I had a wonderful stay

A nice quiet comfortable room and a good breakfast.

We were greeted by Esmeralda upon checking in. She was very helpful and friendly with answering questions we had. The breakfast every morning was delicious! The kids had a great time in the pool and the location was perfect for all of our trips out.

Some of the furniture was too short . One closet wasn't wide enough for our suitcase. Nothing major.

The breakfast was fully stocked. It was nice and quiet and our dog enjoyed being there.

I appreciated that this hotel did not use fragrance in the rooms or lobby (as far as I can tell). We had an accessible room with a kitchen that came in handy after a procedure I had. Like many hotels, the air conditioning can be pretty loud when it turns on. Luckily, we did not need to use it while sleeping this time. But a heads up about that if you're sensitive to noise.

Room and bed were comfortable, parking was easy. The breakfast was not that great. Paper plates and plastic silverware - and only fake butter for pancakes. only apples, no bananas. I expected more.

Breakfast had a variety of choices. Staff was responsive when needed extra items: towel, kleenex, TP. Bathroom sink had a leak which we did not figure out the source until several of our bathroom items were soaked. Maintenance was sent up the day we checked out.

The door to exit the building closest to our room often had people standing outside and smoking - not the hotel's fault, but unpleasant to walk through the cloud of cigarette smoke to get to our car.

Staff is most excellent. TV! no Bluetooth. All the NFL games were on apps. normally I just Bluetooth from my laptop. Just not at this location. Blackout. Drapes were not. gap under door let in plenty of light. Other Home Suites have figured this out. Trash. out front it was fairly full Wednesday when I arrived. Became more full during my 3 night stay. Same thing on the 4th floor by elevators; these really had a progressively worse air about them (they stunk). None were emptied during my Wed to Sat stay. All of these little things are the exact reason I insist on Hilton Home Suites and NOT motel 6. This comparison is with other Home Suites since 2016. You did not meet Hilton standards.

My wife and I have become accustomed to having a fresh hotel fragrance. We felt like we were "roughing it" by going to a hotel that did not invest in the aroma experience.

Pleasantly surprised by the rooms. Did not expect such a large room.

Nothing was lacking except the pillows were a little wimpy. Quiet. Good sleep. Easy quick access to 470.

Room wasn't cleaned the second day of my stay. Coffee wasn't replaced.

Loved that breakfast was included and it was very tasty. Was quiet which helps with sleeping. Only came in the room to drop off towels, said they’d be back but didn’t. All in all it was a great stay !!

Check in was quick and easy. Very pleasant staff on all departments. Nice Continental breakfast, included a waffle station, eggs, difference meats each morning, juice, breads, and much more. There was also an "evening social" where food was served. Will definitely stay here again when I'm Colorado visiting my family.

Everything was great except and we checked in we had to be escorted to room because they could not make room keys. and we needed someone to open the pool or anywhere we needed to go or get back in a room.

The key reader wasn’t working neither was the hot tub. Both Temporary. Otherwise it was a fantastic place

Mice in our room, pool was green and smelled aweful, hot tub was out of service, staff was unaccomadating and did not apologize or offer compensation. Very disappointing for a Hilton Flag in a good atea of town.

We stayed at the property for 5 nights visiting our son. So great! Front desk staff was helpful and professional, cleaning staff was available and professional, the property is in a great location for many area attractions: Red Rocks, Morrison, Mt Falcon, Evergreen, Golden and Denver is just down the road! It was lovely to have a room large enough to visit comfortably with guests, a convenient (and clean) washer/dryer on each floor and a comfortable room in every way! Will definitely stay again!

The only problem I had, if you could call it that, is that housekeeping was supposed to come every other day, and didn't. We were there 3 days, and when I asked on day two, I was told they didn't come that day because they were swamped brought us clean towels. I would recommend this property highly. However, I would strongly suggest you contact the property directly.

Quiet, easy check-in process- it was wonderful!

The rooms were a bit out of date. The community areas were not very clean. The gym had no towels, water, or cleaning wipes. The hot tub was closed during our stay. There was a fun sport court and the included breakfast was pretty good.

We came to Littleton for a women's conference and the 2 bedroom suite with sofa sleeper was perfect for our group of 7. The breakfast was excellent, with both hot and cold food choices. Perfect! Each room has a ceiling fan which helps control the air flow. One thermostat for all rooms. One room was much cooler than the other.

Best shower water pressure I ever experienced in any hotel. Also pool was very clean and quiet. Kitchenette had everything to feel like home. Very cozy ambience of room with ceiling fan. Perfect location near cafe and restaurants. Nice looking green grass aria around, very clean and good for walking with pet. Receptionist Tristan was very friendly and gave us room accordingly all our requests. Was surprised by poor selection of breakfast food compare with previous stay. Also pillow case on one pillow was looking yellow and used by other guests. Seems to me sheets wasn't too fresh and pressed.

Location. Staff No rubber mat for bathtub. Very slippery. Needed another grab bar. Toilet low and for older people hard to get up.

We really liked our 2 bedroom suite. It was spacious, comfortable and we would go back. Just a little outdated but still overall very nice place.

