop was way too friendly. The pool was almost hot. And we were disappointed that the hot tub is permanently closed. There is a very nice area in the lobby where you can eat take out food. Wish there was coffee available in the lobby. Maybe add some ice and lemon to the water in the container in the lobby. I debated staying here versus another nearby hotel that is comparable in amenities but provides a free breakfast. Breakfast at this hotel is not free - $18 for buffet.
- 5/5
I love this hotel . stay here every time we come into town . only issue this time was our room did not have hot water in the shower and as many times as they came up and tried to fix it. It went right back to cold . other than that very comfortable easy access to everything you need. Definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness The fact of how breakfast is run. There seems to be an issue if you want to take your food to your room. In my case, I wanted to watch the tennis matches so I wanted to take my box out, which I did, but was only given a very small box, with them saying this is big enough. And it also would count against the other person. There was 2 marked for breakfast in my room. And just because I wanted another box, for my French toast to take out, she said that would count against the other entry for breakfast. That SHOULD NOT be! IF I paid to include breakfast, me taking mine back to my room shoukd NOT discount the other person getting their breakfast. It was EXTREMELY cold and uncomfortable in the breakfast area, and as stated, I wanted to watch Tennis in my room. Also. for a hotel of that type, there should be microwaves in all rooms. For such a hotel, no one should have to come all the way down to one tiny little microwave to use. And if you can ask to have one brought to your room, there should be no extra charge. I also didn't like that the hotel didn't supply soap and shower Gel. Most all the hotels now accommodate that.
- 1.5/5
The location was good. Our A/C didn’t work on the first night. It got close to 80 degrees in our room. We were on the 3rd floor and the down button for the elevator didn’t work. We had to push the up button to call an elevator and ride up with the people to go down. On the day we checked out, at 1030, only one elevator was running and created lots of people waiting. The beds are small double beds.
- 3/5
The hotel was nice, but is now a bit outdated. Rooms need a makeover as sink, shower and couch are old. What I really didn't like were the pillows and mattress. But good value for price I paid

The worker in the front who helps guest unload and load their cars was AMAZING. I think his name was G, he was super memorable and made our stay amazing.

It’s definitely not the Hyatt Regency of years past. The perfume that hits you when you walk in is overpowering and the room had rust at the bottom of the door frames, shower head was malfunctioning and the toilet was so close to the door, you couldn’t close the door.

The room was clean but kind of beat up. Wifi didn't work on our floor, and nothing was ever really done about it. App said we'd have a Chromecast, but we did not. Food was good (get the pasta!) but we were told the veggie pizza had a lot of different toppings and it was just peppers. The fridge froze everything no matter what setting it was on. All this said, we still plan on coming back. Good vibes, I guess?

No breakfast as expected. Smells! Maybe perfmes or cleanners. Everywhere every floor. The room smelled ok though.
- 5/5
Very clean. Staff was lovely.
- 4/5
One suggestion that we have is never get a room on the expressway side because we heard the sound of traffic all day and night long. It is very loud. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.
- 5/5
Room was perfect, very clean with nice ventilation and air conditioning. Staff was very friendly and polite. We will stay there again at a later date.
- 5/5
I have no complaints I love the Hyatt of Lisle IL.
- 5/5
One caveat is that the rooms have a refrigerator but no microwave, but there is one downstairs in the common area. You might feel self-conscious about heating food, or order take-out.

Very nice and spacious room for a price that was very reasonable, comparatively. Cost the same as others that are not near as nice.
- 5/5
The room was clean and quite spacious. The view was lovely and I enjoyed my time here. The staff were friendly and cooperative. But there were no water bottles and shampoo in my room. The hair dryer was also missing. I asked for bottles at the reception and it was provided to me. Overall, the stay was great. Thank you!

