Reviews
The hotel has received mixed reviews, with guests praising the spacious rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities such as a pool and basketball court. However, there are frequent complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms, the slow valet service, and the unsafe environment outside the hotel due to the presence of homeless people and constant sirens. Some guests also reported issues with the water temperature and pressure, as well as broken furniture and appliances in the rooms.

Wanting to remember such wonderful service, I asked for a business card. Instead of simply saying there wasn't one available, Foyeemoy took the extra time to find a card and personally handwrite a sweet note for me: "Ms. Janice! This is Foyeemoy at the front desk! Enjoy your stay!" It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me. In today's fast-paced world, many interactions can feel rushed and impersonal. This felt different. It felt deeply sincere. Beautiful rooms and luxury amenities certainly make a hotel memorable, but extraordinary people are what truly create lasting impressions. Before my daughter's graduation celebration had even begun, Foyeemoy had already made my day brighter.

Balconies on rooms Dirty! Tub wouldn’t drain. Maintenance pulled a wad of hair out of it and left it dirty. Floors were dirty. Broken glass on balcony. 4 elevators but only 2 worked for 30+ floors making it a 20 min experience everytime. Valet prices ridiculous making us risk it in the open lot across the street (thankfully no break ins). Asked for towels for two days straight and never got them. Had to corner a maid who acted afraid to give us towels but reluctantly gave us two. I just went a bought us some. We’ll never stay here again.

There is not anything to complain about inside the suite. Everything was super clean, it was very spacious and the view from the bedroom and balcony was incredible. You have a full fridge and freezer, a shower and tub, 2 bathrooms, and washer/dryer inside the unit. You feel like you're living in luxury while on vacation. It was one of the highlights of the trip, really a 10/10 experience and I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else in DTLA. Pictures of suite and skyline view, room 3106, 31st floor The area is sketchy at night, but if you are a more seasoned traveler it really will not be a problem, just be aware of your surroundings. I would suggest taking an Uber or Waymo straight to the hotel at night if you're uncomfortable walking major city streets at night.

Staff is never friendly. Guests that stay there are beyond ghetto !! Prostitution and pimps everywhere

The view was awesome and the room itself was wonderful. The balcony had broken glass shards. I stepped on it.

Convenient location, the room was spacious and clean. had all we needed to stay comfortable and travel from downtown LA. pool and facilities were nice. Parking onsite is too expensive, $50-60 usd per night. Inconvenient to park off site but highly recommend paying for an off site parking garage nearby for a fraction of the price. $500 bond is quite high, they did not refund the correct amount and slow to refund compared to other hotels.

The TV did not work, and neither did the remote. The bathtub water came out with black debris in it, which was unacceptable and concerning. To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work properly, making our stay very uncomfortable. For the price we paid, we expected a clean, functional room and basic hotel services. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet even the minimum expectations. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Room was great! Recommend asking to stay on a higher floor in advanced to get a good view. Great location and very clean.
- 4/5
Room was nice and spacious. No issues there. The amenities were not the easiest to access. The hot tub, sauna and steam room were not functioning. If all were working then it would have been great! Otherwise the woman at the front desk was very kind.

Poor customer service at all, the front desk is unprofessional and when you call them they never picked up :(

great space for family of 5. great kitchen space for proper holiday cooking. with most utensils/appliances enjoyed the gym and pool and basketball court. before check in the 2nd bedroom should be given offer of double or 2 twin beds - esp when you see 5 people on the booking! We had to pay quite a lot to have the double bed taken out and 2 single beds put in....

The apartment was spacious, well laid out, with kitchen and washer/ dryer and even a dishwasher. They thought of everything like dish soap, washing detergent etc. Very enjoyable stay. The pillows were a bit soft, there was no ‘sponge’ to wash dishes,
- 4/5
Only issue I had was that I didn’t have body wash. I asked housekeeper to replace it. He said he was but never came back to replace my body wash

This property was amazing when it first opened. Over time it has declined. Frankly, it appears to be poorly operated and maintained. Everything about this property screams "minimally maintained and cheaply operated." The carpeting in the hallways is disgusting, there is rarely HOT water (if even warm), the beds are miserable (don't even get me started on the cheap sheets, pillows and towles), there is no regular room cleaning while you stay there, the appliances in the kitchens are largely dirty and old, the locks on the doors either don't work consistenly or their battery covers are missing everywhere. And, with time, the property has picked up a clientele that evokes a wanna-be hipster/rapper vibe that thrives on smoking MJ (and stinking up the whole property) and leaving junk food bags in the hallways. The redeeming quality of this property... the front desk staff. They seem to be doing a soft-goods renno in the rooms that includes really cheap, bad retrofit of sofa covers (they don't even fit right) and terrible chair reupholstery. You can't even get a box of Kleenex in the room. Plenty of other places to stay for the same rate.
- 3/5
New staff provided poor customer service to gold member. Was reluctant to give me a late check out and threatened if I was one minute I would be charge late fee. I stay there all the time and was disappointed in the simple effort and courtesy for a vip a member

First we got there 30 mins before check and the room wasn't ready, we were told come back up at 4, come back up at 4 the room still isn't ready! 430 comes, still not ready asked for a manager, she takes one look and see its me again, goes to the back to see what's the hold up im guessing! Still not ready by 5pm! We waited over a hour after check in to get in our room. By then we aready missed our reservation at 6 so we had to figure something out for my husband birthday smh. The worst service I've had.
- 5/5
Had a nice stay
- 5/5
All in all, it was a nice place but the total cost probably will be more than the total cost quoted by Expedia due to the up-charges.
- 5/5
Outstanding property and excellent customer service.

Downtown LA has a lot of visible homeless people so the surrounding area of the hotel doesn’t look the greatest but the hotel is secure. No after hours entry unless you’re a hotel guest or resident. The provided hotel rooms are very spacious with a full kitchen, a ton of closet space, beautiful balcony view and wash/dryer. The parking there is about $60 per night, book the parking garage a few steps away for $15 through spot hero
- 5/5
Room 1709 clean with beautiful view
- 5/5
Great Place to stay for the first time in LA. Close to everything!!!
- 2/5
Bathroom had mold in shower, kitchen had no soap for dishes or dish washer. No hand soap in bathroom. Hallway smelled of weed. Self parking is way too expensive for the price of room and daily amenities charge parking should be free.
- 2/5
Most of the towels provided were thin and stained with bodily fluids and/or stray hairs of either staff or previous guests. The AC was deemed “broken” on the second day of our stay, requiring us to choose between exposing ourselves and our belongings to the LA smog by keeping all windows open for relief from the indoor heat or suffocating from stagnant hot air. A maintenance person stopped by the suite to assess the issue and informed us a repair could not be made during our stay. Bedding was cheap and scratchy. The showers were dirty with caulking full of mold. Hot water was also inconsistently available. On the last night of our stay, a major shooting occurred two blocks away, with police, fire, ambulance and search helicopter responses all 100% visible and audible from our suite.

As always, my family and I had a wonderful stay at the Level. The suite is so perfect for our needs with the full kitchen and w/d, the amenities are excellent and well maintained. Probably one of the best parts of the stay are the helpful staff. Big shout out to Isiah and Johnny at the front desk who dealt with the issue of the broken window blind by upgrading us to another suite and to manager Hadi for also dealing with some other requests. Will always choose the Level when we are in LA!
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful the apartment cleanliness could be worked on .
- 5/5
Great space and price, definitely worth it.
- 5/5
BE CAREFUL WITH THE PARKING. They broke into my car
- 3/5
The rooms are spacious and impressive. If you prepare and plan it has great accommodations. I booked a room for 3 people with a queen and sofa pull out. The pull out bed did not have any sheets or blankets we had to call down for them. I assumed for the booked occupancy these would have been supplied before hand. The pull out sofa also did not completely pull out nor lay flat, we called for assistance and after 45 min. of waiting, ended up having to sleep on it as a sofa.
- 3/5
Hotel staff asked us if we are parking with them or off site we asked about prices they advised 55 a night for self park and 75 for valet. Then told us their garage is safe and it’s not safe to park cars in downtown LA parking garages, so we choose the self park. We unfortunately forgot to lock the door to the vehicle.when we came back we noticed a homesless couple living in their car next to us. We didn’t think anything of it until we noticed our car was gone through and over 150 dollars worth of items was stolen. We told the front desk about it to see if they would replay the cameras so we could confirm who it was to press charges.the hotel staff at the time did not care at all. They kinda laughed about it and told us to call the police file a report and then he would take his time to review the cameras. We didn’t really have time to sit around and wait to file a police report for no outcome to come about it so I just advised I was giving a bad review he again laughed at me and told me to go ahead and give him a bad review. The morning of checkout I ran to get coffee and when I got back there was a lady standing by the key pad with 2 bags she followed me in the hotel once I unlocked the door she jumped in elevator with me once I put my key in the key pad she moved her arm infront of me and hit floor 4 pool area.she asked me to unlock the pool area for her. We went down shortly after and she was swimming the went and washed her clothes in the hot tub..hotel needs security