This hotel was Amazing came from Dallas Texas to Colorado couldn’t ask for anything better ! Only thing is the stove didn’t work

The room was dirty and there was stains all over the sheets and pillow. The shower wasnt cleaned properly and there was poop stains on the outside of the toilet and on the inside. I had to pick up trash in the room when I got there. The bedframe was really dusty and so was the side table near the couch.The staff was unapologetic about this and rude when I talked to them. They didnt offer any help and just said "okay". None of the ice machines worked and the light wouldnt work in the fridge. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all. Its not worth the price when there is another Hilton right next door.

We like Homewood Suites layout and value.

We chose this hotel because it had a pool and a kitchen. My daughter had a soccer tournament in the area. There were places nearby that we could eat at which was nice. We brought a bunch of food to take with her to her tournament the next morning, and after loading the fridge we swam and went to bed. In the morning, we went to take everything out of the fridge and everything was warm. The fridge wasn't cold at all. It was plugged in because the freezer worked. I ended up having to throw away everthing we brought. I didn't want to risk everyone getting food poisoning. We told the front desk and was told that management would call me, but no one ever called. It was a lot of wasted money.

Staff was friendly and the room was big, clean and comfortable. However the heater was very noisy in our room. We warmed up the room, then put the thermostat to OFF, but the noisy heater would still rattle several times thru the night.

No fan in bathroom, lotsa light bulbs out. Pillows went flat overnight.

Rooms are very clean been there more than once. I love this hotel. Their breakfast can approve but other than that it’s the best place to stay. They gave me a different room because the lock for the door needed to be changed out and I asked for an upper floor and they granted it.

Very nice and clean hotel! Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was great for my achy muscles and the water was nice and hot. Breakfast variety of drinks and food was good.

When we checked in the first room they gave us was right next to the elevator. To get another room we had to wait until 4 pm. The front desk clerk was lifeless. The hotel was in a good location for our needs. Nothing going on around it. Parking was ok and free. The daily breakfast was good except for powdered eggs everyday. The hotel seemed newer but boring and frugally designed. Loved having one bedroom. The kitchen was poorly stocked. You could count the number of glasses as well as silverware on one hand. The AC was noisey. The bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet. The ladies who run the breakfast are the best and always under appreciated.

Our 1 bedroom suite had plenty of space with full size refrigerator and top stove, microwave, tv in both living room and bedroom. It would have made me feel safer in the shower if there was a rail to hold on while showering. Their was a rail to get into shower only. The AC did go out during our 3 day stay but was fixed in an hour or so. The breakfast was very good and had a nice clean inviting area to eat in.

Stayed here while visiting Denver for the weekend. Room was spacious, staff was friendly and hospitable, and the breakfast buffet was well stocked with several options.

Great 2-bdrm suite for the 7 of us. Couldn’t have picked a better location. Quiet, pool, gym and bball court. Midday/early evening front desk gentleman was helpful. Price was awesome.

I was accommodated because our room had some stains on the mattress that was gross, but Dave took care of us. The only other problem we had was the cigarette smoke we kept smelling thru the property. Also, the halls were a little dirty maybe they were short staffed due to weather, but all in all I believe they did try to do there best. We would stay here again.

My impression is outdated, needs painted, not the cleanest, and the bed was terrible. Nightmare like sleeping on bricks was awful. First impression of walking in was it smelled like old smoke or there was a funky smell it just needs a good update and paint and clean. I’ll never go again.

It would be nice to have had a coffee table or ottoman in the room, but we didn’t stay in the room often during the day so not a big deal. The breakfast was delicious and a nice variety everyday. The mini ducks hidden all over were such a cute surprise and a nice touch for the little ones and adults. We will definitely stay here again.

I picked the property as it was a central location from Denver to Colorado Springs. It was the perfect choice.

Although the staff and facilities were nice our car was broken into and all windows broken. There were no cameras up and it was a very unfortunate situation to wake up to. The manager did help us board up the windows, but no assistance offered after that. I would not consider this a safe area.

The 2 bedroom family room on the 3rd floor was extremely worn and dated. Holes in walls had obviously been patched up, badly. Blade from ceiling fan was missing. There was no furniture in the living room other than a very old, smelly and extremely uncomfortable love seat. Only one chair at the small dining table. The bed linens were ripped. The windows were broken and the net curtains needed washing as they are yellowed. The property smelled like cigarette smoke in places. The basketball court outside had no basketball hoop. The towels in the pool were the size of a hand towel. All in all, for the price I paid, I felt extremely unhappy. Definitely way over priced.

When we arrived about 10 minutes in, the toilet had to have a piece replaced. Maintenance man was very nice, and prompt.

This hotel was amazing! We were able to check in a bit early. The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a two bedroom suite, and it was very roomy and comfortable for four adults. Breakfast was delicious!!! Very fresh and a great variety. The ladies did a nice job with breakfast. We didn’t have to check out till noon, which was nice not having to rush out since it had snowed. Checkout was fast and easy. We highly recommend this hotel!!!

In town for our daughter's wedding and we stayed for 6 nights and never had our room cleaned. Only once did they empty the garbage. We never had the sheets changed after requesting it twice and had to get our own clean towels from the housekeeper down the hall. We did not have a 'Do not disturb' sign on the door like the hotel clerk suggested. The clerk who checked us in and checked us out was rude and aloof and should not be dealing with customers. The ice machines didn't work and the breakfast was just so-so.

It was excellent in every way! We had the two bedroom suite! Friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean and most definitely worth the price !!! Would definitely recommend to anyone for a family stay.
