Pool was great and breakfast was okay it’s free so can’t complain.

Beautiful plants in the parking lot. Pool was very clean. My room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need an elevator and don't want to walk far ask for a room near the middle. I was able to use handicap parking right next to elevator, but my room was a bit of a walk from there. Otherwise, it was a very nice location for a short stay. Also the GrubHub drivers in the area were very friendly and prompt. I would use that service for food if you're getting delivery.

Our stay was great! We’ll consider staying here again whenever we are in town. Totally exceeded my expectation. First time I stayed on this kind of hotel. It didn’t disappoint.

It was conveniently located to what we needed it for. The staff was friendly and responsive. Our room didn’t lock. The door would push open and closed without using key card. The staff did resolve the issue and changed our room without any issue.

Close to everything but the noise and ongoing guest next to my room had too much noise for the past 2 days. Loud music and yelling. They should clean beds every time you stay there

The pastries were hard and tasted stale, the waffle machine was broken, and the scrambled eggs and sausages did not taste fresh or good at all. Overall, the quality of the breakfast was very disappointing and did not meet expectations.

The hotel left a mixed impression. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the property itself feels worn out and clearly in need of renovation. It seems that part of the ground floor may be used as social housing, with all the consequences that come with it. Because of the very poor sound insulation, I would not recommend staying here with children. The area also did not feel safe or trustworthy. Breakfast was especially disappointing: during all 10 days of our stay, the menu never changed fried eggs, sausages, bananas, apples, oranges, frozen fruit, bread, two kinds of donuts, and waffles. It may be acceptable for a short stay, but not for a comfortable family vacation.

There was stores that were walking distance and did not close as early as other locations. The morning staff for when we went to get breakfast was very friendly and helpful. We arrived about 7 minutes before it closed down, which we did not it closed at 9am and the worker was very understanding. The website state it has a Jacuzzi but did not state it closes at 9pm, which was the main reason I selected this location and was very disappointed when I arrived and was informed it was closed. The male worker ( believe to be the owner) gave off weird vibes. Notice he had me sign a form stating I would not smoke, nor place towels on the floor and it had other stuff on there which I did not mind but there was a older female before myself and she did not have to sign which right away gave me discrimination because of our age or appearance (my opinion). I asked for a room in the upper stairs as I noticed he also tried to place up in a room right next to the office window. When I asked for the room he seem to get upset and that was when he pulled out that form. Mind you the other female also requested a room in the upper floor and did not sign anything. I was unable to connect to the TV and was stuck having to watch older channels ( was wanting to watch Netflix) and could not change to anything else. Breakfast closes exactly at 9 am. Noticed he went after a person with a dog and pretty much chased him down yelling at him 'No dogs, no dogs". Pretty much just chased him down, like a crazy person. I just really didn't care for the owner, he did give off friendly vibes, he just did not give any good feeling from the start.

Room was clean, staff was very helpful. Restocking on breakfast items was a bit slow, ran out of coffee and had to wait for a new pot one day but staff was very responsive when asked for help. Didn't try the hot tub.

Bed sheets and towels are clean. Service and breakfast are ok. But room really needs improvement. Blacken rim in bathroom sink and showet ceiling and faucet needs some fixes. Do not recommend staying here as the building and room needs some rennovations.

There's a continental breakfast, but limited seating and you cannot take it back to your room. Checking in and out was fast and easy. Room was okay, but bathroom was dirty. There was still hair everywhere in there, tub was stained, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Iron also not working.

My experience was okay at this motel but it turned bad towards the end of the stay. The night before checking out we found two roaches and my bf killed one. Then the next morning when checking out, I let the morning concierge woman know about the plumbing issues and the roaches and her response was “ Are you sure you didn’t bring them with you?” Which I calmly responded with “ Yes I am sure. The check in process was smoothe and easy. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and provided everything we needed for a quick trip. It was worth the price. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel, this ain’t it. But if you’re looking for a decent place to rest at a very affordable price, this is it!

It was a nice for a quick overnight stay. Plus I was able to keep my car there while I was on my cruise.

It was nice, we had a late check in and they made it quick to check in, but the office being locked at night made it so we had to stand in the rain, but she checked us in so quickly it wasn't a major issue. IT was a nice stay overall.

Just a one night stay. The restrooms were dirty towels had hair on them. Noisy never again! Staff was wonderful though!

The manger was upset and wouldn't extend my stay because, in his words "you guys have to much luggage". I told him it doesn't matter i paid for my room.

Breakfast wasn’t bad. Had scrambled eggs and sausage and waffle maker but the eggs and sausage didn’t taste the best. Had juice and breads as well as cereals and instant noodles. I think they have long term tenants at the first floor who aren’t friendly looking and smell badly. Lots of drug use nearby and inside the premises. Parking is extremely limited as there’s a large 18 wheeler cab and a boat taking up multiple spots. I saw a long term tenant washing his car in the parking lot as well. It didn’t look like it’s in running condition either. The room is generous in size but the window doesn’t have a lock and is accessible from the entrance. Elevator was broken at check in and we were there for 2 nights. They said no one can see it until after we left. Not good value for any price

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room however was run down and old. Rust on the shower floor, rust on the shower curtain rod, holes in the walls where something used to be mounted, I even saw a few ants. The A/C had severe wear on the buttons and the temp down button didn't really work unless you push really hard in just the right spot. The dresser drawers wouldn't close and were crooked. Gang writing scratched into the bathroom mirror dated 2009. If they'd just maintained the building it would be great.