I’ll start by saying, don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures and reviews posted on Expedia. This property is in dire need of updating. When you first enter, you are graciously greeted by Gee, a lively, happy concierge. The lobby has been renovated and is a lovely gathering space with a modern bar and sitting area. The front desk agent, Hamilia, was friendly and quick check in. This all sounds lovely, until you get to your room… we booked the 11th floor panoramic room for a special weekend away for my husband and I. Upon opening the door, you were hit with cold musty, marijuana odiferous air. The panoramic view was beautiful, but I couldn’t get past the smelly, 63 degree temperature. We instantly turned up to heat. The bathroom was dated with peeling paint in the tub, an open packet of soap on the counter and “something “ in the sink drain. Seemed like it wasn’t even cleaned after the last guests. The carpet, furniture, drapes were old, and the bed had the worst creaking when sat on. After half an hour, the room was not any warmer so we went down to tell them. Maintenance was going to look at it as we went to dinner. Arriving 2 1/2 hours later, our room was… 63 degrees. Talked to Hamilia again, who had maintenance address the issue again. He turned off the blowers and dropped off a space heater and promptly left without waiting to see if it worked. The heater did NOT even turn on. The hotel was sold out with only a room with 2 twin beds and for half price “for our inconven

Well, it wasn't the room I thought I was getting, but I still enjoyed being in the room that was given to me,and the price reflected that,so I would stay at this property again.
- 4/5
They must allow dogs as I heard on frequently barking. My room was excellent, perfect amount of space with couch, clean and smell of a clean room. Nothing in room to give TV guidance or info on dining. The front desk person could not have been more pleasant.

- 4/5
Little noise when you have a room on the highway site. Otherwise all good!
- 2/5
The room wasn’t clean when I entered it. I had to go get another room. There was no clock or web portal in that room. I had to charge my phone in the business center, which took forever. There was a red stain and a hairball in the bathroom. The rest of the room was clean and breakfast was good. I got a great rate, but I got what I paid for.

- 5/5
I have no complaints I’ll definitely revisit soon
- 4/5
Also, Hyatt needs to modernize where toiletries are concerned. The tiny bottles of soap, shampoo, etc. are difficult to use, it was hard to get product out of them. There should be full size bottles of these items with easy-to-use pump dispensers wall-mounted by the sink and in the shower, the way other hotels are doing now.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel; quiet and comfortable
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 3/5
The staff were so friendly and nice . The hotel was dated and dusty. Expected more
- 5/5
The principal advantage was its location
- 4/5
Everything was great the only thing I would complain about is having to pay for breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean room excellent staff and nice parking
- 3/5
The hair dryer looked like it had wet toilet paper all over it. There was no bath mat for stepping out of the shower. No ice machines available and no water fountains to fill water bottle for our trip to drink from. I did not like the tub/shower combination I did not like the velvet like material the couch and chair was made out of. Could not be sanitized like vinyl furniture. Felt creepy! Nobody answered the phone at the front desk or housekeeping when we needed a different hair dryer.
- 4/5
The hotel is in need of remodeling. The floor in the room had a huge stain that was never cleaned. A couple of the elevators had spills on the floor that were never addressed.

We booked for one night and stayed in the panoramic room! It is absolutely beautiful and a huge room. The room was very clean however the hallways and the room smell of older carpet. The rest of the building without carpet was very fresh.! staff was very attentive and spoke! We didn’t really use any amenities however we were told breakfast buffet was available for $18 and so was a bar!! I will be back for another staycation

My time in Lisle was supposed to be to attend a funeral, however the flight was canceled due to weather at MDW. Later flights would not get me to Lisle in time for the funeral. I tried to get a refund given the circumstanced and it was denied (Expedia/Hyatt). Southwest refunded me with no issue.

The light bulbs needed changing out at least 2 of them were blinking constantly. My spouse was going to change it out and the inside of where the bulb goes was all corroded out . The square ottoman in the room needed changing out the material was peeling off . It wasn’t my ideal room . I’m stayed in way better and up to date lately. I was not happy was celebrating my wedding anniversary and wished I’d picked a different location

Love this hotel and I’ve stayed here maybe 20 times. Great location and nice staff. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and well takin care of.

The hotel appeared to be fully booked the weekend we were there. The staff was completely overwhelmed and the bar was the only place to get food in the building. With a single bartender, she was beyond stretched to the limit. As a result, on one evening I stood in line for 45 min. just to pay the tab.
- 2/5
The hotel elevators were horrible. Only one was working and it was slow.
- 5/5
Great location, clean, modern, friendly staff, lots of free parking
- 1/5
The customer service is terrible. For this to be a Hyatt Regency, it was not up to par. The rooms were outdated, staff is not friendly and only one working elevator. I will not be back!

