The room didn’t have a very good smell! The carpet was dirty but for the cheap price not bad! Cute in the exterior but could use some updating!
- 1/5
The room that I had was room 111 and it was horrible the door there was a 2 inch gap from the bottom where the leaves from the plants from the outside was coming in. There were dead bugs around the windows. There was trash was left behind behind the dresser when My Phone fell down and I noticed against the wall of forks some plastic wrappers they’re from there the restroom there was mold around the window and the room itself. Nothing was was wiped down. There was still dirt marks on the windows curtains the walls, even the furniture and then the room was had paint on scratch up. It looks like they got it from the outside and just put it in the room and they were just massively, dirty, and stains on it from their the bed felt like it had bugs and I was itchy for two days, I prefer no one come to this hotel.

I stayed in a room that had 2 bedrooms and the outlets were barely hanging on not safe and the second bedroom had no door no privacy at all. There automated now so not an issue that can get easily fixed.

I was trying to take a shower. The shower valve was not turning. I couldn’t take a shower. I went to the office which no one was in the office. There is a virtual guy pops up on the screen ! and I told him the problem he said let me see if somebody will come then he kept me waiting I will let you know if somebody will come, well I am not gonna sit waiting around if somebody come or not . Beside all that the armchair was broken the AC was not working good which I couldn’t rest so I had to leave the hotel early And they charged me $5 for parking on top of around $78 dollars I paid They refused to give me a refund and still they charged me for parking even though I left early after three hours I can’t believe it ! Well, someone need to teach them that customers always write and customer service comes first This is my first and last time there ! even if they offer me $25 a night thanks but no thanks

Everything was good until I got a call that a plumber was coming to my room to do some work at 11am, I don't understand why rent a room that would need work done.
- 1/5
This was a very poorly equipped room. 2 small towels, nothing else. 2 pillows. Sheets that were too small for the bed. 1 blanket. No ice no coffee. No pool towels. Noone in person only on a computer. Scared it could have bed bugs so marginally maintained. Missing drawer from dresser. Broken tiles really a unpleasant spot.
- 2/5
The carpets were so disgusting, there were no towels sheets had stains. No staff on site! I would not recommend!

They charge $5 a day to park on site. Room 208 has a small separate room of the main room.

Dirty room. It was supposed to be 2 bedrooms. More like a room with a giant closet that had another bed. No door separating the beds. Carpet was filthy and stained. Bathroom door barely shut. Stains on walls. Blinds were all broken. Chair was so old and gross we couldnt sit in it.Just gross. I'm all for a cheap hotel but this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
- 1/5
To make things worse, one of the towels had lipstick stains on it, which was disgusting and clearly showed they were not cleaned properly. The blankets also smelled terrible and looked unwashed. Honestly, it did not feel sanitary at all. Very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.

Our stay was awesome and clean and quiet
- 5/5
room was very clean . i like the fact that the ref was super cold and not standard temp. parking is very convenient and easy access to everything (good coffee, food and gas) the staff also greeted us with a smile / warming. will definitely use it again on our next vacation

Outdoor area. Location was close to where I had to be. I am easygoing but this hotel was less comfortable than expected. There were only two sockets (!!) and they were under the desk not close to the bed. No other sockets anywhere. We were two people with laptops, cameras, phones… No bedside table lamps or desk lamps. Not much light. No proper bedding. Just two small towels (no hand towels). The fridge was barely working despite us trying to adjust the temp. No freezer. Ice machine was broken. No microwave and coffee machine (I knew about these ones so I bought one myself at goodwill next door). There was a lot of dust on the top of the bed, the windows are also dirty and hard to open. It overall needs some deep renovation. Also, didn’t like the virtual check in experience, sorry not for me. Taking away the human aspect of traveling. I always go to small hotels vs big chains right because I think it’s a better experience.
- 1/5
The shutters didn’t completely close, so people on the walkway could see in my room. Crumbs were under my bed. Bathroom was clean but there’s no outlet in the bathroom. The carpeted floor was lumpy and needs to professionally cleaned. NO microwave. It’s a NO SMOKING property but this guy in the room next to me smoked all evening on the balcony. No one did anything.
- 3/5
Not much to say.

