Everything was clean and front desk is so kind! The housekeepers were helpful in getting us any extra towels or blankets we needed. Breakfast was delicious! They were out of a couple things here and there especially toward the end of dinner which is totally understandable.

Flew into Seattle and got there earlier than expected, and thankfully I was able to check in early. The front desk staff were amazing individuals and so kindly helpful. Breakfast was very fresh and full. The bed and bathroom were perfect though the rooms need a little update, I will definitely stay here again! Walls were a bit thin, there was someone screaming next door near midnight, but thankfully the staff helped. There was the smell of weed, but only in the elevator.

The otherwise good experience was marred by the hotel allowing guests to use blue tooth on the speaker in the pool area. The pool is a place to exercise and relax—it is not a party room for the first one there has the ability to subject everyone to their bass-heavy taste in music, with no limit to volume and duration.

Reasonable rate, very clean rooms and close to the tram where you could walk to. It’s about a six minute walk or a two minute Uber drive. The property also has a map if you asked for it that will show you things to do around the property in the surrounding area.

The staff was was great an friendly an also helpful, I felt like the breakfast was a Lil shabby, but everything was hot just felt it needed more variety but good.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The property was immaculate, all of the staff friendly and genuine. Beds were comfortable and showers were hot. The in-room fridge had a small freezer compartment that was very important this trip since we were traveling with meds that had to be kept cold. We really enjoyed the breakfast bar and the woman keeping the area clean and tidy was noticeably attentive to the details, which we really appreciated.

This hotel is perfect because it’s walking distance to the light rail. They offer a park and fly deal and I always use this instead of driving to SeaTac. You can also do a reverse park and fly by staying at the hotel on your return either way it works out perfect. I’m

All was well. Room was clean and spacious. Second time here. We didn’t use the pool this time as we just didn’t have time. Restaurants were within walking distance. It was busy in the morning for breakfast so some of the food ran out but there was enough variety that this wasn’t a big deal for us anyway

Room was clean and simple. Wasn't coming here to stay in the room. Breakfast was the same everyday. Good, but nothing spectacular. Room was basic and fine for our visit. Needed a room key inserted to keep the climate control going. Bathroom light stir ed off after 30 minutes, so spent some time in the dark while showering. Would stay again.

I booked this hotel specifically because of the proximity to the light rail and the EV charger. It’s nice to have this simple modern amenity. If I stay again when I’m in town I will request the other side of the hotel because of the ridiculous number of extra loud vehicles pulling away from the stop light all night long.

Perfect location for grabbing the light rail into Seattle. Easy to find, lots of parking, mall nearby. 2 queen room had a great layout - I love when the mirror and sink are separated from the toilet/shower - more people can get ready at once. Beds were comfy. Only problem was the Wifi - it was weak and my phone would not stay connected. The IT staff tried restarting the router and suggested some trouble shooting for me but it did not improve ( I was on 3rd floor). I was offered a room change but not able to take it due to roommates weren’t around to help move their stuff. Absolutely would stay here again but would test wifi before unpacking.

This place was clean some staffs were friendly but the lady I check in with wasn’t . I asked her how does the ac or heater works he told me to read the instructions on the wall after I entered the room and the light didn’t turn on , I couldn’t see anything at first so I have to go back to the room and use my phone to read the instruction on the mirror . The guess were loud in lobby so it was hard to sleep in and the noise was loud that my coworkers in the zoom could tell I was in a hotel room . Other than that everything was good.

Our plane was delayed several hours getting to Washington but the hotel staff were very understanding and accommodating. We were able to check into our room at 5:00 a.m. when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and professional the pool was awesome the hot tub was even better.. the hotel itself was close to everything we needed and convenient. Overall, awesome visit.

Had booked and prepaid for a room with King bed. When we arrived they only had a room with a king bed that was pet friendly. My wife and I have allergies so they offered a double queen room which we accepted as there was no other choice. We are not large people but the beds felt smaller than a typical queen for some reason, maybe because we were expecting to be in a king bed. Room was filthy and could tell sections had not been cleaned or vacuumed in ages. It was not simply missed in the last cleaning as there was substantial build up. Crumbs, hair and layers of dust. It was a pretty disappointing stay. I’d consider a different hotel if possible.

The 2 queen room is spacious and clean. The shower is very nice. The wash sink is separated from the toilet and the shower, which we really appreciated. We got lucky to use the indoor swimming pool and hot tub just to ourselves, which we really enjoyed. The pool is very clean and in great shape. The temperature is just perfect. The air bubbles inside the hot tub is very powerful. I put a request for a quiet room. The front desk lady clearly spent time to weigh over all her options to find us a perfect room, which is very sweet. Thank you La Quita for wonderful 2 night stays!

This La Quinta is clean, modern, and has a lovely free breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and free. My room was quiet even though the rooms around were booked. The AC worked perfectly as did the fridge and coffee maker. The bed and bath were clean. The bedside had numerous ways to charge your electronics (bring your own cords and plugs though). FYI it's very close to a lightrail station which is great to get around. There are eateries close enough to walk to. There is a huge shopping area within half a mile. I highly recommend staying here and will stay here again.