Great place for kitchen lots of room

Other than that, I love this property. I’m from NYC, and this is a nice combination of LA and NYC.
- 3/5
3 out of the four elevators were not in service. Had to wait 20 min for ride.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
My remote and my TV was not working in my room and also the shower needed to be tightened but other than that everything was perfect
- 1/5
Dirty towels. Hair in towels remotes didn’t work. No ice in freezer, when requested I was charged $15. It took 2 hours and 5 calls to front desk to get housekeeping/maintenance to come up. There’s 25+ floors and 2 of the elevators didn’t work. So at checkout I had to walk down 7 floors after waiting 30+ min for the elevator. The hallways smelled strongly of marijuana. Neighbors were loud. Someone threw a bucket of trash from their room/balcony causing commotion & security attention. It’s a nice apartment, with so much potential, but as of now, it is being very poorly run.
- 5/5
We had a great stay overall. The location was super convenient, the price felt fair, and everything was really clean. Our corner suite was spacious and comfortable, and the views were a nice bonus. The front desk staff were especially welcoming, Maria in particular stood out for going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
The amenities fee doesn't show up on the Expedia price- $35 a day extra and quite a bit of LA hotel taxes will be added to your bill. The property was very clean, but it's an apartment like an airbnb- no room service, no restaurant, housekeeping once a week so no new towels, no extra blankets. There's dishes and a toaster and microwave, stove, big fridge, etc- dish soap and dishwasher soap but no dish sponge or dish towel. Definitely do the self park or park across the street for $10. There was A LOT of partying going on, the people downstairs and one apartment over had a huge fight at 1 in the morning for 1/2 an hour and their dog was barking the whole time. Downtown LA is kind of sketchy- I don't think I'd bring kids here expecting a beach vacation. Stay closer to the beach. It's more for adults working in downtown LA longterm. I would come back when I have work downtown again. The views were INCREDIBLE.

Beautiful property
- 3/5
Couches had stains, new towels had toothpaste stains, shower water took 15 minutes to warm up. However, staff was nice, has parking that was confusing, and amenities and overall hotel was nice. For the money paid expected some things to be better.
- 5/5
Clean rooms great amenities

Additionally, although check-in was listed as after 4:00 PM and we were told our room would be ready, we did not receive access until after 5:00 PM. We were also not provided with basic information, such as where the pool was located, and only found out by asking a staff member in passing. The check-in agent was not very welcoming and appeared disengaged. We initially gave the benefit of the doubt, assuming it may have been an off day; however, during check-out, the same lack of customer service was evident. When we inquired about possible compensation due to the jacuzzi being unavailable and not disclosed, we were told there was nothing that could be done and no one else we could speak with. Overall, the lack of communication and customer service was disappointing and impacted our experience.
- 4/5
Our room had the very bare necessities in cooking utensils. Overall, the kitchen was OK and did the job. We definitely did not cook any elaborate meals though.

Clean room and great views.

I stay here often and have always gave 5 star reviews but this time it sadly was the complete opposite, for 1 our check in was at 4pm and we had to end up switching rooms and checking in until 545pm , 2nd the room we go smelled strongly like urine , the speakers on the tv were blown out snd the shower head in th bathroom was broken , to make matters worse the lady in the lobby that helped me this time was completely un professional and talking to me like if it was my fault they did not have my room ready , overall i might have to consider a different hotel next time which sucks because i normally love this hotel
- 5/5
Rooms are very spacious, and the staff is very friendly and supportive. I do wish they had a later check out than 10am, but other than that I’ve enjoyed the experience very much.

First time booking at Levels Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles and i can confidently say i will never book here ever again. Driving into the parking structure i asked for directions from the valet guy and he was extremely rude ignoring me at first then just pointing not saying anything. After I figured out parking, i went to check in and staff was rude, right off the bat, they were eating and talking ignoring me when there was NO ONE else in line. Felt discriminated because i look extremely young. PRIOR to booking i asked for information about decorating the hotel room which i received a text saying it was okay as long as i clean up before i check out to avoid extra fees. When i arrived they said balloons and rose petals were NOT allowed for safety reasons. They could of let me know prior to booking when i asked them the first time. This caused a really big inconvenience for me because i prepaid a lady to help me set it up because i thought it would be okay like i was told originally. There is lack of communication. While checking in the manager at the time was rude implying I couldn’t afford to be there because i asked questions about the deposit. This made me feel uncomfortable. Later on during the day i headed down to the lobby where it smelled horribly like weed. Lobby was filled with ghetto people and a homeless who werent staying the night. Right outside the entrance there was a man harassing women who passed by whom no one said anything to. Overall my experience was -10/10
- 5/5
A home away from home. Great amenities, location and helpful staff.
- 4/5
Ok
- 5/5
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom was spacious and the view was great. Dishes were stocked and the decor was nice. I loved the marble appearing floors. Security was heavy on all floors and desk/valet staff was amazing! My kids loved the basketball court, pool, and balcony views. My wedding stay went perfect.
- 1/5
Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while in LA. This was a good stay if it hadn’t been for the bed bugs bites I noticed when I was back home. I contacted Expedia and the hotel. The hotel claims since I did not complain in my 2 nights there they won’t do anything for me now… it can take a couple days for the bumps to show up after being bit. I have attached pictures of my bites. Please be cautious booking this hotel as it looks nice but the inside as clean as it seems! DO NOT BOOK!!
- 1/5
Very old and very dirty and it was dirty room and just it has gone down before it used to be good but its just a disaster now
- 3/5
The wifi was good although it took a long time to connect on my laptop. The room was clean however there were some issues. There were only 2 tiny pots provided and no frying pan so i couldn’t

Don’t stay paying a extra $400 once you check in on top of that $34 dollars a day no house keeping rude front desk just go to citizenM
- 5/5
Overall stay was great for me and my family. My husband and I have stayed here before and we love it. It’s convenient and close to everything.
- 5/5
Family enjoyed our stay. I loved the security of the place. We Had to use keys to move within the property. The key would only take you to your assigned floor and the amenities. The place its self was clean well maintain. Staff is great well informed.Bring your groceries and just stay in enjoy the place. Out in the streets well not all that great buts its L.A. After covid was hard to find trust worthy places for my family to be at plus a safe place for my autistic child. This place i would come back to. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Yes the internet was fast it just shut off for bout 15minutes and came back on