The rules are my claim. The only issue that I had was the door key card system never worked. I constantly always have to get a new key card that they offered to give us back some money and change rooms; however, because I was there for a work convention, it just wasn’t convenient for me to switch rooms at the times that they wanted to do, and they would reach out to me, and nobody had reached out, so I just gave the whole situation no stars.

Nothing! No breakfast! Came in 8:30pm, no employees, no one around, bad area, scary. Ring the bell, door opened, start working with AI. Was so difficult to understand their AI, to communicate, somehow I manage to pay for the parking and I got the key for the room #110. When we walked in, the room was heavy smocked, no air to brith, tried to start the air unit the cover fell of and the quarter inch dust and dirt was exposed. My wife was ready to cry, we wanted to leave because it was disgusting, everywhere was so dirty, the bed, the bathroom, furniture, all-all. We wanted to leave but could not check out because no one was around and their AI was a disaster. We laid down without a shower, with our cloths on, and rash out 8:20am in the morning, never back to this place. I emailed them that we are out and will not be back for our paid second night, please refund not earned amount back to us. We traveled all over the world, never seen hotel like this, sooo dirty, soooooo ugly. Shame, and again shame!!!

The pool but the hours were awful. You don't have staff on the property. You communicate through a TV screen. My shower head was 4 feet from the ground. I had a refrigerator but not a microwave. I had two doors in my room. One door had a chair infront of it to keep it closed and the main door had a 1 1/2 inch gap between it and the floor. The absolute worst booking I have ever experienced. Stay far away from this place.

Overall the property is ok for the price. For $75 a night you can't complain. My room had squeaky floors, floorboards are probably lifting. TV had only 3 local channels. If looking for a place to stay on the cheap this place will work.
- 4/5
Room was very basic but fine, the cost of parking is unnecessary as there is free street parking outside. Ice machine was broken so this hotel really had no amenities at all.
- 2.5/5
Location is great, close to different cafe and restorants, close to Universal Studio(up to 20 min). The room was dirty: carpet, the door to the bathroom from both sides really dirty, blinds were broken, conditioner with mold. The worse part was that people smoking on the balcony and the smell was in our room(we can't use conditioner so I opened the window, but last night I can't because of the smell. Hopefully, it was fresh at night and I opened only window in the bathroom for fresh air.
- 5/5
Overall price and location was really good didn't interact with Staffing much but when it came time to get an iron it took a while so having certain amenities on hand already would be a major Plus
- 1/5
There was no staff. I checked in on a Maxine and spoke with someone off site probably in India. The machine was broken and would not print so I got no receipt. She said to write down the room info myself but I had no pen/paper and there was none in the small office. The internet did not work for me. The fire alarm was broken with top off and no battery. Carpet was more than grungy. The only saving grace was that the sheets appeared clean and the outside patio was lovely. No coffee in room and not even a single glass for water. No phone in the room. With a little effort this could have been a nice place but it is far from there now.
- 3/5
My stay was ok. Just be aware the room is bare bones. There isn't even a plug in the bathroom. Only two plugs in the room so plugging in your accessories is a little hard. The room had a fridge but no coffee maker. Parking was a little hard. Otherwise it was safe and clean.
- 2/5
Minutes. It continued to go off several times before 1am. I don’t think anyone was on the property to address it. Then a car alarm went off before 6am outside my door. So I received no rest during my stay
- 1/5
Parking good room horrible, bathroom no outlets, only two outlets in the bedroom and they weren't even in a convenient spot where you could hook up my breathing machine. The bathroom door behind it was where the toilet paper was attached to the door and the door itself was dirty and never been cleaned. The bed headboard has never been dust is thick and dust, and the carpeting had stains everywhere nicest thing about the room was the refrigerator I'm very disappointed and believe I need credit for that place it was nothing like I expected. And the blinds were broken I had to close each slat manually by hand. Just terrible I believe I do need a refund for this please.
- 5/5
Clean and quaint. Well taken care of. The area is awesome too
- 4/5
Great affordable place & very nice staff.
- 1/5
No smoke detector. No drinking cups. No iron, ironing board, or microwave. There was a fridge, and one hanger in a closet with no door. The tub faucet had a continuous, dribbling leak. Two thin pillows and two thin towels. Multiple broken window slats, making privacy impossible in a ground-floor unit. Only one accessible outlet, with a loose cover and plugs. Wall unit would produce only anemic air conditioning and no heat.
- 4/5
Cheap and convenient. Safe and clean enough if you are just looking for a no-frills place to sleep. It was my first experience with a kiosk and virtual staff but it worked out okay.
- 1/5
First night it was raining and the whole roof on my side was leaking on me..it was brown water and the whole ceiling looks like they they tried to paint over it .I had to go to the front they did move me...which was midnight...had to my move two kid one in bed with me it was traumatic to the them being woken up worried the roof was gonna gave in ...2nd room better but no TV and no wifi that I had two kids needed internet to work and do homework which they needed to check in and couldn't I told the front desk and they couldn't figure it out and the bathroom had roaches I had to keep the lights on ...we were there for 2 nights i requested for a refund for the major inconveniences and was told it was asked but they just charged me normally and wouldn't answer my messages and emails I would not recommend..looks nice in pictures but it was a traumatic experience and to many issues and never compensation for all the issues never fixed

