The breakfast was minimal to say the least. I never went down except for the first day to check it out. I think my husband went twice and wasn’t very impressed. Other than the breakfast and the lack of housekeeping it was a great stay. We will consider staying here again if we are in the area.

Very good
- 5/5
We booked the 2-bedroom suite and it was perfect! Bedrooms were cozy, had a nice living area along with a kitchen. Never had a bad experience at any Marriott location!
- 4/5
Stay was great and staff were nice. Only issue I had was I didn’t get housekeeping done even after asking for it 3 times until the day before my check out
- 4/5
We had place setting for 3, typically even 2 people need extra place setting, and with no dish washing soup, you could potentially run the dishwasher multiple times a day.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good, room was clean, grounds were very well kept, and the staff was extremely friendly. My only gripe was the pullout mattress was not as comfortable as the last time.
- 4/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Place was in a nice location and was well taken care of.

Kitchenette was useful. Disappointed with service ~ we called for housekeeping and they confirmed it would be done. The front desk called back shortly after and asked if we wanted a "refresh" or "full" service. We said, full service, and they said, okay. It will be done. When we got back later that evening, nothing had been done. Unacceptable.
- 3/5
Room was clean, bed was comfy, loved the closet space. Our 2 bedroom/1 bath suite was perfect for us to stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was typical continental. The only problems we had was that all 3 TV’s had lines and we could not watch them, and our AC would not cool any lower than 75, even though it was set on 70.

This is a good place if you need something with amenities. Room was comfortable with a kitchenette, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and stove, stocked with a handful of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and cutlery. Pool is outdoor and is closed in May, small gym with a few exercise machines and free weights. Breakfast was included, but rather meh, eggs, sausage, and potato most days that could have been just a tad warmer, small choice of yogurts, apples and bananas. My only complaint would be room service which was to be every other day, but I checked in on Sunday and had to ask Thursday morning for someone to come by and at least get the trash, fairly confident no one came on Tuesday, they did change out towels, but didnt clean the small amount of cups/cutlery in the sink. I didnt see any dishwasher or dawn type product to do it myself. Its kind of in an indsutrial/office type area but dont let that deter you, very quiet, and convenient for supermarket, fast food, real food, and 470. Definitely recommend. It was also about $20 to 30 cheaper than similar places a few miles to the east.

The property was old, worn and not well maintained. My air conditioning went out in the middle of the night my first night. I roughed it and let the front desk know the problem the next morning. They said they would get it fixed that day. I came back that evening and they said it was fixed. It wasn’t. I said I wanted a new room when I got back from dinner. I got back from dinner and it was such a cluster to get another room. They were confused on which room I was to be in. They next morning they issued new keys to me and a fellow worker staying there because they had moved him in the computer to the room I was staying in and showed me in my old room. It was just very frustrating, disorganized and a terrible experience. When I checked out they offered no refund or discount. Marriott should be embarrassed to have their franchise on this facility.

Stayed in 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor on a Thursday night. Our stay was VERY QUIET and the beds were so soft. Shower was clean and bathroom was nice. We did not use the kitchen or living room but they seemed nice. The staff is so awesome! Will be back to stay when catching a show at Red Rocks!
- 2/5
We had no hot water, the fridge was making a grinding sound. We reported the water issue in the evening. By morning nothing had been done and there was still no hot water and nobody had been called to fix it. The breakfast was ok.
- 1/5
Not what is advertised. I have no idea how this location was rated so high. Old. Dated. Bathroom very small. Doors access does not work. Staff rude.
- 5/5
The room was good. However there is black mold under the flooring in front of the tub. We jad a baby with us and could be dangerous. Walls in kitchen weren't clean or side of refrigerator. Simplest of items to ensure cleanliness would be helpful and thorough vacuuming. Updating the room with new curtains and paint would go along way. .

