Courtesy airport shuttle and low cost shuttles for special events at Kia Forum, So-Fi Stadium etc. The Starbucks in the lobby area had every quick friendly service on food and beverages. Courtyard pool and outdoor games area was beautifully furnished, clean fluffy beach towels, good background music and landscaped beautifully. We will stay there again next visit to Los Angeles and use Marriott Bonvoy perks at other Marriotts, too..

Nice, clean room, and I'm a fan of the shower gels. Water pressure so-so but ok for a rain shower head. The gym was well equipped, I was impressed. And there's a nice JW steakhouse as well which I enjoyed, as the bar/regular dining area but I did not try that. My only complaint, and it's a big one, is that the shuttle was very infrequent. At the airport, I came out and just missed one. I saw two Hilton vans and two Sheraton vans in the time it took for the next Mariott van to arrive, and that van just bypassed my area completely. Fortunately a friendly driver for a parking lot van asked where I was going and dropped me off across the street. On the way to the airport the next morning, I was fortunate to be near the front of the line as there were 30 people and the van could only take so many. The driver was very friendly and helpful but the hotel gets bad marks for only having what seemed like one van in circulation.

Side note, if you are heading to a Dodgers game during your stay, traffic each way will make that a one hour+ trip. It’s only 15 miles away. But it’s L.A. traffic.

I felt seen and cared for. Every staff person who I encountered smiled and spoke - even if it was only in passing. Smiles are hard to come by these days. I didn’t know customer service still existed, but it felt restorative. I’m grateful!

We don’t charge these holds in the UK. As for your property. You have over sold the M Club rooms with private access so I had to wait until 5pm before getting the room I booked. The bed next to the window the mattress was hanging off the base. Some TV channels the picture froze on a few channels especially TNT. The show in my room had very poor water pressure and was told it needs something fitting which can be done quickly. The WiFi was very slow. Only one bathrobe for 2 guests. The water pressure in the basin was also poor. I think you also need a shave mirror. The M Lounge you had no diet drinks and was told you were changing suppler so didn’t have any. You had no glasses only paper cups on day 2. There is no security in the Lounge any people just tailgate other guests when not having lounge access. I probably could visit that lounge and have breakfast everyday without even being a guest. No midday snacks happened. My room wasn’t cleaned in 2 days

Our daughter is a student at LMU and we're from out of state so we're in LA frequently. This is our go to hotel. It's clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff are absolutely outstanding. They go out of their way to meet guest needs. There is a gem of restaurant here too and Concierge Club is fabulous! I highly recommend this hotel.

I was not expecting to be so impressed by an airport hotel. It started with the airport shuttle; they gave me the website that follows the location of the bus in the airport. Really loved it. During the check-in , I was treated professionally and quickly. I asked for a late checkout and they were able to help me. Room had coffee and great shower. Many little things made me surprised and pleased with my stay. I’ll come back!

Fantastic hotel very close to LAX. The shuttle was about 8 minutes. Room service menu is a little expensive for the quality of food, but an excellent choice if you need a place to stay after arriving after a late flight. The pool, jacuzzi and mini golf in the courtyard is an added bonus!

The price is very high for the product/service offered. There's not much difference compared to nearby hotels. It's an old hotel that needs an upgrade. The room didn't have a safe. There aren't many good vending machine options. The staff isn't friendly.

The reception staff were unhelpful, lazy and obstructive. After checking in my elderly uncle had to wait 20 minutes in front of his room after a 6 hour flight, as his key cards were not working. Then the reception staff would not replace the card unless he physically came down again although we had a connected booking and I was trying to get a new set of key cards for him. I tried to explain to him that I made the 2 bookings and they were connected. If he spent 20 seconds extra on the system he would have realised this. Despite all my efforts, the reception staff did not want to understand what I was telling him and was completely unhelpful. Eventually I had to go up again to get my uncle down as if he is checking in from the beginning!

I waited awhile to write this review to see if they would ever call me back. We stayed there for a conference. We went to bed late. Midnightish, but had to wake up at 5am. About 2am we were woken up by a very load knocking sound on our wall. We were at the end of the hall, so there were no rooms beyond ours. We looked out the door and there were people carrying linens out. The knocking continued for at least 10 minutes. I finally went over to the room, the door was proped open. They had a big machine snaking the toilet! I called the lobby to see if they could wait until morning to do that kind of repair. They sais someone would call me back. They never did. They just kept us up with that loud machine. So annoying. I LOVE Marriott's. I have never had a problem with them. This was a huge problem! I wasn't asking for a room refund or anything. I just wanted a call. I have video and photos. Huge disappointment guys!

Breakfast buffet had no hand sanitizer. When i asked the staff if there is any, they said no, instead of getting some. There’s no bathroom amenities like shower cap, makeup remover / Q- tips. The bottled water are the half sized bottles. And there’s no free wifi if you book through third parties. It’s only included if you book direct.

Our stay was essentially overnight for a few hours before we caught our next flight. Close to airport with easy to find, convenient, free shuttle service. Drivers were courteous and helpful. Check in was quick. Room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Negatives were you had to be or become a Bonvoy member to use WiFi and it cost $6 for a smaller bottle of water, if you needed more than the two free ones they gave you. Otherwise a good stay and I would stay here again.