Over all was ok experience, guy bleeding in elev
- 4.5/5
They have great team , they are always ready to help especially reception team, location is good. Only I can say sofa in our room was not comfortable .
- 5/5
From had a very overpowering men's cologne smell upon arrival. Thank goodness we had a patio door and window to open to try to air it out.
- 5/5
The room was clean, amenities great, parking and fees were ridiculous!!! $54 for self parking daily and almost $40 nightly fee for booking with a 3rd party!!!!! 😩
- 5/5
The only surprise and complaint is that the hotel charged me an extra fee of $35 per night because I used Booking to make the reservation
- 3/5
yes
- 5/5
I will never send nobody to them
- 5/5
The place was great
- 1/5
Terrible service and hidden fees. Our stay was incredibly disappointing. The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. We were hit with over $350 in unexpected fees, bringing the total for two nights over $1,000—yet the hospitality was non-existent. The room lacked basic amenities: no bottled water, no iron, and no included wifi. To make matters worse, the room and fridge were not properly cleaned. Valet is extremely expensive with no self-parking option, and no one offered to help with our luggage. For this price, the lack of basic service is unacceptable. We will never return.
- 5/5
Amazing place. This will be my #1 Hotel i stay at.
- 4/5
There were cigarette buts on the balcony. Besides that everything was clean
- 4/5
The room floors could’ve been cleaner. There was no complimentary wine bottle as advertised. Also, parking is additional and very limited. Overall, the facilities were decent and location downtown is convenient.
- 1/5
How can a property that size not have a maintenance crew capable of cleaning that up in a timely manner to re-open the facilities THAT WE PAY TO USE for the 1 night we get to stay there?? Unacceptable and DO NOT RECOMMEND you stay here
- 5/5
Our room smelled like cigarettes however not strong enough for us to change rooms. The room was huge, clean, bedding smelled like softener and the patio was such a cool way to spend the evening winding down
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 2/5
i was disappointed on many levels during my stay. the staff that i came across was very helpful and polite except the young african american at the front desk. after giving a deposit i was not able to view the room i would be getting in a few days. once i arrived the day of my stay i incurred additional charges that was not revealed upon purchase, also the room that i was issued was not what was advertised, it was not clean, the stove and the floors was dirty . i would be a contribution to humanity if moving forward your upfront with your guest.
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay when you need a home away from home.
- 4/5
Great view
- 1/5
We where talking low because we where on vacation and we have to go to the pool because the neighbors where complaining, if you need a place just for sleep it’s ok , but night time you can’t even talk
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
The staff here are really nice. There are added expenses and parking at check-in. This is DTLA, so I wasn't surprised. The kitchen is nice and having laundry is worth it on those long stays. There were some minor repairs noticed at the property, but nothing major. If you have a family I would recommend staying here.
- 4/5
Parking is $61 a day which is insane. I had no idea. There is a lot directly across the street that is $15. Music is played on full blast well into the morning hours (2am) and even with all windows closed you hear it loud and clear. Lack of hot water.. to be fair we read they were having water issues and had to turn off all the water for a few hours but no hot water for 2 days with kids.. not good. Free WiFi- couldn’t get it work, not even once Lastly - you have to leave the hotel to get food or coffee. They give you a 12 cup coffee maker and a 1 cup pod of coffee. Wasn’t sure what to make of that. Now all that being said, the rooms were large, the pool was super clean and the property felt safe. The unit also had a washer and dryer that works great. So depending on what your needs are this can be the most amazing hotel. If traveling with little ones, I might suggest a more family friendly property where there is quiet time and food options. Staff was great, no complaints just a few callouts to help others.
- 4/5
Nice rooms and nice views
- 3/5
Tv volume didn’t work
- 4/5
no breakfast included Booking.com said I was getting free taxi to the airport but they didn't offer it. Or does booking arrange it, should I have contacted you? Nice if you could let me know how to get the free taxi you advertised
- 3/5
The room itself also stayed very warm and we couldn’t get the temperature to cool down enough to be comfortable. Because the hotel is located in downtown Los Angeles, it is also extremely loud at night, which made it hard to rest. Most importantly, I was very disappointed with the handicap parking situation. This is my second time staying here and both times the handicap spaces were taken up by luxury vehicles. When I asked about it, I was told to just park in the garage instead, which defeats the purpose of having designated handicap parking. Overall, I expected better accommodations and accessibility for the price and location.
- 5/5
Great experience! I keep coming back because it’s priced well with great views
- 3/5
Clean room and spacious. They will gouge you on parking. Check out is 10 am so pretty early. Asked for late check out and they charged $150 to stay until 1 pm but didn’t tell us the key cards stop working at 12. My kids got locked out of the room and I couldn’t get back into the hotel until someone let me in. That was frustrating. Right at 12 pm we had housekeeping walk in on us. Have to say that really made me angry after spending close to $600 for one night! There are a couple of places nearby to eat which you want to stay close to because it’s not the best area crime wise. If you’re a light sleeper traffic and people peeling out all night will keep you awake. I think people also live there so it’s not just a hotel. They seem annoyed with hotel guests and I can’t say I blame them.
- 5/5
This is a modern aparthotel in uneven downtown LA that is well run. Staff is outstanding. My major complaint is that the kitchen has toxic black plastic cooking utensils and the living room needs a bright standing lamp. But these caveats are minor for an overall great experience.
- 3/5
Negatives; common areas were pretty dirty, beds were extremely uncomfortable (felt like sleeping on a box spring), which was extremely disappointing. TV’s had intermittent connectivity and only Netflix available…no other streaming options. These issues are so impactful to the overall comfort of a room…and so easy to correct and then this would be one of our top places to stay in DTLA.
- 5/5
Staff is excellent they go above and beyond, the property and the room was stunning great amenities, and a nice quick walk to crypto.com Arena
- 4/5
The Wi-Fi connection wasn’t very good, there weren’t enough towels, and it was difficult to get through by phone, which was inconvenient. However, overall I was satisfied.
- 5/5
Amazing experience
- 5/5
Property was great I’m from the south second time coming to La choosing levels was great can’t wait to book again
- 1/5
Upon my check-in, I entered the room to a dirty sink with backed up food in it, roaches in the bottom of the cabinets under the sink and bathroom outlet wasn’t working. I let staff know about the room and was told someone would come up to clean it and fix outlet and no one ever came. When I notified them that no one ever came to the room and more roaches were seen they moved me to another room. I paid for a bigger room with a better view to be moved to a smaller room with ok View .I was told that they will returned the resort fees due to the inconvenience. I checked out on 2/19/26 I haven’t received it yet.
- 2/5
The elevator was broken during our entire weeklong stay and there was no effort to fix it. We could NEVER leave the hotel without a serious delay. The rest of the stay was perfectly fine, but the debilitating wait time to use the elevator made the experience miserable.
- 3/5
Staff could definitely be nicer. One fella there is really nice but everyone else seems to have attitude. Room cleanliness needs a lot of attention. With being a gold member with Hotels, we are supposed to get wine and late check out if available but they act as if there is no such offering.
- 5/5
Stayed at South Olive in LA and overall it was a nice stay peaceful and nobody was constantly bothering you, which I appreciated. But I did have to pay an extra fee, and the parking situation was honestly frustrating. They charge $65 for parking, while right next door it’s only $10 and you get in-and-out access… so that didn’t make sense to me. Also, the valet guy outside definitely had an attitude. He seemed to treat people differently depending on how they looked, like he wouldn’t even talk to some people but had plenty to say when he felt like it. That part was off putting. Nice stay overall, but those little things definitely stood out.
- 5/5
Great staff

Stayed at levels as a mini staycation/late birthday for my honey and the room was very clean. Staff was nice. I’ll be staying again

Great stay good staff . Only thing I didn’t like was the shower . They could be better as far as water pressure
- 2/5
room wasn't as clean as it should have been it was hair and lent everywhere as if they don't clean daily
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay will be back
- 5/5
Clean room, staffs are good. Mattress is not comfortable.
- 5/5
The suit is so spacious you literally have everything you need! Would come back again
- 4/5
It was a nice, stress-free stay and a great way to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it for anyone looking for a solid stay in LA.
- 5/5
loved the suite and view was amazing as well as the amenities. I will definitely be returning soon
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Level DTLA ALWAYS provides a 5 star hospitality experience staff is consistently professional, courteous and responsive to every guest's needs , Johnny at the front desk is simply the Best!
- 4/5
Amazing room with views ❤️
- 1/5
I demand a full refund for inconvenience and because it was Grammy weekend i was forced to stay there or I would not have had a room
- 3/5
The hotel overall was wonderful. The room was beautiful, the view was impeccable, the staff was very kind and I loved the amenities. The valet on the other hand, was the worst treatment I have ever received. I prepaid for 2 nights of valet. Although I do not have a fancy car, I should still have been treated with the same respect and courtesy as the owner of the Lamborghini. My family and I received dirty and judgmental looks from the moment we drove in in my 2018 Mazda cx5.
- 5/5
Been on many staycations here over the years. Always a great time.
- 3/5
Room was not clean. I was very disappointed
- 5/5
Great stay! I loved everything about it. Def staying here again
- 5/5
My 2nd time staying at this location, we booked a jr 2br suite this time. Stayed in a regularly 2br suit last time. Both were nice, it just depends on ur needs. The amenities are good. And location is close for crypto arena (what I needed). Beware its dt and there are lots of homeless ppl like any city. Making it loud all hours of the night. Staff is welcoming, and help when you ask while still offering privacy. I will definitely be staying here again.
- 4/5
It was cute but the balcony was a bit dusty.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. Loved our stay.
- 5/5
The stay was amazing and I was greeted and taken care of the entire time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you to the manager Hadi Daou for making my stay very comfortable and pleasant
- 4/5
Everything was very good!
- 2/5
I'm so very sad. My previous stays were amazing. This time around, there was no hot water!!! Having to shower in cold water is so uncomfortable. Also the Netflix wouldn't work, I called around 9am, tech guy came, stated it would be reset. 3 hours later, nothing. I call guest service, they stated it's still being worked on. Two night stay, no hot water, no Netflix.
- 5/5
I loved the room .I would stay there again
- 5/5
The staff is amazing very accommodating
- 5/5
Great overall experience for a family of four
- 5/5
Such a good stay ! I stayed with my family and kids views are amazing
- 5/5
This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Los Angeles!
- 5/5
Perfect location! Clean, modern suites.
- 4/5
Room can use some repairs. Other than that, still my favorite place to stay in the Los Angeles area. Big Suites and comfortable
- 1/5
Do not recommend. We’ve stayed at plenty of hotels in the LA area and this was by far my worst experience. We were waiting for an elevator for 30+ minutes, parking fees were ridiculously high and was not the same amount as stated in the booking, definitely not a safe environment if you’re looking for a peaceful place to sleep, there’s a club on the first floor
- 5/5
Our favorite place to stay in th city.

My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVEDDDD the hotel. We did not even have time to visit floor 4 with amenities because we were so busy, but we did go down and take a peek before we left. Everything was wonderful for us, although our room was not ready at 4 pm, we were accommodated appropriately due to our extra hour wait time. We will be back!!! Front desk staff was also nice and welcoming. We did park using the self park due to all of the negative reviews on street parking. We wanted to park at the hotel to feel more secure, and LEVEL did not disappoint. We knew we were going to be in & out throughout our trip, so paying the lot across the street $10 each time was not worth it, honestly. I can say that during our late-night outings (around 2 am), the parking attendants and front desk staff were wildly alert, and they had the garage closed. This gave me confidence that they were ensuring cars inside the garage remained safe and no one without access could enter. The room was very spacious and clean throughout.
- 5/5
We love it
- 5/5
The room was incredible, very spacious and clean. The amenities were great and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would keep this hotel in mind for future stays!
- 2/5
The hotel overall is high on parking $55 night is excessive in my opinion. Then we seen a roach in the living-room.

Amenities
- 1/5
The hot tub water was infected for a fungus and all my family got skin rush!!

