Curtain was broken and turned up could not use it to keep the light out of the room at night.

A c make a very very loud noise about 10 pm we had to un plug it, plus the hotel does tell you they charged for parking 25.00 go anywhere put here our 2nd very bad night here. Never again, was very close to hospital we had to be at 7:30. Only reason we stay there.

Best staff ever. Helped me with the pain of 3rd party booking. Patient and very understanding. Elevator sounds not comforting. I do have a fear of them, so I took the stairs.

Amber is so rude and horrible don't take accountability for something that was made a mistake by her worker(s) Yes she blamed us from Texas for something that came from her establishment so any human person would stand up for themselves especially when they are not in the wrong also hire a translator for the housekeepers they need a class for cleaning the right way not the get them by way but outside of that a few workers was very helpful and do they job as they should the right way take notes AMBER

Would definitely be back, had no trouble whatsoever, booked a room when I go in staff was wonderful, had an indoor pool. In the morning coffee was great breakfast was good. Price was reasonable and beds were comfortable. Everything was Excellent !!!

A parking lot was very easy to park in. Had lots of room for other people depart Our room is on the end was very easy getting in and out very handy and inside was very nice

The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. The hotel smells amazing and they have one of the best showers I've seen at a hotel for this value. There is nothing I didn't like however there are a few cautions I would mention. Lots of children around. Great value for a family. And the breakfast was basic waffles, eggs biscuits and gravy.

The front desk ladies are very helpful and sweet! The breakfast options were great and super clean! There are a few things that could be fixed, like the toilet paper holder and a few patches of paint in the restroom. Besides these cosmetic things, our stay was great!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. Although the property is overall decent, the room had an ant infestation, and when the front desk was notified, they gave us a pest spray to use. There was no mention of parking charge in the hotels.com ad, and neither was anything mentioned when checking in - later saw a $5 charge for parking on my cc. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was also broken. Management needs to put attention the detail.

Fabulous ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I enjoyed my stay while on my travel assignment.. will definitely be staying again. Clean, quiet, new modernized rooms. Staff was very accommodating. I commend a newly hired young man that was in training. I think it was his first or second day. He did an exceptional job.

This is a perfect spot for an overnight stay while I attended a conference.

Front desk check in was awful my debit card was charged for the total room instead for the incidental fee of $20.00 I tried several times trying to receive my refund in the amount of $105.67 my bank account was charged. I called Marriott customer service stated I would be receiving my refund on February 29th (no 29th in this month) tried to speak with the manager “Crystal” so rude over talked me said it was a problem between me and my bank. As of this date 04-07-2026 not received my refund. Someone in that front desk took my dollars…Beware of this hotel and their manager “Crystal”

Our stay was fine. We were traveling with my parents, who we assist, and we asked for our rooms to be close to make that easier. This was not accommodated- we were on separate floors. My parents room had a leaking air conditioner/ heater that couldn't be used and they were not given a new room until the FOLLOWING day. The next room they were given had a malfunctioning curtain. It would just randomly open all the curtains whenever it wanted to. A maintenance man came to fix it. It STILL opened whenever it wanted. No discount on bill was given. They also didn't offer to give them any Marriott points. They did NOTHING!

Although a young front desk associate was polite, an older staff member who came from the back room and assisted us was rude and dismissive. We were assigned a room with an unacceptable washroom condition — when sitting on the toilet, you would nearly touch the water. It was unsanitary and very uncomfortable. When we requested a different room on the same floor (where other rooms were available), she refused and instead offered a room upstairs. We had specifically booked an accessible room on that floor, yet she questioned why we needed it and asked for justification before considering a change. Due to accessibility concerns, moving upstairs was not an option. Additionally, the laundry facilities were not working — both the washer and dryer were out of service, which caused further inconvenience. To make matters worse, during breakfast I found a piece of meat mixed into the scrambled eggs. I do not consume meat, so the entire portion became inedible. When I informed the staff member, the concern was dismissed and attributed to another guest, which seemed unlikely given that the meat sandwiches were individually packaged. Between the rude service, unacceptable room condition, non-functioning laundry, and breakfast issue, this was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have had.

