    We got two bedrooms, and they ensured to give us those connected ones. The price for two rooms was great. Location worked for the U-Haul truck. I was suspicious of the cleanliness. Bedroom sheets had some weird stains. The shower in one bedroom didn't have hot water. The smell was like stale air that reminded me of those moldy beach rentals.     The only good thing was that the actual bed was comfortable, but the blankets had cigarettes holes in it and they still looked dirty. The other good thing was that is was right off thr highway. The motel looked very dirty and run down like it hadn't been painted or cleaned or any updates in 40 years. It looked like a motel in a horror movie. I didn't feel safe there with my family, but my mother in law was the one who found the place while we were making our way back home from another state through Arkansas to our home state after that from a family funeral. The guy wasn't very friendly and there was another guest in a room or two over room us that was yelling for like two and a half hours and we got there a little after 11pm and I didn't want to hear that crap, so I literally had to turn up the TV loud so I wouldn't hear him. That's ridiculous. Then the next day we left to drive back home for another 5 and a 1/2 hours. I accidentally left my cosmetic bag which also had other personal items in there including anxiety medication and other things and I didn't realize it until a week later when I was unpacking because normal people don't unpack until after a few days because I had to go back to work that was the last thing on my mind. That's when I realized my bag was missing, do I called them and got the runaround with three different people who never once greeted me properly on the phone saying this is Quality Inn how can I help you? All I ever got was a hello when I called. Who does that?! The third person I spoke to was a lady and she said that she texted the house keeper about the bag, but she's not answering her back about it. I said oh that's suspicious seems to me like she has my bag. I said that's really some bullshit since that's the last place I know I had it because I used it there and it's a shame that you don't have honest employees. I said I really need my freaking bag now. Pos motel and pos employees who have 0 customer service/people skills and who are lying thieves!!

    Staff was understanding and nice to me,room was clean,i almost didn't stay because of reading reviews,but i needed a quick stay for short period,prices reasonable,they charge a deposit but as long as you treat there property right you will get it back.

    There was no hot water. Holes in the walls. The hallway wreaked of weed. But the staff was nice and I just needed 7 hours of sleep. Beds were nicer than anything else.

    I took minutes for the front desk clerk to even appear. Not helpful with restaurant suggestions. Bug crawling up the wall of our room. Water did not get warm for our shower. Disgusting carpet. The most meager breakfast. And the ice machine was not working. Thankfully the bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked!

    Room was clean, towels were stained and smelled of cigarettes, and there was zero hot water. When we informed the front desk we were told we have to run the water at least 10 minutes and then it would get warm but we were on our way out the door at that point. That information would have been good upon check in. Also if they are going to allow smoking in rooms linens should be kept separate.

    Very friendly staff. Good location. Excellent beds and shower. Hotel is old and it shows. Continental breakfast was 6 to 9 am. At 6:45 am it was out of almost everything including coffee cups and napkins. The nozzle fell off of the waffle batter dispenser. There was a nice amount of gravy for biscuits and gravy but no biscuits.

    The sign wasn't even quality inn. The place had a Comfort Inn sign up half lit. When we checked it it was dark and faint smell of cigarette smoke. When we got our room, it was dirty and the mattress had blood stains on it. Long story short, we didn't end up staying the night.

    It's a trap house. There was prostitutes and drug deals outside the door. Our room door had no security lock. The coffee pot still had the thing in it where someone has made coffee. The first room we were in the fridge did not work. I requested a smoking king room on the ground floor and got a double non smoking because they had no king smoking.i couldn't cancel because I didn't make my reservations until after 3 pm so I would have lost my money for a room I did not want!! Run from this place and the 3rd party vendor Hotels.com!!!!!!

    The breakfast provided was equally dismal. There was hardly anything to eat – the bread was stale and had an unpleasant odor, and there were no fruits, muffins, or eggs available. The only options were milk and corn flakes, which is far from a satisfactory breakfast spread. Given these numerous issues, I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel. The lack of basic amenities and poor maintenance make it a place to avoid.

    There was a cockroach in the bathroom, that was after I gave a pass to the smoke detector being removed, cable wasn't working, toilet seat was only held on with 1 screw, the main light to enter the room was out. Told the front desk and they acted like it was a complete surprise, they offered another room but it would also not have a smoke detector. I didn't want to stay at all. They wouldn't refund, even after I offered to pay one of my 2 nights I was supposed to stay.

    did not refund me saying that I made the reservation with Travelocity and that it was out of his hands. I asked him to give me a receipt with the date of the checkout and he said he couldn't do that. I asked him to print his name, sign, and write the date I was checking out and he said he couldn't do that. He is stealing money from me.

    This hotel is something out of a horror movie.. The mattress was the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen. The bed cover had cigarette burns on it Aluminum tape around the window for insulation The door wouldn’t even shut let alone lock. The whole building smelled of cigarettes and weed. We are not prissy and thought “let’s see the room” after we saw the room we went and checked out and another customer was in the same boat and she got her things and left as well..     It was dangerous, unsanitary, and rundown. I checked in and immediately checked out. The door’s deadbolt was missing, carpet was dirty, bathtub was covered in debris as if it had not been clean in years, toilet paper handle was missing, walls were moldy, and beds were stained.     A mouse ran across the floor and to top it off they tried to charge an extra fee to cancel and over charge more than what i stayed. And sent me back and forth to the customer service online to them. There is no cleanliness. Customer service is not good.     We paid extra for a pool-view room and wish we didn't. The pool was "closed" with tarps and tires over it (in the summer). The fence surrounding the pool was falling down and the room window was cracked. The room itself was decent and the bathroom looked recently remodeled. The hallway outside the room wasn't great. Breakfast was a joke. It was a pre-packaged 'danish' that was horrible. Overall, the property worked for our overnight stay.

