Wifi didn't work ?, I was given the remote control for the TV, several hours after checking in! I asked the manager for a late checkout as compensation, he replied absolutely not ?. Upon me laying on the bed, a silverfish ran across the pillow, floor wasn't clean, and I observed hair in various places ?

The manager and staff are very courteous and accommodating. Overall clean and well maintained. I will definitely be staying again.

Roaches in the unit. Not just in the first night. I took a video of it. Being it was super last minute I just couldn’t handle finding another space. Super loud; happen to share walls some of the local prostitution of Long Beach blvd. Bed sucked, bedding was obviously well-over used, and the network television only came in with channels 2-13.

Nothing They don't wanna pay me back for one night that I wasn't there. They should have reimbursed me for the one night I didn't stay. I had made the accommodations for two nights three days. And I only stayed one night. Didn't want to pay me for the extra day I was going to stay but didn't. And they didn't wanna give my money back for that day.

Always book prior and they are very considerate and take no time to provide my stay

I really enjoyed the service of the staff member that helped me checked in. He was very nice to me and answered all my question. Honestly, I would go again.

The place was filthy, my boyfriend and I found 3 roaches, the floor was dirty, and the restroom smelled horrible. Will never be back.

Roach in the bathrtom and burned cover sheets, had to wait 2 days for new sheets

Old facility that needs sprucing up. Walls were dinged up, including a gaping hole in the bathroom where the doorknob made contact with the wall. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. Shower curtain was very thin. It couldn't contain the water in the tub. Every time the shower was used, the bathroom floor would be wet afterwards. I found a bedbug after my first night there.

I reported these issues management and they refused to change my room.

There is graffiti in the bathroom, no hot water in the shower, a towel rack falling off the wall and a broken table. I found two bed bugs in my bed and reported its management but they did nothing about it.

Look elsewhere unless you want to wait around for a room to available and then once you receive it, it be dirty. It was so bad I couldn’t even spend the night in there. Hotel owner or Expedia did not want to refund this stay either.

There was random damage to several of the walls, the bed was not only uncomfortable, but creaked and moaned randomly. The floor was filthy, there was water damage on most of the walls. There was no water pressure on the shower. They said they were renovating the building, so maybe it will get better soon.

Near my home Had tried to call the property to see if I could do an early check-in. Every number that was available for the property was disconnected so when I finally went to check in the room that I booked was damaged from the night before so I had to get another room Which was a big inconvenience. for the amount of money that was being charged some major upgrades need to be done. Paint and plaster were falling from the walls. The tub needs to be redone and just overall spruce up.

The pictures looked promisingf$ When we got there we were told the jacuzzi room was busy

Room has broken walls, VERY dirty. Not a clean facility. Booked 2 beds online and upon arrival the room was a one bedroom and they charged me $10 extra for them to bring a rolling bed. Left immediately. Would not recommend. Not clean, and holes on the walls. Also the accommodations were horrible.

The walls were very dirty. The first room they were going to give us had holes on the wall. Weird stains everywhere. Second room the same. Third room was better but still low value

The bathroom light was out the room was dirty and the rules and policy that is online is not the rules and policy onsite....I had paid in advance and was told later I had to check out for 2 days and had No where to go..Not one time did they ask if I needed clean towels or sheets

The motel itself was great for the price, the manager was very friendly and eager to make my stay a good one. The room was small, but newly remodeled and had a new fridge and microwave. It is a no frills motel, but that is what I was looking for. There is a Walmart 0.3 miles away. My only negative thing to say is the neighborhood leaves something to be desired. The traffic was loud, and the neighborhood didn't feel safe at night.

Even though I had a reservation, upon my arrival to this hotel, they denied my stay. I wasn't even given a reason, they just turned me away. Not to mention I took an Uber there and needless to say that was an added expense and I now found myself walking through unfamiliar streets trying to find a different hotel to spend the night in.

The room was excellent and clean the bed was a lil too high though but everything else was excellent 💯💯

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the outside noises of the busy street, as well as the other guests in the parking lot, were not conducive to sleeping. I don't think we were hearing through the walls, at least.

Cramped 1 lane parking. More like a house with remodeled to a bunch of converted rooms.

Pillows uncomfortably too fat and stiff, but bed is good. AC have unpleasant musty smell and loud. However, room is in clean and in good condition better than expected for a motel.

This place is nice to stay for a night. The room was clean and the bed was comfort. But u can hear the traffic passing by.

I’d highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a little peace and quiet. Compared to the rooms nearby, this by far has been the most comfortable for us (my significant other and I) they also have way more channels than others which I am very grateful for. Parking is free, the room was pleasantly clean and they have smoking rooms for those that require one.

Very pleased with my stay. Very clean and updated, definitely NOT a hole in the wall where you sleep with the roaches and bed bugs. Neighborhood is quite rough, however it is not far far from the 105 freeway.

Owner has bad attitude

I was very surprised at the quality of this hotel as it's located on one of the busiest streets. But the odd thing about it is you feel like you are located in peace & tranquility of the woods. Very quiet!! But located in the heart of the city!!

Looking for a place on a budget, if so this is the place for you. Comes with everything as advertised but rooms don’t look as small in pics as they do in person. That being said was big enough for rest/relaxation but not for much of anything else. I think due to the fact was a square room that was split into a bedroom, sink area and bathroom was hard to keep temp comfortable. If you like cold the a/c will keep you that way but if you just want to circulate air can’t turn the a/c unit to Fan only because would make room smell like cigarettes and would make room feel very stuffy/humid.. but again I have no major complaints I was satisfied for the money I spent!!

The first room I was offered had a pretty strong cigarette odour, the second room I was offered had a light smell of marijuana. The third room was good. Besides that the rest was okay.

Needed a room early in the morning. Allowed me to make a reservation but had no rooms available when I arrived. No refund given. Extremely displeased with the service expedia and town house motel has provided.

I was pleased with the stay. I was even allowed to check in early which was a great help. I would stay here again. Staff very pleasant and helpful
