Reviews
The hotel is undergoing renovations, which has caused a number of issues for guests, including noise, dust, and construction materials in the hallways. Despite this, the staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, there are a number of problems with the rooms themselves, including broken fixtures, uncomfortable beds, and lack of amenities such as microwaves and fridges.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Great breakfast and attentive breakfast staff
- Renovations causing noise and inconvenience
- Rooms in disrepair and lacking amenities

Very pleasant stay!

No hot tub as pictured and the hallways were very hot no A/C or it wasn’t running. The elevator seemed suspect as well so I took the stairs.
- 2/5
Good location near highway, easy access in both directions. There was a smell I couldn’t place in the room

The entire Staff was so friendly and caring. N/A

The room smelled like there was a pet in it before me. Maybe the carpet needs to be cleaned. The food was very good and I was pleased with the staff.

The staff was exceptionally helpful when I had a printing problem for a presentation
- 2/5
The overwhelming smell of pet urine throughout the hotel and rooms is horrible
- 1/5
Stains on couch, flies on nightstand and my room smelled like curry
- 1/5
The front desk staff that we dealt with, Spandaga, seemed to lack basic professionalism. The rude way that she addressed us, as well as others that we witnessed, makes the hotel undesirable.
- 2/5
Our room that we got was clean and okay shape. The only problem is that the whole room smelled bad ( musky / fishy ). This ruined us from staying there again. Had to go to Walmart to buy Lysol air disinfectant to make the stay tolerable. Initially called front desk for a spray and they brought us two small men’s spray on deodorant that had a cheap perfume smell to it… cheap deodorant and stink do not mix well. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry to the staff that is very kind…
- 4/5
Overall a decent hotel. Nothing too fancy and nothing was dirty.

Hotel needs to be updated. A very apparent smell. Musty and smelled like dog.

We waited 10 minutes at the front desk saying hello to no answer. Someone finally came from the elevator and asked us how long we had been waiting. When I told her she said “I have to tattle on her she does that all the time, she never watches the camera”. She went into the door to the left and 2 seconds later a lady cam to the front desk. She didn’t talk at all. Found out our room number by looking at the keys and had to find the elevator on our own. Was just disappointed.

Loud and desk clerk could barely speak English.
- 3/5
The first room they gave us smelled like rotting fish...no exaggeration. May be mold in the AC unit. So, I went back downstairs and told the front desk lady - she seemed very annoyed that I bothered her with it, because she was on her cell phone. Second room was fine...a little small, but did just fine. Only 1 elevator and the doors are misaligned, so it squeaks terribly!

- 4/5
The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the front desk worker when we checked in. There was no greeting, not even a hello, and he seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but there.
- 4/5
Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Mostly clean room. Stain on fitted sheet. Slow refund of accidental deposit.

