Friendly staff

Usually love to stay at Home2Suite as they offer larger rooms and are pet friendly. This particular one is in desperate need of a refresh. Peeling paint and wallpaper, stained furniture. I did complain but was only offered an explanation that they are planning a renovation and hope that come back. Maybe offer a free night to return and maybe I would.

The room was spacious. We had a handicapped bathroom at our request. The Roland shower did leave a lot of water on the floor, but that was really the only problem we had. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were good. The breakfast was fairly standard, but tasty. We are among the last into breakfast and they had already run out of coffee, but we’re making more. The location is also a five minute drive from a mall with lots of restaurants. I would stay there again.

We stopped here on our way to Florida. It is a really nice place to stay. The breakfast was great lots of options. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom door. Does give a lot of privacy. But aside from that I would stay again.

Great location

My daughter slept on a pull-out sofa bed. She woke up the next morning covered in huge red bites. Luckily we were only staying one night so we didn't bring all of our luggage in. We placed all of our clothes we were wearing in a garbage bag and treated them at a laundry facility. Very disappointing. We will not be staying in a Home 2 Suites again.

The hotels lobby, elevator and hallways were very very clean. I was pleasantly impressed by the level of detail cleanliness of the hotel room. Not a speck of dust, no leftover hair in bathroom housekeeping has done an amazing job. When we are in the area we will definitely revisit the hotel.

Staff, location. Property was great. But the pillows on the beds needs to be replaced. They were so bad and not cleaned, had to go buy pillows to use. The elevator had a smell as if they were not cleaned.

The hotel was easy to get to from the highway but very quiet. I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast variety provided for free.

Very clean, friendly staff. We only stayed one night (concert at Macon Amphitheater) and didn’t use the pool due to limited time, but the room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Made it down in time for breakfast, which had do-it-yourself waffles, cereal, hot items and fresh fruit… only issue was the orange juice came out almost like water but the apple juice was fine.

superb Hotel to access all that Macon has to offer, easy driving time to Atlanta, we visited the Martin Luther King museum, which was amazing, excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful, very slight negative was the pool was very cold, and needed a bit of a clean

We always stay here on our route to Florida. It’s a perfect stop traveling with our 2 fur babies. We always get the kitchenette. Clean, well taken care of, friendly staff

We were kindly greeted right when we walked in the door and when we checked out! Everything was so clean...smelled great...and was quiet. We will definitely be back! Customer service was excellent!

No healthy options for breakfast other than orange juice. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm for most chains other than Drury.

It was okay. First time I stayed there. The fact that it was only one elevator all the way in the front and my room was all the way in the back. The stairs were the better and faster option, which was very an inconvenience for me.

I did not realize it was a dog fejndy hotel. Those traveling with their pets should be kept in the same areas. Dogs barked all night. No rest at all. Will be sure i do not stay at a dog friendly hotel.

The room we booked was bigger and spacious than any other hotel I stayed at in Macon. We had 2 queen beds with sofa bed, and a mini kitchen minus a stove. Nice to have room to move around without bumping into someone. Lots of drawers and open shelves to lay out your belonging. Breakfast was nice. All the staff were friendly and greeted guest as they walked by. The lady that was working in the kitchen was very sweet. She noticed we didn’t get any chicken biscuits and she offered to make some fresh ones for us. We told her the waffles will be perfect. Overall we will definitely be staying here again next year for our next tournament

I like the setup of the Hotel, I was really surprised to see a dishwasher in the room. The suite was exceptional. My concern was that a message should be visible about the cleaning of the room. My room deadbolt did not work. They should have a maintenance person on premise. I would stay at this property again.

The hotel still has the new feel. Rooms are spacious with ample storage. Great option for families. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is good with pre-prepared omlettes, whole wheat waffles, meats and grits. Great coffee too. Free parking is a bonus.

We travel with our dogs and this hotel makes it is easy to do so. We always get the room with kitchenette. The dog area is decent. This is a clean safe hotel for an overnight stay. Staff is always friendly.

The second floor hallway was 30 degrees and blowing air. It was FREEZING.

The hotel offers a wonderful experience with its friendly staff and immaculate rooms, perfect for accommodating large families. Guests will find ample space to relax and unwind after a long day of travel. The breakfast selection is excellent, featuring a diverse range of both hot and cold food options.

The convenience of location When we got there, around 1:40am, I was told that Booking.com never paid them for the room and want over $200 for the room. After 30 minutes of him on the phone with the manager and me on a call from booking.com, I finally got to my room around 2:15am.

Nice property with large rooms, good elevators, free breakfast, clean facilities, comfortable beds, good AC and Heat, fairly quiet with exception of kids running in the room above us which ended by bedtime.

We had a very nice room, except the floor in the bathroom and kitchen area was sticky. Whatever they used to clean it was not rinsed well, I guess. We used a towel to wipe it down with clean water. Otherwise the room was quite comfortable.

Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. Had to change rooms due to bathroom sink fixture. New room had similar problems - bathroom sink did not drain well. Refrigerator was very dirty on the door. Never got room service. Breakfast was not worth it. We are out the second day.

