I stayed in the queen suite. It had well lit lighting in the room with a comfortable bed in a cozy atmosphere. Parking is easy. But there may be that one driver that park too closely on the line. Overall, property is clean and the parking lot is well lit at night. The staff and guests are very nice.

It was okay, nothing fancy.. just stayed a few months for traveling contractors work.

I accidentally booked the wrong night and I couldn’t get a refund! Neither a credit for the right night.

The lady who checked us in was friendly and allowed us to stay on a first floor room which helped because my daughter had a broken leg. The room was clean and quiet; perfect for a nights sleep as we were just passing through on our trip.

Beds were definitely not comfortable at all. Felt as though I was sleeping on concrete and suffered with back pain for 2 days. Will not stay again and don't recommend to anyone at all!!!!!!

Considering my limited needs and 1-night stay, I did not really "dislike" anything... but... Some areas in the room could have been a bit cleaner. The range/oven in the room was very 'dated'. The pillows on the bed were too small, and flat, therefore uncomfortable. It would be nice if there were handheld shower heads in the bathtubs It would also be nice if the bed had walking room on both sides instead of being up against the wall. The air conditioner in the room did work, but it seemed old and sluggish and was a bit slow to cool the room.

Comfortable, very clean room, no noisy neighbors and the hallways were clean and well kept. We had our dog with us and others had dogs too but the noise was so minimal it was like no one else was staying there. It's an extended stay hotel so it looked like there are a lot of people that are quite obviously living there temporarily (been there myself so I know what it's like!), but even with a full parking lot, there was no noise inside and the property was clean and tidy. For the price we paid, it was well worth it. Staff was very chill and welcoming. It won't be the last time I pass through Macon, GA, so I think I'll definitely be coming back now that I know it's a good place to stay 😊

This is an extended stay, not a hotel. When we checked in, the entire building smelled like marijuana. Except for the elevator, which smelled like rotten milk. Our room was dirty. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work; it chose to blow whatever it wanted, not what we had selected. There was a singular bar of soap as the only provided toiletry. No hair dryer. Room was in disrepair. Will never stay here again and the rating on this is just not nearly equivalent to where we had to stay the night.

Over Crowded Smoke Area, Our Light Didn't Work Above The Stove And It Were Places In The Hotel That Had A Bad Smell. We Also Had A Room That Was Extremely Noisy Dude To It Being Directly By The Interstate.

Horrible WiFi connection. The hotel only gives complimentary WiFi to one device horrible & horrible WiFi connection. Had to stay outside in the car because WiFi didn’t work in the room, Room smells like mold. Would not stay at that hotel again 😭😭

When I arrived, at 3 a.m., tired after 10 hours of driving, there was no one at the reception. I called the local phone 20 times and knocked on their door, but no one was there. The receptionist was probably asleep. No one checked me in.

Fire alarm doesn’t work in room other than that it’s been going good so far. My towels haven’t been cleaned because of a few I do not wish to pay for. But it’s still good I can ask for anything anytime I want everyone just needs to follow the proper procedures to live in harmony

The hallways reeked of marijuana, bed was hard & extremely uncomfortable. The bed sheets were scratchy. Had to purchase plates, silverware, pots & pans if you wanted to make your own food. Dead roaches in the bathroom floor towels laying on the edge of the tub. “Free” Internet is only capable of checking email, must purchase internet to make video calls or stream media. You get what you pay for.

The room was clean. TV was a little dated but worked. The stove burners in the unit did not work which was a little dissapointing bc I wanted to cook. The bed frame creaked when getting in and out of the bed. You could feel the springs in the mattress but not uncomfortable. Shower had great pressure and good hot water. No bugs and AC worked fine.

Even though that the hotel doesn't have any amenities like a gym and a Jacuzzi, it's perfect because it's clean and smells good. Thank you!

I only needed one night stay and it served that purpose, but it wasn’t anything exciting to brag about. The staff was basic as was the room.

