Great stay in a nice location. Everything went well above expectations. Free breakfast and food and shopping within walking distance. Definitely recommend and will also use again in the future.

Property was clean for the most part and Ashley at the front desk was simply a gem to speak with.

Very nice hotel! Very close to shopping. The free breakfast was top notch as was dinner with room service. Manager was very helpful. Housekeeping always checked to see if I needed anything and did a great job! All staff seemed to really like working there.

Unfortunately, the room fell short when it came to bed comfort. My bed was extremely firm, while my wife’s bed seemed well worn, with a noticeable dip in the middle that made it uncomfortable. Breakfast the next morning around 8:00 a.m. was disappointing. The hot items, particularly the eggs and quiche, appeared dried out and were not very appetizing. I ended up sticking with the oatmeal, which felt like the safest choice.

Also no fan in the bathroom, but of your with family I guess they no wait your going in the bathroom anyways so why keep it a secret

It barely connected, and when it did it would cut out again within 30 minutes. It was hard enough trying to stream a show, I can’t imagine trying to work there. Great location with restaurants etc within walking distance, plenty of parking, comfortable rooms.

I reserved the room about two hours before check-in and was asked to provide a credit card for incidentals, which is standard. Around 11 PM, someone attempted to enter our room. Thankfully, I had the security latch engaged, which prevented them from coming in. This was quite alarming. The next morning, the assistant manager acknowledged the situation and apologized, but there was no clear explanation beyond mentioning that their system had been updating around the time I checked in. Before leaving, I reviewed my account and noticed multiple unexpected charges: two $50 incidental holds and a $244 room charge, all in addition to the payment I had already made in advance through Hotels.com. It took 10 days to resolve these billing issues, and I never received any follow-up from the manager. While the property itself is very nice, the lack of communication and the seriousness of these issues made this an unsettling experience.

My room smelled of urine and they were able to move me to another room thankfully. Wings from the bar were cold and dishes were dirty.

Found dirty socks under ottoman when checked in. House keeping only cleaned room once and left dirty plates and mugs. Universal EV charger did not work and no out of service sign. When ask staff no one knew.

On check in they made a mistake and gave us keys to someone else’s room! Later I found out it was my sister’s room (same last name). But that still shouldn’t have happened. On a five day stay the floor wasn’t vacuumed the entire time. Towels were resupplied garbage taken out and toilet cleaned that was it. Breakfast was good, and staff was friendly.

I was disappointed with my stay honestly. I’ve stayed there before in 2019 and it seems like a completely different experience. I didn’t appreciate how it didn’t really feel kept and attended to. The lobby area wasn’t welcoming or cleanly when we arrived. We had to wait when arrived, couldn’t immediately check in and go to room after getting off the road. The breakfast area seemed sloppy the next morning and not managed well. Also there was a big spot in the hotel room rug, confusing/inoperable lights and fair condition looking furniture in the room. I just wasn’t satisfied at all especially considering the price. I’ve stayed in better appealing places for less nightly. But the best thing about the hotel is its location. We had other options of course but stayed here because it’s near a lot of things like bahama breeze, home goods, academy, etc. which is very convenient.

Breakfast was delicious. From 8 am to 10 am you can wnjoy a variety of fruits, delis, breads and sweets. Surroundings and elevators were kept clean. Restaurant on site had a variety of options. We tried their pizza twice and loved it. Their staff was also very hospitable. This hotel not only helped me obtain fast, trustworthy transfer from the airport to the hotel, but also helped me with ways to get tl the closest train station.

The hotel is very good overall. The only issue we experienced was light coming through the top part of the window at night. Even a small gap allows light into the bedroom, which affects sleep quality. A bedroom should be completely dark for a good night’s rest. Please consider fixing this, as blackout conditions are expected.

The lady at the front desk empathized when I told her I was a Moffitt customer coming for chemotherapy. Cynthias assistance and care every day at breakfast time and the consideration of giving me a room close to the elevator. What else can I say you are all amazing reason why I booked the next 3 chemo sessions to stay with you.

Everything, for the most part; was good. The staff were all polite, pleasant, and friendly. The beds were comfortable. We did hear one lady complaining about working a double shift, and then the lady she was talking to told her, “if you don’t like it, find another job.” The phone in the room didn’t work and was missing the cord from the receiver to the base. When turning the bathroom tub faucet on, the water came out of both the faucet and the shower head, but there wasn’t enough pressure to take a shower, so we were unable to shower. I said something to the customer service person at the check in counter, and he said he would handle it after we left. Very disappointed with this stay, so don’t think I’ll come back to this location again.

