The room had a terrible smell and there was nothing done about it. Breakfast had very few options for those don't don't eat pork. They did provid3 parking for a box truck which was excellent

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. We also like that the check out is at noon. I 'd rate it 7 out of 10.

Couldn’t find an ice maker

Everything else was great. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are neat and clean.

And then elevators smelled like hot, old electrical wires. Everything else was great though.

Lots of walking noise from upper floor. No noise barriers in between the floors. Availability of hot beverages like coffee anytime. Breakfast was ok, but could have been better with a bit more variety of pssteries

We really enjoyed the property, it is an older property, but decently maintained. It had most things that we needed, including the wonderful breakfast in the morning. Probably the biggest miss was they do not have modern TV’s.. Tje one’s they had did not let us use our Netflix as we do it every other hotel.

Was a convenient location for the things we needed to do in that area. Hotel was clean and decent. Only downfall, be cautious making a left out of their parking lot...scary!!!!

There was a variety for breakfast, and the breakfast staff servers were kind. The room was clean and was good for the one night we stayed. There were a pool and hot tub but we didn't use those facilities.

Our room smelled and we had asked for a non-smoking room.

The WIFI did not work the entire time we were there. One of the elevators were out of order. The breakfast was NOT good at all it was runny eggs, steamed rice and barely cooked SPAM, the regular batter for the waffles was empty, they did have chocolate waffles but the syrup was and we did not go late for breakfast it was 8:00AM. We would not stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

Staffs were very kind, but wireless was not connected for three days. When I asked, they didn't know the reason. I believe that wireless will be not connected forever and resident's will be asking the same question at the moment.

During our four night stay there was a maintenance problem night 1 which was taken care of the next day. Night 3 the room cleaning was not done until after our return to motel. We were gone the entire day. Night 4 no cleaning was done at all.the

There are numerous places to eat and shop in the area. Most are very close by and easy to get to. The hotel breakfast was delicious and had a variety of different things to choose from. The hours were great. We didn’t have to get up and moving especially early just to eat! One minor inconvenience was that our tv remote did not work when we first tried it. We traded it for a different one and that one worked just fine. The second day, the batteries died in the new remote. We got new batteries from the front desk. We actually got two sets and replaced the batteries in both remotes. Both remotes then were working just fine. So if you have similar issues, it could just be batteries! We will definitely be back again. This place has not disappointed us yet…

Delicious breakfast with healthy choice options. Fresh and well prepared. The attendent, James, was exceptional, pouring coffee for customers and actually serving them at their tables and asking if he could get them anything extra. He's very observant, and when the coffee table was crowded, I left to get coffee later. He observed this, and came and poured me coffee personally. I mentioned that this person deserves a raise, and would do well with a promotion. I had dined at The Keg the evening before, and the service was inferior to this Best Western's staff.

Had a dog in the room next to us that barked from 10pm until around midnight. Front desk finally called the owner but did not give them a timeline that they had to be back. When I asked they said they would call them if they didn’t return in 30-60 minutes. Then the front desk called my room, even though I walked down to the front desk and told them my kids were asleep when I made the complaint. They offered to switch my room but my kids were asleep. So my only options were to listen to the barking or wake up my little kids and move rooms.

The breakfast was over the top amazing and fresh with comfortable and clean dining. I've never stayed anywhere with so many meal choices and variety with so many coffee options. The staff were thoughtful and curteous and the information provided to navigate the premises was great. The gentleman working the dining room even walked around to topoff/refill your coffee and he even served my mom a coffee while she waited for me to get her plate to her. 💜 The ADA room even provided a separate shower seat! So many ways to get into the building safely and many card accessible restrooms in the hallways as well. Would definitely stay here again. The ADA room could use a bar near the bed since the bed was much higher than 19 inches as described on the website. Other ADA access points were fantastic!

1. The original Expedia price quote was $107. 2. The hotel would not honor the Expedia quote and said the room would cost $119. 3. After logging into Expedia the quote became $96.

The room was nice and clean. It was a large enough room to relax in and enjoy my two days there. It was comfortable and nice and quiet. I read great reviews of the breakfast and I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the spread. I opted for the waffle machine but the waffle mix was overly watery and the waffles came out weird. Not entirely edible. The baggles and bread were good enough for toast. The best thing was the coffee and I had plenty. The people at the front were very nice with the exception of the woman who checked me in. Overall my experience was very good and I will come over and stay here again on my next visit to Seattle.

This is our third time here and we love it. The beds are awesome the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And it has a hot tub!