If you are looking for a decent room with kitchen in the Ken Caryl area of greater Denver, and you do not want to spend a lot, this is a great place. We've stayed twice in two years, and it has served us well both times. Just around the corner from SH 470 (C-470) and only about 15 miles off of I-70, it's a short drive to some beautiful scenery. Very close to Red Rocks, which is why we chose it. Not at all fancy, but a solid choice for the money.
- 5/5
Will definitely be coming back for future stays in the area

I was incredibly disappointed with my recent stay. The property feels very outdated, poorly maintained, and is in desperate need of a major renovation. Given the high nightly rate, the value simply wasn't there. Many other hotels nearby that would be a better choice.
- 4/5
I like that it was close to everything within the town , mountain view . The maintenance man & front desk was very friendly. There were a few days where the breakfast was cold , I felt like I was being kept an eye on while in the Cafe grabbing breakfast. My husband would ask for items such as toilet paper or trash bags from the aides in the hallway and they would seem irritated. This was until I asked them in spanish for the said items. The 2 bedroom suites need a second bathroom.

The price for a full apartment room was great. The location is very beautiful at the foot of the Front Range. Staff was quick and thoughtful. Breakfast was a little limited in its offerings.

It had plenty of room for the whole family Had a list of all the kitchen equipment we could use but they barely had any of the items.

Location was great for what we needed Luggage carts were not available for morning check out. Not that they were in use. My guess is guests had the two in their rooms or were at other buildings not brought back. Need locator tags so staff can see where they are rather than say just - Sorry. I had hurt my back and so my wife had to make multiple trips. Also weekday breakfast with eggs much better than weekend “treat” of a little e ggs and cheese on a hard biscuit. Looked good but were not tasty.

The room was clean and had great amenities. Although I was not a fan of the pillows and the blankets being too thin. Well managed property, and definitely enjoyed taking advantage of the complimentary breakfast they offered every day. A couple different options available but some regulars as well. Quiet environment away from a lot of the noise and I had no complaints about noise from other guests.

Loved our stay here. We came in late at night & Joshua at the front desk greeted us and checked us in fast and easy. He told us where all amenities were, very friendly :) My sisters & I are visiting from NYC. We came for sightseeing like the red rocks at the amphitheater which was about a 15 min drive. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were very surprised to have a kitchen with fridge microwave dishwasher anddd stove (nyc could never). Beds were so comfortable although I do wish the covers were Tucker but no biggie at all since the heater never gave us problems. The area was nice and quiet, no noisy neighbors so really all I can say is that everything was perfect. If we’re back with our parents I’ll make sure to book here again :)
- 3.5/5
Location and quietness, nice layout, comfortable bed, fairly quick response for maintenance issues Loud footsteps from above, bare minimum kitchen and the floors were dirty
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and the facilities clean. Room is large and comfortable. Quite location not far from grocery store and restaurants. Easy access to Highway 470. Great place to stay if you are going to Red Rocks for a concert! I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. Property web site does not mention that they have a pool. We didn't pack our swimsuits because we thought they did not have a pool. They do!

Excellent value, the two bedroom suite fits our needs very well. Staff is great. The breakfast offers a new variety each day. We’ve enjoyed both our stays there and will stay again.

Very comfortable bed. Good, efficient service by staff. Updated bathroom. Located away from busy streets, yet has quick access to C-470, restaurants, and stores. Heater/AC was loud. Refrigerator door opened toward wall instead of kitchenette center, so difficult to put things in or out. Bed was high and difficult to climb into.