This hotel was ok but I will not be back. First of all, the customer service from the attendants was on point. My issue is this hotel does not supply an iron, ice machine, or lamps. It’s super basic. You will do better staying at Microtell across the street.

The first room I was given had used soap in the shower & blood stains on the pillow case. When asked for a clean room the desk lady was not pleasant. Overall wouldn’t here again

This was the worst stay I’ve had at any hotel The room I was given had no heat I was changed rooms only to get no heat and no tv. Changed rooms again to get the same no heat and no TV and no working stove! Wasted time and money on this establishment. Will never stay here again !

Unacceptable, yet better than nothing. I checked in after the lobby closed at 10:00. The lobby reminds me of waiting in the probate office, very bal d. There was a service window with a roll down door closed. I had to call a number on the internal phone. The phone in the office rang 3 times then was forwarded to a corporate number. I had to tell the person which location I’m at for him to tell the clerk I’m here to check in. I wait 10 minutes until she and to the desk. Once I came in, the elevator was filthy, with pen markings on the wall, trash on the dirty floor. Lights were dirty in there. The room had a dirty counter with a spot I could scrape off with my nail. The furniture was hard to open the drawers, like they didn’t fit properly. The fitted sheet repetitively popped off like it’s too small. The bed was not very comfortable. The kitchen cabinets had no doors. The room was white, no color at all. No hair dryer, iron only upon request. The parking lot had some best yo looking cars, so their other customers appeared as such I would have to be cautious of. When my family walked in the stair well, it stunk, smelled like a subway station. Some areas smelled like pot or smoke in the hallways and elevator. The room itself didn’t seem to smell. Part of the blinds on the window was missing a piece that had been damaged. This place needs major remodeling.

This is a great inexpensive spot to stay. The rooms have a small kitchenette, microwave, and refrigerator. Cable TV and internet. The rooms were very clean.

The location was a little bit confusing. The hotel was it quite a ways from the boat terminal and we were able to get the shuttle though.

I have had a wonderful stay here. So many times you aren’t greeted with warmth and welcoming energy but the staff here is kind and helpful. Many people here are long term residents and they’re friendly but keep to themselves. It is a very nice and quiet option in an otherwise noisy city. It is directly by the interstate, making most travel to the centralized location quick! I did not know about this spot but I will always recommend it from now on.

My key wasn't working when i arrived i slept on the floor in the lobby after repeatedly caling the 500 number

Typical extended stay. Boring and a little dirty.

Stay away at all costs unless its an emergency stay. This hotel is a dirty beer can in a nutshell. Filthy public areas, elevator, hallway floors and walls. Sheets are a strange quality an wete dirty and stained. Bed wobbled. Loud guests who haung ourlt at all door entranced or in their cars. Pot smoking and smell. Phone, microwave, fridge, and remote disgustingly Filthy. The bathroom was clean.

There was a roll down metal gate covering the Receptionist. She spoke to us through the gate before rolling it up. She mentioned several times about the no smoking policy when we dont even smoke. Our room was filthy. Hair in the shower, dust bunnies under the bed, a soccer ball under the other bed, a penny on the bathroom floor, a penny on the main room floor, our feet were dirty from walking around the room, and there also were no cabinet doors on the cabinets.

Was ignored at the front deck, but to be fair, she was in the middle of a business related call. So no big deal really. But the AC barely worked, it was off when I got to the room, and I doubt I got the room below 75. The bed was awful. Just so hard and cheap, but the pillows were actually good, for hotel pillows. I had gambled on the theory that a hotel catering to longer term tenants, would have decent beds, even at the low price. I was wrong.

The whole property stinks of weed and cigarettes! It’s right next to I-75 and the noise is outrageous! This is supposed to be an extended stay but they don’t provide any kind of pots, pans, cups or dishes. I had to leave a few days into my stay due to a family emergency and they refused to refund any of the money.

I really enjoyed my stay.

Although I checked in late, I enjoyed an overall comfortable night of football on the TV and comfort in the bed. The floor was a bit unkempt but not anything I couldn't live with.
