Unfortunately the exterior noise was loud And we couldn’t sleep. Staff was okay but the shuttle service provided there in the property was outstanding..

Overall the stay was fine but the happy hour food can use improvement. Fresher food and larger selection of snacks . Also my room was by a very noisy street so I barely got good sleep.

Benjamin checked me in quickly and this time the room I got was not noisy compared before. It made such a huge difference that I stayed my stay for a few more hours.

The staff was great, and the breakfast was tasty.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed o slept in for the price I paid. The walls paper thin & noisy most of the night. I had a very sleepless night even with all the partying happening on the street right outside my window. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again.

One of the reasons we often choose Embassy Suites is their breakfast buffet, which is usually among the best hotel breakfasts available. We understand that the offerings vary from location to location, and while this particular hotel did not have as many options as some other Embassy Suites properties we have visited, the breakfast was still enjoyable and more than adequate for our short stay. A major advantage of this location is the airport shuttle service. The shuttle runs 24 hours a day and arrives approximately every 20 minutes, making transportation to and from the airport very convenient and stress-free. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a great option for travelers looking for a convenient airport hotel.

Nice place to stay never had any problems friendly staff

I was placed in the "quiet side" of the building on the fourth floor. It was terrible due to the noise outside: there was a charging post and vehicles and vans were making noise (i.e., backing up with sound) even from midnight to 4:00 a.m. It triggered a severe migraine and I could not sleep even with my ear plugs.

The front desk staff was very professional and quality customer service representatives. My only concern was my inability to use my deposit to charge to my room at the restaurant and hotel store. But overall this was a great Stay and makes me happy to be a member of Hilton Honors family

We stayed one nights and everything was good the kids wear happy.

This place is all about convenience to LAX. The breakfast every morning is a nice feature. My room was warm - even with the A/C turned all the way down as low as it could go (60), it was still warm. Things just seem to need a refresh. We never received housekeeping service during our 4-night stay. There is a light button you can push in the room to indicate housekeeping (or for do not disturb), and we had it lit constantly, and no one ever came. I called and asked the front desk about getting our rooms freshened up, new towels, trash emptied, etc. and said I was a bit disappointed it never happened. She asked if I called in and requested it, and I said we've had the housekeeping light on constantly, and she said - somewhat rudely - that button is just to let the staff know they can come in, but not to request them to come. I asked "Well, for what reason other than service would the staff need to know they can come in?"...and she had no response. It's a fine place, but don't expect more than a 3-star hotel.

WARNING: If you are driving and plan to park the will charge you $70 a night. This isn't valet, it's you finding a parking spot in their basement. A ridiculous gouge. The breakfast is not even close to mediocre. Very few choices and because of the line to get an omelette it's not worth the wait so your left with what's available and it's not much. Finally, the eating area is dirty. If and when you find a place to eat the table will be unwashed. Frankly, they could do much better but they obviously do not care. They have a restaurant/small bar inside, but I didn't try it except to get a beer They only positive was the room. It was clean and roomy, but again, it's dated by any modern standard. Overall, the place is not worth it especially if you're parking there and don't be fooled into thinking you're getting a breakfast that's decent. I'll not be back because there are so many better options.

Parking is too expensive regardless how many times we stayed there. They don’t care.

They used to offer discounted parking and, at times, complimentary parking for loyal guests. Over the past few weeks, those perks have completely disappeared. Even as Hilton Honors members and frequent guests, there doesn’t seem to be any recognition or appreciation for our loyalty. Instead of paying the hotel’s parking fee, we parked in the garage next door for only $22—less than half the price the hotel charges. At these rates, it actually makes more sense to stay at a neighboring hotel, upgrade our room, and still spend less than we do here. Loyal customers should feel valued, and unfortunately that’s no longer the experience we’re having.

Rooms: I wanted an upgraded room that a quiet. Got neither in 525. Had to call for remotes to turn a TV on--that took 40 minutes. The bed was comfortable. Staff: In general the staff was mediocre. Front desk was the worst. The AM staff looked tired and miserable. We and others had problems getting out of the garage after checking out. Had to call someone, very disappointing. Breakfast was spotty. It's a large area and had some hot food that was cold, my eggs, the bacon was cool and a bit greasy and the coffee and juice was drinkable. Kitchen: A joke. We wanted dinner brought up and could not get anyone to answer any number we called. Zero! My wife was miserable. Glad we stayed only one night In sum, a serious discussion with the GM is in order or this hotel will be a ghetto in 5 years.

