I don't know how anyone rates this above a one star. This place was horrible. First room had a hole in the ceiling. The guy upfront gave me the room upstairs. He said it would be better. It had bugs and was filthy. I refused to stay here and told them I was leaving and got a different hotel down the road. I did get a refund, thank goodness. That's the only good part (REFUND)

Room was disgusting. Most of the lights did not work, light switches that didn’t do anything (no lights anywhere they would have linked to). I thought there was hair all over the toilet seat, turns out it was scratches. There was something behind the door that looked like snake skin, not enough light to see clearly. After using my flashlight on my phone, I'm pretty sure it was a piece of weave. When I was looking at that, I noticed roaches. About the same time my boyfriend was eating and a roach came crawling out toward him. We decided to leave, when I asked for a refund the clerk could not speak English and kept asking if I wanted a room.

It was the worst experience. The reception was fine, very friendly, but as soon as it started to get dark, the bathtub was covered in cockroaches, and there were cockroaches crawling all over the beds. And it wasn't just one or two, there were many. I decided it was best to leave because I couldn't rest. They need to got professional company for that

Theres mold bedbugs roaches and then broke contract by giving my room away and didnt tell me til i got back to the room that they refunded me and they said they no longer want to serve my family becuase they didnt like the bad review i put on google and expedia

There was so much grime on the shower walls it was disgusting. I was offered another room, but if this room wasn't clean.I truly don't think any other room was clean properly. I took it upon myself to buy razor blade and scrub the grime off the walls and out of the tub by myself. Only two encounter german cockroaches and what looked like to be bedbugs. There were homeless people fighting around the trash bins outside.\nAnd it was completely unsafe. When I went to bed and have a bug, crawl across my face that was it, I left and wanna ask for a refund management conveniently.Was it on the property. This was the worst and scariest visit.I've ever been to at a hotel in my life. I should have felt safe.But I was terrified for myself and my guests.

I looked at the website online and was impressed with what I saw. HOWEVER, upon arriving at the motel with my son, I was immediately concerned with the initial impression. The lobby looked nice. Got my cards, went to the first room, and I was actually mortified. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES. THIS IS THE MOST MISREPRESENTED place I have ever seen. The rug was old and dirty, the bathroom was a tiny room with a tiny sink (no counter), old, scarred toilet seat and a big hole in the door. The room was non descript, with lack of amenities. There was no way I was staying there.....obvious evidence of homeless people at edge of parking lot. Told the man at the desk I felt unsafe, and totally hoodwinked, and we were leaving. He could have cared less....said "I have you checked out". Stay away from this place.

The first room we were given has someone in it. The second room has some okd food in the bathroom counter. There were roaches. 2 lamps for lighting.

Switch rooms twice. Both no working TV. Strange odor in both rooms. Ants terrible crawling in bed. Carpet dirty. Toilet about 5 inches from the floor. Makes you feel as if you are falling so low to the floor. Curtains dirty. AC blowing smells and stuffy nose when trying to sleep.

Inexpensive, and no deposit required. Hotel is undergoing a name change, so signage does not match. Floor should have been mopped, but still better than cringy carpet. It felt clean and comfortable.

Had to get new room keys the second night. For one room i had to walk back in to get it reset 4 times because he put the wrong room number in after giving him the sleve the original roomkeys were in with the number on it

The floors was buckling there was ashes on the floor in the bathroom in the TV didn't work they said someone will be there tomorrow to look at it we should have been towed up front about the TV

Nothing stood out. The room smelled funny. Staff was very nice. The hotel served its purpose.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The worst thing about the room was the toilet, everytime that you had to urinate you have to plunge the toilet to have it go down the drain. I was planning on extending my stay until the toilet overflowed. Used the towels to clean up the mess.

Bugs in the room, inquired about the TV service and was told they had DirecTV, but the tv would not change channels and the staff could care less and made no effort to fix the issue. The heat blows cool air and the temperature didn't change 2 degrees in 7 hours. Even though it was a cheap price and was needed do to storm damage at our residence, we won't be staying here again and can't recommend it to anyone else either.

The Relax Inn in Little Rock, AR has roaches, the TV did not work and the drains for the sink and shower were clogged. The toilet did not flush well and the overall cleanliness of the room was poor.

