The pictures are a lie! There are only a handful of rooms that look like the pictures. Bugs! Bugs! and more Bugs! Rude staff! They only "change" your sheets once a week, I am not even sure if they changed them. You are responsible for washing your towels and washcloths. There is nothing in the kitchen, you need to bring everything! 10 hours away from home and I had nothing! I could go on and on...don't waste your time or money!

The guests kept to themselves and it is a safe spot. Hotel was mostly clean except on weekends when there isn't any manager. The housekeeping people are rude and pushy and almost agressive. The lady accused us of having a dog input room and wedged a stuck in the door to keep it propped open and went to rapidly speaking another language in her phone. What she heard was my son's robot pet and she wouldn't take that answer. We had to have a special room inspection and we could never get any pillows for the second bed.

Caution, this is an extended stay hotel and the office closes at 7 pm. I had a reservation but got into town very late. The resident manager with whom i apoke to on the "emergency " phone refused to allow me in. I had to find another hotel, after midnight.

Got to Hotel. There was no front office. It closed at 7PM. The reservation said it closed at 9PM. Called the number on my printed reservation and could get no one. Found a number on the outside of the building, called it. The person said that AARP had overbooked the hotel. Guess what - we had no room! What made it worse was that the area was booked solid at every hotel we called. We found a Budget Inn that had a room. Not a great place to stay, but the room was cheap. Extremely disappointed in AARP, That made our arrival a nightmare.

Disgusting and uncomfortable. Room lock had been relocated 3 times on door from being kicked in. Sheets felt like disposable hospital linens. Table tops were scratched with finishing peeling off. Only one roll of toilet paper, two towels, on bar of soap and one small trash can that I was informed would not be taken out for 3 nights.

The office closed at 7 PM. I was not aware of that. The phone that was out front to call someone after hours did not work. The room was very small with what looked like a single size bed. Not well decorated at all. Just not what I expected. I arrived late and left early. Way over priced. I didn't see a lobby or office area.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel under the name In Town Suites. Back in June, I got told that I was going to be switched to another room on a day I wanted to get some extended sleep. The room I was initially put in had a toilet that did not flush. My second stay in September had an experience of a cockroach found in my room (that was the third strike). I had an initial room that did not have a working light, so I got moved to another room which, in itself, I was willing to overlook. I also encountered a maintenance man standing in the middle of the hotel hallway and did not have the foresight to get out of my way. When it was Crestwood Suites, I had better experiences.

I fled Hurricane Irma and was lucky enough to find a room at this extended stay hotel. I arrived exhausted at about 8:30pm & followed the instructions to call the Property Manager, who arrived in about 2 minutes! Mr. LeBow (sp) was as kind and comforting as an old friend, getting me set up with a smoking room on the 4th floor (I know, I know, but when you're a hurricane refugee you are just going to need a ciggie!) where I found cold A/C, a nice clean hot shower, fridge, microwave, and ample cable TV. I was able to relax for the first time in days. I read other reviews of this property, and I utterly disagree!! As an extended stay, they do not offer daily housekeeping or utensils or amenities. That's not a fault, that's the way the hotel functions. But my room was spotless, not a single insect of any kind, no stains anywhere, cleaner than my house! The staff was attentive, honest, and ready to answer questions about the area. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at this InHotel property.

On the page for this location is a statement about front desk hours, small print on bottom of page. That should be big and bold and printed on the confirmation letter. When I got there at 9:30 the office was locked and no one there. After calling their phone number on the door, leaving a message with my phone number and waiting 30 minutes for a response, I left and found a room at the Days Inn.

We were in town for 4 nights and booked our trip at the last minute. Most other hotels were booked or pretty expensive so we booked this hotel to try and save a little money. This hotel was the perfect example of "you get what you pay for." The office closes at 7pm (not 9pm as listed on Travelocity's website), so be sure to make check-in arrangements in advance. When we got to our (non-smoking) room it smelled like mold or mildew with a smoke undertone - this was very evident when we opened our bags after checking out. There was a "full" kitchen that was completely empty - yes there was a stove top, refrigerator, sink and microwave, but no plates, cups, silverware, pots/pans, etc. and even with cooking utensils, I would not have attempted to use these incredibly outdated appliances. The room was filthy to the extent I was afraid to sit down or take my shoes off. The 2 sitting chairs were black on the arm rests, stained and colored on by children, and one had a hole in which you could see the wood and padding underneath. We stayed in this hotel for one night and promptly checked-out the following morning.