Our stay at the Hilton North LAX wasn’t the absolute worst place we’ve ever stayed, but also did NOT live up to the wonderful reviews that I read. At first glance it looks okay, but our reservation was not seen by the front desk staff, and I had to wait on hold with Hotels.com for 30 minutes to resolve it. Then “magically” we had a room. After a long flight, this was not ideal. Once in the room, things were definitely not what we expected of an Embassy Suites. Things were broken, ripped, torn, not working or molded (the hotel phone didn’t even work). I took pictures of all the issues. It was honestly pretty gross in the bathroom/shower area. We definitely won’t be returning and DO NOT recommend this Embassy Suites. Also note - covered parking is available at $69/day.

I had a very large and comfortable room. There was some noise from the atrium (a screaming child) but the inner door between the living and sleeping area stopped the sound. I had a burger and fries from the restaurant (take out) that was very good. They only had Coke products in the restaurant and lobby store, but had Pepsi products in the fountain. The shuttle service to the airport arrived quickly and the driver was quite helpful.

There were a few positive aspects of my stay. I appreciated the breakfast offerings, and I would also like to acknowledge the housekeeping staff for their kindness and professionalism when they returned to address concerns in my room. They were accommodating and courteous. However, several issues significantly impacted my comfort and sense of safety during my stay. First, I was disappointed by the unexpected $69 per night parking charge, which was not clearly communicated beforehand and added substantial unexpected costs to my visit. Additionally, the overall condition and upkeep of the hotel appeared outdated and poorly maintained. There was peeling glue and exposed uncapped areas around the sink that appeared brown and unsanitary. The headboard contained visible stains, which housekeeping later addressed after I reported the issue. The furniture throughout the room also had multiple stains to the point that I did not feel comfortable sitting on it. Most concerning was the balcony door lock. It felt extremely flimsy and insecure, as though it could easily be opened with enough force. This made me feel unsafe throughout my stay and raised serious concerns regarding guest security. Overall, the hotel felt old, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable.

It is an old looking hotel that needs renovation. TV is about 20 years old. Bathroom is very old. Room could have a brighter lights. Breakfast was fine.

The hotel was clean and the facility was clean The person I talked to checking in failed to tell me about the over priced park fee per day. He failed to let me know about the 2 free drink vouchers and the Continental breakfast. The pool door was broken and I was unable to gain access with my key.

I stayed for three nights and housekeeping never cleaned the room or replaced the towels even once. The room was also very dirty — the bathroom sink had noticeable dust and grime when you touched it. Very disappointing experience and unacceptable cleanliness standards for a hotel.

Just along from LAX with free shuttle bus, large up market hotel with suite accommodation, including buffet breakfast. Comfortable living room and bedroom. Indoor pool available. The usual issue of noise, with banging doors, poor sound insulation from the atrium, very poor sound insulation on external windows so lots of traffic noise, very poor WIFI speed of less than 5mbps incredible in a hotel of this quality, TV signal intermittent again incredible in a hotel of this quality. Little to offer in the surrounding area, so no shops and very few restaurant options.

I could walk to the hotel from the airport They take a $$$ deposit on check in... then the refund takes...days.

Our hit room was so old looking the lights were dim and the room was handicapped assessable, that’s not what I paid for, the room was tucked away by a storage closet very unattractive room, the lock on the door was an old fashion chain.

Room was clean but tv did not work. The vent had something growing around it and the furniture was old. I noticed the upgrades to the room but plenty was left out. I do appreciate the stay overall but it was more nostalgic then comfortable. For the price I don't know if I will stay again.

I have stayed here for many years. Nice access to airport and highways. Comfortable rooms with mini fridge, microwave and living room. Delicious breakfast every day. Very quiet. Comfortable beds. I will continue to stay here.

The room was just rundown. Strong smell of weed ruminating all around. We stayed on the north side and it was extremely loud all night (not the airplanes). Only some stations come in on the tv. It was just an OK stay. Breakfast was good. The omelette lady was super nice! Parking was secure - it had better be for $68/night.

The rooms were clean but the bathroom was a bit dated and shower pressure could have been better. However, buffet and other facilities were great and hospitality staff was superb. Their bar restaurant was great quality and convenient!