Yes.
- 5/5
I would stay again
- 5/5
I thought the price of the hotel was a bit steep for late January in this location, but it was a Saturday night and it's a beautiful property and we were charged just $11 on Hotels.com for two breakfasts, when the regular price at the hotel is $18 per person, so that was a nice benefit. Nice breakfast too and very nice service.
- 5/5
It was very relaxing and service was great
- 2/5

The room was very clean and specious. The lobby area was big and spacious, but there were tracks of dirt due to the recent snow storm. Overall I was impressed with the hotel.

All in all I would recommend this location for an overnight stay. Thank You

NO & the staff member Paolo was great at his part. However my 1st initial room that I had didn't work out due to a nasty odor in it. Then we were shown a couple more rooms to see how to make this better. Well the final room that we had to pick wasn't all the great either. So my wife & I had to settle for what it was.

This was our second stay at this location. However, this time our beds were terribly uncomfortable. The thermostat in the room did not seem to work. You could change the number on the screen but it did not have any affect on the room temperature.

The look of the property itself stood out from the start, upon entering the property, you are greeted with a pleasant scent, that stays with you throughout the lobby area. When at the front desk, the staff was pleasant and assisted me with no problem, the room was clean, a bit cramp for my liking as it had a bit too much furniture in it for the size room it was. Overall, i had a great stay and would definitly come back.

The only issue we had was getting ice. The machines were out of order on 3 floors.

There was no hot water in the room for a shower or to even wash my hands. The ice machine was broken on numerous floors but the staff was super friendly!

- 5/5
Shower head gross
- 3/5
Cleanliness in the common areas and elevators was poor. The common areas and the rooms are overdue for a finish upgrade.
- 1/5
Bathroom had pee on the floor, also if you plan on changing the temperature in your room don’t bother. It doesn’t change it’s universal for the entire hotel, my room was 81 degrees. When we asked for someone to check the thermostat they said they’d send someone up, after waiting for 2 hours asked again and that’s when they told us the temperature is universal for the entire hotel.
- 1/5
Musty. Not really clean. Carpet not vacuumed. Mirror dirty. Floor in front of toilet not clean. Pillows at the end of useful life. I will not stay there again!
- 1/5
Dirty, no USB ports on any lamp or radio in the rooms. Lobby is nice but the rooms are old.

- 2/5
We only stayed over one evening, but the only thing positive about the stay was the staff, they were so incredibly friendly and helpful! However, the room left much to be desired. My husband found a fake nail lying next to our couch, one of the automons had a big, white splatter that looked too much like a certain bodily fluid, and the shower just did not make me feel confident in it's cleanliness.
- 5/5
There is morning coffee by the front desk. Good restaurants nearby in Lisle, Naperville and Downers Grove. Since Covid you do have to request house keeping to come in. All in all an excellent hotel.
- 2/5
The jacuzzi did not work. The thermostat in the room consistently changed without me touching it. The vent in the bathroom above the shower had black mold.
- 5/5
yes. I'm happy.

Great room. And Great service! One of our favorite hotels to visit. Always clean and friendly.
- 4/5
Only complaint is had no hot water in the shower. Staff tried to makenit right.
- 2/5
Our room was hot, in the 80s all week. It was very uncomfortable. We reported it and was told they would have a tech check it out. At one point it was 84 degrees.
- 5/5
Staff were extremely nice . Rooms were clean and a lot of attention to cleanliness was apparent.
- 4/5
Clean room, nice lobby, great breakfast. Unfortunately our king bed was a little soft and saggy. Not enough outlets in the room. The outlets on the nightstand lamps were too loose to hold a plug. The A/C went out on the morning of checkout. Fixing these things, I would stay again.

