Pleasant staff. A little narrow on the space for wheelchair by the bed in the roll in shower room. Also, there is a towel holder to close to the toilet for someone to stand without bumping their head. I'm only 5'6 and it was hard to avoid.

Biscuits were hard. Apple Juice was watered down. Pretty sure AC had mold in it. Woke up to terrible allergies.

Everything was clean and well maintained the only thing that we didn’t like was that the tub had a bow in the wall where it was coming loose but it was clean and the sofa and chairs looked to be a little worn but we didn’t use any way just to lay out clothes. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The stay at this comfort inn was overall excellent. Our room was quiet and we were able to get a good nights rest after a busy day with travel. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The carpeting was a little dirty, maybe better vacuuming, but not terrible. In the morning, there was a nice array of offerings for breakfast, and I was able to use the gym treadmill and elliptical. If I ever had to stay in Macon again, I’d choose this Comfort Inn.

STARTING WITH CHECK-IN THE PROCESS WENT SMOOTHLY AND IT WAS A MAJOR PLUS HAVING THE WELCOME COOKIES THERE AND THEY ARE DELICIOUS! EVERY STAFF I ENCOUNTERED WAS FRIENDLY. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO MRS. TRACY SHE WAS THE BEST! SO FRIENDLY, SO WELCOMING. I FELT AT HOME HERE! THE BEDS ARE AWESOME, I SLEPT SO WELL!! BREAKFAST WAS LOVELY WITH A LARGE VARIETY. LOCATION IS GREAT NOT FAR FROM ANYTHING. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOTHING! EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!

Close to the interstate was the only good thing about it really The smell of marijuana in the elevator and hall of the second floor. It was so strong. I thought I was going to throw up walking to our room.

We were exhausting from driving In a Storm. Ms Val was a welcome sweet face. We needed the break. Room was clean and spacious. Good value Breakfast was ok.

It took forever to check in. The hotel looked very run down. The elevator looked like it was going to take you to your death. Then when we got to the room there was bugs on the bed!!!! Went down to let them know and ask for my money back as we would not stay there. And they acted like they hear about the bed bugs on the daily. Só impressões from the minute I walked in!! I was greeted by Ms Meeks in such a pleasant professional way!! Só appreciated after a long day of travel . I checked out at 5 am the next morning to get back on the road and again the 2 front desk emplyees were só pleasant and cheerful, even at 5 am !!! I will be back next year for sure !! Beds were super comfortable! Stayed three nights and never had maid service at all. Had to go to desk to get towels. Trash was never emptied. Hotel is much older in person than appears in pictures. Not the cleanest rooms.

Good location to food and highway. Nice lady in the front desk very clean and beds are comfortable. AC was a little tricky to get to work but it did work when I took the time to make it work.

The pool was down, the trail along the river is inaccessible from here. We chose this hotel because it was next to the trail. We were also very itchy over night. Both my husband and I. Very odd. Also the TV did not work.

He fled the scene. The camera footage is too white I can’t make out the license plate number. I’m sure it would be very easy to pinpoint exactly who it was as they had checked out at 8:30 . I’m sure it’s easy for the staff to zoom in on the plate and send it to me or the police as I filed a hit and run report but it’s missing the plate number.

The pool was open with poop in it. It was first thing in the morning which means that it wasn’t inspected the night before or morning of. I let them know and they did close it.

Dia and Tracy were excellent hosts. I called 6 hours before my arrival and Dia remembered and saved the perfect room for me. Very clean property and close to plenty of restaurants and fast food. You also have a Dollar Tree, Kroger,Planet Fitness, and a Liquor Store right there with in 3 or 4 blocks. Will definitely stay again if in the area overnight.

The staff friendliness was above average. The location was very convenient for dining out & getting on I-75 quickly. The breakfast was quite forgettable. But it was a pleasure to see some of the bordering woods from my window.

I had a comfortable stay at an affordable price during my trip. The room was clean, and the hotel offered breakfast, an indoor pool, a gym, an ice machine, and convenient parking. The Groome transportation shuttle center, Kroger, and various restaurants were all located just 3-5 minutes away from the accommodation. There were many convenient facilities nearby.

Was fine for a one night stay. Hallway smelled like weed and there were no towels in the room. Had a conjoined room and the walls were very thin so we could hear the other room’s TV the entire night.

Great experience at this Comfort Inn. Easy check-in with friendly staff. You can tell that it's an older hotel but it has been kept well. We were on the 1st floor and it was incredibly quiet all night! The beds/pillows were super comfy! The hot water was plentiful for showers and the room was stocked with plenty of towels, bath cloths, a mini frig, a microwave, hot tea and coffee. We had plenty of spaces for our chargers too!

Stayed only one night. I’ve stayed here before and have been pleased with my experience.

So, the bathroom and sleeping area walls / doors were dirty. The tile around tub dirty. tiles in bathroom floor around toilet very dirty. There was rust on the table lamp. Bad indicator of cleanliness.

Tried to add another night to my stay and was not able to. The property blames Expedia and Expedia blames the property. Not the first Tom having trouble with IHG owned properties. Should have learnt my lesson already.

The hotel room was outdated, paint peeling in areas, something like dried glue in the desk, no usb in the lamps, bed was comfy but the sheets seemed older and had these scratchy piles on them, comforter was thin. And it was gross that the coffee maker was in the bathroom!!! Breakfast was very good, great selection and taste.

Start with good. Check in clerk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. The room not so much!!!! The elevatore smelled like weed and dirty. Got to tje room and it stunk!! Smelled like it had been locked up for months. There was some kind of sticky stuff on the counter and there were random stains on the walls in the bed area and bathroom. One bed looked as if it was puked on and tje mattress was just wiped off and covered with a mattres pad and cover. Hot to looking and both mattresses were coverd in various stains. The mattress pads and linnens thet appeared to be clean. Luckily we had a can of fabreeze and the mattress pads and linens hid everthing else. Bathroom shower was growing mold on the cealing and around the tub. We were tired from driving and didnt want to deal with it all. We slept, showered rral good and got out.

Just an overnight stay on the way home from Florida. Good price. Clean and fairly new appearing place. Check in was slow because of computer problem. Breakfast okay, typical stuff. Over all we were satisfied with our one night stay.

Rooms definitely show wear and tear. Cleanliness was not the worst but still not good. Everything looked like it needed to be wiped down like light switches, lamps, mirror, trim, doors. Urine on the toilet, hair and visible dust on the backsplash in the bathroom. Mud/dirt on the bathroom floor near the toilet and vanity. Felt dirty and old but the bedding appeared clean and the towels were clean. Looks like they may have updated the exterior and the flooring in the lobby. If you’re looking for a cheap stay for one night passing through it may be ok. I was uncomfortable with my kids there because they touch everything.

The room was gross with stained carpets. Upgraded to the suite for the couch. It was so worn and nasty looking, we told the kids not to sit on it. The bathroom was covered in mold. The toilet water was dirty when we got to the room. The door hinges were out of line and the door could not lock to the bathroom. We were very disappointed. Very overpriced for the condition of the room.

Great value, we will stay here on our way back from Florida. Everything about our room was really good for the price. We were only there for one night on our way down to Florida for the winter. All staff was really nice, the breakfast was fine, we’re picky and normally go out for breakfast but we stayed and ate there.

I have stayed at many, many hotels in this price range and overall this was the nicest one I can remember. It was not a brand new hotel, but it was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is the first review I have ever written for a hotel after staying at several hundred over the years. The management and staff deserve credit for a job well done.
