It was a good stay over for an appointment in Syracuse. Property could use some care. Staff were really really good.

This is a cheap hotel so I went in with low expectations. I'll start with the staff was very nice. Check in and out was good no issues.The location was great. I was able to walk to dinner and a grocery store near by. Very safe area to be in. Then there are the issues...The light in the room was partially pulled from the wall. The shower and sink didn't drain they were both clogged. The mini fridge area had something splattered across the front like they never get wiped down. And the floors in the room had crumbs on them like they weren't vacuumed. The floors in the elevator were super gross and so were the stairs.

The breakfast was great. The facililty was very clean and up-to-date. It turned out to be less than 3 miles from the confrence we were attending. Location was great. Lots of places to eat near by and shopping too.

Easy to find, hot breakfast, pool. Comfy clean beds. 100% recommend if your flying in or out. 15 min easy drive.

Stayed at the hotel for a week. It’s great for its price. Staff is friendly and trying to maintain hotel clean. Walking distance to Wegmans, Home Goods, Walmart and a bunch of other stores. Area seems to be on up and up. I would definitely stay there again.

We had an alarm going off in our room every33 seconds the fire detector and went to front desk about it and we got no response. So it was hard to sleep. Breakfast was ok. I wouldn’t stay again.

The property was nice. I do feel like they could do a little better with the cleanings. I didn’t like how the couch in my room looked the one seat couch. It looked really dirty and old. I didn’t get to sit. I didn’t like that. It was smelled a little musty and that one seat couch really irritated me. It’s preferable not to have a couch that looks so ugly and not clean.

We stayed during SU graduation and the staff could not have been more accommodating! They were incredibly helpful when we thought there was an error with the reservation and they did everything they could to make sure we had the rooms we booked. There were waters and snacks and decor that was so nice. We needed a late check out and the staff was so great when I called from the commencent ceremony and said we would be late. We highly recommend this property and would stay again if we are in Syracuse!

Our room wasn't very clean. There were large stains on the sitting chair and small stains and dirty grout on the floor in the bathroom. The shower drain didn't work well and there was a lack of deep cleaning. Some positives, the staff was helpful, beds were comfortable, room was quiet.

The customer service and cleanliness were fantastic! Comfortable room and decent breakfast which included protein. Expedia can difficulty getting in touch with them due to a room downgrade as a stood at the front desk. I don’t think this was due to the hotel however!

It was a very nice Hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The night staff pleasant and even said he would see that breakfast was ready early since we had to leave so early in the morning. Very considerate! Our room was very clean.

What a wonderful remodel! The staff was so friendly (not so in the past) and everything was perfect!

Hair dryer didn't work, pool was closed for maintenance.... understandable but one of the reasons I chose this hotel and the Continental breakfast was good but having the front desk employee 2 feet from me watching me toast a bagel was very uncomfortable and I feel unnecessary

After 2 days of the not getting our room cleaned, we had to request it. We ran out of towels/toilet paper. The housekeeping did not give us clean bedding. We stripped the bedding and piled it in a pile only to return a few hours with the same bedding from the floor remade on our bed. We knew this because of makeup stain an the ripped covers in the same places. When we complained to the front desk all his response was, “we get that a lot about our housekeepers not giving clean sheets.” And we had to ask for new ones to remake the bed ourselves. Will not stay there again.

Overall, the hotel felt dirty. Saturday night was extremely loud. Kids knocking on our door at 2am and running away. Tried to call the front desk multiple times and no one answered. Also, people were smoking weed because we could smell it in our room.

