They had a computer issue and tried to make it my fault. The staff refused to call management. It was very frustrating. There was no hot water.

I had selected two rooms with walking showers and got two handicapped rooms with beds on the floor and hardly enough room in the shower to turn around. Also, the bathroom had flies everywhere coming up through the drains. I had to kill flies and hope to not bump the shower hose or it would fall down and hit me in the head. My father in law who is late 70s could not get out of the bed being it was on the floor.

Comfortable room, bed, and breakfast was offered super early for those who fly out on first flights. 10/10 will stay there again.

It's a nice hotel whose biggest benefit is proximity to the airport. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. Building was clean and decor was minimal. The bar serves a limited menu which isn't accurately advertised. The breakfast buffet is what one expects nowadays. My issue is with a lack of hot water in the shower. We stayed two nights, two weeks apart. Both times the temperature of the water in the shower was warm, barely. If the water handle moved slightly at all, you were hit with cold, cold water. When one is tired from traveling a hot shower is a great way to relax but we didn't experience it there.

The grounds, lobby, breakfast area, and my room were very clean and nice. Breakfast offerings were substantial. Lots of choices of what to eat and drink. Well done! My room and bed was clean and I slept well. Free shuttle service to the airport was provided as well. A good experience.

The lady at the desk that completed my reservation was very impersonal and not friendly. She was not discourteous just very businesslike. The breakfast was not good. The eggs and turkey sausage floated atop a large amount of water. I think they did not want those items to dry out but it was not possible because they were being poached. Last, we saw staff grab food/ bread with their hands and not tongs. Probably never going back to that location, for sure.

Pool was super cold. It was the main reason we stayed since we had a long drive. We wanted to relax in the pool. The pool was super cold we couldn't even keep our feet inside. The actual room was awesome though. Went inside and smelled good, so what ever y'all use for Cleaning, we loved. I did use the gym since we couldn't use the pool. The ladies restroom said free pads and tampons although there were none and the napkin dispenser didn't have any in order to dry hands as well. The food was ok. There was not much left when I went no one was really around to restock. My husband says we will give it a try again next time we travel back to our home town. Hopefully with this review, things change a little. Especially the pool part!

Love staying here! Friendly, helpful staff, clean inside and out. Lots of grassy areas for pets. Well lit and secure, usual airport noise but had no problem falling asleep in the comfy bed. Love the patio area, great breakfast options.

Breakfast bar needed refreshing. Scrambled eggs were all gone. Needed a few choices of low sugar cereals and need to include regular oatmeal as a choice vs all the sweet choices.

The hotel did the job for a quick overnight stay — simple, not fancy, and generally fine. I did find a cockroach in my room, but the front desk handled it quickly and moved me to a new room. While I appreciate the prompt service, it still impacted the stay. Good for convenience, but cleanliness could be improved.

The hotel itself appears relatively new. The bathroom had a clean and spacious shower. The room was very clean. The breakfast the following morning was good although we didn’t sample a wide variety of the food offered. All of the staff we met both at check in and in the food service areas were friendly and efficient. If I had to give a negative it would be that the bed was a little hard and the hot water took a long time to heat up. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever out this way.

Only reason I didn't give it perfect marks is the bad coffee and muzak on the patio. Great patio for pipe smoking. Fitness room was outstanding.

Hotel is located at the airport, but did not hear any noise. My only complaints is they need to turn up the hot water boiler and invest in new mattresses. What they have is great for a regular person but I have back pain so wasn’t great for me. I would stay again.

Due to bad weather, we were stuck in Little Rock overnight and needed to quickly book a room for the evening. For the price point I thought this hotel looked good online and was so pleased to find out it was just as nice in person. We had a great room, 2 queens with a pull out bed in the sitting area, which was perfect for our family of five. The front desk was always super nice and helpful. We had no luggage with us and the front desk was so nice in getting us a bag full of toothbrushes, toothpaste, lotion, deodorant, etc. After a really long hectic day of traveling and getting stuck somewhere we didn't want to be, we were so happy to get a comfortable night of rest in a hotel that felt clean, comfy, and super friendly. The guy the shuttled us from the airport to the hotel was also one of the friendliest and helpful people ever!

