The breakfast was great! I felt like the lady Mary (who was at the front desk) was a bit ignorant to my husband and kids. I get my kids were running but she didn’t have to speak to them the way she did. She also seemed like she didn’t like people of color because she was extremely short with my husband and his brother, but when I went up to ask her something her attitude was completely different towards me.

The staff who greeted us as we checked in were exceptionally kind and helpful. Moreso than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in the last couple years in the US. We had zero issues, breakfast was hot and delicious. Best biscuits I’ve had in a long time. I would return!

Very spacious. Clean and friendly staff. Close to restaurants and attractions. Very loud. Kids running up and down the hallways after quite hour knocking on peoples doors. People above loud at all hours of the night.

clean rooms, super nice staff, great breakfast nice hot tub, Ice cold pool the pool was freezing cold. Im not sure if there was a communication issue, but the pool was ice cold. It was a hot day, and should felt warmer. The worker said they try to keep it cooler in summer time, but i ask about a heater and he said no heater. so not sure how they manage to keep it cooler? ice? but very unpleasent in cold water.

Room was clean. Duvet was showing some wear and tear, clean but some of the seams were torn. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice variety and options. Loved the pools and hot tub. Only two plastic cups in the room. Did provide more when asked but should have more stocked in the rooms. This is our third stay there and would return.

It was very nice and clean. Easy on and off the exits to the highway. The Breakfast was great!! Never did any item run out!! Pool closed too early (9:00 pm). Every hotel I’ve stayed at the pool closed at 10:00pm.

The first room we had didn’t have a toilet that flushed. We tried to use the hotel phone which didn’t work. My husband ended up going back down to inform the representative at the front desk. She did change our room so repack everything to move. It was inconvenient.

The location was convenient to many stores and restaurants. Exceptionally clean room, very spacious.

Beautiful pool, very nice rooms with quality bedding and good breakfast. Only downside was lack of hot water and poor wifi.

I would rate this hotel as an A-. Almost everything about it was nice: well maintained, clean, great staff, fantastic location. But two small things irritated me: low water pressure and the toile was very close to the batchroom sink. It seemed oddly placed and felt like ohe could fall ack over it. Strange I know. Overall, though it's a great place.

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were great. The room let in way too much noise from the hallway and the pool and hot tub heater was broken in spite of calling ahead and emailing to ensure it was working. I was told it was. I booked this hotel for the pool for my nine month pregnant daughter and my grandson's 7th birthday. I was notified when I checked in. That's not a good time to find out as we were tired and had plans for the afternoon that didn't allow for time to find and travel to another hotel. I would have given this a 4 rating if the pool had been usable as everything else was so nice.

Everything was excellent except for the Breakfast Buffet which was positively below acceptable. The eggs were possibly powdered eggs, tasteless, and the potatoes were soggy.

The convenience to the battlefield was what drew me here originally. Thete were a number of dining options nearby, too. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, staffed with friendly folks. I will definitely return.

Everything was ok except the jacuzzi it was broken but still allowed people to get in it. Which caused it to be slimy and dirty. The pool was very cold to the point it felt like ice.

It had very good reviews and customer ratings. The only complaint, and its nothing major, was the wooded area behind the side parking lot. It was kind of sketchy and there was some trash that could easily be picked up. A wooden 6ft fence would be a great addition. Overall, the hotel, staff, and rooms were all GREAT. Id stay again, and again. Very nice, well kept, managed property.

Hotel was perfectly located to Manassas battlefield sites. And a quick drive into Arlington, Washington DC. Many dining locations nearby as well as shopping options. Very clean. Amenities as listed. Highly recommend.

Tosha at the front desk was wonderful at check-in and check-out. All staff were extremely friendly! We will definitely stay with them again!

The breakfast is very nice. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage patties. Muffins. Cereal pancakes oatmeal yogurt. A lot of choices there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only minor thing was there is no cable just antennae channels and that left a lot to be desired in the evenings trying to find something to watch before bedtime.

Loved the extra space in the room and great breakfast. Very nice and would definitely stay here again!

From checkin to checkout I had a positive experience. The breakfast has good options with an attentive staff person. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Blackout drape was effective in making the room dark for sleep.