The location is convenient, the staff is kind and friendly. The toilet was not working properly, the maintenance guy was in his break so it took a little while to get fixed. Meanwhile we lost our time waiting on this matter.

I really liked that only guests with room keys could use the elevator. Of course, this means having to go down to the lobby to meet my local friends so that we could hang out, but the safety and security are well worth it.

Customer service upon arrival was not friendly - the shuttle took like one hour to pick us up from the airport - Breakfast was very basic, the only highlight are the omelets made to order.

The room is spacious but its old and not clean. We had to transfer in a different room cause the first room has stained bath tub, broken sliding door for balcony and sofa has crumbs from the previous guest. Bed also has strands of hair, not washed properly. Breakfast was good.

Everyone working there was so nice. My daughter/her family were hanging out with me for a few hours before their flight left. My flight was the next morning. My daughter had such bad sciatica pain and was having extreme difficult walking. The lady who checked me in knew she wasn't staying with me but offered her a wheelchair to use for a couple hours to help improve our situation. Aww, it was sooo thoughtful and it helped so much. Thank you. The place was great. It was clean. The evening reception was very nice. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast since my flight was at 6am. Ugh! But, I've had other Embassy Suites and they're all great, especially the omelet station.

The Lobby looks elegant, the rooms are outdated, breakfast was a joke and none of the staff were friendly...the robot was more friendlier. The pool was a joke the hot tub was very dirty and when we were in the pool they asked us to leave at 930am for cleaning, why was the pool.not cleaned after hours or before they opened. Instead of advertising the pool is open 7am to 10pm but you cannot use it at 930am for cleaning.

The breakfast was reasonable however a lot has changed over the past months. The room temperature was very warm, the front desk was very helpful with the call we made to report, but after maintenance came to fix it, the problem was still there the second night. The bathroom was also unkept. Could use a better cleaning before guest arrived. The charge for parking was ridiculously expensive also. Overall, the staff was very professional and attentive to needs.

Very tidy & comfortable 2 room suite - 2 TVs, the frig & microwave. Happy hour Reception snacks & drinks, with dine-in or take-out food available in the bar. Breakfast included, made to order omelets in addition to eggs, sausage & potatoes, and typical coffee, juices and continental options. Airport shuttle was very handy, door to terminal service is the perfect addition to our stay.

Unfortunately our TV didn't work when we arrived. A tech employee did come and fix it after some time but I did have to contact multiple times. We also swam in the pool and the amount of chlorine in the pool was very intense. Our eyes were red and uncomfortable afterwards.

Everything‘s good except for the shuttle bus we waited 35 minutes he still never saw the shuttle bus and had to Uber. It was almost late to our flight. Second time we’ve been there and the shuttle bus was more than 30 minutes. I wouldn’t complain if the traffic was bad, but there was hardly any traffic our Uber got us straight in.

spacious room although it was pretty dated it was still clean and had a small balcony which was nice. the front desk tone was as if they were forced to work there against their will but they did give free drink vouchers.. the bartender was extremely friendly and polite. complementary breakfast was a nice perk. i was disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi was closed for filter cleaning and vacuuming. i had narrowed my search down to specifically stay somewhere that had a jacuzzi. that’s on me for not calling ahead i guess now i know. overall nothing mind blowing but also not a terrible stay.

Nice hotel near LAX tag has a shuttle that runs consistently between hotel and airport. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with a lot of options to include pastries, cereal, eggs and meat along with an omelet station. The pool was nice to have but did have a bit too much chlorine. We had the ability to check out late which helped our travel plans with kids.

If you are on a layover and need a place to relax this is the one. My family and I booked a night because we had an 18 hours layover on the way to Honolulu. Shuttle Bus was free and the breakfast was really good. For a Family of six the suite was perfect.

At check-in room was very clean. I was not told that if u want ur room cleaned after initial check in u must request it. That was my only issue, that I wasn’t told that I had to request to have room serviced in my following days of stay. Their breakfast buffet was excellent and my room went beyond my expectations.

Food was fine, the airport shuttle was good, property location is near the airport so expect noise (bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper) but the thing that really grossed me out and was a HUGE disappointment was I got bed bug bites right after sleeping there for one night only. I failed to check the mattress before hand, but I was not pleased by this at all.

