Wasn't able to stay..we were 4 hours into our 5 and half hour drive when Toya from the hotel called to tell us they cancelled our reservation because they overbooked Everything
- 1/5
No alternative accommodations or apology was offered. The manager spoke to me in an annoyed, aggressive tone from the start. As a result of this cancellation, I was left outside at 9 pm with my 94-year old mother. We had to drive an hour to my friends' apartment and sleep on the floor. I have since studied the hotel policies and they simply say that the check in starts at 3 pm. Nowhere does it say that your room will be given away if you check in later in the day. What is the point of making a reservation then?
- 3/5
Wasn’t the best place I’ve stayed in. Staff were helpful even though it required 3 of them to check me in
- 2/5
Someone spilled cat/dog food all thru the entry way outside and in the foyer. And never cleaned it up. Elevator floor was gross. The folks who worked there were wonderful! Very accommodating. I only told them that the phone didn't work in the room and that there was no blanket on the bed. She was very nice very personable and gave me a nice clean blanket. I would give them a 10 any day! But the hotel itself deserves no stars.

That it was close to my friends and clean The smell and that the fridge was too loud at times. Specially during the night
- 1/5
The staff were extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Be prepared to pay an additional $2-per-day utility fee during your stay, which is not disclosed on either Expedia or the hotel’s direct site. If you could, book elsewhere.
- 0.5/5
I booked a King bed room and got the confirmation, how ever when i reached hotel the staff said we were sold out completely and no rrom is available. after a huge discussion they offered me a queen bed room which is not at all accepted.
- 4.5/5
The staff were extremely courteous and helpful Wish you had a change machine in the laundry area. Need more water pressure in the bathroom
- 2/5
My room had a kitchen including a full sized refrigerator and a stove top, but not a single dish. No pans, no plates, no forks, no glasses. No coffee maker. I did not realize how bare this room would be and I did not think to ask for these basic amenities which are present in every hotel I've stayed at.
- 0.5/5
Checked in and checked out 5 minutes later. Room dirty and worn. No blankets on beds. Kitchenette dirty and falling apart. No pots, dishes, etc unlike other extended stay places I have stayed. Room smelled of animal, causing wife to start having a breathing problem.

I booked a room, but upon arriving at the hotel, there were no rooms available. No one responded via the Booking app. I was charged for the stay.
- 1/5
This hotel consistently overbooks its customers and they don't care!

Was very convenient to where I was going Staff not very helpful or knowledgeable. Everything needed maintenance and cleaned. Our remote was missing from room and it took a while to get one. The bathroom toilet seat was loose and we were told maintenance wasn’t there the whole holiday weekend but thanks for telling them it needs fixed. I booked 2 rooms at the same time and they were not even close together. The kitchenette had no plates , silverware or cups. No toaster , even though it advertised one. No coffee maker, no blow dryer. Hot plates with not pans to cook in. Room smelled horrible. Hallways and stairwells smelled and were dirty.

I reserved a room for my parents graduation weekend. They went to check in after our grad party at like 9 o’clock at night and there is no front desk at this place and it was difficult to get a hold of someone and then they found out there was no room for them. I do not recommend reserving a room here you might not have a place to stay and if it’s a busy weekend and there are no other hotels in the area, it’ll be a huge disappointment.
- 1/5
Service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, not advertising to anyone that there was a utility fee included for using electricity. There was no sign to a main entrance, nor an actual sign, period, to be able to find the place. Couldn’t tell if anyone worked or was associated with Motel 6 Extended Stay because no one was dressed professionally. The receptionist was more concerned about letting everyone know that she was “going through a thing” than remaining stoic and professional. Hallways smelled of grease from cooking in the rooms, elevator seemed barely functional and my room smelled of cigarettes. Shower rod was barely hanging on too.
- 1/5
Staff was very rude I got there at 6pm, check in is at 3pm and room wasn’t available until 7pm
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 1/5
Front desk service terrible
- 3/5
No Service after 6pm. Front door left OPEN all night. I Stepped into the shower and was met with a punch in the face with a Piss smell. I Will NEVER stay here again. Almost $100 a night for that? Spend your money elsewhere with a Continental breakfast.