- 5/5
The stay was great! The view was amazing but the couch was a bit dirty but we had a great stay
- 4/5
Upon arrival staff was extremely nice and helpful. The the room was great with a couple things that needs to be fixed. The view was even better. The room had a smell when we first got there but honestly it might be a LA thing because majority of the restaurants I went to had that smell it was like a drainage problem or sewage. I bought bleach spray and air fresheners to help mask it. The hot water did not get hot and the floors were not mopped.. I had to buy house shoes… all in all I would stay again. I didn’t use the amenities so I can’t leave a review on that part…
- 5/5
Their room was spotless, incredible views middle of the city. The staff was extremely nice. We had a blast.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Bed was a little soft. Only really bad thing is city noise, but this is LA, right?
- 5/5
Ac keep room cool
- 5/5
Clean room, neat and nice
- 5/5
It was good
- 4/5
Great location, gym was well equipped, balcony view beautiful and it was nice to swim in the pool in December. There are extra fees per day that are not included in your deposit or in your booking so be cautious as we came from Canada so we ended up spending $400 extra dollars on the location fee and extra taxes we weren’t expecting to spend.
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
In order to use a luggage carrier you had to leave a ID or Cell Phone. They already had my $100 deposit. On top of that I had to continuously get a new room key because the place is crap and needs an update. I didn’t feel comfortable. Security staff made us feel unwelcome and followed us l probably because we were black. Never staying at Level Downtown LA ever again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
- 3/5
I have stayed at Level before and loved it! Great location, amenities, staff. However this time it was a bit off. I arrived earlier than check-in and was told it would be $150 to check-in early or I could wait. I chose the later to only watch other patrons be checked in without the extra cost, it really seemed to be at the decision of the front desk who got to get in early, with no real rhyme or reason. Once I was allowed to check in I walked into a room where I was greeted by two roaches and numerous fruit flys. Lastly for what was a 3 night stay it took 2 days 6 calls and 2 visits to the front desk to provide a lamp for the living room space. It unfortunately is a dark corner once the sunsets at 5pm so it became a frustrating situation. Overall I will probably stay here again but I was frustrated with this past experience.
- 2/5
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience compelled me to share. Upon arrival, the bed sheets were stained with what appeared to be red spots resembling blood—both on my bed and in the other room as well. The front desk staff was unreachable despite multiple calls, as no one ever answered. Throughout my five-night stay, housekeeping was never offered, nor was trash picked up even once. The bathroom door would not close properly, the refrigerator emitted a foul odor, and to make matters worse, both our room and the hallways smelled strongly of marijuana. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I travel frequently. I will never return to this hotel.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Thxs
- 5/5
Friendly and responsive front desk staff! Valet guys were very helpful!
- 4/5
I am always treated well when I cone here. Franklin was EXTREMELY helpful and willing to accommodate me. I did struggle with maintenance and housekeeping but guest services compensated me
- 5/5
Excellent check in. Clean and great location. Heated pool and hot tub were also great
- 5/5
Extremely helpful staff
- 5/5
Cleanliness and amenities
- 3/5
Room was in good condition, but a few things could be improved: 1) coffee pot did not work; 2) shower in bedroom bathroom could not be switched from showerhead to faucet mode; 3) auxilliary closet, water heater closet, washer/dryer closet floors were unswept and covered with trash; 4) luggage carts were in need of repair; hotel only had two carts and both of them all had flat tires, making them difficult to push; 5) hotel did not offer any complimentary water; sidewalks around the hotel were filthy and littered w/ either dog or human feces; had to dodge those landmines while walking out; also, either dog or human urine stains covered parts of hotel walls outside the building,
- 5/5
Property is absolutely amazing and with a staff that compliments the entire amazing experience of being LEVEL DTLA! Nothing wrong with property! 10 STARS!
- 5/5
Cool property, great location
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the suite layout was ideal. The price point was affordable; however, the rooms lacked cleanliness. The couch in both hotel rooms was badly stained, and the blinds in the kitchen were particularly dirty.
- 2/5
Despite the hotel’s no-smoking policy, there was a constant smell of marijuana coming from nearby rooms. Even though quiet hours start at 11 PM, loud music often continued late into the night. I reached out to the hotel support about these issues, but received no response. Another unpleasant moment happened in the morning near the pool: while I was using one of the restrooms, the cleaning staff knocked and told me to hurry because they needed to clean. That felt very unprofessional. To be fair, the front desk staff has always been polite, helpful, and great to interact with — no complaints about them. But overall, the experience this time was disappointing.

Front desk and employees like Dawson, Franklin and Precious make staying here superb! Thomas, Wakeel, Faysal in the valet/parking give you that been living here all your life comfortable feeling that money can’t buy! LEVEL definitely taking it to that next LEVEL! Also shout out to Brittney and Ellis for always being so greeting and the BEST! Thank You! Only thing that is needed it up keep for the garbage cans by the elevators and entrances. Otherwise nothing else, everything else is perfect.
- 5/5
Great room and view
- 4/5
Clean condo, and great location right in the downtown of LA. Parking fee it’s too expensive.
- 5/5
Nice and clean room cold air conditioning
- 4/5
It was good stay!
- 5/5
Room was spotless. Only suggestion the living room area needs curtains to block the sunlight. You can’t see the TV due to the glare. Also, TVs need to be upgraded. Room is to nice for small TVs
- 5/5
Franklin at the front desk made checking in a beautiful breeze. Will definitely be returning !
- 1/5
Yes rooms are big but beds are horrible and make noise , sheets and pillows are worse than motel 6. No joke. Stayed here 7 times due to last min choices. Shower takes 13 mins to warm up , yes I’ve timed it.
- 5/5
This is about the 6th time we have stayed at The Level when in Los Angeles. We like everything about The Level, the staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and stocked with everything you need, the decor is modern and the views are amazing! The Level is close to Staples center and all downtown restaurants and bars. Coffee shops are next door or within a block and safe to walk to.
- 5/5
The view !!!! We had room 2106 & the view was amazing I loveeeee level I’m so happy with my experience. Also just so you may know it’s a $300+ deposit

Very nice stayed on the 23rd floor and it had a beautiful view of the city! Called the front for extra towels, sheets etc and they got them to us right away! The front staff was very nice and helpful. Only downside was we didnt ask for a parking pass to be going in and out of the hotel and we ended up paying to come and go, that on top of the $55 parking was a bit much but overall a good experience definitely would stay here again.
- 2/5
Room was not ready, cockroach present tells me poor cleanness, shower curtain is missing, door is broken, missing hair conditional

It was the best day I've had in years I will be soon. What stood out to me was the staff was so perfect it felt like family.

We love Level! It’s our Go To place in LA! It’s consistent and beautiful everytime!
- 1/5
I didn’t like the staff. The staff treated me like I wasn’t welcomed. Kicked me out of the pool when there was time and I’m not sure why I asked what his name was and he didn’t want to give it to me. he said he was part of security. again this was my second time booking and not sure what was different this time.
- 3/5
Big space to stay in but limited in stocked supplies. Very nice to have a full kitchen, though.
- 5/5
Great

So lovely
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Overall was a good experience. It’s literally downtown so if you are looking for a quiet spot might not be the one. We stayed during the 25 World Series weekend
- 3/5
It would be beneficial to have a hotel side n a residential side rather than have it integrated. Our neighbor had a large barking dog that didn’t stop the whole time we were there n could barely enjoy the patio area n views at night. We didn’t have all the amenities as we should have and calling to the front desk was a pain during certain times of the day. It would immediately go busy unless we called from a cellphone. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience. Front desk was nice. The view was amazing at night I will say that. Stayed on the 18th floor.
- 4/5
Clean and very spacious aparthotel suite. Good location in downtown LA.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Woman at front desk comp’d our parking for our 1st time with Level. We’ve never been a big fan of LA (the city), but if we have to stay in LA - it will be with Level
- 5/5
Everything was great can wait to return
- 5/5
My stay at the Levels was great, loved the furnished apartment and made the experience feel as if I was at home. Thank you.

The unit was clean and the view was amazing. Overpriced.

We loved this hotel! We stayed here with our 3 kids and enjoyed

Staff was friendly unfortunately this place seems to fallen in disrepair, outside hotel windows are dirty, the hall carpet was also dirty and not vacuumed. In room the bathroom partition door would not close as it was off the track, staff forced it closed for the remainder of my stay, shortly before 2am the smoke detector went off intermittently unable to reach the desk with the room phone I went downstairs, I was advised to remove the smoke detector myself, I also noticed what appeared to be black mold growing on the shower soap dispenser along with visible water damage to the bathroom vanity. I made sure to speak with someone at the deck at checkout and follow up via email. Nobody has reached out. This is really unfortunate as my prior visits had been quite pleasant
- 5/5
Clean room. Lots of space
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
The property manager was rude and disrespectful. I called amy or Ami to help resolve an issue with my deposit and received rude remarks and was hang up on. As a frequent traveler, I’ve never experienced this and he kept blaming me for booking through Expedia.
- 5/5
Road construction on a sunday … jackhammering… i left early
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
It was very comfortable and clean. I loved the view of the city , I enjoyed the roof top pool and court .
- 4/5
Cleanliness of shared areas left a lot to be desired. The same piece of trash was on the floor for two and half days.
- 4/5
Great suite with full kitchen and bathroom with a balcony. Wish they had a bar there on the rooftop and more movie times for the theater
- 3/5
Window did not close properly
- 3/5
Apartment View Nice! Apartment cleanness not so great. Lots of the lights did not work. so there was barley light in the room. Bath tub for my kids did not work force to only use the shower. Bathroom doors dont lock. and the Washer Machine stunk and it had VISIABLE black mold, Not good at all. Garbage disposable did not work and when i called the front desk several times no one answered, They finally answered because i used my cell phone number to call the direct # Lady that answered the front was rude. I don't live there so at least be nice enough to give me a window frame of when someone is going to be by to fix it but that was to much to ask. Might stay again just to see if all the apartments were as disappointing.
- 1/5
AC didnt work, security staff main head David was very disrespectful. Banged on the door very hard. Didn’t give us a warning evicted us after explaining we were going to take are group to another house and just come back to sleep.
- 1/5
Room still had Birthday Ballons floating around and very dusty! Brought to front desk at checkout no care
- 3/5
My stay was decent. I think my experience would have been different ultimately had the 3 people working the front desk were friendly and helpful and not rude. I will never stay here again. Period.