There were roaches in our room. We told them at checkout. They were supposed to have management call us back. Never did. We called them. Same thing, management was supposed to call back. Never did. Very unprofessional. No employees on premises. We had to deal with someone through a kiosk.
- 4/5
Cute location and okay room
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. It was mostly clean, though things clearly hadn't been dusted, and care was not taken to ensure the linens were clean. The carpets were disgusting, and the trim in the room was dilapidated, cracked, and peeling. Also, THERE WERE NO SMOKE ALARMS. One room smelled like smoke. Check-in and check-out was virtual, which I had never experienced before. I don't think this place is owned by an American. It was very uncomfortable. Any positive reviews of this place must be fraudulent.

Showed up around 11 PM. I didn’t have my ID on me because the room was for my sister—she had her ID ready. Instead of just switching the name (which is basic common sense), the guy on some weird Zoom kiosk setup refused to help. Barely spoke English, no flexibility, just kept repeating “call Expedia.” Zero customer service. The place itself? Dirty, run-down, and honestly feels sketchy. Cheap in every sense—not just price. If you value your time, sanity, or even basic respect as a customer, skip this place. Not worth it at all.

Great staff, clean and cute room!
- 3/5
the carpet need steam clean. it is dirty and is making the room smelly. this should easily be remedied if the hotel really want to. the entire room has one outlet and is far from the bed. the bathroom do not have an outlet. bring a strip and an extension cord if you want it to reach the bed for phone use or use a power bank. sunken seat furniture. bath tub do not have a plug so i just use a cloth.

Nothing was working. Rude staff.