I have been using this location for several weeks for work, convenient to the interstate, shopping, grocery store. Usually has been clean, quiet , hot breakfast and no issues until...................... I awoke at 440 in the AM to note loud scratching and scrabbling behind my head. Yes, I was awake as I normally get up at 0500 for work. I sat up in bed, looked behind me at the headboard; the sound stopped. I briefly thought as I was in a ground floor room that perhaps it was a mouse in the wall. I laid back down again contemplating this when suddenly, my pillow rapidly moved while my head was on the pillow. Nope, not kidding, this happened.
- 3/5
Then I tried to log into the Marriott website to use my phone AND tablet and could not connect. We got a phone number to the IT person and he could not figure it out after 15 minutes! So I gave up. Periodically I tried but even this morning I could not connect. The front desk could not help. About 1.5 hours before check out it went online. At checkout I shared my frustration and the desk said”oh yea, we had trouble the last 2 days”. And why did the checkin not know that? I am very very upset and disappointed.
- 5/5
The location was perfect. Very quiet yet not so remote. Short drive to restaurants. The room layout was cozy. I loved the 2 bedroom. Kitchen was cute. Beds comfy. Room was clean. Breakfast was acceptable. I did love the topping choices for yogurt or oatmeal. I didn't interact much with staff but the little that I did was good The TV!!! It did not want to work and heaven forbid when you changed the channel it would go blank. That should not be difficult and it was very slow. We gave up when it finally worked and left it on the same station. The room was clean, however, behind the bathroom door was an area that rarely gets cleaned. Very, very dusty with hair. I cleaned it myself because I didn't like that. The breakfast was ok but not the best. Took a while to find creamer as it was not with the coffee, no signage. I was expecting those room temp packets of cream so didnt think to go look for a fridge. There also should have been a sign ti the breakfast area too. Coming down the hall, there is a door straight ahead but you dont know what that door is for since there is NO sign. I figured it out myself but signage would be appropriate.

We had two rooms. We were supposed to have a two bedroom suite, but those were overbooked so they put us in two studio suites. That was completely fine, it was nice to have two bathrooms between 4 people. Both our rooms looked clean, but one room smelled funky. We opened the sofa bed in that room and the sofa bed had been peed on and had blood stains on it. Everything else in that room was spotless… I think the staff just forgot to check the sofa bed. We checked the sofa bed in our other room and it was brand new.

The free breakfast was amazing with a full meal for options. Only downside was the TV barely worked.

Had everything we needed for our one night stay. Friendly staff, nice room.
- 4/5
Everyone was super nice. Breakfast was good. Gym worked perfectly. Room was comfy and peaceful. My only critique would be the couch. It was super uncomfortable and it had stains. Room 233 may benefit from a new sofa. The beds were super nice, great pillows. Overall would go back!
- 3/5
Comforter had stains on it. Towels were too thin.
- 5/5
Great location to get rideshare to Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert!
- 3/5
Their attempt at proper compensation for no consistent, basically no TV service, during the entire stay was not close to adequate. A place to rest and relax in the evenings after full days without a promised service is not acceptable!

I would recommend upgrading the towels. The barh towels were very small And thin.
- 2/5
Took 4 times to get to our room. 1st time gave us a key to a room and walked in to someone already in the room. Scared the crap out of them walking in at 11:30 at night!! 2nd time sent us on a long walk to the wrong building. 3rd time gave us a room with only 1 bed and the 4th time back to the office where she then took us to a room with 2 beds. Couldn't comp us anything because we didn't book with Marriot and it was a 2nd/3rd party which was expedia...so not to happy with that answer. other than that it was a good stay.

My husband and I love staying at Townplace Suit, whether it's in Denver area, or Colorado Springs. We like that there's a full kitchen with a fridge, oven/stovetop, and a microwave. The staff is always super nice and helpful.

Third floor on the far side from the elevator with enough clothes for six days really quite a lot of work! Battled with Internet and TV connections. Gentlemen who helped me out most the time was fantastic. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but I think it was jeremy or Stewart lol I’m sorry I remember your name Sarah, but you know who you are. Thank you so much for the help!