Check in was easy and quick which was needed after driving 14 hours!! We had a pet dog and service dog with us and she made sure we knew the quickest way to our room and where the stairs were located. The area outside has grass and seemed clean. Dog bags were provided for waste and the waste can had been emptied recently. The room seemed new, and everything was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable. We ran downstairs to buy water from the hotel convenience area and we were able to charge it directly to our room. I wish we could stay here for more than a night.

The satellite for the tv wouldn’t work and the person at the front desk didn’t have a clue what to do the then move rooms and we been on the road for hours and just laid down wasn’t about to pack all back up and move

We always stay at this hotel when we have an early flight the next morning. We have also always parked our vehicle for the duration of of our vacation, but couldn’t this time. Our flight was at 5 am and shuttle service begins at 4:30 am.

I like that this hotel is environmentally conscious. I think it would be good to have soap and lotion dispensers at the bathroom sink. The food options could be better, maybe baked items instead of fried.

They put us in a room that they knew had a broken tv. Then breakfast had no food except eggs and boxed cereal.

Great hotel that’s as close to the airport as possible. Mattress was comfortable and the room was clean. The only terrible thing is the low flow shower head. Completely miserable experience. A bucket with a small dipper would remove soap with more vigor. Shuttle service was amazing. Restaurant was less than appetizing but friendly folks.

I just stayed one night since my flight was leaving very early in the morning. It is very close to the airport.

We stay here often, even when we are not traveling. We often get the suite so that kids have their own space to watch TV. Unfortunately kids were disappointed when the TV didn't work. It was too late at night to change rooms and we were already starting to settle in. Otherwise nice stay!

When we checked into the room, the carpeting was very wet. Apparently, they had cleaned it but it wasn’t dry. Our feet were wet as we were in our socks. They offered to transfer us to another room but we had already unpacked our luggage. Perhaps they shouldn’t have rented that room until the carpeting was dry.

Very clean and up to date place. Have a pretty good selection of draft beer at the bar and the fellow tending was very nice. Was just and in and out place to sleep for the night, husband said the bed could have been better, i had no complaints. Not far from town and literally right at the airport. Would stay again

The room was nice and comfortable, but I was asked to pay for the room that had already been pre-paid. The charge is still pending so time will tell.

I would definitely stay here again. The only problem is on the last night while smoking a cigarette outside a guy came through the side door where I was outside from inside and was asking for money and he had a police restraint band on his ankle. Strange seeing he was inside the hotel already and came out to me. That was the only negative from my great experience.

Didnt even get past check in tried to charge for service animals/esa. I travel all over the country staying in hotel and air bnb and have esa till i can move up wait list for service dog funding for ptsd and never have i ever had to pay or had an issue. Lady wanted to charge almost the cost of the room for the fee. And on top of that was rude as hell. I have never been so offended for having a disablity in my life. I will never set foot in a Fairfield again. And i will be contacting corporate if not an atty to see my rights. This is not ok to be discriminated against for disability. Didnt even refund my roo. Cost and asked me to leave property immediately.

My room was never cleaned/"refreshed" by housekeeping even after I checked with the front desk. However, my flight was delayed and I was given a late check out, much appreciated

The room was on the top floor, 90F and the AC unit was broken or something, it would not cool the room. We told the front desk we needed to make other plans, but they have offered no refund -- it was booked as a non-refundable visit, but of course that assumes the room is provided as advertised, and it was not. They claimed it had a working AC and that was absolutely not the case, resulting in a room that was too warm to sleep in.

As with other US M no water in rooms . Have to go back down to get it . Great for a quick lay over .

Property next door has grass so high you cannot see when you pull out onto the road. This is hazardous with oncoming traffic.

Ran out of coffee and breakfast around 9am. The door to room 102 was really loud when opened. Made a loud rubbing noise. Too tight. Room was clean but not enough hooks or lights. Thank you.