This was a convenient location for our stay in Lynnwood. The hotel and room was very clean and quiet. Parking was excellent. The breakfast was ok as the hot items were out but refilled after a short amount of time. Lots of choices. The staff was professiona and we would definitely stay there again.

The first room we were booked in, was freezing and the heater didn't work. The staff moved us, and then we were put in a room so cold and smelled so bad of cigarettes, there was mold in the shower (lack of ventilation in the room) and we couldn't get the smell out of the room. It smelled old, and mildewy.

The shower was not working when I tried to turn it. The walls are so sensitive that I can hear people through it during quiet hours. The refrigerator was too small to put things.

The bathrooms and showers use Dove soaps and shampoos. We never use Dove. It leaves a slippery film on the bathtub floor, endangering anyone showering. For those of us who have become skin intolerant of creams, Dove doesn’t rinse off. Luckily we had our own soap. Breakfasts were pretty good, the dining area was bigger than most hotels. The tv in the first morning was tuned to Fox, a political channel. Someone with better sense had it on a local affiliate on the second, third and fourth mornings.

We’ve stayed here before, and we have recommended it to others many times, but this time accommodations were not as good. There was no shampoo, very low light, and mirror, which is supposed to light when you touched it, just flickered and stayed sort-of lit for a minute or two. Breakfast was pretty much out of everything, but was very busy, so I guess that was understandable.

The hotel accommodated my request for assigning two connecting rooms. the rooms were clean and amenities like swimming pool, gym, coffee station were decent. Complimentary breakfast was nice as well.

The property and room and nice, but the $100 deposit was charged to my credit card instead of showing as pending (the way many other hotels handle deposits). Apparently the charge is not refunded for days which is a big hassle to not have that $100 available in my account.

The staff was wonderful but our room lighting was so low, we had to get out our travel flashlights to see the buttons on the microwave and see in the mini fridge. The vanity sink area was also was way too dim. The timer for the bathroom turned off when in use. We understand and appreciate energy efficiency, but not at the expense of our comfort. The final straw was having a drip directly onto the toilet from the ceiling vent overhead. We will not return to this particular La Quinta. We hope that other La Quinta facilities are not converting to this new low lighting.

I always stay here when I come down from Canada to go to a Seahawks game. So convenient being across the street from the light rail as-well. Only slight inconvenience is that the hot tub isn’t hot, it’s warm. But that is minimal. I love this property and stay here multiple times a year

It was true, I heard less traffic than i thought. Very good place, lots of travel brochures. There is bacon, eggs, and sausage, and hot oatmeal for those of us that need a larger breakfast.

The only other thing that bothered me was that the lights for the bathroom were on timers. More than once I walked in there without resetting the timer, and found myself suddenly in the dark…and the switch um to turn them back on is *outside* the door. Pretty poor planning there. Overall, though, a solid stay. If I needed to be north of Seattle, I’d consider staying here again.

We had a lovely stay. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, with biscuits and gravy served both Saturday and Sunday, as well as other standard fare. You are next to a busy highway however it was surprisingly quiet.

Everything was lovely, as expected from the reviews we read, however the breakfast was not anywhere ideal. We were disappointed and did not even bother to return on our second morning. We have stayed at many hotels offering complimentary breakfasts and this was way below standard in our opinion. Everything else about the hotel was lovely! The staff, the cleanliness, the parking and overall feeling was exactly what the reviews said!

The whole property is clean and bright. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Access to the light rail was just across the road and road transport links also very good.

The room and stay was everything I was expecting from La Quinta. Friendly staff and exceptionally clean room. Wish I didn’t have to check out before breakfast but, I will consider coming back again and check out later.

The property is in an excellent location for using the light rail annd surrounding businesses but that’s about it. The breakfast wasn’t great as compared to before and the property and staff seem to be in a decline. I doubt I’ll be returning to this location.

The blue lights from the bathroom area light up a lot of the room, we had to stack towels against the mirror to try and darken it for sleeping. The breakfast was not refilled often enough. Pastries were totally empty and long waits for more sausage. The pool was great, but the hot tub the paint/coating is falling off all over it. The staff were all very nice and check and and check out were great. Location was also very convenient.

Overall the property was in great shape and service was good except for one thing. When checking out I asked for a receipt and a page was printed, I put it in my luggage and left. When I got home and looked at it, it only reflected the $100 deposit and credit. I sent an email requesting a copy of the charge but never received a response.

The air conditioning is the only thing I have complaint with. It is noisy and the temperature adjustment button does not work very well as you tried to increase the temperature, it will not allow you to do so. Instead it keeps decreasing instead. And the auto fan mode does not work all the time. But I finally settled on a temperature and fan mode after several tries.

The hotel is conveniently located. The male receptionist at night shift is very friendly and helpful. I checked in on September 1, 2025. I will definitely be back.