I woukd have given this property higher marks but housekeeping was very loud in the morning. Nouse is easily heard from the upper room and the hallway. The suites are very spacious though.

Nice place to stay if you’re are going to Manasas

Accessible room was not the case with the shower. It was a walk in but not accessible. No bench. Room way too large. Suite size not asked for. Bed uncomfortable. Housekeeping service. In 2 days we had no service. None. I did get night clerk to get us towels and trash service. Very disappointing and not inexpensive. Never will use again.

There were young people staying above us and were running and jumping on the floor through the night. The Hotel staff spoke to them and calmed them down.

Then water pressure was low, and the shower didn't get that hot. The jacuzzi wasn't working properly but the staff did his very best to try and fix it. Very convince to different food options.

This was our 2nd stay here in NOVA while we were in town visiting family. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the ladies running it were very kind. Very close to the I-66. Cracker Barrel right across the street. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel with a lot of entertainment around, ask for a lower level room if traveling with toddlers and younger children.

Staff can be a little more friendly to be honest. Would sit in that corner room and when I approached the front desk they didn’t smile and just robotic

Highly impressive hotel at a very reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well kept this hotel was. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, and it comfortably fit all 5 adults and 1 child. The bathroom was a great size, very clean, and had excellent lighting. It was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. We appreciated that the room had 2 televisions, one in the main room with the queen beds, and another in the room with the sofa bed. We met 2 women working the front desk and both were very kind and helpful. There was plenty of parking, and there is a Cracker Barrel and gas station right across the road from the hotel, which was very convenient. We would love to stay again!

The only thing I saw as an opportunity for improvement at this hotel was to add streaming services to the TVs.

The room was nice and spacious. It was clean. Front office staff were nice and welcoming. The only bad thing is that the sofa bed was really worn down. I did not get a good nights sleep because of it. Other than that it was a good room and breakfast was good.

I was harassed by someone who was not a guest upon arriving back at the hotel at night, I had children with me and made staff aware and he did absolutely nothing and this lady went on to harass another guest after we went inside. Then we were woken up at 6 am by kids running up and down the hallway and nothing was done about that either that continued until around 9 am. I paid more for a place like this expecting comfort and pease instead I was made to feel uncomfortable

This stay was a stopover on our road trip from NJ to GA. The size of the unit was unexpectedly large. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The rooms and common areas were clean and in general well kept. The elevator made a bit of a scary noise. There were people letting their children run up and down the hall and through the breakfast area. It bittered my taste a little but it’s not really the hotel’s fault that some people are rude.

There was no rooms available

We stayed one night and it fulfilled our needs. Had a safe in the room, close to restaurants and easy access to our destination. It was clean and the staff was polite, welcoming and professional. Our only complaint was a bath towel for the floor was very stained but we didn’t know it until we unfolded it. If we are in the area we would stay again.

The free breakfast was probably the best free breakfast of any hotel we have previously stayed in

The pool was freezing cold water. The jacuzzi was just right. The safe in the room didn't work and maintenance could not reset it correctly after trying it about four different times. The bathroom facet cold water was running very slowly. Every time we flushed the toilet water was dripping on the floor.

The location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Paid for a suite and the tub was broken and the refrigerator froze all of the babies milk and food. Informed the staff, no compensation was given.

Nice stay, comfortable bed and pillows. King suite had a door closing it off from sleeper sofa area however, if you closed it only the bed area stayed cool. Decor was boring. Service and cleanliness excellent!

The rooms had lots of storage space and seating. The bathroom was a good size and I enjoyed that the toilet and sink were all in the same room and not separated by walls or doors. Staff were very nice and polite and ensured we had a good visit at the hotel.

I liked the fact that it was close to the venue that we went too, to see the concert. Overall, it could have used a few upgrades.The water in the bathroom sink came out extremely slow and was getting all over the countertop. I was with another person on a different floor and when I went to go visit it's enrique of marijuana. The complimentary breakfast that you received was good nice variety... It seemed to be not enough air flow. I tried opening up the window to get some fresh air from outside and was unable to get the window open....

Typical Holiday Inn Express, which is always clean and modern. Friendly and efficient staff. I LOVED that their toiletries are Dove brand. This is more a personal preference as I normally travel with my own supply, but the first time I've ever seen a hotel use that brand as their standard. Gold star for this.