We went to a concert at Red Rocks and this hotel was close, had a very nice kitchen, and a good breakfast.
- 2/5
The seemingly one person staff (he was there night and day) was friendly and helpful. Hotel is situated in a semi industrial park so nothing is walkable. Lots of restaurants, stores exciting a short driving distance. In spite of being a Marriott this brand is not one I would stay at again.
- 5/5
Friendly and accomodating staff. Hotel was in great condition, clean and safe. We had two adjoining studio suites for our party of 6. The manager and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Great stay. Would recommend.
- 5/5
Simple check in. Quiet. Well placed. Colin with the warm welcome and breakfast. Thanks
- 4/5
Serviceable suite in an excellent location for taking in all of the natural beauty in the area. Nothing fancy at all, but if you want a comfortable place to make your own dinner and sleep well after a long day of hiking, biking, or just riding around in the Colorado mountains, this is a really great choice. We took in a show at Red Rocks and made it back to our suite in just eighteen minutes! This is a really great location.
- 4/5
We had a great time and our room was very comfortable. Any problems we did have were quickly taken care of by the front desk staff.
- 3/5
Everyone was nice, bed was comfortable , plenty of parking. Only complaints were coffee was bitter two days (good 5 days), and our air conditioner was loud and cycled on and off,
- 3/5
The carpet was sticky when I arrived and they had to clean it. The sofa was dusty. Noisy from traffic. Not sure I’d stay there again. Was surprised I thought Marriott were nicer.

It was the perfect stay for a Red Rocks show. The room was clean. The kitchenette was perfect. I would stay again

I needed a place to stay overnight after a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado. And Marriott TownePlace Suites was the perfect place. Overall, my stay was wonderful!
- 2/5
This was one of the worst stays I've had at a Marriott property. The TV in our room did not work unless I unplugged the power cords and the cord for the cable service then plugged them all back in. It wasn't until our third day that a "technician" came to the room and fixed the problem. We reused our towels and asked for fresh towels every other day at the front desk as we left for the day. When we returned in the afternoon/evenings we did not have fresh towels. I had to go down to the front desk and get them myself. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned on the fourth day of our stay. It was not cleaned during the day. We called and more-or-less demanded someone come to our room to clean it, which they finally did. We were very disappointed with the service at this property and would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Noticed the last time I stayed here, the TV wouldn't shut off, i had to unplug it. (May be batteries or remote issue)
- 5/5
It is very clean, upgraded, relatively quiet, nicely furnished. Breakfast included is less than great but adequate. Nice accommodating staff!
- 3/5
The first day I went to take a shower and all: shampoo, conditioneer & body wash containers were empty. I calimd at the front desk but never went to replinish it. Only when I came back to FD they didi it.
- 5/5
One of the best places I have ever stayed
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Was really good. Room TV and bath faucet was off the wall. TV broken in one room. I did report it and maintenance took note to replace it.
- 3/5
The room was great as far as amenities are concerned since it has a full kitchen. The downside was that we couldn't fall asleep due to a large amount of people partying in the grill area right outside of our room. Once we fell asleep we were woken up very early by the room above us. The walls were way too thin.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Safe and easy parking.
- 4/5
Front desk people are friendly
- 5/5
Clean, simple, good location.
- 5/5
I stay here every time I visit my son. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast is great! It’s clean and you can cook in your room if you want. There is lots of hiking close by! I love it
- 2/5
I wanted to like this property because they actually provide dishes in their rooms but the issues just continued to stack up. The final straw being on our 3rd week (we stayed 4 total) they randomly decided to steal money off our card. They charged us random amounts over 5 days a week AFTER check in and claimed it was due to incidentals and that it would be returned after our stay. This did not occur at our first check out. Nor the second. But over a week after?! Some charges were at 1am! Random amounts too $60 here and $20 there. We are still showing these charges as pending. Even after leaving. The room was dirty when we got there including a used menstrual pad in the bathroom cabinet and squished bugs on the wall. Find yourself somewhere better to stay.