Decent spot. Breakfast ok. Very good reception staff. Pool area needs a sparkle up. Freezer in mini fridge blocked full of frost, badly needs a defrosting.

It was a decent value for what I payed. About half the cost of others I was looking at. It had the pool & hot tub (even though the heat wasn’t working. It had a decent breakfast with some hot cooked items and the standard dry foods and hotel waffle maker. Clean enough, no complaints. The toilet clogs if not flushed down all the way, like others commented.

AC in room would not get cold. Pool closes early. Have to buy ice on property.

The place is located near a freeway yes but building is poorly unkept. It smells like pot all over, we stayed 4 days and only once (a day before leaving) it got cleaned up. There is almost no hot water at all in the shower, the iron was in terrible shape, a pond outside the reception was extremely filthy and moldy. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. The breakfast is just ok and clean. However, I don’t think it justifies the charges. This place is no 135 a night but rather should have been more like 85 tax. For sure I won’t be back. Nice and kind staff but the place is not good

It was a nice stay! I have to say I was a little scared due to the reviews left but when I got there it wasn’t bad at all. The parking does get kinda full around 9-10 but overall parking was good. A $100 deposit is asked for upon arrival and that can be paid cash or card, it’s given back once you check out. Breakfast was also very yummy. Only complaint I really have was our towels weren’t the cleanest and our bed sheets had some stains but nothing we couldn’t get past.

I love the pool they had and the jacuzzi it was fun getting in it staff was friendly owner was friendly they gave me a pretty good deal and the lady in the front let me keep my key card for a souvenir free of charge and the breakfast wasn't that bad love making my own waffle orange juice and coffee was great the breads were kind of little stale besides that had a good time the bed was wonderful I slept like a baby special thanks for the staff and the owner for the incredible time I had there

I was very surprised with the staff at this location they are very helpful and friendly. Especially the older gentleman that worked there went out if his way to make the guests feel welcome. One other note was the complimentary breakfast included with your stay. I recommend people to stay here if they like hospitable people who got out of your way to feel comfortable.

Easy location, friendly staff. Stayed here for the waffle machine and the price. Bed was pretty standard, room was very clean and the waffles were amazing. Eggs, not so much. Some other people staying here were loud and inconsiderate but that really doesn't relate to the hotel itself. I would definitely stay here again.

The owner always approaches and accuses my husband of random things. He is a very unpleasant man.

The bathroom dirty, the towles where dirty and folded. Im glad i checked but when i went for new towels.. they where firdt too!! Scuffed stained. The shower had a shower mat in it that was dirty and looked like it was stuck collecting fungus. The water pressure was terrible* when taking showers. I went to local cvs to buy cleaning whipes to clean around room. Front desk asked me to pay for additional feels that wasnt mentioned on hotels.com site. And they treated me like i wasn’t a guest kept asking me my room and i went down for breakfast for one of my mornings and the front desk said what room was i, there isnt someone in that room. Like i was lying until they saw it was a multi night stay. And the breakfast was terrible i didnt go back to the free breakfast the next day. In my room, yhe Wall had weird mirror along it (the entire wall next to bed) not mention on room description. There was a weird dirty circle on the mirror which made it felt like a 2 way mirror. So i couldn't sleep at all and the other guest where at one point loud in a violent way around 3am. I was so cringed i couldnt wait to leave i checked out at 6 45 and had to spend the rest of the day bumming around till it was a reasonable time to depart my vacation. It was also totality out of my way not near my destinations at all.

Super clean and quiet

The male employee at the front desk yelled, smacked the glass wall with his hand, tried to force me to check out early simply for telling him the room was dirty when I checked in, and told me he would not refund my $100.00 deposit even though there is no legit reason to keep my money. He made a scene in the lobby and described me as "mixed race" when he called police. His racist comments constitute discrimination, were designed to elicit an immediate and potentially violent response from police, and made me extremely uncomfortable even though I was a quiet, respectful, non demanding paying guest. He made a statement about how he was going to get police to force me to leave even though I was not doing anything illegal and was a paying guest, which constitutes harassment and making a false police report in California. His actions and statements prove he called police to deny service when there was no actual emergency. He should be fired. When I checked in, he told me a room located in the back of the property was available and that he was going to give me that room, but then he rented me a room close to the highway. I have video and audio. He threatened to call police when I informed him that there was feces in the toilet in the bathroom when I checked in. I did nothing wrong, and filing a false, frivolous police report is a felony in the State of California. Services were not rendered as promised.

The women that checked me in wasn't very friendly. The elevator is filthy. The facility was run down. When I turned the air conditioner on the smell was horrible may need to replace filter. The room however was clean. It was definitely not worth what I paid