I checked in around 4pm, was given a room on the 2nd floor 203. The room was 80 degrees and I called the front desk. They said they would send maintenance up. Waited 20 mins still no maintenance so I called back to be switched to another room only to be told “we don’t have any rooms left and we’re full”. I told the young lady that it’s now 81 degrees and it’s too hot. Maintenance came an additional 5 minutes later, called the lady and told her in the AC was broke. She then told me she would move my room after just telling me the hotel was sold out. I’m very disappointed in my stay and treatment. I think customer service is critical in roles like the front desk reception. I was late to my event due to initially not being moved in the original request.

Staff, at the counter not friendly. Night service lady at the counter was rude, looked down as she was interacting with me, no eye contact. I felt treated as a child when I brought down from my room the curtain remote control. No please return it to the room sir. Instead, she said put it back like she was talking to a child. She said she will send a maintenance person to check on the remote. When the maintenance person came to my room, he thought it was the tv remote. So, clearly the lady at the front desk was not paying attention, didn’t seem to care. The young lady who checked me in no smile at all, not welcoming. Seems like a training issue on both ladies. I have experience on customer service for 40 years in three different industries. The staff could do better.

We were moving our daughter into USF and selected this hotel for room sizes and proximity to shops. So glad we did. Very nice property, great location, amazing breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Our room was clean and spacious. Nice bathroom, good water pressure. Staff was friendly and responsive. Free parking. Breakfast was just okay and closes at 9 am. A bottled water was $6 and an ice cream was $5 which is typical hotel pricing. I’d recommend getting bottled water at a grocery store or Walmart. A few restaurants in walking distance. Pool isn’t very big.

I enjoyed the outside patio area for my morning coffee/breakfast. Walkable to a many nearby shops and even the outlet mall. Try Mochinut! They are delicious.

Excellent check in with Maged, enjoyed complimentary parking, location, used pool and laundry facility. Pleased with breakfast which was open until 9am, but at 8:15am, the staff was busily packing up the dining areas, closing down seating during a peak time for breakfast before guest check out, and that was very discouraging to see people get turned away from seating, while chairs were being stacked on tables, in an attempt to clean up early.

Such a pretty property right in the heart of great shopping and dining! Breakfast was great and the coffee was good! The room was nice, but we had no maid service at all, even though I requested it, which was fine. The first full night and day, though, we returned to fresh towels. But that was the only towel exchange. We did get asked on the last day if we needed anything, but by that time, we were resting before packing up. The bed was super comfortable, but the bathroom didn't smell or feel clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Location proved to be everything!!

experience was less than satisfactory due to a lack of housekeeping for our room. It was Very Poor. In our four day Hyatt Place Wesley Chapel stay, the Housekeeper for our room #406 cleaned ONCE. Dirty towels piled up, as did trash and beds unmade. I will address our multiple complaints with Hyatt Hotels directly. Two unhappy guests from MASS.

Worth it

Pool area simple and clean, kids enjoyed. Our room was great, other than seeming like the carpeted areas hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Immediately upon arrival lots of long blonde hair was entangled on my 1 year olds hands when she crawled across the room.

We loved the property. The only issue we had was that the pool had mustard algae. Being someone that cleans pools I know it is not safe to swim in the pool. So we were unable to use the pool, which was disappointing for us. Other than that we loved everything.

This property was very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay a lot. It was close to all the shopping you could want and so many choices of restaurants. We will be staying here every time I am in the area.

I loved this hotel. It was really nice. Felt a bit elevated above others in the area without much extra cost. Near so many great restaurants and stores. New and attractive area but quick run to other areas off the parkway. Clean and elegant with an excellent breakfast included. Lots of options all really nice. Great coffee and a bar! Nice pool. I would 100 percent plan on staying there again.

The location was great. We did not have enough for a family of 5 staying for 2 days and when we asked for extra towels they did not have any available.

The hotel and staff were amazing. I had surgery that day at the thyroid Clayman center and it was about 35 min away. A great stay for a pre and post surgery stay. Rooms were spacious and so close to shopping and dining. Worth the extra few minutes. And also if visiting Tampa in general., great location. Highly recommend. Ty to all the staff.