Over the years, my wife and I have stayed at many different hotels ranging from medium to upper range. Hotels. I must say this is the first time we’ve stayed in a hotel where we’ve given a negative or bad review and the review stamps primarily due to the cleanliness of the hotel lobby as well as the various floors throughout the building I personally visit several floors and I couldn’t believe the condition of the lobbies and the hallways and I brought this attention to the hotel staff mainly the front desk they did attempt to address the situation after three days being in a hotel I noticed none of the floors had been vacuumed and I pointed that out to the hotel staff at the front desk in this I found to be highly unusual for a high Regency Hotel for I know your standards are far above that as far as the hotel staff and the front desk, they were pleasant but the cleanliness of the Hotels floors, as well as the elevator, the elevator floors and the walls of the elevators were were terrible again I don’t like to write negative stuff, but I couldn’t let this go by without someone paying attention Steve Bradley thank you

Horrible breakfast at high price. Front desk staff threatened to kick me out of the hotel for asking if they could get more bartenders than the one that was there servicing more than 100 people at the bar. Asked for a manager, he told me there would not be any on duty until Monday. Have never been treated so rudely.

Great overall

Rooms need remodeling.

The breakfast was an expensive buffet. Did not participate. Had to go out of the hotel to eat

Variety of options with juices
- 3/5
The room room I had could have used a deep cleaning, also newer sheets/blankets
- 1/5
The only positives are free parking and it's located near shopping and dining. Front desk staff, Carter, was pleasant as well. I do not recommend this location. It needs updates to the rooms
- 1/5
Elevators in rough shape, air freshener insanely strong. No luggage carts available- through entire stay there was rarely any.. I asked front desk to do a sweep and see where they were, was told that was not his job, so I went to different floors and found 7 of them, zero housekeeping through our 5 days, no fitted sheet in bed, dirty shower, tv broken, mini fridge didn’t get cold at all, ice bucket dirty…wife got food poisoning from restaurant… it was clear that management has zero standards in place… avoid this place at all costs.
- 2/5
The staff were very nice and helpful. But the property is extremely outdated! The mattress was filthy, the tub was stained and dirty, the water backed up in the tub as you took a shower (so unsanitary), the toilet was stained and dirty also, all the furniture is chipped and mismatched! The property as some potential, it just needs to be remodeled! It’s in a very nice neighborhood.
- 2/5
Front desk staff evening was nice and hotel van driver. However other staff was rude. Couldn't get towels without begging and the poor front desk had to keep leaving desk to get towels for a lot of guests.
- 5/5
Got an early check in and the bar area was open and nice
- 5/5
Would definitely come back
- 4/5
The room is okay. I like the safely if the place.
- 5/5
Super friendly, great location!!!
- 2/5
The room was dirty and outdated. The lamp shade was cracked in half. The toilet kept making a loud noise every 30 min. We found signs of dead capet Beatles in the mattress. The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Hotel needs a full renovation or just close it down. Staff seemed used to dealing with the guest complaints. I’m sure the property was beautiful back in its prime. Very sad to see from ownership.
- 2/5
So disappointed that the hotel seems to have gone down hill. Used to love it 10 years ago. Checking in was fast but unfriendly. Room carpet is dirty and unstretched. Remote didn’t work. Couldn’t get a hold of front desk trying over 10 times. They immediately put me on hold. Help staff and maintenance were great and very helpful but other then that the place is unfortunately in need of updating and cleaning and better customer service
- 2/5
Room was a bit dusty and shower didn’t look as clean .
- 5/5
All good, Elevators are looking like they are in need of a refresh. Visual only, they worked great.
- 4/5
Nice view!
- 5/5
Elizabeth was extremely pleasant, warm, and welcoming—she truly went above and beyond with her customer service. She made me feel right at home, and that personal touch made all the difference. Between her outstanding service and the quality of my room, I'll definitely be booking this hotel again in the future. Thank you, Elizabeth!
- 5/5
Really clean and nice, comfortable room.
- 5/5
The plumbing, between units is Very Loud. While the tub is ample sized, the glaze or lack there of, makes it appear Dirty. More importantly, the Bed was quite comfortable and there were several varieties of pillows.
- 3/5
Checked in Thurs. Went downtown Friday during the day. Came back and room hadn’t been changed/cleaned. Called desk. They told me that they didn’t do it every day! I was stunned. What kind of major hotel chain doesn’t have maid service every day? Also ice machine on our floor didn’t work, nor did the next floor down. They need to do better
- 5/5
The room descriptions state 'double beds'. They were both twin which they hide with clever photos of the rooms. Take a good look at the photos.
- 4/5
The most important is price very reasonable compared to many other places in Naperville.
- 4/5
Staff was very pleasant and accomodating
- 2/5
We had to downgrade a room. The room TV was not working. The drawers had crumbs in them. The floor needed vacuumed. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. Called to front desk with no answers. Toilets low to ground, No grab bar, no fan in toilet room. There was dust everywhere. This hotel was very tired. Will not return.
- 2/5
The parking was nice to have. Adequate breakfast. The TV swivel to the bed side was nice. Semi-cleaned room.
- 5/5
Amazing & friendly staff and very clean. It is one of my favorite views from a hotel spanning miles of land and water including rivers and ponds of the DuPage county from the high-rise spacious views
- 2/5
Was not clean at all rust around door way there was no fitted sheets on the bed they need to inform people about the condition of your rooms and when a room has been under construction clean it First before renting it out to anybody
- 3/5
They could really use standard USB and USB C plugins on lamps or desk to recharge phones. I had to take an additional trip to BestBuy to purchase a plugin brick. I also believe only one elevator was working when I stayed.
- 1/5
Not clean no good service
- 3/5
The people were all helpful and very nice, but they were obviously understaffed. The hotel looks shabby and looks like it needs a lot of work. The elevators are very dirty. There was a pile of garbage left outside my room for about three hours after I checked in it was removed when I made the request and I appreciated that. I had socks on and walked around my room and they were filthy. The carpeting is really bad. It’s just starting to look shabby.