We were placed kiddy corner from elevator and had to walk a great deal, half length of hotel since it is a giant circle around pool complex. As seniors if was not a comfortable stay with disabilities at 64/68. Other than that wonderful stay, we will stay in future, & remember to ask for accommodation to be closer to the only elevatior.

From the moment we walked in—last-minute plans, a little chaos on our end—you’d think we were VIP the way Ernesto at the front desk handled everything. Smooth, professional, no stress. He didn’t just “check us in,” he made sure we were taken care of. That kind of service? Rare. And let me tell you, the hospitality didn’t stop there. Gloria Maria from maintenance came through like a pro—quick, friendly, and genuinely kind. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows. Now shoutout to the entire housekeeping team—super sweet, always smiling, and actually personable (not that robotic “hello” you get at some places). They made the stay feel warm and welcoming, not just clean—which, by the way, everything was spotless. The whole experience? Seamless. Comfortable. And most importantly—human. Our reservation was prepaid. When we checked in, the reservation had been changed without our permission. We were sent to the wrong room based on the incorrect reservation. Then we were shifted to the room we originally booked and the card key didn't work! Finally, when my husband went down to get it right with the front desk, we still couldn't get it! The entire sensor had to be replaced. We lost over an hour of time and were late to our ticketed event. The front desk was dismissive as though we had done this to ourselves. As Marriott members, it was a very disappointing experience.

The location was easy to get to the airport at 5am. Also se shuttle service is quite good We paid for the Marriot Club and when we got up to the floor the club was, there was nothing to eat, really disappointing. Also the restaurant wasn’t comfortable because of the low temperature in the air conditioning, seems that is was planned to make people go fast. It is too expensive for the basics in hotels.

We only stopped for an over night to break up the travel from Boston to Hawaii. The shuttle was easy to find and took us right to the hotel, check in was quick and easy and the room was clean and quiet. For our needs, we were very pleased!

This was, by far, one of the worst states of my whole travelling experience. I had the worst night at this hotel, experiencing intense and abnormal itchiness all night, which kept me up most of my one night stay. Given that I felt exhausted after long flight, I just wanted to go to sleep and get some rest. Instead, all night, I was itching my body and my skin, as if something was crawling on it. In all my years of travel, I have never experience anything like that. I sprayed some hand sanitizer and alcohol on the bed and slept on a towel, so I could get a couple of hours of sleep.

We could not get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel which was only a few blocks away after flying for 13 hours straight. I had to pay a free shuttle driver 20 dollars so he would help us get there. The staff and room were ok but 2 hours to go a few blocks after a long flight makes staying there a NO next time.

But the place feels like its gone down. I didnt get my morning wake up call, attempts to reach the front desk to get some essentials brought to the room were never followed up. The pool was dirty. I understand they have a lot of people in the pool area on a weekend, but at least fix the bubbles in the spa- it wasnt working. And dont allow under 15s in there. Little kids as young as 1 or so without diapers, sitting in a hot spa? Whole families with kids packed together like sardines. I know you can't control who stays but at least set some boundaries for a safe,pleasant and hygienic pool/spa experience. The gym mats were falling apart. Really off-putting. Invest in your customers and set some rules that you enforce.

The room was in good shape, but the AC unit was the loudest I have heard - not possible to sleep with it running, but also not possible to sleep with it off because the room became too hot - tough night. They also have a motion sensor in the room that turns the room light on, so if one person gets up at night to go to the bathroom it jolts the other awake (if they had been able to sleep). The self parking was $72 per night but Expedia included that for free, so I validated this on check-in and check-out but when I tried to leave the lot it tried to charge me, so I had to repark and visit the hotel again to get my key validated - they had forgotten to do that. The valet was scheduled to pick up our luggage at 7am so we could make our flight, but forgot, so at 7:20 I had to park again and run to the room to retrieve our luggage ... The steak house inside was good - 4 star with great service and 5 star prices ($80 steak ala carte).

I reserved a room for Sunday and Monday night, Jan. 25th and 26th through Hotel.com and they stated that i was charged for both nights due to their error. Since my airline changed my plans due to storm/weather, you would not refund my stay that I cancelled with hotel.com for Monday, Jan. 26th night. I only stayed on Jan. 25th. Due to this double booking in error and being charged for two nights instead of one, this was an unpleasant experience with you. Please refund me my one night stay for Monday so that you don't overcharge my stay. I did give ample notice as this was out of my control with airline. Please refund. Thank you. At check in, the front desk staff told us the on-site parking is free for hotel guests. At checkout, when we received the bill, we found parking is $60-70 per night. We asked why we were given the wrong information when checking in, and the staff just ignored us and turned to the next guest. Rude!

The room was clean. The ac wouldn't go below 74 deg. so the room always felt warm. The mattress was old. We booked and upgraded room so we would have access to the M club on the top floor. Didn't realize it is closed on the weekends, so it was a pointless upgrade for us. Felt like the onsite dining was overpriced, especially the breakfast buffet.

