    We had gone through booking.com and the front desk staff did not know how to process the reservation so we spent 30 to 45 minutes just sitting in the lobby while she helped other people and tried to get answers. Her first and best solution was to have us pay again and then have us figure it out later. Totally unprofessional. However, we decided to leave and go to dinner and while we were at dinner she called me and said she had figured it out. That does not change my rating because she shouldn't have had to figure out anything. She should have known how to handle this reservation from the beginning. Now for the second complaint. Our room was fine. Maybe smelled a little musty. But our friends room had not been cleaned. There was trash in their trash can and dirty towels in the shower. They said the bed looked rumpled but was made. That is really bad

    Loved our stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, modern, and nicely updated, which made our stay very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the continental breakfast — there was a nice variety. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I will not be making reservations through them in the future. As far as the hotel goes, everything was excellent. The only amenity that we didn't have that would have been appreciated would have been a microwave oven in our room. There was one downstairs in the lobby however, so all was well.

    Breakfast was very nice. There was a variety of items to choose from including different flavored waffle batters(the lemon was delicious) as well as egg options and bagels, muffins, oatmeal with toppings and fresh fruit. The reception area was always staffed with friendly, professional people. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and there was easy access to get inside no matter where you parked!

    Room was pristine and well designed for a person there to enjoy downtime while keeping in mind a business environment for any unforeseen circumstances.     You charged $5 for parking to room, then that evening I bought snacks, and you charged another $5 so I paid $5 x 2 for one day? And the counter staff knew it. I said charge to the room yet she charged separately to make another $5? Total scam. Not so much about the 5, it is about being cheated.

    Overall we had a fabulous experience! Special kudos to the staff! Especially two that stood out Bill at the front reception desk who was personable, funny, attentive & bent over backwards to accommodate! Also Latasha who was very sweet & made sure we were taken care of! My only recommendations are about the room & they’re minor but would be well appreciated by all guests: there needs to be better lighting! A desk lamp is needed as well as softer light bulbs in the wall light fixtures. Wall shelves on the sides of the Queen beds are also needed for personal incidentals. Oh and the sheets/pillowcases are very “scratchy” not soft at all, in fact I actually got “cheek burn” this is an important piece of advice because it’s hard to get a good nights rest when you can’t get comfortable sleeping on your sides! All in all our experience was like I said an excellent especially the cleanliness & great breakfast buffet! Thanks & kudos to your staff!

    Even with a facelift underway in the lobby, which is probably complete by now, the staff was friendly, efficient, and kept things clean and orderly. The room was superb, and the things I needed were within a quick drive of the hotel. (Parking was no problem). Highly recommended! Thank you for the great stay.

    The room and cleanliness were fine as was the breakfast but some how my reservation was not visible when I checked in and I was lucky to get the last available room in the hotel. I was told I needed to look into this because I would likely be charged for two rooms not the one I used. I was unable to reach anyone the next morning and had commitments for the weekend. Now thar the weekend is over I hope to clear this matter up.

    Courteous staff. Blind in room did not go down fully. We reported the problem and were told it would be looked at the following day. There was no evidence that it was and remained a problem. This disturbed our sleep. Also was told the pool was open 24 hours but that was closed which was very disappointing for my kids as this was one of the reasons we went. However, we heard that another family used the pool the next day.

    Not to put dirty towels outside our room. Looked Like all other rooms just put them in the hall. For the cost and no housekeeping staying at motor hotel would have been much cheaper and a cleaner room! Front desk said th manager would call us and we gave them our phone, but no one ever called.

    Very DIRTY. The floors/carpet in the room was wet and sticky and smelled like feet. We requested to move to another room which they accommodated. The second room was a little better and wasn’t wet, but the carpet still had a sticky feel to it. We stayed for 3 nights and were supposed to get towels and amenities refreshed. They removed the dirty towels but didn’t give new ones, didn’t restock the toilet paper which was empty, and didn’t fill the empty soap/lotion dispensers. Floors in the halls by the escalator are constantly wet from pool-goers. Breakfast was the most scarce and lacking out of every hotel I have ever been to. I would never stay here again.

    First, the floors in our room (especially the carpet) was filthy, as evidenced by the black footprints from our feet in the shower and stray hairs of a length and color different than ours. Second, the servicing of the room was infrequent and when it was done, the service was incomplete -- supplies that one would expect (e.g. in-room coffeee supplies) were not replenished. Third, two of the four days when we went to breakfast at about 7:00 a.m. there was no coffee in the breakfast room! The urns should be monitored to ensure a suitable supply. The last day, we simply gave up after waiting a good 20 minutes for the urn to be refilled. Finally, almost every hotel of this supposed caliber has free wifi. But to get "free" wifi at the Hampton Inn, one had to sign up for the Hilton "Honors" program, which after a certain period (I think 7 days) turned into a payment of some kind. Unthinkable in these times. Needless to say, we will not stay there again.

    My stay was 5/29 to 5/31. I had an accident & chkd in by phone on 5/29, when I left the ER. Female clerk said a relative could use my room, and I could have the room the 2nd night.A male clerk at 10pm denied this, said I was a "no show" and wouldn't allow me to access the 2nd night of my stay. I never was allowed to use my reservation. My original receipt lists the dates 5/29 to 5/31. I think I should be refunded the 2nd night I was denied.