Our stay at the Hyatt was extremely disappointing. We will not stay here again. The lobby, hallways, elevator and the room were dirty. The pillows were yellow. The comforter under the sheets was yellow. There was no hairdryer or tissues and the towels were literally falling apart. When we called down to the desk in the morningat 7:30, we were told that we had to wait until 8am when housekeeping came in. Upon returning to the hotel after a long day, we waited 15 minutes at the desk for water bottles. The front desk reception was nowhere to be found and the couple in front had been waiting for 30 minuyes. That morning I asked for the room to be cleaned and to have new towels but on Saturday, and we came back to our room at 9:30pm after working all day to a dirty, toweless room. I had to go down to the desk to get new towels. Next morning, when going to male coffee, i realized we were out of cups, because our room wasn't cleaned the day before and had to go down for cups because the front desk was not answering. Do not stay here unless you want dirty and and outdated rooms. Stay at a nearby hotel for the same money.

Mold in the first room. So they gave us another room. Room was dirty and woke up and had no hot water for showering.

Stayed here in 2018. Property was much better back then with excellent food service, room cleanliness and customer service. It has taken a step or two down but still a good bargain for the price.
- 5/5
Breakfast was really good Maria, the breakfast host was very attentive and friendly The front desk staff were very friendly as well
- 5/5
Very smooth and easy check in and positive attitude from staff at check in, all around positive experience
- 4/5
This hotel was standard. I wish bar lobby food was open all day. Bar area was open from 5 PM to 10 PM.
- 4/5
We asked for room service and didn't get it and we asked for a wake-up call and didn't get it.
- 5/5
Wish they had a charging station for electric cars.

Staff issues, dirty bathroom and hours staff for cleaning for 5 nights stay
- 1/5
They closed the bar nearly 2 hours early due to it being “slow”. The man working the front desk was rude when I asked him about it. I attempted to call and file a formal complaint and was hung up on multiple times by their staff. I would never stay at this hotel again. Plenty of quality hotels in the area.

The nighttime greeter was super friendly and funny. Our bathroom light strobed, huge rip in the carpet, found a cookie behind the curtain. Otherwise the location was great and parking was easy and accessible.