The supervisor on duty was very nice lady though she gelped me refund since we needed 2 bed and there was only 1 bed in room.

I booked a month ahead of our stay. On the day we were to check as we were driving from Minnesota we were called and told that the room we booked was no longer available because they rented all the suites to a large construction company. They told me I had to call Booking.com to get a complete refund and Booking.com told me the money had already been released and was pending because it was the same day we were expected to arrive. Then we were told we would have to talk to the bank and have it disputed to get the money back. We are still dealing with the nightmare. We will not be dealing with Studio 6 again. They would not attempt to assist us in getting another place to stay they told me to have Booking.com look into getting us another room. That didn’t happen so with limited resources at my disposal during a 6 hour car ride I had to take what I could get last minute. Never saw it. Never will!

It was safe, clean and cheap. Staff was friendly and helpful. Guests were fine. Just a place to put your head down.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 4/5
We had a surprisingly pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly. The room was good-size and very clean. Temperature control was simple and rapid. Entrance doors were a bit of a challenge (took plenty of effort to swing open), and the posted instructions in the entryway for how to use the phone for assistance (if no one was at the desk) were incorrect. The elevator worked, but made some unusual squeaky and banging noises...took some getting use to. Would stay again with hesitation.
- 5/5
Great Stay!
- 1/5
Not clean
- 3/5
Too much noise exhaust fan
- 1/5
Keycard didn’t work more than twice, I’ll be expecting a full refund as I didn’t even get to sleep there for the night because again, the keycard didn’t work more than twice so I ended up being locked out at night with no one to contact about getting into the room
- 1/5
My stay was a total disappointment as the best part was that the hotel wasn't a tent. Will never stay at this property again and will avoid other properties in this chain.
- 4/5
Keep up the good work.
- 5/5
Quit, clean, comfortable.
- 2/5

- 5/5
I liked my stay.

With all that said, the room was clean. Management no longer cares about this place, but some cleaning person still takes their job seriously.
- 3/5
The hotel felt tired. Late night check in took longer than it should have, since they close down the desk. Had it not been for another guest letting us in, we would have been left standing in the vestibule for 10+ minutes. Cigarette smoke smell in hallway..

Poor hospitality
- 5/5
Great workers
- 5/5
Will visit again.
- 4/5
It was an older place, but very clean and comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Awesome staff
- 1/5
The worst hotel experience ever. I reserved a king bed room and was given a room with 2 full/queen beds, the floor was sticky, there was some unidentified white goo splattered on the chair, light switches and cabinets in the kitchen were dirty and sticky, food splattered on the ceiling, people outside loitering in the parking lot at weird hours of the night. I was traveling solo and didn’t feel safe OR clean at this place and after the first night I ended up staying somewhere else even though it was non refundable. 100% would not recommend. PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE ARE MISLEADING
- 3/5
It was just okay. Clean and comfortable enough, but high prices for 0 amenities, not even soap or shampoo. Threatened to charge per item if I asked for extra towels or anything else during my stay of less than 14 days, when the letter I received from Extended Stay, NOT Hotels.com, clearly stated these items could be requested for free.
- 1/5
Absolutely disgusting place, woke up to ants crawling on me
- 1/5
The mirror in the bathroom was filthy The whole place just needs a makeover maybe ten years ago.
- 2/5
We expected a full kitchen and chose the place because of it, but were very disappointed to find that it was empty of any utensils, dishes, mugs, or pots. We even had to buy a coffemaker. Won't stay there again.
- 4/5
It was somewhat dark in the area, but the parking lot was well lit.