Of many, this was the WORST experience my husband & I have ever had. Upon arrival, we asked about paying extra for a later checkout since an event we were attending didn't start until around 6PM the next evening. The clerk, Brent, agreed to move our checkout from 11 to noon. Before we left the office around 6PM, he offered to extend checkout to 1PM, leaving a note for morning staff, which we accepted w/ much gratitude. We then went to check our room before heading out. To our surprise, there was a maintenance person shampooing the carpet & caulking cracks in the walls. That should've been our sign to go elsewhere, but I'd spent the money & didn't need to pay more. Fast forward to our overnight stay. There was a stove, microwave & fridge. No problem. Pillows on the bed were different sizes. One was tiny & hard as a rock. My neck is incredibly sore. No coffee pot through the entire motel. We reserved a smoking room, but there was no ashtray available or even plastic cups. There was one outlet throughout the entire room. It was nowhere near the bed. Surprisingly, there was a decent sized flat screen TV. My husband later found a roach crawling up the fridge. I wish I'd taken some photos to illustrate. The next morning, I found the knob to turn on water in the shower was very difficult to turn. When I finally turned it to a setting that should've produced hot water, it was lukewarm at best, even minutes later. My husband & I spent our turns in the shower gasping because it was so

We were told that they didn't swap out towels for clean ones and that we should wash our own towels. Ran out of toilet paper. No extra roll. Only had one day of housekeeping in the middle of our 10 day stay. It was an extended stay motel, but had no cookware or utensils. The wi-fi was weak. The hall carpet was dirty and messy, but wasn't vacuumed for a week. The entrance door by our room didn't close properly or latch, providing no security for the whole 10 days.

Okay, so I had to get a last minute hotel room, or else I would not have stayed here. The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. I woke up the next morning with a sore throat and I believe it had something to due with the room we were in. There were spider webs on the ceiling and the ceiling in the hallway had holes in it. I'm not sure if they had a water leak that ruined the ceiling, but they sure were not in a hurry to fix it. The outside of the building was nice, which was misleading. Once you get inside, it is a sketchy environment.

Although it looked clean upon checking in, we found numerous roaches. Ended up bringing in roach spray and treating it ourselves. Bed only had a sheet and a half coverett so it was cool at night with just your legs covered. Office hours are very weird. 9 to 7 and closed on Sunday. This mad late check-in and early check-out ackward. You have to call a courtesy officer to come and take care of everything. Felt sorry for him because he would have to come down from his room every time someone needed something. He was the niceat guy and the best part of our stay. This place definately caters to the "residence" and not the traveler. Being a non smoking facility, we woke to cigarette smoke each morning and the smell of marijuana covered with inscense in the hall was nauseating. If it hadnt been an emergency situation and financial emergency we would definately would have stayed elsewhere. Our light by the bed had to have the bulb unscrewed to turn the light off and on and we had a window broken and wouldnt close or lock. Being the third floor made it feel safe enough.

At this moment the bathroom ceiling is leaking water from the room above. Their office is closed for the day so I guess we just can't use the bathroom. The room is infested with roaches and the exterminator is like a ghost (nobody can see him but he's been here) even if you stay for a month you only get one set of towels and a roll of tissue once a week. Not worth the weekly rate.

I booked a room through Expedia. I received confirmation from Expedia and noticed that check in ended at 9 pm. I tried calling the hotel immediately to inform them that arrival would be after 9 and to confirm someone would be there to check us in. I began calling around 11:30 am. I called this hotel over 40 times and NOBODY EVER ANSWERED. I left multiple messages didn't receive a call back. I finally got a live person on the phone (from the national reservation department) and they informed me that everyone from my specific hotel location had gone home early that day and my room was given away. THEY GAVE A ROOM AWAY THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR. They informed me that if guests don't check in by 4 pm, an hour after check in begins, the room is made available to the public again. Nowhere on Expedia was that information disclosed. They also told me I should have called earlier to let them know I wouldn't be there by 4 pm. Which, as I mentioned earlier, would have done me no good considering no one answered the phone. The staff I did finally speak with was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me. I will admit, I was rude to them but they gave my room away!! Terrible, terrible service. Unfortunately, this will affect my use of Expedia in the future. I have never had any issues with them but I am not sure I will use Expedia in the future.

If you are looking for 4 star then this place isn't for you! If you are just looking for somewhere to lay your head and spend your time elsewhere through the day then this place is fine. Although it has a microwave, fridge-freezer and 2 hobs there are no pots, plates, cutlery or any other necessities provided. Walmart is fairly close by but it can end up expensive to buy the lot!. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are a lot of families who are "between houses" that live in the suites so there can be times where there are kids hanging around corridors and stair wells. I found everyone to be polite and friendly. I asked for blankets as only one sheet and bedcover provided for each bed and being winter it was cold at night. They could only find one rather "moth eaten" offering. Thank you Wallmart (again)! I think that they have forgotten that they also accept shorth term visitors who don't come with their own pots and pans!!they could perhaps keep a box with 2 pots, 2 plates/bowls, 2 cups/glasses, cutlery. Tin opener etc (even with a deposit for its safe return after stay) for short term visitors( those on vacation). I will probably use the suites again as it is close to where I want to be visiting. Hopefully the new owners will improve things further over the next few months.