The Suite was stunning and luxurious, super spacious and a great view!
- 5/5
5th floor was too noisy, loud cars, motorcycles, sirens all hours at night. Mattress was not that solid-squished and loud at the edges. No coffee in room. But room and furniture clean and beautiful. Staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and the room was gorgeous. The only issue I had was that the cookware supplied wasn’t sufficient. The pots stuck and there were no pans. I had to call concierge for a spatula. Btw, it did take a while to receive supplies. However, someone did come pretty quick to fix the garbage disposal.
- 5/5
Pool basketball court kitchen space walkable
- 4/5
Hotel is decent. It's in Downtown LA, so area is a bit sketchy. Was there for a concert.
- 3/5
When we open the door to our room another guest was sitting in our room. This was an issue for my wife. A major safety concern. We returned to the front desk with our luggage and the unexpected guest to receive another room. Waisting our 28th wedding anniversary stay. Customers were jammed on the elevator with the cleaning crew and dolly’s. The hallways needed vacuuming. This was an absolute disaster experience and I won’t be staying here again. This has to be communicated to others. I wasn’t looking for an air BNB experience. The property did not appear to be managed properly and is a welcome ground for a major safety issues to come.
- 3/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Pretty nice. I’d certainly stay there again. The shower water was only warm on most days, especially the first day. It got hot one or two of my days (I was there for a week). Not a huge deal because it wasn’t cold but still. Also it’s nice there was a kitchen but there was no pan, just three pots lol, so I made my scrambled eggs in a pot 😂. But the views and staff were nice. The gym was REALLY good for a hotel/aparthotel. It was the best gym I’ve seen anywhere other than a commercial gym.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Decent location good staff
- 5/5
Great property
- 4/5
This property is very well appointed. The suite was bright and clean, and the kitchen had all the essentials. The gym, pool, basketball court and rooftop cinema club were all excellent. The location close to metro and transit makes it very convenient for everything.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and big.
- 2/5
Parking and extra Fee , I think is expensive $100 extra by night . No tv control ….
- 4/5
God inside, but it’s downtown
- 5/5
Yes they welcome pets, and dunkin donats nearby and other places.
- 5/5
fit my needs
- 5/5
The staff are really friendly, specially the front desk Jonny. He's very accommodating, fast check in. We'll diffidently come back.
- 5/5
Staff was beyond nice and very helpful, i was even upgraded during my stay. Best hotel if you're staying in LA.
- 5/5
Clean room perfect stay cation
- 2/5
I liked this was like a private home however the fact that they did not do housekeeping during our stay was not so great. The area is convenient to get to and from places in LA but downtown is not typically a safe and there are not walkable distance places to go eat and check out.
- 5/5
In the same area of LA as the Conrad, Ritz, and other high end boutique hotels. This place is the best value by far
- 4/5
The one bedroom suite was very spacious and nice. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the shower and sink water did not get hot or cold, it was always just warm. The living room couch was quite stiff and not very comfortable.
- 2/5
Towel service took forever to bring up after 2 hours, shower head handle kept falling, water didn’t get hot . Could have been a better experience
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and just needed a bit more cleaning.
- 5/5
Really nice view
- 5/5
Absolutely loved this Hotel! Incredible views close to many places. I would definitely be coming back to this hotel.
- 4/5
It was good. Not really any around to ask questions. The velet guys were really helpful and very nice.
- 5/5
Spacious apartments. Great views and amenities.

Great place to stay!
- 5/5
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Level Los Angeles for a 3-night getaway, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. A special mention goes to Emmi, who truly made our experience unforgettable. He not only greeted us with warmth and professionalism but also went out of his way to ensure our room was ready early, which made our arrival even more seamless. It's rare to find such dedication to guest satisfaction, and Emmi’s attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend Level Los Angeles for anyone looking for a great stay with exceptional service. Huge thanks to Emmi and the entire team for making our trip memorable!
- 5/5
Everything was great, good atmosphere, amazing staff and great food. Walking to many places in dowtown LA
- 5/5
Good stay
- 5/5
It was a great stay. Besides the hotel charging me an additional $39 a night because i booked thru expedia so for that i wont book there ever again! And also $65 a night parking waa ridiculous!
- 3/5
I love the amenities and the space but the cleanliness is concerning and consistently poor. Constantly missing basics like towels and soap on check in. The rooms don’t feel clean and smell lightly like smoke. I love this place but really wish they prioritized their cleanliness.
- 5/5
Another fantastic stay at DTLA level!!!
- 5/5
Room and bathrooms were clean. Loved the kitchen. Loved full size washer and dryer too!
- 4/5
I had a nice time. I will stay there again the pool, hot tub I enjoy everything I can’t wait for next year
- 1/5
Wouldn’t recommend coming here yeah they have a nice view but the windows on the balcony is very dirty and on top of everything they are very very rude
- 5/5
Great service had a very comfortable stay with family
- 5/5
Level was great! It was nice and clean and made me feel right at home. The rooms were fully furnished, which was awesome, especially having a kitchen and a full-size fridge. The staff were amazing, especially Mr. Franklin at the front desk who was friendly and patient, and the amenities were great!
- 5/5

Sadly, the pictures make this property look better than what it actually is. After not having air conditioning in our first room on the seventh floor, we were finally able to beg to get moved to the 16th floor. The room was ice cold but all of our neighbors smoked pot and every night we fell asleep with the burning smell of pot in our nose and woke up with the smell of pot in the morning. There were so many drugs and illegal activities happening at this property that you pretty much just stayed to yourself and looked away. The front staff literally lie about where the manager is and even where the maintenance guy went. The maintenance guy provided us his schedule because of the no air-conditioning issue, and said he would be there until 11:30 PM that night… An hour and a half later, we asked for him to come back to continue working on the air conditioning which he said he would happily do… But then the front desk said no, he’s already left for the night. Which was not true at all. horrible service, drug and illegal activity filled property, bums using the bathroom on the sidewalk in front of the property, rude staff… Keep shopping for a better property.
- 3/5
Liked the location, property was just not clean. The smell in the hallway when we were staying on was so nasty. Sheets had stains. Bathroom wasn’t clean had to go buy cleaning supplies. View was nice though
- 3/5
Great price, beautiful apartment. The only thing off about our stay was that we never had housekeeping service in our week there. In consequence, we had a lot of accumulated trash and in fact ran out of toilet paper our last night there. Spoke to the front desk and they promised to send us toilet paper, but it never arrived.
- 5/5
I had an awesome stay at Level DTLA. Loved having a full kitchen and apartment rather than staying at a hotel for basically the same price. Convenient to restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Staff was very friendly. Pool was amazing. Will stay there again!
- 5/5
Hotel was beautiful
- 5/5
Cockroaches under kitchen sink. No daily housekeeping to empty garbage.
- 2/5
Customer service was horrible
- 1/5
I feel bad complaining but you can tell our room wasn’t cleaned right. There was small hairs on the toilet bowl and hairs on the floor. the shower curtain was really dirty I cleaned it to the best of my ability before showering. The couch had a big stain on it.
- 5/5
I paid a bit more than I usually would so I could get a corner suite, and it was beautiful! I imagined living my entire life there lol. Everything was extremely comfortable. I did notice some scratches on some doors and a missing lightbulb in a lamp, but nothing that truly impeded my stay. The staff were very accommodating, even when they missed a wakeup call I requested the night before and hence I missed my bus back home, they did everything in their capabilities to cater to my needs after purchasing another bus ticket, such as allowing me to securely store my bags in the locked lobby closet, allowing me to access the closet throughout the day after my time in the room was up, and providing me with a card to access the floor of amenities for the hotel until it was time for my departure. Missing my bus due to a staff member failing to note down my wakeup call request cost me roughly $100 and a day of work, but I was refunded one day's fees worth almost $40, and the staff did their best to accommodate me. I also had an unexpectedly great day wandering around the city after having a packed schedule through the weekend, so for that I am thankful. Downtown LA is truly wonderful and this is the best hotel in the area.
- 5/5
Had everything I needed. Great stay, will definitely be staying here again.
- 4/5
Looks like the pictures. Very nice rooms and view. Staff was really nice and accommodating. Area around is sketchy with homeless prople
- 3/5
Opportunities for improvement: Service requests: 1. It almost 3 days to fix an issue with the TV. Shout out to JJ (with maintenance), who took the necessary steps to resolve the issue for us. He was the 3rd person to attempt to resolve it. The first two said they would return, but they didn't.. Sadly, that experience left a sour taste in our mouths. 2. There were old trail mix crumbs (cashews & cranberries) near the window, quite noticeable stains on the curtains in one of the bedrooms. 3. The room smelled like cigarettes. They are supposed to be non-smoking rooms, but maybe they weren't before, and the smell just doesn't go away. Every time we would leave and come back, we would remark that the rooms smelled like cigarettes. I washed almost all the clothes I didn't wear (except the ones that stayed at bottom of my luggage) because they smelled like cigarettes. 4. Hallways had a weird smell. 5. They could add some kind of handle to the inside of the telescoping doors to make it easier to open. I do want to mention that they kept their word and honored a rate that was shown online, though it was an old price.