This place was horrible, Do not stay here. We checked in after getting our room on Hotels.com, it was supposed to be 2 Queen size beds, which it was but one of them was in a closet with the doors removed, After driving 7 hours we went to check in and had to use a virtuall clerk who I thin was in another country similar to when you ask for tech support. We got the room key and went up to the room and used the bathroom after flushing the toilt overflowed and filled the room with pooh water, so gross. We went down to the virtual front desk attendant "trevor" and he said some one would clean the room tomorrow. We obviously asked for another room or money back and they did not have another room with 2 beds and said they would refund our money to hotels.com in a few days. A few days go by and nothing, so reached out to Hotels.com and they said the owner of the hotel rejected our request for a refund. A week later I am still trying to get them to honor thier commitment to a refund. Now I am having to fill out forms and mail them to VISA to prove my story and request for non payment to Hotels.com. This place sucks do not go there, pick somewhere else
- 3/5
Outside it looks nice and well kept. Rooms are very outdated, furniture is broken and old, rod is closet is some sort of DIY fixture, lock on bathroom window was broke off, smoke detector was missing (?), two pillows for a King size bed, no microwave, ice machine was broken (and from past reviews from others appears to have been for while), only two small bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels, no cups for water for brushing teeth, no hangers, no outlet in bathroom for hair dryer (not provided). Lighting was not great, especially if one of you is still sleeping (no bedside lamp). No cable, but there is wi-fi. know this all sounds bad, just giving you an idea of what to expect. Check-in is on a Kiosk and a Zoom-like call. You scan your license and swipe your credit card. Small shampoo, lotion and two hotel-size bars of soap are provided. What to bring or pack, or Door Dash from Target down the road: Hair dryer Hand towel(s) Wash cloths Plastic cups Hangers Paper towels (bathrooms are very damp) Rechargeable table lamp. iPad or laptop to use your steaming service. There is a 7-11 less than block away if you need ice. No iron, pack your steam iron (and a hanger).
- 3/5
The room seemed to be cleaned, however the carpet was old and nasty. The light switches don’t work. I couldn’t turn off the lights. There was only one outlet. There were no wash cloths. No one is actually on sight. You check in with a kiosk. I was very disappointed.
- 4/5
Yes it was small but good bed was comfortable
- 3/5
It was what I expected.
- 1/5
The room stinks like poop, cigars, and aftershave, just like an aftershave wearing cigar smoker died in the room. There were no alternate rooms. Smokers smoke right outside and it seeps into the room. Thin banket has tears. No comforter. Springy king bed with only two standard pillows. No cups for water. No microwave. No coffee maker. No ice bucket for ice. No facial tissue. Bring your own tissues or use the toilet paper. Very few power recepticals. Bring your own power bar and extension cord. Bring your own extra blankets. Bring your own cups. Parking cost for a motel was a surprise, but at least was only $5.00. Window shutters look nice but are all broken.
- 2/5
Location is excellent. That is the only thing that is excellent. Carpet was questionable. Sheets were for much smaller bed and didn't even reach to be able to tuck in. Only 2 pillows for a 2 person stay. Only 2 small bath towels in bathroom in one room. Other room for 2 people only had 1 small bath towel. No washcloths, no hand towels. Black mold in bathroom around sink and floor edges. There was only ONE outlet for charging any and everything you needed. Not even an outlet in the bathroom. No outlets next to bed. Only one near the floor on the wall outside the bathroom. The check in was done with a man on a computer screen, apparently in a call center. Seemed nice, but..... Also, were not told of the extra charge for parking. $5 each night each car. I'm not talking extra cars in a room. Each room had $5 charge for the 1 car for that room for each night. Activity around room in the middle of the night was sketchy at best. Sounded like the police trying to round someone up. Luckily, we spent very little time in this awful room. I accidentally reserved and paid in advance for this room thinking it was the hotel we usually stay in. I will never make that mistake again.

Virtual check in was a fun unique experience. This hotel is definitely on the older side and could use a few updates but overall very pleased with our stay. The shower head sits low, and we had 2 people on our reservation and only had 2 towels total. The light switch by the door didn’t work so had to use the one above the bed. Also no outlets by the bed/nightstands. Overall for the price paid was pleased.

Check in through kiosk. Which I thought was neat. Until I realized there was no staff on-site at all! Housekeeping staff member knocked on my door then proceeded to open the door with her room key before I could get to it. The carpet was dirty when I arrived. Asked for a vacuum but it was broken and was told they’d bring another. No one came! I ended up buying a broom to sweep the room. AC needs cleaning or updating. It made the room smell like mold and mildew. You get what you pay for.
- 1/5
A KIOSK WILL NOT SOLVE PROBLEMS QUICKLY. WHAT IF I NEEDED MORE TOILET PAPER? DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. . .? WHEN DUTY CALLS, DUTY CALLS. . . I GUESS I'LL USE A TOWEL NEXT TIME!!! HA!! ;)
- 3/5
Room had no microwave and no bathroom outlets, shower head was about 5ft high, lights sometimes didn’t turn on. No outlet or nightstand on one side of the bed. You also have to check in using this weird virtual kiosk which felt a bit uncomfortable. Room was clean and regularly serviced though.
- 2/5
No staff only 2 towels dirty carpet
- 3/5
On the outside, the location was very quaint. Super cute and surprisingly quiet. Once in the room, the rug was noticeably stained. The blanket on one of the beds had holes in it. There were no outlets in the bathroom at all. A trashcan had been placed in the bathroom to hide a broken wall tile, and the bathtub drain would not seal to take a bath rather than a shower.
- 1/5
I woke up with nearly 100 bed bug bites covering the whole right side of my body. If you do not like bed bugs, do not stay here.
- 3/5
The AC worked fine. The room and bed were clean. The room has no lamps in it, just overhead lights. The bathroom only had 3 towels and no wash clothes. The king size bed only had 2 pillows on it. I would expect 4 pillows for a king-size bed. There were many natural plants lining the 2nd floor walkway and these were well-cared for and pleasant to see.
- 1/5
Place was dirty & they charged me $100 deposit that took over a week to fight back for, never again!

