Staff was very helpful as we arrived late with a new baby and were exhausted.

There should not be visible alarm and questions of nefarious origin when a client wants to settle their bill with cash! That is unacceptable. Granted most of us travel on cards, but if we want to pay cash, that does not indicate there is a criminal in front of you.

Air-conditioning too loud. Faucet in bathroom sink, very minimal water pressure!! Sloppy repair jobs.

Greeted by desk staff whom was very helpful by providing a room close to handicapped parking area. Breakfast was great at best, Mr Garrett was superb and attentive, should be considered for a raise. Room had an odor when a/c was turned down. assumed it was cold for a reason to mask the odor. Restroom sink had a trickle of water just enough to brush your teeth but not a face wash. Other than that remarkable but not excellent.

This Hotel is really nice specially the garden and clean enough for resting. . Staffs are friendly ( Brandon) . Decent breakfast. Love their waffle maker. The best deal hotel. The noises from the freeway.

We stayed one night at the property and our TV did not work. I called the front desk and they did not attempt to fix the issue. I will be calling the corporate office for Marriott.

The crazy thing is that the room itself was great. But the kids running up and down the hallway, screaming in their rooms till odd hours, and after notifying the front desk nothingbeing done about it. Ask for a different room, but was denied. I do not believe we’ll be back after being told it is what it is, we can’t do anything.

The shower in both rooms had someone’s hair on the walls of the shower, and they were dirty and the shower floors were slippery.

Room was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff offers cookies upon check in and they were out when we arrived. About 9pm, our room phone rang and front desk said they were bringing up fresh baked cookies. Pretty thoughtful if you ask me.

We found a fork on the floor, but clean otherwise. Recent remodel is a little shoddy, tv was off center, paint lines not good. Breakfast was decent. Not the usual Marriott standard, but good enough. Expedia location was off by almost a mile, use the Marriott website to navigate.

The toilets run a lot, and we have been in two rooms because of them. The lighting in the bathroom is not great. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice. The breakfast menu was limited.

I’m honestly really frustrated with how terrible this experience has been. The first room I was given, the door didn’t close/lock properly. Which is a huge safety concern. The second room I was given was disgusting. You could tell it wasn’t cleaned well- not vacuumed, sticky things on multiple surfaces, stuff left in the bathroom, etc. Additionally, most of the outlets didn’t work, which was wildly inconvenient. I hated being here.

The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety of options to start the day. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made getting around the area simple and stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Fairfield by Marriott to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. I’ll be staying here again on my next visit!

The renovations on this property are excellent. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very clean. Breakfast has sometime for everyone.

Side note: we were going to go use the pool. The day we were going to go swimming, someone had taken the hose and overflowed the pool, so there was some draining and filtering needed. Apparently it was the 2nd time in a week that had happened, so the pool would be unavailable for a couple of hours, but we ended up doing other things. Thank you Fairfield Inn Mansfield for such a pleasant trip.

Desk checked us into a double queen room We had specifically reserved a king room We did check in early 1:30 pm. When we went back to let them know a mistake had been made on room assignment, the clerk that checked us in said there are no king rooms clean so you have a double queen. Another staff member said there is a clean king next door to room we were given. At that point we were assigned a king room. The original clerk was dismissive of us, the second clerk was accommodating. The room was nice and clean with the exception of the shower pan was dirty

Other door entrances were unavailable to use. Had to only use main entrance. It made it a bit difficult having to walk a bit more having a health condition. Also, when setting up my CPAP machine, there was no outlet in the middle of the 2 beds against the wall. There was no lamp with outlets on the table available either. For medical reasons, I was a bit disappointed. Everything else though, was good.

They say they have king size beds but they do not. I think that Fairfield had a lot of custom sized beds made slightly smaller than King to save money. They call them King size but they are not. Terrible sleep night for us.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and and willing to accomendate me when I needed something like to switch to a different room. The worse thing about this hotel was that it had a foul odor. It is in serious need of some deodorizing. The first room smelled like a nursing home. I had to ask for a different room that smelled almost as bad as the first. Also there was only one dryer working.

It's not the most convenient place to get to. Room was good, amenities okay. The place was a ghost town and was clean, but going through a remodel. If a hotel is remodeling, I'd expect a discount. Keys did not work shower did not work. Had to change rooms. Staff were great about it all. Need to have their patio filled out for hanging out, and need to finish the upgrades

I'm not one to complain much but unfortunately, I had to leave prior to my last night's stay here due to the moldy, musty smell of my room. The carpet was wet covering one third of the room from the air conditioner I'm assuming. I had heard several other people complain about their rooms, so I didn't ask to be moved to another room. I finally had to leave and paid for another hotel. I was hoping I could be reimbursed for one night's stay but so far, I have not been contacted back by the Manager.

Well, the TV in our room never worked as it would turn off every few seconds. Management tried Friday, Saturday, Sunday to fix , unsuccessful so no TV. Fitness room HOT!!!! It was 90 degrees on the thermostat, brutal, and I’m from South Texas. Only had a treadmill, elliptical and some dumbbells, no wipes, no water. Also, the mattress was very firm, it was uncomfortable to say the least. I doubt I will stay at a Fairfield again.