We did not stay long enough to test any of the beds or amenities. When we entered our room, we found mold growing on the walls, trash from previous stays, the light switch at the door did not work, the light in the bathroom did not work, and the TV was leaning very haphazardly off the wall. We left immediately and booked a different hotel for almost the same price.

Room stank, beds hard, holes in wall, flooring loose, broken glass on floor and bed, front office unmanned for over 10 minutes. Cops at room next door twice. No amenities up front.

It was a pleasant stay. I just wish the wifi would of been working. The rooms was clean and the housekeepers left fresh towels in my room while I was gone. The man who checked me in was very helpful. All the staff was nice.

Staff was nice. Its the only positive. Passed out guy on drugs laying next to.parking lot. Pimps and drug dealers crowding sidewalk to the room. Yelling outside. Cops there right after checkin. Then woke up to cops pounding on door next to me. Was the worst ghetto motel ive ever seen.

There were prostitutes everywhere outside of it, the room sheets were stained and NOT cleaned. The towels were very stained, the tub had cigarette burns all over it and very dirty, the sink in the bathroom was very nasty, had hair all over the place, there was a bad smell in the room. The floor wasn't swept or mopped, the walls and doors were so dirty. Someone tried to break in my car while I was there and I had to call the police. There was alot of drug activities. Loud talking all night! U get what u pay for! Overall this was a terrible experience!

Not a good place, but it's about what you expect for the price, I guess. My rooms TV didn't work. I didn't bother to say anything. Lightvswitch didn't have a secure cover. I was afraid I'd get shocked in the dark. Security latch was broken. I wouldn't stay here with my family.

I didn't stay. It was dirty, the light didn't work, there was no light fixture over the bathroom mirror only hanging wires. The walls were filthy, burn holes in the bedding, smelled like smoke, toilet seat that didn't fit (was afraid to sit on it and get injured). Bad neighborhood! There was a lady trying to break in to a building in the same parking lot. I didn't feel safe there at all.

This a budget motel and you’re getting what you pay for in terms of the property and its condition. That said, my room was spacious and somewhat recently updated though still rough. Clearly they are making an effort to make it as decent as possible while also keeping the price low. The location is super convenient and was very quiet during my stay.

My stay was beyond horrible. The owner of the place is down racist and has a thing against single mothers. They literally stole all my money and then kicked me out after I paid for my room. Refuse to give my deposit back and by law they have to. The family needs to be murdered in that place needs to be burned the f*** down

I have never stayed at a hotel that was as nasty (dirty) as this one. There was basic trash on the bathroom floor that I simply picked up with a piece of toilet paper. The floors were sticky and I wouldn't walk around without flip flops on. The doors, trim and light switches all just needed to wiped down. The bathroom was so nasty we actually determined NOT to take showers the next morning. There was a huge black mold spot on the low part of the wall next to the credenza. The only decent thing was that the beds were relatively comfortable.

The room was hazaradous and overpriced due to supposed accommodations for a regional event. I tried to get a refund (only available the next morning which was not feasible for me to do economicallly or physically) for the room, or to move to another room. I was not allowed that request.

This is a good cheep hotel if the room would have been clean we looked up the bed and there I was all kind of just trash and debris that freaked my girlfriend out and we left same night . They did offer to change rooms but we declined.

If you think thiose pictures are accurate then think again. Bathtub in 2 different rooms had cigarette markings all along the tub, no 💡 in the lamps, tv didn’t work, and bed sheets had stains and comforter had cigarette holes in them.

This hotel was horrible! The parking lot was covered in trash and glass. The rooms were disgusting. We moved rooms and they both had hair in the tubs and sinks, there was dead roaches on the floor, and the bedding had holes and stains in it. The beds are smaller than advertised as well and extremely uncomfortable. Overall terrible experience. We ended up switching to a different hotel.

Venue was reasonable. Accomodations were convenient with location. Towels were a little dirty. Pillows were small and very worn. All in all a affordable venue with great location.

Worst Hotel ever I do not recommend this at hotel they had a name change and a 50 dollar deposit but doesn't tell you until you get their to check in waste of my money and time and on top of rude ass staff at the office. On top of ice maker is broke and no repair has been made it. Unsafe parking lot big craters.

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The floor had what looked like vomit dried up on it in the corner, dirty finger printers all over the bathroom door, lock broke on door, no hot water not even warm, it is so load you cant sleep. There was sirens from police and ambulance at the hotel and the tow truck towing cars parked in tow zones. I could go on and on but i will stop here.

