no breakfast served, i asked the front desk receptionist about it. i do like the cleanliness. wish there was a fridge but thats okay. parking is nice. seems like a safe place . the wifi went on and off. 8pm - 120 mbps. at around 6am, it is at 30 mbps. at 10am, cannot connect to wifi.

I booked prior and paid just to get their and not be allowed in until i left a $200 deposit. I didnt have it and yet to get any response about a refund Took my money $100 worth

My sheets were not changed. The tv had no cable signal. Repairs were needed. Then, manager says me cooking caused excessive smoke to accumulate, making the room unusable for 2days, costing her $200+ possible rental: So she takes my $200 cash deposit. I didnt smoke in the room. When i left, i smelled nothing excessive, but i wasnt able to argue because she ran away. Shenanigans. I want a refund (at least of my deposit.)

It was our second time staying. The first time was okay but this second one was not. We could hear guests next room being loud. The walls are to thin because we heard the shower being used a total of six times and other guests were running just outside our room making it worse since we had an early flight next day so we didn’t get any sleep at all. Would not be staying here again.

Noise proof..

Staff wasn't available to clean my room at the time I wanted to leave and return later in the evening..returned to a non tidy room... Amenities, there wasn't any, except a very tiny hand soap and hair shampoo and conditioner in shower...no coffee, water or microwave...It felt like a limited motel...Room, right across from ice machine...a little nosey...TV had 2 remote without instructions, Clerk didn't know how to provide instructions on how TV worked...All and All...I will never get another room there....

I was escaping a DV situation and when I got there the employee cancelled my reservation bc I was not aware I must have physical credit card for $200 deposit. The option I was given was that I could instead bring the cash. My qaller and phone has beenn stolen so I was using a virtual card and wifi phone. The rude employee shrugged her shoulders in a " not my problem manner " as she smirked when I explained my situation and asked to speak to a manager.i offered to cash app it and was turned down. I asked for wifi so I can try to make arrangements for 200 and she refused.I explained I was escaping dangerous men because I got my abuser arrested and his friends were looking for me with guns. I got the room so I can be somewhere safe and buy ticket out of city and my life was in danger and to please call manager and let me speak them but I was denied. Then I asked for refund and I was refused even though she clearly said to me and the gentlemen employee that SHE cancelled my reservation. Police came and it was a damn slap to my face and I felt scammed and robbed by your cooperation when I heard the employee lie to the police and say my reservation was cancelled because of my registered service animal. I was further humiliated by officers telling me it was about my dog and they don't have to let me stay there if they don't want to because of my dog. Up until that moment there had never been any mentions of issues with my registered service animal. They kept saying the dog bc they blnever even thought to ask me if he was a service animal or a pet which I am sure Travelodge understands there is a big difference between a service animal and a pet dog I hope. Well to make matters worse, I was forced to sleep on cold concrete with my service animal, no ability to communicate with loved ones who were worried sick about my whereabouts. Let me cash app her and she pulled money out for me so we can eat and safely travel. Thank God for her bc Travelodge had zero compassion and lacked human respect or dignity and I'm sure if my skin color matches that employees ,I would have been treated better and helped by the employees as well as officers. And then to add insult to injury, I receive messages from Travelodge asking what time I'm checking out and did I enjoy my stay all while they ignore my email for the refund for a reservation they cancelled. I will never book with Travelodge nor will I hesitate to show the video from the night to every person wh o considers booking with y'all. Now would y'all please respond to the email from booking. Com and cancel the reservation like that employee lied and said she did so I can get my refund and never deal with you guys again. I thank you in advance for your quick response and even quicker return of my money your holding hostage. With all so respect, FevenWoldeyohannes . Also I would appreciate my ID back if it's there.

How easy it was to get to everywhere I went to visit and did. Although the pictures that I saw for the room and hotel did not resemble each other, but it was ok.

The room was great the TV didn't work in our room so the receptionist switched us to a different room she made sure she took care of us my daughter and I appreciated her going above and beyond for us

I had to change rooms 3 times, no mini refrigerator, no microwave, tv is nailed on the outside edge of the enterainment center, taped tv remote conrrol, dead batteries and their recycle toilet paper will destroy a womens best friend...HINT! The company of this particular travel lodge can do much better.

The nightstands are dusty, and the lamps need new light bulbs. The “28 Day Shuffle" by the manager is rude to guests who deserve and need an extended vacation. They need to upgrade the mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. The Wi-Fi is poor and needs an upgrade in the first-floor rooms. There are numerous shops nearby where you can purchase groceries and fast food.