This hotel is very clean and inviting. I was surprised there was a $15 additional fee to be paid for incidentals at check in, I could not find any mention or indication of that on Expedia. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and we felt safe and clean at the hotel. The shower had only full blast settings, so it power washed us clean. 😅 The kitchen set up in the room was wonderful with dishes, utensils, a full fridge with freezer and even a dishwasher. The large amount of cupboards and cabinets also gave lots of space for all the stuff families manage when traveling. The breakfast had a lot of great options, including a few different types of breakfast sandwiches! Great hotel, I would recommend staying here for a clean, comfortable stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was located right off the interstate. The breakfast could've been better. There was no meat to eat separate from getting a sandwich. The upstairs guest had kids that ran all night and we wasn't able to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay it’s pet friendly and modern and clean . A nice breakfast that is included the bed was comfortable and the room was sound proof . We had a small kitchen so we could keep food in a frig there all in all a nice place to stay . We will stay here again in the future .

The advertised amenities were incorrect. There was no free daily reception as advertised. That is the main reason I booked this hotel.

Clean suite, bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked.

The woman who checked us in barely acknowledged us. Handed me key and said words I could even hear. I had to ask her to repeat twice and didn’t bother asking any questions because she certainly did not want to answer them. Bathroom had mold all over the outside trim. Room ride was nice and convenience for our long drive to be off the interstate.

The handicapped bathrooms could have better drains. Water goes all over the floor and creates a hazard. Also not sire if it was a handicapped bathroom only thing but a bathroom should properly lock and close in my opinion.

Have stayed her multiple times. The property is very nice and the staff is helpful. The breakfast needs to be improved. They appear to be understaffed. Overall, it’s good for a one-day stay.

This was our first stay at a Home2Suites and we were very happy with it. I’d read good reviews from families prior to booking, and the hotel, staff were just as others had said - very clean, great for families, spacious room for a family of 4, and very convenient for our kids’ tennis tourney. The staff were friendly and worked very hard to make sure the property was clean and breakfast was solid. Gym also met all our needs. Nice to have 6 am breakfast too when in a tennis tourney. We will stay in Home2Suits again soon!

We live in Tampa and stay here each year when we travel to Nashville for Thanksgiving. The hotel is spotless, rooms are large, beds are comfortable. Staff have always been nice and helpful.

The hotel is good for an overnight stop. Beds are comfortable, everything worked. However this is a hotel that is made out of thin walls. Thin floors. You will hear every person talking and walking near your room. And the bathroom door was a barn door that left a 3” gap with no fan. Nothing stays private in that place. Also the toilet had a leak that made noise all night. The tv is situated by the entrance hallway so watching it from bed means you turn your head due right. The hotel is at the bottom of a cul de sac and seemed safe. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. So its good for a stop. But its not 5/5.

Here’s the negative: Check in was very fast & the lady was reasonably polite but you could tell she was having a bad day & there were little post it notes on the desk that said “I can’t quit my job today because I have to pay my bills.” After seeing that, I was a little worried about the well-being of the staff members there & the culture of the workplace. It seemed like there were only a handful of staff members in the whole hotel so maybe they’re understaffed/overworked? I feel like Hilton could do better here & employee happiness would make the customer service better. The floors & walls of this hotel are VERY thin. We had a white noise machine & I wear a headband with sleep headphones & we could still hear the people above us. The people above us were having a very loud, very scary fight. They were screaming & lots of loud stomps & crashes. This is absolutely not the fault of the hotel or the staff but just wanted to mention it because if you’re the type of person who sleeps lightly - you will hear everything here. Some other things to note: the bathroom door slides & leaves about a one once gap. There’s no fan in the bathroom so you might have an odor issue depending on the travelers in your party. The positive: The next day the staff was super friendly & holy cow the cleaning staff was amazing. The rooms are really nice too. Spacious!

This is a beautiful hotel conveniently loacated right near the interstate. The rooms are huge and lovely. They have an enormous fridge, desk, everything you would need and theyre clean and comfortable. Will use this hotel again!

The breakfast sucks and the breakfast area was not maintained during the hours for breakfast. For the money u pay, to stay at the hotel you would think there would be better food. Also when calling for more towels, the front desk told me to bring down my dirty towels and they would give me clean towels. The staff refused to bring clean towels to my room. In other words, customer service is not there ! Staff sucks and stays on their computers watching movies or doing school work

It was a beautiful hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Only one problem was we heard someone trying to unlock our door around 2:30 am. Also we were told they would e-mail our receipt which we still haven’t received.

Great location for my trip

This is an excellent place to stay. The entire facility was spotless, the staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

We had a complicated check-in since we had accidently booked the wrong date for a second room through a third party. Omar was very understanding and we got everything straightened out and we stayed there with very little disruption. Thanks Omar!!!

My recent stay @ Home2Suites was thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff was very accommodating, breakfast was more than adequate!

Being on the first floor near front desk was a bit noisy, other than that it was a nice stay.

We didn’t like that at 8am on a Monday they had jackhammers working on the building. We were on our way home from vacation and wanted to sleep with a late checkin and we were already up throughout the night from loud guests in the halls.

I arrived late and they gave me keys to a room someone was sleeping in with there dog when I tried to open they had security locks so it only opened partially. I went to the desk and the two guys up there laughed about it and gave me new keys. Was very unprofessional

when I checked in, there was a man sleeping in the room I was assigned to and he leapt out of bed when I opened the door..so awkward. Got no explanation and a different room, but the key wouldn't open the main doors to the complex and the room wasn't "fresh" I miss the covid compliance cleanliness and attention to detail. Zero handsanitizer at desk or near coffee machine. Zero hand sanitizer by elevators. Says masks are required but no one is wearing one. Bedding did not smell fresh like it used to.

Still have not got my free 3 day stay if you look the first booking I was not allowed to use when I arrived at the hotel they made me rebook the room because they said they could not find the booking I was charged 952.00 twice for some reason