We had roaches in our room and heavy smell of chemicals
- 3/5
A/C was not working correctly.
- 2/5
The bed had blood stained sheets and we arrived in the evening. Needless to say, we had to assist in remaking the entire bed because there was only one staff member working. Very disappointing.
- 5/5
The staff was so nice. They really made us feel welcomed. The breakfast had a nice variety of selections and was delicious.
- 4/5
Everything was great except for a few marks and stains on the bathroom walls. There was long black hair on the towels on the racks and then the door hinges on the cabinet that closes the fridge were coming off.
- 5/5
Great stay, wish I could afford to do that more often.
- 4/5
The staff was super friendly. I was a little concerned about safety due to our door handle being loose and wiggly. Overall it was fine for a one night stay.
- 2/5
We were there for five days. No one offered to clean the room nor give clean towels/toilet paper. Everything was done on request. The breakfast was good. There could been a variety instead of same old everyday. The morning manager was nice. He attempted to make things right. The house keeper still left and didn't clean the room. She just changed trash and removed dirty towels. Around 9:15 a.m. The house keeper knocked on the door once before just barging in asking if were extending. How rude??
- 3/5
My review was due to staff helpfulness. We had added another name to the reservation and that messed up the name causing the Hilton app to not work. The app work prior to adding the name but the staff would not help because it was reservation made thru 3rd party. Sometime all it takes is showing that you care and want to help.
- 4/5
The suites were large and a good size for a big family. Breakfast was good and we had variety which was great for being there a week. My 2 biggest complaints is our rooms smelled like fish. Not sure if it was because we were near the kitchen or because of the humidity. My other complaint is one of the male workers constant flirting with guests and even gave my daughter his number before we left the hotel. As a mom I was not thrilled to hear that happen.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 1/5
This was the worst Hampton I have ever stayed in. Security was non existent. The rear entrance door was prompt open the entire two day stay. My room was not cleaned, the toilet had not been flushed when I entered my room. There was quite an odor in the room, shampoo and body was bottles were empty. Extremely disappointing, for a Hampton, motel 6 would have been a better option.
- 1/5
Room had horrible lingering smell. We complained. Hotel answer was to come in and spray some chemical in air on day we complained. Smell never went away and only got worse. Was sickening to me and my grandson but they were totally booked
- 2/5
We had an awful smell in our room that was very difficult to endure. We were given a room spray that worked for 5 minutes. Also only one outlet in our room was working. Employees were nice.In any other situation we would have canceled but all other hotels in the area were booked.
- 4/5
I had a short stay at this property. When I got into the room I noticed that the tub was not clean. I let the front desk know and someone was sent up to correct the problem. The staff was responsive and friendly. During breakfast someone came around to check on us. All of the staff was very attentive. The room had some paint issues. Just aesthetically displeasing but, nothing too serious. The room was a great size with a microwave, refrigerator and very comfortable. This is a solid choice if you are looking for something budget friendly.
- 2/5
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone with allergies or sensitivities. The rooms smell very musty and it seems like they tried to mask the smell with air fresheners, which I am allergic to. The first room we had smelled musty so we asked to change rooms. The front desk staff was very accommodating. The smell in the 2nd room was even worse. My parents also had a room so I checked theirs out and it was also very smelly. We gave up and stayed in the second room, which smelled like must, air fresheners and chemical adhesives. I wasn't able to sleep well because of this. Now I am home and don't have time to do laundry. The smell from the hotel is in my pajamas and on the pillow I brought with me. It's not great. Other than that, the hotel was fine. I'm just very sensitice/allergic to smells so it wasn't good for me.
- 3/5
It was hard to sleep

