This place is terrible the staff really sucks.

Room had holes in wall from old appliances and warped floors

I had originally booked a 3 night stay, I contacted Expedia customer service to cancel night 1, retaining nights 2 and 3; customer servive handled my request and sent confirmation for remaining 2 nights. When I arrived at Pacifica Motel they had canceled my stay and had no rooms available.

Good spot to crash out. No complaints.

The shower control on/off and temp was not working

My room (16) had a very bad smell. Old dated. This is a Motel.

I got stuck in only room on busy street! It was loud non stop! Then Saturday night, street racing, screams of tires! Went on for 10-12 minutes! When i looked out window all i could see smoke and headlights!!! Multiple cars! Multiple peoples involved and when i mentioned to someone who worked in office, they acted like this person could not understand what i was saying! I was blasted by headlights!

I never do these reviews but i wanted to clear up all these bad reviews i read that made me scared of what my stay had in store. It was very clean minus needing new paint and new blankets cause of burns but everything was washed and cleaned. They were very nice at the window and also very helpful with a speedy check out. Heads up the deposit is 100$ but you get it right back. Ive stayed in way worse for more money so i would say that this is definitely a good deal.

There was a homeless schizophrenic man sleeping in front of our room who began screaming at around 9 am This freakish looking person who represented the motel banged on our door before check out time and didn’t understand my responses to his questions. Some guy tried to sell me meth wrapped in a receipt ten feet from our front door I had to wash my body with a thin, tiny soap meant for the hands as there was nothing to clean myself with in the shower. There were only 3 thin pillows on the bed for both my wife and I. The tv remote also did not work. This was more a place a hooker brings a john for an hour of service.

Very rude customer service, He yelled at us, louder and said He cannot accept any online bookings, etc! He’s a madman monster and respectful whatsoever!

Simple room for the price. Clean on arrival. Would have appreciated a second trashcan in the living area, but it's a small gripe.

There was hair in my shower that was clearly not mine. They didn’t clean my sink at all. The tv didn’t work. AND I FOUND A BUG AND THEY STILL REFUSED TO REFUND ME.

But positives is close by to shops and restaurants. Did come with microwave and fridge. Also not far from A/Metro Blue Line. Was ok for one night or need something last min. Got some humor out of non smoking sign.

As a business owner, they lied. Don’t book here because they’ll give the room to someone else. Just terrible.

Poor service

I really enjoyed my time here. Went on a solo mini weekend vaca. Everything was nice and clean the staff was friendly. I got a room off the alley and even then my car and room was safe when I was not there. The property is well kept. The ac units work amazing!!. Overall a better experience then I expected considering I booked literally last minute. Definitely coming back here for another weekend with my kids.

The owner was not professional at all she was rude to my wife and told us not to return because she wanted us to wait for our Uber outside with all of our belongings.

Hot water takes forever smoke alarm not working and lamp has no light bulb

t want to read it. Customer before me had a party dressed woman in car and paid in cash. He was told there was only street parking for one-nighters. Few inside parking places were for weekly and monthly tenents...one I saw looked like a lady of the night off duty. Told him I wasn't staying and he yelled "Go then". A dump.

I don't appreciate your staff not being cooperative

Staff rude water wasn’t even warm and when we complained the staff said you do t like it check out they would not even check temperature of water

The rooms are dingy. The room had a window but when we opened it there were three more windows facing ours. I didn’t see the purpose of the window. The website pictures make the rooms look nicer than they are.

The room was filthy. The sheets and blankets were stained. There was dust everywhere when you opened the drawers it had dirt in it. The ice bucket was dirty it didn’t look new. The bathroom window did not open so when you took a shower you couldn’t let the steam out. Worst hotel I ever stayed at.

the room was a normal key entry and the door was broken and had a gap there were spiders everywhere the floor was sticky and the chair in the room had stains all over it the room had no phone, the refrigerator had mold and rust the shower curtain was covered in mold the pillows were literally cotton balls in a pillowcase worst experience of my life for $600. what a joke.

Property is horrible. The floors were dirty, door jam on bathroom was ripped out, no hot water for shower. Should I go on?

I didn’t stay in this Hotel, because they canceled my reservation.

Great front dear person-ale, very clean spacious room with okay beds. Located in great area with nearby grocery store, multiple restaurants, gas stations, pharmacy ect. Overall top 2 in the area.

I was told to pay a $50 cash deposit. It was an inconvenience as they didn't have an ATM machine on-site and I had to go walk around to the am/pm next door which had an ATM that didn't dispense cash! So I had to walk across the street to a 7-11 where there were all kinds of shady looking and homeless people. The motel also doesn't accept Mastercard. They also kept threatening me of not getting my deposit back if we smoked in the room. My gf smoked outside the whole time. Other than that, the room was nice. It was big and it had a nice kitchen and extra space for a coffee table and couch to relax in. But the price is steep for the quality. I stayed at better hotels for less than $120. Overall, it was ok. Oh yeah, one last thing. I heard a guy yelling and getting hostile and violent walking by our motel. I heard some noise like some glass being smashed and things being broken, which sounded like a car getting destroyed, and people coming out and yelling at him and almost getting into a fight. It was dangerous and I didn't feel too safe.

The motel couldn’t find my reservation and my husband and I ended up leaving. It was a bad experience.

