Clean and friendly staff. Needs a water filter for drinking water

It was close for work purposes and no parking fee Checkout was at 11am and I wasn’t sure how long my exam was going to be it started at 8:30am so I couldn’t let my family be car less and no room stranded manager couldn’t consider or work with you for a later checkout without having to be pay and reserve another night that I was not planning on stay manager couldn’t even consider a percentage off for not staying

They allowed us an early check- in, so we could get ready for an event that we were leaving for. Things were clean and tidy. Around 6:00 a.m. I think it must have been a shower from another room and it awoke us. It seemed a little loud.

The hotel did not have a swimming pool or a fitness room as advertised. Our room was the fitness room. Our room number was taped to the fitness room sign. The breakfast was decent.

Great out-of-the way place for a quick night stay. Cons: far too low shower pressure, no fan in bathroom (who wants to listen to your roommate’s digestive processes?), breakfast ends too early. Pros: Clean room, free self-parking, short drive to downtown Livermore, adequate space, granted us a later checkout when requested, walking distance to strip mall with places to eat (great pizza at Halal City!), staff helpful with easy check-in and out!

Overall it was a good spot. Clean, spacious, big tv and good AC. No complaints

Quiet, safe, clean.

Our room was by the elevator and the ice machine, and it was still quiet! Breakfast was pretty standard for these kind of room and breakfast deals, but no complaints. We would definitely stay here again if we come this way.

The room was clean, the breakfast was ok, the rug and cloth seat chairs in the breakfast area was dirty. Stray cats on the property, one gray cat was trying to come in my room 😄 front desk male clerk was not to friendly . Stairs looked worn out rusted

It took three tries to get the key card to work, the heater was so noisy. It was like a freight train was going through my room, it’s so close to the freeway that I could hear all the semi eyes and speeders going by, the bathroom had a sound constantly against the back wall, so it wasn’t very comfortable.

The room was alright however the locking mechanism was kinda wonky. And the breakfast was average. But for the price it was about as expected

Checking in was easy, they were able to accommodate first floor which was wonderful. Room was clean and the property was quiet on a Friday night. Easy to find the hotel, not fancy but bed was SO comfortable.

Our room was impressively spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and spread out. The bathroom was clearly recently remodeled and looked fantastic – modern fixtures, clean finishes, and everything worked perfectly. It's always nice to see a hotel investing in updates like this. My only minor concern was the breakfast selection. While the quality of what was offered was good, I would have appreciated a bit more variety in the products available. A few more options would have made the mornings even better. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. The positives far outweigh the small breakfast critique!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had an issue upon arrival and they took care of us immediately. The manager and his staff are amazing and on top of things. The rooms were very clean and updated and modern (were stayed in 2 different rooms). Breakfast was great as well. Thank you for making this trip great.

During our 2 day stay house keeping knocked on our door at 7am even though we had our DND tag up. One of the nights we were woken up at 4:30 am from constant construction truck noises. Our last night my room key deactivated so we went into the office and nobody was there. We had to call the hotel and wait for someone to finally come in and help us. There was no sign that they were gone or anything…

The door was difficult to open. The room sightly smelled like mold and cigarettes. Infestation of ants in bathroom. I was granted a late check out till noon. But received several phone calls from front desk new crew and maid dervices several times before 11:30. No soap in bathroom. Now I get to wait all week to get my deposit back, for a room that really shouldn't require one. My recommendation honestly is to pay the extra $29 to $59 dollars to step up to 3 star room at a major chain hotel instead. The little bit extra it cost is well worth dealing with all the above I mention ib post. Morale of the story is you really get alot more for your money for paying a little bit more

It was so nice to make reservation on line. Easy peasy last minute plans worked out very well.

If you use a wheelchair, book somewhere else. There were nonplacard vehicles in the two handicap parking spots; which only one is ramp accessible. I told the front desk manager that I needed to unload a wheelchair. She told me to unload my minor son and wheelchair in the parking lot before I park. He's a person, not luggage. I figured out later management was parked in the handicap spots. One vehicle even had a custom plate-bold. Inconsiderate and unethical-what a great combo.

Our towels were used, they were damp, dirty and full of hair when we checked into the room. When we called to tell them they said if you want more towels you need to come and get them yourself. Room wasn’t clean bathroom was dirty and the food was old and gross. Guest service was rude a could care less about our room being dirty.

The lady who checked us in, wasn’t very nice, she wasn’t very helpful either she didn’t even tell us about the breakfast situation. And when I asked, she seemed to be bothered. The room was nice and dark unfortunately, a neighbor decided to sit on a bench and talk on speakerphone and woke us up early.