One thing we really enjoyed was the breakfast. there were lots of choices, and they offered a hot breakfast which made our morning even better. The amenities were great too, with a nice pool and a fitness center available. Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing stay, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Staff was very friendly. Room was fine. Breakfast was as expected. The elevator was a bit sketchy. Location is right next to a highway but the hotel was surprisingly well buffered from that noise. However, the room walls are so thin that my neighbor’s snoring woke me up repeatedly

We came to Little Rock from Albuquerque, New Mexico (we drove) for the AGAPE conference at Pleasant Valley Church of Christ and the folks at Springhill Suites made us feel right at home. We had a great stay and hope to be back next year!

Staff overall were pleasant and accommodating. The only issue I had was bugs entering into the hotel room. I killed 3 bugs in total during my stay. I spoke with one of the staff members and she stated she will inform management. On the other hand, the room was clean. The mattress was not as comfortable especially for a Marriott Hotel stay.

The only negative is that after we were completely checked in and charged we were informed that we needed to be changed $5 for parking (this is not a downtown hotel) i spoks to someone in the morning and was told they would have the manager remove this fee. There is also no mention on the website about parking fees.

My favorite hotel to stay at every time I come to Little Rock

The room was clean, the staff was nice, the beds are okay, the couch bed is extremely not comfortable...my son whose under 100 pounds could feel the springs thru the mattress. The bathroom door was very hard to open once shut/too tight. The kicker was the fire alarm going off early in the morning to wake us up and had to get a 70 year old with a pulled muscle and 3 groggy kids up and down three flights of stairs and then out to the parking lot....only to later find out that it had also happened yesterday and they were trying to figure it out was some faulty alarm...so maybe a system to let people know that so they can plug their ears and not have to leave the room would be great. Didn't even shower, just packed up and took off, because alarm went off twice and I didn't want to be in shower when it happened the third time. Not the best stay at a Marriott b/c of the couch bed, and the fire alarm situation. IF they fix that was clean and good. I wouldn't plan to have more than 4 in a room though.

From the moment we arrive the experience in this day was amazing. Miss Barbara was wonderful and was very helpful during our stay as well.! The pool was wonderful and clean. Lobby was very clean as well! The rooms was amazing.

I was charged $5.00 a night for parking plus tax never ever have I been charged for parking at a hotel, and a $40.00 fee that I was told for Incidental but was charged $60.00 instead that I was told would be refunded nowhere on their sight does it state charge for parking upon reading some of the reviews people were saying parking is free .Also no extra towels or tissue in room we had to ask for these things we were from out of town and should not have to endure such things to see family....And please explain to me what is Incidentals? First time ever being charged for this as well. Springhill, I come to see my family often you will be the last place I ever stay, and I have told my Friends and Family to avoid this establishment ...Horrible horrible horrible

Our experience started off on the wrong foot with a chaotic check-in process. There was only one person at the front desk and no other staff visible throughout the hotel. To make matters worse, a guest got stuck in the elevator, which caused further delays and confusion. The indoor pool had a strong bleach smell that was noticeable from a distance, and it didn’t appear very clean. On a slightly better note, the breakfast was decent, but overall, the stay was disappointing.

It was a very nice hotel off the highway. It was clean and quiet. The front desk clerk was very kind even though the computers froze up upon check-in, which wasn’t his fault. He was back up and running in no time. I would definitely stay again.

Overall an average experience. The AC unit in the room was very noisy. The bathroom design was just awful (sink was outside the actual bathroom). Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and accommodating.

Looks small, but it was actually very nice and fit 7 people in one room! (3 adults 4 children) 2 queen beds plus sofa bed. Loved that while it was condensed, it had a little kitchenette type area. The bathroom was kind of small too, but the sink/mirror was on the outside and the shower/toilet were in a separate “room”. This was convenient because I could get ready while someone else was using the bathroom. Overall was perfect for our one night stay.

Wonderful lodging location. Great facilities for swimming. Breakfast quarters and options were nice. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Only complaint is the highway is near and can hear traffic noise from room. Other than that, nice location conveniently close to zoo and downtown.

Quiet neighborhood

Clean and comfortable

It was great until fire alarm was set off just before 2:15am by a group of young women that were up being loud all night up and down the hallway prior to that and then the arm went off. Once everyone returned to their rooms I’m pretty sure that group of young women got the point no one was happy to evacuate their rooms and stand outside in the cold because they shut up the remaining of the night. Aside from that hotel staff were great and friendly. Hotel was clean. Just wish hotel guests would have respect for other guests.