This is one of our favorite hotels when visiting LA. The staff is amazing. Marie or Maria ( I’m sorry I can’t remember which) was working the front desk and she was absolutely amazing! She had to deal with some customers who were loudly protesting their stay and she stayed calm and collected and made sure to look out for other guests. Someone else stepped in to deal with the unruly guests and Marie helped us and she was sweet and made us feel wanted. We have seen her here on other visits and she is always warm and friendly welcoming! The hotel is always clean and in tip top shape. Winnie is a great addition! Our kids love having more towels delivered to our room by Winnie!

While traveling for work I stay in la a lot I will be adding this to favorites for my team now. Staff was excellent with helping me after I was off work almost passed the check in time. I appreciate the staff.

Upon arrival the staff did not tell me anything about my stay or amenities such as, I wasn’t told about breakfast, I was not told any of the information about parking. I wasn’t told when check out time was. The staff was only interested in making sure I paid for my stay and that was all. Other staff seemed very rude and did want to engage with me as a customer.

Our fridge was dripping on our food,so I didn't feel comfortable bringing anything back. The amenities advertised were unavailable including the pool and gaming system. There were stains on our curtains and the balcony was criminally labeled as such. We made the most of our stay, but I don't see me jumping at another booking.

We stayed two nights. The beds in our premium suite were just awful. They were so noisy when you rolled over and very uncomfortable. The advertised sofa bed had about a 4 inch pad to sleep on so you felt every bar in your back.The room was clean but overall pretty run down especially for the price. Would not stay here again.

Everything was very nice! Hotel, room, breakfast…our only complaint was that the bar tender was more concerned about cleaning and restocking, not checking on the few customers at the bar or who was waiting to place an order it the bar. We had to keep asking for another drink or tell her that there were customers standing at the bar. And, although we didn’t order any food, ordering through a kiosk and having someone from the back, shout out your name when the food was ready, in our opinion, brings down the overall level of class, professionalism and experience at this hotel. Don’t get me wrong, all staff were vert pleasant, we just expected a little higher level of service in our time in the bar.

And I thought I would never have this experience at an embassy suite hotels I am a Hilton member however, my room had issues with it for the two days that I was there and to pay that amount of money for these rooms I should not have had the problems that I had. The electricity did not work in the bedroom or the bathroom. The outlets did not work. I could not use my phone in that area. I had to plug it up in the living room entrance.. I requested housekeeping via their model on the door and I did not receive housekeeping after I had been gone for 12 hours

It was fine, maybe not quite as nice as other Embassy Suites, but no issues other than only one drink ticket for the reception.

Both mornings my husband and I woke up with swollen throats, we believe the air conditioning needs a good clean. The blind in our room was stained, the wallpaper in the bathroom was dirty, first look, it was ok but when you look deeper that’s when you see it needs tlc.

Housekeeper was very hard to understand and I upset her when trying to get around the lobby as she was cleaning the floor, I wasn’t walking in the correct spot, but she didn’t articulate where she wanted me to walk. Beds weren’t very comfortable and bathroom needed work- looked clean, but there were stains everywhere and walls were crumbling in places. Airport shuttle drivers were great!! Overall happy with my stay.

Hotel stay was nice. Traveled for a girls trip to attend a New Edition concert. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Nice happy hour with snacks. The rooms could use an update and the curtains could use some cleaning too. My only issue was a baby, roach-like bug in the sink near the fridge as well as the tub. Perhaps an exterminator could get the job done. Overall, the stay was fine.

The first room we received had water in the bathroom floor and soaked into the carpet outside the bathroom. The staff was very quick to get us a new room and we didn't even have to go down to the desk to do anything! They sent up their robot with our new room keys and we went straight to our new room which was only 2 rooms away from the current room. Their robot was awesome, named Winnie and delivered just about anything we needed when we needed it! The kids loved it. Staff was so nice and very helpful as well

The hotel had a laundry room, but was unable to supply quarters for use. I also had to contact the front desk twice; once for no heat in the room, which was fixed in a timely manner. Then once again when I finally was able to wash, the washing machine didn’t work, again fixed in a timely manner. But the room was clean.