Didn’t like the no smoking even on the balcony rule but overall great place to stay
- 5/5
The outdoor amenities are definitely a highlight. There’s a great pool, a nice sitting area, BBQ facilities, and even a basketball court, which is a nice bonus for families or groups. On the downside, there’s no food or room service, and getting basic things like towels was a hassle,we had to wait a couple of days or find the maid ourselves. The front desk wasn’t very helpful, and the service overall felt lacking. It feels more like staying in an independent apartment building than a traditional hotel. If you’re mainly looking for space and outdoor amenities, it’s a good choice. Just don’t expect full hotel-style service.
- 5/5
Good place
- 5/5
Very nice clean suites. Kitchen had minimal equipment but definitely the essentials. Beds were comfortable, but pillows a bit flat. Only downside was there was a weird smell in the hallways
- 5/5
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had initially had some electrical issues that got fixed within an hour of alerting a staff.
- 5/5
Loved the amenities and hotel size. I wish the parking situation was better, the pass we got stopped working the next day and wasn’t explained properly.
- 3/5
I have stayed here before , but has been a few years . I feel like time has not been good for the establishment. When I first checked in, my room was dirty-cigarettes on balcony and something wet on the couch. Staff were very apologetic and helpful in getting me another room, although this one looked cleaner it smelled drastically of smoke. I didn’t want to request another so I just stayed. All the other Levels I have stayed at offer laundry soap and dish soap so that I could clean up after myself, this had neither. Wasn’t a horrible stay but I don’t think I will be going back there.
- 4/5
It would have been handy if the kitchen had some ‘get you in’ washing up liquid, cloths etc too. We also found the area extremely noisy at night. Most nights we heard multiple cars burning up and down the block which were very loud.
- 5/5
It was great for our needs, 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Great view. The only real issue was barking dog down the hall
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Nice views
- 5/5
Everything, and especially the team. Nothing.
- 5/5
Great rooms
- 5/5
I loved everything about it!
- 5/5
Very clean friendly and love all the staff
- 5/5
Our suite however had minor details that isn't a big deal but I noticed. The bathroom drawer did slide out of it"s railing and I thought it was going to fall, the microwave door got stuck, there was no coffee for the coffee maker, but I called and it was brought up quickly, 3 forks, no cutting board and no bigger pan to cook on. Maybe the kitchen should also be equipped with scissors and a can opener? Again no big deal. We will always choose this location to stay but that was just minor details I noticed.
- 3/5
Service was friendly Pool was great and had other fun activities Location was good
- 5/5
The pool is awesome and I was able to work from the lounge. The staff was friendly and remedied any issue quickly.
- 5/5
It was such a nice time! Would come again
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Very nice property! I enjoyed the pool area, gym and the outdoor movie screening. This place was a convenient walk to certain shops and bars. The room was clean and modern.
- 5/5
It was very good place to stay .i am very happy Thank you so much!!!!
- 4/5
Amazing experience only complaint I have is they have no restaurant or anything at the hotel there is a sushi bar next door but not in the hotel like most hotels
- 5/5
This was my first time visiting LA, for me and my kids. This hotel superseded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and accommodable. My only regret is that we couldn't stay more than 3 days. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that will be staying in the surrounding LA area, but especially downtown. You won't regret it!
- 1/5
The most horrible experience I’ve had with this hotel out of all the hotels I visited in my life. The title says it’s four star is definitely misleading. I came in there and the whole place was a mess. There was dust everywhere human hair all over the floor no extra soap no towels. Electrical box was open and I had a toddler who was playing with it. Good thing I realized that it was broken and open before he got shocked. Every night it smells like marijuana heavily around the building. And when you step out of the building, you definitely do not feel safe. There was hair in the icebox. If you tried calling the front desk, nobody ever picks up the phone. I tried calling the minimum 4 to 5 times before realizing that it’s pointless. I don’t recommend anybody to go here based on my personal experience.
- 5/5
It was amazing
- 5/5
Worth it!
- 5/5
Every thing was great. Check in was easy, check out was even easier. We had no complaints. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
The hotel was a great place to stay amenities were perfect the area was a little rough but besides that everything was perfect our event was walking distance. Can’t wait to go back ❤️
- 1/5
Roach infestation had to be moved from the room I was in
- 5/5
Loved everything about the property. It very nice.
- 4/5
Housekeeping needs improving
- 3/5
It was fine the people downstairs where smoking weed and it stank up our room.
- 5/5
Over all my experience was amazing and I will definitely stay here again, but however, I didn’t like the fact that they gave me someone else’s room key twice, but they was quick to apologize for the mixup. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
Everything was amazing. There was just no soap in the bathroom or coffee for the maker. No complaints.
- 5/5
It is a residential and lodging building. Beautiful, modern apartments for rooms with amazing views of downtown KA and beyond. Convenient to downtown restaurants, attractions, Cryoto.com Arena, and the LACC.
- 5/5
Love the Level!!!
- 4/5
I had a great time will do it again
- 1/5
This place is not a hotel first of all. People live here and they are very rude to guests. The staff is a joke and overcharged my credit card when checking in for additional parking. When I called ( please try for yourself) you can not get though to anyone except the front desk after multiple calls. The clerk kept placing me on hold when I tried to present my case of them overcharging me. Then he told me to get lost and hung up on me. If you are looking to stay in the armpit of Los Angeles, in a place with absolutely ZERO amenities, with rude staff to have weed smoke smelling rooms for your kids; this is your place. Come here and enjoy getting ripped off, no sleep, and no services whatsoever.
- 4/5
I got a bottle of wine on my 3rd day of stay
- 5/5
My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and had everything we needed — 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, stove, microwave, and a refrigerator. It felt like living in a condo downtown. The staff were all incredibly kind too! They helped to make our stay very comfortable.
- 5/5
Flawless
- 5/5
We loved our view and the spacious rooms in our suite!
- 5/5
Liked location and fully furnished living.
- 5/5
Pros: This was a really beautiful property. I fell in love w/ the layout and the cleanliness of the hotel rm. Cons: Upon arrival there were additional unexpected fees by the front desk receptionist that I found incredibly suspicious. The neighborhood was sketchy and I did not think the price and the hidden fees were comparable to how crummy and isolated the surrounding neighborhood was. The guests were also really sketchy. Every day while coming & going I regularly overheard heated arguments from guests who were displeased with additional check out fees, door cards become non-operational for no fault of their own and parking concerns. I hate to say this but there seem to be a lot of scrupulous activity happening on these premises such as prostitution. I will not repeat the conversations I overheard in the lobby but I would not bring anyone I love here with concern to their safety. There were some wholesome family and couples just enjoying their stay but there were also many sketchy characters. I'm thankful I had no issues during my stay but I would never return. Finally, if you are business person who travels frequently and may benefit from check in flexibility, understand that there may be no early check in available. I flew in from NYC and with the additional 5 hr time difference was unable to secure a room for over 4 hours. It was torture. They had no real lobby, just one couch and one chair. They asked me to wait 4 hours outside by their pool area in 90 degree weather.

There was so many things wrong in the unit we stayed in which was 3010. The faucet in the kitchen was broken, was told by maintenance it would be fixed the next day, but it was not. We never had hot water. It was always just lukewarm to cold and took over 15 minutes for it to turn lukewarm, we also told the maintenance about this as well, and nothing was done about it. The AC unit did not work during the day temperatures in our unit got up to 78° maintenance was there twice and could not figure out how to fix it. Luckily, we were not there during the day so at night we slept with all the windows open. The only thing good about this was the pool. The amenities were amazing..

Apartment style hotel in DTLA with a rooftop pool and basketball court. Very nice and spacious apartments with a balcony. 4 of us shared a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it was comfortable for all.
- 5/5
We love to be there, amazing services and great staff, we really enjoyed the place
- 4/5
Is very clean. Does not offer house keeping but do if your stay is over 2 weeks. Parking is extremely expensive
- 3/5
Pictures are misleading! The place was dirty and not luxurious at all.
- 1/5
Soooooo much dust on ceiling fan you turn on it’s flying off, unnecessary fees, room smell,
- 3/5
Nice but not super clean and staff was ok.
- 2/5
Rude front desk workers and dirty room upon check in
- 4/5
On Friday night, we called the help desk 3 times requesting new towels for our room which never got delivered. We actually started joking about the situation after a few drinks but would have appreciated if the request was fulfilled. Good thing the room has a washer and dryer for us to use!!
- 1/5
“Cool” stay a/c was horrible
- 3/5
Not like it seems
- 5/5
I had a great time staying in this property.
- 4/5
Liked the property. Our pillow cases needed mire attention.
- 5/5
I felt really safe. Everything was really clean.
- 3/5
Water running with black dust.
- 5/5
We love the apartment feel of the property and felt safe once we were in the hotel.
- 5/5
The hotel was absolutely amazing. Very spacious, and the balcony was my favorite place to relax. The lights from the building really set the scene. The only annoying part was the elevator, it takes forever. Overall, I would stay there again and again.