I like the staff and breakfast. Plus the views for pictures is beautiful almost fees like a home of your own v

The hotel staff here were very friendly and amazing. Always greeted us and were so kind of any requests. Only complaint was they held trash in a storage room next to ours and the smell lingered into our room and was horrible entering and exiting our room. Also no indoor pool. I did not realize this when I booked that the pool listed as an amenity was outdoor only. Other than that was a great stay!! Thank you Colin and team for the amazing customer service.

in the mattress. As we left to get dinner, some guests were smoking marijuana with their room door slightly open and the hallway was reeking of marijuana smoke. We spoke with the night manager and he said he would check up on it. We would have checked out immediately but it was late, our kids were tired from travelling all day and just wanted to get something to eat and get into bed. The next morning we spoke with the day manager and he was very nonchalant about it and said that they cannot control whether guests smoke marijuana or cigarettes in guest rooms even though the hotel has a strict no smoking policy. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone, we slept with a chair pushed against the door because we felt so uneasy. Definitely not the standard you would expect from a Marriott hotel.

Love this property. Close to every thing. I hate that Amazon built a warehouse right next door

Really, my only complaint is a lack of parking and the open drug use, especially at night around the fire pit. Also, at night people were smoking marijuana in the elevator, not cool!

I thoroughly enjoy going through Marriot/Towneplace Suites each time I travel. Never had a bad experience.

Cigarette butts all around bench that never got picked up. This was our third time staying here, 6 nights or more, and things overall are not what they used to be.

We arrived late, and the staff was quick to give us our key and check us in in no time. Readily offered extra sheets for the sofa bed that we needed to use. An older facility, but nicely maintained.

TV volume was very low and then the tv more or less stopped working. Ac was not great

Great location next to the entrance to the mountains. The room had everything we needed - the only issues were the TV operation and we could hear upstairs neighbors walking around a little too much.

Great open space to walk; nice and quiet.

Friendly staff, room was clean and a nice breakfast

Very nice place. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Nice outdoor spot to sit. It is out by itself so we had to Uber everywhere. Just a fyi, not complaining. Also great view!

The price was affordable, staff were helpful, close to Red Rock! Definitely would be back!

It was clean and comfortable. The guy checking me in at the front desk was super nice!!

The staff were friendly! Breakfast was good for continental style. The community printer didn’t work but the staff helped me print out a shipping label on their printer. The room was clean and was perfect for my week long stay. Trash seemed to be hard to remove from our room on our own. The dumpster was not located in a convenient place but the staff was accommodating and understanding. The tv was a nightmare but that’s because of the brand and not because of the staff. They helped me figure out the “trick” to make sure it worked. Overall I really liked this property and would recommend staying here.

It was amazing

Clean, quiet, convenient… only thing missing was an electric car charging station. Would be really ideal if there were a couple stations available for guest use.

The person checking us in announced our room number out loud with others in the lobby. As a woman who often travels by myself, this is a huge safety hazard. Your room number should never be announced out loud. Staff needs better training.

Very Affordable modern Suite, but a bit out of the way. Not much in walking distance. It looks like Apartments, so the Main Entry signage could be better marked.

The room was pretty rough. The sink had significant cracks in it, the toilet ran, and the drapes looked as though they had been thrashed by a cat. Breakfast was a usual hotel breakfast.

The room was really nice. Kitchen was a plus plus. Complimentary breakfast everyday was awesome. Food was really good. Definitely recommend this place to everybody

Nice and quiet room but the check-in took forever and we found out too late we were charged for a frozen meal we did not buy (room 114 on 8/11). Breakfast was good and it is fun to have a pool.

Too frustrated to go into detail here after just spelling this out to Marriott corporate as I cannot even work with the employees at the hotel itself - we had multiple issues the employees could have either prevented or handled better but they failed on all fronts, leaving us highly inconvenienced and even feeling unsafe at one point (fire alarm went off and despite 3 employees being on site, no one from the hotel was offering any info or direction to us or the other hotel guests who were forced outside in the middle of the night, concerned about the possibility of fire, etc.)