A little dated and they try to cover that up with very heavy scents

I thought I would come back and give the Hyatt another chance. As I stated in my last review, Hyatt has been the brand that I’ve used since traveling as a child with my parents. But this particular hotel property I’m unsure about what is going on. After a long day of working, I came in and my room had not been touched. No clean towel bed unmade, no vacuuming. Upon speaking with the person at the front desk, she states that they ask if we wanted daily cleaning. They did not, but I don’t understand why you have to ask for daily cleaning. As long as I have stayed in hotels for the last 57 years. I’ve never had to ask a hotel to clean my room daily. Upon further investigation, the blanket on the bed was stained. I will include pictures. There was no mattress cover on the mattress, just a blanket thrown underneath the sheets. The floor needed to be vacuumed. This is inside of the room which is interesting since I received a note from your company stating how important cleanliness is.Nothing has changed since my last visit two weeks ago the floors in the hallway need to be cleaned the elevator the same dirt the same dirt that I saw two weeks ago was still in the elevator. Nothing wiped down. I’m so confused. Hyatt in my mind has always been a very important brand and I understand that some of your properties may be independently owned, but there should be a standards. This will be my last review of the Hyatt because I will not be staying there anymore. Thank you
- 3/5
The property is located in an accessible area. Unfortunately, the carpet and rooms need to be updated.
- 5/5
Tv and WiFi wasn’t good
- 3/5
My greeting and request to check-in was responded to with a sigh... Not a great first impression. The toilet in 508 flushes very slow (incompletely), and the diverter valve on the shower isn't working correctly.
- 3/5
Our room reeked of old cigarette smoke. Everything just appears beat up, stained, scuffed, etc. Beds were comfortable.
- 1/5
the staff was very uncooperative.

Always very clean, entire hotel smells pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 5/5
The staff is wonderful and very accommodating and helpful. Elizabeth at the front desk especially.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. I do not like that you can't have your own food in the common areas.
- 3/5
Toilet to low didn’t like separate sink and bathroom
- 4/5
The stay was fine for 1 night, but the place is really dated. Bathtub was painted and some point and a bit is coming off. Ceiling in bathroom not the cleanest. The whole place needs an update
- 5/5
Very good hotel & responsive staff. The room was clean. The only dislike I had was the hot water took forever to get hot in the shower! Not good if you’re on a time crunch.
- 4/5
Good for its age
- 5/5
Have stayed there many times and feel safe and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great hospitality and the front desk lady Kim I believe was kind and very helpful.
- 5/5
Kim was amazing! Great weekend stay!
- 5/5
Awesome
- 3/5
The condition of this particular property was disappointing. We were trying to have a quick getaway. The floors were dirty. The brass in the elevators was just disgusting. You could see dirt all over the material. This is just not the quality that I am accustomed to in this particular brand hotel.
- 5/5
This hotel was beautiful. Fresh, rooms were clean
- 5/5
Everything was great except it took over 10 minutes for the hot water to come on and when we called the front desk, they said they would send someone but they never did and the shower/tub needs to be replaced, it was chipping and painted over
- 5/5
Room was nice , lobby is very nice
- 5/5
It was a great stay. Shoutout to Kim and the young man who welcome me and checked me in.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 1/5
They didn’t fix the air conditioner I asked more than five times
- 5/5
Good location
- 2/5
When I went to check in, I had reserved a room with one king bed and a sofa sleeper. When I got there, that room was not available so they put us in a room with two full beds and a sofa sleeper. There were no sheets for the sofa sleeper. There was hardly any condiments to go with the coffee such as cream or sugar. and there are only two bath towels for three people in the reservation.

Not good.

Overall a good stay, great breakfast, facility is OK, showing its age.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

--- Deeply Disappointed — This Is Not the Hyatt Experience You Expect I stayed at Hyatt Lisle with my husband and son for three nights, and I’m genuinely shocked by how far below expectations this property fell. We requested room cleaning multiple times—through the online form, by phone, and directly with the front desk. Not once was our room serviced. No fresh towels, no trash removal, not even replenished coffee pods for the morning. The room itself felt like a time capsule from the late ’90s—at least 25 years outdated. The sofa bed cushion was completely deflated and unusable. Hallways were musty and smelled unpleasant, adding to the overall sense of neglect. This is not the level of service or quality one associates with the Hyatt brand. Even budget motels offer cleaner rooms and more attentive service. Hyatt Lisle needs a serious overhaul—both in infrastructure and hospitality standards. Save your money and look elsewhere. This property does a disservice to the Hyatt name.
- 2/5
Hotel did not live up to its name at all. We were there 2 nights. The lobby and hallways appeared dirty to start with and were never cleaned during our stay. The room smelled like cigarettes. The TV didnt have any service so we had to cast our own service to it. The property seemed neglected in general.
- 2/5
Took forever to check in and then they still didn't have the king room I paid for. The carpet in my room was loose in spots. It's overdue for a remodel.
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
This property was very disappointing. Rooms and hallways were dirty with Kleenexes and scraps of paper all over the halls. Elevators were dirty. Rooms were never made up and it took a lot of work to get clean towels. We were never told upon check in that they don’t have housekeeping service.
- 1/5
The rooms were clean. You have a good cleaning crew. The hallways and the elevators were very dirty. We had to take the stairs because the elevators were not working. We were in the 7th floor, and other people had to do the same with their luggage.