Toilet overflowed first two minutes of stay..There was garbage still in the bathroom Garbage can..The Beds looked liked my Granny made them..Then when they had me return for a room available the clerk (short Hispanic guy nice haircut/style..He never entered the situation in the system when he left his shift..So the new clerk gave us the same room on accident..Then upon check out the next day he had no remorse for his lack of concern or training..Then as we where getting in the car my son pulled up to the door to get me and my mom who both suffer from sciatic nerve..As we where getting in he came out and asked could we move as if that’s not what we were doing..His Customer Service Sucks..The second Clerk was kind and even gave n upgrade for the Mishap..Otherwise Omlette Chef Wonderful,Male Bartender Top Tier

The room was clean. I didn't park my car because $66 a day is a bit much. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They offer a good variety of options for breakfast. Also there is a cute little bistro with good food and drinks. I enjoyed my stay.

Aside from the noise of departing & arriving flights at the airport (which can't be helped due to location), our stay was very comfortable - clean room, comfy bed w/blackout curtains, all amenities provided plus full breakfast, and staff were friendly and responsive! We'll definitely stay again on our next drive up from Tucson to LA to see the Rams play at Sofi later this year.

The hotel had a very heavy deodorant odor that was so strong it gave me a headache. Found a roach climbing the wall. Found wad out dark hair on the coffee maker. Staff was friendly at front desk.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Very spacious and the bed was amazing! Staff were very friendly too and we were able to check in a bit earlier. The only thing that was disappointing was the state of the pool area and hot tub. We were looking forward to the hot tub but ended up not using it as it did not look very clean and something unidentifiable was floating in there.

The airport pickup service totally failed, waited at the airport for 45 minutes, had to take a taxi after walking another part of the airport. Also no baggage carrier to the room!

The air conditioner was broken in the first room, the hotel is so cheap that they don’t even keep an engineer overnight, they don’t have enough cleaning staff so things are missed like the dirty socks we found in the room that we’re not ours, we were moved from the broken air room and although the other air conditioner worked, the TV was easily 15 years old. It had VCR inputs and everything. Then the neighbor was smoking pot and it came into our room, and the toilet clogged! Everyone that worked there was wonderful, it’s just clearly been neglected by Hilton as they ask for maximum profit with minimal effort. Short staffing, everyone and not updating or keeping proper upkeep of the rooms. Plus our bed was harder than the beds they give at the emergency room. The ONLY other redeeming thing besides the staff, was the breakfast. It was good with lots of options.

Driving to the front driveway of the hotel from the street for guest pick-up and drop-off is challenging and confusing. The driveways lead to the paid parking area.

We arrived exhausted after a long stressful day, and happy hour was still going on. We were comped 2 drinks each and did we ever need and enjoy them! The free breakfast in the morning was so much better than what is provided at other similarly priced hotels we've stayed at. We will definitely be returning!

Airport shuttle not easy to find. Marked as a parking shuttle. You offer a pet friendly hotel but have no where to take your pet for them to use bathroom. I was told to walk up and down the street where there is no grass or anywhere for her to go. Will not be back.

The jacuzzi was filthy when I sat inside I didn’t even want to be in there long you can see the brown bubbles all over just gross parking is expensive 65 a night and deposit was crazy 234 Just stay at the Hilton instead of this dump

This is a good property for the price. Big rooms, comfortable bed/pillow and clean sheets, clean shower and nice living space. I really appreciated the breakfast (included free in my stay) and the complementary drink upon arrival. It’s a very big, cool atrium-style building. It wasn’t fancy and didn’t feel exceptionally flashy in style, but for my professional needs (clean, modest) it was good. Everyone that worked at the facility was sweet and helpful, I’ll look forward to staying again. The only downside: Parking is steep at $67/night)

Room needs a little renovation.Sink in the bathroom was clogged, hair’s on the towels, there was a toothpick on the bedroom when we entered the room.

Staff was awesome and so was check in. Shuttle was confusing but glad they had it. Room was pretty dirty. We were there for a short layover so we just slept and showered.

Everything was great our stay was nice, room was clean and easy to get to and from the airport. Only downside was no bacon for breakfast, only had breakfast sausages (which I don’t like) but that’s a personal preference

Definitely an older building, but very clean! The beds were comfy, and the staff found us a room before check out time. Free snacks in the room. Would definitely stay again!

And all the staff were welcoming Room was VERY noisy Planes taking off are heard easily Air con vents are LOUD and you can tell this building may have been renovated but the bones are old (light switches tap fittings ect) Bed was too hard personally But breakfast was great Parking price was outrageous at $60u.s a night

Finding the right shuttle to catch can be confusing. For most people, airport center may not seem relevant to Embassy suites.

Hotel convenient to LAX, great bfast, large suites.

Very quiet with great customer service .