    We requested a roll away bed when we reserved the room and they did not have any available. I rented the room that was supposed to sleep 5 people and the room they gave us did not. There was no hot water to take showers. They said they had continental breakfast and they did not. The staff was friendly. There was no air conditioning in any of the building except for in the rooms so it was really hot in the hallway and office area.

    No lie. This place sucked. My coworker and I had no hot water the whole stay. 3 nights of no hot water. The place has a smell to it. The pool is out of service and very unkept. The whole place is falling apart. Honestly. Not worth the $65. More like $20. Save your time and money. Skip this one.

    This hotel was okay for the price we paid. It was clean but the carpets in both the room and the hall felt like they were from the 1970's and it's just hard for old carpet to feel clean. It's time to pull up the carpet and put in flooring. It felt like an old hotel that had been redone (marks on all the doors where previous room signs had hung), bangs and marks on the walls, broken pieces on the corners of doors, etc). Good enough for a quick sleep while on the road but not a place for a longer stay.

    The stat was horrible. There was roaches in the room. The picture on the app was nothing at all what the motel looked like. We had a window in our room looking at the swimming pool and there was a trash can in front of the window full of trash. There were also mattresses laying on the ground. We went for the breakfast about 6:16 AM and the coffee was not ready so we ended up going else where for coffee. I will never stay at this motel ever again. It was a horrible experience.

    While cleaned well, the property needs to be updated. The fixtures and furniture were decades old. The parking lot was in need of repair. The carpet was worn. Again, it was all clean. Just in need of updating/repair. The evening staff at check in, was very pleasant and attentive. The morning staff when checking out was polite, but too engrossed in his phone to pay attention to guests coming and going. The breakfast buffet was nearly non-existent. Perhaps it was just a slow morning, but at 6:30am, with no one eating in the breakfast area, it looked like the staff had simply put out the leftovers from the previous day.

    To whomever is reading this review, you should know that this hotel in no way looks like the pictures. The place is in really bad shape, dirty, stains everywhere. Even the bed sheets were teared up and dirty. I was embarrassed in bringing my wife to this hotel. Shame on the owners of this place for false advertising the shape and condition of this hotel with their pictures.

    The property was not kept up with or is changing hands. Did not look like the picture. Staff super friendly. There was a mouse in our room. The breakfast was minimal and we ended up not eating there.

    The hotel seemed to be overall very dilapidated. The fire alarm was hanging by the wires, it smelled of cigarettes, there was a cigarette burn hole on the bed spread, the curtains were shredded, the ice machine worked but definitely needed repair, and the inner corridors did not lock to the outside. The “breakfast” included bread for toast, Debbie cakes, a waffle iron but I didn’t see the mix, and some cereal.

    Overall it was ok, the only complaint I have is that I asked for a wake up call for 5:00am that I never got and the parking lot was a mess with junk cars. But the sleep was good.

    The hotel was clean but very old. The hot water was very lukewarm. The website said hot breakfast, but due to Covid, no breakfast. Do not know if would stay here again.

    Hotel is run down, not at all like the pictures online. Service was "ok"... Fitness center closed and hot breakfast unavailable with Covid as the excuse while other hotels in the area provide both. That being said, the room was clean and the beds comfortable.

    The pictures on site for hotel are false advertisement. The hotel is run down, trash was in doorways. Rooms look horrible. Stains were all over sheets. I had to get them to move me to different room, then I just ended up leaving that room also. Didn’t feel safe.

    The room itself was fine, nothing special or really to complain about. The bathroom didn't smell clean, although visually it was clean. We checked in during the evening and left in the morning, when we woke up the next morning there were cockroaches in our shower... gross. It wasn't a small one, probably the biggest one I've ever seen. I asked for a refund and was told a manager would reach out to me, never did. I had to call back myself

    The pictures are deceiving. The location was bad. Not close to much plus its a bad part of town. The outside and parts of the inside were not good. No hot breakfast. I guess due to covid. But I can't eat cereal or waffles for breakfast so I had to go to McDonald's for eggs and sausage and coffee. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The carpet throughout needs replacing. The paint job throughout needs a professional. Pet friendly, ahh, not so much. And the smokers need to go outside and stay about 25 feet minimum away from the entrances. Overall the hallway we were in was pretty quiet but the maid did try to come in our room even though we asked for a do not disturb hanger and had it on the door. As we were checking out, the maid was nice and told us to be careful. The checkout person wouldn't give us a receipt because we used Hotels.com. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had no other choice.

    The bed was not so good! We could not sleep! It was hard as a rock! The coffee in the room was amazing! Just that bed, was aweful! The breakfast was ok! I suppose due to covid! My husband took me to breakfast somewhere else because he said the breakfast wasn’t any thing he wanted! Other than that everything was perfect! Thanks