We came in late on the night we were to check in and Allen at the front desk was very helpful and got us a room on the ground floor for pool access author being in top of the pool. The next morning when i was going to fill water bottles for my kids, Lauren gave us several bottles of water to take on our day. The breakfast was typical continental breakfast far, but was fresh and well stocked. Parking was ample. Only real complaint was with their phone system. When trying to call while on the road, we were unable to actually contact the front desk. We kept getting some AI service which have us genetic regurgitated responses. All in all, am excellent stay

location is easy to get to with shopping and grocery right next door. walls are pretty thin, hearing kids and neighbors mulling around and shower was not impressive. 24 hour coffee was nice and breakfast was good. seeing employee cleaning surface, etc consistently during breakfast was very reassuring. would stay again, if necessary

I read about 1000 reviews if many hotels before choosing as I am afraid of bedbugs and I chose this hotel for its good reviews and mentions of cleanliness. I would say the only thing possibly clean during my stay waa the bed. As soon as we walked to the elevator the floor was covered in sticky juice and what looked to be dog pee right at the elevator. I figured it would be cleaned up soon so I moved on. When I got to my room there was a bad smell and the entire floor (bathroom, entry and living space) was sticky including the carpet. My socks were sticking and tryjng to lift the carpet. Im not even sure how that is possible that the entire floor is sticky but I was horrified. I changed my socks multiple times and threw them out in the room. The room has not been cleaned well. The side couch chair was stained. I would not touch or go near that and the smell is worse over there. I am worried that the sticky residue on the various floor surfaces is pet related. The desktop/appliance thing near the tv was also very dirty and has not been cleaned. Food, crumbs, etc everywhere. This was noticed as soon as I first stepped in the room. Honestly I was disgusted the entire time and ended up throwing my clothes away that I wore in the room because it was so dirty. For $180 this is very disappointing. It really doesnt matter if the staff are lovely when things are dirty. Also when we came downstairs the next day, the stains at the elevator were still there and sticky. Just generally bad

I’m still here, haven’t met all the staff, but so far, the gentleman who checked me was awesome. The amenities are amazing, I will always come back, I love being in this area.

It is a convenient place to stay. If, you can overlook curly black hairs in the shower and on the toilet seat found upon our arrival. Yuck !!

The staff was very welcoming and nice. The room semi clean, the bathroom needs work, that wasnt so clean looking. The toliet seat cover was dirty, the shower floor was nasty with grime and mold on the side of the shower floor. The floor was dirty looked like it wasnt mopped in a few days. The chair in the room was disgusting it was red and it had dark black stains on and there was crumbs left on the chair. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean so were the towels.

Dining and shopping are within walking distance. That is wonderful.

Bathroom was not very clean and room had a musty smell despite the AC having been set at 61 degrees Fahrenheit. Not hot outside. Should have been no moisture in the room and had to huddle under the covers until the temperature could recover.

Overall our stay was very nice, we stayed Friday-Sunday. There was a hockey team that checked in right before us, and the desk staff put us on a floor above them to help not disturb us. The staff were very accommodating, and the hotel was clean! My kiddos loved the complementary cookies when we first checked in. The breakfast was good, blueberry or regular waffles, sausage, eggs, white/wheat toast, bagels, muffins, a few different strudels, small apple cinnamon rolls, strawberry yogurt, 2 different kinds of cereal, and a few different variety packets of oatmeal, and then regular/decaf coffee, lipton tea, orange juice, apple juice, water, milk, and lemon water were the options offered during our stay. What I liked was coffee, tea and lemon water was offered all day and night long. My only complaint was the pool was nice, but a bit chilly for my liking, but the kids still had fun.

Parking was horrible

The staff was very friendly. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, there was used some left, the shower curtain needed a wipe down, some with the facial tissue holder needed a wipe down, there was someone else’s hair laying around. The toilet you have to flush twice and the fridge our room was dirty in the inside. Someone left behind vegetables and no one threw it away, and the fridge could have used a wipe down in the inside. The room was clean and comfortable. The night clerk was pleasant but not helpful. I could have really used a luggage cart and there were none to be found by me. He did not offer to help. He did honor my request for a first floor room. The morning clerk clearly was not doing anything more than the minimum.

Wonderful staff! Great location when visiting Syracuse University - 14 min drive from campus. Quiet, clean, tons of shopping. Easy parking. Breakfast included. The hotel definitely needs a refresh tho-no question!

And amazing restaurants nearby! Laundromat is so cheap 10 mins from the area, Vietnamese and Indian food were delicious and bubble tea around the area! Oh and the massage the best I’ve had Thai owner! I will book again!