First day was good the staff was nice in our room was very clean we would definitely stay there again it was well worth the money.

This location was disgusting. Door to the room wasn’t even a heavy hotel door more like a cheap interior door. You could hear everything and see the hall light through it. Everything was worn down and dirty. The pillows were flat foam that felt like they were 20yrs old. Asked the front desk they said those were the only pillows they had. A few nights before I stayed in a la Quinta in mount vernon and it was night and day from this location. Definitely would reconsider staying at a la Quinta in the future since the quality vastly differs between locations

This property ticked all of the boxes for me. It was clean and bright and close to amenities. There were several food options nearby including fast food and nice sit down restaurants. The light rail transit was across the road which provided easy access to downtown and the space needle. It even went all the way to the museum of flight with a short connection on the bus. We didn’t have to use our vehicle the entire time. The pool was great and the kids loved it. There was easy access to the I-5, just 3 minutes away. The continental breakfast was included and had so many hot and cold options with eggs and sausages and waffles. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Pool was closed which was the only reason we stayed there. Otherwise everything was average

Great location if you are okay with taking a 30 minute train ride into Seattle. Only a couple minute walk to the train station. Included breakfast was great with a fresh waffle station and the room was large.

For all, it make you home feeling

Great staff clean rooms great breakfast. When you provide your credit card for incidentals at check-in it will charge you $50 but 7-14 days later the will post a credit to your card. Most hotels I have stayed at will have the temporary hold that falls off after a couple of days. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel for a Seattle stay.

Liked everything except the beds. They were way on the soft side. So much so if you got to close to the edge you’d slide off.

Staff was great, my room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast simple but fulfilling, on weekends can get busy and run out of food. Overall great stay, will stay again.

Check in was easy, rooms were decent and comfortable. Very close to the light rail station which we took to a mariners game.

Property was walking distance to where our son lived and the 1 line train. The train was convenient going to the Mariners game and to the airport. The property was very clean and quiet. The breakfast had a good selection each morning. We will stay here again when visiting our son.

Location to Train

Quite a decent place for an overnight layover.

We found this hotel, terribly lacking, and would never book another stay. From the filthy tub, to the no carpet in the room or hallways, and sticky floors this was a big disappointment. The rooms were stark with no decor at all. This is one hotel that will never be recommended.

Great location, but not sound proof at all. Anyone talking or most of the time yelling in the halls was heard loud and clear.

The room was not very clean and smelled like smoke. Honestly, for it being La Quinta i thought it would ha e been cleaner. But overall appreciative for the staff they were friendly, but the room itself was damaged and outdated.

I did end up finding my room somewhat dirty. My daughter ended up finding 2 lighters and I later found a used condom and some surgical scissors under the bed. None of us smoke or had any of those things with us. But the breakfast was so good and such a convenient spot for food.

Great service

You have to pay to check in even just 30 minutes early. Ridiculous. There was a strong scent of bleach and cleaning supplies as if they were over compensating. The hotel basically got the landlord special, just painted over mistakes rather than actually fixing them. Staff were not very friendly. But all in all it was fine.

We had a lovely two night stay at this hotel. It was conveniently situated to where we needed to be. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and spacious and the beds super comfortable. There were plenty of parking. The breakfast offered was a good variety for the morning. I liked that the beverages such as coffee, tea and water were available 24 hours. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here.

Great property the only downsides were some of the pillows were too thin and small. The walls were paper thin so you could hear your neighbours but no outside noise. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Onsite laundry was a plus

The room was spacious and clean. But early in the morning we kept hearing the staff talking SO loud on our floor. And consistently making loud noises. We had attended a concert and got back to our room late, so wanted to sleep a little later. But it was impossible with all the noise. Also, we were disappointed that the complimentary breakfast ended at 9am. We could’ve got it if it went til 10am or even 9:30am. Seems like the time should be a little later than 9am on a weekend for those guests that are staying there from attending late night events. I can’t imagine all guests want to wake up at 7am. Some of us have late nights and would appreciate quiet til 9am and breakfast offered til 9:30am.

Everything was wonderful except for the noisy air conditioner. I don’t think it was the actual compressor kicking in. I think it was the fan had something stuck in it, but it was loud and kept us having a hard time sleeping

Check in was easy, the staff were very helpful, they have laundry on site. The breakfast was okay nothing special.

There was no carpet in either the hallway on the 2nd floor or our room, It made it very loud.. also no pictures or decorations in our room, it made it seem very cold and sterile. Tv was also very small .No ice machine on our floor. This room was over $250 not worth the money, will not return

Excellent stay, we wanted to be close to transit as we were heading to Seattle for a concert. Jaqueline at the front desk was especially helpful!. Good hot breakfast with eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, bagels etc. Will definitely stay again! It was also juat a few mins to Alderwood Mall.

My daughter and I were in town to look at universities. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. It’s right across the street from the Link train to downtown and university district. Far enough north the getting to WWU was easy. Close to the Alderwood mall for shopping and a huge variety of food options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 10/10!!!