Arrived at 3pm for check-in, room not clean or ready. In town for business, meetings from 330p-1am, asked if they could store my suitcase til I returned to check into room. Hotel was not sympathetic to my situation, non apologetic to room not ready and refused to store suitcase stating “too many different people walking around, no safe place for my luggage”. Went to Holiday Inn, they stored my luggage and had a room ready when I returned. Lost out roughly $400 paid for Hampton, fully regret choosing to book a room there. Requested manager to call me, no response.
- 2/5
The ice machine on our floor did not work We could not get the air to come on and staff had to come to the room.
- 1/5
No elevator. No help
- 2/5
Luckily I made a joke of it during the toast and it worked. But shame on you all for not being proactive and acting like there was nothing you could do. Walk up the stairs 89 year old grandma. I am not talking about the staff they did wonders, once I stood firm. I am talking to the manager and owner. Shameful.
- 3/5
Whole hotel had an odor
- 3/5
Breakfast menu was Bacon, sausage, cereal, scramble eggs, boiled eggs, option to make waffles, fruit ( bananas and apples) muffins, yogurt. Coffee, apple juice, orange juice.
- 5/5
The staff, Nicholas and Lindsay and Ashton, were very kind and helpful. The parking lot in the back needed some trash collection as we stayed for five nights and noticed that paper and cups were not picked up. But that was our only suggestion.
- 5/5
Although it was by the interstate it was calm and quiet
- 4/5
Did have a weird smell. Almost chemical but everything else was fine. It wa Late So we did not bring it to anyone’s attentions but the room across from us has the same issue. Breakfast was also great.
- 4/5
Loved our stay at the Boardwalk inn. The hotel was nice, and pretty clean. Our room was comfortable and pleasant, though there were a few stains on the carpet, and a little mold on the tub. The balcony was nice and faced the boardwalk, it was a little small but overall enjoyable. The staff was super friendly, and front desk staff was really nice and polite. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, and plan to stay again when we visit.
- 2/5
Smelly & checking was a hassle
- 2/5
Bathroom vent appears to have been neglected for some time. The is dust or mold piled half an inch thick on it Toilet was cleaned
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
The bed was like a brick theu didn't have a box spring they had like a table top built under the bed. The pillows were soft, the comforter and sheets great. But my Lord that brick bed
- 5/5
Nice friendly professional staff.
- 4/5
The place was clean and the room was spacious. We didn’t have shampoo in the room and the halls had an intense odor of cleaning chemicals, but that was the only complaint.
- 5/5
Nothing to add
- 3/5
We had an ok stay but the toilet was not functioning correctly so we let the staff know but they did not fix it.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Great stay. Zero complaints.
- 3/5
It had a very bad smell on the elevator area
- 5/5
I loved it
- 5/5
We had a great time. The room was large great for my son and his friend to play there video games. They love the room. The room was clean but it can use some repairs. The sliding door did not stay closed to the bath we used shoe to keep it closed and the toliet paper rack was coming off the wall. Overall the stay was great. The staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
The air conditioning worked well in the room, but the hallways were hot.
- 3/5
Noisy and limited options due to locality
- 5/5
The room itself was great, very clean. The hallways, and especially the elevator, are very warm. The breakfast was superb with many options.
- 5/5
Although, it was a little dated than most Hampton Inn and Suites I stayed in the people and staff were nice. The price point for the rooms were a little high being there were some wear and a few broken items in the room. Overall, not a bad experience and the breakfast was decent.
- 5/5
It was a great stay.
- 3/5
Room was nice and spacious, we had a suite. Hallways are not air conditioned and very hot and smell. “Gym” was full of conference room chairs stacked literally everywhere and was completely unusable.
- 4/5
The clerk was professional, kind and helpful.
- 5/5
The gentleman that checked me in was extremely friendly and engaging. The young lady that checked me out was very polite and even offered to make me a “to go” breakfast bag since I didn’t have time to eat. Very comfortable, clean, and a quiet room.
- 5/5
The staff are wonderful
- 5/5
Good room
- 3/5
The front desk staff were excellent, especially LaRon. Very accommodating and helpful. It would have been nice, however, on the hotel listing, to note that the hotel was under renovation (much needed!) It will be a very nice place once updates are done, but for now, it is overpriced for the condition of the facility. We stayed 9 nights and rec'd towels once upon request and never saw a maid. We had to put our trash out in the hallway and even though we requested maid service to change the bed linens and towels, no one ever showed up and we were told housekeeping was gone for the day when I called them mid afternoon. Very frustrated with that.
- 4/5