All in all very quiet, comfortable safe area very nice. Didn’t have any issues like other places I’ve had condition of room not the best but for the price I’m not complaining just be aware of all the extra fees $30 early check-in five dollar parking like I said, still not bad under $100 for everything with early check-in.

Blanket had a big burn hole in it, bathroom door wouldn't shut. A bit Run down but good price and staff was friendly enough.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff and located in a nice area. AC didn't work great but did its job. Ice machine and vending machine not working during my stay unfortunately. Overall a good experience
- 2/5
From the exterior, although an older motel, it looked pretty well maintained. Staff were kind and helpful. Biggest issue- the smell, like mold. It wasn’t the kind of room I could relax, unwind or eat in. Also, no coffee, or single hanger or anything really. Parking is tight and $5. My room was dark, dingy and I think between the AC and carpet, it needed to be replaced. I got what I paid for and will never stay again.

This hotel was full of roaches and it smelled horrible. I couldn’t stay the night which is horrible because I got this play to sleep after our trip to universal studios horror nights. This was our fourth year booking a hotel here and we are very dissatisfied with how dirty this place was and how rude their employees are. We tried to get a solution and the woman just kept repeating that the manager was not available and that there was nothing we can do but just sleep there. That is a hazard I do not want roaches in my belongings or on me and I do not want to be smelling rancid smells. I have more pictures of the roaches on my boyfriends phone. They haven’t even returned my money and I left that place at 3 am.
- 5/5
The property has a really cool machine check in where you talk with a very friendly staff member. It was very enjoyable and they were very friendly and super helpful and understanding. Way better then the reviews or what I expected. A great hotel.
- 3/5
If Eagle Rock is your destination, then this hotel is a good location. If you book here, you will need a car- and this hotel charges extra for parking- a first for me in this kind of hotel. The place is nothing special even among cheap hotels. You can walk to shops and food though.
- 1/5
There where roaches
- 2/5
Bed was comfortable, however, room was not as described over the phone. Separate room with 2nd bed did not have a separating door as was told. Only 2 small bath towels, no hand towels, no microwave, window slats were all broken. Area was quiet at least
- 2/5
Price was good but hotel room smelled really bad. We could hardly breath in room but still managed to get the night out. Towels were torn and bad , bad was okay. Condition is really bad.