This is a conveniently located BW that is always clean and generally has good room rates for the location. We stay there a lot for trips between northern WA state and visiting family in the Seattle area. Rooms are always very clean, bathrooms tend to be a little dated but OK, usually pretty quiet. Recommended as long as you're not expecting a newer, higher end hotel

Extremely squeaky floors with loud noise from normal upstairs walking. Wi-Fi was not working, and the room smelled. The staff looks miserable.

The room was nice and comfortable. Big bed, soft sheets and towels, nice pillows, big tv. The tub worked great. A couple spots on the walls that bothered me and the washer pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest but overall everything was clean. Breakfast was decent. I would definitely come back again.

We believe the romm hadn't been used in a while and both my wife and i ended up waking to bug bites on our bodies. Not cool.

They need to update the look on the outside of the building. Besides that my stay was great. I come here a few times a year and the jetted tub room is pretty sweet. It would be nice if laundry was free and if they would fix the washers. Lastly breakfast main dishes are different daily and the eggs with cheese are the best I've had in my life! I will still be coming back. Thank you!

I didn't have the breakfast so no rating given. Staff was very friendly. My knock on this hotel was the cleaniness. I found a couple of dead roaches in the bathroom. Then I was making my coffee in the morning and the maker still had an spent pod in it.

I like that the property is not unique. This place may be the most especially straightforward hotel I have ever found. I was impressed by the efforts that K. made to help me feel welcome during check-in.

Staff was great the room however needed some maintenance. Wi Fi did not work and there were nails sticking up from the floor that were a safety hazard. If it wasn’t for the friendly staff I would have given the hotel a 1 Star rating. Please help the staff with some basic upkeep and maintenance of this older building.

Room was clean! Staff..great! Front desk agent let us check in early which we really appreciated...we were on our bike so always nice to be able to get into the room and drop some of our stuff off to make some extra space and go do some sight seeing! I really like the breakfast. It was delicious...bacon..eggs...potatos...waffles and way more to choose from..goes until 10AM too which is really nice. Most hotels only go until maybe 8AM. And same as checkout time at Noon! Later than most hots we stay at. Keep up the great work! Will def. stay here again when going to Seattle.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the doorknob for the bathroom door (it broke off about 5 mins after we got there) and they had a maintenance person there to fix it within 15 minutes. Room was clean and well laid out. A lot of road noise from the busy street out front.

Your supposed to be dog friendly, staff asked several questions that violated HiPPA rules,charged extra 40 for fog plus $150 extra deposit. The next morning i spoke to the clerk it was refunded. Ill never dtsy at s best Western again

Pretty clean, but I’m extremely picky. When I booked the room I received a confirmation for an accessible, 2 Queen Beds. They sent a message afterward saying no 2 Queen Beds are not available. That angers me because we had to book a non-accessible room. All bathrooms should have bars near the toilet.

The room wasn't spotless. It should have been aired out, and we found cobwebs on the remote. Other than that, the hotel was generally clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were better than many places at the same price point. What the staff doesn't have control over is that the construction of the building was lower quality, and sound travels through the walls and hallways. Overall, this place is okay, not great.

The check in at the front desk was a little unprofessional. Front desk manager was kind of short when asked question about the dog policy. Between you and the hotel the customer really needs to know if the hotel has increased there dog stay prices. We would not have stayed here if we knew upfront the prices had increased. We also never got our refund from you when we had to cut our day short a couple of stays ago. The hotel refunded it but you did not.

Staff was all very attentive, there was many dining options within walkable distance. The night we checked in there was an issues with our first room and a water leak we were quickly moved into another room and given a bigger sized space. There was a wide variety for The breakfast. Also enjoyed that it lasted till 10am not having to wake up so early to enjoy the amenities.

The room, common areas and parking lot were clean. This is an old, rundown building. The carpet is old and gross. Even though my room and bedding was nice and clean, there was a strong odor of urine in my room. That stressed me out and made me run out of there by 6 a.m. I didn't feel safe in the area. Any staff I interacted with, were very pleasant.

This hotel is small, and located on the busy spot but has the essentials to spend the night near Seattle. I’m leaving this review just to emphasize that service person at breakfast was really nice and made me feel welcomed. Reception people were ok.

When we arrived, they couldn't offer us a keycard and told us we had to stay in our rooms until it was time to leave. We had a dog with us so that was terrible. In the morning we packed up to get to the continental breakfast which was closed down an hour earlier than advertised. Messed up the whole day. When we called to complain the hotel and hotel.com shifted blame back and forth with no offer to fix the issues. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Good location, comfortable bed. Walk outlet and usb outlet did not work, therefore limiting use for charging electronics. Bathroom old and outdated.