All is nice

Everything was perfect, clean and spacious room, the only issues we had was the refrigerator kept turning off so water was leaking from the refrigerator to the floor, also the Hot tub in the pool area was not in service, it was completely dry no water. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Brought my 18 year old son and my 18 year old brother for a graduation trip before they leave for college in a week. We enjoyed the property the area and the staff was great. The desk attendants were amazing as well as the cleaning staff and other support. I will be using this hotel from now on. When I am in the area.

I made a reservation at this hotel 2 months in advance, confirmed my reservation a few days before arriving, called the day of check-in to tell them I'd be checking in later that evening and they told me it was no problem, that my room would be waiting for me. When I arrived later that night, they told me they had no rooms to give me and that though they could 'cancel' my reservation, they couldn't guarantee I'd get my money back since I'd made the reservation thru a 3rd party. I even felt aggression/hostility from the person at the front desk, as if it hadn't completely been the hotel's fault. I've never left a review like this before, but this was easily the worst hotel experience I've had in my 50 years.

...microwave in room ...bath fan ...shower ...more amenities to buy ...extra tp roll in room ...breakfast..wayyyy overpriced ...bed ok....on soft side....

I would say that it is not bad. But I would like to see really new innovations in such a hotel. Even the TV and furniture are old.
- 5/5

The air conditioning did not work the entire two days were stayed. The staff informed me that the air was from 1988 so of course there were problems. The WiFi was out the first night. This hotel was filled booked with four weddings and all of their people. The hotel management decided that only one person at a time was needed to work the front desk. A complete disappointment! Get it together management! Update this hotel!!! Definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY 👎👎👎

I’ve visited many hotels in the Chicagoland area and this one, no matter how the aesthetic looks, is by far the worse. My room was half cleaned, the temperature in the room would not go any lower than 73 degrees, at one point it reached 78. I told the front desk and nothing was done about it. The rooms are small, there were stains on my walls, couch and the shower was half cleaned. The staff are rude and dismissive, the phones in the room ring busy if you try to call the front desk, don’t try to call the front desk ever, no one ever answers. I left at 4am (check-out is not until noon, no one should’ve been in my room) I left an item in my room and called when I was less than 20 mins from the hotel, I could not go back, I was assured someone would get it. I came back to get my item and it mysteriously “wasn’t in the room!” So unresponsive, rude, poor room conditions, and theft. What an upstanding crew! I will NEVER visit here again, the other reviews are fluff because there were an elevator full of us (guests) all complaining about the same thing during my stay.
- 5/5
The bar was not open every evening unless an event was going on in or near the lounge area…. disappointing! The staff were friendly & accommodating to our needs. We were satisfied with the comfort & cleanliness of the bed. Overall, the hotel is outdated and in need of major renovations to the rooms & pool area
- 1/5
Not clean. Hot tub closed. Wouldn’t offer refund.
- 1/5
The first night checking in was very pleasant the front desk had a super polite gentleman who answered me and my family's questions. However, the moment you enter your room everything goes downhill. Let’s be honest the room was clean I had used disinfectant wipes to be sure. Do not expect hot water. If you'd like hot water be prepared to fight with the tub handle. You may need to go all 12 rounds before you receive anything. If you're bringing your family bring a ton of board games because the television needs to be connected to Wifi to work properly and the internet at this place is TERRIBLE. Boost network could give them a run for their money. Do not run out of toilet paper because the staff will run around with their heads cut off not knowing what they or you should do to get some more. A lot of miscommunication happens with getting toilet paper. This place doesn't believe in a fitted bed sheet so the mattress beneath is exposed and you're damn near sleeping on it. The bed linen itself is horrible and thin but how this place is you might be grateful about that. The bed is super uncomfortable and the lamp outlets work poorly. The room temperature will not dip below 72 degrees. The AC has been set to 60 degrees since I arrived four days ago, and the room has remained humid