This hotel was an easy place to stop for the night and good price. The room was clean and comfortable. However the lobby and office area need a good cleaning and organizing. Very dusty and cluttered. Made me a little concerned for what the room would be like but as I said the room was fine. Hotel management should take a look from a customers point of view when they walk in.

Nice enough place for a budget traveler. My room was up to date. Nice large bathroom.

Staff was nice. Close to freeway. Grounds were a little unkempt, especially the empty, dirty hot tub area.

Nice room, the cross room noice is very low given more sturdy walls and flooring.

Room 105 (next door) was slamming constantly until after midnight. Woke up 6 times overnight because of that. Room smelled like mildew. Toilet seat had what looked like blood on it and had to be cleaned off before use. Generally poor stay overall.

The breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs and sausage every morning, even a waffle machine.

Love staying here. Usually a five. Garbage removal truck came at 3 am. Very noisy woke us up. Other than that we love the place.

we stayed here for 3 days and I liked the property, because of the fact that the Bathroom is big and everything worked the way we expected. Big Thumps Up.

Good for a night.

This is a dingy place that looks definitely anything but quality, there was literally boogers stuck to the walls. It’s a good place to bring a hooker at best. There was food particles, puke stains on the misaligned doors, the list is longer.

It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable specially the pillows

That check in man was so rude and I don't understand why, I said nothing mean wrong nothing but to quickly yell at some one and on Valentine's Day dude just rude for no reason I just walked in to check in what the heck was his issue .

There was $100 hold put on my charge card. They said it would return right away. It’s been five days. I’m still waiting. Just heads up your refund for your deposit takes several days up to a week.

They neglected to tell me about $100 deposit until after I had already paid for the room and then we got to our room and the toilet didn’t work so they gave us another room and the door didn’t lock. I had to get a different room key four times because the room key would not work either

Convenient to highway and Eastern Livermore. Clean. Some minor issues with bathroom fixtures, soap dispensers, etc., but everything important worked. Pretty good breakfast 6-9am.

While the street is a little sketchy, the hotel itself is very well maintained. The room seemed to be recently updated and it was spacious, clean, safe, and very comfortable. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. And special shout out to the gentleman who handles housekeeping! He did a terrific job! Will return of I'm in the area again.

We had to change rooms. At least the new room was very close.

It was not the absolute cleanest place I've stayed . The bed and bathroom were very clean. And if you don't look at curtain rods or behind TV's you won't know what I'm talking about. Just sayin'!

Spacious, clean, quiet room. Bed was so-so, shower had little water pressure, and the tile area outside the 1st floor rooms is dirty. No ice in the ice machine (we tried it at different times on 2 different days). The check in was efficient, but not overly friendly. The maid service was spectacular. So half good, half not so great.

We were there to check in and the front desk at check in did not even say Hi or raised her head until I said I need to check in On the next day- met a staff in the reception area again no eye contact But the breakfast staff was nice and friendly

The breakfast area is small, plan accordingly. Breakfast items are the typical low end quality, but with enough choices to find something you'd like. Overall good experience and would stay again.

Great location just off the freeway. Super comfortable and clean room. Microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in room. Plenty of towels and great water pressure. Breakfast from 6 am to 9 am included! All in all, a wonderful stay.

I appreciated the help of the person who checked me in as there was a slight issue with timing. System was still on 8/10 but when I made reservation at 2 am and showed up soon thereafter it was 8/11, so reservation didn't show properly. She had to change it to 8/10. My only issue was that she was going to give me late check-out but in the morning they called me from front desk and told me I had to check out...there was no late check-out note on the file.

My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked beautifully. It was a one night stay and I was very satisfied!

Very good place to stay- clean, relatively quiet considering it's close to the freeway, and friendly staff. The breakfast was pretty good, but the eggs were a little bland.

The shower pressure was amazing! 5min Uber to Altamont brewery. Fast food chains across the street.

Very nice hotel. Check-in was alittle bumpy. Peraon said they didn't have a reservation for me and had to call Hotels.com., once thwy called everything was fine. Took about 20 minutes to get our room.

Terrible breakfast in a tiny room, constantly out of food, service was terrible all around. No hotels have ever turned me down when I asked for a 1pm checkout, but they insisted on noon checkout.

Nice room alittle small.

Overall this hotel was good. The lobby needs some attention as far as cleaning. There was spider webs along the walls,trash on the floor and around the lobby. Also the lobbies furniture had stains on the chairs. As far as the room, it was very clean and comfortable. In the bathroom there could be more towels of all sizes for convenience. We would stay in this hotel again if we're in the area.

Excellent location close to highway, and the breakfast was amazing- a real full continental breakfast! 🙌

Great staff. Convenient location for my travel stop. Entrance could use better signage as it comes up quick with hotel set back from what looks like a driveway for a gas station. Nice breakfast.