The breakfast, however, was disappointing. When I asked about gluten-free bread, I was told it was the one labeled “Wheat Bread.” That’s not gluten-free, and it made me question whether staff understood what gluten-free actually means. I’m also doubtful that the waffle mix they claimed was gluten-free truly was. On the plus side, the front desk staff who checked us in was amazing — friendly, professional, and very helpful. Unfortunately, checkout was the opposite. The woman at the desk seemed annoyed and not very friendly. Overall, a nice hotel with some real strengths, but the breakfast quality and staff training around dietary needs need improvement.

They had to switch me to three different rooms as the first bathroom had feces on the toilet and blood drops on the bathroom floor. The second room had a dirty toilet as well. (Old, but also had not been cleaned). The third room was clean but older and more dated than the first two. The housekeeping staff also did not perform turn down service on our second night there?! When I called to ask about it the cleaning staff had left and there was nothing they could do. The rest of the stay was fine but it was not a great start to our three day stay I did take photos but I will spare you. Hope this was just a bad day!

It's an older hotel but seems to have been renovated in the last 3-5 yrs. It's clean and close to lots of restaurants. Staff was friendly. They were changing all of the locks on the rooms to a more modern lock.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast offered plenty options all rated good. Unfortunately, the system was off and we could not get a key to access the room.

We opted for the large king room. Upon entering our room we need to use the toilet and found it would not flush. We went down to the front desk and were informed that the maintenance person was gone for the day. I asked if we could get different room and was told there were none. We spent the night and had to run from the 3rd floor to the first floor to use the restroom behind the main office. When we went to bed we found deep hole in in the mattress. That evening I stopped by the front desk to see what could be done. Was told nothing. I asked if the maintenance man could come and fix the toilet in the morning. They said they would have him come up in the morning by 9:30 am.that did not happen. By 10:30 my wife went to the front desk and a nice young man named Leroy found a room just down the hall and helped get our luggage moved. We were not happy with staff other Leroy. The others should be fired. Just a side note, I have trvelled

While an older space it was very clean. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub nice and clean. Staff was efficient and helpful. My biggest compliment is how they serviced our room during our stay. Exceptional, I haven't had that kind of service since prior to covid. Fresh towels surfaces wiped down beds made. Perfect 10/10. Also super convient to light rail shopping or Edmonds waterfront.

Everything was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was average for a "lobby" breakfast, but there was coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. One of the two elevators in the building was out of order awaiting apart, but overall we were treated very well.

Our stay was great. Friendly staff, clean, spacious room, conveniently located near the highway, shopping and restaurants. Hotel is outdated, but that doesn’t matter to us.

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience welcoming. The bed pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the convenience of having coffee available right in the room, which was a great way to start my day. Additionally, the hotel's location was very accessible, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its excellent service, comfort, and convenience.

We were in Seattle to see and hear "Tosca" at Seattle Opera. With post-opera traffic and all, we returned to the hotel around 11:45pm and were in bed by 12:15am or so. We wish we could have enjoyed our stay longer, but we had to return to Bellingham on Thursday. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast downstairs, and it was great. Of course, we'd stay there again!

It would have been nice to have the hot tub open until 11pm instead of 10pm. By the time we qctually got to the hotel, it was closed and couldnt enjoy it. We could have stayed somewhere cheaper without one and most likely will.

When I checked in, I was shocked by the rude, unfriendly and aggressive attitude of the person and I couldn't believe his attitude. The air conditioner in the room was not working because the controller display was broken. It was a really horrible place and experience.

It was excellent, coffee was the breakfast was good the staff were friendly and professional. Only the elevator was the scary part the door might shut or not when on the bottom floor did not trust it. The bed was also very comfortable. The rates affordable

Everything was good except for the policy of charging additional $25 if checking little early, when we arrived at 3:00pm while the checking time is at 4pm, and the room is available. I would understand if I arrive like 11:00am or earlier but it was just an hour away. What about we check out early, do we get some of the refund? Best Western should change this policy for people checking in just 1-2 hours earlier, if there is no refund for checking out early!!!! There should be two way streets not just one way. This was my 3rd times stayed at this hotel, there was no issue for the last two times except this time.

It was THE best free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. And better than a lot of paid breakfasts. I was very impressed.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

I would suggested an update to the elevators and perhaps updating the hallways decor.

Property is older and a bit tired in respect to rooms, carpets, tile, etc...

Rooms are okay. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was clean but super small. Lots of carbs at breakfast and hotel is not eco friendly at all.

My stay has been great so far. Thank you, Best Western. I will be letting others to stay here for future reference.💯🎊