The air conditioner was very noisy in our room, kept us awake most of the night. They gave us a room overlooking the roof. We heard people coming and going all night long. The guy at the desk was useless. We went to use the pool and a child had pooped in the pool

The beds are very comfortable. TV didn’t work. The fridge was operating, but the temperature was close to room temperature The air in the room was stale, probably the outside air intake was not operational. However, overall, considering the location of the hotel relative to our trip it was an okay deal. Bottom line, if you are a forgiving customer it’s a good enough shelter for one night.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Room was decent. Property was kinda dirty. I will say the breakfast was meh. Eggs were sopping wet...but it's a "free" breakfast so we make the best of it.

It was very good for the price. I would ask the management to let the front desk people know that when they’re chatting loudly with each other, their voices resonate down the hallway because there’s no carpet for the first half and in rm 113 we could clearly hear their conversations. I’m a light sleeper and their voices at 6:15 could definitely have woken me up.

So many shops and restaurants close by. Room was good although the bathroom was older, but the bed was super comfy (I love the pillows especially)! And the kids loved the pool. Breakfast selection was also delicious. Thanks for a great stay!

Ground floor was very damp. When i first checked in room smelled like a fish tank. I turn on the ac on lowest setting, ghat helped alot. Over all i would recommend staying here.

I love when the hotels have the shampoo, conditioner, lotion in big containers to cut down on waste and also keeps me from having to ask for more shampoo and conditioner.

Looked and smelled clean upon entry, efficient check in, plenty of parking. Super close to stores and restaurants. Pool times were a plus.

I liked having the convenience of all the surrounding businesses of the hotel. The hotel was nestled off to the side, still giving a feeling of privacy and exclusivity. The hotel wasn’t over crowded, allowing for great parking. The breakfast bar was super clean and the food was fresh. The hotel had an overall relaxed environment, and good vibes. We will book again!

When I made the reservation it didn’t say you can’t pay using cash. Bathroom shower was moldy. Guy at check-in told me he just works there and to ask about using cash at check out. Do not recommend although the location itself is great.

Everything was very good for the most part. But the grounds around the property need to be better maintained.

The cleanliness of this hotel was not up to far. The floors were filthy and there was evidence that the room had not been cleaned throughly.

This was a last minute booking for us which we normally don't do but overall we were pretty impressed given it was a Comfort Inn. Price was a tad high but our room was clean, pool in good condition and staff at desk was great.

One the dirtiest hotels I have seen. After checked in, we went to our room and it was in a terrible condition, dirty floor, dirty carpet, dirty chair and there were even crumbs on the counter that were never cleaned. We requested a new room thinking this was just this specific room, the other room was pretty much the same without the crumbs. Property is not maintained well, carpets are smelly. Do yourself a favor and pay a few extra bucks for something normal.

Stayed here as we were passing through. The beds were super comfy! We unfortunately were only here for about 7 hrs due to passing through but we would stay here again.

I stayed for two days at this property when I visited and I was pretty satisfied. Price was reasonable and the staff were friendly. My room could have been a little cleaner specifically the bathroom but overall I can’t complain. My kids loved the pool area and it was clean. The location is in a good area that’s tucked behind an Applebees so it’s quiet but close to shopping if you need. This isn’t my first time staying at this property and it won’t be my last.

My fiancé and I planned a mini Syracuse weekend getaway and everything in Syracuse was almost twice the price. The customer service was amazing. Breakfast was okay. It’s in a very safe area. A 15 minute drive from the mall. The hotel could have used a bit of updating, but overall was good!

My wife and I absolutely loved Ms. Pat! She was the perfect concierge and made us feel quite welcomed. The evening staff should receive their training from her.

Stay was great! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Found it very annoying having cleaning staff knocking on our door 3 times before e checkout time. First time woke us up. They should check with front desk who has checked out! Some guests travel till late and check in late and need their sleep!! Was ridiculous!!

My rooms had flying termites in the room so all night we had bugs flying in the room and mainly in the shower and they did not have anymore rooms to transfer us in so our kids had to stay there the hotel staff were nice