Everything was good! Check-in was seamless and the staff were friendly and warm. We arranged a gameday shuttle with the concierge and that was easy and smooth. Our room was fine - carpet was a little worn but not enough to hurt our experience. We had a room with a view with a balcony over the lovely pool area; too bad it was too cool to enjoy it. Drinks at the bar with TVs showing sports was a nice vibe.

From the moment I checked in until the interaction ended, the front desk staff member Jelloney displayed a clear attitude of impatience and condescension. Throughout the process, he repeatedly shook his head in a dismissive way, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a guest. At one point, I briefly forgot my room number. While he was assisting another guest, I politely asked which room had just been assigned to me. Instead of courteously asking me to wait for a moment, he immediately told me to “step back in the line,” handling the situation in a way that felt more like a police department than a hotel front desk. This was unnecessary and lacked basic hospitality. Additionally, while I was holding my luggage with both hands, he demanded that I provide my ID again—only two minutes after the check-in had just been completed. I have stayed at Marriott properties many times and fully understand standard procedures, but this interaction felt excessive and poorly handled. Overall, this was the worst front desk service I have experienced at a Marriott property. More concerning, the tone and manner of the interaction made me feel that Asian guests were not treated with the same level of respect or friendliness. Regardless of intent, that perception alone reflects a serious service failure. I will be reporting this experience to Marriott corporate, as this level of service does not align

Pros: 1) The rooms in this hotel are a nice size and the beds and pillows are comfortable. 2) There are a lot of amenities that one could take advantage of, including a large pool and plenty of dining options. 3) The staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Cons: 1) The lobby and elevators are extremely busy all the time. 2) The parking (self) is $70 a day (half the price of a room). It is also designed so you can use your key to get in and out but the hotel staff do not inform you of this or remind you to take your key with you when you check out so you can actually leave the lot. 3) The place is designed in a confusing way, with the pool and gym on floor 1 and the lobby on floor 2. I witnessed multiple people trying to get to the lobby only to end up at the pool floor because the floor 1 button has a star on it even though it’s not the lobby (?). Last piece of advice: Try to not get an accessible room if you do not need one. The accesible room doors open automatically with a motion sensor and then WILL NOT CLOSE for 20 or 30 seconds, meaning you can not a) walk by the door sensor while you are in the room without opening the door; or b) be in a rush and try to leave your room quickly because the door stays open for what feels like an eternity and you can not force it closed. It makes you wait there. Note: They eventually did come and turn off this feature for me.

For the room - They are usually a 4 out of 5, clean and classy, the beds are comfortable, linens always fresh, storage is smart, and the space are spacious when traveling with 1 or a family of 4 (I have done both). My only gripe is that it seems like there is always 1 - 2 items in the room that could be fixed or updated every time I stay. Ex: The balcony door did not lock and I had to call to have it fixed. The shower faucet to transition from bath to shower was stuck but I did not realize that until I was in shower and it was usable but I had weak water pressure. Or the tv sound was funny. None of these are deal breakers and the stay is always great. When I call to report said problems the staff is always very quick to respond and a repair is provided almost immediately (I can tell that they truly care and want to ensure I have an excellent stay). But because this has happened on every occasion, I cannot offer this a full 5 stars, though I will stay here every time I want a solid stay. No need to upgrade to club level, the club is NOT worth is (it was always empty and dirty - did not add value to experience).

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle. The ruins were clean and the staff were very courteous and quick to respond to any requests. My shower in the room however took a while before it warmed up enough so I had to let the water run for 10 min till it became warm enough. The rooms were not so quiet and I could here the neighbors next door and the places taking off. Overall it was still a good experience. The JW steakhouse was an excellent dining option with good food and excellent service.

At first glance, the exterior of the hotel looks a little rough. But when I entered the lobby, I was pleasantly surprised to see it was clean and modern with a few nice restaurants. We enjoyed the cardio room at the fitness center but the weight room was too crowded/small to use. The valet parking was nice but it costs a lot and parking paid with the room is not credited to valet parking. The bed was very comfortable. The door to the room was so heavy it was awkward to go in and out with luggage, or even with anything in my free hand. I enjoyed my Starbucks breakfast, but was slightly disappointed not to have a breakfast included. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. The bar prices, on the other hand, struck me as high.

Checking in took way too long . There should be a guest service desk separate from checking in , there were multiple people who who were at the check in desk requesting WiFi and other stuff and they were there for minutes while a line of people were waiting to just check in and go to their room . I booked my room through Expedia and they told me what I had to pay for a deposit , I ended up having to pay triple the amount for the deposit upon arriving which I was not told about beforehand . The place is awesome but it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to check in , when some people are going up just for questions. and a deposit should clearly be stated weather it’s through a second party or not

Excellent staff. Alex and the crew made this stay so special for my daughter, who was celebrating her birthday. The hospitality of everyone there is exceptional and the food at JW Steakhouse is spectacular. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing and the in-house Starbucks is a big plus. There are restaurants in walking distance and the airport shuttle makes this hotel an easy favorite!
