I just didn’t like that the management charged early check in fees during my traveling stay. Other than that, the business is well managed and need room renovations when the owners are ready for new business regulations with their financial situations. (maintenance)

Based on my experience, it is not a safe place to stay when there are metal bars outside the bedroom window. It is very hard to get out of the parking spaces. It is better to park on the street. The toilet was making a funny noise. I told the manager about it and he told me to close the door so that I would not hear it anymore instead of fixing the problem. The bathroom really needed repairs done. Crickets kept coming into the bathroom. They did not clean my room for the three days that I was there. I saw prostitutes coming in and out of this motel. Lastly, there were guests in this one room that were fighting and then they decided to take the fighting outside. This was a domestic violence issue in which the manager should have called the police, but he didn't. The woman was screaming and crying for help. I would like to point out that the owners or managers of this motel are from India. I would never stay at this motel ever again or recommend it to anybody else.

The building is quite old and they never change the bed when i stayed here and no cleaner along the time i stay. At the bath room, it is flooded and slip because no way to drain water. Never change the towels. So crazy!!

The parking lot was the worst part of this experience. Trying to get out was a literal NIGHTMARE. Hearing people scream and talk at night, the bathroom light didn’t work. Good place to stay if you’re looking for a quick in and out, but not much else.

During checking in, the owner asked me to give him $15 security deposit cash. When I checked out, he never gave me the deposit back. The towels were not changed, even though I asked, and they said they would be.

This motel is infested with roaches. Bathroom is dirty with black mold. The furniture is full of roaches and you can tell they don’t bother to clean up the bugs. They don’t disclose anything at time of check in. When you complain they try to tell you that it’s normal to see bugs at night time. Do not waste your money here as they don’t care and just want to take your money.

They gave me a room with tosches,dusty,tv not working,floor dirty, bed spread not washed. It was the worst ever

Pulled in and saw a hooker and her john both with pants half down leaving as we arrived. Got our room key with a $20 deposit. The $20 deposit also applies if you want a remote for the tv. Got to the room and da*n. Rotten food in the microwave with flies coming out before I could shut the door. The shower is just plain scary as was the bed. We stayed less than an hour and check into Wyndham a few miles away. I'm all about saving a buck, however, I would never, ever, ever, ever, ever stay in a slum like this place. This is the worst motel I've ever been in. If we didn't have the money we would have slept in the car...at least our car is clean and bug free.

Expedia should review places before they put them on thier site...

Honestly, everything was fine....except for the constant roaching killing we had to do. It wasn't overwhelming, but enough to keep me from enjoying my stay peacefully.

When I arrived the room had yellow stains on the walls, the hot water didn't work, the sheets and comforter had hairs everywhere like the room wasn't touched or cleaned. The tub had bandaids and open holes to the plumbing and walks of tub. Discusting

area seemed unsafe, people milling around the area did not seem alright. Check in area was behind bars and seemed rude and stressed. Very tight parking space with poor access. cars were always close to scraping and hitting other cars due to limited inadequate space. Room was not very clean.

No soap bar in bathroom, TV remote did not work so i couldn't watch any TV. You will have a difficult time in and out from the parking space on site, very tight squeeze.

I liked the price on the rooms but when i first arrived &walked into my room i notice that my bathroom was not clean there was dirty towels on the floor,trash was full so as i was waiting for them to clean it they decided to move me to a smoking room & that room did not have any towels & no trash can & during my stay all i heard was people yelling & arguing in the next room & it lasted all through the nite i did not enjoy my stay at all.

Place is full of roaches, bath tub was extremely dirty, parking was always a mess people would block those trying to exit parking or entering was always a hassle. My experience overall wasnt the greatest loud door slams all night long

Drug addicts everywhere. Hookers everywhere. Thugs that will blast loud music all night long. Bathtub don’t hold water. The water don’t stay hot for long. Very run down looking.

Fraud fraud fraud, I finally get there and my reservation has been cancelled Im going back and forth with the guy at the window and I lose my wallet, I left it on the counter, came back and it was gone, he claims his camera doesn't work, he claimed he didn't have anymore rooms after he cancelled my reservation I'm going to file a police report

Property had critters (roaches). Charged $20 cash deposit and said that you’ll get it back at check out. But nobody came to the counter after repeatedly ringing the bell to get some service. Water faucet is shower didn’t work and water didn’t even get hot.

Pillows were very flat. Power washing the parking lot is a waste of water. Extremely tight parking, very difficult to get in and out. Loud music in the middle of the night.

It served its purpose - a not too expensive bed to catch up on missed sleep from driving time. Needs to be updated.

Extremely unprofessional over the phone and was not helpful whatsoever. Refused to show any type of problem solving skills and customer service. Left me with no where to stay after a long drive into town and had absolute no regard for their implications on travelers.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional the tv kept going off in the middle of my show . Called staff they came rudely wasn’t able to fix the tv my entire stay. Also made staff aware of Pest in side of the room I was told it was because of the microwave to where I now have pest residue on my items . They need to Thoroughly clean their rooms

Staff was rude and I asked for a non free smoked room but it smelled like smoke. Couldn’t breath or sleep due to the smoke.

There were all kinds of rough individuals hanging out in the parking lot, I didn't feel safe even staying for the night.

The room smelled like a senior facility. The toilet had splashes of crap on it when I first checked in and I ended up cleaning it up with sanitizer. The tiles in shower looked like a diy project half assed. The water kept turning hot and cold when showering. The heater/ac unit would first start off blowing heated air on low heat but would then start blowing cold air as if the AC switch kicked on even though on low heat setting. This place is located in Compton which is still a part of Long Beach. We all know about Compton. There were gangsters and prostitutes staying at the motel and chilling around the motel doing their business. By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

The best thing about this place is the location it's in, it have a Cajun restaurant next door Sal's Gumbo Shack and other food restaurants like Taco Bell etc...

My room was horrible dirty towels had stains on them their was a extra white door in my room that I didn’t no where it lead to or if someone was watching me or not it was scary the heater didn’t work and it was a cold night the shower water squirted out as u took shower water as all over the floor that room was horrible never will I go their again

Arrived, checked in. Crackheads on property, barely any room to park. Left to pick up pizza and returned as there was no way to refund the reservation, even before arrival. After a quick review that made me want to not even be in that nieghborhood. After eating dinner.. Went to use the bathroom to find unflushed feces and a bloody tampon. The maid came and plunged the toilet per my request and left the plunger with me after sanutizing the toilet.. But left a trail of toilet water droplets all the way out of the bathroom. Barely slept at all due to much noise outsude and in the parking lot. The room was very small and poorly taken care of. Top 3 lists of hotels in the area I WILL NEVER STAY IN AGAIN.

This place is horrible! Stains on the bed and towels that's not even the worse part, as soon as I got to Los Angeles this was the only place I used my European debit card the man working at reception takes debit or credit card and then asks for your pin, I tried to tell him that I couldn't give to him and that he should just give me the machine he says it can't fit through the window and he can't leave the office so the only thing left to do is either leave or give him your pin, I had no where else to sleep and didn't have cash so I gave him my pin the next afternoon $96 is is taken out of my account and it was used at a Seven Eleven in California. I still haven't confronted him or called the police yet because of lack of evidence. Do not give this guy your pin just pay with cash if you're ever gonna stay in this dump.