Do not like that there was a kiosk and no person. My room wasn't ready to an hour surest checkin time and the place was not busy.... very small room, but clean
- 5/5
Really enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
Shower pressure is very good.
- 3/5
Get what you pay for. Over all an okay stay. Convenient to a lot of local dining establishments. Amenities were okay. No microwave and carpet was in poor condition but no holes. Not enough towels provided
- 2/5
I didn’t like the fact that our room smelled bad of marijuana (the room was supposed to be smoke free). We had to leave the door & windows open to air our the room. I also didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t a “real” person on site. We needed extra towels. Also, the stay was supposed to be “all fees” included & then had to pay a parking fee!
- 4/5
Clean, cheap hotel, close to everything.
- 2/5
No person to check us in. It was all AI/virtual service. No service or amenities. We had 4 people in our room and no bath towels. None. We tried to get some, but only had an AI virtual host to talk to and he couldn't provide any. He said housekeeping would be by in a few hours and we could get some then.... So I guess you are expected to hang out at the hotel and hope housekeeping shows up eventually. Bed was comfortable, but the room was HOT. No real AC. The room never really cooled off. Very meh. Did the job, but next time would probably spend a bit more somewhere else.
- 2/5
I saw cockroaches, got insect bite, floor was so sticky, no tissues, no hair dryer.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
It was good..small but inexpensive and across from our favorite restaurant!
- 2/5
Didn’t know about the deposit! That made me upset.
- 1/5
There is nothing to like at the motel they have no staff that can help and your talking to someone whether you call or push the button outside the door or talk to the kiosk machine thats in a different country will never come back here again
- 5/5
Great . Pool seemed somewhat dirty
- 5/5
Maybe extra shampoo , we only got lotion and one bar soap .
- 2/5
Booked a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes, didnt bother staying. Also you check in by the front desk on a kiosk that puts you on a video call with someone “overseas” who will not disclose their location. Very odd.
- 5/5
Cute place and feels very safe
- 4/5
If all you care about is a quiet, safe and clean place to sleep, this is it. No frills, and a bit run down, but in a great location (close to restaurants), nice neighborhood, safe, and clean. Service was fantastic. This is the first time I ever used what looks like an ATM machine with my hotel receptionist in the screen. Takes a bit to get used to but what a brilliant idea. Honestly, for the price this place is a AAA value.
- 5/5
I only stayed here 2 nights but it was great. I’d definitely stay here again. The property is small and a bit on the older side but it is very clean and well taken care of. In 1 room was myself, my husband and sister and we got a double queen room and in the se one room was a family of 4 (2kids 2 adults) also got a double queen room. The rooms were very spacious and were all happy with the room and comfort of the beds.
- 5/5
I had a comfortable stay at this motel. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy and smooth. The location was convenient, with nearby access to restaurants and shops. For the price, it offered good value and a reliable place to rest.
- 2/5
Could be taken care of more . A bit run down but I guess you get what you pay for

I do not recommend staying here. When we entered, it stunk and the furniture and window shutters are old and broken. Check-in is through an online kiosk. We never saw an employee all four days. Ice machine is broken. It says temporary but the sign is old. Carpets are old and dingy. Landscaping is ugly and dying. No elevator. Difficult to park in large vehicles. Only 2 bath towels for a very small 2-room suite. No hand towels or wash cloths. Low quality sheets and one thin blanket. No blow dryer, coffee or microwave. Bathroom was clean but small and very outdated. In serious need of remodeling.
- 3/5
The room next to me had the TV on until midnight and back on at 4 am. I could hear them talking through the walls also at 4am. They wouldn’t let me cancel my second night but I left anyway. You get what you pay for so I accept that.
- 3/5
The large-screen live check-in was my first. It was simple, complete, and efficient. However the room was lacking face cloths, hand towels, and Kleenex. Also no coffee or anything for breakfast, or ice machine.
- 2/5
Broken ice machine, only a few local TV channels available. No cable, pool opened late and closed early. Lacks a lot to be desired for the $ paid.
- 4/5
No real life person available for help. You speak through a kiosk. Not ideal for someone who prefers in person help. Kiosk Staff is friendly and helpful though.
- 1/5
The room had roaches. And mosquitos. I made a complain to the manger. I wa supposed to get a refund but never received it.
- 4/5
Checking in is not a hassle.
- 3/5
But room was very outdated and old. AC rattled consistently and carpet needs to be replaced.
- 2/5
The room was nice but the carpet was to be honest disgusting had to wear shoes the whole time
- 3/5
Stay two night price ok
- 2/5
The property was old and in need of repairs. The linens were old and dingy. The bed lumpy. The pool was very dirty and closed at 7pm. Too early.
- 2/5
The check in was by remote kiosk. The "all inclusive" price did not include a $5.00 a day parking fee. The room was in poor condition with a non-working electrical outlet, broken shutters on the window, and a missing smoke detector. The bathroom lacked washcloths, hand towels, and had a broken toilet paper holder. There were no outlets in the bathroom. There were no hangers in the closet but there was a random wire hanger in the bathroom. While the property looks nice from the outside, it is old and it isclear that the present management is doing the bare minimum to make the rooms habitable. For a bit more monet there are nicer properties in the immediate vicinity.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
Welcome Inn has ATM machine kind with TV used for checking in. Reyired couple in front took 20 minutes renting a room. No humans in property. Was called 3 times before checking in and emailed once. Don't understand concept of vacation.
- 1/5
No amenities such as coffee machine iron or toaster provided. Towels were not up to standard
- 4/5
This is motel but clean no one in office
- 2/5
Poor env and bad smell

- 1/5
I found cockroach's and dirty carpet
- 2/5
In fact, we saw no workers at all. We saw other guests but not a single worker.