Amazing place! Best stay ever
- 5/5
Clean and spacious. Full kitchen and washer/dryer in-unit. Amazing!
- 5/5
View was great EVERYTHING WAS SPACIOUS
- 3/5
It wasn't a terrible stay overall but they can definitely make some improvements especially for how much we paid for 3 nights. We expected a little better.

Level Downtown LA has always been my preferred place to stay when I’m in the city — I appreciate the spacious, apartment-style accommodations and the convenient location. However, this most recent visit left me feeling disappointed, especially given the price point. I booked the largest unit available outside of the penthouse and spent close to $1,500 CAD for a single night. For that investment, I expected a premium experience, but unfortunately, this time around it didn’t feel worth it. I arrived at 11:30 AM, hopeful for an early check-in as I’ve been accommodated in the past. To my surprise, I was made to wait until 1/4 to 4:00 PM — the standard check-in time — despite the fact that the previous guest had already checked out the day before. It was frustrating to learn that the delay wasn't due to cleaning but rather scheduling. Repeatedly being told “check-in is at 4:00” without any flexibility or empathy was, frankly, exhausting. That said, I do want to acknowledge the one staff member — a gentleman with slicked-back hair — who saw my frustration and made an effort to get me into the unit a bit earlier. Thanks to him, I was able to check in by 3:45 PM. Still, with such a late check-in and an 11:00 AM checkout the next day, the actual usable time in the suite felt incredibly limited. For the price, I expected more — whether in flexibility, service, or at least a gesture of goodwill. Knowing that there are many luxury options in DTLA, I will consider for next time.

I booked the Level in downtown LA for 3 nights of my family vacation. We had a great 2 room suite that was comfortable and clean. I have 3 kids, and we also enjoyed the pool area. The place was better than I expected! Only thing was we didn’t find cookware but I assumed that I could request from front desk. We cooked a frozen pizza from the nearby grocery store. Easy walking distance. Speaking of walking, we happened to be there during the march and protest to I C E and it was peaceful not crazy and being in the Level was fine.
- 4/5
The location of the property is great many restaurants in the area. The property itself was on point, the 2brd Jr. Suite was just what we needed. Note the 2nd bedroom is a bit small but it served its purpose. We did have a problem with the hot water we had to let the water run for at least 10 minutes before it got hot. This was before any of us took a shower. It got a little better by the 3rd day of our stay but it still wasn't really hot. Other than that our stay was great. This was my 2nd time staying here and will return for another visit. Wouldn't mind staying at another one of there properties.

The staff were amazing. Very clean. Will be back soon

Out of the 4 elevators only 2 were working and it took over 20 minutes to get to room !… to make things worse cleaning personnel would take half the room with their cleaning cart…. Not their fault but very bad management.

Friendly staff. spacious suite with floor to ceiling windows, easy to walk to the convention center, well equipped fitness center, would definitely stay there again!

This property was definitely amazing Beautiful Atmosphere!! The rooms were nice and clean!! My family and I will definitely be coming back
- 5/5
The convenience of the room that was fully ‘self-contained’
- 4/5
Modern, well-designed and spacious. Good elevator service, great pool and hot tub. Great area, safe, easily accessible. Comfortable beds and pillows. TVs didn’t work properly. We had 3 TVs with two working remotes. Two TVs worked properly (cable channels), the third did not. None of the TVs would connect to Netflix or other streaming. Hotel staff said it was because DISH had to update their equipment to work with the WiFi. Not a huge deal personally but could be for someone staying longer term. The shower was not great. Both bathrooms had hand-held showers which you could not position above you facing down like a normal shower. Water temperature was hard to regulate. The drain in the second bathroom did not drain. The floors. This was the biggest disappointment. The floors were filthy. You wouldn’t know looking at them, but after ruining multiple pairs of white socks, it was evident. They just were not clean. My bare feet had to be scrubbed clean to wear sandals. I’m including a picture of brand new white socks I put on after a shower, taken shortly after putting them on. It was surprisingly dirty. With a few housekeeping improvements, this hotel could be wonderful. I would stay here again.

Property location was good;
- 4/5
The valet staff is all amazing. Especially Raul. But they were all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Front desk staff was nice but we were put in the wrong room and we had to really prove to them that we had the wrong room by digging up our reservation. But they eventually fixed it and that was great. The cleaning in the 3 suites was not good. There was toothpaste from other guests in the cups in the bathroom. the surfaces were dusty. We found dogfood under a bed in one of the rooms and dog stuff. We also had silverfish in the bathrooms.
- 3/5
It’s a very average place to stay. Their parking is expensive , $55 per day to self park and $65 for valet. So we had to search for around the property cheaper spots. When I asked about room service (towels, fresh sheets, cleaning, adding paper) they said it’s a $150 fee every time which is ridiculous for a hotel that takes a daily fee of $40. For what lol? Very average / basic place to stay, the view isn’t anything nice either.
- 5/5
It was nice and home feeling
- 5/5
Todo estuvo Perfecto
- 3/5
And then we needed sheets and blanket for the sofa couch. I called the front desk at 10:50 pm and asked “where is the sheet set in the room” and the desk clerk was quite sassy and said “it’s upon request”. Like ok , hello. Im calling to request it! . He mumbled something and said he will send it up. Literally 30 minutes passed and nothing ! I called again, got another desk clerk who was minimally nicer … but she said they only had one housekeeping staff so there is a “ticket delay”. She said it will be in the room in 15 minutes . So basically almost an hour after I called initially, we finally got the sheets. Also all of this could have been communicated to us at check in!
- 3/5
Okay, with a few issues. Confusing elevator instructions. A room service request for more toilet paper did not happen. Making coffee was most cumbersome. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean with enough towels. Plenty of hot water. Nice pool and hottub
- 5/5
Very nice, clean calm place.
- 3/5
The stay was decent overall, but there were some frustrating hiccups. Even though we booked two weeks ahead, our room still wasn’t ready at check‑in—we waited nearly an hour. When we finally got in, one housekeeper was still tidying the bedroom while another just sat on the couch. To top it off, the front desk forgot to process payment, so they called us back down to finish it, pushing our plans even further behind. Really wish they were more buttoned up on this.
- 2/5
Staff were absolutely amazing. My issue with this hotel is the level of cleanliness for the cost. For an average cost of $530CAN a night (average price for my 3 nights plus taxes and fees) I would have expected more attention to detail in the room. I arrived at hotel at 1pm and was told we would have to wait until 4pm to check in as an inspector would need to ensure the room was clean. There were spills on the floor that looked like they had been there for awhile, liquids splattered on the TVs, dirty footprints on the bed sheets, someone’s hair in our towels, and the dishes were dirty. I wanted to try something new, but for the cost, I could have stayed at a Marriott hotel in the area for cheaper.
- 5/5
They were on top of it! They got me into a higher room, the ac was working and the room was really nice a clean.
- 5/5
Had a great time here. Beautiful room and amazing service!
- 5/5
Loved it
- 1/5
not returned security deposit
- 5/5
I would stay here again just for the dope pool and basketball court!
- 2/5
AC was broken, the HVAC guy kept saying it was fixed but after the AC would turn on, it would automatically turn off again. They wouldn’t move me to another room the first night and the second day, the only room they had was a smaller room and the guy showed me to it and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Overpriced for what it is IMO.
- 2/5
Food crumbs in cabinet and no soap in shower or wash cloths

- 5/5
Very good

Pros: -The space was well-suited for our group of five. Because there was a sofa bed -Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. Cons: -On the first day of check-in, the fire alarm went off and we were told to evacuate. When we got downstairs, there were conflicting instructions — some said it was safe to go back up, but the fire department was still investigating a lit paper thrown down the trash chute. -The kitchen lacked large pots, we couldn’t even boil pasta properly because the available cookware was too small. -The pool area was disappointing. The building structure blocks most of the sun, and the little bit that does shine through disappears quickly. In contrast, nearby properties had sun exposure until evening. Most guests ended up crowding into the small jacuzzi, at one point there were 11 people in it. -The front desk never answered the phone. I had to go down in person every time I needed something. -It took housekeeping 2hrs to bring a wine opener. -Biggest issue: I left $400 under the lamp in the room. I and was told no one had yet entered the room and it was left untouched.I was confident the money was still there. 2hrs later, after no call back, I reached out again and was told the housekeeping manager had finally checked and found nothing. The unit itself had potential, but the poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and unresolved issues. I wouldn’t repeat or recommend!
- 5/5
Great trip with Level. Extremely comfortable accomdations wiht living rooms and bedrooms and full kitchens. And baloncies. Stay here!
- 5/5
This was a business trip attending a conference and the hotel is a 20 minute walk from the convention centre…the apartment was beautiful with great views across the city and had every amenity you could wish for…a great find
- 5/5
Suite was comfortable and offered everything that was needed!
- 4/5
I regrettably did not catch their names, but their hospitality made a significant impact on my experience. I appreciate the effort they put into ensuring I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you for maintaining such high standards in service and accommodations. Looking forward to my next visit! Maria