Absolutely filthy dirty neglected facility
- 1/5
They didn’t remove the trash cans from previous customers, no toilet paper in bathroom.
- 3/5
A pretty basic & a little rundown place
- 1/5
We pre-paid for two nights non-refundable, but left after one night -- it was that bad. Strongly advise everyone to avoid at all costs. (I have never left a review like this before.) The management just does not care.
- 3/5

- 1/5
Worst hotel stay ever. Not good for 1 night stays
- 2/5
This should not be called an extended stay! We we got in the room all that was there was two bath towels, two face cloths and a small bar of soap. No face towels, dish towels or any kitchen equipment. Very disappointing. Will never stay at an Extended Stay again.
- 2/5
Would not stay again, did not feel safe and there are many better options in the area.
- 3/5
It was convenient for a quick overnight. Stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes before anyone appeared to check us in. Room was decent.
- 1/5
Staff are very rude. I booked king bed but they gave me twin bed and did not refunded my money.
- 5/5
Quietness
- 4/5
Very very good staff, very clean too. Little bit worn in places. Location is good for my visit but no amenities around for food or drink.
- 5/5
The front desk lead was very helpful in providing menus for delivery service..I ordered a deep dish pizza from Rosati's! Delicious! The front desk lead was friendly and professional, she also remembered my name the next day at check out.
- 5/5
Good experience
- 3/5
It was the cheaper hotel option, and it showed. Nothing fantastic. Not the cleaniest. There wasn't any staff in the lobby to assist with questions. Overall, it was just ok.
- 1/5
The room smelled like itinye, the needs skirts were filthy with white stuff on both beds the walls had good and it look likevblood on them the microwave was dirty. I was so upset, I went to the front desk to complain. The manager gave me a towel to clean my floor and spic and soan to wash off the walls my shelf. After I cleaner it the best that I could she offer me another room it was a little better But again the bedskirts were dirty as walls. This may Not be the hyatt But there is No excuse fọr filthy in these rooms. There was no utelsil in the room. All I can say is shame on this hotel fọr treating there paid guest this way.
- 3/5
Room had a smell that wouldn't go away
- 4/5
This had more of an apartment feel than a hotel. Staff was great
- 2/5
Dirty worn!

- 4/5
Affordable and safe
- 5/5
Fridge and furnace unit very loud. Could have used one more blanket. Something resembling a night light for those of us who have trouble seeing in the dark.
- 5/5
Loved Shaquita being very helpful and accomodating
- 4/5
Hair dryer in room would be helpful
- 3/5
Staff didn’t seem to want to be there. Maintenance was fixing windows at 6pm on Friday night, going room to room. Outdated.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel! Staff was really sweet. Super safe area. Room was gorgeous, comfortable and clean.
- 1/5
Terrible service and rude staff. Shaquita and Lana have a horrible attitude.
- 4/5
It was clean!
- 1/5
Rooms were very smelly and dirty. Very bad experience with stay. Staff was helpful though
- 1/5
Run down and dirty. Ended up leaving early due to poor dirty condition of the room.
- 5/5
Overall a decent hotel. I just needed a room for 2 nights so I didn't care about hotel amenities. Parking was easy and the staff very pleasant.
- 5/5
it was great
- 5/5
Professional helpful staff
- 5/5
Had a great time and room was clean it's quiet. Sure to return.