This hotel is probably the reason I will no longer be using Hotels.com. I had booked for my older adult parents, but unfortunately there was no parking when they arrived (around 9pm) and an individual roaming around outside under the influence. My parents ended up not staying at the hotel and hotel nor hotels.com would provide any refunds nor try to make any accommodations.
- 1/5
The room was dirty and smelly. The AC was old and noisy.
- 1/5
Zero cleanliness in this place, charge fees are not clear as well, looking at my bank summary I have like 6 charges from this horrible motel, so confusing.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
I love that the rooms are always kept clean by the housekeepers. Really easy check in process.
- 5/5
Very nice clean

It wasn't very pleasant. I will not ever be going back and I will not recommend the place.
- 4/5
It was great
- 5/5
Lovely stay at Welcome Inn! The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Great walking Breakfast/Lunch locations and peaceful surroundings. I’d definitely come back!
- 2/5
The checkin was different but efficient utilizing technology with a kiosk and person communicating via webcam. Very disappointed in how much we paid and the condition of the rooms. I love old buildings but there is only so many times walls/doors can be repainted. Room and furniture very run down. Hole in blanket on the bed. Recliner very worn out and handle broken. No hand towels, only 2 towels. One electrical outlet available in room. Mismatched sample size shampoo. Small closet with no hangers and no luggage stand.
- 5/5
Clean quiet relaxing environment
- 4/5
Ok, a drawer was missing and
- 4/5
It was a nice clean room
- 4/5
There were a couple downsides, such as the bedroom had only 2 outlets, which neither of them were close to the bed. Not all of the channels on the TV were picking up, nor could I plug in an HDMI device into the TV. Bathroom door was a little difficult to close, door probably needed shaving along the edge to fix that. Aside from those, this is still worlds better than a hotel I stayed at in San Antonio last year! If I do choose to attend the same festival next year, I think I might end up booking this hotel again!
- 1/5
ZERO stars. I booked this hotel 7 months in advance and was told that it was canceled by hotels.com when I tried to check in. Hotels.com then confirmed with the welcome Inn that THEY in fact were the ones that canceled as they were “sold out”. No one at the front desk to help us out either, there was a machine we had to speak to someone to. Ridiculous, scam.
- 1/5
People at this property are loud and the room looks dirty overall. The furniture is old and dirty. The carpet has holes and the bathroom seat was loose. The property is not maintained.
- 5/5
Love that
- 1/5
Motel charged $40 over my Travelocity reservation. There was no-one physically there at 7 in the evening and I had to check in via a kiosk video screen. The receipt printer was supposedly broken so I have no printed record of the excessive charges. They also tacked on a $5 surcharge for parking a car (I don't recall seeing that on Travelocity but the video screen guy insisted it was stated on Travelocity). I told the attendant through the kiosk that this was much higher than my booking confirmation & he shrugged it off. This is BAIT AND SWITCH / FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!! Travelocity should dump this place immediately.