I always enjoy these hotels, and everybody there is always very friendly and happy. My room is always excellent and the property is well-maintained.

The AC was not working. When we told the desk they said that maintenance would look at it tomorrow. The room was hot all night and the check out was in the morning.

Stayed here for one night for a friend’s wedding in the area. While they cleaned the hotel, the shower grate was broken and could have easily cut my foot open. There were stains on the walls and carpet.

Vehicle got broken into parked next to the lobby/office window. Said Camera's don't work.

There was a renovation going on and there was a musty smell and bed was a little uncomfortable but expected for the ranking of hotel. Staff was very nice

The property was fine it was just difficult communicating with staff other than those at the front desk because most don’t speak English.

Freindly staff with upgraded reception and breakfast area made this area feel very welcoming. We have stayed at this hotel on various occasions and never encountered any problems... Will book again for our next visit to Mansfield

Front desk staff was very polite. Room was nice except there was a lot of black hairs left in the shower. They were extremely visible; no way the staff could have overlooked this if shower had been properly cleaned. The road noise was terrible. We used white noise apps on three devices at full volume and could still hear every truck.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and even if I was in the room when the staff came to clean, they checked to see if we needed anything. The hotel is being renovated, but the primary issue was the elevator. I wasn't sure if we would get to our floor a couple of times. The pillows were the worst. They were flat and no matter what we did, couldn't make them comfortable.

Your online is not up-to-date. It does not say that it is under construction the hot tub nor the pool were available during my stay Over priced what you offer

I love that everything was new, but because of this, the hotel w as still being worked on. The pool, gym and patio was under construction.

This property is undergoing a renovation. Unfortunately, it appears to be a very superficial one. For example, in my room, the shower walls had been replaced, but the shower pan was original and yellowed with age. There were no towel racks installed. The shower pressure and temperature were subpar…low pressure and largely lukewarm water at its hottest. The lobby had not yet been fully renovated. The carpet outside my room was being replaced during my stay, despite the fact the hotel was largely empty and I could have been put in a room where I would not have this issue.

Overall this seems like a very nice property but they are in the process of renovations and it really is a mess. There is mud and paint on the carpets all throughout the halls and the lobby is pretty much torn apart right now. I understand these things have to happen in order for renovations to take place but it did make it a bit messy in the hotel

I was disappointed in the quality of the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Although the hotel was currently undergoing renovations, it could have been cleaner. Thankfully, my room itself was clean, but I would never stay here again. I could hear guests in another bedroom having intimate relations two nights in a row. Positively, the staff was professional and polite and they promptly fixed my shower head b/c the hot water was not being dispensed.

Property is still under renovations, walls are very thin, could hear lots of noise from next door. Tile was cracked in shower and had low water pressure..

We had already visited this hotel in September and it was being renovated then. When we were there this week, it was still being renovated! I wish I had known this in advance, because I would have stayed somewhere else.

There was no cold water in my room therefore, I burned my hands and couldn't shower.

The refrigerator was a block of ice . The shower doors were installed backwards and upside down. So water would get out. Building construction going on.

The room did not get cleaned, though I asked them to please clean it. The sink was clogged up. The main door to the room did not fit flush, so it allowed the hall light to come through into the room. The construction was not a big deal

The property is under going renovation. Elevator was slow & used by workers to bring furniture & other stuff to 3rd floor. When another party went into their room, the door closed loudly. Hallways needed vacuumed from workers drywall. Also, the room I occupied was not completely renovated: wallpaper up, but no trim. It was not what i expected, nor was i told, beforehand about the partial renovation in my room.

The hotel was apparently undergoing renovations, and that would have been good to include in the listing. There was construction noise, baseboards were missing, paper signs on the doors, and it didn’t appear ready to have guests. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the overall condition of the hotel was less than what was expected.

The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was OK. Ali, at tbe front desk, and Jay, the manager, were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was conveniently located at 287 in Mansfield. The breakfasts were the best I've had at any hotel. Eggs, a protein, Waffle maker, fresh oatmeal (with every kind of topping you could want), several cereal choices, bagels, English muffins, toast, yogurts, and fruits. Very nice, fresh, and good! This is definitely a come-back-to hotel. (Hopefully renovations will be complete!)

They are doing a massive renovation which affects everything down to the rooms - wallpaper is torn up, it smells like paint, and the carpet has a ton of spackle in it - benefit is the beds feel new at least

Unfortunately, I had to secure a night because my AC went out in my house. There was some construction affecting some of the aesthetics, and there was some minor wallpaper issues, but otherwise, the room was nice, the AC worked well, and the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is being worked on and bathroom still needed some work to look like a finished bathroom. The lobby is also being worked on so it has room for improvement which I think will happen. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The property was under renovation and was not stated on Expedia. The pool was closed and it’s summer, the gym AC was not working and smelled like mold and WiFi was down. There was also bugs in the restroom. When bringing these issues to manager and asked for discounted pricing he said there was nothing he could do since it was booked through Expedia. When my wife contacted Expedia and explained the situation they contacted the manager. Then he lied to Expedia stating he had mentioned all the issues ahead it time. Terrible management. I do not recommended this location.