Our stay was very nice from the check in to the check out. Staff was very nice and helpful with all my needs. I loved the complimentary bag of goodies that you are welcomed with, very nice touch. The hotel itself is very nice, fairly new and clean. We stayed in a suite due to our large family and were surprised at how big and spacious the room was. Would definitely come back and stay here again. The only two issues I had was the inconvenience of the hotel dryer and washer being out of service and the waffle syrup dispenser not working during our stay. Other than that everything else was great!
- 1/5
The shower stall was unclean in 2 rooms I was offered.
- 2/5
Clerk was nice air conditioning wasn’t working didn’t get cold toilet was loose
- 5/5
Excellent Property
- 4/5
Nice
- 3/5
Street noise very loud. The morning we left the power went off so had to go down the stairs. The hotel employees did not know how to get the front door open without electrical power. A man staying there knew how to open the door. I felt like they had not been trained in how to take care of business during a power outage.
- 5/5
The ONLY reason I marked down on property condition and facilities is because when we stayed they were doing renovations and part of the hotel was under construction. Tho I will say you never heard them banging or anything like that. Once the renovations are complete this will be an even better hotel to choose. Everything thing looked beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
My room smelled bad moldey and she put me on first floor when she gave me my key she loudly said my room number with a bunch of people around.
- 3/5
I had a large room on the first floor, it was clean and the TV is huge but housekeeping started really early on a Sunday and loudly came in and out of rooms and nearby supply areas; the loud sounds of doors shutting (sometimes slamming shut) was constant. I ended up getting dressed, packed and checked out by 8 am; I couldn’t stand the noise any longer. There are signs notifying guests that the property was under construction, but it’s definitely noticeable. The furniture didn’t match (I had a yellow lamp, red chair, and a blue side table, while the rest of the room decor is gray and white with brown furniture). The gym was inaccessible, there are rolled up rugs stored to the sides and corners. Ice machine was broken on the first floor. The layout of the bathroom is not good with an extremely high vanity and the shower knob set-up (when you start the shower you get drenched (I was clothed) and there’s no where to put a soap bar that I brought to use. I did like the lotion and soap pumps provided at the sink.
- 5/5
The property was well-maintained.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly staff
- 3/5
The pool and gym could use a lot of work, they seemed to be in the middle of updating and moving things around but that should be noted until all amenities are available for use.
- 3/5
Lobby, elevator and our room had a mild odor. The room, bathroom bed (sheets) and sofas didn’t give you a sanitary feel. Housekeeping only comes every other day. We lysol-ed all surfaces, bed and bathroom Probably won’t stay here again. Parking is ok, well lit, not sure if security guarded. AC was ok not great. I prefer it comfortable cool.
- 1/5
The hot water didn’t work in the shower, the air didn’t properly work. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. It didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. Overall, not a good experience. I would not recommend.
- 5/5
Everything was great and better than expected
- 4/5
no pen , no soap holder in the shower and the sink was very high, for short people.
- 5/5
The walls were pretty scratched and dinged up, but overall clean and great staff.
- 5/5
Made My Check In Easy!
- 2/5
Room stunk of a fishy odor. Bathroom had no bodywash. Beds had debries and towels had other human hair on them. AC was very noisey and kept me up all night.
- 3/5
The guest rooms were fine; right what you would expect for a Hampton level hotel. The halls looked like they had not been vacuumed in days, the exercise room was closed for repairs, and the ice ma hine was broken. I little more effort to keep e erything in fip top shape would go a long way!
- 3/5
The bathroom was not very clean but the beds were comfortable and clean. The night staff were welcoming and friendly, the day staff made me wait 15 minutes in an empty lobby to check out. The cars from the highway were really loud.
- 3/5
We actually loved the room. Very spacious and comfortable for our family. The issue was the pool. It had not been cleaned and was not ready for use. This was a big disappointment to our kids. There was trash, dirt and leaves in the pool. Room was great! Pool was bad.
- 3/5
The property sits on the frontage road of a highway and the roar of the traffic is considerable. The front desk staff is resistant to coming out of the back to perform basic functions like checking guests in and out. The property is being renovated but the quality of workmanship is laughably bad with soap dishes falling off walls and bent aluminum corner beads that are painted over.
- 3/5
The room was pretty dated (room smelled strongly of plaster when we walked in, window shades were broken, pillows were very lumpy and unshaped, no lightbulb in lamp, toilet paper holder on wall broken, shower curtain too short for tub). Breakfast was good and a luggage cart was available at checkin and checkout.
- 4/5
Please do cleaning every day, cause my stay was for only two nights,so i need my room clean
- 2/5
Keyless entry did not work. Room was not clean. Shower had dirt, hair and was stained. Door locking mechanism was loose and did not secure door properly. Had to use own tools and try to fix. Jammed chair in front of door to keep secured. Remote was sticky. Floor/ carpet was not vacuumed. Dirt was on it.