    The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The room had a pink light over the mirror. It was almost impossible to see at night and not possible to put on makeup. That needs to be changed. The room was nice and spacious. It would have been nice to have more than the two paper coffee cups. Maybe two plastic disposable cups for cold beverages.

    3rd stay in 5 months. This time brought family looking forward to the pool. Arrived April 1 looked at pool, it was good. Afternoon April 2 went to pool to swim, but it was closed and drained. Something about guest sick in the pool that AM so they drained it for the health dept? Don’t they chem treat for this? Saddened, we could have stayed at cheaper place without a pool, went to front desk asked for manager, requested room discount. No can do she said since third party reservation. First I have heard of that since the receipt was from Hampton Inn so I assume my money went to Hampton inn. Mgr said would credit my HH account 10,000 points. I don’t know if this was done or the value of it. Also AM April 2 we went to breakfast 9:30AM. Food mostly gone.

    They charged us $5 per day for parking which was never the case in the past. We feel this was not fair since we did not know about these charges beforehand. We would like a refund.

    Stayed two nights. Arrived Wednesday evening and left 5 AM Friday morning. So glad I got to pay the parking facilities maintenance fee for the full three days. The wear and tear charge on facilities from my little rental Corolla was at $4.72 a day. These types of fees really are a crappy way to nickel and dime the traveler. Suggestion - to add some extra salt - add a facilities carpet maintenance fee.

    The hotel is clean with fairly large and updated rooms. Customer service was lacking. When you could find someone they were polite and helpful but finding someone to help was not easy. At check in there was a laminated sign at the desk saying we're out and will be back soon. Not what you want to see after a long day of travel. There is no housekeeping. To be fair I was only there 2 nights and never specifically requested it so I wasn't surprised by this. Because there was no housekeeping I wanted to get refills for the in room coffee maker. I stopped by the desk 3 times, and every time, the laminated sign was there with no human in sight. Calling didn't help either. No answer. Also, the refrigerator in my room would not cool anything. I would have mentioned this to the front desk but again, couldn't find anyone. Small annoyances in the grand scheme of things. It's a good hotel for the price and I would stay there again.

    Was told credit card was declined for the incidental charges, it was not. The clerk then charged it again. I can back in a few moments once I was notified by the credit card company that the card was charged twice, she said it was only charged once. I now have to deal with the credit card company and determine if indeed the card was charged twice and then dispute it.

    Checkin was a disaster, stayed for 3 nights and they charged my card twice (both pending charges) and I had to show him on his computer because he tried to say he only charged me once. He had me come around and look and I pointed out the $1200 pending charges. He voided one but ofcourse the bank leaves the hold for 72 hours til it clears which caused financial difficulties for our trip. Breakfast was also not put out all weekend and every time we asked they gave us attitudes. Bland breakfast which is normal for hotels but we also had to wait 20-40 minutes each morning and were met with an attitude from staff.

    Usually try to stay at Hampton Inn because they are clean, well run and the accompanying breakfast is a perk. I have to say the breakfast was mediocre and I tried to use the ice machine on our floor and it was out of surface. Why have ice buckets ready if you don’t have ice available?

    When we checked in their system was down and they were unable to make keys, so they told us that as soon as it came back up they would deliver them to our room. Hours later they had still not delivered anything. Upon finally walking down to ask again for keys they seemed surprised by our request, and then made keys. In addition, the hotel didn’t have the correct reservation information, and instead of offering to reach out to Hotels.com to clear up the issue they told us to figure it out ourselves and insisted on having us pay for a night that we had already paid for through hotels.com. They actually beat on our door, and entered before we were able to respond, telling us that we needed to check out. Upon showing them our confirmation from Hotels.com that proved we had the correct information and they didn’t, they still told us that we could either pay again for the night we had paid for already through hotels.com or get out. They could not have been less accommodating or helpful. Even after showing the confirmation and receipt of payment. No way I’ll ever stay here again.

    The television did not work - it was stuck on one channel. The girl at the desk was nice and apologetic but said there was nothing she could do. She said we couldn’t move to another room bc they were booked. At checkout the woman the next morning again was apologetic and professional but said she couldn’t do anything bc I booked my room through a third party, Expedia. Some sort of refund/discount should be applied as I booked a room w a TV for my two kids and didn’t get what I paid for

    This hotel must have government housing in it because there were zombies walking in and out of the hotel at all hours of the day. I even saw one zombie passed out on the sidewalk a few steps from the hotel at 9am. Sad sights. There is also a Lowe’s parking lot that is very noisy right next to the hotel. I did not feel very safe while I was staying there. The drug epidemic must be bad in that area.

    My room was not available when I got there. I couldn’t get in a room until 5p, 2 hours behind. I didn’t make stink about it because it was out of my control and I didn’t want to ruin my daughter’s graduation. When I asked for a late check out I was told that I could not because they were fully booked coming in. So I was upset that I was forced to be accommodating but when I asked for accommodations, none were afforded. I will not be staying there again and it was a poor reflection on Hilton.

    We stayed here after our first late afternoon appt at John’s Hopkins hospital with another appt scheduled in the morning. After a not so good appt , we were checking in and Bill at the front desk was wonderful ! Certainly what we needed to help lift our spirits. The next morning, housekeeper Ashley was the same way!! She was new and just starting in the hotel biz we found out later but one would never have known. A bright welcome to the morning.