Only reason booked and stayed is because i could smoke in the room. I asked the staff if we could get a wakeup call. He said yes. But, no phone was in our room We were told they were on back order.

No breakfast was provided, because of social distancing restrictions, not even a cup of coffee available! They had a soda machine but no water available! You would think they could at least put a coffee maker in the rooms! Had to go offsite to get that 1st cup of coffee and breakfast which is very important to me! I had friends staying at another hotel and they invited me for coffee and breakfast at their hotel! The room was in need of some repairs! The security latch on the door was broken and the shelf in the ironing board closet was also just leaning up against the wall needing to be reinstalled! Very much neglected! And there were no Kleenex’s in the room! To say the least, I was very disappointed and will never stay at this hotel again!

This is one of the worst places I’ve been. The room felt and looked dirty. I began to wipe down all surfaces and spray everything with Lysol. The bed didn’t have pillows, they were small and with stains as well as the sheets. Then the toilet did not work. Horrible experience. Period.

They were very helpful and the rooms are not all that great but they are clean.

It’s was ok besides the couple next door fighting and banging! It went so far the chick busted out the guys window right next to my car after that it was time to go!

My stay at American best value was horrible when I first got there I saw straws down by the toilet and a bag of marijuana seeds in my drewer the staff there was very rude I took off my shoes and my socks turned black I had to clean my own air conditioner it was so full of dust my towel was white and then the fire alarm had wrape on it I will not recommend this place to anyone

It is an older property. Our room had a disinfectant smell that hit you in the face the moment you entered. The bathroom was oddly arranged and very tight. There was a one inch ledge that ran across the entire back wall of the bathroom. The toilet was sitting on this ledge. When I first entered the bathroom I stubbed my toe on the ledge. Awkward arrangement. Ironing board, but no iron. No hairdryer. Room was clean. Check in and out was very easy and the staff was very courteous and friendly. The parking spaces were good size, but there wasn’t a handicap assessable ramp near our room and the curb was quite tall. We managed, but it would have been helpful to have a ramp.

Overall i was comfortable. Not real luxurious for the price. Tub had cigarette burns on it and one of my towels did as well. There is a bar in the same parkibg lot so it was pretty noisy. That didnt effect me as much since i know the area but for someone thats not, thats definitely good to know.

Room was FILTY it was NOT clean room door was FILTY there were several holes on the door no piece for top latch to attach to, the floors were FILTY there was a towel on top of the bathroom door, they gave us used dirty towels, tub was dirty with cigarette burns on top of the tub and on the tub mat, the toilet was FILTY the seat lid was off of it and on the side of the toilet, the sink was dirty, both bed sheets were DIRTY and had cigarette burns on the covers, the fridge was filthy the freezer had brown liquid that frozen. There was no phone in the room so I went to the front desk to put in a complaint about how FILTY the room was (the man at the front desk didn’t care) and I called hotels.com to report this and to cancel my 2nd night. I still have not received my refund. The room looked NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ON HOTELS.COM. I hope the pictures I took will be posted with my review.

I normally stay at this hotel when I have a last-minute event. I booked my reservation like normal on Expedia and I booked it two days prior to the day that I actually needed the hotel. I get to the hotel about noonish something and went to go check in and the owner or manager was a male who was so rude. The front desk receptionist said she couldn’t find my reservation, and had asked if I could pull it up. I go to pull up my reservation and the big manager comes out and says does it matter if my reservation is on my phone and is booked he isn’t going to honor my reservation. I proceeded to try and show my reservation anyways and he refused it and walked away and told me to call my book an agency. I tried to contact Expedia and they couldn’t help me either. later that evening the hotel try to charge my account with a fee due to booking and not checking in. I called the hotel back and told the same manager what was going on and he told me to call back in 20 minutes. He says Expedia doesn’t ever work and Expedia is the only app that I do used to do any traveling plans with. So I was highly upset that he did not allow me to book my room and try to overcharge me. Very Dissatisfied with what was going on with this hotel after I’ve been a loyal customer for over six years. I will be finding me a new hotel for my last minute issues

Hotel is not what they advertise. 100$ deposit, no late check out when you check in late. Room cleanliness was okay, outside property was awful. Asked clerk to put me close to laundry room, said yes and put me on the other building other side. Asked for late check out due to clothes in the laundry, was told it was check out time.