- 5/5
Very nice room. Very quite
- 5/5
Willingness to help
- 4/5
It wasn’t bad. Overall the rooms were ok. It was loud. I was on the first floor and there was a teenage party in one of the banquet rooms. So they were running back and forth and making lots of noise.
- 5/5
Great front desk and housekeeping staff thank you.
- 2/5
The room was awesome size-wise, but the bathtub was dirty. When my family went to breakfast at 8:30, they didn’t have waffle batter and were almost out of eggs. When my daughter went down 10min before they were supposed to close, they went ahead and shut it down. It just wasn’t impressive. There’s no way to have good hospitality when you are understaffed.
- 2/5
Was remodeling and ice machine was broke. Staff was not very friendly
- 2/5
Where do I start? The room had a bad smell, the hot water was lukewarm at best, bathroom wasn't cleaned well, and the breakfast was anything but fresh. I've stayed at several Hampton Inns and have enjoyed my stay....this was not a pleasant stay for me and my family.
- 4/5
They don’t have live tv you have to either watch Pluto or tubi
- 5/5
Was good
- 5/5
Excellent property, very clean and great location. My only complaint is when I checked out the clerk refused to give me a receipt and said as soon as she” pushed the button” I would get a receipt. I’m still waiting on that receipt. Otherwise, would highly recommend.
- 5/5
The breakfast on Week days is far better than weekends in my opinion ( Eggs, Bacon, Biscuits and Gravy ). Most of the staff is very friendly and warm that is worth its wait in Gold !!! For hotels in the Texas Area I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars for your money. I would definitely stay there again!!
- 5/5
Nice property, good neighborhood
- 2/5
The hotel overall was comfortable but the customer service was poor beyond measure. The breakfast attendant was helpful. But checkin was horrendous it was awful the customer service we waited 2hrs to get checked in. There was issues with 3rd party etc. overall that was understandable but it was no sense of remorse for taking long with trying to figure out the system. The lady was training at the desk was awful. She didn’t offer a cup of water for inconvenience. Next morning upon check out. I expressed to front desk my experience and she happed to be a manager. She apologized. Offered snacks she was nice! Morning shift was nice evening check in time needs more training.
- 2/5
I requested ADA room and received it. However, it was extremely large with only one . . . I said ONE desk chair to sit on. The room was on the second floor but was located very near the elevator. My daughter offered to pay for the room and to not be concerned with the price. The breakfast was cold and the lobby was very plain with no comfortable chairs. In a nutshell I would never stay at a Hampton Inn again.
- 5/5
Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Daysia at front desk was absolutely wonderful. Went personally to our room ahead of us to make sure we had a king bed and walk in shower. The suite is well designed and moderately priced. We would definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
. Breakfast was pretty minimal on Thanksgiving day which I understand but on the day after Thanksgiving breakfast was scarce. I think for the amount of money we pay the breakfast area needs upgrading.
- 2/5
ALSO, coffee near front desk was ICE COLD in containers, so I had to take it to room and zap in microwave. It was obviously OLD. I had to ask on 2 separate days for creamers and cups as nothing was out for the guests. SAD when you have to also ask for toilet paper on first night of stay as there were 2 used rolls in bathroom that were almost gone. I caught a cleaning lady one day and asked her for a box of kleenex as I had a cold and box in room was almost gone. She was nice and gave it to me but suddenly an older woman (must have been her supervisor) came around the corner and started yelling at her in another language (she was Indian) and seemed really mad that she gave it to me. Definitely not nice people at this location. Would NOT recommend this place!
- 2/5
The air conditioner in our room did not work and we were given a fan which did little to nothing. We also had no soap- no shampoo or body wash- and didn’t have enough time to bother with asking for refills due to being short on time. We also were told they could offer nothing to compensate because we booked through Expedia.
- 1/5
We were lied to about when I room would be available. Unbelievable!!!!!
- 2/5
During my stay there was ongoing construction the dining area was closed. There were limited breakfast options, the halls reeked of the glue smell and chemicals from paint stripping and carpet install. The option we were given after arriving was to cancel the rooms so we can bregarding the construction on the site until me and my party advised that this should have been done. Conditions were not up to standards and i am unsure
- 1/5
They should have closed the hotel for major renovation
- 2/5
I did not know property under construction
- 2/5
Three night stay. There's a fine line between staying open when a total remodel is being done. Lobby almost unusable. Breakfast.... continental. Vending..not usable. Back door propped open with two rocks...unsafe! Once renovation is finished it will be a very nice hotel once again. Our room was clean and renovated but a very strong smell. Until everything is finished I couldn't recommend this hotel. Staff did accommodate as good as they could.