Super Hotel
- 1/5
Room was cold, not enough blankets, breakfast was terrible
- 1/5
Upon check-in, receptionist was on her phone and didn’t realize I was there waiting. Bad first impression. Then I was handed a room with a strong odor of smoke which was then swapped out with slight of indifference attitude. Then I was called
- 4/5
Front door staff very friendly and very easy check-in. However the room was extremely cool and took a long time to warm up. After a late night New Year’s Eve, woken up by housekeeping at 8am by coming in our room without knocking. There was no do not disturb signs to hang on door.
- 5/5
Nice, clean room. Everything worked well.
- 5/5
clean,older hotel, conveniently located near I355, I88
- 2/5
I didnt like the odor in my room. It appeared that the learher chair was not cleaned and what appeared to be brown skidmarks. One can assume what that could be. Disgusting.
- 5/5
It’s always friendly and inviting
- 2/5
The refrigerator didn't work but was still very loud turning off and on like it was trying to work. There wasn't even a single glass or cup in the room even though there was a "kitchen". Everything was loud. The staff was kind and it was clean. I just didn't sleep well with all the noise and it was very inconvenient to not have a fridge. I didn't have time to call and change rooms as I left early and came in late each day, so the other rooms may have been better.
- 5/5
It was really nice and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.I really loved the fact that it came with full kitchen even though i didn't have time to us it. The next time im in that area that where im going to stay and the price was right and the coffee is always hot and fresh too.
- 5/5
I have stayed here before. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is very nice.
- 3/5
Had to ask for a hair dryer. Fridge looked like it should be on someones garage, scrapes, dents.
- 2/5
Located in business park area but close to restaurants on Ogden Ave. Good for budget conscious SMOKERS. Though my room was “non-smoking,” it smelled heavily of smoke. Cigarette butts litter cracks in exterior entryway. Grassy areas are also littered.
- 2/5
Sorry to say not a great review , the buIlding itself was very nice however two of the four lamps were not working . I did report this but it was never serviced. The person in the room next to me started playing the electric guitar at 3AM and continued until 5AM. Sadly I cannot recommend a stay at this hotel
- 3/5
The building & room didn’t smell clean or fresh, it smelled musty and old. The elevator was loud and didn’t sound like it was in good working order. Towels were not soft and very thin. We only stayed one night, but I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially for an extended stay.
- 5/5
Very nice stay. A solo personal/business getaway weekend. Would stay here again.
- 1/5
Check in desk refused to check me in
- 1/5
This hotel is run down, our room wasn’t clean or well stocked and the beds were ridiculously uncomfortable. It also smelled horribly of smoke and all they could do was move us to the room next door, which was only slightly less gross. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me.
- 5/5
The hotel gave us a free upgrade.
- 3/5
Good
- 1/5
It low quality property
- 2/5
Too many young people smoking pot in the hallways, police cars in lot. Fire alarm went off at 12:45am and alarm wasn’t silenced for almost 30 minutes!!!! A building as this should be able to silence the alarm after a few minutes, and still have the location of possible location on the FACP!!! Don’t let people under 25 get a room!!!!
- 3/5
We checked in pretty late that night the girl who checked us in was sitting in a car outside with a friend smoking wed. She apologized for smelling like weed. But got us checked in fast but when we went down go get dished like cups and silverware mt husband waited and she never came back in so that was upsetting
- 5/5
I have stayed here in Lisle Illinois Extended Stay America when in town a few other times & it’s still is my go to place to stay, customer service very friendly, fast check in & have been able to get the same room every time I have requested it. The room was clean comfortable as always. I would recommend anybody that is traveling to stay here you would be disappointed. Great price & all the above as mentioned is why I keep coming back here.
- 4/5
I had originally left thinking I was going home, but plans changed & had to stay another night in town. So I came back here & checked back in again. No complaints what so ever, everything was just as expected, great price for great accommodations, fast & friendly check in, clean comfortable room, will definitely stay again when in town. Found me a new go to place to stay.
- 4/5
Having the kitchenette was a great asset. We did not want to go out with Covid so eating in was useful. High speed internet worked well. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Property was a little dated but clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
The hallways were smoke filled, need to replace toilet seat. It has chips or dark stains on the seat.
- 5/5
It was a great stay for the night. The bed was a little stiff but everything else was fine.
- 5/5
Very good. Staff did a great job. Manager is very goid.
- 4/5
Everything was great. No pots or plates in kitchenette. No breakfast. I assume because of covid19.
- 5/5
The reception Tiffany I believe is her name , was very nice and professional.
- 5/5
They're remodeling and the staff is always been very nice i go there all the time to relax away from home
- 5/5
Trip was okay, pillows are comfy but the bed was awful
- 5/5
The stay was amazing. The site was quiet; everything I needed was there. I have completed a lot of personal study and paper work.
- 4/5
Great to have cooking facilities. This was very helpful as the hotel was needed for temporarily housing rather than a vacation.
- 4/5
Clean & peaceful
- 3/5
My bedside lamp didn't work, the TV remote was spotty at best and there was no maid service. Free breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and granola bars. Better than nothing, but just barely.
- 1/5
Booked a room through the app and when I got there they said that the hotel was already full. Took my money and I never got a room
- 5/5
Was a nice clean place good price room was very good