Room was reasonably clean and although the website states kitchen has equipment we only found 1 mug.(staff said "we do not supply any" We had to take a trip to Walmart for a pot, frying pan, cups and cutlery. We had clean sheets only once during our stay and had to take out our own trash. I didn't really mind there was a laundry within the hotel so I just washed them while I did my other washing. Staff were friendly and polite. There were a few "visitors" (counted 22) in our room during our stay but once we had a can of bug spray they were easily dispatched. Would come back as it was close to where we wanted to be and the positives outweighed the negatives overall.

When I arrived they had several people listed in their computer for my room. They took care of that. When I got into the room it was fine the first night, though they had to get towels, tissues, and toilet paper and empty the garbage cans. About 2 in the morning I woke up with bugs in the room. Not an infestation, but noticeable. I lived in Georgia and know that bugs are a fact of life, however when I told the staff about it in the morning, when I came back there were more. They had no other rooms to put me in. The Exercise Equipment was not only out of date, but most of it was not working. They never cleaned my room in the few days I stayed there and I constantly had to ask for fresh towels and for toilet paper. I also had to ask several times to get someone about the bugs. I eventually went to Walmart and purchased bug spray and the last night there were no problems finally. Also note that two nights they had police there to escort different residents out with handcuffs, though I never felt un-safe, it still was disturbing. I would recommend not using this facility.

The bed was like sleeping on the floor, the most uncomfortable, our backs hurt in the morning. There was no shampoo or hair dryer provided. They did not even have an ice maker. I don't think I have ever stay at a worst hotel!

We were here for a graduation, so the location was good. The first room was the size of a cracker box and NOT what I had booked. They moved me to a better room the next morning after I complained the dog next door kept me awake. Hotel is dated and NOT owned by Crestwood Suites. It was bought oput by another company that has cut back on perks, like dish soap, and pots.

One night. Bed was hard. No comfort. One pillow. TV remote worked sometimes. I've had a better sleep on cheaper motels.

Hotel is more of an apartment. Most of the guest seemed to be living there for extended periods. The remote control did not work but luckily I spent most of my time at the nearby buffalo wild wings. The shower did not have a handle to turn on water which I did not discover until the morning and was too late to complain and get fixed. The staff was very nice and courteous which did help.

I hate that I paid full price for a room that had partial things to accommodate me

I stayed at Crestwood Suites in Marietta,GA recently for a baseball tournament my son was in at nearby East Cobb. The price was good but I had trouble from the minute I got there. Not worth the price at any cost. Not only was the staff unavailable (literally, no one would be at the front desk for HOURS and they actually took their phone off the hook for DAYS), I called their corporate office asking for help where I spoke to several people but even they acted like they did not care and referred me back to the hotel. I was there for over a week and hotel was full of bugs (just the ones I killed). I also had to check-out early and they have a NO REFUND policy for early check-out that is not well-disclosed. I am small business owner that prides itself on customer service and was astounded to encounter a company that provides poor customer service actually from the top of the organization all the way down. I would like to see them on an episode of Undercover Boss. I am very surprized they are still in business.

When I arrived I turned on the AC which worked well. Next I checked the mini fridge. There was a frozen, almost empty bottle of wine left behind. This made me wonder if the room was cleaned. I opened the cabinet and the door wasn't even attached! The room was tiny but sufficient for one person. The bathroom was clean but there was just a little bit of toilet paper on the roll. The following day I asked the cleaning staff for another roll and they stated that they don't have any. I contemplated buying my own. I did tell the front desk about the wine left behind. They took the bottle and that was that. The cabinet door was never screwed on during my week long stay. The front desk did provide me with a roll of TP after marking down my room number. They were changing out tv's and putting in flat screens. When I was getting my TP the front desk complained that they had been trying to call my room to tell me about the tv's but it's always busy. I thought that was strange. I checked the room phone; it wasn't even working. I let them know about this, but no one ever fixed the phone. I never had a good night sleep with kids screaming in the halls late into the night/morning. I would never stay here with my children. It was a little scary. All sorts of people would hang out in the parking lot which worried me that someone may damage my car. I will not stay here again.

The room was ok, some what clean. We killed 4-5 bugs in the bathroom while there. There were no pots or pans if we wanted to use the stove top. A little uneasy, coming in. & out. People hanging out in parking lot & by the door. The couch was somewhat broke. You had to pull the recliner out on one side first then crawl in cause it would not come out by itself.

They were very helpful. for that I give them 5 stars.