Safe, clean, and reliable no-frills motel in Eagle Rock. Friendly staff and fantastic location.
- 3/5
This was a good stay for me and two other guests, everything was good a
- 5/5
The room was an eye awakening for the ongoing process of discovering how BTS can pack an individual while you oblivious to design and data compiling. Q the only thing missing was the Master my favorite meal and explain me a few things
- 3/5
Our overall day was decent, but here’s a better breakdown. Check in time was at 3 PM, but unfortunately our room was not ready until after 5 PM. This is when we were able to check in two hours late. Upon entering our room, we noticed that it was very clean, but it was a bare minimum. Meaning they only had one sized towel, they only provided us with two pillows for our bed, and the shower was so short that my husband who was 62 had to literally bend down to get his head wet. I’m 52 and I was taller than the showerhead but overall this day was decent.
- 5/5
Thanks it was good
- 5/5
Had a really pleasant stay here! The grounds are very cute and well maintained, and the rooms were nice and clean. Was a great place to return to during our trip - we used public transit to get everywhere and were very pleasantly surprised by the frequency of the buses in this area. (There is also an excellent taco truck nearby, as well as a trader joes for grabbing snacks and drinks.)
- 3/5
Old damp carpet, could smell the cologne of someone on the bed.
- 4/5
Had a nice quiet stay
- 1/5
No wifi
- 3/5
Room needs help with ammeneties like more choices on tv channels n coffee maker n hair dryer etc..
- 2/5
The property is not as clean as it used to be. No one is available to help.the service is more of a Motel. You get a text on satiated time of arrival because the are short on personnel. There is a wait time to check in . The people are friendly but, the hotel vibes is that you are a bother if asks for anything that’s may be missing in the room. Basically check in and don’t bother the staff.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Good location, nice neighborhood to walk around in; hotel was a little expensive for the quality of the rooms but it was clean and safe which is most important.
- 1/5
Room had so many bed bugs. We had to leave room.
- 3/5
No towels. Place wasn’t very well kept
- 5/5
Easy to get to from 210 freeway. Walking distance to restaurants. It is 20 miles from downtown Burbank or downtown Altadena.
- 3/5
Motel look is a Ok place to stay- Not much for amenities, no microwave and TV stations are over the AIR- Bathroom clean and beds. Carpets not so much
- 2/5
The front desk is not staffed 24 hours and noone answers the phone and voicemail is not set up so if you lose your key or it gets demagnized after hours, you are screwed. There was no hair dryer in the room so I had to leave with wet hair since no one answers the phone and no one was at the front desk. I was there on Super Bowl Sunday and the TV didn't work so I could not watch the game. I went downstairs to get ice and was shocked there is a charge for ice.
- 3/5
There were several occupants that were yelling quite a bit at night
- 5/5
Honestly, for a hotel at this price point, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but it far exceeded my expectations! It’s a fantastic value for the money. That said, it’s important to remember that this isn’t the Hilton—it’s not fancy, but it has everything you need. The room was clean, shower was hot, the environment was quiet, WiFi was fast, and the price was fantastic! If you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable stay, this is a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Afraid to drive home 2 hours in a storm so I stopped in eagle rock here and it’s perfect. Thank you. Will do it again for sure.
- 1/5
Staff was nice enough but you definitely get what you pay for, saw a cockroach in the restroom, spash of what looked like old dry blood on the wall, the room had a cat pee sort of smell. We ask for a different room which the staff obliged (after 2 hours) our "new" room which was on the first floor, so ofcourse you can hear every step with every creek. Also, my phone screen may as well be bigger than the no cable channels tv monitor they had!
- 1/5
Cigarette burns on the floor and furniture. Sheets were filthy, shower had hair in it, and towels smelled weird. TV has less than 8 channels that aren’t infomercials. Parking is $5 and the office is closed after 11 ( they closed at 1030 when I stayed).
- 1/5
Checked in and was told parki g was $7 as expected. When i got back home and checked my account, saw the expected room rate, then a charge for $10 for parking, plus there was an extra $100 charge, then later, a refund for $100. Later on, i receive a message through the Expedia app claiming my card was invalid and to please call them within one hour and give them another card. I called and no answer no voicemail. Tried again several times, same tesult. Still haven heard back from them. This is very concerning and scammy. STAY AWAY.

This was a horrible hotel. The outside is deceiving. The outside of the hotel looks nice but when you get into the room, you find the dirtiest, stinkiest room you can imagine. All of the rooms have plantations shutters that are all broken and would not shut. We could see into every room on our way to our room. When we entered, the bathroom window was open so we closed it and left. When we got back, the room stunk so bad like a cats litter box. We turned on the heat and opened the window again and the smell coming from the heater mixed with the cat smell was atrocious. Not sure which smell was worse. The room is not clean at all either. The worse was the shower drain did not drain so everyone in the room had to stand in a full tub of dirty water to shower in. Stay away from this hotel. They also charge for parking which is not listed on the site and not told when you check in.