I didn't believe this establishment was worth $150/night . My daughter and I did not stay.

We were there for a late overnight stay, and found this place listed which looked nice on pictures. The staffs were nice and friendly. The location was okay. But the overall in-person room condition was really below hygiene standards in all ways. The bath towels were dirty with shoe prints on it; the arm chair was filthy looked like recycled from dumpster; a green chewing gum got stick on the bathroom door next to the door handle; the bedsheet had stains; and after a night sleeping in the bed, my shirt still smells like molded today. In all, the motel really needs renovations. What’s more important is, they really need to clean the place after each customer. It seems that they never cleaned the room. It was a really uncomfortable stay. I will never go back again.

As a regular customer I can honestly 100% say that as many nights/days we've stayed in this hotel, we have NEVER seen any type of bug infestation or any sign of roaches. That's important for me! Also we enjoy the quiet time ((staff keeps the drama mainly gone)) and all in all feel safe here. No drug deals. No people fighting. Will be going again. See you guys soon ☺️

The staff is awesome. They deal with so much every single day and never get a break!

This is a rough one. The motel street sign reads "Day Use Motel" and I almost bolted because I know what that means. But I didn't want to be out $113. Just know this is NOT a family-friendly place or clean. There were strands of long dark hair in the shower, paint peeling, dirty spots on the bedspread, chipped tile, shady people walking around, etc. Pay an extra $50 and book elsewhere. I will next time for sure.

the staff was very strict, I booked for two rooms and he gave me a room with one bed then later changed it after he came to look at what I was bringing in the room (and seen my small children) which is strange .. and told me more then 3 times that it’s a no smoking room when I assured him I don’t smoke and was asking if I had visitors coming which is uncomfortable I came to rest my head for the night. For the room wasn’t really clean didn’t look nothing like it’s picture. Definitely not worth the $135 spent. Around 4am I heard someone rattle my doorknob. I wouldn’t recommend or book here again.

Terrible, dirty, nasty. Room was supposedly non smoking yet stunk like smoke and had burn holes all over the bedding. Bathroom mold and stains everywhere and along the cocking. The door barely shut, no amendeties, bed was super uncomfortable. Absolutely terrible stay and dirty. NEVER again.

Staff was nice and friendly. Nothing fancy but the room was perfect for the occasion just a good spot to get some rest and visits with a friend

I changed my mind and wanted my money back and they refused. The hot tub water wasn’t hot and they rushed me during checkout checkout was way to early for me and my kids I wish I never went there it was one of the worst experiences for me

There was literally blood and seamen stains on the bed and walls my friend and I were so grossed out but unfortunately we're in town for a music festival and had no where else to stay we slept on top of the sheets and I cannot believe they charged 200 a night.

Great location . Easy access one level motel with parking . Bit noisy from street , bed a bit uncomfortable. A bit run down but cute Place . Service so so . But probably worth what we paid .

We couldn’t sleep because it was noisy and the cats were in and out someone was playing loud music in their car right next to our room!

This property was so disgusting has wholes in blankets from cigs, bugs in shower, as well as an odd smell through the room we didn’t even spend the night here and they refused to give us a refund

For the nightly cost of this room, my wife and I could not be more disappointed with the condition it was in... The sheets on the bed were far too small, leaving us to sleep on the bare mattress. The mattress itself sloped very hard to one side. Every surface in the bathroom was mildewy and moist to the touch, including the ceiling which was covered in what appeared to be black mold. The TV remote was completely useless, so any volume or channel adjustments had to be made manually with the buttons on the TV.  The list unfortunately doesn't stop there. By far the worst, most unforgivable oversight of this hotel room is the window that faces the main street... With a lively sidewalk not but 5 feet from our hotel window, you would at the very least expect a set of curtains that provided some privacy, but no... these curtains were somehow a full 4 inches shorter than the window frame, leaving our bed completely exposed to the Long Beach night life. In the only picture provided of the room, you'll notice the pillows propped up at the base of the window sill, this is why... Absolutely unbelievable. It's no wonder why people are opting for Air BnB's over this nonsense. Worst $130 we ever spent. Thanks for nothing.

This place is crap!! Dirty, poor customer service, can’t understand workers. Blood on the walls, hair in the bath tub, bugs, smoke detector chirping, Chile sauce microwave and then being told I’m too picky when bringing these things to their attention!

It was sleepable. That’s all lol. There were roaches in the room and bathroom, and it reeked of cigarettes when we first checked in. The bathroom doors lock was broken and so was the handle on the shower.

Check in was a scheduled at 3 PM I received a call around 4:30 PM (as I was pulling into the hotel) saying my rsvp was canceled because the AC was broken. I had no choice but to get the room because Long Beach was sold out everywhere. There was a Roach as big as my thumb

I would highly recommend you read review aside of communication being difficult with the people working there the rooms are super heated was about over 100 degrees just walking in and to add to this there was cockroaches all over. Did not stay asked for my refund back.

we asked for a non smoking room, the room we were assigned smelled like smoke so bad that were couldn't stay with our baby. The parking lot/ outside area was sketchy I was afraid to leave my car out there. The manager was accommodating when told of the issues and fixed the problem by issuing a refund.

The room looked nothing it did in the pictures online.