- 2/5
Hotel was in the middle of a remodel. Our bathroom was dirty when we arrived. Towels in the ceiling.
- 3/5
Under remodel process, so no breakfast only coffee and a bar. You can see construction going on everywhere 😞. I wanted customers to know before booking here.
- 3/5
I wish your website was clearer on the conditions of your hotel. Had I known you were remodeling, massively remodeling, I would have chosen a different Hilton brand. I was put in a room that still was not ready. Missing tile in the shower, missing baseboards, and dirty carpet. I will say the bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.
- 2/5
Very disappointed with our stay, the hotel was under remodeling and was never give notice that it would be under construction. Our shower was not complete, the shower was missing part of the door.
- 4/5
Overall, a very good stay. Lots of renovations going on in the lobby...so it should be really nice in a few weeks.
- 2/5
The hotel was under considerable amount of construction and wall noise was only from 10 AM to 6 PM. You are working overnight. That is very inconvenient. Also resulted in a strong glue. Adhesive smell through the hallway and the rooms themselves smelling very musty. The room was clean and large but things like the shower door didn’t want to move and the shower head didn’t work. Once the renovations are completed, I’m sure it will be nice. However, I don’t understand why they wouldn’t close one floor at a time.
- 2/5
The property was in the perfect location for my visit but it's under heavy renovation right now all floors, I stayed 2 days 09/02 - 09/04/24 during the day I couldn't stay in the room louds sanding noise, slamming of doors from them going in and out of the rooms and there's were no mention of this during my reservation this was not good because it raining badly my 2nd day and I couldn't chill in my room also there was no retribution for my inconvenience just a reminder it was booked by a 3rd party it should have been on their site ........ book at your own risk!
- 5/5
Staff super nice. The suite we stayed it, big comfortable and very enjoyable
- 5/5
The hotel is being renovated. I was lucky to score one of the renovated king suites, and let me tell you the room was enormous and beautiful. The staff were all super nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel for anybody staying in the Mansfield area.
- 1/5
Terrible
- 4/5
For it being in renovation, all was well. The smell that was there though was a bit of a problem; but that could be from the work that was being done. Also, no waffle maker or juice because of reno.
- 4/5
Convenient
- 5/5
It is amazing place. We love everything about it except the pillows. They were flat but one may sleep using two of them.
- 5/5
Na
- 5/5
The property is under construction. It is terrible to look at and not up to Hampton standards. The dining area is terrible to look at and the food was substandard. I couldn’t cut the sausage and the bananas were extremely ripe, brown in fact. My fire alarm was not even plugged in.
- 4/5
The property was under construction. Our room was complete- it was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Construction was in the breakfast area and hallways. Also, limited parking in the front, so frequently had to park in the back, but it wasn’t clear how to get in the building from the rear and needed to walk all the way around which was uncomfortable at night. I think it will be great when complete, but the price was too high for the amount of construction going on.
- 5/5
It’s nice there
- 5/5
They were renovating but we could tell that it was going to be awesome when they finished
- 5/5
Staff was very attentive to our needs.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. They were doing some improvement work, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Not a happy trip. Enjoyed breakfast early everyday. Courtney at checkin n Lindsey day staff were very friendly and helpful. The renovation going on caused dusty conditions. There were also fruit flies at breakfast counters

I was very disappointed with our stay in Mansfield, Texas. We had traveled all day from Oklahoma to visit with the grandkids. We arrived at the hotel at almost midnight, we were tired and exhausted from traveling. I made sure to ask the receptionist about checkout time, she informed me that it was at 12:00. We got to our room and the air conditioning smelled fishy. We were so tired we thought we would acclimate to the smell. At 8:30am we were awaken with a rapping at the door that it was housekeeping wanting to clean the room. We told her ok and went back to bed and slept until 10:30 and we were still able to be out of the hotel and on our way by 11:30am. Maybe it was our fault for not putting the “do not disturb” sign”but with families vacationing and long days on the road, please!!!

Cold water faucet at bathroom sink not working. Toilet paper holder held on to wall with caulk releasing and sticky around edges. Facility is undergoing renovations which it is apparent are needed staff super friendly and helpful with all our needs. Breakfast bar more than sufficient.

We booked a double queen suite and were told they only had a King room. No adjustment in price. Hotel was under renovation and lobby, breakfast area, and halls were hot. Phone in room did not work, linens were not in room, and shower had a constant drip