DJ in Valet was amazing. So kind and helpful. Went out of his way to help me and my kids and was just a great human being. Lvl was amazing. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 2/5
I've stayed here a few times over the years but it seems like this will be my last time staying here. It used to be a great property but over the years it seems to be aged now. I ran out of hot water after one shower. They don't refill the soaps regularly, you have to ask for sheets for the couch bed. The couch was extremely dirty with stains on it. The bathroom locks didn't work. It has the bare minimum for a luxury rental. The service staff there were great and everyone was super helpful and friendly but it's just an outdated building.
- 5/5
Great place to stay at
- 5/5
The staff was very accommodating. Our first room was a little dirty so when we called down they immediately gave us a new room as well as an upgrade. The suites were very spacious. It's so centrally located that we were able to easily access the freeway as well as the convention center which was why we were there
- 5/5
Ease of access and the Property itself
- 1/5
We waited to check in over 2 hours. We were promised comp on valet because of the wait but that didn’t happen. In fact they took my deposit for dirty furniture that was already dirty upon arrival. But that’s my fault because I should’ve taken pictures when we were finally able to check in room. I would never stay at the Level again
- 4/5
Overall, a great hotel — I visit LA twice a year and always choose to stay here because of the consistently positive experience. My only concern during this visit was a stained window blind in the room, which appeared to resemble blood. It was a bit off-putting, but otherwise, everything met the usual high standards I’ve come to expect.
- 4/5
Hotel itself was very good, loved the separate bedroom, living room, balcony, and bathroom. Price was fair. Only thing that kept it from being a 5 star was no cleaning service for stays under a week and the room could have been cleaner upon arrival. Picked this hotel because of proximity to Crypto.com and eating options nearby. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very nice building. Within walking distance to restaurants, the Crypto arena.
- 2/5
Moved rooms 3 times, rooms had very bad order, blood stains on bedding, shower head had build up, ceiling fans was so dirty/dusty, the list goes on …
- 3/5
The staff doesn’t communicate at all they just check you in and that’s it I asked about parking all I got was a pass that didn’t even work and still had to pay 50 a day even tho the pass was already charging me that 50 a day
- 5/5

- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay at Level in downtown Los Angeles. Feeling at home away from home
- 4/5
Could have done with room cleaning over the 4 days… We didn’t trash the place but fresh towels/sheets would have been nice… didn’t have any wine in stock either even though my package included it which was a shame… Area is okay, but nowhere is great that’s close… Lovely apartment though and ultimately would use again!
- 4/5
Everybody loved the space of the hotel and the amenities. We all loved the pool and the basketball court and the gym as well. It's close to many downtown locations, including a nice walk to the Lakers game. We would definitely consider staying here again. However, I'm not sure if I received any Expedia VIP benefit upon check-in.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Hotel room was well clean upon arrival, and staff was very attentive to us. Also the views in the room were really great. Definitely recommend for first-timers!
- 5/5
My stay at Level Los Angeles was great. I had booked last minute and didn't really look at any reviews until after I booked and I seen some bad reviews BUT when I got there, checked in and went to my room I was amazed. The reviews were so negative, but my stay was so positive. I really loved the apartment because basically that's what you're getting a whole apartment with a nice balcony and view wow. My kids enjoyed it and so did I. We loved the pool and the movies in the night, but I think we really loved the fact that they provide a whole basketball court. The vibes were good, and I felt safe, and I really liked the area they have a whole food down up the block and a Dunkin. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Los Angeles. Reviews say they didn't have hot water, but they did, and it was very hot.
- 5/5
Very nice property.
- 4/5
P2 elevators were not working this whole weeke
- 4/5
Cleanliness can be better, staff service slow, no late check out even if it is available. Want to charge 75 per additional hour
- 5/5
Currently staying here again for my mom’s birthday they gave us the best view I’ve ever had in my multiple times staying here! And when my boyfriend made the mistake of making a new reservation instead of extending the room we are in Johnny was so sweet about leaving a note so the next morning they would leave us in the same room and that morning the staff did exactly that! And when they discovered he accidentally booked the one bedroom instead of the two bedroom we were already in they upgraded it (at a fee of course people) with no problem! I’m very greatful they made my mother birthday absolutely amazing one of the best (her words)! Highly recommended for those visiting LA or LA natives looking for a nice get away or specialty occasion like myself!
- 4/5
Finally got Hot water and not Luke warm for showers
- 3/5
Hotel amenities were great however the room itself was not clean and needed a deep clean. The staff at the front did not have our room ready for an hour after checkin time and even then we had to call for basic amenities such as towels and bedding.
- 1/5
This is an worn out air b&b I will attach photos 2roaches in first bathroom No tv in smaller bedroom Worn out toilet seat Asked for towels , waited 1 hour then had to go to front desk to request again Did I mention absolutely no housekeeping so why the extra charges? Refrigerator had an awful smell with no power until I figured out it was powered off after front desk said they have no maintenance person in staff that day Ceiling fan with no cover over lights No body wash, toothpaste provided Ordered uber Never got it even though it said delivered abc front desk could care less Guy at front desk never smiled not friendly or welcoming at all.

We came to LA to watch the Lakers game and we stayed at Level one. The hotel was beautiful and amazing. They have a basketball court that the kids loved. I wish we could of stayed for another day. The manager was very nice and also all the staff. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is great (obviously you have to expect the DTLA street life etc). Also had a very easy check in and a nice bottle of wine gift. Unfortunately I have to say that Level has deteriorated significantly since my last stay with regards to condition and cleanliness of the room. It's still nice and modern but you definitely notice the hard wear & tear of DTLA throughout the rooms/bathrooms. I wouldn't classify it as dirty, but definitely a bit dingy.

I walked into a roach-infested room—Corner Suite King 1 Bed, Room 1204—shortly after checking in around 10 PM on January 24, 2025. I took videos and immediately grabbed my belongings to head to the front desk. I then emailed guest services with footage of live roaches crawling in the entrance walkway, kitchen, dining area, and restroom. I didn’t even make it to the bedroom to see what was in there—it was disgusting! They assigned me a new room. I was hesitant to stay because… what?? However, I was tired, just wanted to relax, and it was too late at night to book somewhere else. Thankfully, the newly assigned room was roach-free. Still, I was flinching around every corner, expecting to see a roach pop out at any moment. My anxiety was through the roof, and I did not enjoy my stay. The next day at check-out, I asked the front desk what could be done to rectify the issue. As a result, they comped my parking—not good enough, in my opinion. Additionally, the hotel has only two working elevators, which take forever—literally several minutes before arriving at your floor. Some of the general areas also have a strong musty odor. Although I’ve always loved the suites here and how spacious they are for a quick stay, I’d rather have proper sanitation. So, I won’t be back. Comped parking for roaches in a room is a joke—never again! (The actual videos can be viewed on my yelp review under AC C.)

I adored this hotel. I work in Los Angeles for about a week every other month and my last few trips, I’ve been staying here. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s fabulous! Tons of space in the rooms, very comfortable and super nice staff. It’s my new go to hotel in downtown LA. I’ve spent the last 25 years working in downtown LA so I know every hotel downtown inside out and backwards. This is my favourite.

One of the bathroom doors was jamming opening and closing was a struggle!! They don’t clean the rooms everyday but only after 15 days so that kinda bugged us overall view was nice but not worth the price

The staff was nice but the condition of this property was sub-par. Carpets stained everywhere, my suite was dirty when I arrived. When I notified the front desk their response was to waive a couple days of destination fees but no offer to actually clean it. I’m still waiting to see if they actually waived the fees as they said it would be a day before I receive my receipt after checking out

Ok

Staff was rude, in particular Hadi and another think, young man with curly black hair. No one wore name tags. This is an overpriced hotel for no reason. You get more for less at the Crowne or Holiday Inn. Waste. Rooms are small and overcrowded.

One of the best valet guys I have ever met, they provide exceptional services that are above and beyond.

We had a great 2 day stay. Next time, we will bring paper towels and a few other necessities. Cleanliness, there was hair in the kitchen sink and the balcony could use a power wash. We had to ask for a shower curtain. HOWEVER, the staff was very friendly, the space and view of the corner suite was grand. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for having us!!

There were several minor issues with appliances & furniture in the suite, enough to be a nuisance. Walking in, a baseboard was lying on the floor in the kitchen, exposing the sink and everything beneath it. Several towels in the bathrooms were stained and looked dirty. My main issue was one of the bathroom toilets not being aligned properly. Maintenance did the best they could, but the issue was never fixed so we just avoided using the toilet during our stay. We tried being placed in a different room, but staff stated they were booked to capacity. After requesting what could be done to rectify the inconvenience, staff compensated us for parking and removed the resort fee. I thought that was a fair trade, but it would have been nice if staff would have offered to compensate us for the issues instead of us having to ask what could be done to find some type of resolve. Also, I still would have liked everything to be in working order as I just don't like raggedy things. Overall, it ended up being a less than favorable stay.

Ruined our day, waited 30 mins and still couldn’t get in a dang elevator, ended up taking the stairs while carrying our heavy luggages, we were on the 23rd floor! It is completely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Facilities were available when I was at the property then it would have been great. The rooms are really good value for money the staff excellent and very helpful. The pool was shut most of the stay we wasnt made aware of this when booking. When the pool did open it was cold for a week so we actually only got to spend 5 to 7 days in a halway “warm” pool. Also something that I found was that children cannot attend the cinema club on the property view from our room my five-year-old could see Shrek being played at 7 pm when she was awake.