The rooms are spotless. The maids and the front desk employees are first-rate! Shopping for groceries and fast food is nearby. The air conditioning is good. Thank you so very much for all your help.

The first time I went there, I had no complaints. I booked for four days and they did not have the refrigerator or microwave available. I had to relocate.

Didn't stay at the hotel, my acct had been deducted for the amount of the room and was told that I would have to pay for the room again even though the amount was already charged, and the shock of the $200 deposit was jarring

The staff were friendly and pleasant to changing location of room to be closer to Lobby. Great parking! Not having a microwave in the room is very unaccommodating, compared to most hotels after Covid 19 they have restocked the rooms with microwaves.

Personally I don’t like getting a key card for a room and not even 5 min into me walking into the room front desk calls to say Simone complained about my dogs barking when I have 2 service dogs that don’t bark at all unless someone knocks on door or they feel a need to protect. I hadn’t even situated myself yet

terrible service no one at the lobby for check in waited for about 15 minutees , then the person arrived and I just wanted to check in told her about my confirmation at hotels.com and she said it was better to book at the travelodge site and starting lecture me about it , and when I check in she only gave me 1 room when a book 2 rooms via hotels.com had the confirmation I tried to show her however she said she only had one under my name she didnt even bother to see the other name for the room ,another couple had that was there had problem to check in sthey waited like us for a while to check in , conclusion my stay was 1 of 10 the both rooms had a smell and they clean it like the were in a hurry , the property and rooms looked like apartment complex not like the pictures online ,I DO NOT RECOMMEND to stay or will I stay again , one of the worst stays that me and my family had ever had even if it was for one night , I original pick this property because it was closest were I was headed.

They locked up the ice machines and soda machines before 9pm. It's a very unsafe location so had to go without ice or drinks because it was too scary to leave the premises. There was a next door room playing loud music, called the front desk clerk who said, "can't YOU ask them to turn it down."

Room was fairly clean, there was no fridge or coffee maker in the room. AC took a while to cool the room. Pool was closed and dirty and ice machine and vending machine were very dingy

Don't expect normal pillows on the beds. They used pillows that are just squares (imagine cutting a normal one in half) The fan in the bathroom doesn't help at all with keeping the moisture out of the rest of the room. By the time 2 of us finished our showers, the entire room was very humid and our clothes smelled moldy. The bathroom door handle was broken and the entire door rubbed against the frame so you had to shove it open with your shoulder or foot to get it to let you out. All of the outlets except for the one by the bathroom were loose and didn't work. As soon as you would plug something in, the plug would immedialty fall out. 2 stars overall, better than sleeping in your car I guess.

Considering where its located, the place was surprisingly well kept. My room was clean and free from funky smells, and located right next to my parking spot. Not many amenities, no breakfast, fridge, or microwave. If your looking for a decent place to stay in that area I can recommend this travel lodge.

Website states its microwaves and refrigerators available by request. I asked for a microwave and never really received one. I was asked did I want room service or just towels, I said just towels, never got them. Website also states free bottle water, when I asked for a bottle of water I was told to buy some at vending machine. It’s a $200 deposit, and for what, it’s not even a frig or microwave. It’s a grocery store next door but did no good when I couldn’t keep food in the room so I had to buy food that taste good cold or leave back out to buy fast food for dinner. I have NEVER stayed at a Hotel/ Motel without a mini refrigerator. If these services are no longer available they need to update the website I had to buy three meals a day for 3 days, not to mention I had a one year baby with me that had other needs. I would rate this place with a 6 pre check in was horrible staff member was rude, but other than things mentioned it was a great place.

Clean rooms

We stayed in room 104 during this trip and there were no issues with the room. The only gripe I have is the lack of water pressure for showering. The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating and the house keeper who I asked to unlock the ice dispenser each morning was also very nice and accommodating. This place is located just around the corner from where we visit so it is very convenient for us. It is also close to shopping and there is an unlimited choice of dinning close by. For what you pay to stay here, I think it is a great deal.

It was cheap which was good. Otherwise meh, you get what you pay for. A bit dirty and run down. It's next to plaza Mexico which is nice. There is lots of good mexican food there. If your budget allows, I would recommend paying more for a nicer place but otherwise it does the job.

The room was clean enough to sleep and take a shower. But the rooms are not worth more than 100$ a night. Our room was so noisy that out of the two nights that we stayed we couldn’t get a good night sleep. We try to get help to move to a more quieter room but the staff was unhelpful. They didn’t believe that our room was noisy. There were holes in the wall, and you can hear everything from out outside to what’s behind the walls.
